- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and welcome to Bongino Report Early Edition. I'm
- 0:03Speaker 1: your host, Avita. A DOD contractor launches an election misinformation
- 0:09Speaker 1: monitoring center. Kamala is caught massively plagiarizing. Bill Clinton believes
- 0:15Speaker 1: that Lincoln Riley would still be alive under Kamala's watch.
- 0:18Speaker 1: The only problem is that we are currently under Kamala's watch.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Bill Clinton also calls for importing immigrants. In order to
- 0:26Speaker 1: fix the dropping birth rates crisis, Aurora, Colorado, landlord releases
- 0:31Speaker 1: a photo of his employee beaten by Tren de Aragua.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Young Turks producer Anna Kasparian reveals why she's left the
- 0:40Speaker 1: Democratic Party and a communist TikToker exposes Democrats for paying
- 0:45Speaker 1: influencers in undisclosed ads. All this on Barn Junior Report,
- 0:50Speaker 1: early edition. You all know that there is an entire
- 1:06Speaker 1: industry of people whose sole job is to destroy right-wing
- 1:11Speaker 1: and alternative media, just annihilating our ability to generate any
- 1:15Speaker 1: ad revenue whatsoever. And the worst culprits of this is
- 1:19Speaker 1: one of the worst, is an organization known as NewsGuard,
- 1:23Speaker 1: the so-called media reliability watchdog that has become infamous for
- 1:29Speaker 1: selling blacklists of disfavored news sites to the advertising industry
- 1:34Speaker 1: in order to choke off their ad revenue. Now, yesterday,
- 1:39Speaker 1: NewsGuard launched a new brand, a little project. It's known
- 1:45Speaker 1: as 2024 Election Misinformation Monitoring Center. And the center offers, quote,
- 1:53Speaker 1: free access to real-time debunks of election-related misinformation. There's just
- 2:00Speaker 1: one problem here. NewsGuard is one of the greatest purveyors
- 2:04Speaker 1: of mis- and disinformation. They have lied about everything from
- 2:07Speaker 1: climate change to the Hunter Biden laptop story to ineffective
- 2:11Speaker 1: and draconian COVID measures. On the Hunter Biden laptop front,
- 2:15Speaker 1: ahead of the 2020 election, they actually said, it's Russian disinformation,
- 2:19Speaker 1: just like those 51 former intel agents said. So just
- 2:23Speaker 1: can it gives you a sense of how crazy they are.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I want to also give you an idea of how
- 2:28Speaker 1: biased their ratings of news sites are. So NewsGuard gave
- 2:33Speaker 1: the pro-life news outlets Life News and Live Action 17.5
- 2:39Speaker 1: out of 100 for reliability. And they rated Planned Parenthood
- 2:42Speaker 1: as 75 out of 100. So 67.5 difference in the
- 2:56Speaker 1: rating of reliability between live action and Planned Parenthood. And
- 2:59Speaker 1: obviously they're in favor of Planned Parenthood. So this is
- 3:02Speaker 1: just a brazenly partisan outlet. They're only interested in uplifting
- 3:08Speaker 1: Democrat-approved sources. And NewsGuard cannot be really separated from the
- 3:13Speaker 1: federal government. That's something really key to understand about them.
- 3:16Speaker 1: The organization has partnered with the Pentagon on multiple issues. projects.
- 3:21Speaker 1: They are a government contractor. And the reason they're a
- 3:24Speaker 1: government contractor is because the government has a vested interest
- 3:28Speaker 1: in destroying media sources who actually report on the government,
- 3:32Speaker 1: who don't just glaze over all of the ways that
- 3:35Speaker 1: they abuse the American people. And the government has a
- 3:37Speaker 1: vested interest in also controlling the minds of the public.
- 3:41Speaker 1: That's the cybersecurity infrastructure security's stated goal, to protect our
- 3:45Speaker 1: cognitive infrastructure. So we aren't just speculating that hear about
- 3:51Speaker 1: any of this. And we are about the connection between
- 3:54Speaker 1: the federal government and organizations like NewsGuard, who the government
- 3:57Speaker 1: outsources their censorship efforts to. And there's really been an
- 4:01Speaker 1: entire narrative around mis- and disinformation in the public consciousness.
- 4:06Speaker 1: And Democrat leaders are a huge part in delivering this
- 4:11Speaker 1: message to the public, of creating this narrative that somehow
- 4:15Speaker 1: free speech is dangerous. Here is Tim Walz. really exemplifying
- 4:19Speaker 1: the entire ethos.
- 4:21Speaker 2: I think we need to push back on this.
- 4:23Speaker 3: There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech,
- 4:27Speaker 3: and especially around our democracy.
- 4:30Speaker 1: And it's not just Tim Walz, of course. I mean,
- 4:33Speaker 1: let's not, I can't forget that Kamala is the vice
- 4:36Speaker 1: president of the current authoritarian administration, which has already wielded
- 4:41Speaker 1: unprecedented power to suppress and silence wrong think, so-called wrong
- 4:46Speaker 1: think on social media. And yet here's Tim Walz amazingly
- 4:50Speaker 1: claiming that Trump will be wildly authoritarian if he's elected.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Donald Trump over the weekend was talking about using the U.S.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Army against people who disagree with him. Just so you're
- 5:02Speaker 3: clear about that, that's what he's talking about. This is
- 5:05Speaker 3: not some mythical thing out there. He called it the
- 5:08Speaker 3: enemy within.
- 5:10Speaker 2: An army?
