- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, The Roots on Fire. You're
- 0:14Speaker 1: about to experience the most high oar chane pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 1: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 1: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 1: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 1: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 1: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 2: It's time war War. Here's your host.
- 0:39Speaker 1: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 1: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 1:00Speaker 2: A right Swayne L Route. The Root Root is on Fire.
- 1:03Speaker 3: I don't know how you cannot start the show with
- 1:07Speaker 3: my opinion that World War three is about to start.
- 1:09Speaker 3: And this could be the reason that you've heard nothing
- 1:12Speaker 3: at all from the Democrats. There's been no opposition to
- 1:16Speaker 3: President Trump. There's been nothing but crickets dead quiet. It's
- 1:19Speaker 3: amazing we've had unrest in the streets.
- 1:21Speaker 2: We have that anarchy.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Maybe their plan all along has been if Trump managed
- 1:26Speaker 3: to win, they would start World War three and cause
- 1:29Speaker 3: Trump to either never take office or once he takes office,
- 1:35Speaker 3: face a catastrophe that will tie him up all of
- 1:39Speaker 3: his time for four years and ruin all his plans
- 1:42Speaker 3: to dramatically remake America and the American economy, American policy, morality,
- 1:49Speaker 3: and all of the above that we plan on doing.
- 1:51Speaker 3: We won't be able to do it because all we'll
- 1:53Speaker 3: be thinking about twenty four hours a day is World
- 1:55Speaker 3: War three and millions of around the world dying in
- 1:59Speaker 3: the war to end to all wars. But it sure
- 2:02Speaker 3: does seem like again, it's an opinion show. It's my opinion.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Biden and Kamala and their handler, Obama and his handler Sorrows,
- 2:11Speaker 3: and some of the richest people in the world, probably
- 2:15Speaker 3: the Rothschilds and Gates and World's Economic Forum and claud
- 2:21Speaker 3: Schwab and so many others who hate Trump red hot
- 2:26Speaker 3: hate Trump. They'd rather see millions die and America be
- 2:30Speaker 3: destroyed in a nuclear war than see Trump take office
- 2:36Speaker 3: or see Trump succeed.
- 2:41Speaker 2: And that starts to be pretty clear to me.
- 2:45Speaker 3: To me, and it's being clear to others as well,
- 2:49Speaker 3: because there was a major policy shift announced publicly on Sunday,
- 2:54Speaker 3: and I'm always I get these things first, because I've
- 2:57Speaker 3: talked about this as my one of my top four
- 2:59Speaker 3: stories in my final four in America's Top ten Countdown.
- 3:03Speaker 3: On Real America's Voice TV, my weekend show, my Saturday show,
- 3:06Speaker 3: to huge hit. It's my biggest show of anything I do,
- 3:09Speaker 3: and people tune in to hear my top ten that
- 3:11Speaker 3: I pick each week, and it's been in the top
- 3:13Speaker 3: four many times, and it's been number one several times.
- 3:17Speaker 3: That we are headed for World War three and that
- 3:19Speaker 3: one of the reasons why is that rumor has it
- 3:23Speaker 3: that we had approved a Ukraine's use of long range
- 3:27Speaker 3: American US missiles, American missiles to strike deep within Russian territory.
- 3:33Speaker 2: And I said, that is an act of war.
- 3:36Speaker 3: And so I've reported this for a while now, but
- 3:38Speaker 3: it was officially announced on Sunday, a major policy shift.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Joe Biden authorizes Ukraine's use of US long range missiles
- 3:48Speaker 3: to hit targets inside Russia. And my great friend, who
- 3:53Speaker 3: I call a super fan because he listens to every show,
- 3:56Speaker 3: Colonel Joe, former military intelligence expert in the US Army.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Colonel Joe is now retired.
- 4:03Speaker 3: He says, Wayne, you got to understand it's more than
- 4:06Speaker 3: just US missiles killing people in Russia.
- 4:10Speaker 2: The missiles are gonna be.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Controlled and shot off by American personnel in Ukraine because
- 4:19Speaker 3: the Ukrainians don't know how to use these missiles, don't
- 4:22Speaker 3: know how to deploy these missiles, so you could be
- 4:25Speaker 3: sure it's Americans pressing the buttons. So if Americans are
- 4:31Speaker 3: launching the missiles, and the missiles are American US military
- 4:35Speaker 3: missiles and they're landing in Russia and killing thousands of
- 4:39Speaker 3: people or hundreds of people, perhaps up to thousands of people,
- 4:45Speaker 3: you know that's an active war. And Putin's going to
- 4:48Speaker 3: see that as a provocation, and he's going to declare
- 4:52Speaker 3: war on the United States, certainly in Western Europe and NATO.
- 4:57Speaker 2: And we're in World War three. And I'm not the
- 5:00Speaker 2: only one who sees it.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Here's article number one, White House will get World War
- 5:08Speaker 3: three going before my father has a chance to create peace,
- 5:11Speaker 3: Don Junior warrens, so Don Trump Junior sees the same
- 5:17Speaker 3: thing as me.
