- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, Darling Drama, Darling Drama, Darling.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Hello, Welcome into drama Darling. It's Salt Lake City Reunion
- 0:25Speaker 2: three day. Joining me from Maryland is the one and
- 0:28Speaker 2: only Maryland Emily, Emily, Hello, welcome in.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Hello, Greetings from a snowy, almost salt lake like Maryland.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean keep warm out there, Maryland and everywhere
- 0:43Speaker 2: else in the country. I know Michigan is getting it
- 0:45Speaker 2: pretty good. I've got friends, you know what. I have
- 0:49Speaker 2: friends all over the country. Yes, Emily, don't question it.
- 0:53Speaker 2: I do, Okay, at least three states. Okay, speaking disgusting, No,
- 0:59Speaker 2: it's true. People like me. My wife looks me. Planes,
- 1:07Speaker 2: trains and automobiles. You guys, you know, do.
- 1:10Speaker 1: You ever want Amy to openly weep?
- 1:14Speaker 3: Just launch into John Candy's monologue from Plane, Trains and Automobiles?
- 1:18Speaker 1: Is that closing monologue? And she'll do it. I'm not
- 1:22Speaker 1: gonna I'm not doing it.
- 1:25Speaker 3: You're a liar and I'm malicious, despicable.
- 1:29Speaker 2: How dare you do that to me? And on a
- 1:33Speaker 2: charter with Captain Jason? How could you? We'll talk about
- 1:37Speaker 2: it at our own reunion, okay, Emily, but we will
- 1:42Speaker 2: discuss reunion three, and I hope this will keep you
- 1:46Speaker 2: guys warm wherever you're getting that snow. Oh poor Brittany.
- 1:52Speaker 2: She left. She returned with a great interrupting sentence with
- 1:58Speaker 2: Meredith Mayor. Right in the middle of Mark, Andy was like, okay,
- 2:09Speaker 2: we're done. Fuck you, I apologize, it's over. I was like, okay,
- 2:13Speaker 2: all right. I love that she gathered herself and like,
- 2:16Speaker 2: you know it was empowered herself back up and came
- 2:19Speaker 2: back out and was like if I don't say it now,
- 2:21Speaker 2: I'll never say it. But also, there's a time and
- 2:25Speaker 2: a place, so let's just you know, we could wait
- 2:26Speaker 2: at our turn to say say what we needed to say.
- 2:28Speaker 2: And I appreciated that. Whitney was like, hold done. I
- 2:32Speaker 2: think of what they were saying was actually interesting because
- 2:35Speaker 2: Andy was like looking at his cards after that, like
- 2:38Speaker 2: ready to move on to whatever. So Mary and Meredith
- 2:41Speaker 2: couldn't even like they were just gonna leave it. It
- 2:44Speaker 2: just was so abrupt and funny to me that I
- 2:47Speaker 2: I appreciated that. And then also, you know, Andy picked
- 2:51Speaker 2: it up this week with you know, Meredith saying that
- 2:56Speaker 2: she has felt that Brittany had targeted her, and I
- 3:03Speaker 2: did appreciate that Andy was like, well, if she took
- 3:06Speaker 2: the post down, it sounded like she handled it. Both
- 3:09Speaker 2: sides were you know, Andy was able to ask her
- 3:10Speaker 2: the tough questions and Meredith was able to give the
- 3:14Speaker 2: answers that she had. That's her truth, which is that
- 3:18Speaker 2: Brittany questioned it first about the anti semitism and because
- 3:24Speaker 2: the post said, well I only heard one thing, what
- 3:27Speaker 2: else is there? So I think I think Meredith's point
- 3:31Speaker 2: still stands, which is like, why do you need more
- 3:34Speaker 2: than one reason? You know what I mean, I don't
- 3:36Speaker 2: know what Brittany was told, Like, I don't know what
- 3:38Speaker 2: it was that she was told about. The one thing
- 3:41Speaker 2: she heard was not that bad that you were like, oh,
- 3:45Speaker 2: I'll give it a pass, you know. I mean, I'm
- 3:47Speaker 2: kind of like, well it was it was at least
- 3:50Speaker 2: bordering at all on anti Semitism, like oh, of course
- 3:53Speaker 2: you should do something, so that I'm taking issue with that,
- 3:56Speaker 2: So I understand Meredith's problem with that. Now when Meredith
- 4:00Speaker 2: goes into like I've felt targeted from the beginning, I
- 4:05Speaker 2: did appreciate some follow up questions on that from Andy,
- 4:07Speaker 2: which is like, well, did she say anything, did she
- 4:10Speaker 2: do anything? And that he was like, well, we didn't
- 4:14Speaker 2: know her intentions about the post if she fully knew.
- 4:17Speaker 2: I liked that we kind of left it where we
- 4:20Speaker 2: actually don't really know the truth. And I'm more comfortable
- 4:22Speaker 2: with that than figuring out like the details that I
- 4:27Speaker 2: don't really know. Like I don't know what Brittany knew,
- 4:30Speaker 2: but I can say that if she knew a little wisp,
- 4:32Speaker 2: I would have much more be what I would love
- 4:34Speaker 2: to be walking away with, Like she took it down
- 4:37Speaker 2: knowing what she knew. But the whole thing about like
- 4:41Speaker 2: Andy's like, well maybe she just no offense, but like
- 4:45Speaker 2: doesn't like you yoke. That was a rough thing to
- 4:48Speaker 2: say in Meredith was like Okay, well alrighty then and
- 4:54Speaker 2: so we move on. But I mean, I think it
- 4:57Speaker 2: may be more about that than other things. Then she
- 5:00Speaker 2: was targeted. That's just my opinion. But I don't like
- 5:03Speaker 2: what Brittany did about not taking down her review, And
- 5:07Speaker 2: in light of what was actually going on, what do
- 5:10Speaker 2: you think.
- 5:10Speaker 3: That just feels much more like Brittany in terms of
- 5:14Speaker 3: like again, it goes back to her like need to
- 5:19Speaker 3: please men, and I thought like her and Jared had
- 5:22Speaker 3: this her and Jared aligned with this guy and Brittany
- 5:28Speaker 3: wanted to like hold on to that for too long.
- 5:32Speaker 2: How Jared involved? Did he get his nails down there too?
- 5:35Speaker 1: Or what was the I guess because that was the
- 5:38Speaker 1: whole thing. Like the two of them.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Were oh, the two of them were there.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, So I just thought, like, this just reeks
- 5:47Speaker 3: of Brittany trying to please somebody else and not realizing
- 5:54Speaker 3: the magnitude.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Of the situation. Interesting, that's a good point. I like
- 5:58Speaker 2: the fact that you're like, I blame Jared.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I'm like I always do.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I'm fair. All right, we can move on from that.
- 6:06Speaker 2: The plane ride came back up. So did you have
- 6:09Speaker 2: a drink before you got on the plane before we
- 6:12Speaker 2: diverted into this whole thing with Brittany? She had one
- 6:16Speaker 2: drink in the lounge? Okay, sure, sure.
- 6:19Speaker 1: But we also got the ambient mentioned.
- 6:22Speaker 3: We also got a Benzo mentioned, which is I watched
- 6:25Speaker 3: the Peacock version and so I don't know if that
- 6:28Speaker 3: was on the Bravo, but the Peacock version was eighteen
- 6:33Speaker 3: minutes longer or something, so I don't know, but anyway.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Eighteen minutes of Benzo's no. Yeah, but they weren't referring
- 6:41Speaker 2: to the ambient the xanax or like referring to the benzo,
- 6:46Speaker 2: referring to the xanax as benzo. That wasn't on that trip.
- 6:50Speaker 2: That wasn't what was what happened on that plane ride
- 6:55Speaker 2: before that plane ride?
- 6:56Speaker 1: Right? It was mentioned.
- 6:58Speaker 3: It was put out there as so you were you
- 7:02Speaker 3: doing a similar thing from when Heather gave you that
- 7:05Speaker 3: pill that right time? Yeah, And then somebody said ambient
- 7:10Speaker 3: and I was.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Like, okay, here we go.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Is this it is ambient considered a benzo? Or is
- 7:15Speaker 2: annex considered a benzo? I don't know.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Annex is ambient?
