Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell And Her Offer To Help Andrew (9/23/26)

- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, folks, your boy, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
- 0:04Speaker 1: can rest easy. Why, you might ask? Well, the bipedal
- 0:09Speaker 1: serpent has said she is ready and willing to bring
- 0:13Speaker 1: evidence to the table to help support his claims. I
- 0:18Speaker 1: know that the royal family must be jumping for joy
- 0:22Speaker 1: as their boy gets co-signed by accused sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.
- 0:29Speaker 1: And what is that that your parents always told you
- 0:31Speaker 1: and my parents always told me? You are the company
- 0:35Speaker 1: you keep, right? You think he ever had a heart-to-heart
- 0:39Speaker 1: with old mumsy about the company he should keep? If
- 0:43Speaker 1: he did, he didn't take it to the heart. Because
- 0:47Speaker 1: the company that this scumbag has kept tells the tale
- 0:52Speaker 1: of who he really is. I don't believe for a
- 0:56Speaker 1: minute a word Prince Andrew's alibi or his story or
- 1:02Speaker 1: any of the other nonsense surrounding this. I don't believe
- 1:07Speaker 1: for a minute that these people weren't engaged in the
- 1:12Speaker 1: activities that they're alleged to be engaged in. Now, that
- 1:20Speaker 1: doesn't mean anything, right? That's just my opinion. But boy,
- 1:24Speaker 1: oh boy, that evidence sure is a mile high, isn't it?
- 1:29Speaker 1: And now it's ironic that you would have Glenn Maxwell
- 1:33Speaker 1: talking about coming out and providing evidence on behalf of
- 1:37Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. I mean, that's
- 1:41Speaker 1: akin to Charles Manson coming out and saying he has
- 1:45Speaker 1: some evidence that Jeffrey Dahmer isn't, in fact, a psychopathic cannibal.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I mean, does she think anybody would take her seriously?
- 1:56Speaker 1: There's not a court in the land. that wants to
- 2:00Speaker 1: hear a thing this lady says. If she wants to
- 2:03Speaker 1: be considered a credible person in court, she's gonna first
- 2:07Speaker 1: have to beat her own charges, no? She can't just
- 2:11Speaker 1: show up there as a human trafficker and be like, hey, hey,
- 2:13Speaker 1: you know what? Eh, Prince Andrew didn't do any of this.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Judge and jury will look at her and they'll be like, uh, what?
- 2:19Speaker 1: Weren't you involved in the same plot, the same scheme? So,
- 2:25Speaker 1: I don't know... What the strategy here is from Ghislaine Maxwell, right?
- 2:31Speaker 1: Coming out and, you know, letting it be known she's
- 2:34Speaker 1: ready to give evidence on behalf of the Joe Exotic
- 2:37Speaker 1: of the Windsor family. But you gotta think that the
- 2:40Speaker 1: royals are none too plussed about that. Again, I'm certainly
- 2:45Speaker 1: not a royal historian. Breaking news, I don't give a
- 2:47Speaker 1: fuck about those people, okay? I know some other people do,
- 2:50Speaker 1: but guess what? I don't. I don't spend time researching
- 2:53Speaker 1: the royals. They mean less than nothing to this American. Okay? Now,
- 3:02Speaker 1: my English folks, I love the English people. But the
- 3:06Speaker 1: royal family, I don't give a flying fuck what happens
- 3:09Speaker 1: to those people. Not one single tear will be shed
- 3:13Speaker 1: from me if and when that royal family goes bye-bye.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I got real life problems like all of you out there, right?
- 3:22Speaker 1: I don't sit around gushing over this princess or that
- 3:27Speaker 1: princess or worrying about who's mean to who on the
- 3:30Speaker 1: royal grounds. That's why when people tag me and stuff
- 3:34Speaker 1: on Twitter about Princess Diana and shit, I'm like, oh
- 3:37Speaker 1: my god, please miss me with that. But I will
- 3:41Speaker 1: tell you this. I will tell you this. I'm sure
- 3:46Speaker 1: that the royal family is not too happy about With
- 3:49Speaker 1: this ringing endorsement dropped on top of Prince Andrew by
- 3:54Speaker 1: trash bag Ghislaine Maxwell. Certainly not the kind of person
- 3:59Speaker 1: I'd want co-signing me as I'm about to engage in
- 4:02Speaker 1: literally the fight of my life. And that's what Andrew
- 4:06Speaker 1: is getting ready to engage in. Make no mistake, folks.
- 4:11Speaker 1: This is a bomb that just hasn't went off yet.
- 4:13Speaker 1: He has no good options. Zero good options. And Maxwell
- 4:19Speaker 1: coming out talking about, oh yeah, I'll cosign for you.
- 4:23Speaker 1: You didn't do anything wrong. Definitely not a good look.
- 4:27Speaker 1: So let's jump into this article from the Daily Mail.
- 4:31Speaker 1: And let's see what author Charlotte Mitchell has to say. Headline.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Shamed socialite, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag, bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell
- 4:43Speaker 1: will give evidence to help Prince Andrew fight sex abuse lawsuit,
- 4:47Speaker 1: friends say, After Royal was sued... By Virginia Roberts. Oh well.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Isn't that a knight in shining armor... You want coming...
- 4:55Speaker 1: Riding to your rescue. I mean... Talk about tone deaf. Or... Or...
- 5:02Speaker 1: On the flip side... Is she doing this on purpose?
- 5:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah. I'll help Prince Andrew. More of a spotlight
- 5:09Speaker 1: on him. You know. Who knows? Again. We don't know
- 5:12Speaker 1: what her motivations are. We don't know what... The strategy...
- 5:18Speaker 1: Her and her knucklehead legal team is cooking up over there.
- 5:24Speaker 1: And if it's Prince Andrew gets served up as a
- 5:27Speaker 1: sacrifice for her to walk, you better believe she'd be
- 5:29Speaker 1: doing it. So I don't even, this could be a
- 5:33Speaker 1: two-way message from her, right? We saw it with the lawyers.
- 5:37Speaker 1: We saw it back in the day when she said, oh,
- 5:39Speaker 1: my emails were hacked. That was a shot across the
- 5:42Speaker 1: bow to let people know she had information. And that
- 5:45Speaker 1: could be the same thing going on here. Remember, let's
- 5:48Speaker 1: be very clear. Ghislaine Maxwell is very shrewd in calculating
- 5:53Speaker 1: she is not a stupid person. Disgusting, gross, inhumane, but
- 5:58Speaker 1: not stupid when it comes to her plots and her schemes.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Disgraced socialite, general all-around scuzzbag, fellow child abuser, and bipedal serpent,
- 6:12Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is prepared to give evidence... To help Prince
- 6:15Speaker 1: Andrew fight a sex abuse lawsuit, friends have reportedly said... Friends, huh? Well,
- 6:20Speaker 1: it means her legal team. She don't have any friends anymore.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Stop it. On Sunday, Virginia Roberts filed a civil suit
- 6:27Speaker 1: against Andrew in the United States, alleging that he sexually
- 6:31Speaker 1: assaulted her when she was 17 and was aware that
- 6:34Speaker 1: she was a victim of sex trafficking. So, we know
- 6:40Speaker 1: where that's at right now. We know how explosive that
- 6:43Speaker 1: is right now. And we know that there really honestly
- 6:48Speaker 1: is no good way out for Andrew. What are you
- 6:52Speaker 1: going to do? Ignore it? Sure. Have a ruling dropped
- 6:54Speaker 1: on you in absentia? What are you going to go?