- 5:19Speaker 2: And then Sweden tells its citizens to prepare for war.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Five million households get pamphlets on how to get their
- 5:27Speaker 3: home ready for nuclear armageddon, as Biden is accused of
- 5:32Speaker 3: trying to start World War three. And then here's one
- 5:37Speaker 3: more headline, world War three Watch. Globalists want hot war
- 5:42Speaker 3: between NATO and Russia to prevent a Trump presidency, and
- 5:49Speaker 3: I agree we are headed for it. Now, how it's
- 5:54Speaker 3: gonna keep Trump out, I don't know. Trump just won
- 5:57Speaker 3: the election. Everyone agrees he won the election. Trump is
- 6:00Speaker 3: the president elect of the United States. But they're trying
- 6:04Speaker 3: to prevent him from taking over.
- 6:07Speaker 2: With the World War.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Maybe somehow they would prevent the handover of power and
- 6:15Speaker 3: somehow destroy the world order and freedom and impose a
- 6:23Speaker 3: new totalitarian, globalist world order. Or maybe that would be
- 6:30Speaker 3: just too much to ask. And what they really want
- 6:33Speaker 3: to do is very simple. They know Trump will take over,
- 6:36Speaker 3: they know Trump won, they know they can't stop him,
- 6:40Speaker 3: and so they start World War three to preoccupy him.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Weapon a mass distraction WND, to distract him and occupy
- 6:49Speaker 3: him so that he can't cut taxes, he can't cut spending,
- 6:52Speaker 3: he can't cut regulations, he can't seal the border, he
- 6:56Speaker 3: can't get rid of green energy and climate change policies,
- 7:02Speaker 3: because all he's got to deal with twenty four hours
- 7:04Speaker 3: a day is gonna be World War three. But whatever
- 7:08Speaker 3: the reason, whatever the goal, it's very clear it's too
- 7:13Speaker 3: quiet out there.
- 7:14Speaker 2: There's something wrong. Normally there'd be nationwide protests.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Normally they'd be burning the country down, and so far
- 7:21Speaker 3: that hasn't happened. I think they were in shock. I
- 7:24Speaker 3: don't think they ever believed for a second they were
- 7:26Speaker 3: gonna lose. They believe the lying polls like Anne Selzer's
- 7:32Speaker 3: Des Moines newspaper poll, which I believe, it's my opinion,
- 7:37Speaker 3: is the most rotten poll, the most rotten fake poll
- 7:41Speaker 3: intended to interfere with the election of any poll in
- 7:45Speaker 3: the history of the world. She said, Kamala wins Iowa
- 7:49Speaker 3: by three What happened in real life?
- 7:51Speaker 2: Trump won by thirteen. She was only off by sixteen points.
- 7:54Speaker 3: And she's supposed to be the most credible, accurate polster
- 7:57Speaker 3: in the history of Iowa. And she announced to retire yesterday,
- 8:01Speaker 3: just like that, her career is over. Well, I just
- 8:05Speaker 3: think again, my opinion, Kamala deposited five million dollars in
- 8:10Speaker 3: an offshore bank account somewhere in the Cayman Islands, or
- 8:12Speaker 3: belize there's five million dollars waiting for Anne Sells or
- 8:15Speaker 3: I don't know that to be a fact. To my opinion,
- 8:19Speaker 3: she knew she was going to retire. They went he
- 8:21Speaker 3: they had a plan. They said, bring out a poll
- 8:23Speaker 3: that shows that Trump loses Iowa, and we will get
- 8:27Speaker 3: it out to all the media in the entire United
- 8:29Speaker 3: States and blanket the country, and everyone's gonna hear that
- 8:32Speaker 3: Trump is losing only days before the election in Iowa,
- 8:35Speaker 3: in all white conservative Iowa, Trump is losing, and that
- 8:39Speaker 3: will demoralize conservatives, and that will excite liberals and Democrats
- 8:44Speaker 3: and radicals and they'll come out and vote, and your
- 8:46Speaker 3: people won't.
- 8:48Speaker 2: And to this how we're going to win the election.
- 8:50Speaker 2: And it can't be a coincidence that Anne sells her
- 8:54Speaker 2: stupid little Iowa poll, who gives a crap out of
- 8:56Speaker 2: her Iowa poll.
- 8:57Speaker 3: On this same day, her Iowa p came out that
- 9:00Speaker 3: showed Trump losing Iowa by three, which was impossible to believe.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Same day, Emerson came out with a pole that showed
- 9:08Speaker 3: Trump winning Iowa by ten and in real life, he
- 9:10Speaker 3: won it by thirteen three days later, so she was
- 9:14Speaker 3: off by sixteen points. Emerson was basically right on the money.
