- 3:13Speaker 1: Ain't nothing else to say.
- 3:15Speaker 1: It just been so confusing.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I don't even really know what's going on.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I know the judge and the prosecutors have been kind of quiet lately I can't say that so they could be working on something.

- 6:15Speaker 1: I hate that.
- 6:19Speaker 1: They were spitting in each other face last night.
- 6:21Speaker 1: That's a hell of a way to start the season.
- 6:24Speaker 1: But hey, it's football.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Somebody down in the dumps about their team, like me.
- 6:38Speaker 1: She said my whack giants, hoping Russell will do something.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I guess I'm the Blacks unit family.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I'm just a good old racing girl.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Okay, he texted.
- 6:54Speaker 1: It's all about the Browns, though, flo, yeah, man, let's just, let's hope.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Let's hope, man, we can at least get to like the end of the season and still be in the playoff race.
- 7:04Speaker 1: I hate when I do.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I wait all this time for the season to start and by week five we talking about who we draft next year, because we out of the fucking playoffs.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Shout out to everybody no disrespect.
- 7:21Speaker 1: What's up, portia?
- 7:25Speaker 1: Who you rooting for in this NFL season?
- 7:28Speaker 1: Before we get into this ditty mess, kathy said Coach Pete Carroll.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Kathy said Coach Pete Carroll is her boyfriend and her boyfriend.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm just here so I won't get fined, mister.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I'm just here.
- 7:59Speaker 1: I'm in the UK.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I'm in the UK.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I have no clue.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Okay, gotcha.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Well, on that note, I'm in the UK, I'm in the UK.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I have no clue.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Okay, gotcha.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Well, on that note.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Now, take this for what you want, but it comes from one of the podcasts that I kind of stay in tune with.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Sometimes they have some breaking news and they've been following Diddy and a lot of the stories we're into.
- 8:23Speaker 1: They follow him.
- 8:26Speaker 1: They used to be called Tough News.
- 8:29Speaker 1: They changed his name to Carolina Crush or something like that.
- 8:32Speaker 1: It's a YouTube podcast or whatever.
- 8:36Speaker 1: We got the crazy some source that came out with some crazy Diddy info.
- 8:42Speaker 1: If it's true, this might be what they're working on behind the scenes.
- 8:48Speaker 1: If it ain't true, then it's just a more smoke.
- 8:57Speaker 1: But anyway, we're going to dive into it and see what we come up with today.
- 9:01Speaker 1: So he received a message on that podcast.
- 9:08Speaker 1: I'm going to read the message first, then we're going to go into it.
- 9:11Speaker 1: This is what they're saying.
- 9:14Speaker 1: This is what the source said.
- 9:16Speaker 1: One of his sources said this is supposed to be coming from a former Diddy security guard, but not the ones you've been seeing all over the internet, like on YouTube.
- 9:28Speaker 1: So not Gene Deal and not what the other one I forgot the other one name but not none of the main ones.
- 9:36Speaker 1: This is one who's supposedly been more under the radar, so it's not one of the ones we've been seeing everywhere, but it's supposed to be a Diddy security guard.
- 9:47Speaker 1: He said Diddy's former assistant, brendan Paul, is said to have proof that Diddy was responsible for Kim Porter's death and also Shakira Stewart's death.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Now, I don't cover both of those, but I covered an in-depth story on Shakira Stewart.
- 10:08Speaker 1: If you're one of my subscribers on Buzzsprout then you know about the Shakira Stewart story.
- 10:14Speaker 1: He said this happened back in 2008 in Atlanta.
- 10:21Speaker 1: In Atlanta, the hit man that was hired by Diddy to knock off Shakir is supposedly feeling guilty and is willing to come forward only if he is granted immunity.
- 10:34Speaker 1: This guy says he still has the cell phone that indicates time stamps, with Diddy asking him was it done.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Yet the phone was through Metro PCS at the time.
- 10:53Speaker 1: But he has kept all the receipts for all these years and says he was paid $125,000 for the hit.
- 11:12Speaker 1: If you don't know about Shakira Stewart, shakira Stewart was a famous, well-known executive in the music industry.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I actually had the pleasure of meeting Shakir Stewart, knew a lot about him.
- 11:26Speaker 1: He was a great guy For all y'all know that was in the music, I was rapping and all that.
- 11:31Speaker 1: So I knew a lot of these executives.
- 11:33Speaker 1: He used to come over and kick it with me and Floyd and stuff.