- 7:20Speaker 3: I don't know, but it is definitely whoa makes you sleep,
- 7:26Speaker 3: So I would.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Assume that it's got something some component of that.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Oh interesting, okay, okay, So yeah, So basically what you're
- 7:33Speaker 2: saying is they laid the groundwork with this footage of
- 7:38Speaker 2: we've been here before, you have taken this before. And
- 7:42Speaker 2: it was kind of funny, because I mean, none of
- 7:44Speaker 2: this is funny obviously, but this is a comedy podcast,
- 7:47Speaker 2: so I'm going to find the humor and everything. But
- 7:49Speaker 2: for the most part, I like that Meredith was essentially
- 7:53Speaker 2: blaming the drug dealer and not like themselves, you know
- 7:56Speaker 2: what I'm saying, Like it was kind of like, well,
- 7:58Speaker 2: you are my dealer and you gave me that, Oh
- 8:01Speaker 2: you are the one and was responentable. I'm like, okay,
- 8:03Speaker 2: so who's to blame the drug dealer or the drug
- 8:06Speaker 2: e you know what's happening here. And but I think
- 8:09Speaker 2: that Heather holding her feet to the fire of like,
- 8:12Speaker 2: well you don't do you say you don't take pills,
- 8:15Speaker 2: You never ever take pills, but you did accept pills
- 8:18Speaker 2: that we gave you. And I also appreciate Heather coming
- 8:21Speaker 2: clean about just like and Whitney, Oh yeah, what were
- 8:25Speaker 2: we popping that day? What did we give her? I
- 8:27Speaker 2: can't remember? Was it this or that? Or I was like, wow, okay,
- 8:31Speaker 2: look I don't have much of a problem with that anyway.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I mean, you're flying. I get it. It's difficult for
- 8:36Speaker 2: some people. It's also difficult when you go when you're
- 8:38Speaker 2: traveling to get to sleep. Blah blah blah. All that aside.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Very interesting that Meredith is absolutely tripling down that she
- 8:47Speaker 2: doesn't do that, but then was like, oh, but what
- 8:49Speaker 2: did you you gave me something? It was you and
- 8:52Speaker 2: what is it? Because I don't even know what pills are?
- 8:55Speaker 2: They are? They are? They like? What is it a
- 8:56Speaker 2: form of tik tak? Is it something you swallow or
- 9:00Speaker 2: you crushed? Like, I don't know, is it like cough medicine?
- 9:03Speaker 2: You know, it's just like what, well, what are you
- 9:05Speaker 2: pick a reason at this point, Meredith, because at the
- 9:09Speaker 2: end of this reunion it was you know, we've been
- 9:12Speaker 2: on the journey. We've now seen three parts. She's had
- 9:16Speaker 2: every opportunity to own up or take accountability for what
- 9:20Speaker 2: happened on that plane, whether it's as bad as we
- 9:23Speaker 2: thought or not as bad as we thought. Listen to
- 9:26Speaker 2: my episode from last week, but she hasn't to the
- 9:29Speaker 2: point where Andy's like, Meredith, is there anything that you, oh,
- 9:32Speaker 2: I don't know, want to actually own for once at
- 9:37Speaker 2: all in your life, for just a second, in any
- 9:41Speaker 2: possible way, regarding only just the plane ride, not even
- 9:45Speaker 2: anything else helping you out here. And She's like, I
- 9:50Speaker 2: was the wrong time and Plance and I'm sorry that
- 9:54Speaker 2: Brittany overheard. So I'm on that thing work And he's like,
- 9:58Speaker 2: so nothing, nothing, give me nothing, Okay, let's move on.
- 10:02Speaker 2: It's a rap on, Meredith, you know, I mean that's
- 10:04Speaker 2: like where we are, and it is just unbelievable. Now
- 10:09Speaker 2: last week, as you remember, I had completely gone to
- 10:15Speaker 2: the other side, which is like it wasn't as bad
- 10:19Speaker 2: on the plane as they explained it to me. And
- 10:21Speaker 2: there's a lot of holes in everyone's stories. And I
- 10:23Speaker 2: still stand by that can't tell me that you were
- 10:26Speaker 2: descending for an hour and that's when it was really bad,
- 10:29Speaker 2: because I thought it was for two hours. And then
- 10:31Speaker 2: there's a producer on there that didn't that was like
- 10:34Speaker 2: sitting in another class but didn't come up. All of
- 10:37Speaker 2: it doesn't really pan out. But needless to say, she
- 10:42Speaker 2: will not budge on her behavior on the plane. She
- 10:46Speaker 2: will give us that she had one drink in the lounge.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Highly doubt it was one drink. It was probably one drink,
- 10:52Speaker 2: but it was probably a double, you know what I mean.
- 10:55Speaker 3: I don't think I go back to pills because I
- 10:58Speaker 3: think even though okay, maybe he's not gonna say ambient,
- 11:01Speaker 3: I think maybe she's on some kind of prescription medication.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Okay, well then that's a different that's a different story.
- 11:07Speaker 2: That's a different story. I thought of that as well.
- 11:10Speaker 2: So if it's yes that ambien could be.
- 11:13Speaker 3: A prescription, but she seemed to like totally distance herself
- 11:17Speaker 3: from that idea, and on the reunion, she's like, what
- 11:22Speaker 3: is that?
- 11:22Speaker 1: I don't even so I was.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Like, Okay, well it looks like that to me. But
- 11:27Speaker 3: maybe she's on some yes medication.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Yes, that's what I was thinking too, because from her doctor,
- 11:33Speaker 2: even though she is playing dumb about pills, which she is,
- 11:39Speaker 2: and she very well much knows what a fucking ambient
- 11:42Speaker 2: and a xanax is and a benzo, I mean, yeah,
- 11:45Speaker 2: of course she knows. So her playing dumb is what's
- 11:49Speaker 2: irritating me. However, I do kind of believe her that
- 11:53Speaker 2: she doesn't take those things, and I believe that she's
- 11:57Speaker 2: probably on a prescription meta vcation, whether it's like an
- 12:02Speaker 2: antipsychotic or by the way, like love the antipsychotics. Everyone
- 12:07Speaker 2: take them if you need them, So this is not
- 12:08Speaker 2: at all like a bad thing. Ye but I'm saying, like,
- 12:11Speaker 2: there must be something that she could be taking, even
- 12:14Speaker 2: if it's like heart medication or you know, diabetes, what
- 12:17Speaker 2: have you, whatever it is, she is not willing to
- 12:23Speaker 2: be vulnerable and share that she is on something that
- 12:27Speaker 2: would cause that type of reaction. So yea, here we are,
- 12:31Speaker 2: you know, like she won't budge with anything, She's just yeh.
- 12:35Speaker 2: After Andy was like paused towards the end of this,
- 12:40Speaker 2: you know, part three, towards the end of this whole thing.
- 12:44Speaker 2: He even took it upon himself, which is very unusual.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Or maybe he does and we just don't see it,
- 12:51Speaker 2: you know, maybe they leave it out of the edit.
- 12:53Speaker 2: But I like that they showed us that Andy took
- 12:56Speaker 2: a moment to basically say to all them, I've been
- 12:58Speaker 2: doing this for twenty years and I appreciate all your transparency,
- 13:03Speaker 2: your vulnerabilities. You're doing so much and you're sharing so much,
- 13:07Speaker 2: and you're also great mothers. And it was just a
- 13:10Speaker 2: really beautiful moment. And yeah, and it just to go
- 13:14Speaker 2: from that to just this strict, you know, like absolutely
- 13:21Speaker 2: stiff person that stands out to the rest of us
- 13:25Speaker 2: as just not opening up about much at all, shutting
- 13:29Speaker 2: everything down, denying everything, not being forthcoming, only apologizing to
- 13:37Speaker 2: some degree withholding in others. The walls are completely up
- 13:41Speaker 2: on Meredith, and I wonder when we're going to move on.
- 13:45Speaker 2: I don't have a weird not weird. I just don't
- 13:47Speaker 2: think she's going to come back. I don't think I don't.
- 13:50Speaker 3: I don't know, because it's like with Meredith, it's like,
- 13:53Speaker 3: you know, like when before the Cubs won the World
- 13:55Speaker 3: Series forever, it was like people are like, the Cubs
- 13:58Speaker 3: don't need to win the World Series because it's like
- 14:00Speaker 3: everybody's going to go to Wrigley anyway and buy sell
- 14:03Speaker 3: out every game. And I feel like that's kind of
- 14:06Speaker 3: Meredith because she gives us these iconic moments every season,
- 14:10Speaker 3: the most quotable moments of the season, sorry, extremely correct, despicable,
- 14:19Speaker 3: case in.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Point case in, point yup.
- 14:21Speaker 1: You win. She doesn't.
- 14:23Speaker 3: She's not gonna maybe make it to the playoffs, but like,
- 14:26Speaker 3: you know, she's iconic anyway.
- 14:30Speaker 2: I mean the beginning, I agree. My only thing is
- 14:34Speaker 2: what's different this season is that it's been going on
- 14:38Speaker 2: for a really long time, and I think even Andy
- 14:42Speaker 2: seems absolutely done with her. And the reason why I
- 14:44Speaker 2: say that is for two reasons. One obviously, just this
- 14:49Speaker 2: past episode where he's like, so nothing, nothing at all,
- 14:54Speaker 2: no apologies. And so it's not just that because he's
- 14:56Speaker 2: done that with Teresa and Melissa every single year until
- 15:00Speaker 2: they're not on anymore, right, and they were carrying that show.
- 15:04Speaker 2: So but there's plenty of other players in the Salt
- 15:06Speaker 2: Lake City. So anyway, so there's that, and then remember,
- 15:10Speaker 2: I don't even know if it was I think it
- 15:12Speaker 2: was part one of this where everyone was like talking
- 15:16Speaker 2: over everybody, and Meredith wanted to slow it down and
- 15:22Speaker 2: divert from talking about the drink before the plane and
- 15:26Speaker 2: then call out the whole Britney thing, right, and so
- 15:29Speaker 2: she's like, well, hold on on it before we get
- 15:32Speaker 2: into that, I just want to say this, and he
- 15:36Speaker 2: did not stand the ground of like continuing that conversation.