- 9:18Speaker 3: And yet nobody in the media mentioned the Emerson poll.
- 9:21Speaker 3: They all every media headline in America said Trump losing
- 9:27Speaker 3: Iowa by three, and they did that to demoralize conservatives
- 9:31Speaker 3: around the country, and it didn't work, of course, did nothing.
- 9:37Speaker 3: But they were trying to upset the apple cart and
- 9:40Speaker 3: make the case that Kamala was winning and that it's
- 9:43Speaker 3: a preordained thing, it's all over, and that they're going
- 9:46Speaker 3: to steal it from Trump again and demoralize you so
- 9:49Speaker 3: much you don't go out and vote. And I know
- 9:53Speaker 3: that happened because every media in the country grabbed as
- 9:57Speaker 3: its headline this stupid Iowa des moines newspaper poll which
- 10:02Speaker 3: showed Trump losing Iowa. Why were they Why did they
- 10:04Speaker 3: all know about it? Why were they so all so
- 10:07Speaker 3: eager to take that poll? Because it was a set up,
- 10:10Speaker 3: Like January sixth, it was a setup from the first minute.
- 10:13Speaker 3: We're gonna get a fake poll out of Iowa, and
- 10:15Speaker 3: then we're gonna cover it in media around the country.
- 10:20Speaker 3: And they want to stop Trump at all costs. And
- 10:22Speaker 3: that's why hence.
- 10:25Speaker 2: World War three.
- 10:26Speaker 3: And of course I don't believe the riots are never
- 10:29Speaker 3: gonna happen. I believe it's been very quiet on the
- 10:32Speaker 3: Western front, as they say, the famous old saying, quiet
- 10:35Speaker 3: on the Western Front. It's been very quiet in America
- 10:38Speaker 3: since Trump won, remarkably quiet. And yet there are tweets
- 10:42Speaker 3: out there that tell you what these crazy people suffering
- 10:45Speaker 3: from Trump derangement syndrome really think.
- 10:48Speaker 2: And I've seen the tweets.
- 10:49Speaker 3: I saw one yesterday where.
- 10:52Speaker 2: The gal said Trump has to die.
- 10:53Speaker 3: We got to kill Trump, and we got to kill
- 10:56Speaker 3: all those cabinet members.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I am pro assassination. She wasn't kidding. There's a liberal.
- 11:01Speaker 3: She's being serious, and she put it in print. Where's
- 11:04Speaker 3: the FBI, where's the Secret Service? Where's the DOJ assigning
- 11:08Speaker 3: agents to go to our house? Immediately she says, I
- 11:12Speaker 3: want assassinations. Trump's gotta die and his Cabinet's got to
- 11:16Speaker 3: die if we're gonna save America. These people are sick
- 11:19Speaker 3: in the head. Great news in Pennsylvania, I'll tell you
- 11:23Speaker 3: that it we get back.

- 13:50Speaker 3: Wayne Allen Root here Victory Trump won and we know it,
- 13:54Speaker 3: but I'm still feeling something very bad and frightening in
- 13:56Speaker 3: the pit of my stomach.
- 13:57Speaker 2: I don't believe for a second the radical left running.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Our government will accept Trump's victory or agree to leave peacefully.
- 14:03Speaker 3: They have weeks to cause trouble until Inauguration Day. That's
- 14:06Speaker 3: why everyone needs to own an insurance policy. Gold Advantage

- 15:09Speaker 2: All right, Wayne, Alan route the route to the route.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Root's on fire.
- 15:12Speaker 3: I promised you some good news around the corner in Pennsylvania,
- 15:17Speaker 3: huge win. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court orders all county board
- 15:21Speaker 3: of Elections.
- 15:22Speaker 2: To stop counting illegal ballots.
- 15:26Speaker 3: You're done, comply with the ruling that was made days
- 15:30Speaker 3: ago and stop counting. Undated ballots will be removed from
- 15:35Speaker 3: the Buck Counties or Bucks County's vote totals. Do you
- 15:41Speaker 3: just stal what criminals these are? I recommend President Trump
- 15:44Speaker 3: put all of them in prison the minute he takes office.
- 15:48Speaker 3: This is not revenge, this is justice.
- 15:51Speaker 2: There are so many.
- 15:52Speaker 3: People that need to go to prison, that needs to
- 15:54Speaker 3: be indicted and needs to spend millions in legal fees.
- 15:57Speaker 2: And we know the federal government's record chance you will
- 16:01Speaker 2: be convicted. You're all going to prison. You are such thieves.
- 16:08Speaker 3: And why do we stop at Pennsylvania, which is obvious
- 16:12Speaker 3: they've committed crimes. Nevada, Nevada where I live. We all
- 16:18Speaker 3: know that Sam Brown won. He wanted election night, and
- 16:21Speaker 3: they kept counting till he lost and they found all
- 16:24Speaker 3: these new ballots. It's total travesty. Arizona Carrie Lake, we
- 16:30Speaker 3: know she won Wisconsin. We know that Senator one Michigan,
- 16:34Speaker 3: we know the Senator one. They just kept counting and counting.
