- 0:00Speaker 1: Today, we're going to do a little bit of a
- 0:01Speaker 1: breakdown on Avalanche. As the market is melting down. Avalanche
- 0:05Speaker 1: is one of those that's getting hurt the most, but
- 0:07Speaker 1: there are some things to be looking into it. Let's
- 0:10Speaker 1: just get right into it. I want to go over
- 0:11Speaker 1: to a couple of things before we bring on our guest.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Today.
- 0:13Speaker 1: We'll have Anthony Scaramucci joining us along with Matzang talking
- 0:18Speaker 1: about where Avalanche is going. If you look at the
- 0:20Speaker 1: current metrics, especially on stable coin market cap continuing to
- 0:25Speaker 1: climb right here on Avalanche, and this is one of
- 0:27Speaker 1: the things that I think we'll continue to see a
- 0:30Speaker 1: big move forward as Avalanche maybe stabilizes number of addresses.
- 0:35Speaker 1: You look at the monthly transaction count continuing to climb.
- 0:38Speaker 1: This active addresses are stabilizing. So this again good news
- 0:42Speaker 1: for Avalanche in general. Not only that, you can also
- 0:45Speaker 1: take a look at what's going on in the r
- 0:47Speaker 1: Toba market and I'll kind of zoom in on that
- 0:48Speaker 1: for you guys. Avalanche still maintains the number three spot
- 0:51Speaker 1: on networks on the league table, which is good because
- 0:54Speaker 1: it's still showing good sign of growth. Beyond that, you've
- 0:58Speaker 1: also got to look at the volume on the yen
- 1:00Speaker 1: which has started to shift over from Polygon to Avalanche,
- 1:03Speaker 1: which is another intriguing component as we start to see
- 1:07Speaker 1: things unwinding in Japan that I think will really start
- 1:10Speaker 1: to show maybe where the market could be going very soon.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Continuing to show very high staking percentages and of course
- 1:18Speaker 1: that being a great performance in general, and I think
- 1:21Speaker 1: when you look at that along with transaction fees, when
- 1:25Speaker 1: you get out there on coinbase, if you're moving stuff around,
- 1:27Speaker 1: Avalanche is still leading the pack in terms of fees,
- 1:30Speaker 1: So you would wonder why we're continue to see pressure
- 1:34Speaker 1: on the market.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Just a big recap of the game awards, which is
- 1:38Speaker 1: one of the key things that Avalanche has continued to
- 1:42Speaker 1: showcase in terms of strength, and that is their presence
- 1:45Speaker 1: in Web three gaming. I want to go to a
- 1:47Speaker 1: clip real quick and then we'll bring our guests in
- 1:50Speaker 1: and kind of break down where treasures are going.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Take a look, and the Wino is mappers to the
- 1:55Speaker 3: universe for best Action Game Off.
- 2:00Speaker 4: The Grid and the winner is Off.
- 2:04Speaker 1: The Grid, and the winner is Off the Grid and
- 2:10Speaker 1: the winner is Off the Grid.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Four awards in one day, and I'm honored to announce
- 2:19Speaker 4: the Best Game Award and the winner is hang On
- 2:25Speaker 4: Off the Grid. The people have spoken.
- 2:29Speaker 1: All right, so pretty much a slam dunk, you know
- 2:31Speaker 1: when you look at gaming in general, so you wonder
- 2:34Speaker 1: what other things could be very bullish for Avalanche. Well,
- 2:38Speaker 1: I wanted to bring on both Anthony and Matt to
- 2:41Speaker 1: kind of talk about that. So welcome into the show, guys.
- 2:43Speaker 2: How are you good to be on pull?
- 2:45Speaker 3: Great?
- 2:46Speaker 1: Excellent, Great to see you guys, and of course a
- 2:48Speaker 1: lot of this when you look at Avalanche right now.
- 2:51Speaker 1: We'll start with you, Anthony, many people would consider this
- 2:54Speaker 1: a very underrated chain right now, kind of give me
- 2:57Speaker 1: your reasoning of why Skybridge is so bullish on AVAX.