- 15:42Speaker 2: He was like, Okay, sure, because this is probably the
- 15:45Speaker 2: last time you're ever going to be on a reunion,
- 15:46Speaker 2: So ahead, That's like, honestly what I was thinking, Like,
- 15:49Speaker 2: go ahead, Meredith, you talk as much as you want,
- 15:52Speaker 2: because this reunion is going to show us where we
- 15:57Speaker 2: stand for next season. And between that and her having
- 16:01Speaker 2: a problem with production, that's where it is. Yeah, So
- 16:06Speaker 2: I think it's well, I think it's several things and
- 16:10Speaker 2: that's not going to go well for her at all.
- 16:13Speaker 2: And what's hilarious to me is that, like Whitney and
- 16:16Speaker 2: then Mary crying, I'm like, you guys don't care about
- 16:18Speaker 2: production that much. You care about this job. So don't
- 16:21Speaker 2: try and like stand up. At least Meredith is being
- 16:23Speaker 2: real for once and saying she has a problem with production,
- 16:27Speaker 2: whereas Whitney's like, we would not to be even to
- 16:30Speaker 2: be here in this world if it were not for production. Na,
- 16:34Speaker 2: It's like, relax, you're fine, You're not going anywhere, you know.
- 16:39Speaker 2: I mean, we can kind of see you right through.
- 16:41Speaker 2: And it's not to say that they don't appreciate and
- 16:43Speaker 2: have relationships with these people, but guess what, it can
- 16:46Speaker 2: turn on a dime for every single one of them
- 16:48Speaker 2: because they can feel set up, they can feel betrayed,
- 16:53Speaker 2: and it's inevitable because that's part of the show. The
- 16:57Speaker 2: producers are going to do their job no matter what,
- 16:59Speaker 2: and unfortunately they have to probably be a little more
- 17:02Speaker 2: strict with Meredith, and she doesn't like it because she's
- 17:05Speaker 2: not being vulnerable. She's being sneaky. And we've seen it
- 17:09Speaker 2: so many times on this episode, in particular with braun
- 17:14Speaker 2: Wyn and Heather and whatever. You're constantly pulling me aside
- 17:17Speaker 2: and saying blah bah bah blah blah off camera, you're
- 17:19Speaker 2: telling me to come to you and tell you secrets.
- 17:22Speaker 2: You know, everyone is saying that Meredith is basically plays
- 17:25Speaker 2: that way. So she is not a production's best friend.
- 17:29Speaker 2: She's not a good player on the team as far
- 17:31Speaker 2: as production goes. So for those reasons, I think they're out.
- 17:36Speaker 2: She's gonna at least be a friend of She won't
- 17:39Speaker 2: think that. She won't do that.
- 17:41Speaker 3: Mmmmm, you don't think absolutely up for I think that's
- 17:45Speaker 3: what she wants.
- 17:47Speaker 2: She would never Her ego is way too big for that.
- 17:51Speaker 1: What was she.
- 17:53Speaker 2: If you were to ask if production okay, you be Andy,
- 17:56Speaker 2: and you call me and tell me you're offer me
- 17:57Speaker 2: a friend of her roll and I'll play it.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Okay, Okay, Hello, ring ring ring, ring ring ring.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Yes. Hello, I'm sorry I can't hear you. I'm DJing
- 18:13Speaker 2: right now, Oh Andy, I've never been butter soup, and
- 18:23Speaker 2: I'm We're just in Dallas for the second spot in
- 18:27Speaker 2: our tour for Meredith and Mixes or whatever the fuck
- 18:31Speaker 2: it's called. Yes, and.
- 18:37Speaker 3: We think we have an exciting opportunity for you as
- 18:40Speaker 3: one of the senior veteran wives of Salt Lake City.
- 18:45Speaker 3: We have an incredible opportunity.
- 18:48Speaker 2: For you, and you can lean click. But seriously, I
- 18:58Speaker 2: will consider that. And ebe, I didn't see that coming.
- 19:06Speaker 2: As a matter of facts, not the eye and Chloe
- 19:10Speaker 2: and Brooks, Marx and I were just talking about my
- 19:14Speaker 2: return as a housewife, and I had a lot of
- 19:17Speaker 2: ideas that I was gonna throw by you and share
- 19:21Speaker 2: with you about my journey and being a wife and
- 19:25Speaker 2: a mother and the DJ. And I was even considering
- 19:30Speaker 2: going back to law and my jewelry store and fashions.
- 19:38Speaker 2: So if you don't want that or interested in that,
- 19:43Speaker 2: I suppose I'll have to think about your offer.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Okay, well, okay, So we just thought this would be
- 19:55Speaker 3: an exciting opportunity because now you can finally do traders,
- 19:58Speaker 3: you can become the Watch with Happens.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Live band as the DJ. So what do you say, Meredith?
- 20:08Speaker 2: I was not aware that the Watch What Happens Live
- 20:11Speaker 2: had a band?
- 20:12Speaker 1: Andy it will now, Meredith, we've been waiting. Someone's waiting
- 20:19Speaker 1: for you come on.
- 20:23Speaker 2: So she's going to be devastated and hurt and then
- 20:27Speaker 2: she's gonna call Andy back. Okay, now I'm calling you
- 20:30Speaker 2: back as Anton. You're andie.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Okay, I don't hear it. Ringing.
- 20:35Speaker 2: I wanted you to say hello, and then I was
- 20:37Speaker 2: going to cut you off with my ring ring. Okay,
- 20:41Speaker 2: Andy Cohen's got the four one one. That's his ringtone,
- 20:45Speaker 2: King King of Midnight fan teacher. Hello, Andy?
- 20:54Speaker 1: Is this Meredith and Seth?
- 20:56Speaker 2: Hey Andy, I'm doing great. I'm thinking about being pan
- 20:59Speaker 2: sexual up anyway? What's up, buddy? Big hugs, kisses through
- 21:03Speaker 2: the phone, Get off of the phone, back all right?
- 21:08Speaker 1: Later the landline two lines like he's upstairs and.
- 21:12Speaker 2: Yes, get off of the other lines. Sat, Oh, I know, okay,
- 21:21Speaker 2: I'm going to Toledo. Andy. I had a long discussion
- 21:28Speaker 2: with Sam and Chloe and Brooks Marks and like Arabis
- 21:36Speaker 2: and my mother. Oh, and I for my own mental
- 21:41Speaker 2: health and h are you texting right now? Andy?
- 21:49Speaker 1: Yeah? Who is who is on the phone?
- 21:54Speaker 2: This is Meredith. And I feel that I would be
- 21:58Speaker 2: much better served if I stepped down as a housewife
- 22:02Speaker 2: and didn't return next season. And I thank you so
- 22:08Speaker 2: much for this opportunity.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Well Muzzle of the Week to you, Marey. This is
- 22:14Speaker 1: a brave step.
- 22:17Speaker 2: I have already posted that I've left the show and
- 22:20Speaker 2: I thanked you and Ramo TV.
- 22:25Speaker 3: Well we love you. There's always hang on. Yeah, I'm
- 22:30Speaker 3: hang on. I'm talking to Lisa on the other line.
- 22:33Speaker 3: I'm sorry, it's Meredith Meredath. Sorry, sorry, Meredith, I'm sorry.
- 22:39Speaker 3: What were you were saying something about it?
- 22:41Speaker 2: I am leaving the show because and I resign cordially
- 22:46Speaker 2: and respectfully. I thank you for letting me be a
- 22:49Speaker 2: part of Ramo history.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Mm mmmmm.
- 22:56Speaker 2: I graciously appreciate the Severn package that oh I heard seference.
- 23:04Speaker 3: That show is not on Bravo and we don't offer
- 23:08Speaker 3: also seference packages.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Now you've got my attention. But I'll tell you what
- 23:22Speaker 1: you can. How about this, how about.
- 23:24Speaker 3: You don't do the show anymore, Meredith? This is we
- 23:26Speaker 3: have an exciting opportunity, but you still come back and
- 23:29Speaker 3: film two episodes and or we'll let you know when
- 23:32Speaker 3: someone's having an event at their house and.
- 23:35Speaker 1: You can just show up there. It's working great for
- 23:38Speaker 1: Cherisse in Potomac.
- 23:43Speaker 3: You're a liar and I'm a delicious despicable person.
- 23:50Speaker 2: I will not respond to that. And I don't even
- 23:56Speaker 2: know what a house is. I've never seen a house. Great, goodbye,
- 24:07Speaker 2: you can leave, all right, Well I think that's how
- 24:11Speaker 2: it's gonna go. And okay, you know, I mean, look,
- 24:15Speaker 2: you can all have ideas on what you think is
- 24:18Speaker 2: going to happen, but those are the facts.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Trust Yeah, well it does need a bit of a shape.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I don't not that it needs to shake up. But
- 24:26Speaker 1: if it's going to try to.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Refresh itself, salt Lake could see Meredith go. I think
- 24:33Speaker 3: that would be a good way to maybe move something.