- 6:56Speaker 1: Defend yourself? Well, you're going to be under oath now.
- 7:01Speaker 1: So he really has no options here. And he's going
- 7:05Speaker 1: to have to meet this head on, in my opinion.
- 7:08Speaker 1: How long are you going to hide under the covers?
- 7:12Speaker 1: How long are you going to be a prisoner at
- 7:16Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace or whichever one of them dumbass palaces or
- 7:20Speaker 1: castles he's hiding out in? Eventually, you're going to have
- 7:25Speaker 1: to pay the piper, my friend. And, once again, if
- 7:29Speaker 1: this was a Rico case, all of that, Oh, he's
- 7:32Speaker 1: a royal! You can't go after him! All of that
- 7:34Speaker 1: shit would be out the window, folks. Because it would
- 7:37Speaker 1: be criminal. And all of his finances, civilly, would be
- 7:40Speaker 1: caught up under... That umbrella starts to become a little
- 7:46Speaker 1: bit clearer why the federal government is not pursuing Rico,
- 7:50Speaker 1: doesn't it? Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing, and friends
- 7:56Speaker 1: of Maxwell say she will support the prince's assertions, the
- 7:59Speaker 1: Telegraph reported. Maxwell has always supported Andrew's claims of innocence. Oh, well,
- 8:05Speaker 1: of course. When you're all in on it together, what
- 8:07Speaker 1: are you going to rat out one of the participants?
- 8:10Speaker 1: You don't do that until all of that, the whole
- 8:12Speaker 1: entire house of cards falls down upon you. Then you
- 8:15Speaker 1: start ratting out people, right? But until that happens, oh,
- 8:20Speaker 1: we're thick as thieves. We're best friends. So, of course,
- 8:25Speaker 1: she never, air quotes here, saw Andrew do anything untowards.
- 8:30Speaker 1: You're all doing things untowards. Roberts, now 38. claim she
- 8:38Speaker 1: was forced to have sex with Andrew on three separate
- 8:41Speaker 1: occasions and was lent out for sexual purposes by convicted
- 8:45Speaker 1: pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Well, let's be clear. The estate agrees, okay?
- 8:50Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate agrees. They made the payout, right? Every
- 8:54Speaker 1: single girl they made a payout to, they were agreeing
- 8:58Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein molested them, hurt them, raped them, trafficked them.
- 9:04Speaker 1: So enough with the alleged in front of Jeffrey Epstein's name, eh?
- 9:13Speaker 1: Friends of Maxwell, who is currently in jail awaiting trial
- 9:16Speaker 1: on sex trafficking charges, said she will testify on Andrew's
- 9:19Speaker 1: behalf should the case reach a court, according to the Telegraph. However,
- 9:24Speaker 1: for her evidence to be considered credible, she would have
- 9:27Speaker 1: to first be cleared of wrongdoing in her own trial. So, again,
- 9:31Speaker 1: she should worry about what she has in front of her,
- 9:34Speaker 1: worry about eating the food that's already on her plate,
- 9:37Speaker 1: and not worry about what's going on with old Joe
- 9:40Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family. Unless, of course... She's worried
- 9:44Speaker 1: that he's going to snitch on her. See what we
- 9:47Speaker 1: got here, folks? See why people get so paranoid inside
- 9:52Speaker 1: of these criminal enterprises and organizations when the shit starts
- 9:56Speaker 1: to go south? You don't know who's talking to the feds.
- 9:58Speaker 1: You don't know who's ratting on you. You don't know
- 10:00Speaker 1: who's snitching. So it becomes a race for these people
- 10:05Speaker 1: to be the first one to do the snitching. So
- 10:10Speaker 1: who knows if that's what's going on here, right? I
- 10:13Speaker 1: don't know what's going on behind the scenes. I'm talking
- 10:15Speaker 1: about generally when you have a criminal enterprise that gets
- 10:18Speaker 1: torn down That's what happens. It becomes a feeding frenzy
- 10:24Speaker 1: for people trying to not go to prison for the
- 10:26Speaker 1: rest of their lives. Ghislaine will be prepared to give
- 10:33Speaker 1: evidence on the Duke's behalf, the paper reported, and an
- 10:35Speaker 1: unnamed friend is saying. By the time the case against
- 10:38Speaker 1: the Duke gets to court, Ghislaine will either be convicted
- 10:42Speaker 1: and serving up to 85 years in jail, or, if cleared,
- 10:45Speaker 1: of course she would help Prince Andrew. They have been
- 10:48Speaker 1: friends for a very long time. It is highly likely
- 10:51Speaker 1: Ghislaine will offer to assist him. Oh yeah, that's what
- 10:54Speaker 1: best friends do, right? Let's protect each other. And it's funny. Friends, right?
- 11:01Speaker 1: Unnamed friends. Stop it. Her lawyers. Her representatives. She has
- 11:06Speaker 1: no friends. Nobody's rushing to defend Ghislaine Maxwell anymore, okay?
- 11:11Speaker 1: Not even Laura Goldman or whatever that lady's name was.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Nobody's showing up in defense of this lady anymore. Oh, her,
- 11:18Speaker 1: you know, her brothers. The knucklehead squad. That's about it.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Maxwell is witness to several alleged incidents, included one purported
- 11:32Speaker 1: to have taken place in 2011, in which Roberts claims
- 11:35Speaker 1: she was forced to have sex with Andrew at Maxwell's
- 11:39Speaker 1: London home. And again, what are we going to do?
- 11:43Speaker 1: Call Charlie Manson? to the witness stand to give a
- 11:48Speaker 1: full detailed report about John Wayne Gacy? I mean, really?
- 11:56Speaker 1: That's even a discussion? And the fact that they say
- 12:00Speaker 1: she'll either be serving 85 years or she'll be acquitted, well,
- 12:04Speaker 1: I'm guessing that she's going to be serving those 85.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Maybe not all 85, but she's serving that term. And
- 12:11Speaker 1: I highly doubt she's going to be going to provide
- 12:15Speaker 1: any testimony for her good buddy, the Joe Exotic of
- 12:18Speaker 1: the Windsor family, anytime soon. These people are living in
- 12:23Speaker 1: a fantasy land. They called Virginia a fantasist? Boy, oh boy.
- 12:29Speaker 1: They're really concocting their own worlds inside of their heads
- 12:32Speaker 1: at this point with their own rules and their own outcomes.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Because reality is going to hit you people like a
- 12:40Speaker 1: fucking hammer. Train. When that trial starts. Robert's civil suit
- 12:48Speaker 1: was filed at the Southern District of New York on Sunday,
- 12:51Speaker 1: just days before the Child Victims Act expired. The state
- 12:54Speaker 1: legislation helps victims of historical sexual abuse to seek legal redress.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Legal experts said the civil case could drag on for years.
- 13:03Speaker 1: A U.S. lawyer warned that it could be devastating for
- 13:06Speaker 1: the prince's reputation. and could force him to answer questions
- 13:10Speaker 1: about his own sexual history, as well as his relationship
- 13:13Speaker 1: with Epstein. Well, yeah, that's all part of it, right?
