South Carolina’s biggest college scholarship just went statewide—18.7 million dollars in new state funding means graduating seniors from all 46 counties (not just the original 14) can now qualify for up to $10,000 annually to cover tuition, room, board, and fees. Targeting May 2027 grads and beyond, eligibility requires being a SC resident, filing FAFSA, receiving a Pell Grant, and earning a LIFE or Palmetto Fellows scholarship.