- 16:38Speaker 3: But Pennsylvania stood out because here it is, what was
- 16:41Speaker 3: the election two weeks ago? Or is it three weeks ago? Now,
- 16:45Speaker 3: it was a long time ago. Trump won at least
- 16:47Speaker 3: two weeks ago, right, it must have been two weeks
- 16:49Speaker 3: ago tomorrow. Yeah, is that what it was here? I'm
- 16:52Speaker 3: looking at November. Yeah, it was two weeks ago tomorrow.
- 16:55Speaker 3: It's Tuesday. Tomorrow's Tuesday, the eighteenth. The election was November fourth, Tuesday,
- 17:00Speaker 3: So it was two weeks ago that Trump won.
- 17:02Speaker 2: And they're still counting ballots. And the Pennsylvania Supreme Court,
- 17:05Speaker 2: which is made up of Democrats, it's all Democrat. They
- 17:08Speaker 2: told them to stop, and they refuse to stop.
- 17:11Speaker 3: They said, we can do anything we want to do.
- 17:14Speaker 3: You're dealing with sick people, evil people. I mean, these
- 17:18Speaker 3: are people that are run by Satan, no question about it.
- 17:22Speaker 3: Rules for radicals by Sallensky's dedicated to Lucifer the Devil.
- 17:27Speaker 3: These people are owned by Lucifer Satan. They are sick
- 17:31Speaker 3: in the head and what you know what I was
- 17:35Speaker 3: gonna say, what they don't realize, but they do realize it,
- 17:37Speaker 3: and that's why they were so desperate to stop Trump.
- 17:39Speaker 3: And that's why I believe there's gonna be lots and
- 17:41Speaker 3: lots of problems over the coming weeks and months because
- 17:44Speaker 3: they're just gonna lose everything. Because without with voter ID,
- 17:48Speaker 3: they're never gonna win elections again.
- 17:50Speaker 2: With photo ID issued.
- 17:52Speaker 3: By the federal government, they will never win elections again.
- 17:55Speaker 3: And without mail in ballots so easily mail to everyone,
- 18:01Speaker 3: they will never win elections again. I mean, there were
- 18:04Speaker 3: always absentee ballots. You had to tell them you were sick,
- 18:07Speaker 3: or you were an invalid, you couldn't leave the house,
- 18:09Speaker 3: or you had to prove you were a way out
- 18:11Speaker 3: of the country on business, and you had to prove.
- 18:13Speaker 2: It was you.
- 18:14Speaker 3: And all of a sudden they loosened the rules and
- 18:16Speaker 3: everybody got a mail in ballot. As soon as that's
- 18:19Speaker 3: eliminated and ballot drop boxes are eliminated and ballot harvesting
- 18:23Speaker 3: is eliminated and everybody has to have photo issued ID
- 18:26Speaker 3: for federal elections, they will never win elections ever again.
- 18:31Speaker 3: It's over for them, and they know that. They are
- 18:34Speaker 3: scared to death and they're just liars about everything. They
- 18:39Speaker 3: lie live.
- 18:40Speaker 2: It's what all communists have done throughout history.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Here's an article entitled a real life example of how
- 18:45Speaker 3: Democrats claim to save you money.
- 18:48Speaker 2: This is orwellian as you'll ever see.
- 18:51Speaker 3: It involves a fifteen dollars vehicle tax for entering New
- 18:54Speaker 3: York City. Listen now, Governor of New York Kathy Ochl
- 18:57Speaker 3: explained how she's saving tax bears money. She says, we're
- 19:02Speaker 3: saving you forty percent by starting to charge nine dollars
- 19:06Speaker 3: to enter Manhattan instead of fifteen as we originally planned.
- 19:11Speaker 3: This lower toll will save daily commuters nearly fifteen.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Hundred dollars a year. Is there anyone who doesn't understand
- 19:18Speaker 2: that what she just said is criminal. She's a fraud.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Is there anyone who does understand that that's a misinformation,
- 19:24Speaker 3: She's a fraud.
- 19:26Speaker 2: If a businessman did that, they would go to prison.
- 19:30Speaker 3: I'm only raising a ten dollars, but we were going
- 19:32Speaker 3: to raise it twenty, So I'm actually saving you forty percent.

- 23:33Speaker 2: This is our guest segment. Virginia Allen is with us.
- 23:37Speaker 3: She's a senior news producer and podcast host for The
- 23:40Speaker 3: Daily Signal, the Heritage Foundations media outlet Daily Signal dot com.
- 23:46Speaker 2: Virginia Allen, Welcome to the Wayne Alarucio. How are you?
- 23:50Speaker 4: Wayne? Is great to be wiki this evening. I'm doing well.