- 3:02Speaker 5: Well, first of all, I enjoyed your preamble and your commentary,
- 3:06Speaker 5: but I think the one thing I just want to
- 3:07Speaker 5: emphasize with each everybody, we've had a tsunami hit the
- 3:11Speaker 5: markets from October tenth, and so it's blown everything up, Bitcoin,
- 3:17Speaker 5: drag down Salona, Avalanche. You pick the name, and so
- 3:21Speaker 5: the real question before you, and I'll turn it over
- 3:23Speaker 5: to Matt in a second, is does Avalanche have good fundamentals?
- 3:27Speaker 2: You just represented that to everybody.
- 3:29Speaker 5: Secondarily, is Avalanche being adopted by institutions. Can I go
- 3:33Speaker 5: to the Fortune fifty and when they're thinking about tokenizing things,
- 3:37Speaker 5: putting their finances on chain, or putting their stock or
- 3:41Speaker 5: bond capital structure on chain, are they thinking about using
- 3:45Speaker 5: an avalanche And the answer is yes. And then secondarily,
- 3:49Speaker 5: which is something Mad is more of an expert on
- 3:51Speaker 5: in me, are these subnets?
- 3:54Speaker 3: You know?
- 3:54Speaker 5: You're able to customize things on Avalanche that you can't
- 3:57Speaker 5: do in other places. I'm an old fogie in the industry, Okay,
- 4:02Speaker 5: so when I look at my peer group that is
- 4:04Speaker 5: in their late fifties, mid sixties, what are they going
- 4:10Speaker 5: to adopt. They're going to want to adopt things that
- 4:12Speaker 5: can customize more than generic things. And this is why
- 4:16Speaker 5: Avalanche is going to be a big part of the
- 4:17Speaker 5: future story. So I'm wildly bullish on avalanche. This is
- 4:22Speaker 5: a garden variety like correction born from perhaps excess leverage
- 4:27Speaker 5: or maybe a market maker getting taken out. And I
- 4:30Speaker 5: think the trajectory is still going in our direction, so
- 4:34Speaker 5: it's it's good opportunity to buy well.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I think that's the point is when you see these
- 4:38Speaker 1: kind of pullbacks, many people try to either if you're
- 4:41Speaker 1: a very bearish or you're maybe very bullish on a project.
- 4:45Speaker 1: These are the times when you're looking into it, especially
- 4:48Speaker 1: around the idea, around principles, and also just the fundamentals
- 4:51Speaker 1: of it. Matt, when you look at what you guys
- 4:53Speaker 1: are doing from a treasury standpoint, especially on a strategy
- 4:57Speaker 1: side of things, kind of give us a rundown of
- 4:59Speaker 1: what you guys are doing differently than others out there.
- 5:02Speaker 6: Right now, we'd love to paf so I agree everything
- 5:05Speaker 6: Anthony just mentioned.
- 5:07Speaker 3: You know, at HiveMind, you know we also.
- 5:10Speaker 6: Have decades of Tientify experience, so when we're approaching blockchain
- 5:14Speaker 6: and crypto, we're always taking a fundamental type of approach.
- 5:17Speaker 3: For example, this year.
- 5:18Speaker 6: Everybody talking about that, you know, as our team, we
- 5:21Speaker 6: look at more than one hundred thatch companies. We invested
- 5:24Speaker 6: more than a dozen, but one actually coming to sponsor
- 5:27Speaker 6: leading one would be very careful.
- 5:30Speaker 3: I mean, we.
- 5:30Speaker 6: Actually had four or five different foundations approached us early
- 5:34Speaker 6: this year having us to lead structure of that for them.
- 5:37Speaker 3: We actually turned every single of them down. But in
- 5:40Speaker 3: the summer one Avalanche team.