- 13:17Speaker 1: That's all an important part of the story here. So, yeah,
- 13:21Speaker 1: you're going to have to answer some questions about your
- 13:23Speaker 1: relationship with your buddy Epstein. You're going to have to
- 13:26Speaker 1: answer some questions about your own dalliances. And you're going
- 13:30Speaker 1: to be under oath, remember. You're not talking to Emily
- 13:33Speaker 1: Maitlis this time, my friend. So... Anything you say can
- 13:37Speaker 1: and will be, remember. Robert's legal team could interrogate Andrew
- 13:45Speaker 1: over whether he had faced any allegation of sexual misconduct
- 13:48Speaker 1: or impropriety in the past, a U.S. lawyer told the
- 13:52Speaker 1: Daily Mail. They would also be entitled to demand access
- 13:56Speaker 1: to any communications between him, Epstein, and the convicted sex
- 14:00Speaker 1: offender's alleged accomplice, Maxwell, who Ms. Roberts claimed groomed her
- 14:05Speaker 1: to carry out Epstein's desires. And that is dangerous for
- 14:12Speaker 1: Andrew for sure. Imagine all of his communications with Jeffrey
- 14:17Speaker 1: Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell had to be turned over. Now,
- 14:22Speaker 1: I don't know how that's enforceable. I don't know how there's,
- 14:26Speaker 1: I mean, I guess there's forensic ways to do it, right?
- 14:29Speaker 1: To track down Emails from all of those years back
- 14:32Speaker 1: or whatever. But who the hell keeps emails for this
- 14:36Speaker 1: many years? Or text messages or whatever. So it's going
- 14:40Speaker 1: to be interesting to see how they plan on recovering
- 14:44Speaker 1: that sort of information. You know, this has been going
- 14:47Speaker 1: on for a long time, decades. So I don't know
- 14:50Speaker 1: how all of that information would be accessed or anything
- 14:54Speaker 1: like that. That's way above my technical pay grade. They
- 15:01Speaker 1: would also be entitled to demand... Oh, excuse me, pass that.
- 15:05Speaker 1: The lawyer who asked not to be named said it
- 15:07Speaker 1: will be a train wreck for him. This case is
- 15:10Speaker 1: a grenade waiting to go off. There's no doubt about that.
- 15:14Speaker 1: This is a very perilous situation for the Joe Exotic
- 15:19Speaker 1: of the Windsor family and the royal family as a whole.
- 15:24Speaker 1: You know, people all over the world Are focused in
- 15:29Speaker 1: on Prince Andrew and these allegations right now. And people
- 15:33Speaker 1: are demanding redress. People are demanding justice. We're tired of
- 15:38Speaker 1: looking around and seeing these so-called elites. Living by a
- 15:42Speaker 1: separate set of rules. Doing whatever they want. And paying
- 15:45Speaker 1: no consequences. When they're caught. Now a decent first step
- 15:54Speaker 1: was taken with that Cuomo character. being jettisoned from New
- 15:58Speaker 1: York but the whole entire political landscape is peppered with
- 16:02Speaker 1: people like that so until there's a concerted effort for
- 16:07Speaker 1: us to send better people to DC to elect better
- 16:11Speaker 1: people we're going to keep having people like this Cuomo
- 16:14Speaker 1: character showing up we're going to have people who think
- 16:20Speaker 1: the rules don't apply to them like Prince Andrew And
- 16:24Speaker 1: this lawyer talking about this as a hand grenade waiting
- 16:27Speaker 1: to go off, that's a great analogy. I said earlier
- 16:29Speaker 1: it's like a bomb, but same thing. Same exact concept, right? Eventually,
- 16:34Speaker 1: this is going to explode. And it's going to have
- 16:38Speaker 1: devastating effects, in my opinion. Andrew has 21 days to
- 16:45Speaker 1: respond to Robert's claim. And if he fails to do so,
- 16:49Speaker 1: she could ask the court to find in her favor
- 16:51Speaker 1: without the need for a trial. which would be potentially
- 16:55Speaker 1: disastrous for his reputation. And this is what I was
- 16:58Speaker 1: talking about yesterday. The ruling in absentia is the worst possible,
- 17:04Speaker 1: I mean, the worst possible move for this guy. So
- 17:09Speaker 1: he's going to have to answer these charges one way
- 17:10Speaker 1: or the other. Enforcement of those charges, that's a whole
- 17:13Speaker 1: different story, right? But a decision is going to be rendered.
- 17:23Speaker 1: It would raise the prospect of the ninth in line
- 17:25Speaker 1: to the throne being branded a sex offender and facing
- 17:28Speaker 1: a demand for damages which could run into millions of pounds.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Neither Andrew or Buckingham Palace have commented publicly on the
- 17:36Speaker 1: lawsuit against Andrew. Yeah, of course not. Again, they're hunkered
- 17:41Speaker 1: down right now. They don't want to open their mouths
- 17:44Speaker 1: and cause any more grief for themselves at this point.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Their client has done enough of that. So what they're
- 17:50Speaker 1: looking to do is keep their mouths shut try and
- 17:54Speaker 1: compile some information, and look for a way to wiggle
- 17:57Speaker 1: off the hook. And I don't see any way out
- 18:02Speaker 1: for these guys, honestly. I really don't see any way
- 18:04Speaker 1: out for Prince Andrew here. There's going to be a settlement.
- 18:07Speaker 1: It's going to be enforced. Now, as far as getting
- 18:10Speaker 1: money out of him, who knows? But just the stigma
- 18:13Speaker 1: alone is worth its weight in gold. Miss Roberts' lawyer,
- 18:20Speaker 1: David Boies, claimed on Tuesday that Andrew's lawyers had totally stonewalled.
- 18:24Speaker 1: He can ignore me, he can ignore Virginia, but he
- 18:28Speaker 1: can't ignore the judicial process, Boies told Channel 4. In
- 18:33Speaker 1: the legal claim, lawyers said Epstein, Maxwell, and the Prince
- 18:37Speaker 1: had all forced Roberts to have sex with Andrew against
- 18:39Speaker 1: her will after she was trafficked to London. Now, think
- 18:43Speaker 1: about that for a minute. This young girl, flown from America...
- 18:49Speaker 1: To what? Go hang out with the Prince of England?
- 18:52Speaker 1: The married Prince of England wants to hang out with
- 18:54Speaker 1: a 17-year-old girl because what? They're going to watch Nickelodeon?
- 18:59Speaker 1: They're going to watch some reality TV? I mean, come on.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Who's buying this shit? And then, furthermore, for these two
- 19:07Speaker 1: sick fucks to be ferrying around all of these girls
- 19:09Speaker 1: in the first place is just mind-blowing. They alleged Andrew
- 19:17Speaker 1: also sexually abused the teenager at Epstein's mansion in New
- 19:20Speaker 1: York and at his private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands,
- 19:24Speaker 1: Little St. James. The legal document filed to a court
- 19:27Speaker 1: in New York said Roberts had suffered severe and lasting damage.
- 19:32Speaker 1: The lawsuit went on. In this country, no person, whether
- 19:36Speaker 1: president or prince, is above the law, and no person,
- 19:41Speaker 1: no matter how powerless or vulnerable, can be deprived the
- 19:45Speaker 1: law's protection. Well, unfortunately, we know none of that's true.
- 19:50Speaker 1: In essence, that's the way it should be, right? Nobody
- 19:52Speaker 1: should be above the law in America. Not a soul,
- 19:55Speaker 1: not one single person. And we know that people like Virginia,
- 20:02Speaker 1: the powerless, the vulnerable, back then when she was being abused,
- 20:05Speaker 1: that is, should have been protected by the law. But
- 20:08Speaker 1: we don't live in that fantasy land. We live in
- 20:11Speaker 1: a world full of morally bankrupt bureaucrats, disgusting politicians, and
- 20:18Speaker 1: their minions who are willing to do their bidding. That's
- 20:22Speaker 1: the kind of world we live in, unfortunately. 20 years ago,
- 20:28Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's wealth, power, position, and connections enabled him to
- 20:32Speaker 1: abuse a frightened, vulnerable child with no one there to
- 20:36Speaker 1: protect her. It is long past the time for him
- 20:39Speaker 1: to be held to account. Hey, that's powerful stuff, right?