- 5:11Speaker 1: Really, Tim? It's the Biden administration. That's surveilling traditional Catholics,
- 5:18Speaker 1: throwing poor lifers in jail, labeling MAGA supporters domestic terrorists,
- 5:24Speaker 1: and annihilating the First Amendment as we know it. I mean,
- 5:27Speaker 1: it's truly unprecedented the amount of censorship that Americans have
- 5:32Speaker 1: experienced under this administration. And Tim Walz is turning around
- 5:35Speaker 1: and going, yeah, no, Trump's the real threat. Trump's the
- 5:38Speaker 1: authoritarian here. There is an entire censorship industrial complex that
- 5:44Speaker 1: the federal government is creating, censoring in-house among the federal agencies, right,
- 5:49Speaker 1: among CISA, among other DHS subsidiaries, among the FBI and
- 5:55Speaker 1: other branches. But they're also outsourcing their censorship efforts to
- 5:59Speaker 1: places like NewsGuard. And Tim Walz and Kamala are the
- 6:02Speaker 1: regime-controlled candidates regurgitating this mis- and disinformation fear-mongering because the
- 6:08Speaker 1: permanent state is their most crucial and powerful backers. They
- 6:12Speaker 1: are the regime-controlled candidates. That is how Kamala, and this
- 6:16Speaker 1: is what's so important to understand about Kamala, that is
- 6:19Speaker 1: how Kamala, a woman dumber than a box of rocks,
- 6:23Speaker 1: has been elevated to the position that she's in. It's
- 6:25Speaker 1: not by merit. It's that she's controllable. It's that she
- 6:29Speaker 1: is doing the work of the regime. She is allowing
- 6:33Speaker 1: them to amass more power, frankly, at the expense of
- 6:36Speaker 1: her own autonomy as a political leader. We're going to
- 6:40Speaker 1: take a quick break, but when we come back, we
- 6:42Speaker 1: are going to discuss a massive brewing Kamala Harris scandal
- 6:47Speaker 1: that the media does not want you to know about.
- 6:50Speaker 1: We'll be right back. Again, as always, shout out to
- 6:54Speaker 1: our sponsors. We literally just talked about this. The way
- 6:57Speaker 1: that the advertising industry is set up to annihilate right-wing speech,
- 7:03Speaker 1: annihilate conservative media. So anyone that works with us, you
- 7:07Speaker 1: know they're a patriot. You know that they truly are
- 7:11Speaker 1: on the side of the American people. So Thank you
- 7:14Speaker 1: to our sponsors. Now, at the beginning of Kamala Harris's
- 7:19Speaker 1: political career, in the run-up to her campaign to serve
- 7:22Speaker 1: as California's Attorney General, she and co-author Joanne O.C. Hamilton
- 7:28Speaker 1: published a book titled Smart on Crime, a career prosecutor's
- 7:34Speaker 1: plan to make us safer. And this book was pretty
- 7:37Speaker 1: integral in her career. It sort of set her apart
- 7:40Speaker 1: as somebody who we could come to for policy related
- 7:45Speaker 1: to crime, related to prosecution. I mean, it was sort
- 7:50Speaker 1: of an entry level into justifying herself, giving herself credibility
- 7:57Speaker 1: in the sphere. And the book, according to Stefan Weber,
- 8:01Speaker 1: a famed Austrian plagiarism hunter who has taken down politicians
- 8:06Speaker 1: in the German-speaking world, According to him, the book contains
- 8:11Speaker 1: more than a dozen, quote, vicious plagiarism fragments. According to
- 8:17Speaker 1: a report from Chris Ruffo, some of the passages contain
- 8:20Speaker 1: minor transgression, reproducing small sections of text, insufficient paraphrasing. But
- 8:27Speaker 1: others reflect far more serious infractions. Harris and her co-author
- 8:31Speaker 1: reportedly duplicated long passages, nearly verbatim, without proper citation and
- 8:38Speaker 1: without quotation marks. I want to show you all a
- 8:40Speaker 1: side-by-side of a section in Kamala's book about a New
- 8:44Speaker 1: York court program that she just full-on stole from Wikipedia,
- 8:50Speaker 1: of all places. And if you are listening to the podcast,
- 8:53Speaker 1: just know that there is a giant, uh, parts of
- 8:59Speaker 1: this text in red, in yellow, where you can see
- 9:02Speaker 1: that she just completely lifted the phrasing right straight from Wikipedia.
- 9:08Speaker 1: It's just incredible amounts of brazen plagiarism from a very
- 9:14Speaker 1: unreliable source. I really, I mean, she's not, we're not,
- 9:17Speaker 1: they're not reading books. They're not reading established leaders and
- 9:23Speaker 1: thought leaders on this topic. It's Wikipedia. Anybody can edit Wikipedia.
- 9:27Speaker 1: So really a slam at Kamala's credibility, Kamala's integrity. Now,
- 9:33Speaker 1: the Kamala campaign has declined to comment on this matter.
- 9:37Speaker 1: And Chris Ruffo posted on X yesterday that Kamala Harris's publisher,
- 9:41Speaker 1: Chronicle Books, is in total damage control mode because the
- 9:45Speaker 1: company accidentally sent Ruffo's team an internal communication indicating that
- 9:50Speaker 1: Company VP Lauren Hoffman is requiring that all inquiries about
- 9:55Speaker 1: Harris's plagiarism go through the higher ups. So she is
- 9:59Speaker 1: an email from Lauren Hoffman to the employees that unfortunately, well, fortunately,
- 10:06Speaker 1: but unfortunately for them, Christopher Ruffo got. I know we
- 10:10Speaker 1: all know the publishing company is probably going to protect Kamala.
- 10:14Speaker 1: And worse than the publishing company has been the media.
