- 1:10Speaker 1: Son and platonic friend of mine, Chris Frangelo back. From
- 1:15Speaker 1: the Hamptons.
- 1:17Speaker 5: Montauk, yeah. Close enough.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Living your life.
- 1:19Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Yes. You were at Surf Lodge every night.
- 1:23Speaker 5: Pretty close. I was having a pretty good time.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Getting behind the DJ booth.
- 1:28Speaker 5: I mean.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Hanging out with the summer house kids.
- 1:30Speaker 5: Nothing makes you feel older than going like out in
- 1:33Speaker 5: the Hamptons at like Saturday night. Oh, man. But anyway.
- 1:38Speaker 1: How many Saturday nights did you guys do?
- 1:39Speaker 5: Well, I guess we were there two Saturday nights. We
- 1:41Speaker 5: don't really go out, you know. But you did do it.
- 1:42Speaker 5: But we go out to lunches and stuff. Yeah, that's
- 1:45Speaker 5: why I'm more of a vibe. It's just the greatest.
- 1:46Speaker 5: It's the greatest. I love it out there. It rained
- 1:49Speaker 5: a little bit, but what are you going to do?
- 1:50Speaker 1: How many days did it rain?
- 1:51Speaker 5: It rained two out of our pretty much eight days there.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Oh, that's not too bad.
- 1:55Speaker 5: But you could make it through the rain.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:57Speaker 5: My daughter and I just went to the beach in
- 1:58Speaker 5: the rain like two losers. And, you know, pouring rain.
- 2:02Speaker 5: We're on the beach.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Let me see your glasses.
- 2:05Speaker 5: Seven-year-old, you have to be on the beach.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Are these the ones I tried on before?
- 2:07Speaker 5: I know. These are new. These are new.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Okay, so Khloe Kardashian just had these on. This is
- 2:15Speaker 1: the look that every person is doing where it's not
- 2:19Speaker 1: really like a sunglass. It's like just to add to
- 2:22Speaker 1: your look.
- 2:23Speaker 5: Exactly.
- 2:24Speaker 1: It's not totally clear.
- 2:25Speaker 5: They look very good on you. It's a good look.
- 2:27Speaker 1: And then it's like I'm a hip person. I'm a
- 2:30Speaker 1: hip 70s detective.
- 2:33Speaker 5: That's what you want.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I remember this was a look back in my growling
- 2:36Speaker 1: days where they were really yellow.
- 2:39Speaker 4: Oh.
- 2:39Speaker 1: And people would wear them out at nightclubs and stuff.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I mean, this lens was yellow.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Right.
- 2:43Speaker 1: And it eventually left. So I'm just curious how long
- 2:47Speaker 1: this look is going to go for. And I'd like
- 2:48Speaker 1: to make my prediction.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Well, I would venture to say that's a classic look.
- 2:53Speaker 5: I think it could be around forever, depending upon your style.
- 2:57Speaker 5: But you go ahead and make your prediction.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I'm going to say it's going to be over with by... By...
- 3:05Speaker 1: May 22nd of 27.
- 3:05Speaker 5: Oh, okay. It's a day away from my birthday.
- 3:13Speaker 1: The other day I was wearing these sunglasses that were
- 3:15Speaker 1: like very in, in like 2010 or 11, these Tom
- 3:19Speaker 1: Fords and they still look great. And then you bring
- 3:22Speaker 1: back that and you look like you're really ahead of
- 3:25Speaker 1: the game because someone's like, what are you doing with
- 3:26Speaker 1: those old sunglasses?
- 3:28Speaker 5: I feel like sunglasses are something that, you know, if
- 3:30Speaker 5: you're not doing like white Oakleys or something, I feel
- 3:32Speaker 5: like you can get away with them for all the time.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Are the white Oakleys the ones that like a guy
- 3:37Speaker 1: is wearing when he's dressed up for the first time
- 3:40Speaker 1: in five years for his brother's wedding?
- 3:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:43Speaker 1: And then he wears it around the back of his head. Yeah,
- 3:46Speaker 1: the back of the bald head. He's drinking a beer
- 3:49Speaker 1: at two before the ceremony starts.
- 3:50Speaker 5: Listen, I don't want to talk about white Oakleys too
- 3:53Speaker 5: much because I think both Peter and Drake are wearing
- 3:56Speaker 5: them right now. I don't think they have the Oakley's though. Yeah.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Those are like those thin ones.
- 4:03Speaker 5: They're like thinner frames. Yeah, it's like a bro look.
- 4:04Speaker 5: It's a bit of a bro-y look.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a thinner frame.
- 4:06Speaker 5: Yeah. And so I don't know if I would have those.
- 4:10Speaker 5: But I bought those. What do you think the price
- 4:12Speaker 5: is on those? I mean, I bought them in the
- 4:14Speaker 5: Hamptons in Montauk. at just some little shop.
- 4:17Speaker 1: I think that they were 175.
- 4:19Speaker 5: 100 bucks, $ 99. Okay.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Not bad. I should be like- I'm very good at
- 4:24Speaker 1: guessing prices.