- 24:37Speaker 3: I don't want Brittany as a full housewife. I don't
- 24:41Speaker 3: think I can handle it.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, unfortunately I were not ready for that. Yeah,
- 24:47Speaker 2: and if Lisa is on her own, that's gonna be
- 24:53Speaker 2: scary stuff. I don't know how she'll like. That will
- 24:56Speaker 2: be a conundrum. I don't know who she will have
- 24:59Speaker 2: an hour I ship with.
- 25:01Speaker 1: She's gonna be so up.
- 25:03Speaker 3: She will really be trying to befriend Heather and Angie,
- 25:07Speaker 3: I think.
- 25:09Speaker 1: But she she won't be. She definitely has protection in Meredith.
- 25:14Speaker 3: But like, I think she's going to have to pivot
- 25:18Speaker 3: obviously if Meredith isn't there.
- 25:20Speaker 2: I don't know how. I honestly don't know. I mean,
- 25:23Speaker 2: Angie and Lisa they go so hard and then the
- 25:28Speaker 2: next second Lisa is just like, and we're good friends
- 25:31Speaker 2: because we've been friends since high school. And then the
- 25:34Speaker 2: next minute it's like, I will take you down to
- 25:37Speaker 2: your studs it's just so weird, you know, these ladies
- 25:40Speaker 2: are She was like that savage.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Yeah, and she was like that with Meredith too.
- 25:44Speaker 3: I mean, like she's not been the most savage she
- 25:46Speaker 3: was ever was with Meredith.
- 25:49Speaker 2: And that will always like dumbfound me. As much as
- 25:54Speaker 2: I am dumbfounded about Wendy on Potomac, this is almost equal.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Where Meredith has a stick up her butt about something
- 26:05Speaker 2: with somebody four years she cannot get over anything, and
- 26:09Speaker 2: she somehow magically has moved on from Lisa saying those
- 26:15Speaker 2: things about her, and I mean it doesn't even make
- 26:19Speaker 2: scientific sense.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Do they have some sort of major arrangement. I mean, yeah,
- 26:26Speaker 2: it's an arranged marriage.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:28Speaker 2: Anyway, Ting ting.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Ting, That's how Brittany should have come back. I mean,
- 26:34Speaker 3: if you're gonna do that bullshit, at least do it
- 26:38Speaker 3: when it matters on.
- 26:42Speaker 2: The reunion stage.
- 26:44Speaker 3: Hey Brittany, Hi, I'm so happy.
- 26:47Speaker 2: To be here. I know you are, I know, you
- 26:54Speaker 2: thirsty bitch. She had both of her girls with her
- 26:59Speaker 2: at Christmas for the first time and I don't know
- 27:01Speaker 2: how long, and that was good news. I'm happy to
- 27:03Speaker 2: hear that.
- 27:05Speaker 3: My main thing with Brittany is that I don't know
- 27:08Speaker 3: where to land, what's real and what's not.
- 27:11Speaker 1: But the thing with her becoming a.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Wife is that I just know that Jared's going to
- 27:15Speaker 3: be involved, and when I see her in scenes with Jared,
- 27:18Speaker 3: I just lose all respect.
- 27:21Speaker 1: In terms of like no backbone.
- 27:24Speaker 3: And then I think about the girls, and like Andy
- 27:27Speaker 3: asked her about having Jared at Bravo Khan with her
- 27:30Speaker 3: daughter there, and I just felt bad for the daughter
- 27:32Speaker 3: again because here she is having like the special time
- 27:36Speaker 3: with her mom and she's got to like manage all
- 27:39Speaker 3: these emotions because Jared's there.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Yeah, well you know that Jared was just like special, Well, babe,
- 27:46Speaker 2: I mean I got to be there. I mean it's
- 27:48Speaker 2: the Unicorn. I mean, the unicorn is going to be
- 27:50Speaker 2: there in the museum, probably a big part of the season.
- 27:53Speaker 2: I mean, I can't imagine I am in your life.
- 27:56Speaker 2: I mean, who is this girl? She just showed up
- 27:57Speaker 2: from one scene. I've been in this for two seasons.
- 28:01Speaker 2: I don't understand, you know. I mean, and you know
- 28:05Speaker 2: she's like, yeah, I guess you're right.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Okay, that's it. That's my problem with Brittany.
- 28:13Speaker 2: Right after they were closing out the package for or
- 28:19Speaker 2: the segment rather for the plane, okay, And he's like
- 28:23Speaker 2: flipping over the card and she's like, babe, or more
- 28:27Speaker 2: one more thing, Meridith. If that were me, there'd be
- 28:31Speaker 2: an air marshall right here right now. If you did
- 28:34Speaker 2: that to me, there be one on the plane when
- 28:35Speaker 2: you land, you and there'd be one right here. She's like, grant,
- 28:41Speaker 2: thank you. I mean, can you, as a passenger like
- 28:48Speaker 2: call an air marshal or isn't that kind of up
- 28:50Speaker 2: to the actual plane because they see that it's so badly.
- 28:54Speaker 2: I don't know if you can just be like, hey,
- 28:56Speaker 2: air marshall, can you come down here right now? This
- 28:59Speaker 2: person who's.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:03Speaker 3: I think that Angie probably was trying to say she
- 29:06Speaker 3: would have been bringing in flight attendant like she would
- 29:10Speaker 3: have been calling people into action. I don't think she
- 29:14Speaker 3: could call in an air marshal.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I don't know. She li that would be up to
- 29:20Speaker 1: the flight attendant.
- 29:21Speaker 2: It would which is like I know, so, I mean,
- 29:24Speaker 2: if there was something that serious going on, the flight
- 29:27Speaker 2: attendants would know. I don't think you'd have to go
- 29:31Speaker 2: up to them and say something because it would be
- 29:34Speaker 2: so bad.
- 29:35Speaker 3: It seems as though everyone thought it was really bad,
- 29:38Speaker 3: and they're having some guilt that they didn't do more
- 29:42Speaker 3: in the moment because it's become such a big moment
- 29:46Speaker 3: and they are having to answer for not doing anything.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Oh that's interesting, maybe, yeah, which is why Angie's like
- 29:53Speaker 2: she was actually in a worse state on the plane
- 29:57Speaker 2: than she was leaving this stage.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Wow, that's always going to be the measurement of how
- 30:04Speaker 2: upset you are. Well, were you as bad as Brittany
- 30:09Speaker 2: was on the stage or.
- 30:12Speaker 3: Worse better or worse or unknown factor airplane Brittany.
- 30:17Speaker 2: Yeah, unknown airplane Brittany.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I think I don't.
- 30:26Speaker 3: It's interesting because that moment became so huge and you
- 30:30Speaker 3: really do see like there are probably a lot of
- 30:33Speaker 3: things that we don't see that we don't know about,
- 30:36Speaker 3: and that moment has become so big, and I don't
- 30:39Speaker 3: think any of them realized how big it would get.
- 30:41Speaker 3: And it's not on film, and so they have to
- 30:44Speaker 3: add they almost have to answer to the whole audience
- 30:47Speaker 3: play by play questions about that moment, like the Genshaw
- 30:52Speaker 3: black Eye.
- 30:53Speaker 1: We just don't know, so they're going to have to
- 30:55Speaker 1: answer for it.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe other set a bad precedent for the show
- 31:00Speaker 2: because Meredith is able to follow suit. So Heather, you
- 31:04Speaker 2: might want to take a little bit of a seat
- 31:06Speaker 2: because you did it. You did it too. Yeah, but
- 31:11Speaker 2: I know that, Like there were witnesses, more witnesses obviously
- 31:15Speaker 2: actual witnesses, because Genshaw was a witness, but she wasn't
- 31:18Speaker 2: going to speak on it.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Oh with a Genshaw.
- 31:20Speaker 3: I was like, there should be more witnesses to the airplane,
- 31:23Speaker 3: but like, we're not hearing from anyone.
- 31:25Speaker 2: You would think, yeah, maybe someone in seventeen c would
- 31:29Speaker 2: have seen it, yes or heard it. No, they wouldn't.
- 31:33Speaker 2: They were so far back there.
- 31:37Speaker 3: No, but a flight attendant could like sneak in story, yeah,
- 31:42Speaker 3: like something to do mois, Yeah, anything, just something. But
- 31:48Speaker 3: we're not hearing a peep, so it's you know, and
- 31:51Speaker 3: it could also.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Be the story, yeah right.
- 31:55Speaker 3: But also Brittany might have been silently like crying, and
- 31:59Speaker 3: they they know her, and so when they're seeing her
- 32:02Speaker 3: like shaking and sad, they know what's going on. But
- 32:05Speaker 3: it wasn't reading a certain way to anybody sitting around her,
- 32:09Speaker 3: Like who knows, we don't.
- 32:12Speaker 2: I mean the fact that Meredith can't even admit one
- 32:16Speaker 2: thing like even the end of Crazy Rich Asians. She
- 32:20Speaker 2: can't even I was sleeping. I mean, Lisa was sleeping.