- 11:37Speaker 1: We actually went out to the club together.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Shakir Stewart was a good guy, good spirit.
- 11:42Speaker 1: He was one of those people that just had a good spirit.
- 11:44Speaker 1: He signed and did business with Jay-Z, rick Ross, neo, beyonce.
- 11:54Speaker 1: He was a heavyweight back in the early 2000s.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Well, he got caught up in a love triangle with Diddy and Kim Porter to the point where him and Diddy did have an altercation in which Diddy assaulted Shakira Stewart and threatened his life and apparently told Kim that he was going to do something to Shakira Stewart.
- 12:23Speaker 1: This security guard former Diddy security guard is saying that Brendan Paul has evidence and that he has evidence and that the hitman is willing to come forward with immunity.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Now, when Shakur died from a quote-unquote self-inflicted gunshot wound I believe it was to the head and when that happened, many, many, many, many people damn near everybody was like there's no way Shakira Stewart would have killed himself.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Top of his game in the industry, he was one of the top executives, a well-liked guy, good spirit, and people had a hard time believing that in the middle of his success he wasn't miserable, he didn't have any mental health issues that anybody knew about.
- 13:42Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden he gets into a beef with Diddy over Kim Porter and all of a sudden he shoots himself.
- 13:54Speaker 1: So to give y'all a little background, I pulled up an article to give y'all a little background on the Shakira Stewart Diddy connection.
- 14:04Speaker 1: So this is a hip hop news.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Diddy allegedly broke a chair over Shakira Stewart's head and left him blood.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Let's get into what happened.
- 14:23Speaker 1: In this situation, Disparaging news about Diddy has come seemingly weekly.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Cnn leaked the casting.
- 14:36Speaker 1: This was back when the casting shit came out Earlier.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Earlier, rolling Stone published a damning article revealing stories of diddy's alleged behavior in even more detail.
- 14:51Speaker 1: They spoke to dozens of former employees and collaborators, with very few coming to his defense.
- 14:58Speaker 1: One, particularly one, particularly evoked.
- 15:04Speaker 1: A story they shared involved a rap mogul taking revenge out on a man dating his ex Kim Hort.
- 15:13Speaker 1: That man was Shakir Stewart.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Shakir Stewart reportedly had a chair broken over his head by Diddy, something that was corroborated by his close friends and even Shakir Stewart's mother in the store.
- 15:31Speaker 1: And so what was going on between these two?
- 15:42Speaker 1: This happened reportedly in the year 2000.
- 16:00Speaker 1: On Tuesday, may 28th, rolling Stone published accounts gathered from various figures in Combs' circle who claimed Combs broke a chair over the head of Combs' Kim Porter's ex-boyfriend, shakira Porter died of pneumonia in 2018.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Stewart died by Suicide In 2008.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Combs and Porter First connected in 1994 and dated On and off until the year 2007.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Their relationship concluded when the late model learned Combs had father-daughter chance With Sarah Chapman While she was pregnant with their twin daughters.
- 16:46Speaker 1: So to follow the story, kim and Diddy, they broke it off in 2007 once Kim learned that Diddy had Sarah pregnant at the same time that Kim was pregnant pregnant at the same time that Kim was pregnant.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Is anybody surprised that Diddy had two women pregnant at the same time?
- 17:11Speaker 1: Of course not.
- 17:12Speaker 1: But in 2000, porter dated late executive, late music executive, shakira Stewart.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Of course this anger did it.
- 17:26Speaker 1: That summer, combs Porter and Stuart were all in Italy for LA Reed's wedding.
- 17:37Speaker 1: So now, summer of 2000,.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Just so happens that it's LA Reid's wedding.
- 17:51Speaker 1: There's tension between Shakir Stewart, diddy and Kim Porter because Shakir Stewart and Diddy dated.
- 17:58Speaker 1: If you recall, diddy went crazy and blew up Cuddy's car over Cass.
- 18:04Speaker 1: So we've seen many stories of Diddy went crazy and blew up Cuddy's car over Cass.
- 18:05Speaker 1: So we've seen many stories of Diddy being upset about his girlfriends or his ex talking to other guys and him getting violent behind.
- 18:16Speaker 1: So now Shakira Stewart, kim Porter and Diddy are in Italy for LA Reeves' wedding.
- 18:30Speaker 1: At the time of this event, it is reported that Diddy went to Shakir Stewart's room after the ceremony and broke a chair over his head.
- 18:40Speaker 1: He left them bleeding on a hotel floor in Italy.