- 4:24Speaker 5: Because I saw Kendall, Kylie Jenner, one of them was wearing,
- 4:28Speaker 5: all anyone talked about, she showed up to the World Cup,
- 4:30Speaker 5: the finals. And all I was talking about was her
- 4:33Speaker 5: $ 65 sunglasses that she was wearing.
- 4:35Speaker 1: And were they like that, with that shape?
- 4:37Speaker 5: She does like a black, a thin black one. Yeah.
- 4:40Speaker 5: But I like people to see, because I like to
- 4:43Speaker 5: wear them at night too, like a real douchebag. So
- 4:46Speaker 5: I want people to see my eyes.
- 4:48Speaker 1: I just saw an ad on social media for goggles
- 4:53Speaker 1: that you'd swim in the water with, but they look
- 4:55Speaker 1: like cool Ray-Bans.
- 4:57Speaker 5: Oh, I got to get those.
- 4:58Speaker 1: I think that is so genius. So then you could
- 5:01Speaker 1: just wear them and not look like a freak, not
- 5:05Speaker 1: look like an ugly person.
- 5:06Speaker 5: Swimming in the ocean. I need those because nobody tells
- 5:09Speaker 5: you when you're having children that I mean, I think
- 5:12Speaker 5: like people who are like you who have old, your
- 5:14Speaker 5: children are now grown. If you see people like me
- 5:17Speaker 5: who are about to have children, you need, there's a
- 5:19Speaker 5: couple of things I think people need to definitely say
- 5:22Speaker 5: to people about to have a child.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Which is?
- 5:25Speaker 5: And one of them is you're going to spend the
- 5:26Speaker 5: majority of your life from now on in a swimming pool. Totally.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Never stops. So I'm in, I need goggles because I'm
- 5:34Speaker 5: in a swimming pool 12 hours a day.
- 5:37Speaker 1: You know what really, I was at Terranea, uh, this
- 5:41Speaker 1: week for like this podcast thing. And I was up,
- 5:45Speaker 1: I woke up at like 7.30. It was, the sun
- 5:47Speaker 1: was out. It wasn't overcast. I'm like, I'm going to
- 5:48Speaker 1: enjoy like looking at the ocean because it's overlooking.
- 5:51Speaker 5: It's nice over there.
- 5:52Speaker 1: And I went and got my cup of coffee and
- 5:54Speaker 1: my walk and listened to my podcast, which is my
- 5:56Speaker 1: favorite one, Juicy Scoop. I like to listen back to it. And,
- 6:01Speaker 1: you know, it's 7.30 and I saw the parents already
- 6:06Speaker 1: with all the gear going to the pool. And I
- 6:08Speaker 1: looked at these kids and I'm like, those kids, woke
- 6:11Speaker 1: them up at 5.30 to say, when can we go
- 6:14Speaker 1: in the pool?
- 6:15Speaker 5: I mean, I like to apologize to everybody for all
- 6:18Speaker 5: of us who ruin every beautiful resort there is with
- 6:23Speaker 5: our children. We ruin everything. With our splashing around children.
- 6:27Speaker 5: For us, we're in heaven. But for the people who
- 6:30Speaker 5: are just there to enjoy their lives, it's ruined.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Once you're out of it, you know, like when we
- 6:35Speaker 1: were at the Terranea, I was like, okay, let's, we
- 6:37Speaker 1: went to this, I wanted to try the different pools.
- 6:39Speaker 1: So we went to, my friend joined me. We went
- 6:40Speaker 1: to the one pool, which was like in the fitness.
- 6:43Speaker 1: That was nice. That was quiet.
- 6:44Speaker 5: That's like- Like adults only?
- 6:46Speaker 1: Pretty much adults only. I mean, I think there's, it's,
- 6:48Speaker 1: you know. Then I went, because there was a water slide.
- 6:53Speaker 1: And I said, I actually do want to go down
- 6:55Speaker 1: the water slide. And my friend's like, okay, I'll film it.
- 6:58Speaker 5: Adults are loud?
- 6:59Speaker 1: Yeah, but the line was too long. I'm like, screw this.
- 7:02Speaker 1: So then we go upstairs to the teen pool.
- 7:05Speaker 4: Oh.
- 7:05Speaker 1: But then that was just all the alpha teens like
- 7:08Speaker 1: drowning each other. Really? Like all these boys were like
- 7:11Speaker 1: throwing a football around. I'm like, this is worse than
- 7:13Speaker 1: the kid pool.
- 7:13Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 7:14Speaker 1: So then we left that and then we went to
- 7:16Speaker 1: the adult pool, which was like a smaller like douchebag
- 7:21Speaker 1: Las Vegas. Oh, really?
- 7:23Speaker 5: Yeah. Terranea?
- 7:24Speaker 1: No, I mean, it was just smaller, but I'm just
- 7:26Speaker 1: saying it was like, it was very nice. I liked Terranea. Listen,
- 7:29Speaker 1: Terranea is a good pool.