- 20:44Speaker 1: And none of that's wrong. You don't think she was
- 20:47Speaker 1: scared and vulnerable? 17 years old? Think back when you
- 20:51Speaker 1: were 17. I know I was an absolute knucklehead. I
- 20:56Speaker 1: didn't know the first thing about the first thing. And
- 21:01Speaker 1: that was coming from a non-broken home. From a home
- 21:04Speaker 1: where my mom was there all day. Never mind being
- 21:09Speaker 1: somebody whose parents aren't around, might not have food on
- 21:12Speaker 1: the table, whatever it may be. Those are the people
- 21:16Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew too exploited.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Those are the kind of people that they went after.
- 21:26Speaker 1: And it's sickening to think that it was allowed to
- 21:28Speaker 1: go on for so long. But we have arrived at
- 21:33Speaker 1: a point in time where at the very least the
- 21:36Speaker 1: gears are in motion. where at the very least, the
- 21:40Speaker 1: train of justice has left the station. And as each
- 21:44Speaker 1: day goes by, and each one of these scumbags who
- 21:48Speaker 1: were involved was outed, the closer to justice the clock ticks.

- 22:14Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
- 22:16Speaker 1: found in the description box. What's up everyone and welcome
- 22:23Speaker 1: back to the Epstein Chronicles. Ever since the whole entire
- 22:28Speaker 1: scandal with Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein began, the Telegraph
- 22:34Speaker 1: over in the UK has been trying to run cover
- 22:36Speaker 1: for this dude. But unfortunately for them and for Prince Andrew,
- 22:41Speaker 1: they have failed miserably and they continue to fail. Releasing
- 22:45Speaker 1: a new picture, well, a picture that they say is new,
- 22:48Speaker 1: but a picture we have seen before and a picture
- 22:51Speaker 1: that proves literally nothing. So I don't know what they
- 22:54Speaker 1: think they're going to accomplish by re-releasing this picture. Is
- 22:59Speaker 1: it like when you have a movie out and then
- 23:01Speaker 1: you release the director's cut? Breaking news, your movie still sucked, homie.
- 23:06Speaker 1: And that's what's happening here once again. If they really
- 23:09Speaker 1: think that this picture that everybody has seen before is
- 23:12Speaker 1: going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back,
- 23:16Speaker 1: I cannot wait to see them try and pursue this legally.
- 23:20Speaker 1: I have my popcorn ready. And I'm going to be
- 23:23Speaker 1: here for it because it's going to be a fiery
- 23:26Speaker 1: ass car crash. If Prince Andrew really thinks he can
- 23:29Speaker 1: challenge that settlement, I'd love to see him try it.
- 23:33Speaker 1: And I'd love to see what lawyer he gets. That's
- 23:36Speaker 1: going to be better than Brettler. Do you really think
- 23:39Speaker 1: Brettler and company didn't know about this picture? This picture
- 23:43Speaker 1: just showed up out of the blue. Nobody had any
- 23:45Speaker 1: idea about it. Everybody has seen this picture. So I
- 23:49Speaker 1: don't understand what they think they're going to accomplish here.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Are they trying to win the narrative back? Because they're
- 23:57Speaker 1: going to need to do better than that. Because if
- 24:00Speaker 1: this is all they got, well, they have un gots.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Let's dive into this article from The Insider and let's
- 24:08Speaker 1: see what kind of bullshit Ghislaine Maxwell and her pal
- 24:10Speaker 1: Prince Andrew are up to today. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell's family
- 24:16Speaker 1: released a bizarre staged photo in an apparent attempt to
- 24:19Speaker 1: discredit accusations of sexual abuse against Prince Andrew. See, what's
- 24:24Speaker 1: going to happen here with Prince Andrew is he's going
- 24:26Speaker 1: to fuck around and play with fire, and he's going
- 24:28Speaker 1: to get burned. Just take a look at every single
- 24:32Speaker 1: one of these people who have stepped over the line
- 24:34Speaker 1: too far, meaning Ghislaine Maxwell, Jean-Luc Brunel, and Jeffrey Epstein.
- 24:40Speaker 1: All of them ended up facing criminal penalties, and if
- 24:43Speaker 1: Prince Andrew keeps up with this bullshit, he's going to
- 24:46Speaker 1: be on that same road. this idiot should just take
- 24:49Speaker 1: the L and keep it moving. But instead, he's out
- 24:53Speaker 1: here getting gassed up by lion-ass Ian Maxwell and the
- 24:57Speaker 1: rest of the chode lickers he has around him. This
- 25:01Speaker 1: article was authored by Catherine Tangalakis Lippert. In an apparent
- 25:07Speaker 1: attempt to discredit Virginia Roberts' allegations of sexual abuse against
- 25:11Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, Ghislaine Maxwell's family has released a staged photo
- 25:16Speaker 1: of two people in the sex trafficking socialites' former London home.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I mean, Ghislaine Maxwell coming out and defending Prince Andrew
- 25:24Speaker 1: is like John Wayne Gacy coming to the defense of
- 25:27Speaker 1: Ted Bundy. Are you kidding me right now? Why should
- 25:31Speaker 1: anyone take what Ghislaine Maxwell has to say seriously? A
- 25:35Speaker 1: proven liar, a proven child abuser, and a proven human trafficker.
- 25:41Speaker 1: So what she has to say, we should listen to?
- 25:47Speaker 1: The Telegraph, a conservative British broadsheet, published the bizarre image
- 25:51Speaker 1: on Friday with a headline that it clears Prince Andrew
- 25:55Speaker 1: of the accusations. The image features two unknown associates of
- 25:59Speaker 1: Maxwell's in her bathtub wearing paper masks of Andrew and
- 26:03Speaker 1: Robert's faces, according to the Telegraph. And when you look
- 26:07Speaker 1: at the picture, I don't even know what they think
- 26:09Speaker 1: they're going to accomplish by posting it because anyone who
- 26:12Speaker 1: went to college knows that you can have sex in
- 26:14Speaker 1: that kind of bathtub. It is ridiculous that these people
- 26:19Speaker 1: would be out here trying to pump the bullshit that
- 26:21Speaker 1: they're pumping. You're going to need more than posting this
- 26:26Speaker 1: picture of this bathtub to get Prince Andrew off. And
- 26:30Speaker 1: if you think that's going to help your appeal here
- 26:32Speaker 1: in America, you better get rid of those thoughts quickly
- 26:35Speaker 1: because it's not going to help you. Ian Maxwell. Ghislaine's
- 26:39Speaker 1: brother told The Telegraph that the staged photo, which was
- 26:43Speaker 1: created as part of Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking trial defense,
- 26:47Speaker 1: proves Roberts' claims are false because it shows that the
- 26:50Speaker 1: bath is too small for any sort of sex frolicking
- 26:53Speaker 1: with two people in the tub at once. Lies. Straight
- 26:57Speaker 1: up lies. But do we expect anything different at this point?
- 27:01Speaker 1: I mean, these people have made it a cottage industry
- 27:05Speaker 1: to lie at this point. And every single thing that
- 27:07Speaker 1: comes out of their mouths... has been complete and utter BS.
