- 1:00Speaker 1: Hsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssh greetings, Welcome yet again to another powerful broadcast of
- 2:29Speaker 1: ast Speaks, building a new legacy with your hosts, Queen Mother,
- 2:36Speaker 1: Doctor Chincerah.
- 2:38Speaker 2: It's a wonderful opportunity join assigners. So many ways in
- 2:42Speaker 2: which we can bring truth, justice, order, reciprocity, balanced, divine
- 2:50Speaker 2: righteousness and harmony, all of that in four letters the
- 2:58Speaker 2: principle of my aunt and to say it one more
- 3:01Speaker 2: time truth just the sort of reciprocity, balance, divine righteousness
- 3:05Speaker 2: and harmony, poor letters, ancestral principle of my eye. So
- 3:13Speaker 2: tonight we're going to have an opportunity to talk about
- 3:16Speaker 2: a number of things that are happening. We know this
- 3:18Speaker 2: is the season people begin to get into the spirit
- 3:23Speaker 2: of giving, the spirit of love and peace and what
- 3:28Speaker 2: is it, joy to the world, and we're doing our best,
- 3:32Speaker 2: our utmost best to be able to embrace that, regardless
- 3:38Speaker 2: of what may surround, what may distract, and even some
- 3:43Speaker 2: of the areas that we would like to complain the
- 3:45Speaker 2: most about. I'm also joined tonight with one of the
- 3:53Speaker 2: most passionate, engaging entrepreneurs that I've met in a long time,
- 4:01Speaker 2: and I felt it would be a joy a privilege
- 4:04Speaker 2: when we speak as leading black queens and media, you know,
- 4:08Speaker 2: through the lens of visionaries like Queen Angela bringing this
- 4:15Speaker 2: type of the crew podcast energy on the airwaves. So
- 4:21Speaker 2: I'm also grateful for the support from our other cistern
- 4:28Speaker 2: others that are joining with us, listening, tuning in, having
- 4:32Speaker 2: an opportunity to see this type of for some conversation.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Many times people will just hear me say aversation, We're.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Not trying to con anyone. Our intention is a very
- 4:45Speaker 2: sacred intention. Our drive is so that when we speak
- 4:51Speaker 2: of our women folk, that we're speaking of what has
- 4:54Speaker 2: been coined and trademarked in one of my businesses as
- 4:58Speaker 2: new woman Rising.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Pause on that.
- 5:05Speaker 3: New woman rising.
- 5:07Speaker 2: And being able to support one another, embrace one another,
- 5:11Speaker 2: hold one another up when we can be there if
- 5:14Speaker 2: we need the shoulder on the left side, the right side,
- 5:19Speaker 2: or if we need a very firm and direct holding
- 5:24Speaker 2: of our sacred spaces and our sacred soul soo so
- 5:28Speaker 2: that we can get things done.
- 5:30Speaker 3: November brings a lot of.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Really powerful energies because it's coming out of the autumn
- 5:37Speaker 2: season moving into the winter season. Some people refer to
- 5:41Speaker 2: it as fall. I prefer to use a more empowering word, autumn.
- 5:47Speaker 2: You know, we'd love to see the change in certain
- 5:50Speaker 2: temperate zone spaces where the leaves are falling in a
- 5:55Speaker 2: multiplicity of colors that are very radiant, very loving. It
- 6:00Speaker 2: also is a time where we tend to overlook some
- 6:04Speaker 2: of the historical contexts of what happens during this time.
- 6:08Speaker 2: So I'll use where we are here in Saint CROIXI
- 6:13Speaker 2: Virgin Islands of the US Caribbean space connections with the
- 6:19Speaker 2: forty eight contiguous US on this side of the Atlantic.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Our observances usually start in November. First is Virgin Islands
- 6:29Speaker 2: Liberty Day, locally known as Bull and Bread. But it's
- 6:34Speaker 2: grounded in the formulation and the history of the first
- 6:41Speaker 2: free press owned by persons of African ascent black people,
- 6:47Speaker 2: seen through the lens of David Hamilton Jackson Di Hamilton Jackson,
- 6:53Speaker 2: a icon in the Virgin Islands, here in Saint Croix
- 6:58Speaker 2: and throughout the Virgin Islands that it's inclusive of Saint Croix,
- 7:02Speaker 2: the cultural capital Saint Thomas, identified as the formal capital,
- 7:09Speaker 2: shipping capital as well, and Saint John what they call
- 7:15Speaker 2: Love City, and we can't exclude Water Island, so we're
- 7:19Speaker 2: really spent spending a lot of time. Hey, Hey, Hey,
- 7:22Speaker 2: sister Queen Patrice Crimble. We're looking forward to being able
- 7:26Speaker 2: to have that type of versation tonight where we talk
- 7:30Speaker 2: about some of the things that are historical, some of
- 7:33Speaker 2: the pieces that are linked to our women folk and
- 7:35Speaker 2: working together, and also about entrepreneurship. And then we're going
- 7:41Speaker 2: to talk about the book that has just come forward,
- 7:44Speaker 2: so we're going to save that for a moment. With
- 7:47Speaker 2: that being shared, I really would like to welcome before
- 7:51Speaker 2: I even go forward further, our illustrious guests, right, sister
- 7:57Speaker 2: Queen Stormy Gordon, who who is my sister friend.
- 8:04Speaker 3: I work on the ride or live.
- 8:06Speaker 2: I know people like to say ride to die, but
- 8:08Speaker 2: I'm focus on we're gonna ride and live together and
- 8:12Speaker 2: we've had the honor and privilege of doing certain travels together.
- 8:15Speaker 3: And she's also my.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Illustrious business partner like no other, with a passion to
- 8:24Speaker 2: really help families, to help communities, established intergenerational wealth in
- 8:33Speaker 2: a variety of ways. So with that, I just would
- 8:35Speaker 2: like to say welcome, greetings sister Queen Stormy, and thank
- 8:39Speaker 2: you for joining us here on our broadcasts.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Oh wow, I'll tell you that was you making me
- 8:49Speaker 4: blush there, you know, Chid Zarah Kahena, thank you so much.
- 8:53Speaker 4: That was that was a very delightful introduction. I thank you.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Let me throw it back at you, sister queen mother.
- 9:01Speaker 4: I'm gonna tell you what, doctor Chen, you are all inspiring,
- 9:07Speaker 4: which is the reason I am feeling very humbled and
- 9:10Speaker 4: grateful for being on this format with you and your
- 9:13Speaker 4: illustrious guests and strong minded, strong woman. Right. So yeah,
- 9:20Speaker 4: you know, let's let's let's kick this off.
- 9:24Speaker 2: You know absolutely, because you know, we know what, we
- 9:27Speaker 2: know how we talk, so we can make this so
- 9:29Speaker 2: that persons can know that hair in this Caribbean space
- 9:33Speaker 2: with American flavor and a lot of indigenous African cultural
- 9:40Speaker 2: global vibes, we get an opportunity to really embrace a
- 9:46Speaker 2: variety of things. And I really would love for you
- 9:49Speaker 2: to share, you know, some of your passions, you know,
- 9:52Speaker 2: some of the drive you have on being an entrepreneur.