- 5:42Speaker 6: Sort of like reached out to us. We knew we
- 5:44Speaker 6: want to do this wisdom because we know the team
- 5:47Speaker 6: for years, just like Anthony, and we think that their
- 5:52Speaker 6: change is really actually doing what blockchain is supposed to do,
- 5:55Speaker 6: is adding the real ward utilities with the right design,
- 5:58Speaker 6: the subt net features to give financial services industries, the
- 6:02Speaker 6: giving industries actually.
- 6:03Speaker 3: A way to access Web three in a scalable and
- 6:07Speaker 3: a compliant way.
- 6:08Speaker 6: So very quickly I decided to work with Avalanche Foundation.
- 6:12Speaker 6: I caught up Anthony. Anthony is very excited by joining
- 6:15Speaker 6: the program. That's the bard of AVX one, if not
- 6:18Speaker 6: that company kick her ABX. And the goal is it's simple,
- 6:23Speaker 6: there's two layers to it, like you mentioned, and you
- 6:25Speaker 6: know very well like many other that companies there, we
- 6:29Speaker 6: want to go and accumulating ABX tokens and accumulating that
- 6:34Speaker 6: for our shareholders on a per share basis. But we're
- 6:37Speaker 6: not going to just do that. You know, I think
- 6:39Speaker 6: that differentiating us from many other deaths is we need
- 6:43Speaker 6: a soul for that. So like what actually we want
- 6:45Speaker 6: to do? What is the operating business model that differentiating
- 6:48Speaker 6: us and making our that model future proof? And we
- 6:52Speaker 6: believe that actually using the vehicle to actually building an
- 6:56Speaker 6: unchained financial economy is what we actually really here excited about.
- 7:00Speaker 3: So the goal is on one.
- 7:02Speaker 6: Side, opportunely deploying capitals, cumulating admas tokens in a smart
- 7:06Speaker 6: and scalable way. On the other side is actually with
- 7:10Speaker 6: our shareholders approvals and supports, which we've got going there
- 7:13Speaker 6: and looking for bab too. Fintech companies. Let them be
- 7:17Speaker 6: remintenance companies, payment companies, origional banks and insurance companies that
- 7:21Speaker 6: are trading at a very reasonable undervalued at a multiple bases.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Selectively invest, roll.
- 7:28Speaker 6: Them up, acquire them that give us the cash flow,
- 7:31Speaker 6: give us the real profit that actually our company will
- 7:34Speaker 6: be valued at enterprise value beyond simply book value. Allow
- 7:39Speaker 6: us actually to build what blockchain enable us to do.
- 7:42Speaker 6: Bring them to the avalanche system, supporting the tokens, supporting ecosystems.
- 7:47Speaker 3: That's what we're trying to do here.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Well, okay, so a couple of points here. I want
- 7:50Speaker 1: to jump back to you, Anthony, and you know you
- 7:53Speaker 1: come from og wall Street. You look at what Wall
- 7:57Speaker 1: Street is doing right now, which is pretty much all
- 7:59Speaker 1: in on to organized and real world assets. Whether it's Larry,
- 8:03Speaker 1: whether you look at what's happening with Tom Lee. You
- 8:06Speaker 1: see everyone in the market pretty much pointing in the
- 8:08Speaker 1: same direction. Do you feel that the DAT is the
- 8:13Speaker 1: digital asset treasuries now are being looked at as a
- 8:16Speaker 1: potential unwind.
- 8:17Speaker 5: Well, I think that some of the you don't want
- 8:22Speaker 5: the baby getting thrown out with the bathwater. So yes,
- 8:24Speaker 5: some of these dats I think one or two of
- 8:26Speaker 5: them are down ninety six percent. Some of these dats
- 8:29Speaker 5: were not properly designed in the beginning, pall. And so
- 8:33Speaker 5: now you're you know, you know, as the tide goes out,
- 8:35Speaker 5: you're seeing who's swimming half naked, but you know you're
- 8:38Speaker 5: you're actually talking to two trade five people. You know,
- 8:41Speaker 5: Matt was at City Bank, you know, and he he
- 8:44Speaker 5: ran different businesses for them before he migrated into the crypto.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Portion of their business.