- 10:18Speaker 1: The response to this breaking story has been unreal for
- 10:23Speaker 1: the media. First of all, many of them are just
- 10:24Speaker 1: refusing to report on it. The ones that are have
- 10:28Speaker 1: done so in a truly unbelievable biased way. The New
- 10:35Speaker 1: York Times, this is how the New York Times is
- 10:36Speaker 1: writing this story. The headline of the article is, conservative
- 10:40Speaker 1: activists seizes on passages from Harris book. So Kamala was
- 10:45Speaker 1: caught plagiarizing. And the response for the New York Times
- 10:49Speaker 1: is to put Chris Ruffo on blast for covering it,
- 10:54Speaker 1: for seizing on it. The guy is doing your job
- 10:57Speaker 1: as journalists and they're mad at him. And the New
- 11:01Speaker 1: York Times article gets worse. They go on to state
- 11:03Speaker 1: that a plagiarism expert said that the lapses were not serious.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Jonathan Bailey, a plagiarism consultant in New Orleans and the
- 11:12Speaker 1: publisher of Plagiarism Today, said on Monday that his initial
- 11:15Speaker 1: reaction to Mr. Ruffo's claims was, was that the errors
- 11:19Speaker 1: were not that serious, given the size of the document.
- 11:23Speaker 1: So the New York Times dug up an expert who says,
- 11:27Speaker 1: it's not that serious, guys. It's the end of the year.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Go about your day. Ignore all this. CNN spins it.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Conservative activist accuses Harris of plagiarizing passages in a co-authored
- 11:42Speaker 1: 2009 book. And again, pretty indisputable. I mean, you can
- 11:46Speaker 1: see the side-by-sides here. that she was plagiarizing. And it's
- 11:50Speaker 1: all about, oh, the conservative activist, he seized on it.
- 11:54Speaker 1: He's accusing her. He's weaponizing the story. No, it's a story.
- 11:58Speaker 1: It's a story that matters, that you guys should be covering,
- 12:02Speaker 1: that you guys should have broken in the first place,
- 12:04Speaker 1: but you're not doing your job. So Chris Ruffo on
- 12:07Speaker 1: his sub stack has to do the job of actual
- 12:10Speaker 1: journalists in this country. And now you're mad at him
- 12:12Speaker 1: for doing it. And these allegations, and it makes sense
- 12:16Speaker 1: why they don't want to cover the story or why
- 12:18Speaker 1: they're framing it in such a truly dishonest way, because
- 12:21Speaker 1: it feeds into this growing public and honest perception that
- 12:24Speaker 1: Kamala Harris, she's not that bright. People are attracted to
- 12:28Speaker 1: strength and competence in a leader. It's just human psychology.
- 12:33Speaker 1: It's human biology. So the plagiarism allegations, they're not a
- 12:38Speaker 1: good look for Kamala because they speak volumes to her
- 12:42Speaker 1: lack of competence, enter lack of integrity. And that's why
- 12:45Speaker 1: it's on all of us to share this story. We
- 12:46Speaker 1: got to share it. We have to talk about it
- 12:48Speaker 1: to your friends, to your family, people who haven't heard
- 12:50Speaker 1: about it, because it's not going to be on the
- 12:52Speaker 1: nightly news. It's not going to be in any of
- 12:54Speaker 1: the legacy media sources. We have to do the legwork.
- 12:56Speaker 1: We have to get the word out. Now, I don't
- 13:00Speaker 1: know what's going on with the Kamala camp recently, but
- 13:03Speaker 1: there seems to be some internal sabotage going on. Drop
- 13:07Speaker 1: a comment. Tell me if you've noticed this as well.
- 13:10Speaker 1: We all know why Biden is undercutting Kamala. Pretty obvious
- 13:13Speaker 1: he's resentful. But here is Bill Clinton yesterday, supposedly campaigning
- 13:18Speaker 1: on behalf of Kamala in a very, very strange way.
- 13:22Speaker 1: He starts commenting on the tragic death of Lakin Riley,
- 13:27Speaker 1: a 22-year-old nursing student who was murdered back in February
- 13:30Speaker 1: while jogging on her university campus. And Clinton somehow says
- 13:34Speaker 1: that this could have been prevented if Kamala was president.
- 13:39Speaker 1: even though she is currently the border czar right now
- 13:42Speaker 1: and vice president. Take a listen.
- 13:45Speaker 4: And on the immigration thing, she's the only candidate who
- 13:52Speaker 4: has actually endorsed a bill that would hold down immigration
- 13:59Speaker 4: in any given year to a certain point and then
- 14:02Speaker 4: make sure we gave people a decent place to live.
- 14:04Speaker 4: We didn't divide people from their children. And we did
- 14:09Speaker 4: total vetting before people got in. Now, Trump killed the bill.
- 14:18Speaker 4: The bill was written, being written by senior Republicans in
- 14:23Speaker 4: the Senate.
- 14:24Speaker 1: And he killed the bill.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Why? You had a case in Georgia not very long ago,
- 14:31Speaker 4: didn't you? They made an ad about a young woman
- 14:34Speaker 4: who'd been killed by an immigrant. Yeah, well, if they'd
- 14:38Speaker 4: all been properly vetted, that probably wouldn't have happened. But
- 14:43Speaker 4: if they're all properly vetted and that doesn't happen, and
- 14:47Speaker 4: America is not having enough babies to keep our populations up,
- 14:52Speaker 4: so we need immigrants that have been vetted to do work.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Okay, a couple things. The border deal Bill Clinton is
- 15:02Speaker 1: referencing failed earlier this year, two years after The Venezuelan
- 15:07Speaker 1: national accused of killing Riley entered the country still under
- 15:11Speaker 1: the Biden administration's watch. So would not have done anything
- 15:15Speaker 1: to prevent this tragedy. The guy still would have been
- 15:16Speaker 1: let into the country. Second, the Biden admin doesn't need
- 15:22Speaker 1: a bill to secure our border. They can just do
- 15:25Speaker 1: it right now. It's already illegal to enter this country illegally.