- 7:30Speaker 5: I like it too.
- 7:31Speaker 1: But I'm just saying it was like, just a pool
- 7:33Speaker 1: with just people sitting around drinking is what I'm talking about.
- 7:35Speaker 5: Okay. Gotcha.
- 7:36Speaker 1: And, but still overlooking the ocean and all that. I
- 7:39Speaker 1: loved it. I went to all the different places. I
- 7:40Speaker 1: just not living by the ocean. I was like, I
- 7:42Speaker 1: need to spend every second looking at the water before
- 7:45Speaker 1: I get in my car. So that's the deal. And
- 7:49Speaker 1: I did reveal this on my Patreon, but it was
- 7:52Speaker 1: a real full circle moment because going to this, this thing,
- 7:57Speaker 1: which was for podcasting and stuff, I, I said to Drake,
- 8:00Speaker 1: I go, oh my God, do you know that we're
- 8:02Speaker 1: going here for my career and my first acting job
- 8:05Speaker 1: ever was for Marineland, which was a smaller SeaWorld at
- 8:12Speaker 1: the same location, which is now Terranea.
- 8:14Speaker 5: Oh, really?
- 8:15Speaker 1: In Palos Verdes, yes.
- 8:15Speaker 5: Oh my God, I didn't know that.
- 8:17Speaker 1: It was my first job ever. And we were so
- 8:20Speaker 1: excited for the.
- 8:21Speaker 5: See, that's full circle, they call that, I believe.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Yes, but what happened was I, it was kind of
- 8:27Speaker 1: like a glorified extra, like it was my first shot,
- 8:29Speaker 1: but they were, you know, we would get residuals because
- 8:32Speaker 1: I got to say something. So, you know, I knew
- 8:34Speaker 1: if I said something, then you get paid more. I
- 8:37Speaker 1: was like six. And this guy was my dad, supposed
- 8:39Speaker 1: to be my dad. And I remember I had an
- 8:41Speaker 1: older dad. So when they gave me this dad that
- 8:43Speaker 1: was like as young as Drake, I was like, what
- 8:44Speaker 1: the fuck is this? My dad has gray hair.
- 8:48Speaker 5: Like what?
- 8:49Speaker 1: And I'm like jumping on his arm and I'm pointing
- 8:51Speaker 1: and they're like, you're going to point like you're seeing
- 8:53Speaker 1: something because at the time I think. Shamu or whoever
- 8:57Speaker 1: the big whale was, was pregnant. And the whole thing was,
- 9:00Speaker 1: you now come to Marineland to see her and her baby. Oh, wow.
- 9:04Speaker 1: And so we knew that it was coming. She'd had
- 9:06Speaker 1: the baby. The commercials were going to run now. Yeah.
- 9:08Speaker 1: And I just remember like watching the news and the
- 9:11Speaker 1: news is on. We were those people that had the
- 9:13Speaker 1: TV on all the time. And it was like sad
- 9:15Speaker 1: news out of Marineland. Shamu like had some fucking postpartum
- 9:21Speaker 1: or something. Yeah.
- 9:22Speaker 5: Killed the baby or something. I remember that. Yeah.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Yeah. And then my mom was like, well, now you
- 9:27Speaker 1: won't get the residuals for that one. So that I
- 9:31Speaker 1: didn't get to see it. I never got to see
- 9:33Speaker 1: me going like, you know, maybe they used me in
- 9:36Speaker 1: something else. But it wasn't the part where I was like,
- 9:37Speaker 1: Shamu's baby.
- 9:39Speaker 5: Oh, was Shamu's baby actually there or you were pretending?
- 9:42Speaker 1: I think I was pretending because they were like, by
- 9:44Speaker 1: the time this commercial comes out, then the baby will
- 9:47Speaker 1: be here.
- 9:47Speaker 5: Oh, gotcha.
- 9:48Speaker 4: Wow.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Wow. And so I thought about that just as we
- 9:50Speaker 1: were pulling in, I'm like, this is such a full
- 9:53Speaker 1: circle like moment of my life.
- 9:55Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 9:56Speaker 1: And anyway, so.
- 9:58Speaker 5: You want to hear my first line ever in anything ever?
- 10:00Speaker 6: Yes.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Yes.
- 10:00Speaker 5: Which I believe one of you guys went to Crespi, right?
- 10:02Speaker 5: Didn't these guys go to Crespi?
- 10:03Speaker 1: My other son, Brandon.
- 10:04Speaker 5: Yeah, went to Brandon. Well, I shot this at Crespi
- 10:07Speaker 5: High School.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Oh, really?
- 10:08Speaker 4: Yes.
- 10:09Speaker 1: A porn?
- 10:11Speaker 5: Well, no, those were later.
- 10:13Speaker 1: For real.
- 10:13Speaker 5: Like those were later. But it was like an after
- 10:16Speaker 5: school special, but like Disney, like educational, they showed it
- 10:20Speaker 5: in classrooms. Yeah. And when I mentioned it, people were like, oh,
- 10:23Speaker 5: I think I saw that in my classroom.