- 8:49Speaker 5: And what I would say to you is that you've
- 8:51Speaker 5: got people in this business that are looking at a
- 8:55Speaker 5: way to tangibly take the operating income that's going to
- 8:59Speaker 5: come from the toe and deploy it into a creative
- 9:02Speaker 5: assets and so and those are creative assets will also
- 9:05Speaker 5: yield positive and potentially exponential earnings growth. So if you're
- 9:10Speaker 5: with us and you take a look at this as
- 9:12Speaker 5: an equity, which to me is at least a two
- 9:14Speaker 5: to five year story, you're going to be dramatically benefited
- 9:18Speaker 5: from that. And if you buy it now at this level,
- 9:21Speaker 5: you'ld be dramatically benefited. And it just quickly, you know,
- 9:24Speaker 5: coinbase went public and then we'll look at meh went
- 9:27Speaker 5: right down. Okay, I think it was started out of
- 9:29Speaker 5: four hundred.
- 9:30Speaker 2: It went to eighty. It's now back to four hundred.
- 9:33Speaker 5: If you were brave enough to be buying it when
- 9:35Speaker 5: everybody was nay saying it, look at the fundamentals of
- 9:39Speaker 5: that story and look at what's happened there over the
- 9:41Speaker 5: last four years. So this bear market that we're experiencing,
- 9:45Speaker 5: which I love about these bear markets are always unexpected.
- 9:48Speaker 5: This unexpected bear market that we're experiencing is a wonderful
- 9:52Speaker 5: opportunity if you believe in the long term fundamentals of
- 9:55Speaker 5: something like avax one.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I think that's the thing. And Matt to
- 10:00Speaker 1: to your credit. I think what you guys have done
- 10:03Speaker 1: from a strategy standpoint is really step beyond the idea
- 10:06Speaker 1: of just holding the asset, the core asset. This is
- 10:09Speaker 1: something that we understand as investors who have been in
- 10:13Speaker 1: digital assets, and we understand the technology. Is this a
- 10:16Speaker 1: hard sell to an investor who maybe doesn't know this
- 10:19Speaker 1: right now?
- 10:20Speaker 2: How do you get it out?
- 10:21Speaker 3: There's a great question.
- 10:23Speaker 6: I want to approach this and also answer some of
- 10:25Speaker 6: your questions earlier in a different way. I would say
- 10:29Speaker 6: all of us three remember dot Com bubble, every Google
- 10:32Speaker 6: born from that bubble.
- 10:34Speaker 3: You had a thousand companies. Internet company didn't make.
- 10:36Speaker 6: It right now, looking back, you're absolutely going to say
- 10:40Speaker 6: that's a bubble, But that didn't mean Internet has no utility.
- 10:44Speaker 6: To the contrary, we went on for a twenty five
- 10:46Speaker 6: year amazing Internet era.
- 10:48Speaker 3: I'm going to say the same thing here.
- 10:50Speaker 6: I don't think that's going to unwind, but I think
- 10:52Speaker 6: that absolutely to evolve. For every single successful that company
- 10:56Speaker 6: is going to evolve from here, you're going to have
- 10:58Speaker 6: one hundred that company probably fail because they were never
- 11:01Speaker 6: supposed to build a lot of last things sustainable business.
- 11:04Speaker 6: By the way, Paul, as you know is earning season,
- 11:07Speaker 6: there's a lot of ten ks, ten Q eight k
- 11:09Speaker 6: is out there, which means as all of those getting revealed,
- 11:13Speaker 6: you're going to have a lot of shocking details people
- 11:16Speaker 6: going to find in them that are not supposed to
- 11:18Speaker 6: be in.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Them because you have people who doesn't have.
- 11:20Speaker 6: The tradify experience trying to run a public company, barely
- 11:23Speaker 6: understand how to run an earning call.
- 11:25Speaker 3: You ask me, I think none of those that's.