- 9:56Speaker 2: And we let's start at the how can we get
- 10:00Speaker 2: in this environment? How do we get here?
- 10:04Speaker 4: How do we get in this environment.
- 10:06Speaker 3: How well you know what.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Doctor Chen's It's very simple. If you want better, you
- 10:13Speaker 4: go seek better. I am a firm believer that when
- 10:19Speaker 4: something isn't working, something isn't making you happy, you are
- 10:23Speaker 4: the only one responsible for changing your circumstance. But the
- 10:28Speaker 4: circumstances are changed by the tools that are made available
- 10:32Speaker 4: to you. And like you and I had a discuss
- 10:35Speaker 4: a discussion much earlier. You know, I go back biblically
- 10:39Speaker 4: because I believe all my journey in almost fifty nine
- 10:43Speaker 4: years has been definitely at the forefront of what my
- 10:50Speaker 4: creator created me for. My background history is I am
- 10:54Speaker 4: a critical care step down nurse of thirty seven years.
- 10:58Speaker 4: I served communities, I served the public, and I served
- 11:04Speaker 4: worldly as my deceased husband was a military veteran. And
- 11:10Speaker 4: one of these things that never struck me was the
- 11:15Speaker 4: word entrepreneurship. It was never in my forethought, never thought
- 11:20Speaker 4: about it, never even desired it, because I came from
- 11:24Speaker 4: that culture that said go to school, get educated, go
- 11:29Speaker 4: into debt, so that I had to work forty plus
- 11:33Speaker 4: hours a week for forty years of my life to
- 11:37Speaker 4: get forty percent of what I worked hard for to
- 11:39Speaker 4: make others rich It was in twenty twenty when I
- 11:43Speaker 4: decided to retire after my thirty plus year career in nursing,
- 11:48Speaker 4: being too young to be retired, but I put in
- 11:51Speaker 4: the time and it was with that that this opportunity
- 11:55Speaker 4: to be an entrepreneur, which I had never been before
- 11:59Speaker 4: in my life, was shared with me. I did it
- 12:03Speaker 4: for selfish reasons. I wanted to be an entrepreneur and
- 12:07Speaker 4: a trillion dollar industry called travel because I love to travel.
- 12:11Speaker 4: I live on the island of Saint Croix. I had
- 12:14Speaker 4: to travel here because I loved it here. But guess what,
- 12:17Speaker 4: my children, my grandchildren, my family's in the States, Redborne
- 12:22Speaker 4: and raised Pittsburgh. I don't know if there's any Steller
- 12:25Speaker 4: fans on here, but I'm gonna be any four minutego stealers. Now,
- 12:29Speaker 4: that being said, needed to be able to travel to
- 12:32Speaker 4: live my best life, to get where I needed to
- 12:34Speaker 4: be during that pandemic. I needed it to be affordable.
- 12:40Speaker 4: Entrepreneurship came about with me being able to own a
- 12:44Speaker 4: home base but not home bound business and travel. Honestly,
- 12:49Speaker 4: Doctor Chenn, I said no when the opportunity was first
- 12:52Speaker 4: shared with me, because it was something I could afford
- 12:55Speaker 4: to do. I could go on Expedia, I could go
- 12:57Speaker 4: on one Travel. I can go on Google. You know,
- 13:00Speaker 4: I could call a friend find me the best take ticket.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Where did you find? It was not only until I
- 13:08Speaker 4: decided to retire from my position in life as a
- 13:11Speaker 4: nurse that I needed to make residual income so that
- 13:16Speaker 4: I could cover my bills. But I knew I wanted
- 13:18Speaker 4: to do it from home. I became a mom preneur.
- 13:23Speaker 4: I became a me mompreneur because the money that I
- 13:27Speaker 4: started to gain and earn from this travel industry is
- 13:31Speaker 4: what I used during the pandemic to help take care
- 13:34Speaker 4: of my children, who were deemed unessential in the States
- 13:39Speaker 4: until someone decided they needed to be essential. I became
- 13:44Speaker 4: an entrepreneur real quick when it meant survival for me
- 13:48Speaker 4: and my family. Entrepreneur to me became what I needed
- 13:53Speaker 4: because I couldn't count on no man, no woman, no
- 13:57Speaker 4: employer to make sure that me and my family were
- 14:02Speaker 4: taken care of. But it wasn't until twenty twenty three
- 14:07Speaker 4: where this woman that sits before you, humbled in her
- 14:11Speaker 4: career of nursing doing everything I could for others, got
- 14:15Speaker 4: hit with the worst and most devastating news, and that
- 14:19Speaker 4: was that my husband of thirty five years was going
- 14:24Speaker 4: to die from his masthetic prostate cancer. There was nothing
- 14:29Speaker 4: to be done but to wait for the Lord to
- 14:32Speaker 4: transition and bring him home while I sat by his
- 14:35Speaker 4: side up until he took his very last breath, doctor Chim,
- 14:40Speaker 4: and I mean his last breath in my arms in
- 14:43Speaker 4: our home. I didn't pay a single bill because it
- 14:48Speaker 4: was not my concern, and as a woman honoring my
- 14:51Speaker 4: vow till death us due part, it wasn't important. But
- 14:56Speaker 4: what I found as an entrepreneur once he had passed,
- 15:00Speaker 4: than the dust had settled, was a business. As an entrepreneur,
- 15:06Speaker 4: as I helped position others to be an entrepreneur just
- 15:10Speaker 4: like myself in the same industry, the residual income covered
- 15:14Speaker 4: my debts, My bills were being paid, and I was
- 15:18Speaker 4: sitting at home while my husband was dying, which is
- 15:20Speaker 4: where I needed to be. So entrepreneurship is it's biblical,
- 15:26Speaker 4: doctor Chen. And when I say that, I go back
- 15:30Speaker 4: to Versus that I had mentioned to you much earlier,
- 15:34Speaker 4: where the smallest weapon put in our hands by our
- 15:40Speaker 4: Lord and Savior, by Yahweh, whoever it is you praise
- 15:43Speaker 4: and worship. The weapon putting our hands is only as
- 15:48Speaker 4: strong as that that provided it. And when I say
- 15:53Speaker 4: it's biblical, as I shared with you earlier, honorable clean mother,
- 16:00Speaker 4: I like saying that right. You got Judges, Chapter fifteen,
- 16:06Speaker 4: verse sixteen. Hmm. Honestly, we're talking about Samson.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Bryant.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Bryant Samson, a man of God, but a man nonetheless
- 16:25Speaker 4: was able to destroy a Philistine army with nothing but
- 16:32Speaker 4: a fresh donkey jaw bone. That is not a weapon
- 16:39Speaker 4: that any man or woman would choose to go to war,
- 16:43Speaker 4: but yet being put in the hands by his Lord
- 16:47Speaker 4: and Savior, it made it all powerful. We got Moses.
