- 0:23Speaker 2: Hither there's absolutely no way in hell that she listens
- 0:26Speaker 2: to Radio Darchy now because if she listens to Radio
- 0:28Speaker 2: or Hadarchy on the regular, there's nothing about what we
- 0:30Speaker 2: said there that offended her because she's already been in
- 0:32Speaker 2: you it isn't she like that is funny to her
- 0:35Speaker 2: if she listens to Radio Hierarchy on the regular. Murray
- 0:38Speaker 2: Olds Australia Correspondents with us I mus very.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Good afternoon, Heather, welcome back.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Oh thanks mate, and you I suppose so the unemployment
- 0:46Speaker 2: rate stuck at four point.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Four four point four percent, and unless it goes up,
- 0:52Speaker 3: there's more pressure on interest rates because of course the
- 0:56Speaker 3: Reserve Bank wants to I mean, have a look at
- 0:59Speaker 3: a few of the key the key indicators. You know,
- 1:02Speaker 3: the cash rate currently four point three five percent, that's
- 1:05Speaker 3: the rate set by the Reserve Bank. It's the rate
- 1:08Speaker 3: that banks lend to each other. Overnight inflation four percent,
- 1:13Speaker 3: well above the Reserve banks two to three percent target range.
- 1:17Speaker 3: And as you say, the unemployment rate at four point
- 1:19Speaker 3: four percent, notwithstanding the big economic downturn over here, employees
- 1:23Speaker 3: are still putting on jobs and the Reserve Bank wants
- 1:26Speaker 3: to see unemployment go higher. I mean, it's as bad
- 1:29Speaker 3: as it sounds. That's what they need because it'll take
- 1:31Speaker 3: some of the heat out of the economy. So the
- 1:34Speaker 3: natural markets responded very quickly. Australian dollar broke the US
- 1:40Speaker 3: seventy cent mark you are now going expecting. Now it's
- 1:43Speaker 3: firmed up that in August, when the Reserve Bank meets again,
- 1:47Speaker 3: interest rates will go up again. And that's not something
- 1:50Speaker 3: that people with million dollar mortgages want to hear over here.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Now, this Adelaide man who's been arrested for making AI
- 1:56Speaker 2: porn childre what's he going to be charged with?
- 2:00Speaker 3: Well, he'd been charged with the generating AI child exploitation material.
- 2:06Speaker 3: It's called eyes an a grade grub. He's twenty six years old,
- 2:10Speaker 3: lives in Adelaide's North and I mean these people have
- 2:15Speaker 3: got IQs about room temperature. I mean the Joint Anti
- 2:18Speaker 3: Child Exploitation team just looked him up, knocked on his
- 2:21Speaker 3: door and took him away in a paddy wagon. I
- 2:23Speaker 3: mean he's been in court. I'm not sure from this
- 2:25Speaker 3: distance way has been granted additional bail. The police looked
- 2:29Speaker 3: at a couple of electronic devices and found this material.
- 2:32Speaker 3: That's what they say, that's the allegation. They're looking at
- 2:35Speaker 3: other electronic devices. The very little detail made public. More
- 2:39Speaker 3: will come when he's back in court later this year.
- 2:42Speaker 3: But police say this is a heenus offense, notwithstanding the
- 2:45Speaker 3: fact it doesn't involve real kiddies. But the AI kiddies,
- 2:49Speaker 3: you know, forget it. It's just grotesque behavior and they're
- 2:53Speaker 3: not going to stand for it.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Mass have you been asked for your autograph today because
- 2:56Speaker 2: because you're famous in the AFR?
- 2:59Speaker 3: Yeah? What about Barnaby?
- 3:01Speaker 2: Let me read this to you. But the headline Barnaby
- 3:04Speaker 2: Joyce's dog goes global as MP says sorry for his
- 3:07Speaker 2: rant and then so quotes everything happening around the world
- 3:10Speaker 2: and it says you have to yell at your dog
- 3:11Speaker 2: from time to time. But it was Honestly, I think
- 3:13Speaker 2: anyone who's watching last night started to laugh so hard
- 3:15Speaker 2: you'd whit your pants, said reporter Murray Olds while explaining
- 3:18Speaker 2: the scene to New Zealand's News.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Talks it was laugh out loud funny. Oh my god,
- 3:23Speaker 3: it was you know, I mean, here he is. Look,
- 3:26Speaker 3: he's got four with dogs. Don't forget boo and pistol
- 3:28Speaker 3: from from Johnny Depp back in twenty fifteen. It was
- 3:31Speaker 3: when he threatened to have those dogs put down because
- 3:34Speaker 3: Johnny Depp and Amber Heard had brought the dogs in
- 3:37Speaker 3: on a private jet and later, of course he was
- 3:39Speaker 3: referred to as mister tomato face by Johnny. He just
- 3:43Speaker 3: keeps He's a headline that keeps on happening. And perhaps
- 3:46Speaker 3: my comment was, you know, a little bit inappropriate, but
- 3:50Speaker 3: it was fair digg and one of the funniest things
- 3:52Speaker 3: you're ever going to see on Live Telly and here
- 3:54Speaker 3: it is. It's the National Current Affair Show and he's
- 3:57Speaker 3: making everybody fall off the sofa. It was very, very funny.
- 4:00Speaker 2: It was quite weird. It gives you an insight into
- 4:03Speaker 2: what it would be like to live with her, mate, Murray,
- 4:05Speaker 2: thank you, no mate. On definitely if you're playing shoot
- 4:09Speaker 2: Shag Mary, you do not marry Barnaby Joyce Mozz Thanks