- 23:53Speaker 3: So the big news out there other than the fact
- 23:56Speaker 3: that you know, Joe Biden and company seem to want
- 23:59Speaker 3: to start World War three before Trump takes office and
- 24:01Speaker 3: just destroy his presidency with a world war. But other
- 24:05Speaker 3: than that, I think the biggest story is the Lake
- 24:07Speaker 3: and Riley trial. Very sad story. Illegal immigration, open border
- 24:11Speaker 3: of course always the top of my show, and you know,
- 24:15Speaker 3: my important issues that are out there that affect your
- 24:19Speaker 3: lives and your children's lives. Your wife, your children, your mom,
- 24:23Speaker 3: your sister, anyone of them could get killed, just like
- 24:25Speaker 3: Lake and Riley got killed at Georgia nursing student and
- 24:29Speaker 3: the trial had some big developments today.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Summarize what happened in court, please.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, I mean this has just been heartbreaking.
- 24:37Speaker 4: I think it's probably the first word that you realize
- 24:41Speaker 4: what we're facing as a nation. Just sin sheer number
- 24:45Speaker 4: of individuals that have crossed the border. And we learned
- 24:49Speaker 4: today it was confirmed today that hoose Ebara, the gentleman
- 24:54Speaker 4: who is facing charges for the murder of Lake and Riley,
- 24:58Speaker 4: he is indeed a a member of trend de Arragua,
- 25:02Speaker 4: that's the Venezuelan gang that was formed in prison Venezuela.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Really correct, Really, it was believed for a long time.
- 25:11Speaker 4: We knew that family members of his, those he associated
- 25:15Speaker 4: with were a part of trenda Aragua. Now it's confirmed.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Ali Bradley of News Nation was one of the first
- 25:21Speaker 4: reporters to break the news on that, and she spoke
- 25:23Speaker 4: to someone within the government that confirmed that. And now
- 25:29Speaker 4: you know, we're seeing that Trendi a Wauga they're operating
- 25:32Speaker 4: across the number of nations, including across the United States.
- 25:35Speaker 4: You have officials in Tennessee that just recently said that
- 25:38Speaker 4: this gang is operating in every major city in the
- 25:41Speaker 4: state of Tennessee. Doesn't just have to be a border state.
- 25:45Speaker 4: They have infiltrated. And so then to hear this heartbreaking
- 25:50Speaker 4: testimony from those that knew and loved Lake and Riley,
- 25:55Speaker 4: from the officials that found her dead body, just heartbreaking.
- 25:59Speaker 4: To see how a situation, a scenario of the crisis
- 26:03Speaker 4: of the Southern border came to call in a community
- 26:08Speaker 4: in Georgia, in Athens, Georgia that's full of young people,
- 26:12Speaker 4: full of people just like Lake and Riley, who are studying,
- 26:15Speaker 4: who have big dreams for their life. For Lake in
- 26:18Speaker 4: obviously entering that medical field, studying to be a nurse
- 26:21Speaker 4: and all that, so drastically and abruptly.
- 26:25Speaker 3: You know, because you've been calling this tild Virginia, you
- 26:27Speaker 3: probably know more than me.
- 26:29Speaker 2: She was jogging at nine in the morning.
- 26:31Speaker 3: So it's you know, it's on a college campus at
- 26:33Speaker 3: nine in the morning.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Everybody should be out and about.
- 26:36Speaker 3: There should be lots of people, and yet she struggled
- 26:39Speaker 3: for eighteen minutes to fight for her life. Why was
- 26:43Speaker 3: there nobody around? Why did nobody hear? Was it in
- 26:46Speaker 3: a very isolated area?
- 26:49Speaker 4: You know, it was a decently isolated it's a nature
- 26:53Speaker 4: walking running trail on the University of Georgia campus, but
- 26:57Speaker 4: it's a pretty big trail and in the wooded area
- 27:01Speaker 4: of the trail. And like you said, you know, nine
- 27:03Speaker 4: in the morning on a weekday, so obviously it's February,
- 27:09Speaker 4: so it was cold, outside, so not a lot of
- 27:11Speaker 4: people were out at that time. And I think, you know,
- 27:14Speaker 4: the probably one of the most chilling statements that has
- 27:18Speaker 4: been made was from the prosecuting attorney that said jose
- 27:22Speaker 4: Bara literally went hunting for females that morning. He dressed
- 27:27Speaker 4: in all black, he put on gloves, and he was
- 27:31Speaker 4: it appeared that he was looking for a rape victim.
- 27:34Speaker 4: And in the words of the prosecutor, when when Lake
- 27:37Speaker 4: and Riiley refused to be his rape victim, he killed her.
- 27:41Speaker 3: So she was I mean, obviously it's a murder trial.
- 27:44Speaker 3: I understand she was murdered, but she was never raped.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Is that correct?
- 27:47Speaker 2: Because she for eighteen minutes, she was never raped.