- 18:45Speaker 1: This was Shakira Stewart's mom.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Shakira Stewart's mother recalled this.
- 18:50Speaker 1: She said that he had to have stitches and then Combs threatened him saying I am going to unalive.
- 19:02Speaker 1: That's when Shakira's mom told Shakira, you need to get out of the business.
- 19:11Speaker 1: This man is crazy.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Additionally, porter previously told Essence that while the couple were separated and he was dating Jennifer Lopez, combs would call Porter 50 to 60 times a day, adding it was like my life was not my own.
- 19:32Speaker 1: He was very, very intrusive.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Rolling Stone also reported on claims that Combs physically abused Porter claims that Combs physically abused Porter.
- 19:45Speaker 1: So we see the pattern Diddy, the relationship goes sour, and then his ex whether it's Kim, whether it's Cassie, whoever doesn't matter they start dating somebody new.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Diddy goes crazy.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Now Shakira Stewart supposedly unalives himself, under mysterious circumstances, to say the least.
- 20:30Speaker 1: So now what did he pay somebody?
- 20:40Speaker 1: $125,000 to put a hit up.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Now listen to the death.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Shakira Stewart, the executive who succeeded JT and the head of hip-hop music death jam recordings, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in suburban Atlanta.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Police said Stewart was found in the bathroom of his home in Marietta and was pronounced dead at the nearby hospital.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Listen to this y'all.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Police described the shooting as self-inflicted and would not say who discovered Stewart.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Why would they not say who discovered Stewart dead?
- 21:47Speaker 1: Say who discovered Stuart did.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Why would that be a big secret?
- 21:55Speaker 1: Out of nowhere, a guy on top of the world, a guy who had a good spirit, happy-go-lucky, positive dude.
- 22:04Speaker 1: I'm telling you this from experience, not from what people told me.
- 22:08Speaker 1: A guy who had a good spirit, happy-go-lucky, positive dude.
- 22:09Speaker 1: I'm telling you this from experience, not from what people told me.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I met Shakur several times and the industry is so shady you remember the good people that you meet because most of them are shady and ignorant and assholes.
- 22:20Speaker 1: So when you run across somebody who's like tops in the industry, like a Shakir Stewart who was on top of the world and they're still a humble person, still cool, still laid back, still like a down-to-earth person it sticks out.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Like I said, when I met Shakir, he was cool as hell, didn't seem like the type that maybe it was only maybe a year after.
- 22:52Speaker 1: I met him and kicked it around with him a few times I don't even think it was maybe a year, year and a half when this happened and I was like damn, he always seemed like a super cool person.
- 23:04Speaker 1: So he died with a self-inflicted gunshot and then the person who discovered him remains nameless forever.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Someone on behalf of the only person that we have saying something was Stuart's fiance saying over the past several weeks Shakira's behavior was inconsistent with the man we all know and love.
- 23:46Speaker 1: As much as we tried to help him.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Shakira's behavior was inconsistent with the man we all know and love.
- 23:52Speaker 1: As much as we tried to help him.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Shakira was in deep pain, largely suffering in silence.
- 23:59Speaker 1: The Oakland native moved to Atlanta to attend Morehouse College, where he graduated in 96, got a bachelor's degree in marketing and started a promotion.
- 24:09Speaker 1: It became a big hip hop and R&B influencer.
- 24:14Speaker 1: He worked with many stars.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Many people believe that his life was threatened and he was getting a lot of weird messages and it was driving him crazy.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Was that coming from the hitman?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Are these some of the text message that he says he has?
- 24:34Speaker 1: This is a weird, this is a very strange.
- 24:42Speaker 1: This was always a strange and mysterious death.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Rachel says it makes zero sense.
- 24:49Speaker 1: How could you have someone who discovered the body?
- 24:53Speaker 1: What would be the purpose that they have to be remaining names?
- 24:56Speaker 1: To me it sounds like somebody had an inside connect on the.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Somebody had an inside connect.
- 25:09Speaker 1: So then, shortly after that, they say, details emerged.
- 25:14Speaker 1: It's from Hip Hop GX.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Details emerged in the Shakira Stewart suicide.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Nobody, nobody.
- 25:34Speaker 1: You got messages that came out from all type of anonymous people.
- 25:38Speaker 1: People said Shakir Stewart did not commit suicide.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Many people left messages, whether it was on X or Twitter, people that knew him.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Everybody would say he did not commit suicide.
- 25:58Speaker 1: It doesn't even make sense.