- 27:12Speaker 1: So all of a sudden people should believe a photo
- 27:15Speaker 1: that proves nothing, that's been out there forever, like he
- 27:18Speaker 1: just said, it's been out there since Ghislaine Maxwell's trial.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Do you really think that Andrew Brettler and Prince Andrew's
- 27:25Speaker 1: lawyers had no idea that this photo existed? If you
- 27:29Speaker 1: really believe that, then you deserve to read a publication
- 27:33Speaker 1: like the garbage-ass Telegraph. And that's what it is. This publication?
- 27:39Speaker 1: Straight trash. Running garbage? Cover articles for Glenn Maxwell and
- 27:45Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein? In the words of Sebastian Maniscalco, aren't you embarrassed?
- 27:53Speaker 1: The photo's release comes as Prince Andrew attempts to overturn
- 27:57Speaker 1: the $ 16 million settlement he agreed to late last year
- 28:00Speaker 1: in order to avoid going to court over Roberts' allegations.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Roberts alleged that after she was trafficked by Epstein, the
- 28:08Speaker 1: Duke of York was one of the people who abused
- 28:11Speaker 1: her in 2001 when she was 17 years old. In
- 28:16Speaker 1: her account of the abuse, Roberts says the royal began
- 28:19Speaker 1: touching her in the bathtub of Maxwell's former home, licking
- 28:22Speaker 1: her feet and playing with her toes before directing her
- 28:26Speaker 1: to have sex with him. And you can see clearly
- 28:28Speaker 1: in the bathtub the way these two idiots are sitting
- 28:31Speaker 1: in it with the stupid pieces of paper over their face.
- 28:34Speaker 1: What are you scared to show your face to be
- 28:36Speaker 1: associated with Ghislaine Maxwell? Good. You should be. And frankly,
- 28:41Speaker 1: this whole offensive that they're on recently is straight up ridiculous.
- 28:46Speaker 1: And thankfully for them, I've been a bit preoccupied. But
- 28:49Speaker 1: guess what? With all of their bullshit, they certainly have
- 28:52Speaker 1: my attention again. There was a bath and it started
- 28:56Speaker 1: there and then led into the bedroom, Roberts told BBC
- 28:59Speaker 1: Panorama in 2019. It didn't last very long, the whole
- 29:03Speaker 1: entire procedure. It was disgusting. He wasn't mean or anything,
- 29:07Speaker 1: but he got up, he said thanks, and he walked out.
- 29:12Speaker 1: And this dumbass Prince Andrew, all he had to do
- 29:15Speaker 1: at the very beginning of all of this is blame
- 29:17Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, say he got blackmailed, say
- 29:20Speaker 1: he got, you know, roped into it, whatever. But he
- 29:24Speaker 1: didn't do that, did he? Instead, he circled the wagons
- 29:27Speaker 1: with his pal Jeffrey, with his pal Ghislaine Maxwell, still
- 29:30Speaker 1: went to Jeffrey Epstein's house for a sleepover. So miss
- 29:34Speaker 1: me with all the bullshit and certainly miss me with
- 29:37Speaker 1: the revisionist history. Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking in
- 29:42Speaker 1: June and sentenced to 20 years in prison for preying
- 29:45Speaker 1: upon teen girls and allowing them to be abused by
- 29:48Speaker 1: prolific sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his associates. Prince Andrew,
- 29:53Speaker 1: who maintained a 20-year public friendship with Epstein... was listed
- 29:57Speaker 1: under 12 different phone numbers in the sex offender's notorious
- 30:00Speaker 1: black book, which listed more than 1,500 of his political
- 30:06Speaker 1: and celebrity contacts. And I know it was just, you know,
- 30:09Speaker 1: a coincidence that everybody's name was in that book. Breaking news,
- 30:13Speaker 1: if your name was in that book, you're going to
- 30:16Speaker 1: probably have to answer some questions at some point about
- 30:19Speaker 1: why your name was in that book. And those answers,
- 30:22Speaker 1: they better line up. Despite his friendship with Epstein and
- 30:27Speaker 1: the settlement, Andrew maintains his innocence. This guy is just unbelievable.
- 30:32Speaker 1: And the fact that anyone would give this any air,
- 30:35Speaker 1: like is the telegraph really hurting that bad for clicks
- 30:39Speaker 1: that they're out here pumping Prince Andrew's tires? What's next?
- 30:44Speaker 1: Going to come out here and tell us that Jimmy
- 30:45Speaker 1: Savile was a swell guy too? It is known that
- 30:50Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years, Insider reported,
- 30:55Speaker 1: Andrew said in a statement last year. Prince Andrew regrets
- 30:58Speaker 1: his association with Epstein and commends the bravery of Miss
- 31:01Speaker 1: Roberts and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others.
- 31:06Speaker 1: He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with
- 31:09Speaker 1: Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex
- 31:12Speaker 1: trafficking and by supporting its victims. Meanwhile, he goes and
- 31:15Speaker 1: does the exact opposite. Once again, goes on the offensive,
- 31:19Speaker 1: attacking Jeffrey Epstein's survivors, and acting like an all-around general fuckface. So,
- 31:27Speaker 1: that's what we'll treat him as. And anybody getting up
- 31:29Speaker 1: here and pitching his cause, get ready, because I'm gonna
- 31:32Speaker 1: have some words for you, too. I'm sick and tired
- 31:35Speaker 1: of the so-called elite getting a pass from people when
- 31:38Speaker 1: they come out with their stupid-ass excuses all the time
- 31:41Speaker 1: about why they did what they did. Enough with your excuses.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Enough with the bullshit. Let's get to the punishment for
- 31:47Speaker 1: your bullshit. Lawyers for Prince Andrew, Maxwell, and Roberts did
- 31:52Speaker 1: not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment. Well, with
- 31:56Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, you'd have to find some lawyers that she
- 31:58Speaker 1: actually paid, considering she didn't pay her lawyers. Imagine having
- 32:03Speaker 1: all that money and not paying your bills. What kind
- 32:06Speaker 1: of scumbag does that? Oh yeah, the same kind of
- 32:09Speaker 1: scumbag that helps their buddy Jeffrey Epstein molest a bunch
- 32:12Speaker 1: of kids. That kind of scumbag. The Telegraph reported Prince
- 32:17Speaker 1: Andrew is in talks with lawyers to attempt to overturn
- 32:20Speaker 1: the settlement after Roberts dropped her lawsuit against Alan Dershowitz
- 32:23Speaker 1: late last year, saying she may have made a mistake
- 32:27Speaker 1: when she identified him as one of the people she
- 32:29Speaker 1: was trafficked to. Despite Roberts' statements about Dershowitz, legal experts
- 32:34Speaker 1: told Insider that Prince Andrew's attempts to overturn the settlement
- 32:38Speaker 1: are a foolhardy effort. Yeah, no shit. I hope he
- 32:42Speaker 1: does it, though. I hope he goes through with it
- 32:44Speaker 1: for once and finally goes through with something he said,
- 32:47Speaker 1: because he's going to get absolutely lit up at trial.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Wait till Discovery shows up. Who are your character witnesses?