- 27:50Speaker 4: So we're finding out more on that front. It is
- 27:55Speaker 4: certainly that's one of the factors that's being looked at.
- 28:00Speaker 4: The attorneys who are representing jose Bara have been very
- 28:05Speaker 4: clear that there is you know, they say there's no
- 28:07Speaker 4: evidence of sexual assault, and we haven't heard directly during
- 28:14Speaker 4: especially the you know, the first day of the trial,
- 28:15Speaker 4: the focus was really really solely on on that murder aspect.
- 28:20Speaker 4: In the prosecution didn't seem like that was going to
- 28:23Speaker 4: be their main focus, like that they were going to
- 28:26Speaker 4: really focus on that aspectictificans.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Well, and by the way, who would really care him?
- 28:29Speaker 3: In other words, a manazon trial from murder, whether he
- 28:32Speaker 3: raped someone or not. Was he going to ge three
- 28:34Speaker 3: hundred years instead of one hundred years? He's dead in prison.
- 28:36Speaker 3: Either way, I wish we had the death penalty because
- 28:38Speaker 3: either we I'd like to see him killed because he
- 28:41Speaker 3: is a horrible human being.
- 28:42Speaker 2: He's a savage.
- 28:43Speaker 3: If found guilty, it's you know, and it's proven, we'll
- 28:46Speaker 3: say he's alleged right now, but you know, if he's guilty,
- 28:49Speaker 3: he is just a savage, just a terrible, terrible thing,
- 28:52Speaker 3: all right. And she fought for eighteen minutes, the poor thing.
- 28:56Speaker 3: Eighteen minutes. Oh my god, that's that's like a you know,
- 28:58Speaker 3: a heavyweight championship fight after it was three minutes around
- 29:03Speaker 3: for six rounds.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, how long she.
- 29:06Speaker 4: Was fighting on And so much of this does come
- 29:09Speaker 4: back to the technology that we have today, the fact
- 29:12Speaker 4: that they, you know, ran DNA testing and they were
- 29:15Speaker 4: able to find, according to the prosecuting attorney, the DNA
- 29:19Speaker 4: of Jose Obara under the sick fingernails of Lake and Riley,
- 29:22Speaker 4: which is such a testament to the modern technology to
- 29:25Speaker 4: have in these criminal investigations, really really critical, and.
- 29:28Speaker 3: A testament to how hard she fought. See, that's why
- 29:31Speaker 3: you got to fight, even if you knew you're going
- 29:32Speaker 3: to die. You know what, I want your skin under
- 29:35Speaker 3: my fingernails. So the last thing people fight out is
- 29:37Speaker 3: you're the murderer. You know, even though I'm dead, at
- 29:39Speaker 3: least I'll get revenge on you and death.
- 29:41Speaker 2: So good for her, Good for Lake and Riley, poor girl.
- 29:45Speaker 2: And I think we also.
- 29:46Speaker 3: Found out I read an article today Virginia that he
- 29:49Speaker 3: was flown on some sort of a humanitarian flight from
- 29:53Speaker 3: New York to Georgia.
- 29:54Speaker 2: What are humanitarian the liberals in New York are?
- 29:56Speaker 3: They stuck a murderer on a flight, gave him a
- 29:58Speaker 3: free flight to to Georgia where he wound up killing
- 30:01Speaker 3: this poor girl.
- 30:03Speaker 4: Well, and you know, even after he was arrested in
- 30:06Speaker 4: New York, then he was released before Ice was able
- 30:12Speaker 4: to take him into Castidy. And again it goes back
- 30:15Speaker 4: to just how broken right now things have been under
- 30:18Speaker 4: the Biden Harris administration. That you have an individual who
- 30:21Speaker 4: was arrested on charges I believe of child endangerment. Were
- 30:25Speaker 4: the concerns, and then he was just re released into
- 30:29Speaker 4: the streets and not long after carried out this allegedly
- 30:34Speaker 4: carried out this horrific incident against Laken Riley.
- 30:37Speaker 3: So the great news today that ties into this is
- 30:40Speaker 3: that President Trump confirms he will use military United States
- 30:44Speaker 3: military to deport the illegal immigrants. I think that's great news.
- 30:48Speaker 3: I think it's fantastic news, and I think we all
- 30:51Speaker 3: can applaud President Trumpy. He confirms he will declare a
- 30:54Speaker 3: national emergency and use the military to start mass deportations Virginia.
- 31:00Speaker 2: I love it.
- 31:01Speaker 3: I just think we're onto a great future. We're back
- 31:04Speaker 3: in the ballgame again. America is going to be great again.