- 16:54Speaker 4: He had a stick. Some people call it a ride,
- 16:57Speaker 4: some people call it a staff. But from the blessings
- 17:02Speaker 4: of our Lord and Savior, that very stick became a
- 17:05Speaker 4: weapon that literally wiped out an Egyptian army that opened
- 17:12Speaker 4: the Red seas. You have one Samuel seventeen, verse fifty
- 17:19Speaker 4: to fifty three. David, a young scrawny sheep heard her
- 17:30Speaker 4: runs with nothing short of a little rubber band stuck
- 17:35Speaker 4: to a stick with a rock flung it at Goliath,
- 17:40Speaker 4: a giant amongst giants, one who made his nation shake
- 17:47Speaker 4: killed him. It wasn't from his strength. It was from
- 17:51Speaker 4: the Lord and Savior to put that very rock, that
- 17:56Speaker 4: very stick with that band in his hand. So back
- 18:00Speaker 4: in twenty twenty, my Lord and Savior whispering in my
- 18:06Speaker 4: ear when I first said no, you better do this,
- 18:08Speaker 4: I did it. And this entrepreneur grew a very inexpensive business,
- 18:17Speaker 4: a very small home based business, into the income that
- 18:22Speaker 4: allowed me to sit at my husband's side, allowed me
- 18:28Speaker 4: to help sustain my children while they were deemed unessential
- 18:33Speaker 4: until the government decided they were. My children will never
- 18:38Speaker 4: have to wait on a stimulus check because I built
- 18:41Speaker 4: a business with like minded people so that I can
- 18:45Speaker 4: wield this business to my heirs. So entrepreneur is what
- 18:52Speaker 4: we make it. The tool is only by the strength
- 18:58Speaker 4: of our Lord and Savior. And if you puts it
- 19:00Speaker 4: in your hands, I suggest you use it. That's my
- 19:06Speaker 4: story and I'm sticking to it all.
- 19:09Speaker 2: All right, alrighty, alrighty, sister Queen Stormy. You know, we
- 19:13Speaker 2: we have a saying around here, rolling with Stormy because
- 19:17Speaker 2: the passion and the love of all that brings illuminated
- 19:22Speaker 2: spirit to the forefront. And again English is and I
- 19:26Speaker 2: use my sister doctor Sondra phrase and for those that
- 19:33Speaker 2: are familiar, just go to sisdr dot com. You're gonna
- 19:38Speaker 2: thank me later. And she has a saying English is
- 19:42Speaker 2: not my first language, because sometimes we get caught up
- 19:47Speaker 2: in the wording of things and then we miss out
- 19:51Speaker 2: on the sacred intention and the essential meaning of things.
- 19:57Speaker 2: And many times we're saying the same thing but through
- 20:00Speaker 2: a different lens.
- 20:01Speaker 3: We may be.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Jumping to the same point final destination, but our point
- 20:07Speaker 2: of departure and the technique, strategy, language uses that we
- 20:11Speaker 2: have to get there are quite They may appear different,
- 20:16Speaker 2: but it's just eight point one billion people on the Earth.
- 20:19Speaker 2: It's anticipated that we're not going to all agree, and
- 20:23Speaker 2: sometimes we don't even disagree well, right, even though we
- 20:26Speaker 2: keep saying we have to learn how to agree to disagree,
- 20:31Speaker 2: But many times that's it sounds better than how it happens.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Right.
- 20:36Speaker 2: So I'm grateful for you just sharing that part of
- 20:40Speaker 2: the legacy journey, the innergeneration of wealth building, the type
- 20:46Speaker 2: of networking and the ability that you have had to
- 20:50Speaker 2: be able to spend those closing earthly days and times
- 20:57Speaker 2: with your beloved husband of more than thirty fat years.
- 21:00Speaker 4: Yeah, but doctor Chen may I reiterate one of the
- 21:04Speaker 4: most important things is that you don't completely make entrepreneurship
- 21:09Speaker 4: about self. You're only as successful as the people that
- 21:15Speaker 4: you help, period, and entrepreneurship shouldn't be self wealth.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Okay, thank you for sharing that clarity. Thank you for
- 21:29Speaker 2: sharing that, because that's the part. Again, some persons look
- 21:34Speaker 2: at entrepreneurship through a space of individualism and the one
- 21:39Speaker 2: who's very insular, and some people look at entrepreneurship through
- 21:44Speaker 2: a lens of only as a capitalist, imperialist type drive.
- 21:51Speaker 2: And instead of seeing it more, as you said, for
- 21:55Speaker 2: that wider circle, for the not just for you, but
- 21:59Speaker 2: just how you high light of how you did, what
- 22:01Speaker 2: you've done for your family and for your children.
- 22:04Speaker 3: You know, for people, be with your.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Husband in his final moments, and then to be able
- 22:10Speaker 2: to help other families, help families help. So again, when
- 22:14Speaker 2: we think about it, we're thinking of the self that's
- 22:16Speaker 2: able to do things, Yes, to be able to help families.
- 22:20Speaker 2: You know, you're starting with their own and then being
- 22:22Speaker 2: able to help other families. Let me shift that other
- 22:26Speaker 2: individuals to then help their families and then those families.
- 22:30Speaker 2: It builds community, It builds society, nation.
- 22:35Speaker 3: And all of that.
- 22:36Speaker 2: So the intention of some of these activities and programs
- 22:40Speaker 2: and initiatives are so that we can actually build. And again,
- 22:45Speaker 2: when we speak of us speaks, we're talking about those ancestral,
- 22:51Speaker 2: ancient sacred traditions in contemporary times for us to speak
- 22:58Speaker 2: truth to power, but with actionable deliverables. And so for
- 23:02Speaker 2: persons that don't know the hashtag, hashtag actionable deliverables and
- 23:08Speaker 2: yes it's tradeline.
- 23:09Speaker 3: So I think it's really important the person is recognized.
- 23:13Speaker 2: That when we're speaking of entrepreneurship, we're speaking of just
- 23:17Speaker 2: how Sister Queens Mothers Stormy put it in regards of
- 23:23Speaker 2: it's not just about the individual. I'd like you to
- 23:27Speaker 2: share some of the ways in which you've been able
- 23:30Speaker 2: to expand and explore various basin because I know you
- 23:33Speaker 2: love to travel, and I know I will never live
- 23:37Speaker 2: down the invitation to you race me with to travel
- 23:42Speaker 2: with you and other Sister Queens with the Girlfriendism Circle
- 23:46Speaker 2: and much more with another one of our business partners,
- 23:50Speaker 2: Sister Queen doctor Numa, to go to Bali. It's okay,
- 23:56Speaker 2: we're gonna be piano, We're live. But the way that
- 24:01Speaker 2: you were able to use that as an opportunity to
- 24:06Speaker 2: really continue to market some of the other activities you
- 24:09Speaker 2: do it to travel business owner and as a person
- 24:13Speaker 2: that is helping build businesses and helping other people understand
- 24:18Speaker 2: better than that, embrace the benefits of entrepreneurship beyond the
- 24:23Speaker 2: individual self, but for the greater good.
- 24:26Speaker 3: I would love to speak to some of that as well, sister.