- 32:54Speaker 1: Prince Andrew? Oh, you know, Ghislaine Maxwell and Victoria Hervey
- 32:58Speaker 1: and the Telegraph. Oh, well, that's going to work out
- 33:00Speaker 1: well in an American court. This dude just doesn't know
- 33:04Speaker 1: when to shut his yap, and it's going to come
- 33:07Speaker 1: back and bite him. Mark my words, it's a guarantee
- 33:10Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew is opening up a whole ass can
- 33:13Speaker 1: of worms, and he's going to end up having to
- 33:16Speaker 1: eat them. All right, folks, that's going to do it
- 33:19Speaker 1: for this one. All of the information that goes along
- 33:22Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box. Now,
- 33:33Speaker 1: the headline of this article is, Rich Kids, Ghislaine Maxwell
- 33:37Speaker 1: and Prince Andrew's Bond Tested. Now, it's a pretty interesting headline, right?
- 33:43Speaker 1: And it's apt. If you're Prince Andrew, you got to
- 33:48Speaker 1: be thinking right now, is this lady going to dime
- 33:50Speaker 1: me out? Is she going to rat on me and
- 33:53Speaker 1: snitch on me for my role in Jeffrey Epstein's sex
- 34:00Speaker 1: trafficking operation? You have to be thinking, if you're Prince Andrew,
- 34:05Speaker 1: that that's a possibility. I mean, you have somebody in
- 34:10Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell who is staring down 80 years in prison.
- 34:15Speaker 1: When you're looking at 80 years in prison, there's not
- 34:18Speaker 1: much you wouldn't do. There aren't many people you wouldn't
- 34:22Speaker 1: rat on. So Prince Andrew is probably sitting around thinking,
- 34:28Speaker 1: is she going to dime me out? Was our friendship
- 34:32Speaker 1: strong enough That she's just going to keep her mouth
- 34:36Speaker 1: shut and go down with the ship on her own?
- 34:38Speaker 1: Or is she going to take down as many people
- 34:42Speaker 1: with her on the way? Now, we haven't really seen
- 34:45Speaker 1: too many signs of Maxwell doing that as of yet.
- 34:48Speaker 1: But as the trial gets closer, as her fate becomes
- 34:53Speaker 1: more of a reality, I would be shocked if she
- 34:57Speaker 1: doesn't panic and start naming names. And Prince Andrew's name?
- 35:04Speaker 1: Probably right at the top of the list. Ghislaine Maxwell
- 35:10Speaker 1: could be forgiven for feeling a tad stupefied over her
- 35:14Speaker 1: current predicament. The 59-year-old brunette is currently languishing in a
- 35:19Speaker 1: Brooklyn jail awaiting a November sex trafficking trial. Yeah, definitely languishing,
- 35:25Speaker 1: no doubt about that. Pretty sure she's not enjoying her
- 35:30Speaker 1: time in the clink, folks. Have you heard the complaints? Yeah,
- 35:36Speaker 1: doesn't sound like the usual vacation that Oxford Galane is
- 35:41Speaker 1: used to. Not dipping your toes in the water. You
- 35:44Speaker 1: don't got yourself one of those nice umbrella drinks. You
- 35:48Speaker 1: don't have people waiting on you hand and foot. No,
- 35:51Speaker 1: what you have is a jail cell, a gross toilet bowl,
- 35:59Speaker 1: and time to reflect. If convicted, the former society bell
- 36:06Speaker 1: and daughter of disgraced publishing baron Robert Maxwell could be
- 36:09Speaker 1: caged until she is 93 years old. Think about that,
- 36:13Speaker 1: 93 years old. It's a long time in prison, folks.
- 36:23Speaker 1: I can't even imagine staring down a sentence like that.
- 36:28Speaker 1: And frankly, as long as it is, it's not long
- 36:30Speaker 1: enough in my opinion. should be life without parole. If
- 36:34Speaker 1: you get convicted of human trafficking, modern day slavery, pretty
- 36:39Speaker 1: much the most heinous crime you can commit besides murder, yeah?
- 36:44Speaker 1: So those laws need to have real teeth, and the
- 36:47Speaker 1: people who are committing those crimes need to do real time.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Since her arrest in July of 2020, her lawyers have
- 36:57Speaker 1: been hammered with setback after setback. Yeah, yeah. I've called
- 37:01Speaker 1: that stacking L's. Because that's certainly what Maxwell and her
- 37:05Speaker 1: team has been doing. Stacking L after L after L.
- 37:10Speaker 1: Every single thing that they have tried has been clipped
- 37:14Speaker 1: at the legs. Every single argument that they have brought
- 37:18Speaker 1: up has been shot down. Every appeal that they have
- 37:22Speaker 1: made has been met with deaf ears by the court.
- 37:29Speaker 1: And that's because... Maxwell and her team are simply relying
- 37:33Speaker 1: on loopholes and technicalities. The manna of the so-called elite
- 37:40Speaker 1: when it comes to these sort of criminal cases. But
- 37:49Speaker 1: it's not going to work this time. There's way too
- 37:52Speaker 1: much evidence stacked up against this lady. Way too many
- 37:55Speaker 1: people who are willing to come forward and speak on
- 37:58Speaker 1: what they know. what they saw, what they had done
- 38:02Speaker 1: to them themselves. So the whole trying to use technicalities
- 38:09Speaker 1: and loopholes, it's all fine and well, and I get it,
- 38:12Speaker 1: it's part of your defense strategy. But it's not going
- 38:15Speaker 1: to work this time. Every moan about jail conditions, her
- 38:23Speaker 1: raunchy past, and just, just how unfair it all is.
- 38:27Speaker 1: has been rebuffed by American prosecutors, judges, and public opinion. 100%.
- 38:34Speaker 1: I think everybody is in lockstep at this point. Nobody
- 38:37Speaker 1: has any empathy for her. Nobody cares about her so-called
- 38:41Speaker 1: terrible jail conditions when there's literally millions of Americans who
- 38:44Speaker 1: are languishing way worse than she ever will be. And certainly,
- 38:52Speaker 1: nobody feels sorry for her predicament at this point. Maybe
- 38:57Speaker 1: a few people, I guess, but for the most part,
- 39:00Speaker 1: society in general, the public, has taken a look at
- 39:03Speaker 1: the evidence. They've taken a look at what has been
- 39:06Speaker 1: released over the decades. They take a look at this
- 39:10Speaker 1: shitty non-prosecution agreement. And they all come to the same
- 39:15Speaker 1: place as well. Maxwell has already skirted the law long enough.
- 39:22Speaker 1: And if anyone has been given an easy pass so far,
- 39:26Speaker 1: it's been Maxwell. Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's longtime muse, co-conspirator,
- 39:35Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag, bipedal serpent, got her free pass in
- 39:39Speaker 1: Florida in 2008. Another does not appear to be forthcoming.
- 39:45Speaker 1: That's a fact. There's not another one of these sweetheart
- 39:48Speaker 1: deals that are coming from anywhere. There is way too
- 39:51Speaker 1: much scrutiny on this case now. Back when this case
- 39:55Speaker 1: was first prosecuted, there wasn't any scrutiny on it, let's
- 39:59Speaker 1: be real. Nobody was really digging in. Nobody was really
- 40:01Speaker 1: looking at it with a microscope or going through it
- 40:04Speaker 1: with a fine-tooth comb. People looked at it as, ah,
- 40:09Speaker 1: another sick rich dude got nailed for soliciting a prostitute.