- 31:07Speaker 4: Well, and this was one of the core issues that
- 31:09Speaker 4: President Trump ran on, and so he's responding to what
- 31:12Speaker 4: he has seen the American people say, Okay, we're using
- 31:16Speaker 4: you as our next leader because you are making it
- 31:19Speaker 4: clear that you are going to not only secure our
- 31:21Speaker 4: southern border. But Trump has been very clear since the
- 31:25Speaker 4: start of his campaign that he's going to launch the
- 31:28Speaker 4: largest deportation effort in US history. And the man that
- 31:33Speaker 4: he's really put in charge of carrying that out is
- 31:36Speaker 4: Tom Holman, as his borders are and I've had the
- 31:38Speaker 4: privilege of talking with Tom Homan over the years, doing
- 31:41Speaker 4: various podcasting interviews with him, and Tom Homan is someone
- 31:45Speaker 4: that is driven, I would say, really by two things.
- 31:48Speaker 4: By a strong background. He has come up through borderatrol,
- 31:52Speaker 4: through ice, He's worked for gosh roughly like thirty years
- 31:55Speaker 4: in the field of securing the border. Has really dedicated
- 31:59Speaker 4: his whole care to that field. So it's something that
- 32:02Speaker 4: professionally he's well acquainted with, but it's also deeply personal.
- 32:05Speaker 4: If you get Tom Homan talking about the situation at
- 32:08Speaker 4: the border and talking about the lives that are affected,
- 32:11Speaker 4: he gets emotional very quickly, especially in regards to the
- 32:15Speaker 4: way that kids are so victimized by the cartels at
- 32:19Speaker 4: the southern border. And so Tom Homan is someone that's
- 32:21Speaker 4: really dedicated to carrying out what President elect Donald Trump
- 32:25Speaker 4: says he wants to do, not only at the border
- 32:28Speaker 4: but across the United States. And step one Trump and
- 32:31Speaker 4: Toman have made clear is going to be focusing on
- 32:34Speaker 4: deporting those with criminal records in the United States, people
- 32:38Speaker 4: just like jose Ifaras the killer alleged killer of lakeln Riley.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Right, and of course Democrats.
- 32:42Speaker 3: They're focused on giving them free humanitarian flights to a
- 32:46Speaker 3: new city where they can murder a young innocent girl.
- 32:48Speaker 2: I mean, I just love these people. I mean, who
- 32:50Speaker 2: would want that?
- 32:51Speaker 3: I just don't even get Democrats, Virginia, I don't even
- 32:53Speaker 3: understand it. Who would want an open border, who would
- 32:55Speaker 3: want to let in millions of people, including murderers and rapists,
- 32:58Speaker 3: who would want to stop them from being arrested by ice,
- 33:01Speaker 3: who would want to let them all out and treated
- 33:03Speaker 3: better than American citizens? Who'd want to give them all
- 33:06Speaker 3: kinds of welfare checks paid for my taxpayers, who are
- 33:09Speaker 3: American citizens?
- 33:10Speaker 2: Who'd want to fly them around freeze? They could murder.
- 33:12Speaker 3: Someone who wants to put their kids in a classroom
- 33:15Speaker 3: with my kids.
- 33:16Speaker 2: I have no clue how anybody could believe these things. Virginia,
- 33:20Speaker 2: our time is up.
- 33:21Speaker 3: She is the senior news producer and podcast host for

- 37:05Speaker 3: to do its job. Speaker of the House of Mike
- 37:08Speaker 3: Johnson wants to ensure swift confirmation of President Trump's cabinet
- 37:12Speaker 3: nominees if defendant Senate fails to do its job. Trump's
- 37:17Speaker 3: been vocal about his frustrations with the Senate's pace in
- 37:21Speaker 3: confirming key nominees, and he's gonna go with resets appointments,
- 37:26Speaker 3: and Mike Johnson says he'll make that happen. Even Elon Musk,
- 37:31Speaker 3: who's become you know, Trump's bestie, Trump's best friend forever
- 37:35Speaker 3: hangs out at mar Lago, can't make him leave richest
- 37:38Speaker 3: man in the world. And I could tell you why,
- 37:40Speaker 3: by the way, because Elon Musk is the ultimate nerd. Nice,
- 37:44Speaker 3: seems like the nicest guy in the world, and kind
- 37:47Speaker 3: of shy and a nerd. Never been comfortable around and
- 37:51Speaker 3: kind of shy and a nerd. Never been comfortable around people,
- 37:55Speaker 3: never been around a crowd in his life.
- 37:57Speaker 2: You know, you could be the richest.
- 37:58Speaker 3: Man in the world and never give a single speech
- 37:59Speaker 3: in front of a c and suddenly this new guy
- 38:02Speaker 3: becomes your best friend, Donald Trump, and he's the most
- 38:06Speaker 3: powerful man in the world, and the commander of the
- 38:07Speaker 3: military and the CEO of the economy and the President
- 38:11Speaker 3: of the United States of America, and has the whole
- 38:14Speaker 3: military at.
- 38:15Speaker 2: His beck and call.