- 24:31Speaker 4: Okay, well, I'll tell you when. Like I said earlier,
- 24:36Speaker 4: my first initial liking to this opportunity was about self,
- 24:43Speaker 4: you know, and me and mine, And that's normal, right,
- 24:47Speaker 4: I mean, I was a mom. It was hard times
- 24:49Speaker 4: in twenty twenty we all remember. But as a nurse
- 24:53Speaker 4: here on Saint Croix, to be exact, I watched people
- 25:02Speaker 4: suffer at the hands of lack of government concern for
- 25:09Speaker 4: health and wealth, for lack of compassion, for lack of money.
- 25:17Speaker 4: I watched people not take their medication because they had
- 25:24Speaker 4: to pay the money to come to a physician visit.
- 25:27Speaker 4: They had to pay that copay. It was breaking my heart.
- 25:33Speaker 4: I was frustrated when treatments couldn't be rendered because someone's
- 25:40Speaker 4: insurance got cut during the pandemic, because the business shut
- 25:43Speaker 4: down and we'd have to bring them into the office
- 25:47Speaker 4: to send them to the emergency room, to have them
- 25:50Speaker 4: return back fifteen hours later with the emergency room bracelet
- 25:55Speaker 4: and never receiving treatment. So with this opportunity, what was
- 26:02Speaker 4: brought to my attention as I watched people suffer was
- 26:07Speaker 4: that I was able to save on what I was
- 26:10Speaker 4: doing anyway, and people needed to find a way to
- 26:14Speaker 4: earn and save on things they were doing anyway. And
- 26:20Speaker 4: that's when this opportunity that I'm a part of became
- 26:26Speaker 4: essential that I share it regardless of my own life circumstances,
- 26:32Speaker 4: regardless of what was happening in my life, because I
- 26:36Speaker 4: knew what help I was getting as an entrepreneur in
- 26:39Speaker 4: this industry was helping me. So why wouldn't I want
- 26:44Speaker 4: to share that so that it would help others, Because honestly,
- 26:48Speaker 4: we all go through life, we all have to go
- 26:51Speaker 4: through something, and it's nice to have that backup plan.
- 26:56Speaker 4: That woman who can't take off of work because she
- 27:00Speaker 4: needs to make enough money because she's a single mom,
- 27:03Speaker 4: but gets told she has to go home because her
- 27:05Speaker 4: babysitters either leaving or her baby was sniffling might have COVID.
- 27:09Speaker 4: We can't let it come to the daycare. People were
- 27:12Speaker 4: hurting so bad. I had never seen nothing like it.
- 27:17Speaker 4: And I was a nurse through N one h one
- 27:19Speaker 4: HIV stars. I had never seen nothing like this where
- 27:25Speaker 4: people were afraid to help people because you coughed. Grandparents
- 27:32Speaker 4: couldn't keep grandbabies while parents went to work because what
- 27:38Speaker 4: they get pneumonia and they die. This was a rough
- 27:43Speaker 4: time and people were at home. So guess what I
- 27:47Speaker 4: showed them how they were able to work from home
- 27:52Speaker 4: where people were still living. The world was still traveling
- 27:55Speaker 4: during COVID. They weren't vacationing, but they were traveling. I
- 27:59Speaker 4: watched planes take off for Saint Croix every single day.
- 28:04Speaker 4: I watched hotels open up half capacity, so people paid
- 28:08Speaker 4: hire to go to the hotels because they knew they
- 28:10Speaker 4: was going to be able to have peace and quiet
- 28:13Speaker 4: for a change and not a packed hotel. And I
- 28:16Speaker 4: help people. I positioned them on the money making side
- 28:20Speaker 4: of just that we live in the Virgin Islands. We
- 28:23Speaker 4: watch people pay three thousand dollars a week to lay
- 28:26Speaker 4: in our backyard. But yet you got persons making those beds,
- 28:29Speaker 4: cleaning those rooms, wiping those toilets that can't afford to
- 28:33Speaker 4: stay there. That does not make sense, doctor Chen, It
- 28:36Speaker 4: doesn't make sense. I didn't like it. I didn't agree
- 28:39Speaker 4: with it. So I fought against it, and I did
- 28:43Speaker 4: it by making the very industry that allows people to
- 28:47Speaker 4: bust their backside in this industry stayed broke. I showed
- 28:53Speaker 4: them how to monetize it, and we raised up the
- 28:56Speaker 4: VI doing just that. We now have one of the
- 28:59Speaker 4: strongest teams in the Virgin Olens. And I'm very honored
- 29:02Speaker 4: to say because I have a humble people who said,
- 29:05Speaker 4: you know, if you're gonna lay on my backyard, let
- 29:08Speaker 4: me get compensated for it.
- 29:13Speaker 3: And that's why that's powerful.
- 29:16Speaker 2: That's a powerful testimony because many times persons have not
- 29:20Speaker 2: had the opportunity to see the value in investing in
- 29:28Speaker 2: self and family that benefits other persons and their families
- 29:34Speaker 2: and therefore strengthen the community and does what builds this
- 29:38Speaker 2: intergenerational legacy that is linked to wealth, link to health,
- 29:45Speaker 2: and link to balance and harmony. Like, there's so many
- 29:49Speaker 2: different components that you spoke to that I would be
- 29:53Speaker 2: remiss to miss out on any of those.
- 29:56Speaker 3: So I'm gonna take a moment.
- 29:58Speaker 2: This is when I said I was gonna do the
- 29:59Speaker 2: inform right so hopefully everyone can see I'm going to
- 30:05Speaker 2: try my best to bring it to my foot Prints
- 30:09Speaker 2: in the Sands of Time, edited by none other than
- 30:15Speaker 2: Sister Queen Angela Thomas Smith book. We've had an opportunity
- 30:22Speaker 2: to put things together. This legacy chronicles a journey through
- 30:27Speaker 2: time and eternity. I'm really honored to be one of
- 30:32Speaker 2: the contributors. There were many, and I like taking times
- 30:37Speaker 2: when I see publications like this that we get an
- 30:40Speaker 2: opportunity to be part of, to just give our listeners
- 30:44Speaker 2: that can easily go to Amazon and look for foot
- 30:47Speaker 2: Prints in the Sands of Time. The Legacy chronicles a
- 30:52Speaker 2: journey through time and eternity, and you can just listen
- 30:56Speaker 2: to the table of contents. This is the infomercials of
- 31:00Speaker 2: the past, Echoes of love, whispers of nature, dreams and illusions,
- 31:13Speaker 2: journeys of the soul, quests for meaning, and in the
- 31:19Speaker 2: last section, Footprints of the Future. And what was really
- 31:24Speaker 2: touching in all of this was just the overarching support
- 31:29Speaker 2: and the marketing and the branding and the rebranding and
- 31:33Speaker 2: the sharing of the same type of what we may
- 31:36Speaker 2: know as susu or han, where we share in what
- 31:42Speaker 2: we provide in these particular publications, and there's a whole
- 31:46Speaker 2: network that I encourage persons to keep looking. You know,
- 31:51Speaker 2: there were some other pieces on Seeds of Immortality and
- 31:56Speaker 2: just footprints in general. I think that there were so
- 31:59Speaker 2: many differ opportunities and I'm still learning. I said, okay,
- 32:03Speaker 2: I see in here there's advertisements even for book three
- 32:06Speaker 2: on Eternal Echoes. So person's keep in mind there's a
- 32:09Speaker 2: lot of word sound, power, strength, voices of upliftment that
- 32:14Speaker 2: are connected linked to this legacy, and we're building it together.