- 11:27Speaker 6: Really exists in the first place because they never have
- 11:29Speaker 6: the right thoughts to do that. IX one, Anthony and
- 11:33Speaker 6: I and our leadership team. I don't know whether you
- 11:35Speaker 6: know this, pop let me share this with your audience.
- 11:37Speaker 6: We're one of the field. We don't know, only one
- 11:39Speaker 6: actually one for full shareholder vote to do this. Many
- 11:43Speaker 6: that companies out there, they didn't get one they may
- 11:46Speaker 6: or may not need. But when we're facing questions like this,
- 11:49Speaker 6: we said we want to do things in a slower
- 11:51Speaker 6: way because we want to do in the right way.
- 11:53Speaker 6: If you think that one month's delay we're so meaningful
- 11:56Speaker 6: or you are varying shareholder is not going to prove
- 11:58Speaker 6: your dad, you really should think about whether you should
- 12:01Speaker 6: do this in.
- 12:01Speaker 3: The first place.
- 12:02Speaker 6: Right.
- 12:02Speaker 3: So, yeah, I think.
- 12:03Speaker 6: That that market as today the way it is, it's
- 12:06Speaker 6: not sustainable. People need to evolve. We're very excited about
- 12:09Speaker 6: the way we're building it. And here comes back to
- 12:11Speaker 6: your second question, which is how we're going to tell
- 12:14Speaker 6: the storage traditional investor.
- 12:15Speaker 3: Would they understand it?
- 12:17Speaker 6: Well, the point here is actually not to say we're
- 12:20Speaker 6: Avalanche that. The here point is to say, are you
- 12:23Speaker 6: excited investing in a company that's going to build the
- 12:26Speaker 6: future of unchain financial economy. It just happens the underlying
- 12:31Speaker 6: technology we're going to utilize building it is the best
- 12:34Speaker 6: one in town, which is Avalanche Network. So this is
- 12:38Speaker 6: the vision we're doing. It's powered by the Avalanche Network ecosystem.
- 12:43Speaker 6: Not to say we're going to find a change just
- 12:44Speaker 6: cumulating tokens and then trying to figure out what to
- 12:47Speaker 6: do with it.
- 12:47Speaker 3: I think that flip logic is really really meaningful for us.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Let me get your temperature Anthony wall Street today, Where
- 12:55Speaker 1: would you put this on a one to ten scale
- 12:58Speaker 1: of pro blockchain or are they starting to question just
- 13:01Speaker 1: because of what we're seeing happen over the last month.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Well, I mean listen the last month.
- 13:07Speaker 5: If you were a crypto bear or you miss bitcoin
- 13:10Speaker 5: and you hate on bitcoin, this is fantastic. You know,
- 13:13Speaker 5: the haters will creep out of the woodwork and start
- 13:17Speaker 5: to land basing people on Twitter. But for me, I
- 13:21Speaker 5: think generally Wall Street is moving in the right direction.
- 13:24Speaker 5: Just go to Larry Fink and what's going on there
- 13:26Speaker 5: at black Rock, or look at what's going on Fidelity.
- 13:29Speaker 5: Even van Eka looks like now is going to come
- 13:31Speaker 5: into the fray for bitcoin. So you know, and what
- 13:35Speaker 5: we left out, which I think Matt would agree with me,
- 13:38Speaker 5: there's OG bitcoin sellers that have entered the marketplace. Millions
- 13:42Speaker 5: of dollars have been flooded into the marketplace by OG sellers.
- 13:46Speaker 5: And so I'm going to use a trade fi analogy here.
- 13:49Speaker 5: Those are sort of like venture capitalists that are long
- 13:51Speaker 5: term holders of an IPO and they've decided now that
- 13:54Speaker 5: this is the right time to sell that. Typically, if
- 13:57Speaker 5: it's a good fundamental story, that recirculation of supply is
- 14:02Speaker 5: a great building block to build off of. In fact,
- 14:05Speaker 5: having more decentralized supply is a better thing for long
- 14:09Speaker 5: term asset prices. So I think haters are hating, no question,
- 14:14Speaker 5: but generally Wall Street is moving in the right direction.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Do you think that we're in a position right now,
- 14:20Speaker 1: especially from a regulatory side of things. You think about
- 14:22Speaker 1: what Elon was trying to do with his effort around doge.