- 10:24Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 10:25Speaker 5: It was about steroids, about steroids were going to be
- 10:27Speaker 5: the end of the world at this point. Children are
- 10:30Speaker 5: going to take steroids and freak out. And it was
- 10:33Speaker 5: a PSA or whatever against steroids. Okay. Okay. And I
- 10:37Speaker 5: was on the football team. And my line was, you
- 10:41Speaker 5: better get on the roids, dude. It's your last hope.
- 10:45Speaker 5: And how old.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Were you playing a high school student?
- 10:47Speaker 5: I was probably 19 at the time.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Oh, you came out here right at 18.
- 10:50Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Oh, that's good.
- 10:51Speaker 5: That's good casting. And I remember seeing the guy who
- 10:53Speaker 5: played Benny. It was called Benny and the Roids.
- 10:55Speaker 6: Okay.
- 10:56Speaker 5: And I remember seeing the guy who played Benny and
- 10:58Speaker 5: watching him interact with the other stars of it.
- 11:01Speaker 1: So this was like a whole movie about Star Wars? Yeah,
- 11:03Speaker 1: it was a movie about Star Wars.
- 11:03Speaker 5: Like an after school special? After school special, yeah.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Oh, okay. More or less. Okay.
- 11:07Speaker 5: But it was done by Disney Channel.
- 11:08Speaker 1: That's a good part.
- 11:08Speaker 5: That was a good part.
- 11:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:09Speaker 5: I couldn't believe it. I'm like, I got a part.
- 11:12Speaker 5: And then they- They, I guess my New York accent
- 11:17Speaker 5: was too thick. They dubbed my voice. So now you
- 11:20Speaker 5: see it and I swear they use like an older
- 11:23Speaker 5: black man. So you see me lean over and say
- 11:26Speaker 5: the line, but it's a voice of like James Earl Jones.
- 11:29Speaker 5: You better get on the roads, dude. It's your last hope.
- 11:33Speaker 5: What is that? Looks nothing like would come out of me.
- 11:38Speaker 5: So yeah. So in a way it's the same as yours.
- 11:40Speaker 5: I'm kind of in it, but I'm dubbed.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Speaking of, this is a segue. For a sad subject,
- 11:46Speaker 1: but it's really all over the news, so we have
- 11:48Speaker 1: to talk about it.
- 11:49Speaker 5: Okay.
- 11:50Speaker 1: You know the story of the tragic death of Nolan Wells,
- 11:54Speaker 1: this young man who lived in South Carolina, 4th of July.
- 11:58Speaker 1: We've talked about it. They didn't know. His friends said,
- 12:02Speaker 1: we left him on the Horn Island. We went back
- 12:05Speaker 1: on a boat. We didn't hear from him. They couldn't
- 12:08Speaker 1: find him. And then they sadly found his body in
- 12:11Speaker 1: the ocean.
- 12:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 12:12Speaker 1: And they had one autopsy. there. Maybe it was Mississippi.
- 12:17Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 12:17Speaker 1: It was in the South. They did that autopsy and
- 12:20Speaker 1: they said, it's drowning. And then his family, everyone was
- 12:25Speaker 1: suspicious that the friends who were predominantly white were not
- 12:29Speaker 1: talking and they had removed their social media. And they're like,
- 12:33Speaker 1: something crazy is going on here. So then they hired
- 12:36Speaker 1: a team of people or the team of people came
- 12:39Speaker 1: forward to help them. And they took the body to
- 12:43Speaker 1: DC where a world-renowned autopsy person looked at it and
- 12:47Speaker 1: he still says it's inconclusive he said there was some
- 12:51Speaker 1: redness on the back of the head but that could
- 12:53Speaker 1: be from you know hitting something while being in the
- 12:56Speaker 1: water right or it could be even when you put
- 12:58Speaker 1: the body on the slab after they're deceased yeah so
- 13:02Speaker 1: that was one thing but then they said I can't
- 13:04Speaker 1: the the other autopsy people have kept the throat so
- 13:07Speaker 1: I don't know if it was drowning or not yeah
- 13:10Speaker 1: but I know there's not like other broken bones or
- 13:13Speaker 1: wounds or anything like would indicate that. So they still,
- 13:16Speaker 1: it's all inconclusive, right?
- 13:18Speaker 5: So what is the, now he drowned, right?
- 13:21Speaker 1: Well, they, okay. So there's a theory that no, that
- 13:24Speaker 1: these kids, something happened either accidentally or on purpose where
- 13:28Speaker 1: they knew that he was dead. This is what the
- 13:31Speaker 1: theory is. If it's not just that he accidentally drowned
- 13:34Speaker 1: and nobody saw it, whether he was You know, they
- 13:38Speaker 1: said he was a strong swimmer. So, you know, but
- 13:40Speaker 1: he was drinking. And also, we all know what's going
- 13:43Speaker 1: on right now just in Malibu. I mean, even lifeguards can't, like,
- 13:46Speaker 1: rescue people. So water is very different than being in
- 13:49Speaker 1: a pool.