- 32:22Speaker 2: It's like, Lis, there's nothing to do with this story.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Just admit something. Can you just say I was out
- 32:29Speaker 2: of my mind? Not even that, not even that. She
- 32:33Speaker 2: just can't get past anything other than I'm sorry she
- 32:36Speaker 2: overheard me venting, Like you think that we're gonna believe
- 32:40Speaker 2: that it was just a venting it. It's crazy Rich
- 32:45Speaker 2: Asians to me that she will not succumb to one thing.
- 32:51Speaker 2: It is Bonkersville. Bonkersville. Yeah, it would be so much
- 32:57Speaker 2: better for her. We would all really like her waye.
- 33:01Speaker 2: I love Meredith, but we'd like her more if she
- 33:04Speaker 2: was like you know what, I was really upset and
- 33:10Speaker 2: I took it too far. Even that would be great,
- 33:13Speaker 2: even that, even something that's so generic as I took
- 33:16Speaker 2: it too far. Any hint of accountability, but nothing anyway,
- 33:23Speaker 2: not enough, not enough. Oh hey, guys, don't mind me.
- 33:30Speaker 2: I'm just sitting here doing my podcast in my Arby
- 33:33Speaker 2: Parker Brimmer glasses in black Walnut. Yeah, they're pretty cool.

- 33:51Speaker 2: I've been in the glasses game for a long time
- 33:53Speaker 2: and so as my husband. So we've seen it. We've
- 33:55Speaker 2: seen a lot, and nothing compares or comes close on quality,
- 33:59Speaker 2: price selection, and customer service. You used to have to
- 34:02Speaker 2: choose between flimsy, outdated styles or spending half your paycheck.
- 34:06Speaker 2: But guess what, Warby Parker completely changed that. Their prescription
- 34:11Speaker 2: lenses start at ninety five dollars, so you can actually

- 34:34Speaker 2: so why not get the best. I get tons of
- 34:36Speaker 2: compliments and you can tell that they're made with premium materials.
- 34:40Speaker 2: And let me tell you, their virtual try on is
- 34:43Speaker 2: a total game changer and something that I was a
- 34:46Speaker 2: little too obsessed with when I went on their website.
- 34:49Speaker 2: I'm scrolling, I'm scrolling, and I see without even having
- 34:52Speaker 2: to click on a specific pair of glasses off the
- 34:55Speaker 2: main page. It gives me an option where it's like, oh,
- 34:58Speaker 2: try on these glasses, click right there, Boom they're on
- 35:01Speaker 2: my face. Boom, they're on my face. So I keep
- 35:04Speaker 2: looking at the camera on my computer and I'm just
- 35:06Speaker 2: trying on every single pair of glasses on their website. Boy,
- 35:10Speaker 2: I spent some quality time there and it was a blast. Yes,
- 35:14Speaker 2: it took some screenshots, several and I sent them to
- 35:16Speaker 2: my friends and my husband and family members and maybe
- 35:19Speaker 2: some people that haven't heard from me in a while,
- 35:21Speaker 2: just to get their opinion on which ones I should get.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Well anyway, ended up with the Brimmers, but that's just
- 35:27Speaker 2: me anyway. And Warby Parker doesn't just offer incredible prescription glasses.

- 38:34Speaker 2: she owns wild Rose Beauty all by herself, which is
- 38:37Speaker 2: interesting because we were wondering about all that, and you know,
- 38:41Speaker 2: I wonder where it goes from here. Very curious to
- 38:44Speaker 2: see where she goes now that it's just going to
- 38:46Speaker 2: be completely her which I'm glad about, and how she
- 38:52Speaker 2: has this relationship with Justin now where I think it's
- 38:55Speaker 2: pretty remarkable to hear the dynamics of their marriage now
- 39:01Speaker 2: knowing what they've been through. Yeah, that they that now
- 39:04Speaker 2: like it's like the damn broke, right, So she said
- 39:08Speaker 2: it perfectly. Once you expose one thing in your marriage
- 39:12Speaker 2: that's so big and you know you basically are on
- 39:16Speaker 2: the breaking point of maybe not continuing, then all the
- 39:19Speaker 2: other stuff comes out and everything You're like, you're talking
- 39:22Speaker 2: so raw, almost too raw. I thought, wow, that's a
- 39:25Speaker 2: really interesting way to expose it and explain it. And
- 39:29Speaker 2: I thought, well, I wonder what's going to happen. You know,
- 39:32Speaker 2: they obviously are slugging through it. She seems to be
- 39:36Speaker 2: taking a lot of responsibility, which was surprising to me.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Yeah, especially well, I guess in their relationship. I can
- 39:45Speaker 3: see like where she i as soon as that conversation
- 39:50Speaker 3: or at this interview or whatever this moment of the
- 39:52Speaker 3: reunion was with her and Nandy, and she's like, I
- 39:55Speaker 3: feel like I'm the reason that things are hitting the
- 39:58Speaker 3: fan in my marriage. And I was like, I bet
- 40:01Speaker 3: you when all that shit went down recently with the
- 40:03Speaker 3: investment and Justin's people and everything in wild Rose, And
- 40:07Speaker 3: she's like.
- 40:08Speaker 1: You did this, you asshole. Blah blah blah blah.
- 40:10Speaker 3: He's like, you got me fired for being on this show, remember,
- 40:14Speaker 3: because she he had his comfortable job or whatever, and
- 40:18Speaker 3: Whitney was being Whitney on a reality show, doing her job.
- 40:23Speaker 3: But then Justin got fired remember a couple of years ago.
- 40:27Speaker 3: So I can't just see it all coming out.
- 40:30Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, man.
- 40:31Speaker 2: Well if he blames her for that, I'll be like,
- 40:33Speaker 2: fuck you. You were there too. You could have easily been like, no,
- 40:36Speaker 2: I'm not going to go on camera and oil your
- 40:39Speaker 2: ass on all fours like, so, if that's what he's
- 40:42Speaker 2: coming for, I'd say that's not right.
- 40:43Speaker 1: But I agree, yeah, clearly.
- 40:46Speaker 2: Other things that it is interesting because and I appreciated
- 40:51Speaker 2: Mary out of all people said no, it's not it's
- 40:55Speaker 2: not your fault, or like it's your you know, and
- 40:58Speaker 2: she's like, no, I am the one. I mean. For
- 41:00Speaker 2: Mary to be like, don't be so hard on yourself
- 41:03Speaker 2: was on. I couldn't believe my eyes or my ears.
- 41:06Speaker 2: I like rewound it, and I thought, did Mary actually
- 41:09Speaker 2: say something to Whitney that was like supportive and in
- 41:12Speaker 2: a way that we've never seen before? Pretty cool?
- 41:15Speaker 3: Well, well, but they have a good thing going because
- 41:18Speaker 3: like Whitney and Mary seemed to have, like she invited
- 41:21Speaker 3: Whitney to the church again this season. Yeah, but I
- 41:25Speaker 3: feel like there's more going on with the Justin and
- 41:29Speaker 3: Whitney thing. And then I thought, oh, maybe she's more
- 41:31Speaker 3: open in the marriage, because they alluded to that this
- 41:34Speaker 3: season that they had an open marriage.
- 41:37Speaker 1: So I thought, okay, there's something.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Oh, maybe Oh interesting, I see.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, that's my theory.
- 41:47Speaker 2: If she is if they did have an open marriage
- 41:50Speaker 2: and she was exercising that you would think in this
- 41:56Speaker 2: world like that would be exposed or get out in
- 41:59Speaker 2: some way.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Especially in Utah.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Well yeah, or maybe she wasn't in Utah, which would
- 42:05Speaker 2: be the smart, smart thing to do. Yeah, and go
- 42:08Speaker 2: overseas for one. Hey, guys, take it from me. I
- 42:13Speaker 2: got all the tips.
- 42:16Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 42:17Speaker 3: I mean that I last reunion, you and I thought
- 42:21Speaker 3: they would be divorced. The gossip about the three of
- 42:27Speaker 3: these couples won't be together next season. Yes, yeah, and
- 42:32Speaker 3: we thought they were. It was going to be Lisa
- 42:36Speaker 3: and Whitney and bron Win and we were right on one.
- 42:42Speaker 2: I never thought it was going to be Lisa, no way.
- 42:45Speaker 2: I fully did not vote for Lisa.
- 42:48Speaker 1: No you did, did you did? Hang on, I got
- 42:52Speaker 1: the tape.
- 42:55Speaker 2: I would never.
- 42:57Speaker 3: I feel like, because we had the tip that it
- 42:59Speaker 3: was going to be Meredith and Seth, so we were like,
- 43:02Speaker 3: well who else?
- 43:03Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, I thought it was Justin and Whitney
- 43:06Speaker 2: for sure. By the way, remember all that stuff that
- 43:10Speaker 2: the rumors about, Oh this season Meredith leaves the show right.
- 43:14Speaker 1: On the vacation, like, yeah, she left a vacation.
- 43:18Speaker 2: It's so irritating. That's why I hate like blind items
- 43:22Speaker 2: and all the gossip that happens about a show that's filming.