- 32:24Speaker 2: May appear to be one person at a time, but
- 32:27Speaker 2: each person, like we say, each one teach one, while
- 32:31Speaker 2: each one heal one. Right, We're always doing that to
- 32:34Speaker 2: bring it to the forefront. And I've always keep saying,
- 32:38Speaker 2: I'm looking at the poet lineup for just the section
- 32:42Speaker 2: on Shadows of the Past, and it's of course Sister
- 32:45Speaker 2: Queen Angela, Melanie Johnson, Poetic Movement, Leslie, Glorias Smith, Simone Williams, Young,
- 32:53Speaker 2: Roland de Pile, Chaniera, Osbourne, Lacell, Fouder, yaesim Wellsnia Boyd,
- 33:02Speaker 2: Daphne Hampton, Medhata Bradford, Tammy, Nicole Myers, Yours truly Queen Mother,
- 33:08Speaker 2: Doctor Cincera, La Vis Kahina, Coutura, Hughes, and Cornell Jackie Drummer.
- 33:14Speaker 2: And that's just in the first section, and as we
- 33:17Speaker 2: moved through the evening, perhaps we'll get through all seven sections.
- 33:21Speaker 3: And whatever we miss, we're gonna.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Make sure that it is shared in other broadcast other networks,
- 33:27Speaker 2: because the piece that I wrote for that section is
- 33:32Speaker 2: called joejriquera, which is Spanish for I Remember, and I'm
- 33:37Speaker 2: not gonna recite tonight. We're gonna save that for another
- 33:40Speaker 2: broadcast because we have a guest, and I always like
- 33:43Speaker 2: to highlight some of the vibes with the guests. But
- 33:46Speaker 2: just let's keep in mind we're talking about remembering, remembrance.
- 33:52Speaker 2: How this links to that vibration of women working together,
- 33:55Speaker 2: empowering one another, respecting one another, and brace integrity and
- 34:01Speaker 2: care and healing amongst one another but the greater good.
- 34:05Speaker 2: And again it doesn't mean we leave our men. We're
- 34:08Speaker 2: just making sure that we are strong enough together to
- 34:12Speaker 2: be able to do what women customarily do. We nurture,
- 34:18Speaker 2: we excel, we strengthen, we heal and as our sister
- 34:25Speaker 2: Queen Stormy has shared, well, how you say we take
- 34:29Speaker 2: that job on and do what I won't keep coming
- 34:34Speaker 2: back from the time you started using those different metaphors,
- 34:39Speaker 2: I said, all right, and I think it's really really
- 34:42Speaker 2: grateful how you've shown that in the vernacular that you're
- 34:46Speaker 2: familiar and what has worked provided spiritual strength and empowering
- 34:51Speaker 2: energy and illuminated qualities from you.
- 34:54Speaker 3: How you've been able to keep that light no matter what,
- 34:58Speaker 3: no matter what.
- 34:58Speaker 2: Challenge is, obstacles, what's the d word, distractions, whether they
- 35:04Speaker 2: appear on two foot or slithering whatever, that you're able
- 35:09Speaker 2: to keep the illumination, keep the god couse, keep the
- 35:13Speaker 2: energy of the creator, our almighty Creator, ournipotent. I'm the
- 35:17Speaker 2: present creator at the center of what you do. With
- 35:20Speaker 2: that being said, see how we close out those infomercials
- 35:24Speaker 2: oooh shock, Okay, we keep it rolling with that, I'd
- 35:30Speaker 2: like us to unfold another layer of our lotus flower
- 35:34Speaker 2: that's opening up and expanding. What are what would be?
- 35:41Speaker 2: Because I've heard you say this before. What keeps you motivated?
- 35:46Speaker 2: What keeps you passionate in the business? And I would
- 35:49Speaker 2: love for you too, because we can speak freemi, to
- 35:52Speaker 2: share a tidbit, not.
- 35:54Speaker 3: Looking for the whole presentation, which I know.
- 35:56Speaker 2: You can do because I've watched you do some launches,
- 36:00Speaker 2: but I would love for you to speak to the businesses.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Of what you are an owner as well.
- 36:08Speaker 4: HM. Okay, thank you for that. It's really quite simple. Actually,
- 36:18Speaker 4: in fact, it's so simple it looks difficult. I am
- 36:22Speaker 4: positioned to earn seven to eight strings of income in
- 36:28Speaker 4: the world of travel, and what that simply looks like
- 36:33Speaker 4: is some people say it's a bad word, but multi
- 36:37Speaker 4: level marketing. I help position people on the money making
- 36:42Speaker 4: side of travel. I show them how simply living their
- 36:48Speaker 4: best life, building their own best life, they monetize what
- 36:54Speaker 4: it is to be a part of the travel industry.
- 37:01Speaker 4: Inside of every booking, inside of every travel guru, inside
- 37:05Speaker 4: of every vendor, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, cruise, et cetera, et cetera.
- 37:10Speaker 4: They build in commissions because they don't want to pay
- 37:15Speaker 4: out of their inventory, their moneies people who may book
- 37:21Speaker 4: the travels. So I help people position themselves to make
- 37:25Speaker 4: up to seventy percent of the commission that's built into
- 37:29Speaker 4: anything that they may book for a client, themselves, friends, families,
- 37:36Speaker 4: whether it's group trips, whether it's cruises, trains, planes, excursions.
- 37:42Speaker 4: It doesn't matter everything they make up to seventy percent commission.
- 37:48Speaker 4: That's the fun time money. That's the go to the
- 37:51Speaker 4: salon money. Then I show them.
- 37:54Speaker 3: To posessils nails Nails. Now, okay, did I say.
- 37:58Speaker 4: That didn't set it out level?
- 38:01Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 38:03Speaker 4: Then I share with them how they're able to build
- 38:09Speaker 4: an empire, an organization of like minded people who want
- 38:15Speaker 4: to do the exact same thing. Earn a bag, pack
- 38:19Speaker 4: a bag, and save a bag in the world of travel,
- 38:22Speaker 4: earn a residual income simply by helping others position themselves,
- 38:27Speaker 4: showing them how to build their best lives. This is
- 38:31Speaker 4: a relationship building business. It is a solid business. It
- 38:39Speaker 4: is backed up by every major tourist industry. It is
- 38:44Speaker 4: backed up by Forbes magazine, it is backed up by
- 38:47Speaker 4: the IRS. We are Homeland Security certified. And what you
- 38:54Speaker 4: do as a woman, you position all those of and
- 39:01Speaker 4: your enemies to make and build their best lives while
- 39:07Speaker 4: you build residual income that is allowed to be willed
- 39:11Speaker 4: to your family. So in the event of your death
- 39:14Speaker 4: with my company, once you've built your organization to one
- 39:20Speaker 4: hundred people, which it does happen, I'm very short from
- 39:24Speaker 4: that Mark, but I'm very close. The company sends you
- 39:28Speaker 4: that letter from the attorneys that states you now have
- 39:33Speaker 4: a legacy business that in the event of your death,
- 39:37Speaker 4: all seven to eight strings of your income will continue
- 39:39Speaker 4: to be paid to your heirs. Then they get to
- 39:43Speaker 4: will it to their heirs and it begins. It's generational wealth.