- 13:50Speaker 5: But was he in an ocean or a lake? Because
- 13:52Speaker 5: it's a big difference. Was it an ocean?
- 13:54Speaker 1: Can you look up if Horn Island? I think it's
- 13:56Speaker 1: part of the ocean.
- 13:57Speaker 5: Oh, I don't know.
- 13:58Speaker 1: But still, it's not a pool.
- 14:01Speaker 5: Okay.
- 14:01Speaker 1: So it's like, did something like that happen? Or, you know,
- 14:05Speaker 1: they said, we thought we left him on the island.
- 14:08Speaker 1: We brought him there, but we thought he was going
- 14:10Speaker 1: home with other people. Everyone had these boats.
- 14:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:13Speaker 1: So they all said the last time they saw him
- 14:14Speaker 1: was 4 p.m.
- 14:15Speaker 5: Okay.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Well- Now there is an audio in which one of
- 14:21Speaker 1: the boys of the friends, which he originally went there with,
- 14:25Speaker 1: was headed back and they called like their AAA boat
- 14:28Speaker 1: towing company.
- 14:29Speaker 5: I heard that.
- 14:30Speaker 1: And he said, we're sinking, we're taking in water, we
- 14:33Speaker 1: need a tow. And you hear the woman say, oh,
- 14:37Speaker 1: what's your membership number? And then they said, do you
- 14:39Speaker 1: need the Coast Guard? And he goes, no, no, we
- 14:40Speaker 1: don't need the Coast Guard. We just need the tow. Okay,
- 14:43Speaker 1: so that was first what we heard. And I was like, okay,
- 14:46Speaker 1: what does that really mean? Well, then all over the internet,
- 14:51Speaker 1: this person says, somehow this video, this audio gets shared everywhere.
- 14:56Speaker 1: And it's the beginning of that call before the woman
- 15:00Speaker 1: working at the toe place answers, there's some grumbling talking
- 15:06Speaker 1: and now someone with enhanced audio experience said, I've you know,
- 15:12Speaker 1: listen to it and I've run it through AI and
- 15:14Speaker 1: this is what I'm hearing them say.
- 15:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Which you hear according to what is all over is
- 15:19Speaker 1: someone being like, Nolan, is Nolan, is he fucking dead?
- 15:23Speaker 1: Wake up, Nolan, Nolan. And the other guy's like, hey, yeah,
- 15:27Speaker 1: we just need a tow for the, and how many
- 15:29Speaker 1: people are there? There's eight or seven or eight. So
- 15:32Speaker 1: they're like, oh my God, there was eight, you know,
- 15:33Speaker 1: and they dumped his body and, you know, this and that.
- 15:36Speaker 1: So I'm seeing all this and I'm like, now TMZ
- 15:40Speaker 1: had shared that original call first. Why was this big
- 15:45Speaker 1: chunk of, of audio not shared then?
- 15:49Speaker 5: Right.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Yeah. So then I'm like looking, looking, looking into it.
- 15:53Speaker 1: And you know, it's just gone crazy because anybody that
- 15:56Speaker 1: thinks there was foul play, well, my God, listen to this.
- 15:59Speaker 1: But I was like, you know, this is so easy
- 16:03Speaker 1: to fake in this day and age. I don't know
- 16:05Speaker 1: if this is real or if someone took this and
- 16:07Speaker 1: kind of created this like mystery around it. And, uh,
- 16:11Speaker 1: I don't think people know for sure, but many people,
- 16:15Speaker 1: not many, a handful of people think that this is
- 16:20Speaker 1: someone put this out there and said, you know, and
- 16:22Speaker 1: using their audio engineering to say this.
- 16:25Speaker 5: Right.
- 16:25Speaker 1: And did this really exist? And and then a couple
- 16:29Speaker 1: of them have done interviews, some of these kids. So
- 16:31Speaker 1: it's not like they're being totally silent.
- 16:35Speaker 5: So what are they saying? That he might've gotten into
- 16:36Speaker 5: a fight with somebody?
- 16:37Speaker 1: Yes, like either there was a fight and they killed
- 16:40Speaker 1: him or.
- 16:40Speaker 5: They accidentally killed him. Because I heard he was talking
- 16:42Speaker 5: to a girl. They were trying to find the girl.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Right, so now if you believe that he was on
- 16:45Speaker 1: this boat going back, then the theory is, if you
- 16:48Speaker 1: believe that this audio is true, then the theory is
- 16:51Speaker 1: they knew he died they either killed him or he
- 16:54Speaker 1: accidentally died and they didn't tell anybody. And then they
- 16:57Speaker 1: threw his body over the boat. Then the tow people
- 16:59Speaker 1: take the boat. They go back and enjoy 4th of
- 17:02Speaker 1: July and don't tell anybody and then remove all of
- 17:04Speaker 1: their social media and all that stuff and, and have
- 17:07Speaker 1: a bond. Like I know what you did last summer
- 17:09Speaker 1: and this is, we're going to take this to our graves.