- 43:27Speaker 2: I don't want to know. I don't need to know.
- 43:29Speaker 2: I don't like all the chatter.
- 43:31Speaker 1: I love it.
- 43:32Speaker 2: Good for you, Emily, Yeah that's great, just throw us
- 43:37Speaker 2: in a whole other direction. Meredith leaves the show. She
- 43:40Speaker 2: does something crazy and they kick her off the show.
- 43:45Speaker 2: So now it's like, when did she get kicked off?
- 43:48Speaker 3: Speaking of this is in line exactly with what we're
- 43:53Speaker 3: talking about. Prue left Bakeoff anyway.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Go ahead, liar, No, she did.
- 43:59Speaker 1: She actually she's not going to be on Bakeoff anymore.
- 44:01Speaker 3: She's really retiring so she can go to do more
- 44:05Speaker 3: gardening and enjoy her anyway.
- 44:09Speaker 2: Oh man really. Oh that's so. It's really sad, but
- 44:14Speaker 2: it's also really beautiful and I'm happy for her.
- 44:17Speaker 3: And that was another one that we said. Next Salt
- 44:19Speaker 3: Lake reunion, Proof.
- 44:21Speaker 2: Resign not together from Hollywood? No oh no, oh god,
- 44:29Speaker 2: well now who are they going to get? It's going
- 44:31Speaker 2: to be something somebody really special?
- 44:34Speaker 3: Yeah, they they I've heard some names, but I don't
- 44:37Speaker 3: remember any of them.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Meredith Meredith is one of the names.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Andy calls Meredith Meredith. We've got a great opportunity for you.
- 44:49Speaker 2: Today's challenge bakers will be it's a blind pantry and
- 44:57Speaker 2: you're going to make tarts rasbary talk. I'm just getting started.
- 45:06Speaker 2: What do you have here? Is a bolla taking a
- 45:12Speaker 2: pountry and you blind bank that all no things are
- 45:24Speaker 2: improving fast and hard.
- 45:27Speaker 1: I don't think you're supposed to be out here for
- 45:29Speaker 1: the blind bake. That's the point. You shouldn't be seeing
- 45:33Speaker 1: who's doing this. I make the decisions you can leave, Yes.
- 45:41Speaker 2: Yeah, at the end of every episode, and since it's
- 45:43Speaker 2: like this beautiful celebration of these people and what they've done.
- 45:49Speaker 2: At the end, she tells these were people that they
- 45:51Speaker 2: can leave, so.
- 45:53Speaker 3: Mean and now I have the greatest job of saying
- 45:58Speaker 3: you can leave.
- 46:00Speaker 1: Hit it and she's like.
- 46:04Speaker 2: DJ DJing in the corner. It's just ruined. The British
- 46:08Speaker 2: bakup is ruined. Martin, Your best skip tower was horrmal
- 46:19Speaker 2: and you're all Liehart, you can.
- 46:29Speaker 1: I would watch and watch.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Of course we would. Flake. We should get back to
- 46:35Speaker 2: this episode. Anyway, Mary fell asleep during Whitney's questioning, and
- 46:41Speaker 2: I love that Andy called it out. Was I was?
- 46:45Speaker 3: I was just going like this, Yeah, no one remembers
- 46:53Speaker 3: anything their body does on this show.
- 46:55Speaker 2: Apparently, was was. I. So, let's talk about Lisa's moment
- 47:04Speaker 2: when she actually becomes vulnerable and starts talking about I mean,
- 47:10Speaker 2: I know that her crying is nothing new, because she
- 47:13Speaker 2: will cry over anything, right, her.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Voice changed there.
- 47:17Speaker 3: It was as though a human, like a caring human,
- 47:22Speaker 3: came into being.
- 47:24Speaker 1: Like I heard it.
- 47:25Speaker 2: I heard it.
- 47:26Speaker 1: I don't think I'm crazy.
- 47:27Speaker 2: No, I heard it too. And then these fucking Salt
- 47:33Speaker 2: Lake City couches couldn't slow their goddamn roles and they
- 47:38Speaker 2: ruined it. They ruined it all. They've ruined it all, mother,
- 47:41Speaker 2: I mean, honestly, know when to shut up, because, like
- 47:44Speaker 2: if somebody who doesn't share, notoriously doesn't share, and his
- 47:50Speaker 2: theory controlled about their brand and their narrative and they're
- 47:54Speaker 2: actually starting to peel back like a little bit, what
- 47:59Speaker 2: you don't what you don't do is talk over them
- 48:04Speaker 2: and tell them how wrong they are in that moment
- 48:08Speaker 2: and what they're doing is not right, but they're right.
- 48:12Speaker 2: I mean, it was like one after another. It was
- 48:15Speaker 2: Angie and then it was Heather, and then I don't
- 48:19Speaker 2: know who else, but no wonder she shut up.
- 48:22Speaker 3: I would too, you too, And I have a feeling,
- 48:26Speaker 3: I mean, I wish we could have a reunion of
- 48:28Speaker 3: the reunion is a feeling.
- 48:30Speaker 1: When they watched that back, especially like.
- 48:33Speaker 3: Heather, She's going to be like, uh, we should have
- 48:36Speaker 3: like let that one ride a little because I was like,
- 48:40Speaker 3: do you I felt like they don't hear this, Like
- 48:43Speaker 3: they literally don't hear.
- 48:45Speaker 2: This, because I think that they got in their own
- 48:48Speaker 2: way and not all bad intentions. I also see where
- 48:51Speaker 2: they're coming from. They were trying to encourage her that
- 48:55Speaker 2: she was okay, and that's a normal thing to happen
- 48:57Speaker 2: in a relationship. And this is what Andy was talking about,
- 49:01Speaker 2: that these are the moments that they appreciate. So I
- 49:03Speaker 2: get that their intentions were good, but you also have
- 49:08Speaker 2: to know how to share those share your encouragements. And
- 49:12Speaker 2: their tone was like yelly.
- 49:17Speaker 3: It was And I got what Lisa because for Lisa,
- 49:20Speaker 3: what she was talking about was sounded like.
- 49:23Speaker 1: A huge moment in her marriage because of the show.
- 49:28Speaker 2: Yeah, and.
- 49:30Speaker 3: I got everything she was saying in that moment, and
- 49:34Speaker 3: I did want to hear more, and I did want
- 49:37Speaker 3: to hear like this because she was self reflecting. She
- 49:41Speaker 3: just wasn't saying the exact words that they wanted to hear.
- 49:44Speaker 3: And I think she probably would have gotten there if
- 49:47Speaker 3: they hadn't, to your point, jumped all over.
- 49:51Speaker 2: And also baby steps for somebody like that, somebody like Lisa.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Who baby gorgeous steps.
- 50:01Speaker 2: Right right, you know, I mean you got to crawl first. Yeah,
- 50:05Speaker 2: because Lisa is an infant when it comes to I mean,
- 50:09Speaker 2: John is right, she doesn't listen. We all know she
- 50:11Speaker 2: doesn't listen. Yeah, and her it's just all excuses. So
- 50:17Speaker 2: when and I thought it was pretty funny when Mary's like,
- 50:19Speaker 2: if your husband tells me you're not a good listener,
- 50:21Speaker 2: you're not a good listener. But you know it's not necessary.
- 50:25Speaker 2: That's obviously not necessarily the case. But in this case,
- 50:29Speaker 2: you're looking at who John is, and I think if
- 50:32Speaker 2: John is saying you're not a good listener, you're probably
- 50:35Speaker 2: not a good listener. Okay, Yeah, he's not saying that
- 50:38Speaker 2: you don't listen. It's just in certain situations you know
- 50:41Speaker 2: you're not a good listener. And so all of her
- 50:43Speaker 2: excuses are coming out through the pain, but that's also
- 50:47Speaker 2: a gateway to understanding. So if she could just talk
- 50:52Speaker 2: it through and have a little bit of encouragement, that
- 50:54Speaker 2: would be nice. But any mean, they're not all therapists,
- 50:56Speaker 2: they're just they're housewives that are very val at all.
- 51:00Speaker 2: But when she was coming through with like John says
- 51:04Speaker 2: that I am not a good listener and they'll go
- 51:06Speaker 2: so heartbroken, And then was like, but then how do
- 51:10Speaker 2: I get John's shirts all pressed? And how do I
- 51:12Speaker 2: do this? And how do I do that? And how
- 51:14Speaker 2: do I pick up all of the taco bell and
- 51:16Speaker 2: how do I do this? It's like, well, this is
- 51:17Speaker 2: the point you're just well, those are like, those are errands,
- 51:21Speaker 2: and those are things that you're doing. You're doing a
- 51:24Speaker 2: lot of work, You're doing everything. It sounds like you're
- 51:26Speaker 2: doing everything. But yeah, and so those things where you
- 51:32Speaker 2: probably feel like, since I'm doing everything, I don't owe
- 51:36Speaker 2: you anything. I don't owe you to have to pause
- 51:39Speaker 2: and listen to what you're saying about you know, everything
- 51:41Speaker 2: is fine. I'm perfect, is what I feel like it is.