- 25:59Speaker 1: And then I started to believe, could we believe?
- 26:07Speaker 1: I don't even know if we could believe.
- 26:10Speaker 1: The only person coming out saying that he was acting weird was his fiancee, who I don't even know if we can believe, can believe anything that anybody's saying.
- 26:26Speaker 1: But now we go back to this Brendan Paul.
- 26:29Speaker 1: If you remember, brendan Paul was Diddy's assistant, who got, who was getting the drugs and doing all of the flunky work for Diddy.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Now they saying he got some evidence.
- 26:43Speaker 1: But what I don't like is that they say they have evidence but then all this shit gets suppressed.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Are the feds working on something or is this just bullshit?
- 27:03Speaker 1: Because if you have people saying these type of crazy things, what I don't understand is why wouldn't it be addressed by the authorities?
- 27:15Speaker 1: You got a hitman that's supposedly saying they want immunity to say that, to give proof that Diddy unalived him and Shakira Stewart.
- 27:31Speaker 1: To me that seems like that would be like a 9-1-1.
- 27:37Speaker 1: It seems like you would get on top of that shit.
- 27:44Speaker 1: So, like I said, everything surrounding this case has just been weird.
- 27:53Speaker 1: It's like all in smoke but nobody follows up on it, and it seems like there are people inside of the inside of, like law enforcement, which we've heard from previous stories that often celebrities, people with money, have inside in the law enforcement and they're able to get stuff put to the side, get stuff buried, and that's what it seems like people are running into.
- 28:33Speaker 1: It's almost like if I was to guess.
- 28:38Speaker 1: It's almost like people on the inside not just Diddy people on the inside are implicated, are involved in a lot of this bullshit, so they have a lot of incentive to hide shit, to bury shit, to not follow up on shit, and it seems like that's what we could be running into and it seems like that's what we could be running into In a lot of these cases.
- 29:09Speaker 1: We all looking at Diddy, but it's somebody that ain't just him that's able to bury this shit.
- 29:14Speaker 1: I think there are people in law enforcement that are involved, people inside the system that are involved, that have just as much incentive, or if not more incentive, to hide this, more incentive than did it.
- 29:38Speaker 1: And it seems like that's why because even when I look at this Shakira Stewart situation, you look at the Kim Porter situation, how she mysteriously died you don't get a lot of, you don't hear a lot of people around the situation, even talking, like in the Shakira Stewart situation, you hear a couple quotes from his mom, a quote from his fiance.
- 30:04Speaker 1: But other than that, you don't really hear much from anybody on the inside.
- 30:08Speaker 1: And then you hear stuff like the person who discovered the body is not being named To this day.
- 30:19Speaker 1: To this day, the person is not being named.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Okay, the person is not being named, it's corruption, corruption all across the board.
- 30:49Speaker 1: All right, melissa, take it easy, but corruption, corruption is running ramp.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Take the kip porter situation.
- 30:57Speaker 1: It's been shady stuff said about the corner and that corner has been caught up in stuff and people who are at the scene and and some people say they were at the scene and people don't believe that they say they say that Kim Porter was perfectly healthy and then all of a sudden, just ammonia struck out of nowhere and it just so happens she was about to put a lot of business out there, a lot of stuff, and get to the bottom and expose a lot that the Dittler was in, who knows.
- 31:40Speaker 1: But it really feels like there's a lot of people in this system that I have a lot to hide that are in cahoots with Diddy and he probably, if he was involved in any of this stuff, he probably made sure that there were powerful people involved too, so that if any of this stuff came to the light, that the powerful people would have just as much incentive to hide, to bury stories as he does.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Fire Glory says she was supposed to expose Diddy in the hip-hop industry.
- 32:29Speaker 1: Yeah, she didn't even get a chance to.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Uh, because of this.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Now, two things that it's possible that this information has got to the feds and they are investigating, and that is some of the stuff they're talking about.
- 32:46Speaker 1: When I told you before I've been hearing rumblings that people are the feds are supposed to be bringing more charges.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Shout out to Angelina for the $4.99.
- 33:06Speaker 1: We call that a $5 hollow Fridays.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Today is payday.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Don't forget y'all.
- 33:11Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Everybody tell Angelina.
- 33:14Speaker 1: She says fuck Diddy and anyone that supports him.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Simple and plain.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Angie came in hot.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Angie, you came in hot on this TGIF.
- 33:27Speaker 1: I ain't mad at you.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Hope I didn't miss them.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Let me backtrack, cause I wasn't paying attention.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Make sure I didn't miss anybody else.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Make sure I didn't miss any other super chats or super stickers on this Friday payday.