- 17:12Speaker 5: Right.
- 17:13Speaker 1: That's that theory. The other theory is They removed their
- 17:17Speaker 1: social media and all that stuff because they were immediately
- 17:20Speaker 1: being bombarded because he was missing for like 30 hours.
- 17:23Speaker 1: They were immediately getting bombarded from the internet because he's
- 17:26Speaker 1: black and they're white. And their parents and everybody just said,
- 17:31Speaker 1: remove your social media because you could have been drinking
- 17:33Speaker 1: on there. You could have been like, just remove it.
- 17:36Speaker 3: And.
- 17:37Speaker 5: Was there any drugs in his system or anything like that?
- 17:39Speaker 1: They have not said that there was.
- 17:41Speaker 5: Okay.
- 17:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:41Speaker 1: We don't, we personally, I don't think we know that, but.
- 17:45Speaker 1: They were drinking like White Claws and stuff. But it
- 17:47Speaker 1: still was only four o'clock. And so I, from the beginning,
- 17:51Speaker 1: I was like, I think they feel like shit because
- 17:54Speaker 1: they didn't communicate well with their friend. And then he
- 17:57Speaker 1: ended up either being stranded or drowning or whatever. And
- 18:01Speaker 1: they didn't know about it. But other people would say, no,
- 18:04Speaker 1: they know. And they're staying silent. And this was a
- 18:07Speaker 1: big cover up, whatever it is. And why isn't anyone
- 18:12Speaker 1: just telling the truth? I personally just don't think that
- 18:15Speaker 1: like seven.
- 18:17Speaker 5: To eight kids- Eventually, somebody cracks when you got seven
- 18:19Speaker 5: or eight.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Seven or eight. I mean, seven or eight kids is
- 18:22Speaker 1: a lot to not have one person go, I need
- 18:26Speaker 1: to tell you what fucking happened. Like, I just, you know,
- 18:30Speaker 1: I don't know. I hope to. I hope that it
- 18:32Speaker 1: is an accident. I mean, you don't want to know
- 18:35Speaker 1: that this happened. If it was my child, I wouldn't
- 18:37Speaker 1: want- I would want it to be an accident. I
- 18:41Speaker 1: wouldn't want to be that his friends did something.
- 18:42Speaker 5: You know? So did he fall overboard? I mean, how
- 18:45Speaker 5: did he wind up in the water?
- 18:47Speaker 1: Nobody knows.
- 18:48Speaker 5: Oh, okay.
- 18:49Speaker 1: The kids say we left him on Horn Island.
- 18:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Nobody else is saying I took him on my boat back.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Everyone said last he was seen, he was talking to
- 18:57Speaker 1: a girl on Horn Island. There's all these little boats around.
- 19:00Speaker 1: And then his phone was like left on the original boat,
- 19:04Speaker 1: but they didn't realize that he'd left their phone there.
- 19:06Speaker 1: And they just were like, oh, hey, he's, They weren't
- 19:09Speaker 1: checking on if he was coming back with them or
- 19:12Speaker 1: not is their excuse.
- 19:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:14Speaker 1: But still makes you feel like a whole of a
- 19:16Speaker 1: friend if then, in fact, your friend was stranded and
- 19:19Speaker 1: he attempted to swim or something and died.
- 19:20Speaker 6: Right.
- 19:21Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 19:21Speaker 1: So there's that. But then is there something way more sinister?
- 19:26Speaker 1: And is this southern town covering up and hiding it
- 19:31Speaker 1: because this was, you know, an obvious this was a
- 19:34Speaker 1: crime against, you know, a person of color? So that
- 19:38Speaker 1: is where it is. But I wonder in this day
- 19:40Speaker 1: and age, it's like Drake just saw this thing he
- 19:42Speaker 1: was all excited to buy on Costco.
- 19:44Speaker 6: Oh no.
- 19:45Speaker 1: It was a lazy river.
- 19:46Speaker 5: Oh, I saw it too.
- 19:47Speaker 1: It was fake.
- 19:48Speaker 5: In your backyard, in your.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Backyard and i go it's only a thousand dollars i
- 19:51Speaker 1: go just i go was it fake is it fake
- 19:53Speaker 1: it's fake it's fake but i was like for a
- 19:55Speaker 1: thousand dollars we have that grass there i'm like we
- 19:58Speaker 1: could have such a fun pool party like we would
- 20:01Speaker 1: fill that up and we then we'd also have our
- 20:03Speaker 1: own pool i'm like for a thousand dollars but you know,
- 20:06Speaker 1: and all, and we talked about all those blow up
- 20:08Speaker 1: things that you see, like the jet skis that are like,
- 20:10Speaker 1: all those are fake.
- 20:12Speaker 5: Really?
- 20:13Speaker 1: Yes.
- 20:13Speaker 5: Cause I saw that. I saw the lazy river too.
