Speaker 1: very worst when I wasn't taking care of myself, and

Speaker 1: also depression has gone up and down drastically multiple times. Yeah,

Speaker 1: And it wasn't until after I had Cruise that I

Speaker 1: started to really get a handle on it. And what

Speaker 1: was your highest way? I mean over two pounds? I

Speaker 1: never take your three. I don't know. I'm a five

Speaker 1: three and a half. Every picture I'm teller than you,

Speaker 1: And but I think that everybody's journey is different, and