- 39:48Speaker 4: You break generational curses all in something that people do anyway.
- 39:54Speaker 2: Excellent, excellent, And see that's important for persons to navigate
- 39:59Speaker 2: and see and feel and to know that. And I mean,
- 40:03Speaker 2: I'm very grateful because there's been so much that you
- 40:07Speaker 2: have guided myself and my business partners that I've been
- 40:13Speaker 2: able to bring in, you know, as I move and increase,
- 40:16Speaker 2: to be placed in a similar space, to be able
- 40:20Speaker 2: to generate and highlight some of the work that is available,
- 40:26Speaker 2: some of the opportunities that are available. So the persons
- 40:29Speaker 2: when they, you know, when I say to them I'm
- 40:30Speaker 2: a travel business owner, they kind of look at me
- 40:33Speaker 2: for a second, and I'm like, well, no, I'm not.
- 40:35Speaker 3: I'm not suited. I haven't.
- 40:37Speaker 2: I'm still getting the training to be a proficient travel professional,
- 40:44Speaker 2: right and because it takes time, and you know, being
- 40:48Speaker 2: an educator in other areas and being involved in entrepreneurship
- 40:52Speaker 2: in other areas. I'm really grateful for what I really
- 40:58Speaker 2: really am grateful for what you've shared with me, sister
- 41:00Speaker 2: Queen storm because you've.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Taken some time and I need for the to say
- 41:04Speaker 3: this publicly. The layer of.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Passion and training that is afforded to our team here
- 41:12Speaker 2: in the Virgin Islands by our illustrious sister Queen Director
- 41:19Speaker 2: and Training Stormy Gordon is impeccably exceptional. I need to
- 41:27Speaker 2: say that because it's the passion. Yes, it's the general
- 41:31Speaker 2: reminders sometimes a little more direct and usual, and that's
- 41:34Speaker 2: fine because it helps to keep us stimulating and engaged
- 41:37Speaker 2: on knowing what the potential is for these business streams
- 41:42Speaker 2: of income, and that they are legitimate and that they
- 41:46Speaker 2: are vetted, and that you know, they've got all types
- 41:49Speaker 2: of Better Business Bureau certifications and all types of economic
- 41:54Speaker 2: awards for positive streams of income that are on And
- 42:00Speaker 2: it's not like a fishy, fishy piece to know that
- 42:04Speaker 2: various economic development drivers in the US government, congressional and
- 42:09Speaker 2: otherwise have afforded various awareds for the founders of the
- 42:15Speaker 2: businesses tied to these opportunities like you have taken a
- 42:19Speaker 2: lot of time, and then each day it seems like
- 42:22Speaker 2: there's something else that they have on our stream that
- 42:25Speaker 2: we learn to make our business operations more efficient, where
- 42:28Speaker 2: you can do things right on your cell phone or
- 42:31Speaker 2: your tablet as well as your computers, and that you
- 42:34Speaker 2: can be anywhere in the world, anywhere in the world.
- 42:39Speaker 2: And I always highlight that in a minute, they will
- 42:42Speaker 2: eventually give the Internet to the planet. But in the meantime,
- 42:46Speaker 2: while we're still going through internet service providers. Wherever you
- 42:49Speaker 2: have those access points, you have the opportunity to generate wealth,
- 42:54Speaker 2: to generate income, and.
- 42:56Speaker 3: To do it from the.
- 42:58Speaker 4: Build amazing relationationships. Dockuchin. That's the basis, you know, I had.
- 43:04Speaker 4: So I had one of my upline directors say to me, once,
- 43:08Speaker 4: you know, people don't quit their jobs, they quit their employers,
- 43:12Speaker 4: so you know, And I took that to heart because
- 43:15Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, you know, because I always loved my job.
- 43:18Speaker 4: But man, the employers are working nerves. But you know,
- 43:21Speaker 4: this is a relationship they will they're working nerves, like
- 43:25Speaker 4: look ahead.
- 43:26Speaker 3: I'm trying not to say these things right now, but
- 43:28Speaker 3: I know what I.
- 43:29Speaker 4: Let me, Let me just go home. And be broke.
- 43:31Speaker 4: Let me go home and eat soup for a week.
- 43:33Speaker 4: I don't know. But you know the thing about this
- 43:36Speaker 4: opportunity is it's a relationship building opportunity. You get to
- 43:41Speaker 4: meet people worldly Queen Mother Chinzera. I mean, I thank
- 43:45Speaker 4: you part of my organization. Because of you, we got
- 43:50Speaker 4: a team in Jamaica. Jamaica just introduced growing their team
- 43:55Speaker 4: in Miami. But I myself have a team, and I
- 44:01Speaker 4: have a person in Belize. I have someone in the
- 44:04Speaker 4: Dominican Republic. I have Saint Thomas, Saint Croix. I have
- 44:07Speaker 4: my home state of Pittsburgh, North Carolina, South Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia, Colleen, Texas.
- 44:14Speaker 4: This is an international opportunity you are not barred from.
- 44:19Speaker 4: And so this is a business you build no matter
- 44:22Speaker 4: where you're at from your phone at any time. That's
- 44:27Speaker 4: what the pandemic served up. It's served up a business
- 44:31Speaker 4: that while you're sitting at home, while you're sitting at
- 44:33Speaker 4: the beach, while you're sitting in Bali, you're gonna work
- 44:39Speaker 4: your business. I'm gonna rub it in, rub it in,
- 44:43Speaker 4: and you know, but what I really you know the
- 44:46Speaker 4: most important part of this is though this is something
- 44:50Speaker 4: that the world does. This isn't a get expired kind
- 44:56Speaker 4: of gimmick. This isn't you know, lotions and potions, tricks
- 45:00Speaker 4: and gimmicks. This isn't something that is in fashion this year,
- 45:04Speaker 4: out of fashion that year. People do it. This year.
- 45:07Speaker 4: People are going to travel until the Lord comes home,
- 45:12Speaker 4: which means there's gonna be money to be made. And
- 45:15Speaker 4: why not be on the inside of that. Why not
- 45:18Speaker 4: be the merchant because it don't always feel good being
- 45:23Speaker 4: the customer? Does it? Doctor Chen? And we need to
- 45:26Speaker 4: fly off this island to go two islands up and
- 45:28Speaker 4: it costs you one thousand dollars? Does that make sense?
- 45:31Speaker 3: That's right, that's right.