- 20:15Speaker 5: And I'm like, Oh, that cause I have a pretty big,
- 20:18Speaker 5: I could have, they could do a lazy river yard. And, uh,
- 20:21Speaker 5: I thought about it as well. Oh, I didn't know
- 20:23Speaker 5: it was fake. Yeah. And usually I feel like I'm
- 20:25Speaker 5: pretty good at spotting the fakes.
- 20:27Speaker 6: I know.
- 20:27Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. That's why I'm like with this
- 20:29Speaker 1: and everything else, like you just don't, You just don't know.
- 20:32Speaker 1: You see something that looks so newsy and whatever, and
- 20:36Speaker 1: you have to go and research it on your own.
- 20:39Speaker 1: There was this other thing that I had screen grabbed
- 20:41Speaker 1: that came across my feed, and I go, oh, this
- 20:44Speaker 1: will be fun to talk about with Chris because it
- 20:46Speaker 1: was a sporting one.
- 20:47Speaker 5: Oh, okay.
- 20:48Speaker 1: And I had Drake look it up, and I go, here.
- 20:51Speaker 1: And he goes, where is this story? I go, here.
- 20:53Speaker 1: I took a photo of it. And he immediately was like, mom,
- 20:56Speaker 1: this is like a joking sports thing. Yeah. But it
- 20:59Speaker 1: was these two adorable baseball players, minor league baseball players.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Okay.
- 21:04Speaker 1: That were like, clearly fucking. Oh.
- 21:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Oh, like. And they were like, hey, God. And they're
- 21:10Speaker 1: like hugging each other. But it looked like they could
- 21:12Speaker 1: also just be super excited for each other that the
- 21:14Speaker 1: guy caught the ball. But it definitely looked like it
- 21:17Speaker 1: could be like heated rivalry for baseball players. And I
- 21:20Speaker 1: was like, oh my God, I love this story so much.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I cannot wait because I've thought, I'll mention it to
- 21:24Speaker 1: Chris and he'll be like, oh, that team is the blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 21:27Speaker 1: And you have all this knowledge and you'd be like, no,
- 21:29Speaker 1: they're not really gay. They're actually just, you know, cousins
- 21:32Speaker 1: who do give each other handjobs. I don't know.
- 21:34Speaker 5: Sure, yeah.
- 21:35Speaker 1: But it was a fix.
- 21:36Speaker 5: Either way, still fun.
- 21:36Speaker 1: It was like a jokey story.
- 21:38Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah.
- 21:39Speaker 1: So you have to make sure in this world.
- 21:41Speaker 5: I know. Horn Island is in the Gulf of America.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Oh, the Horn Island.
- 21:47Speaker 5: The Gulf of America. Nice job, Drake.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Horn Island is in the Gulf of America.
- 21:52Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Okay.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Okay.
- 21:53Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:55Speaker 2: AI is everywhere, but ROI isn't. At PwC, we turn
- 22:00Speaker 2: AI into advantage so you can see results, not hype.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Move from potential to performance at pwc.ie.
- 22:10Speaker 4: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 22:13Speaker 4: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 22:16Speaker 4: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 22:21Speaker 4: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 22:26Speaker 1: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 22:29Speaker 1: filed against me.
- 22:30Speaker 5: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 22:32Speaker 5: what would you do if it was given back?
- 22:35Speaker 4: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 22:38Speaker 4: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 22:40Speaker 5: He said, I have a work dad.
- 22:41Speaker 4: I need a home dad.
- 22:42Speaker 5: What happens next? When I came in, he started crying.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Everybody in life encounters hardships.
- 22:47Speaker 4: What defines them is not those hard moments that they
- 22:50Speaker 4: go through. It's about what happens next.
- 22:53Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I realized how valuable every day was. You're worth the work.
- 22:57Speaker 5: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 23:00Speaker 1: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 23:02Speaker 4: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 23:05Speaker 4: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 23:16Speaker 1: Um, okay. So this also happened just last night. So
- 23:20Speaker 1: Usher has, you know, a big show and he brings
- 23:24Speaker 1: this girl up and he sits down and he's basically
- 23:27Speaker 1: doing like a Chippendales sexual thing, you know, shirt off
- 23:31Speaker 1: and all this stuff. And then he goes, got up
- 23:35Speaker 1: and was like, she's not giving me anything. And he's like, go,
- 23:37Speaker 1: go away. And everyone was like, Ooh, you know, like
- 23:41Speaker 1: he didn't get it. You know, like he's pissed. You
- 23:44Speaker 1: I'll take your money, you know, like whatever. And so
- 23:47Speaker 1: then the girl spoke up because she was like, you know,
- 23:50Speaker 1: her life was being ruined online. Um, And she wrote,
- 23:54Speaker 1: first off, nobody is declining to go on stage. I
- 23:57Speaker 1: looked good as F and thought I wasn't going to
- 24:00Speaker 1: let thousands of people see me. Yeah, right. On the
- 24:03Speaker 1: big screen where your bleeps will never be. I think
- 24:07Speaker 1: where you bitches will never be. My mom and I
- 24:09Speaker 1: had floor seats. Their team approached us and moved us
- 24:12Speaker 1: to the VIP before the show even started. Pretty privilege
- 24:16Speaker 1: sometimes is something you'll never know about. Meaning she's pretty privileged.