- 33:44Speaker 1: But yeah, y'all remember we said Super stickers on this Friday payday.
- 33:52Speaker 1: But yeah, y'all Remember we said the fans.
- 33:54Speaker 1: The rumor was the fans were working on more charges.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Maybe they are, maybe they aren't, I don't know for sure.
- 34:03Speaker 1: I don't know for sure, but something is going on.
- 34:12Speaker 1: I know the feds are so quiet you can hear a cat piss on cotton.
- 34:18Speaker 1: So something going on.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Whether they're quiet because they don't have shit to say or they're quiet because they're working on something, I just know they're quiet because they're working on something.
- 34:38Speaker 1: I just know they ask quiet grandma kathy says.
- 34:39Speaker 1: What pisses me off is why did it take so long for the break freak offs to be exposed?
- 34:44Speaker 1: Yeah, that's how you know.
- 34:46Speaker 1: There's a lot going on behind the scenes, a lot with our government, just like the FC situation.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Man, they have been burying shit for decades, centuries, and the more we scream, the more they try to bury.
- 35:05Speaker 1: But we got to continue to bring the truth to the forefront.
- 35:09Speaker 1: But, man, it's a lot, like I said.
- 35:14Speaker 1: That lets you know it's deeper than Diddy when it comes to this system, because a lot of this stuff.
- 35:21Speaker 1: You got all these people willing to speak, but then you go to the trial and it's nothing but like none of the heavy, heavy shit that we hear before the trial.
- 35:36Speaker 1: We don't hear about any of that during the trial.
- 35:38Speaker 1: That is the part that gets me, and it's like only two things can be true.
- 35:44Speaker 1: It's like only two things can be true All this shit is made up, or the whole government as a whole is burying this shit.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Only one or two things, only two outcomes are possible.
- 36:00Speaker 1: All I know is it's bullshit and it makes me think like All I know is it's bullshit and it makes me think like.
- 36:12Speaker 1: It makes me think like man I can't wait for.
- 36:17Speaker 1: First of all, it just makes me ready for the sentencing, because the sentencing Diddy's sentencing is going to tell us a lot.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Diddy's sentencing is going to tell us a lot.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Diddy's sentencing is going to tell us a whole lot.
- 36:32Speaker 1: If he walks in there, they say time served and you already know what it's about.
- 36:38Speaker 1: But if he walks in there and they throw the book at him, then you pretty much know there's more shit coming.
- 36:45Speaker 1: And that's kind of how I'm looking at the sentencing.
- 36:48Speaker 1: The sentencing is going to be a measuring stick of what's to come.
- 36:52Speaker 1: So we are going to really watch and see what comes out of that Sad, sad story.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Man, just to bring up, I don't know if y'all been watching Dane Dash, but Dane Dash says he's only worth $5,000 and owes 25 million dollars.
- 37:29Speaker 1: He ain't got no teeth in his mouth.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Uh, he has some type of eye surgery going on.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Dang just looking bad man.
- 37:39Speaker 1: It's like the curse of being with that jay-z.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Ever since he split up with Jay-Z it's like he's been cursed.
- 37:50Speaker 1: And I don't know if a lot of y'all follow Dang Dash, but man, it's just been sad.
- 37:58Speaker 1: One of the moguls of hip hop, one of the few people that's not caught up in all of this sexual assault and all that.
- 38:08Speaker 1: You know you don't hear too many stories about Dane Dash.
- 38:11Speaker 1: He's done a few things that I don't agree with, but who hasn't?
- 38:18Speaker 1: But to see how sad he's looking now it just popped up on my phone.
- 38:23Speaker 1: It's like dang.
- 38:35Speaker 1: It's like damn, what the hell.
- 38:36Speaker 1: What the hell, what the hell happened to dang dad?
- 38:37Speaker 1: He just filed bankruptcy and I'm like damn man, you, either you either signing deals with the devil or your ass going bankrupt.
- 38:55Speaker 1: It seems like we got and so rock nation has been in the news crazy.
- 39:13Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all been following that, but rock nation has been in the news a lot of craziness behind them, waiting, waiting for the story to develop before I start talking shit about it.
- 39:28Speaker 1: But we got some Roc Nation shit coming out soon.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Har Pierre, check this out, y'all, check this out, y'all, check this out.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Y'all.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Remember Har Pierre that worked for Diddy.