- 45:34Speaker 4: So, you know, just learning to turn what is your
- 45:39Speaker 4: lemons into lemonade, you know, and enjoying living your best
- 45:46Speaker 4: life by being able to live your employers they don't
- 45:50Speaker 4: allow you and pay you to live your best life.
- 45:53Speaker 4: They pay you long enough to live to come back
- 45:56Speaker 4: and work every forty hours every weekend, week out. I
- 46:02Speaker 4: bring in personally six pay checks a month, simply because
- 46:10Speaker 4: I'm building an organization of people who love travel, love
- 46:15Speaker 4: helping others who love travel. I don't feel bad about
- 46:19Speaker 4: that at all. And you know, I used to tell
- 46:22Speaker 4: people doctor chan I said, shure, you're come into the
- 46:24Speaker 4: doctor's office, and you allowed me to cause you bodily harm, pain,
- 46:31Speaker 4: digging them needles in your arms, twisting that arm, and
- 46:34Speaker 4: finding out what really hurts, if it's really broke. You
- 46:38Speaker 4: paid me to do that. I'm asking you to lock
- 46:42Speaker 4: arms with us, you know, just lock arms with an
- 46:47Speaker 4: entrepreneur who can show you how to build your best life.
- 46:51Speaker 4: Your best life simply because you're living your life. That's entrepreneurship,
- 46:59Speaker 4: I believe, is when you benefit from helping others, not taking.
- 47:04Speaker 4: I want to be the one who gives the hand
- 47:07Speaker 4: up and not the handouts. I don't want to be
- 47:11Speaker 4: the one who has to lend you money because you
- 47:14Speaker 4: can't pay your bills. I want to be the one
- 47:16Speaker 4: to show you how to build residuals so your bills
- 47:18Speaker 4: get paid on otto. I want people to be able
- 47:24Speaker 4: to live their best lives, because I've watched people work
- 47:27Speaker 4: real hard and get told sorry, you ain't gonna be
- 47:32Speaker 4: able to pay your bills. We got to cut your hours,
- 47:34Speaker 4: we got to close down because somebody coughed. Don't want
- 47:39Speaker 4: to see that happen again. So this is a home base,
- 47:42Speaker 4: not homebound, and it's.
- 47:45Speaker 3: Entrepreneurs say that one again.
- 47:47Speaker 2: I was sweet, say that again, home based, home base
- 47:52Speaker 2: not home bound.
- 47:53Speaker 3: Oh wow, and she just froze on that one. But
- 47:56Speaker 3: it's okay.
- 47:57Speaker 2: We're going to keep it going, family, because this is
- 47:59Speaker 2: a wonderful conversation, a wonderful opportunity. We've been joined with
- 48:06Speaker 2: Sister Queen's Dormy Gordon, entrepreneur, my business partner and teacher
- 48:14Speaker 2: of many, many different elements and skills. So we're gonna
- 48:17Speaker 2: take a really quick moment. I want to use this
- 48:20Speaker 2: time while we're waiting for her signal to come back.
- 48:23Speaker 3: In to be able to.
- 48:26Speaker 2: Share a couple of things in regard to persons that
- 48:29Speaker 2: are interested in knowing a little bit more. You can
- 48:31Speaker 2: easily email me at travel Global three six five, just
- 48:38Speaker 2: like it sounds, travel Global three six y five at
- 48:42Speaker 2: gmail dot com, and there we can continue this conversation
- 48:47Speaker 2: offline for more details information, I will share my website
- 48:53Speaker 2: towards the end of tonight's broadcast.
- 48:55Speaker 3: I believe that you're back, but you're back with.
- 48:57Speaker 4: Us, yes, ma'am.
- 48:58Speaker 2: I hope so ye, yeah, we hear you well, We
- 49:02Speaker 2: hear you well, right, because what I was doing while
- 49:04Speaker 2: I was sitting here, was just making sure that I
- 49:06Speaker 2: can share with some of some of our colleagues and
- 49:12Speaker 2: some of the persons that are tuning in listening to
- 49:14Speaker 2: what we do. You know, there's so many different ways
- 49:16Speaker 2: for you to hear these broadcasts. You know, this is
- 49:20Speaker 2: why we encourage and this is usually shared by our
- 49:24Speaker 2: admin sister, Queen Angelus Smith Thomas. I think that it's
- 49:28Speaker 2: important let's just keep tuning in to the Crew podcast
- 49:32Speaker 2: because these broadcasts are eight pm Eastern every night and
- 49:40Speaker 2: there's some amazing guests that really touch on things that
- 49:45Speaker 2: affect black and brown America.

- 51:01Speaker 2: from the Crew podcast will also be shared, and it
- 51:04Speaker 2: gives you an opportunity to learn a little bit more
- 51:07Speaker 2: about these multiple streams of income that we have access
- 51:11Speaker 2: to to be able to take care of ourselves and
- 51:16Speaker 2: our families in the way that we most desire. So,
- 51:20Speaker 2: Sister Queen Stormy, I think that you know it's real difficult.
- 51:25Speaker 3: You see how fast the hour goes, right, it goes
- 51:28Speaker 3: pretty fast.
- 51:29Speaker 2: And I'm really grateful for you being able to share
- 51:33Speaker 2: your narrative, your story, your journey in such a loving
- 51:39Speaker 2: and powerful way. And I would love to give you
- 51:43Speaker 2: some more moments and times and reflections to share any
- 51:46Speaker 2: other messages, any other ideas that you would like.
- 51:49Speaker 3: To share with our viewing and listening audience.
- 51:54Speaker 4: You know, I say, you know what's most important, doctor Chen,
- 52:04Speaker 4: is that when life is happening, it's okay to grab
- 52:12Speaker 4: on to something that allows you to advance yourself. And
- 52:20Speaker 4: when you find that something which normally is going to
- 52:25Speaker 4: be an entrepreneurship because your boss isn't going to let
- 52:29Speaker 4: you be you know, miserable or happy or you know.
- 52:33Speaker 4: But entrepreneurship, I have learned, means a whole lot more
- 52:41Speaker 4: than just owning a business. You learn self worth and
- 52:47Speaker 4: as a woman that is so important. You learn structure,
- 52:53Speaker 4: you learn being able to master duplication, you learn how
- 53:00Speaker 4: to work a calendar. It's you know, I mean, we
- 53:05Speaker 4: only have twenty four hours. And you know there's always
- 53:08Speaker 4: people who says, oh my gosh, I just need more time.
- 53:11Speaker 4: Guess what, You're not gonna get it. You have twenty
- 53:15Speaker 4: four hours in a day every day. That's never going
- 53:21Speaker 4: to change. And as a woman, we do more in
- 53:27Speaker 4: a few hours than our counterparts do in a week.
- 53:33Speaker 4: We're able to do it all. I think when we
- 53:38Speaker 4: learn to support each other, to advance each other, to
- 53:41Speaker 4: lift each other even when we don't like each other,
- 53:48Speaker 4: even when we disagree, supporting a woman today, maybe the
- 53:57Speaker 4: generation that supports your loved ones in the future. The
- 54:03Speaker 4: woman I may not like today may be the matriarch
- 54:08Speaker 4: of a woman who will take care of my family
- 54:12Speaker 4: one day. So I say women uplifting, women, empowering women
- 54:20Speaker 4: doing it through the world of entrepreneurship where we're in
- 54:24Speaker 4: charge and don't have to answer to an employer who's
- 54:29Speaker 4: going to make sure you need them and only them.