- 15:30Speaker 1: So use the power of the executive and execute the
- 15:34Speaker 1: border laws already on the books. They're refusing to do that.
- 15:38Speaker 1: And you want to know why they're refusing to do that?
- 15:39Speaker 1: Because they want this bill. They want this bill because
- 15:42Speaker 1: it legalizes the illegal immigration. That's how crazy this is.
- 15:46Speaker 1: The border bill being referenced would not have secured the border. Instead,
- 15:51Speaker 1: it would have allowed thousands of illegal migrants to enter
- 15:55Speaker 1: the country daily, resulting in nearly 2 million entries annually.
- 16:01Speaker 5: Millions.
- 16:01Speaker 1: We're talking about Nearly 2 million people allowed to enter
- 16:03Speaker 1: this country every single year, and they're saying that's a
- 16:07Speaker 1: border security bill? That's not the only thing that's mentioned here.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I mean, there's other anti-border security measures in this bill.
- 16:14Speaker 1: It's a terrible, terrible bill. Anytime that you hear Kamala
- 16:18Speaker 1: Harris or anybody else like Bill Clinton bring up the
- 16:21Speaker 1: Democrats' amazing border bill that Republicans rejected, understand that it
- 16:25Speaker 1: was rejected because it expressly permitted nearly 2 million illegals
- 16:29Speaker 1: to enter this country every single year. It was a
- 16:32Speaker 1: bill to systematize illegal immigration. And the bottom line here
- 16:37Speaker 1: is that if Kamala wanted to prevent the death of
- 16:39Speaker 1: Lincoln Riley and countless others, she could have. Easily. She
- 16:45Speaker 1: can still do it right now. Secure the border. But
- 16:49Speaker 1: she won't. Because Democrats have a vested interest in keeping
- 16:53Speaker 1: it wide open. They are willing to sacrifice American lives
- 16:58Speaker 1: for votes. Now Bill Clinton also said that America needs
- 17:03Speaker 1: mass immigration to resolve the dropping birth rates crisis in
- 17:08Speaker 1: this country. And I have a lot to say about this,
- 17:10Speaker 1: but first, just take a listen to what he says.
- 17:13Speaker 4: A new direction to manage an immigration crisis in a
- 17:19Speaker 4: tough time where there's all this upheaval all over the world,
- 17:23Speaker 4: where there are border problems all over the world, where
- 17:26Speaker 4: millions of people are trying to escape the misery they're in.
- 17:31Speaker 4: And other people are saying, well, I want to do
- 17:33Speaker 4: what I can and take what I can, but maybe
- 17:35Speaker 4: there's a limit to how much we can do. In
- 17:39Speaker 4: other words, I don't think Americans are anti-immigration. They're anti-chaos. Right?
- 17:45Speaker 4: They don't want us to do more than we can,
- 17:49Speaker 4: but they recognize, at least most people do, we got
- 17:53Speaker 4: the lowest birth rate we've had in well over 100 years.
- 17:58Speaker 4: We're not at replacement level, which means We got to
- 18:02Speaker 4: have somebody come here if we want to keep growing
- 18:04Speaker 4: the economy. Unless one of you is one of these
- 18:09Speaker 4: artificial intelligence geniuses and figured out how we can all
- 18:12Speaker 4: grow with no work, which I'm not sure would be
- 18:16Speaker 4: good for us. I think you know it.
- 18:20Speaker 1: This is a deeply stupid and frankly insulting for a
- 18:26Speaker 1: lot of reasons. We don't need to import random people
- 18:29Speaker 1: from the third world. We need to encourage birth rates
- 18:33Speaker 1: of real American citizens here at home. And we've talked
- 18:38Speaker 1: about this before. The first way to bring up birth
- 18:42Speaker 1: rates of American citizens is to promote prosperity among the masses,
- 18:46Speaker 1: which ironically, deporting all the illegals would help with. Mass immigration,
- 18:52Speaker 1: legal or illegal, it lowers the wages of working class Americans.
- 18:59Speaker 1: It creates poverty. a labor surplus, and then the value
- 19:04Speaker 1: of our work goes down. And then, and this is
- 19:07Speaker 1: a little deeper, but it's not just about economics. It's
- 19:11Speaker 1: not the only reason people aren't having children. We're experiencing
- 19:14Speaker 1: a spiritual crisis. We need a return to the Christian
- 19:18Speaker 1: values that our country was founded on. Religious people consistently
- 19:23Speaker 1: have higher birth rates compared to non-religious people. We need
- 19:27Speaker 1: a spiritual revival sparked by our shared values Christian American identity.
- 19:33Speaker 1: And again, ironically, importing random people who don't share our
- 19:37Speaker 1: values only fuels our spiritual and emotional identity crisis as
- 19:43Speaker 1: a nation. So everything about this argument is idiotic and
- 19:46Speaker 1: ironically drives the dropping burden. rates crisis. And it's anti-American.