- 39:54Speaker 1: Har Pierre is the guy that worked for Diddy and a lot of us believe he was involved in a lot of this shit too.
- 40:06Speaker 1: Why Harpier wasn't called to the stand is beyond me.
- 40:11Speaker 1: But check out what's going on with Harpier now.
- 40:14Speaker 1: Harpier lawyer says my client is not working.
- 40:19Speaker 1: He does not have resources for discovery, resources for discovery.
- 40:33Speaker 1: And in this case, this is a civil case that has Harv wrapped up in it.
- 40:36Speaker 1: They say that there is evidence that Mr Combs filmed his crimes.
- 40:42Speaker 1: That's all I have to say.
- 40:44Speaker 1: Your Honor so, like Harv, pierre is in this case, is in one of the civil cases, and Harpier is broke too.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Now, this was Diddy's boy.
- 41:05Speaker 1: Why all of a sudden he broke and ain't got no business.
- 41:15Speaker 1: This is in the Anna Kane vs Sean Combs case.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Anna Kane, let me pull that up.
- 41:31Speaker 1: Anna Kane versus Sean Combs.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Hold on one second.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Anna Kane.
- 41:36Speaker 1: Now this one is actually like something.
- 41:54Speaker 1: Jane Doe, who accused Diddy of great, reveals her name, inspired by a brave woman, anna Kane.
- 42:00Speaker 1: The ex-wife of the Edmonton Oilers player, evander Kane, has publicly come forward with an essay sought against Diddy.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Kane sued Combs, former Bad Boy CEO and a hard Pierre, and a third known associate of sex trafficking her when she was 17 years old One month after Cassie filed her lawsuit.
- 42:33Speaker 1: In that filing, kane claimed that Pierre approached her at a Detroit area lounge in Michigan and convinced her to take a private jet with him and a third assailant to Diddy's studio.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Daddy's house Cain alleges she was also given rugs and alcohol before being viciously essayed.
- 42:58Speaker 1: This was a law school claim.
- 43:01Speaker 1: Things took a turn when she allegedly began to slip in and out of consciousness.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Kane claims the three men took turns graping her in a bathroom.
- 43:13Speaker 1: She blacked out and that's all she remembers.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Combs denied it, but they are in the middle of court right now and they believe that they have a filming of some of this shit.
- 43:33Speaker 1: As alleged in the complaint, diddy preyed on vulnerable high school teenagers as part of whatever they had going on with him and Harv Pierre of whatever they had going on with him in Harv Pierre.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Kane's lawyer, douglas Wigdor, said in a statement this is not surprisingly that this has scarred our client for life.
- 43:58Speaker 1: Now this case is actually going on right now.
- 44:04Speaker 1: It's being covered by inner city press.
- 44:08Speaker 1: If you want to stay tuned to this case, they are in court.
- 44:16Speaker 1: They were in court yesterday and Pierre is saying that his lawyer is saying he don't have any money to fight.
- 44:26Speaker 1: Basically, so is Vinny leaving him out to dry or what the hell going on?
- 44:33Speaker 1: But RPA is another one.
- 44:36Speaker 1: I can't believe he wasn't called to testify like he was so in deep of all this stuff.
- 44:49Speaker 1: How could he had not been called to testify in the diddy case?
- 44:54Speaker 1: This was like diddy's right hand man for much of those years.
- 44:57Speaker 1: But this is what they said about this victim.
- 45:16Speaker 1: Unlike many victims who have come forward after decades, ms Doe can prove that she not only met Mr Combs on the night in question, but was in the studio in New York City with him on that night.
- 45:28Speaker 1: She was only 17 years old and she has pictures and video allegedly.
- 45:37Speaker 1: So this might be some shit.
- 45:41Speaker 1: So I'm going to keep up with this lawsuit.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Of course, the defense is trying to get this pushed back.
- 45:53Speaker 1: Try to get this pushed back, but we haven't had a ruling on the judge.
- 46:02Speaker 1: Like I said, if you don't know who Intercity Press is, he was the one giving us all the background of the Diddy case.
- 46:08Speaker 1: I mean the Diddy trial as it was going on.
- 46:11Speaker 1: He was giving us all the transcripts.
- 46:12Speaker 1: Uh, very well, respected journalists.
- 46:16Speaker 1: Uh, I've been following him for a long time but he's covering this Anna Kane versus Sean Combs trial which is going on, which they had a hearing yesterday.
- 46:36Speaker 1: The third Kane's lawyer says we have the defendant, of course, but the third assailant.