- 51:44Speaker 3: Unfortunately, Yeah, I don't love that John did what he
- 51:50Speaker 3: did on camera because I think Lisa gets enough of
- 51:52Speaker 3: it on camera, and that's the other thing we're not
- 51:56Speaker 3: she just doesn't hear.
- 51:57Speaker 1: It on Cara.
- 51:58Speaker 2: Yeah, from that, he slammed her, she did. He he
- 52:00Speaker 2: body slammed her as much as I appreciated though that
- 52:04Speaker 2: he did that, because it makes us not feel crazy
- 52:06Speaker 2: watching it. John, do you see this. I also think he's,
- 52:09Speaker 2: you know, he needs to represent himself. He doesn't want
- 52:13Speaker 2: to be a doormat. He doesn't want to right like,
- 52:16Speaker 2: so I think that it's important for him to speak
- 52:19Speaker 2: his truth as well. He's on this show as well,
- 52:21Speaker 2: and I think like it was okay for him to
- 52:25Speaker 2: be irritated in that moment. They're filming all the time,
- 52:28Speaker 2: so if that was one moment on top of like
- 52:30Speaker 2: hours and hours and he kind of like got annoyed,
- 52:33Speaker 2: that's just like a regular relationship. And that's their point. Oh,
- 52:35Speaker 2: this is so real, This is so normal. We all
- 52:37Speaker 2: do this right, and it's okay. But Lisa, her reaction
- 52:42Speaker 2: was so at a two hundred that she's like so
- 52:45Speaker 2: upset that there could be any cracks ever seen in
- 52:49Speaker 2: her or her marriage, which says a lot about her
- 52:53Speaker 2: need to always be perfect, which is really a problem yeah.
- 53:01Speaker 3: I wish that we would have had all the ben
- 53:03Speaker 3: Affleck information prior to the reunion.
- 53:07Speaker 2: Oh, tell the people, tell the darlings.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Well, I mean just that.
- 53:11Speaker 3: I feel like it's been everywhere that ben Affleck doesn't
- 53:14Speaker 3: know who she is. But I not just I just
- 53:17Speaker 3: want to hear what she has to say on that.
- 53:20Speaker 3: I want Andy to ask, yeah, in the court of
- 53:23Speaker 3: the reunion by Judge Andy, and then I want to
- 53:28Speaker 3: hear what she says.
- 53:30Speaker 2: I can tell you how that would go. I can
- 53:32Speaker 2: tell you how that would go go ahead, Andy.
- 53:34Speaker 3: So we recently heard in an interview that ben Affleck
- 53:39Speaker 3: does not recall working with you.
- 53:43Speaker 2: What a stinker. I saw that and I laughed so hard.
- 53:46Speaker 2: I was like, Benny, oh my god. We were working.
- 53:50Speaker 2: We literally bumped elbows. And I can tell you because
- 53:52Speaker 2: this is the elbow that he bumped. And I was
- 53:54Speaker 2: wearing a Versatje blazer that day and it left him
- 53:57Speaker 2: mark because he was actually where, yeah, chalk on his
- 54:01Speaker 2: on his jacket and he got on mine. And I
- 54:03Speaker 2: can show you that jacket. But he doesn't. He's such
- 54:05Speaker 2: a big celebrity, he doesn't remember everybody. But I can't
- 54:08Speaker 2: believe he doesn't remember me. I mean, who doesn't remember me,
- 54:13Speaker 2: so he would didn't shoot it?
- 54:15Speaker 1: Okay, fair enough, that's.
- 54:19Speaker 2: My take, you know what I mean.
- 54:21Speaker 1: No, I think that's accurate. I think it's accurate.
- 54:25Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, let's move on to Bronwin. Oh yeah,
- 54:31Speaker 2: that was haavy.
- 54:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean when she also went down the list
- 54:38Speaker 3: of what Toad did on the weekend, where he or
- 54:41Speaker 3: whatever in one week, read every comment on social media,
- 54:46Speaker 3: watched every I mean the every season of Salt Lake
- 54:51Speaker 3: got got on social media for the first time.
- 54:54Speaker 1: I'm like, that is insane.
- 54:58Speaker 3: I know that he didn't get it, like he doesn't
- 55:01Speaker 3: he didn't understand what he was doing to himself, but
- 55:04Speaker 3: any anybody would say this is not good.
- 55:10Speaker 2: He boy, did he commit. He went in so hard
- 55:15Speaker 2: and it just shows me, well just me personally, but like, no,
- 55:19Speaker 2: wonder he's so successful because that's how hard he probably
- 55:21Speaker 2: goes at everything that he does and his work like
- 55:24Speaker 2: that is the biggest deep dive in a week. This
- 55:28Speaker 2: is like a retreat, you know. And I can't believe
- 55:31Speaker 2: that he actually saw it through. I would have thought
- 55:36Speaker 2: he started in season one and like you know, then
- 55:39Speaker 2: he like skipped to bron Win season you know, to
- 55:43Speaker 2: think that he went through all that then he went
- 55:45Speaker 2: on redded deep dives. I mean, he did the work,
- 55:48Speaker 2: he showed up, and you know what, he's one of
- 55:50Speaker 2: us now. So I'm gonna have him on the podcast
- 55:52Speaker 2: next week. We're gonna recap actually vander Pump Rules and
- 55:55Speaker 2: see what he thinks about the new cast. No, I
- 55:58Speaker 2: mean I actually on some level respect that he did that,
- 56:02Speaker 2: because you know, they are separated, but they're not divorced yet.
- 56:06Speaker 2: So if he can get a handle on what this
- 56:08Speaker 2: is and is accepting of what this is on some level,
- 56:12Speaker 2: which I think he's not. Obviously he wasn't hasn't been
- 56:15Speaker 2: from the beginning, but like maybe his olive branch to her,
- 56:19Speaker 2: or his way of somehow doing work on his end
- 56:23Speaker 2: is like, let me understand your world. Let me understand
- 56:26Speaker 2: this world that now you are in, so I can
- 56:29Speaker 2: get my head around what's happening here, because I can't
- 56:32Speaker 2: even imagine what that must be like as an outsider
- 56:35Speaker 2: to this niche that we are all part of. We
- 56:38Speaker 2: have woven such a tapestry that insiders can only understand it.
- 56:44Speaker 2: Like when you're on the outside, it looks like a
- 56:46Speaker 2: foreign land and then you take someone's cherry off their
- 56:50Speaker 2: ice cream and you're getting sacrificed for it. Yeah, so like,
- 56:55Speaker 2: it doesn't make sense. It wouldn't make sense to me.
- 56:59Speaker 2: I would be like, what, especially if I didn't have
- 57:02Speaker 2: the strongest marriage, And there's a lot of blind spots
- 57:05Speaker 2: which we all have when we're in it. And honestly, yeah.
- 57:09Speaker 3: I was just surprised he didn't watch the show before
- 57:14Speaker 3: she was actually filming.
- 57:16Speaker 1: You would think I would.
- 57:17Speaker 3: I was surprised that he hadn't, Like you would think,
- 57:20Speaker 3: given his need to know everything in terms of business,
- 57:24Speaker 3: you'd want to understand that.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Well, that's that's the thing he under That's what people do,
- 57:29Speaker 2: is they underestimate the power of the Real Housewives, the
- 57:35Speaker 2: outsiders do. But we know how powerful this platform is
- 57:40Speaker 2: because that's it destroys people. It builds them up, it
- 57:44Speaker 2: destroys them. It completely recalibrates people's lives in such a
- 57:53Speaker 2: way that they never would expect. Which is why I
- 57:55Speaker 2: think at the end of this conversation, her acknowledgment of
- 57:58Speaker 2: do I think, I don't think think the show is
- 58:01Speaker 2: the cause for our marriage, but it may have sped
- 58:03Speaker 2: it up, which is what many people say you know,
- 58:06Speaker 2: it highlights the problems, the cracks in it. And Okay,
- 58:11Speaker 2: so all that said, and of course I feel bad
- 58:14Speaker 2: for Bronwyn that she's going through this. I understand where
- 58:18Speaker 2: she's made sacrifices in her marriage and how she feels
- 58:21Speaker 2: like not seen and everything's been for Todd and stuff
- 58:24Speaker 2: like that. And so if I may push all that
- 58:27Speaker 2: aside for a minute, and I want to point out
- 58:29Speaker 2: something that I feel like, I you know, you may
- 58:33Speaker 2: think I'm traitorous for saying this, but I absolutely am
- 58:36Speaker 2: going to stand by this and say, well, no shit,
- 58:40Speaker 2: Todd doesn't want to be on the show. No shit,
- 58:45Speaker 2: your marriage is destroyed because you came on a reality
- 58:50Speaker 2: show and you exposed your husband for who he is
- 58:55Speaker 2: and how badly he treats you. So what do you
- 58:59Speaker 2: think was going to happen? So in my opinion, whether
- 59:03Speaker 2: she did this consciously or subconsciously, this is no surprise.