- 19:52Speaker 1: At its heart, it's anti-American. It's not putting the citizens
- 19:55Speaker 1: of this nation first by addressing why so many are
- 19:59Speaker 1: choosing not to have children. Instead, Bill Clinton and Kamala
- 20:03Speaker 1: Harris and others are saying, let's just put a bandaid
- 20:05Speaker 1: on it. Let's import a bunch of illegal immigrants, legal immigrants,
- 20:09Speaker 1: all of them at the behest of major corporations because
- 20:13Speaker 1: the only people that are aided by this and will
- 20:15Speaker 1: just allow whatever crisis is happening among the American people
- 20:19Speaker 1: to continue and birth rates to continue to drop. It
- 20:21Speaker 1: is truly, truly anti-American. Perhaps Bill Clinton and Kamala should
- 20:29Speaker 1: be a little more concerned with the fact that the
- 20:32Speaker 1: people they're importing are terrorizing actual Americans at a truly
- 20:38Speaker 1: incomprehensible level. Michael, let's throw up that photo of the
- 20:42Speaker 1: man beaten by Trendy Aragua. If you are listening, this
- 20:47Speaker 1: man from Colorado, busted lip, blood, like splattered all over
- 20:53Speaker 1: his shirt. He has a black eye. The guy looks
- 20:59Speaker 1: like a mess. He's been beaten up. This photo was
- 21:05Speaker 1: shared by a landlord in Aurora, Colorado. The bloodied and
- 21:09Speaker 1: beaten man was one of the apartment workers who was
- 21:12Speaker 1: beaten to a pulp by members of the Tren de
- 21:15Speaker 1: Aragua Venezuelan prison gang because this employee refused to let
- 21:19Speaker 1: the gang stay in a vacant apartment they had taken over.
- 21:23Speaker 1: When the employee was inspecting this vacated unit, he found
- 21:27Speaker 1: a group of male squatters who tried to bribe him
- 21:29Speaker 1: with $ 500 to just overlook the situation. And when the
- 21:33Speaker 1: employee refused the bribe, the group beat him so brutally
- 21:37Speaker 1: that he had to be treated at the hospital. And
- 21:40Speaker 1: the problem didn't stop there. The employee then began receiving
- 21:43Speaker 1: threats over text, which even revealed his home address and
- 21:46Speaker 1: spouse's name. The property management company says Trend de Aragua
- 21:51Speaker 1: effectively stole their apartment complexes by threatening employees and trying
- 21:55Speaker 1: to extort them for a cut of the rent in
- 21:57Speaker 1: exchange for being allowed to keep operating the properties. Squads
- 22:02Speaker 1: of Trans-Iraq members continued to take over vacated units, including
- 22:06Speaker 1: one belonging to a tenant who had only left on vacation,
- 22:10Speaker 1: forcing the tenant to find a new home when he returned.
- 22:13Speaker 1: And then the gang started moving migrants into the units.
- 22:17Speaker 1: And the new tenants claimed that they had been paying rent,
- 22:20Speaker 1: but the company then realized that actually they were paying
- 22:23Speaker 1: rent to the gang. This is, and of course, then
- 22:27Speaker 1: the company had to remove themselves from and all of
- 22:30Speaker 1: their employees from the area because it became just so dangerous.
- 22:34Speaker 1: So they've just let the gang take over the apartment complexes.
- 22:38Speaker 1: They're just running the place. This is a third world
- 22:43Speaker 1: country level scenario playing out in Colorado. And it's being
- 22:48Speaker 1: downplayed by the authorities. And it's being, somebody says, Well,
- 22:52Speaker 1: it's just a few bloody faces. Yes, and we're going
- 22:56Speaker 1: to talk about that because you have ABC News telling J.D.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Vance and the rest of the American public a few
- 23:02Speaker 1: days ago, well, you know, it's just a few apartments,
- 23:05Speaker 1: not a bunch of apartments, just a couple apartments. Just
- 23:08Speaker 1: a few? There should be none. There should be no
- 23:12Speaker 1: bloodied employees beaten to a pulp by Venezuelan gangs who
- 23:16Speaker 1: shouldn't even be here in the first place. This should
- 23:18Speaker 1: not be happening. This is not normal. And Again, it
- 23:23Speaker 1: is anti-America first. The media, the government, it's telling us,
- 23:27Speaker 1: you should just tolerate that. You should allow this to happen.
- 23:31Speaker 1: You should be fine with it. If you question it,
- 23:33Speaker 1: you're probably a racist. These are the kind of people,
- 23:38Speaker 1: the kind of truly anti-American individuals that we are fighting against.
- 23:44Speaker 1: And I think there are a lot of Americans who
- 23:46Speaker 1: are waking up and realizing that Democrat policies have nothing
- 23:48Speaker 1: to do with improving the lives of Americans. A producer,
- 23:52Speaker 1: of the far left-wing Young Turk show, Anna Kasparian, announced
- 23:56Speaker 1: that she has left the Democratic Party. And I want
- 23:59Speaker 1: you to listen to her explain why she's left. It's
- 24:02Speaker 1: a little bit long, but it is worth a listen.
- 24:06Speaker 5: In 2022, it was around March. I was walking my dog.
- 24:09Speaker 5: It was not quite dark yet, but the sun was setting.
- 24:13Speaker 5: As I'm walking my dog, I see these two guys
- 24:17Speaker 5: that were... they were just kind of like moving around weirdly,
- 24:21Speaker 5: you know, they seem kind of manic and their clothes
- 24:24Speaker 5: were tattered.
- 24:25Speaker 2: So I just, I knew that they were probably homeless.
- 24:27Speaker 5: And I also knew that they're probably on something just
- 24:29Speaker 5: based on like the twitchy way they were acting, but
- 24:34Speaker 5: living in LA, I mean, I've, there's homeless people everywhere, right?