- 54:34Speaker 4: That's what I want to leave your guests with. If
- 54:37Speaker 4: you ever have someone share an opportunity, don't second guess
- 54:45Speaker 4: and belittle what you were meant to have, which was
- 54:49Speaker 4: to be the lender, not the borrower, the head not
- 54:52Speaker 4: the tail. Go with it, don't question it, because the
- 55:01Speaker 4: only way you fail is to never try or quit.
- 55:09Speaker 5: Here.
- 55:11Speaker 4: Carry on.
- 55:13Speaker 2: Oh, I'm just making sure that the people in the
- 55:15Speaker 2: back thank you again. It is with a very powerful
- 55:28Speaker 2: sense of gratitude for you to be so honest and
- 55:33Speaker 2: direct and clear on what has been part of your journey,
- 55:37Speaker 2: because we know there's the part two, three, four or
- 55:40Speaker 2: five two one thousand, because there's some other elements, And
- 55:44Speaker 2: don't get her to start to talking about when she
- 55:48Speaker 2: starts to sing, will kind of come back to that.
- 55:50Speaker 2: I think next time I'm gonna I'm gonna have to
- 55:52Speaker 2: drop some excerpts from when she's singing with the choir.
- 55:56Speaker 3: I'm just saying, just saying those in the back.
- 56:00Speaker 2: Right, you know, it's really beautiful to be able to
- 56:03Speaker 2: have you share the variety and the wealth of knowledge
- 56:08Speaker 2: and care and compassion that you have for building a
- 56:15Speaker 2: business that has not only helped you to heal and
- 56:20Speaker 2: grow and prosper and embrace thriving in the midst of
- 56:25Speaker 2: what appears to be complete chaos and distractions, but to
- 56:29Speaker 2: be able to share that and to share it passionately
- 56:32Speaker 2: and professionally, and being able to teach us how to
- 56:36Speaker 2: leverage what we are doing actually indeed for ourselves.
- 56:42Speaker 3: And with that, I'm very very grateful.
- 56:44Speaker 2: I'm hoping that those that are listening, those that are viewing,
- 56:47Speaker 2: are able to embrace a little We know we said
- 56:51Speaker 2: quite a few things. People might want to say, well,
- 56:54Speaker 2: what's the distance, what's the If you're interested, we would
- 56:58Speaker 2: easily share with you information as I've expressed. Travel Global
- 57:04Speaker 2: three sixty five at gmail dot com is one way
- 57:06Speaker 2: to send your email if you're interested in knowing about
- 57:09Speaker 2: some of the various business opportunities with multiple streams of income,
- 57:13Speaker 2: as have been shared by our illustrious guests Sister Queen
- 57:18Speaker 2: Stormy Gordon, and I can only speak is as I
- 57:22Speaker 2: get ready to celebrate my second anniversary. It really hit
- 57:25Speaker 2: me the other day that my second year anniversary is
- 57:29Speaker 2: going to be on November twenty six, and I think
- 57:32Speaker 2: it's amazing because it's been a powerful journey. I've learned
- 57:36Speaker 2: a lot, I've gained quite a bit, and those that
- 57:39Speaker 2: know I am travel global three sixty.
- 57:44Speaker 3: You know I'm working on getting more.
- 57:48Speaker 2: I have a little shy of eighty plus countries to
- 57:52Speaker 2: still tap out of the one hundred and ninety three
- 57:55Speaker 2: we talk about, and I think it's really important for
- 57:58Speaker 2: us to race the greatness that comes with that and
- 58:02Speaker 2: some of the opportunities I would have asked earlier, and
- 58:07Speaker 2: I just took a moment for us to just take
- 58:10Speaker 2: a second of reflection. Here in the Virgin Islands, we
- 58:13Speaker 2: have some observances in honor of not only women, but
- 58:18Speaker 2: of great historical icons of the Virgin Islands what was
- 58:22Speaker 2: then the Danish West Indies in seventeen thirty three. On
- 58:26Speaker 2: November twenty third, led by a woman, Queen Brefum, there
- 58:32Speaker 2: was an African Revolution on the Isle of Saint John,
- 58:37Speaker 2: what we now call Saint John, and that African revolution
- 58:44Speaker 2: led by first generation Africans coming on that enslavement trafficking,
- 58:52Speaker 2: not trade, that enslavement trafficking journey right, those women and
- 59:00Speaker 2: those men, some of them from royal stock and warriors
- 59:03Speaker 2: in their own rights, coming from Central South as well
- 59:08Speaker 2: as West Africa. We need to make sure we get
- 59:10Speaker 2: the history clear. Led a revolution that kept the Isle
- 59:15Speaker 2: of Saint John at one of its heights of colonization
- 59:20Speaker 2: as a free African island nation intended for more than
- 59:26Speaker 2: seven months from November twenty third, seventeen thirty three until
- 59:31Speaker 2: May twenty fourth, seventeen thirty four. So we have a
- 59:36Speaker 2: legislative policy proclamation to some, but legislation has been in
- 59:44Speaker 2: place for decades. As November twenty third is marked as
- 59:49Speaker 2: Virgin Islands Freedom Fighters Day, So we want to just
- 59:51Speaker 2: take a moment to just give honor to those ancestors,
- 59:56Speaker 2: those great heroes, heroes, and when we keep it moving
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: on an international level, from very humble yet powerful beginnings
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: and of all islands, the Dominican Republic four women and
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: many men as well, but the Miravelle Sisters. If you
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: don't know about them, google Miraven Sisters of the Dominican Republic.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: And these women were fighting for the human rights of
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: people in the Dominican Republic and Haiti in the nineteen
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: fifties against a very brutal dictator that people just referred
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: to as Tuhedron the dictator. And in nineteen sixteen, on
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: November twenty fifth, those women were not only dragged out
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: of their transport going to visit their husbands, two of their.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: Husbands, rather two of the sisters husbands.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: They were in prison for supporting human rights for the
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: people of the of the Republic of Dominican as well
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: as happening the entire island. And these women were dragged
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: out of their vehicles, beaten to death, put back in
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: the vehicle and tossed over to make it look like
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: it was an accidental cause of death. And because of that,
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: the people in the Dominican Republic rose up and ultimately
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: that led to the execution assassination to some of this
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: dictator very brutal and on November twenty fifth. It is
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: now designated since the nineties as the United Nations International
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: Day with the Elimination and Violence against women. So when
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: you see that hashtag no excuse, think about November twenty fifth,
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: nineteen sixty. But just in general, let us honor and
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: observe this International Day for the Elimination of Violence against
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: Women anywhere on Earth. So with that again, I thank you,
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: sister Queen Stormy. I feel like we got a lot
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: completed and we're right on the top of our hour.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: I want to thank everyone that's tuned in listened again.