- 40:13Speaker 1: That's basically what the story was. Nobody in the legacy
- 40:17Speaker 1: media could be bothered to dig a little deeper or
- 40:22Speaker 1: to ask themselves, if he got caught this time, how
- 40:25Speaker 1: many times has he done it previously? What, is this
- 40:28Speaker 1: the first time he ever solicited a prostitute? And the
- 40:33Speaker 1: galling part is, that wasn't even what he did. He
- 40:37Speaker 1: solicited an underage girl, multiple underage girls, for prostitution. If
- 40:46Speaker 1: you're under 18, you can't be a prostitute. Buckled at
- 40:53Speaker 1: the waist to Maxwell is her longtime pal, Prince Andrew,
- 40:56Speaker 1: who has never met a despot he hasn't liked, sponged off,
- 41:00Speaker 1: or cavorted with. Yeah, Brad Hunter and me are on
- 41:03Speaker 1: the same track here with our way of thinking when
- 41:06Speaker 1: it comes to Prince Andrew. This dude has never met
- 41:09Speaker 1: a scumbag that he hasn't wanted to hang out with.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Just take a look at the illustrious group of people
- 41:16Speaker 1: this guy calls his friends. Despots, gunrunners, child molesters, pedophiles.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Dude's got a who's who of scumbags around him. But
- 41:30Speaker 1: we're supposed to believe him when he comes out and says,
- 41:33Speaker 1: I would never engage in anything such as this. Nobody
- 41:36Speaker 1: believes you. Nobody. Talk about that shit falling on deaf ears.
- 41:47Speaker 1: He must be incredulous that that woman, Virginia Roberts, is
- 41:52Speaker 1: suing him for allegedly having sex with her when she
- 41:55Speaker 1: was underage and wanted none of his blue-blooded sweat on
- 41:59Speaker 1: her young body. And, you know, the premise of that's true, right?
- 42:06Speaker 1: He must, in his mind, in the Joe Exotic of
- 42:10Speaker 1: the Windsor family's mind... He must be like, what is
- 42:13Speaker 1: going on right now? I'm the Prince of England. What
- 42:15Speaker 1: do you mean I raped her? I can do whatever
- 42:17Speaker 1: I want. There's no rules. It's always consensual when I'm involved.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Everybody wants to spend some time with the Prince, even
- 42:24Speaker 1: the people at ABC. Oh, well, you thought I was
- 42:27Speaker 1: going to let ABC off the hook? Those scoundrel-ass scumbags
- 42:31Speaker 1: who killed the Amy Robach story in 2015 because they
- 42:36Speaker 1: wanted to keep access to Prince Andrew? Keep that in mind, folks.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Remember who the scumbags are after this, and don't give
- 42:44Speaker 1: them a pass. There are plenty other options out there
- 42:49Speaker 1: for you to get your news, your media. Don't give
- 42:53Speaker 1: one single cent to these scumbag corporations... who are in
- 42:58Speaker 1: the pocket of Epstein, who are in the pocket of
- 43:01Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. No, Andrew and Maxwell, two graduates of plummy
- 43:08Speaker 1: Oxford University... grew up believing the world was made for them. 100%.
- 43:13Speaker 1: How many times do I touch on this? They grew
- 43:17Speaker 1: up thinking that there's a set of rules for them,
- 43:19Speaker 1: a way of life for them, and then there's a
- 43:22Speaker 1: set of rules for us, a way of life for us.
- 43:28Speaker 1: And we have always been and always will be less
- 43:31Speaker 1: than in their eyes. These people look at us like
- 43:37Speaker 1: pieces on a game board. And if we would all
- 43:42Speaker 1: disappear tomorrow, they wouldn't care one bit. Except for the
- 43:45Speaker 1: fact that they'd lose their pool of people to abuse
- 43:49Speaker 1: and manipulate. As far as, you know, human emotion, forget it.
- 43:55Speaker 1: They don't give a fuck. Just take a look at
- 43:57Speaker 1: the way they conduct themselves. Rules and punishment? Well, that's
- 44:07Speaker 1: for the little people like you and me and Virginia Roberts. Now, poor,
- 44:13Speaker 1: poor Ghislaine, who really should be summering on the Riviera
- 44:17Speaker 1: or the Hamptons, has suffered another courtroom loss. And again,
- 44:21Speaker 1: the L's keep stacking for Ghislaine Maxwell, folks. One after
- 44:27Speaker 1: the other after the other. It's almost like Jenga at
- 44:30Speaker 1: this point. Her legal team has proven to be pretty
- 44:39Speaker 1: much neutralized. Every single time they make a move, every
- 44:43Speaker 1: time they put together a motion, every time they file
- 44:46Speaker 1: a new suit, it gets automatically clipped by the prosecution.
- 44:53Speaker 1: And what that tells me is the prosecution has a
- 44:57Speaker 1: load of evidence here. And they're very, very confident in
- 45:00Speaker 1: their case. And you could tell that Maxwell's team feels
- 45:04Speaker 1: the same way. Because they're doing everything in their power
- 45:08Speaker 1: to get this case to not go to court. Because
- 45:12Speaker 1: they fear what will come once that judge slams down
- 45:17Speaker 1: that gavel and the court is in session. You can
- 45:21Speaker 1: talk all the garbage you want up until that point.
- 45:24Speaker 1: You can float all the nonsense you want up until
- 45:27Speaker 1: that point. But the second that gavel comes down, shit
- 45:31Speaker 1: gets real. Late Friday, U.S. District Judge Allison Nathan torpedoed
- 45:39Speaker 1: Maxwell's bid to drop sex trafficking charges against her in
- 45:43Speaker 1: the wake of Bill Cosby's overturned conviction. Now, I knew
- 45:46Speaker 1: from the jump that was not going to work. Judge
- 45:49Speaker 1: Nathan was not going to have any of that nonsense.
- 45:52Speaker 1: It was comparing apples to cannonballs, folks. No bearing. The
- 45:57Speaker 1: only thing that's similar is that they were sex crimes. Sure,
- 46:00Speaker 1: they were in the same area code, but they weren't
- 46:03Speaker 1: on the same block. And the court recognized that, slapped
- 46:08Speaker 1: down Maxwell's attempt, and told her to kick rocks once again.
- 46:12Speaker 1: I mean, the epic amount of L's that her team
- 46:14Speaker 1: has stacked here is pretty impressive. You gotta give them
- 46:17Speaker 1: props for that at the very least, right? What an
- 46:20Speaker 1: epic amount of L's they have collected. Her lawyers argue
- 46:27Speaker 1: that Maxwell, like the famed funny man, had a non-prosecution
- 46:31Speaker 1: agreement that Jeffrey Epstein signed with federal prosecutors in Florida
- 46:36Speaker 1: in 2007. Yeah, no, sorry, that was never going to work. Okay, again,
- 46:41Speaker 1: it was not the same thing. Not the same thing
- 46:44Speaker 1: at all. Again, same area code maybe, but not on
- 46:47Speaker 1: the same block. Nathan said the argument isn't persuasive, partly
- 46:53Speaker 1: because Maxwell didn't sign the agreement herself. Creepy Cause was
- 46:58Speaker 1: sprung from prison in June after serving three years of
- 47:01Speaker 1: a 10-year sentence. And again, that is a crucial part, right?
- 47:05Speaker 1: Named and unnamed co-conspirators. That's pretty fucking vague. Pretty vague.
- 47:11Speaker 1: So anyone who gets nailed in a crime, just be like, hey, yeah,
- 47:14Speaker 1: I'm covered under that NPA with Jeffrey Epstein. What do
- 47:17Speaker 1: you mean I'm not named in it? He told me
- 47:19Speaker 1: I was part of it. How do you shoot that down?