- 24:37Speaker 2: So I've never had problems. I didn't think anything of it,
- 24:41Speaker 2: but as I was bending.
- 24:42Speaker 5: Down to pick up my dog's mess, one of the
- 24:45Speaker 5: guys like grabs me by my hips and, He had
- 24:48Speaker 5: an erection and just starts like humping me.
- 24:53Speaker 2: And I didn't know what to do.
- 24:56Speaker 5: Like I was terrified. I didn't have a weapon on me.
- 24:59Speaker 5: Like I had no way of defending myself. I didn't
- 25:01Speaker 5: know how far it was going to go because it's
- 25:02Speaker 5: two guys. I'm by myself with my little dog. It
- 25:06Speaker 5: was like one of the most terrifying things ever because–
- 25:11Speaker 5: I'm pretty good at defending myself. In that moment, I
- 25:13Speaker 5: just knew there was no option.
- 25:14Speaker 2: No way.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:15Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 25:16Speaker 5: And luckily, he stopped and they just laughed at me
- 25:20Speaker 5: and walked away as they were laughing at me.
- 25:22Speaker 2: And so there was.
- 25:23Speaker 5: The fear and then the humiliation and weirdly shame.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Like I felt ashamed for some reason. And it was awful.
- 25:32Speaker 2: And it was brutal.
- 25:35Speaker 5: Really taking a toll on my mental health because I
- 25:38Speaker 5: have to walk my dog, right? So at least two
- 25:39Speaker 5: or three times a day, I'm going outside kind of scared.
- 25:44Speaker 5: And so I opened up about this on the show,
- 25:47Speaker 5: not really thinking much of it. And before I knew it,
- 25:50Speaker 5: I'm starting to get these messages and it's like really,
- 25:53Speaker 5: really harsh stuff. And it's about how you are Painting
- 25:59Speaker 5: a picture of the homeless community, you know, how could
- 26:01Speaker 5: you be like this? You know, these are your unhoused
- 26:04Speaker 5: neighbors and they need help. You know, a few people
- 26:08Speaker 5: accused me of being racist when I had never disclosed
- 26:10Speaker 5: the race of the individuals who did this to me.
- 26:13Speaker 2: And in fact, they were white.
- 26:15Speaker 5: And so like when they started accusing me of being racist,
- 26:17Speaker 5: I'm like, wait a minute. Why are you assuming that
- 26:20Speaker 5: the people who did this.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Of course.
- 26:22Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Like, I think you might have a problem here.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 26:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:26Speaker 2: And that woke me up. That woke me up because
- 26:28Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, my God. They eat their.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Terrifying, horrible story. And her own side. Her friends lashing
- 26:38Speaker 1: out at her. For just discussing how she was molested
- 26:44Speaker 1: in public by homeless men. And this is the Believe
- 26:48Speaker 1: All Women crowd. The message is clear. If you're a normal,
- 26:54Speaker 1: law-abiding American citizen, the Democrats have no interest in you,
- 26:59Speaker 1: particularly if you are white, so-called privileged. And when you
- 27:04Speaker 1: start to realize that they couldn't care less whether you
- 27:07Speaker 1: get assaulted on the street, get kicked out of your
- 27:09Speaker 1: apartment by Tren de Aragua, or die going for a
- 27:13Speaker 1: jog on your own university campus, you start to view
- 27:18Speaker 1: their ideology a lot differently. And with that, I need
- 27:23Speaker 1: to update you all on a controversy that is brewing
- 27:28Speaker 1: on TikTok. I will be your liaison between what is
- 27:31Speaker 1: happening among Gen Zers on TikTok to all of you
- 27:34Speaker 1: listening to this show. I want to show you guys
- 27:37Speaker 1: a photo. This is Madeline Pendleton. Looks a little funny.
- 27:42Speaker 1: If you're listening... kind of goth dressing, very short bangs,
- 27:49Speaker 1: weirdly cut hairstyle, dyed sort of a bizarre color. Her
- 27:54Speaker 1: look changes, I think like every month or so. She's
- 27:58Speaker 1: kind of looks completely different, but always very, very interesting,
- 28:04Speaker 1: very alternative. Madeline is a TikTok influencer and she is
- 28:09Speaker 1: an avowed communist. And for some background on Madeline, She
- 28:12Speaker 1: is the founder of Tunnel Vision, which is a small
- 28:15Speaker 1: clothing business run out of Los Angeles. And Madeline's pretty
- 28:19Speaker 1: famous for running her business by splitting her company's earnings
- 28:22Speaker 1: equally between all employees, with each employee, including herself, taking
- 28:27Speaker 1: home the exact same wage. And she describes her business
- 28:31Speaker 1: structure as a socialist model. And one of her goals,
- 28:35Speaker 1: she says, is for all of her company employees to
- 28:38Speaker 1: own a home.
- 28:41Speaker 4: And.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Madeline's a pretty wacky thinker. She's downplayed and even defended
- 28:47Speaker 1: the brutality of the USSR, the current North Korean regime.
- 28:52Speaker 1: But she's also so far left that she doesn't support
- 28:55Speaker 1: Kamala Harris because she says that Kamala is complicit in
- 28:57Speaker 1: genocide happening in Gaza. So in other words, she's in
- 29:02Speaker 1: no way beholden to the Democratic Party. And frankly, she
- 29:05Speaker 1: resents the Democrats quite a bit, talks about it very frequently.
- 29:08Speaker 1: And Madeline is currently getting a ton of hate on
- 29:11Speaker 1: social media. And I'm about to, on this show, defend her.