- 38:16Speaker 3: And he's also the biggest celebrity that's ever lived. I mean,
- 38:20Speaker 3: outside of Jesus, there's no human that's ever been a
- 38:24Speaker 3: bigger celebrity than Trump. Hated or loved by more people
- 38:27Speaker 3: and talked about by more people. And he goes to
- 38:30Speaker 3: UFC events and the whole world screams his name and
- 38:34Speaker 3: loves him. And everywhere he goes, Elon wants to tag along.
- 38:38Speaker 3: Now he's like, oh my god, I'm like number two
- 38:42Speaker 3: to Trump. He's my bestie forever.
- 38:44Speaker 2: It's the funniest thing in the world. Really is funny
- 38:46Speaker 2: to watch it.
- 38:49Speaker 3: But the US Constitution allows the President to make temporary
- 38:52Speaker 3: appointments during Senate recesses to fill positions that require Senate approval.
- 38:57Speaker 3: For a recess appointment to be possible, Congress must be
- 39:00Speaker 3: in recess for at least ten days. The House can
- 39:03Speaker 3: influence the recess appointment process. The House Speaker may propose
- 39:07Speaker 3: a concurrent resolution for both chambers to adjourn, effectively facilitating
- 39:13Speaker 3: the conditions needed for a recess appointment. So let me
- 39:17Speaker 3: also make something clear because some of you at home
- 39:20Speaker 3: may be thinking, well, you know, there are a couple
- 39:22Speaker 3: of really controversial picks. Matt Gates comes to mind, Robert F.
- 39:26Speaker 3: Kennedy Junior comes to mind, Pete Hegscith comes to mind
- 39:30Speaker 3: for Defense Secretary. Pretty much everybody else is going to
- 39:33Speaker 3: be an automatic, but those are going to be problematic
- 39:38Speaker 3: getting confirmed.
- 39:40Speaker 2: And you're wondering why Wayne rut would support them.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Isn't Matt Gates kind of a strange pick? And didn't
- 39:45Speaker 3: he do some bad things with the underage girls? And
- 39:48Speaker 3: Pete Hegscith gave a you know, a settlement to a
- 39:51Speaker 3: woman who who claimed she was raped by him. And
- 39:57Speaker 3: Robert F. Kennedy Junior has held some really strange use
- 40:00Speaker 3: that the mainstream media and the mainstream big form of
- 40:03Speaker 3: companies eight and think are radical and out of step.
- 40:07Speaker 3: And he's too anti vaccine and he's too anti fluoride,
- 40:10Speaker 3: he's too anti preservatives in your food, and also has
- 40:14Speaker 3: a checkered sexual history as well, just like the.
- 40:18Speaker 2: Other two problems, problems. Let me point out.
- 40:22Speaker 3: To you that all the Republicans who claim they're all
- 40:25Speaker 3: the Republican senators who claim they're not going to vote
- 40:28Speaker 3: for a Macats or a Hexith or a Vivic Ramaswami
- 40:37Speaker 3: for any reason, if he needs to be voted on,
- 40:39Speaker 3: if if Tulsea Gabbert needs to be voted on, their
- 40:46Speaker 3: claim is gonna be though. These are not the right people,
- 40:49Speaker 3: and they're not They're out of government. They've never done
- 40:51Speaker 3: anything for government. Do you know the same Republicans who
- 40:54Speaker 3: are making those claims, people like Markowski and Alaska and
- 40:57Speaker 3: Collins and Maine, they voted in Merrick Garland. They voted
- 41:02Speaker 3: in a communist nut job who hates Catholics and pro
- 41:07Speaker 3: life grandmothers and PTA moms and wants to persecute every
- 41:15Speaker 3: conservative in America.
- 41:17Speaker 2: He's a sick, sick man. Merrick Garland is a sick man.
- 41:21Speaker 3: The Attorney General of the United States, and if he
- 41:24Speaker 3: wasn't stopped, he would have put PTA moms and dads
- 41:27Speaker 3: in prison for believing that critical race theory is bad
- 41:31Speaker 3: and transgender brainwashing is bad. And he did put pro
- 41:37Speaker 3: life grandmothers in prison for nothing, for peacefully singing hymns
- 41:41Speaker 3: outside abortion clinics, and he tried to spy on Catholic churchgoers.
- 41:46Speaker 3: This is a bad, bad dude. And of course he's
- 41:48Speaker 3: persecuting Trump. They voted for him, and they see nothing
- 41:52Speaker 3: wrong with that.
- 41:53Speaker 2: You know what, Matt Gate's a choir boy compared to him.
- 41:56Speaker 2: I vote for Matt Gates. I vote for Robert F. Kennedy.
- 42:00Speaker 2: I vote for Tulsea Gabbert. I vote for Pete Exith.
- 42:04Speaker 2: I vote for disruptors who are going to wreck the
- 42:06Speaker 2: government and knock it down with a wrecking ball. Screw
- 42:09Speaker 2: you if you don't like them, Screw you if they