- 59:08Speaker 2: And I understand that she's mourning the loss of who
- 59:11Speaker 2: Todd was and who he is now. But I also
- 59:16Speaker 2: am not really buying it because why would you think
- 59:21Speaker 2: that your husband would want you to talk to your
- 59:24Speaker 2: quote unquote friends about potentially having an open marriage, Because
- 59:29Speaker 2: you're referring to your friends as people on this show
- 59:32Speaker 2: that you just met, and you're going on the show
- 59:35Speaker 2: and talking about how your marriage is so bad. So
- 59:38Speaker 2: when she's like, oh my, I don't think that he
- 59:42Speaker 2: will want me to do this show because it will
- 59:44Speaker 2: magnify the cracks in our marriage and he doesn't want that,
- 59:48Speaker 2: tier tier tier, Well no kidding, who wants that? Do
- 59:52Speaker 2: you expect? Of course he doesn't want that. So why
- 59:55Speaker 2: is Todd the bad guy there? He's not the bad guy? There?
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: Is he the bad guy for how their dynamics were
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: in their relationship? That's up to them. Seems like it
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: seems like kind of a jerk whatever.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: But I don't think that proposed him a bad person either.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: I mean, there's no but she's but she's crying over
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: how he's different now than he was before. Well that's
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: because you're calling him out in front of a public platform.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: I think she almost had to do that to get out.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's that's not my point. My point is
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: she whether she did it consciously or subconsciously, it doesn't matter.
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: She needed to do it, she wants to get out.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: But for her to start questioning or being sad about
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: how boy, oh boy, I'm so sad for me because
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Todd doesn't want to do this. He gets mad at
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: me for talking to my friends about our marriage. No,
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: it's not that simple. You're talking about your marriage on TV.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: So call it what it is. Let's not sugarcoat what
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: it is. I don't.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: I didn't feel like she was sugarcoating it. But I
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: see what you're saying, Like that always is weird when
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: people are like my friends, the friend group, this friend.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Group, it's like the production.
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: Yeah, and I get that they're told to do that,
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: but I get I guess that it's like yeah, when
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: I when I see bron Wynn talking about all of it, I'm.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Like, I don't think she I do.
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: I feel like it's very real, and I think she
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: realizes that, like she doesn't really have a way out
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: unless she puts this thing on blast to really see
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: for herself. Because even her family, like, I don't know
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: about her daughter, but I certainly got the vibe better.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: Mom and dad liked Todd more than her. They liked
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: they Like we're basically saying like all this is because.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: Of Todd, and yeah, and a lot of it was financially,
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: but right, right, I don't know. And also it seems
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: like in terms of her daughter, Todd and her daughter
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: have a very like close relationship. So that was there's
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: a lot going on that she I think, to your point,
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: subconsciously or not. I think it must have been subconsciously.
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: She's like, I need to blow this up.
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: Yeah, and she blew it. And good for her because she.
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: I mean, look, he was stepping out on her all
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: the time, like apparently allegedly, you know, that's annoying. She
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: was downplaying her worth. It seems like in the marriage constantly.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: So I don't have a problem with her wanting to
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: get away from him. I think it's absolutely justified. What
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: I don't really like is the instance the untrue like.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, I'm so surprised that he would hate this.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I agree, it doesn't make sense. It's like
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: she's too she's too smart for that or too smart
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: for that, And it makes it look like she's less
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: of a victim of him when she talks like that,
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: because it's happened she's doing that.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: Yeah, And then I would say the same thing about
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: her mother.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you know.
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: She put her mother on TV right to explore, like's
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: she is not an unintelligent person. She's seen the Housewives.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: She knows what it's about. She can Her package is
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: a dysfunctional marriage, an abusive mom in the world of Mormonism,
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: a child that has its own conflicts from how it began.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: I mean, everything for her is like the perfect package
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: for a housewife. And she knows that obviously or else
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: she wouldn't have been in that position. And clearly casting
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: did too, which is brilliant. So don't get me wrong.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: I absolutely I love Bronwyn. I love her on the show,
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: but I don't like feigning victimhood when I believe that
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: she can take a little more responsibility or be a
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: little bit more forthcoming about how you know it takes
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: two to tango at this point in her life and
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: being on the show, not what's been done in the past,
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: but right now. Yeah, And I think that her like
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: she did say something about her mom, like and she's
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: on this show. Didn't she say something like and I
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: feel bad because yeahs if it weren't for me or something.
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: Like the fallout with her mom being on. I think
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: with her mom, Bronwin was like, I'm just gonna film
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: with my mom. She's a character and she's hard on me,
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: and if people get a read on her that's a
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: little off, well, that will be validating for me. And
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: I feel like I stand by Bronwyn on that good
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: And I think Bronwyn did not anticipate all of us
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: being like, you're very correct on your gut feelings about
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: your mom, Bronwyn, and we all see it and she
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: is not good to you. And I think Bronwyn was
- 1:04:55Speaker 3: not anticipating the wall of support backlash against her mom
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: that then she'd have to answer for privately with her mother.
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: I just don't think she saw that coming the way
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: it did.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: Maybe she didn't think it would come in as hard
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: as it did for both her mom or Todd, But
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: I'm not sure if I fully believe that. I actually
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: think that she may have been a little bit more
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: aware going in than we're giving her credit for. And
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: that's just kind of a set that's like a sad
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: thing to say, because you wouldn't think that about someone
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: like her because she seems so sincere. But you cannot
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: tell me for one second that there has got to
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: be raging anger in her rage.
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: Yeah, if i'd been told I was wrong my whole
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: life by this person.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: You better believe I'd be like, why don't she go
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: and tell America some of your cools? Well then what? Okay?
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: So then why are you saying that she didn't do
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: that on purpose?
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: I don't think she anticipated the non stop waves of
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: memes in going in on her mom's looks and all.
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: I don't think she thought, you know, she can't control
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: the edit. I think maybe she thought it would be
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: like a haha kind of deal. But I don't think
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: she anticipated us all being like.
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: Fuck this, you know, Like I agree, I disagree. And
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: I also think that the tears that we were seeing
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: from her are tears of remorse for actually following through
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: with this, because it hurts to see her mom hurt,
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: and vengeance is not as good as you thought it
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: would be. And now listen, I could be wrong, and
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: that's fine.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: Mom did it to herself.
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: Though that's the other thing that it might be guilt too,
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: because it's not like Broun went.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: I mean, Bronwin was giving her a lot of chances
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: off while they were filming.
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: Oh and Bronwyn exactly which, but Bronwyn knew what her
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: mom would do every single time, because I'm sure she's
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: been giving her mom lots of chances over the years,
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: and every single time she teased it up, her mom
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: punts it every single time, and so there was no
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: reason to believe she wouldn't do that on camera. So
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: what Bronwyn got is exactly what she wanted to get,
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: which is that Todd is finally looking at himself for
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: the asshole that he is. Right, did that cherry thing
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: really be? That? Was it really that bad? Do I
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: not actually really listen to you? And her mom saying
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: I didn't. I didn't realize that I didn't support you
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: as much. I thought that I was this. I thought
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: that I was that. And Bronwin's understanding now, which is
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: what Heather was able to articulate, which is when she
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: said those things to you, she was mostly saying it
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: to the Mormon community so that she could still see
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: as her show her allyship for them for Mormonism. So
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: I think Bronwin understands that more. Bronwin got everything she
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: wanted to, but in a hard way. So yeah, Bronwin
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: is sort of she got all the validation that she
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: needed from everybody on between Todd and Muzzy, so we
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: support her, like we see it. Yeah, how does that
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: feel to be finally seen, finally after all these years
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: like treated like shit from everybody. Yeah, and so now
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: she's I think it's going to be a whole new
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: era for her. I wonder what's gonna happen. She obviously
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: says she doesn't know where her and Todd are going
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: to go. And do you think that they're going to
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: try and still work it out?
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: I mean, I think they're going to try. But she
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: also just booked bake Off. She's replacing Prue on me.
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: Oh, that actually would be nice. Okay, Baker's on today.
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: We're gonna look under the Gingham pantry and see what
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: we have here? Wow? All right, well that look. I
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: hope you all heard me out before yelling at the
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: at your phones or whatever.
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: But I don't think you said anything too crazy.
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: I think the keyword there's her term is subconscious, Like
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: I don't know I can see some part of her,
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: Like I don't think she was up in her trader's
- 1:09:14Speaker 3: turret like we're gonna, I'm gonna maliciously take these people
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: down one by one. I think she was like they
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: might feel the burn a little and then it just
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: was like boom, it blew up. But I think she
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: absolutely and I don't fall her for it. I probably
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: do the same. Wanted them to feel a little bit
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: of what get a little dose?
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'll tell you what you know. Vengeance is
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: uh oh, it is bitter. It is a bitter pill
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: to swallow. All right, Well, I don't think there's anything
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: else that we can talk. I mean, look, Heather and
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: Meredith are not friends. We already talked about Meredith, So.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: Yeah, Brono is really the key takeaway of the whole
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: third episode for me.
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: All Right, what a season, what a cast? Wow guys,
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: Wow wow wow. Thanks thanks for taking the journey with us.
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: Don't tell bron when I talked about her. Now let
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: her know you read what you saw. I'm saying that
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: to myself, and thanks for listening. I would love it