- 29:16Speaker 1: I'm going to explain why you guys should too. The
- 29:18Speaker 1: controversy I'm talking about all started last week when Madeline
- 29:21Speaker 1: posted a video about how she was asked to do
- 29:24Speaker 1: a paid pro-Kamala TikTok, actually multiple pro-Kamala TikTok videos for
- 29:30Speaker 1: thousands of dollars. Take a listen to her explaining how
- 29:34Speaker 1: that all went down.
- 29:35Speaker 6: Did you guys know that the Democratic Party is paying
- 29:38Speaker 6: people on TikTok thousands of dollars? thousands of dollars to
- 29:41Speaker 6: make videos talking about how awesome the Democratic Party is?
- 29:44Speaker 6: I know because they've offered me nearly $ 15, 000 to do
- 29:47Speaker 6: just that to try to take attention away from that
- 29:50Speaker 6: old genocide thing. And I also know because I've unfortunately
- 29:53Speaker 6: had to follow mutuals who started posting content suspiciously in
- 29:56Speaker 6: line with the pitches.
- 29:57Speaker 1: I received to do just that.
- 29:59Speaker 6: Within around 48 hours of.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Me receiving those pitches.
- 30:02Speaker 6: And suspiciously, nobody is disclosing on TikTok that they are
- 30:05Speaker 6: getting paid to make videos just like this.
- 30:07Speaker 1: So since nobody wants to tell you the Democrats are paying.
- 30:10Speaker 6: Them thousands of dollars to talk about how awesome the
- 30:12Speaker 6: Democrats are, I'm going to tell you, you guys should
- 30:14Speaker 6: be aware that when you see videos like that, the
- 30:16Speaker 6: Democrats are actively paying people to talk about how awesome
- 30:19Speaker 6: the Democrats are. I've received two pitches so far to date.
- 30:22Speaker 6: I received one that was to make ongoing videos monthly
- 30:24Speaker 6: leading up to the election. And I received another one
- 30:27Speaker 6: that was to fearmonger specifically about Project 2025 and the
- 30:29Speaker 6: Heritage Foundation.
- 30:30Speaker 2: If you follow me, if you.
- 30:31Speaker 6: Listen to my podcast, you know I have four hours
- 30:33Speaker 6: of content talking about the Heritage Foundation and Project 2025, okay?
- 30:37Speaker 1: It's not good. It's all ass.
- 30:39Speaker 6: But I resent the way that the Democrats are trying
- 30:42Speaker 6: to fearmonger like.
- 30:42Speaker 2: It's something illegal.
- 30:43Speaker 6: New and some unique horror you need to be terrified
- 30:46Speaker 6: of in order to coerce you into voting for them
- 30:48Speaker 6: with bad information. Since people making videos online aren't disclosing
- 30:52Speaker 6: to you that they're getting paid thousands of dollars to
- 30:54Speaker 6: do so. I just want you consumers of media to
- 30:56Speaker 6: know that people are being paid.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Thousands of dollars to make those videos.
- 31:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:00Speaker 1: You should be aware.
- 31:01Speaker 6: And a lot, it's a lot of money. It's a
- 31:03Speaker 6: lot of money. When I realized it was like, I
- 31:05Speaker 6: could have made $ 15, 000 in four months if I was
- 31:08Speaker 6: just like, you know what, really guys, the Democrats are
- 31:11Speaker 6: pretty cool. I think they're really cool. I think you
- 31:13Speaker 6: shouldn't worry about the genocide thing. They're so awesome. They're
- 31:18Speaker 6: so awesome, really.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I actually think this is a pretty reasonable post. All
- 31:25Speaker 1: she's saying, the crux of it, is that content creators
- 31:28Speaker 1: should disclose when they're putting out paid content, especially when
- 31:32Speaker 1: it has to do with the upcoming election. It should
- 31:34Speaker 1: be a violation of campaign finance law not to disclose
- 31:37Speaker 1: when something is paid content. How is a paid TikTok
- 31:41Speaker 1: ad any different from a paid television ad? I actually
- 31:45Speaker 1: think it's more imperative that influencers disclose the information to
- 31:50Speaker 1: viewers because social media ads already come off as more
- 31:54Speaker 1: organic and personable, and they're therefore already inherently more deceptive.
- 31:59Speaker 1: So it's crucial that we know when somebody is being
- 32:02Speaker 1: paid to put out this content. But Democrats, a lot
- 32:07Speaker 1: of them on TikTok, responded in absolute fury over this
- 32:12Speaker 1: post from Madeline. Angry at her for even discussing this,
- 32:17Speaker 1: saying that it's not the Democrats, it's third party organizations,
- 32:21Speaker 1: it's various PACs. And Madeline never said that it was
- 32:23Speaker 1: the DNC that offered to pay her, just people offering
- 32:26Speaker 1: to pay her to shill for the Democratic nominee for president.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Either way, the partnership should be disclosed to the people
- 32:34Speaker 1: who are listening to the content on social media. And
- 32:39Speaker 1: then people started to drag Madeline for her looks. I
- 32:42Speaker 1: think she looks, you know, she dresses kind of wacky,
- 32:44Speaker 1: but it's not relevant to the conversation. Telling her that
- 32:47Speaker 1: she's ugly, saying that she somehow hates black people. Race
- 32:51Speaker 1: was never brought into this. This is about knowing as
- 32:54Speaker 1: consumers whether the content that we're viewing is paid for
- 32:57Speaker 1: or not. And somehow that's anti-black to talk about? Accusing
- 33:02Speaker 1: her of racism? And I bring all this up to
- 33:05Speaker 1: you for a couple reasons. First, Republicans are never going
- 33:09Speaker 1: to stand a chance with Gen Z if Democrats continue
- 33:12Speaker 1: to have a monopoly over influencers. They are slimily poisoning
- 33:18Speaker 1: everyone's social media feed with deceptive paid content for Kamala
- 33:21Speaker 1: that people listening don't even know is paid for. Republicans
- 33:25Speaker 1: need to make sure that social media played advertisements are
- 33:28Speaker 1: addressed immediately. Frankly, this should have been done a long,
- 33:33Speaker 1: long time ago. I'm not even sure why I'm the
- 33:36Speaker 1: one bringing this up right now, trying to tell people, hey,
- 33:38Speaker 1: we have only a few days before the election and
- 33:41Speaker 1: this is a huge problem. Highlights how incompetent the right is.