- 46:42Speaker 1: We need discovery to find out who they are.
- 46:45Speaker 1: So, whoever this third person is, they are in Hy-Vee.
- 46:48Speaker 1: So they know it was Diddy Harfier and some third motherfucker.
- 47:01Speaker 1: Wow, wow, wow.
- 47:06Speaker 1: So they trying to set up discovery so they can find out who this third person, who is yet to be named, but hard, is saying he don't have no money, no work, he has no resources to be even fight this shit or to be a part of the discovery.
- 47:26Speaker 1: This is crazy.
- 47:33Speaker 1: This like literally came out of nowhere.
- 47:36Speaker 1: I know this was filed a while ago, but this they actually get into the meat of this shit now.
- 47:41Speaker 1: So the lawyer bottom line is they saying Javier is not working.
- 47:58Speaker 1: So I don't know.
- 48:00Speaker 1: Didi must have threw Javier to the wolves, and now we talked about that too.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Why wouldn't KK be called?
- 48:20Speaker 1: None of that shit makes sense.
- 48:26Speaker 1: None of it makes sense.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Is that part of the reason why the prosecutor was fired?
- 48:35Speaker 1: Or were they fired because they got some other shit they working on?
- 48:39Speaker 1: It is just a lot of bullshit going on right now.
- 48:44Speaker 1: It really is.
- 48:45Speaker 1: It's a lot of crap going on right now.
- 48:46Speaker 1: We can't say enough.
- 48:50Speaker 1: How the fuck can KK not be called at all?
- 48:54Speaker 1: That will never make sense to me.
- 48:59Speaker 1: And, to be honest, if you're not going to call Christina Korm aka KK and, to be honest, if you're not going to call Christina Korm AKA KK, you're not going to call D-Rock, you're not going to call Uncle Paulie or whoever, or any of these people who are involved, the Diddy right-hand man.
- 49:25Speaker 1: How can you even be really trying to win?
- 49:29Speaker 1: Can somebody answer that question to me?
- 49:33Speaker 1: I mean, you could not have told me that none of them were going to be called.
- 49:39Speaker 1: That was.
- 49:42Speaker 1: That made no sense whatsoever.
- 49:46Speaker 1: For her to be so much involved and to not get called at all makes no sense whatsoever.
- 50:12Speaker 1: I don't think they threw out the whole trial.
- 50:13Speaker 1: I'm sitting back waiting.
- 50:14Speaker 1: I'm waiting on her to be called.
- 50:16Speaker 1: I'm like, all right, the part when everything, when they're going to blow the socks off this thing, when everything, when they're going to blow the socks off this thing.
- 50:31Speaker 1: It's going to be the part when Christina Korn is called.
- 50:36Speaker 1: I had no clue.
- 50:37Speaker 1: You could have told me that she was not going to be called.
- 50:41Speaker 1: I'm thinking they were saving her for the end.
- 50:43Speaker 1: They never called.
- 50:45Speaker 1: That makes no sense.
- 50:52Speaker 1: She wasn't subpoenaed.
- 50:53Speaker 1: This is the one that you're saying is orchestrating all the freak-offs and running Diddy's quote-unquote Rico empire.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Yet she's not subpoenaed, and with no explanation.
- 51:09Speaker 1: That's how you know someone's right about that whole shit.
- 51:17Speaker 1: It makes no sense.
- 51:24Speaker 1: But you calling Kid Cudi.
- 51:26Speaker 1: You subpoenaing Kid Cudi, but not subpoenaing KK.
- 51:31Speaker 1: You subpoenaing fashion stylist motherfuckers who was just around to make sure people's clothes was right.
- 51:53Speaker 1: You subpoenaing them, but you ain't subpoenaing D-Rock.
- 51:57Speaker 1: You're not subpoenaing none of the security that was supposed to be running around with guns.
- 52:06Speaker 1: You just got the victims up there crying their heart out and airing their dirty laundry for the world and you don't even have the decency to call the main perpetrators.
- 52:23Speaker 1: That don't make no fucking sense.
- 52:29Speaker 1: But you subpoena a kid, cut it.
- 52:34Speaker 1: You subpoenaing people who are victims, making them testify, but people who actually victimize motherfuckers.
- 53:00Speaker 1: You not calling them.
- 53:02Speaker 1: Even Diddy didn't testify, so nobody not calling them.
- 53:06Speaker 1: Even Diddy didn't testify.
- 53:07Speaker 1: So nobody who victimized the motherfuckers was called to the stand.