- 47:23Speaker 1: How do you, you know what I mean? That's up
- 47:24Speaker 1: to the judge, I guess, to make a decision. And
- 47:26Speaker 1: that's exactly what you see here. Judge Maxwell, I mean, uh,
- 47:30Speaker 1: Judge Nathan making a decision telling Maxwell, sorry, that dog
- 47:34Speaker 1: doesn't hunt. That line is not going to work. And
- 47:37Speaker 1: you are going to sit in jail until this trial happens.
- 47:44Speaker 1: You want to get out of jail, Ghislaine Maxwell? Well,
- 47:48Speaker 1: win at your trial. Maxwell is pleaded not guilty to
- 47:55Speaker 1: an eight-count indictment accusing her of providing underage rape survivors
- 47:59Speaker 1: to hedge fund head case Epstein, who died mysteriously in
- 48:04Speaker 1: his New York jail cell in 2019 while awaiting his
- 48:08Speaker 1: own sex trafficking trial. Imagine that eight-count indictment. That's what
- 48:12Speaker 1: she's looking at, an eight-count indictment. Should be a hundred
- 48:16Speaker 1: and eight-count indictment. If they hit her with RICO predicates,
- 48:19Speaker 1: that's what it would be. See, when they hit you
- 48:22Speaker 1: with Rico, what they'll try and do is smack you
- 48:25Speaker 1: with every predicate in the book. I've seen somebody get
- 48:28Speaker 1: hit with literally 100 counts of Rico, folks, and then
- 48:31Speaker 1: at the end of the day, only one count sticks.
- 48:34Speaker 1: But that's the tool that they have in their toolbox.
- 48:37Speaker 1: That's what they have deployed against R. Kelly. That's the
- 48:40Speaker 1: tool they deployed against Keith Ranieri. But for some reason,
- 48:44Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell isn't worthy of the same exact treatment? How
- 48:50Speaker 1: in the world Can anyone justify that? There is nobody
- 48:55Speaker 1: on this planet who can justify that to me. It
- 48:59Speaker 1: is a travesty, a travesty, that this is not a
- 49:04Speaker 1: RICO case. And that sweaty mess who stumbled and stammered
- 49:13Speaker 1: through an agonizing, hour-long train wreck of a BBC interview?
- 49:18Speaker 1: Prince William and Prince Charles appear ready to throw the
- 49:21Speaker 1: 61-year-old Andrew under the bus. No wonder. Yeah, look, we've
- 49:26Speaker 1: talked about this, and you don't gotta be Inspector Gadget
- 49:29Speaker 1: to figure this one out. When Charles becomes king, it's
- 49:35Speaker 1: a wrap for Prince Andrew. In the old days, he
- 49:39Speaker 1: would have had them clipped, probably. You know how fucking
- 49:42Speaker 1: ruthless princes were back in the day? Princes and kings,
- 49:45Speaker 1: and they'd do anything to protect their claim, right? But nowadays,
- 49:49Speaker 1: they'll probably just be like banished or something. Whatever the
- 49:55Speaker 1: furthest part of the English Empire is now, that's where
- 49:58Speaker 1: they should send them. Because he has no place representing
- 50:04Speaker 1: the country of England. He has no place representing the
- 50:07Speaker 1: great awesome, incredible people of England... they don't want his
- 50:12Speaker 1: ass representing them. People of England have pride. The people
- 50:18Speaker 1: of England... are good... hard-working folk... who are embarrassed by
- 50:23Speaker 1: this son of a bitch. And I know for a fact...
- 50:27Speaker 1: from the conversations I've had... with my folk across the pond...
- 50:31Speaker 1: that there is just about nobody... who wants to see
- 50:34Speaker 1: this guy's face. And just about everybody... wants to see
- 50:38Speaker 1: him prosecuted. On August 9th, Virginia Roberts filed a lawsuit
- 50:46Speaker 1: alleging sexual abuse by the Duke of York. Roberts has
- 50:50Speaker 1: long claimed she had unwanted underage sex with Andrew at
- 50:53Speaker 1: Epstein's plush Manhattan mansion and in London, and down in
- 50:57Speaker 1: the Caribbean, by the way. Look, there's no way that
- 51:02Speaker 1: at this point, Just your words enough are going to
- 51:06Speaker 1: do the job. You got to bring some evidence to
- 51:08Speaker 1: the table, right? We've passed the point where it's he said,
- 51:11Speaker 1: she said. There's a mountain of evidence provided against Andrew,
- 51:15Speaker 1: against Maxwell. And so far, all that they have is, what, words?
- 51:23Speaker 1: BS alibis that nobody can corroborate? First and foremost, Charles
- 51:31Speaker 1: and William are united. there will never be a return
- 51:35Speaker 1: to public life for Andrew. A source recently told the
- 51:38Speaker 1: Daily Mirror, adding they are exasperated with Andrew. Well, again, look,
- 51:43Speaker 1: I'm not a big fan of the royal family at all,
- 51:45Speaker 1: but at least they're doing the right thing here, not
- 51:48Speaker 1: letting this scumbag come back in. Now, probably a lot
- 51:52Speaker 1: of that has to do with saving face for the
- 51:54Speaker 1: royal family, not so much of them being concerned about
- 51:57Speaker 1: what this dude's alleged to have done or with the
- 52:00Speaker 1: survivor's well-being. But at least we know, when this new
- 52:07Speaker 1: guy becomes king, he's certainly not going to open the
- 52:10Speaker 1: door for the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family to
- 52:13Speaker 1: walk back through. The prince has denied the allegations, including
- 52:19Speaker 1: the whopper, that he couldn't recall meeting Roberts. But there
- 52:23Speaker 1: is that picture of the pally prince, a teenage Roberts,
- 52:26Speaker 1: and the looming Maxwell. The evidence against Maxwell appears substantial, and...
- 52:32Speaker 1: Things ain't looking so great for Andrew either. That's 100% correct.
- 52:37Speaker 1: The evidence is substantial. I wouldn't even be sitting here
- 52:42Speaker 1: talking about this if this was something that was in
- 52:45Speaker 1: progress of happening. No evidence had been turned over. We
- 52:49Speaker 1: don't know anything. I steer clear of stuff like that.
- 52:53Speaker 1: Because unless you have a full picture of what's going on,
- 52:55Speaker 1: all you're doing is adding to the noise. We have
- 52:59Speaker 1: a full, clear picture of what went on here. And
- 53:04Speaker 1: it doesn't look good for the Joe Exotic of the
- 53:06Speaker 1: Windsor family or Ghislaine Maxwell. She will need to turn
- 53:13Speaker 1: on Andrew and other peeps of high status to avoid
- 53:16Speaker 1: dying in a brutal American prison. To escape with anything,
- 53:21Speaker 1: the rogue prince will have to throw Maxwell under the bus.
- 53:24Speaker 1: The feds want the scalp of the prince. Watching rich
- 53:28Speaker 1: toffs wallow in misery is surely one of life's great pleasures. Yeah,
- 53:34Speaker 1: I gotta agree with that, Brad Hunter. Out of all
- 53:36Speaker 1: of this, it is joyful to watch these rich sons
- 53:39Speaker 1: of bitches squirm for once, isn't it? The men of
- 53:45Speaker 1: always have for too long had their foot on the
- 53:48Speaker 1: neck of the children of never. And the children of
- 53:51Speaker 1: never have had enough. The children of never are fighting back.
- 53:57Speaker 1: And when all is said and done, the men of always...
- 54:02Speaker 1: They're going to have a big problem on their hands.