- 14:27Speaker 1: He was exploring blockchain usage in US government in general. Avalanche,
- 14:33Speaker 1: of course, has been one of the critical chains out
- 14:35Speaker 1: there that have been able to do this actually get
- 14:37Speaker 1: it done. Do you think that is maybe a bigger
- 14:42Speaker 1: selling point going forward, that the infrastructure play for AVAX
- 14:45Speaker 1: is untold right now?
- 14:47Speaker 2: Yes, but remember I'm a realist. Okay.
- 14:50Speaker 5: We have a lot of older people in the government, Okay.
- 14:52Speaker 5: And so Donald Trump is closing on eighty, Joe Biden
- 14:55Speaker 5: Behorn closing it on eighty two, Nancy Pelosi finally leaving
- 14:59Speaker 5: at a eighty five. I guess Chruck Chuck Grassley is
- 15:02Speaker 5: going to be in the center for.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Another five hundred years.
- 15:05Speaker 5: I would tell your children to be nice to the
- 15:07Speaker 5: world because they're leaving it to Chuck Grassley.
- 15:09Speaker 2: And so my.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Point is is these older people phase out and a
- 15:14Speaker 5: younger group of people enter the government.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Guess what they're going to do. They're going to do
- 15:18Speaker 2: what Elon Musk said to do.
- 15:19Speaker 5: We're going to put this stuff on the fully transparent,
- 15:22Speaker 5: fully distributed blockchain, and Avalanche is going to be one
- 15:26Speaker 5: of those because of the customization capabilities of Avalanche.
- 15:30Speaker 2: No doubt.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Well, here was Emmon kind of hitting on this USKED
- 15:34Speaker 1: Commerce Department distributing GDP data on chain that was back
- 15:37Speaker 1: in August, I think when you put this out so
- 15:40Speaker 1: a pretty big deal going forward. I want to kind
- 15:42Speaker 1: of backtrack just a second here around yield bearing assets
- 15:46Speaker 1: and especially what's been going on with dats, because now
- 15:49Speaker 1: we're seeing some dats that are starting to activate yield
- 15:52Speaker 1: strategies if you look. Of course, i'm just in general
- 15:55Speaker 1: looking at what's going on on YILDIAC, but there's a
- 15:58Speaker 1: lot of opportunities here in terms of pretty significant yields.
- 16:02Speaker 1: What are you guys going to use MATT for yield generation?
- 16:07Speaker 3: And we need to take a balanced approach.
- 16:09Speaker 6: On one side, you know, yields are great, especially if
- 16:13Speaker 6: you can supporting avalanche ecosystem companies, and there's many talented
- 16:17Speaker 6: teams and people are building an avalanche ecosystem. On the
- 16:20Speaker 6: other side, typically there's risk associated with a higher yield. Right,
- 16:24Speaker 6: So we as one of the will be one of
- 16:27Speaker 6: the largest holders.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Of avalanche tokens. Our job is storeship that token treasury.
- 16:33Speaker 6: So we were obviously participating in native stacking, because native
- 16:37Speaker 6: staking means.
- 16:37Speaker 3: More than just getting yield.
- 16:39Speaker 6: It's about participating in the community decisions, supporting decivilizations which
- 16:43Speaker 6: beyond economic reasons.
- 16:45Speaker 3: So we're going to be very active there.