- 33:46Speaker 1: And it's pretty infuriating. But the second thing I want
- 33:50Speaker 1: to bring up, and this is a little more hopeful,
- 33:52Speaker 1: there have been a lot of people actually supporting Madeline,
- 33:56Speaker 1: pushing back against the hate from the Democrat establishment on TikTok,
- 34:02Speaker 1: saying that they think she's spot on and that people
- 34:06Speaker 1: deserve to know when content is paid for. And they
- 34:08Speaker 1: also agree that we as voters are under no obligation
- 34:11Speaker 1: to shill for Kamala just because a bunch of angry
- 34:14Speaker 1: paid influencers start calling us a racist for not supporting her.
- 34:18Speaker 1: And do I agree with Madeline or any of her
- 34:20Speaker 1: like-minded followers on pretty much anything? No, I don't. The
- 34:25Speaker 1: left hates our guts. Madeline hates our guts. She totally
- 34:29Speaker 1: disagrees with us on very fundamental topics, but, and this
- 34:33Speaker 1: is what's hopeful, there's one topic I think we can
- 34:35Speaker 1: find some common ground, and that's the permanent state, which
- 34:38Speaker 1: happens to be the most significant and existential threat to
- 34:41Speaker 1: the nation. You know there are a lot of young
- 34:45Speaker 1: leftists who aren't deranged, and they actually are furious that
- 34:49Speaker 1: FEMA has screwed over the hurricane victims while giving billions
- 34:53Speaker 1: to Ukraine, to Israel, to Lebanon, to Taiwan, to the Taliban.
- 34:57Speaker 1: There are leftists, albeit more radical factions, but they're still there,
- 35:02Speaker 1: who stand in opposition to the current Democrat regime. They
- 35:06Speaker 1: advocate for a reformed and transparent system that genuinely empowers voters.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Consider who the Democrats are currently aligning with, figures like
- 35:14Speaker 1: Dick Cheney and Bill Clinton. No true leftist genuinely endorses
- 35:18Speaker 1: those individuals, thinks that it's cool to align with those people.
- 35:21Speaker 1: Dick Cheney was the architect of the wars in Iraq
- 35:24Speaker 1: and Afghanistan, and Epstein client Bill Clinton exploited his position
- 35:28Speaker 1: of power in the Monica Lewinsky scandal. But both these
- 35:33Speaker 1: men are being embraced by the left, and they're emblematic
- 35:37Speaker 1: of the establishment's moral decay. Real leftists like Madeleine who
- 35:42Speaker 1: challenge the status quo are targeted by the permanent political
- 35:46Speaker 1: machine just like we are. We covered just today how
- 35:52Speaker 1: Kamala Harris, while posing as a defender of democracy, is
- 35:56Speaker 1: actively complicit in creating a system of censorship and suppression.
- 36:00Speaker 1: She champions global stakeholder capitalism at the expense of American citizens.
- 36:05Speaker 1: And we've talked about this stakeholder capitalism. It's not normal capitalism, right?
- 36:09Speaker 1: It's really a form of very weaponized crony capitalism. She
- 36:14Speaker 1: pushes for policies that prioritize corporate interests over the well-being
- 36:17Speaker 1: of ordinary people. And it's clear that her open border
- 36:20Speaker 1: policies are equally destructive to the masses. And the situation
- 36:24Speaker 1: is starting to awaken people on both sides of the
- 36:27Speaker 1: political spectrum. And there's a golden opportunity to message to
- 36:32Speaker 1: these disaffected voters, even on the far left, figures like
- 36:36Speaker 1: and a Kasparian are beginning to realize that this is
- 36:39Speaker 1: no longer a matter of political parties. It transcends individuals
- 36:43Speaker 1: like Kamala Harris. People are realizing that this is about
- 36:47Speaker 1: a deeply entrenched system of power and corruption that is
- 36:51Speaker 1: systematically undermining the very people that it claims to serve.
- 36:56Speaker 1: And on that note, that's all I have for you
- 36:58Speaker 1: guys today. As always, if you are listening on Apple

- 37:07Speaker 1: my husband, Michael, for putting this show together, adding some
- 37:10Speaker 1: elements for me last minute. Always appreciate him and give
- 37:14Speaker 1: him some love in the comments if he can. I
- 37:16Speaker 1: am here live on Rumble, 9 a.m. Eastern time, five
- 37:20Speaker 1: days a week. I'll see you all tomorrow. The Dan
- 37:23Speaker 1: Bongino Show.
- 37:24Speaker 7: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 37:27Speaker 7: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 37:30Speaker 7: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 37:33Speaker 7: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 37:36Speaker 7: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
- 37:40Speaker 7: This is not a football game.
- 37:43Speaker 2: If you vote, we will win.
- 37:45Speaker 1: It is not complicated. The Dan Bongino Show.