- 53:12Speaker 1: Do y'all realize that?
- 53:13Speaker 1: Think about that.
- 53:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna say that again.
- 53:20Speaker 1: No one who victimized these people were called to the stand.
- 53:28Speaker 1: None of them were faced to say anything.
- 53:33Speaker 1: What the fuck sense does that make?
- 53:37Speaker 1: The only people who were forced to air their dirty laundry were the fucking victims and get put on blast For all the world to see.
- 53:55Speaker 1: But you don't put the victimizers on blast.
- 53:59Speaker 1: You don't put the perpetrators, the people who carried out this shit.
- 54:04Speaker 1: None of them were forced to get in front of the world and talk.
- 54:07Speaker 1: That don't make no sense.
- 54:12Speaker 1: That don't make no sense.
- 54:15Speaker 1: And the more I talk about it, the more I think about it, the more pissed it really make me at the end of the day.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Just don't get it.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Y'all didn't even hit me till about a week ago that nobody who was supposed to be held accountable, they didn't even have to speak at the trial to beat these charges.
- 54:50Speaker 1: Y'all realize that they didn't even have to speak.
- 54:57Speaker 1: Nobody was forced to say anything.
- 55:03Speaker 1: Nobody was forced to say anything.
- 55:08Speaker 1: They were allowed to stay quiet, stay at home.
- 55:12Speaker 1: They didn't even have to come to the camp, come to the trial.
- 55:17Speaker 1: They were allowed to stay at home and relax and not utter a word.
- 55:23Speaker 1: Think about that.
- 55:24Speaker 1: And then we surprised.
- 55:28Speaker 1: And then we surprised that the jury Came with that verdict and none of the and none and none of the people involved Were forced to testify.
- 55:49Speaker 1: You almost even though I can't stand the jury either but for them not to call nobody else that's supposed to be involved in the recode.
- 55:59Speaker 1: You damn near can't blame the jury.
- 56:02Speaker 1: You got to blame the fucking court system, the prosecutors, because if blame the fucking court system, the prosecutors, because if it's a RICO, motherfuckers should be getting called.
- 56:12Speaker 1: Who you saying was involved in this shit?
- 56:14Speaker 1: Diddy didn't testify.
- 56:17Speaker 1: Christina Korn didn't testify.
- 56:20Speaker 1: D-rock didn't testify.
- 56:22Speaker 1: Uncle, none of these people who were supposed to be carrying out all this shit.
- 56:25Speaker 1: None of them had to say anything.
- 56:26Speaker 1: The, these people who were supposed to be carrying out all this shit, only none of them were had to say anything.
- 56:30Speaker 1: Only people who were forced to say shit were the lowest people on the totem pole or people that who didn't have shit to do with anything.
- 56:49Speaker 1: What a joke.
- 56:50Speaker 1: What a joke.
- 56:51Speaker 1: And not a joke like haha, a joke like a clown show.
- 57:04Speaker 1: Yeah, tracy says, uh, did he stop his money movement.
- 57:34Speaker 1: Immediately, all those working for him just got the boot.
- 57:37Speaker 1: Yep, it sure did.
- 57:51Speaker 1: Y'all know we getting to that conclusion.
- 57:53Speaker 1: When Zebra Flow come out, sherry says Waken Bay Crew tapping in puff, puff pass.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Hey, sherry, much love to you.
- 58:08Speaker 1: Didn't make any sense, y'all.
- 58:23Speaker 1: No, I know Diddy didn't have to testify, but my point was nobody who had anything to do testify in this case, including Diddy.
- 58:45Speaker 1: I know it's Diddy's choice, but it just adds to the fact that literally none of the perpetrators, none of the alleged perpetrators, even spoke and they got away with it.
- 58:59Speaker 1: That's my point.
- 58:59Speaker 1: Think about that.
- 59:03Speaker 1: None of Diddy didn't speak, kk didn't speak.
- 59:05Speaker 1: Think about that.
- 59:05Speaker 1: None of them Diddy didn't speak, kk didn't speak, d-rock didn't have to speak.
- 59:12Speaker 1: None of them had to speak.
- 59:14Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 59:17Speaker 1: But I saw somebody in the chat say something that I believe they said October 3rd can't come fast enough.
- 59:43Speaker 1: October 3rd we gonna know exactly what the fuck is going on.
- 59:47Speaker 1: October 3rd we gonna know exactly what is going on, whether this gonna be, whether this was a complete shit show or just partially a shit show, and with that y'all.