- 16:46Speaker 6: Beyond that, we always want to have part of the
- 16:50Speaker 6: treasuries that seeking yields that away from native staking and
- 16:55Speaker 6: getting higher yields. But I want to double down here
- 16:57Speaker 6: is like whatever we do that needs to be on
- 16:59Speaker 6: a risk adjusted business. But I think it's great to
- 17:02Speaker 6: see the ecosystem, the DeFi communities so prosperedus and there's
- 17:06Speaker 6: a lot of activities going on there and our team
- 17:09Speaker 6: has been engaging with many founders and we're looking for
- 17:11Speaker 6: different ways so sort of maximizing the am NAV and
- 17:15Speaker 6: the yields or tradery.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Yeah, Anthony, I'm sure you saw Tom Lee's interview was
- 17:20Speaker 1: I think it was CNBC. Yeah, Yeah, he kind of
- 17:25Speaker 1: got cornered into a position of trying to explain what
- 17:28Speaker 1: was happening with these market makers. He kind of regaled
- 17:32Speaker 1: around the idea of a glitch and do you think
- 17:35Speaker 1: he handled that right? I mean, we are arguing that
- 17:38Speaker 1: internally here as to whether or not that was the
- 17:40Speaker 1: right way to approach it, especially with b M and
- 17:42Speaker 1: R as one of the biggest dats out there.
- 17:46Speaker 5: Right, I think he's pretty honest. I mean I watched
- 17:49Speaker 5: the interview twice. Now I think he's trying to tell
- 17:51Speaker 5: you that. Match said it before we went live here.
- 17:55Speaker 5: We were in the green room, Matt and I. Matt said,
- 17:57Speaker 5: somebody got burned very badly to or tenth and eleventh.
- 18:01Speaker 5: They're probably tied to trade five, so they haven't fully exploded,
- 18:07Speaker 5: but they're in the process of dumping and liquidating inventory
- 18:10Speaker 5: and trying to deleverage themselves. And this happened during the
- 18:15Speaker 5: FDx debacle. It happened late in twenty twenty one when
- 18:19Speaker 5: it looked like we weren't going to get the crypto
- 18:22Speaker 5: cash ETF after the Future's ETF, and so I think
- 18:26Speaker 5: he got a little tongue tied. But he was trying
- 18:28Speaker 5: to explain to people that there's an operational thing that's
- 18:32Speaker 5: going on right now. It's going to take a few
- 18:34Speaker 5: weeks to get itself out of the marketplace. Now, he said,
- 18:38Speaker 5: eight weeks. We're into week six. I would interested to
- 18:40Speaker 5: see what Matt says. I think we're getting to the end.
- 18:43Speaker 5: I think the bottom off that eighty one number. If
- 18:47Speaker 5: this holds for the next week, I think eighty one
- 18:49Speaker 5: could be the interim bear market low. Possibly, you know.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Maybe that'll be the low. But I'll just leave you
- 18:56Speaker 2: with this thought, Paul, But buying is there.
- 18:58Speaker 5: You know, you talk to Robbie Mitcheck at black Rock,
- 19:00Speaker 5: you talk to other guys that are selling ets eleven
- 19:03Speaker 5: or twelve ets.
- 19:04Speaker 2: That are out there.
- 19:05Speaker 5: The volume is there, and so oh, ETFs liquidat Sure,
- 19:09Speaker 5: they go through spasms liquidation, but on a net basis,
- 19:12Speaker 5: the ETFs are buying and that will push the price
- 19:16Speaker 5: a bit coin up over the next three to six months.
- 19:18Speaker 5: Just we like calendar year endings to be great. This
- 19:22Speaker 5: calendar year ending probably won't be great, but I like
- 19:25Speaker 5: the next twenty four months.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Listen, We're definitely going to get both of you back
- 19:28Speaker 1: on the show because there's so much more I think
- 19:30Speaker 1: we need to unwrap here. Maybe after this market stabilizes
- 19:33Speaker 1: a little bit. We'd love to have you back because
- 19:35Speaker 1: there's I think what you're doing from a strategy standpoint
- 19:38Speaker 1: one super interesting and also very important I think for
- 19:42Speaker 1: at least the Avalanche ecosystem. So Anthony, Matt, thanks for
- 19:45Speaker 1: coming in today. We appreciate it.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Thank that great to be on. Good to see Matt. Paul.
- 19:50Speaker 1: All right, you guys, all right, you guys, you guys