- 24:21Speaker 5: She was getting shit before. Now she's really going to
- 24:23Speaker 5: get shit.
- 24:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:24Speaker 1: They don't say who you're going up there for. Y'all
- 24:28Speaker 1: wanted me to get up there and fuck him. Chat
- 24:32Speaker 1: folks aren't used to anything. That's the most exciting thing
- 24:35Speaker 1: that would have happened in your all little ass lives.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Fuck you all disrespectively. And then like the winky emoji face.
- 24:42Speaker 1: So Of course, when they bring someone on stage like that,
- 24:46Speaker 1: they say, hey, we're going to bring you on stage.
- 24:48Speaker 1: You're down for that. Yeah. Whether it's David Copperfield or
- 24:54Speaker 1: something like this. And you go, okay, like I'm down
- 24:57Speaker 1: to go.
- 24:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Right.
- 24:59Speaker 1: You don't know what it is. So she was very,
- 25:01Speaker 1: very pretty girl. So of course she got chosen. But
- 25:06Speaker 1: this is what I think now. Now I think like
- 25:09Speaker 1: he planned, like maybe this could even be a little
- 25:12Speaker 1: bit planned where he was like, I'm, you know, if
- 25:15Speaker 1: she's not giving it to me, I'm just gonna be
- 25:16Speaker 1: like that. And then this will like go viral. I
- 25:18Speaker 1: don't know. But no, I think it was like, he
- 25:20Speaker 1: does this every night. Someone gets brought up. I think
- 25:23Speaker 1: it's really weird in this day and age at 48
- 25:25Speaker 1: to be a singer, to bring up some random girl
- 25:28Speaker 1: as a stage show, to act like you're going to like,
- 25:31Speaker 1: like you're a Chippendales dancer. Like, I think it's weird.
- 25:34Speaker 5: I think it's, yeah. I mean, I've seen it before.
- 25:36Speaker 5: There's a lot of acts that, I mean, didn't Bobby
- 25:38Speaker 5: Brown used to like, Actually, fuck, I'm on stage.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I remember, you know, remember the one that had the
- 25:43Speaker 1: bandaid under his eye?
- 25:45Speaker 5: Yes, Nelly. Nelly.
- 25:46Speaker 1: I saw a viral clip of Nelly bringing up like
- 25:50Speaker 1: a nine-year-old.
- 25:51Speaker 5: What? Yes. Oh, just like dance with?
- 25:54Speaker 1: No, but being like, hey, you know, the pretty lady.
- 25:57Speaker 1: And the audience, all the ladies were like, what? And
- 26:00Speaker 1: I was like, what? And it was just like flirty stuff.
- 26:03Speaker 1: It's like, you know, when you watch those old game
- 26:05Speaker 1: shows where the guy's like, can I have a kiss
- 26:07Speaker 1: right here? And the girl's like, And he's like, come on.
- 26:10Speaker 1: It was sort of like that. It was almost like joking.
- 26:14Speaker 1: But it wasn't cool.
- 26:16Speaker 5: When I was growing up, you probably remember as well,
- 26:20Speaker 5: there was a show called The Gong Show.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Yes. We tried out for it, my family.
- 26:25Speaker 5: To do, what was your act?
- 26:26Speaker 1: It was, my brother was doing something where he'd put
- 26:29Speaker 1: his hands and it was like a little body, like
- 26:31Speaker 1: he'd put his hands through pants and dance. And we
- 26:34Speaker 1: thought it was so funny. And we got to like
- 26:36Speaker 1: the third round and then somehow the table broke and
- 26:40Speaker 1: he was just furious. Like that, that's why we didn't
- 26:43Speaker 1: get picked.
- 26:44Speaker 5: Oh, the table broke during the audition. Yeah.
- 26:45Speaker 1: During the audition. So we didn't make it. And, um,
- 26:49Speaker 1: but that was always my brother. This is my musician brother.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Every time we go see him perform, it was always like,
- 26:54Speaker 1: something was wrong with the Marshall thing. It was always
- 26:57Speaker 1: just like someone else's fault why the show is not
- 27:00Speaker 1: going well.
- 27:00Speaker 5: So you guys didn't make the gong show.
- 27:02Speaker 1: We did not make the gong show. I was just
- 27:04Speaker 1: dancing in the background. It was his bit, but I
- 27:07Speaker 1: remember we auditioned for that.
- 27:08Speaker 5: As a family.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I think that was before I got a legit agent.
- 27:11Speaker 1: I mean, I've been thirsty. since day fucking one.
- 27:13Speaker 5: That's what I'm gathering. I mean, we have heard two
- 27:16Speaker 5: stories now in the first 15 minutes of this podcast,
- 27:18Speaker 5: but you sound like a little thirsty child.
- 27:20Speaker 1: I mean, for someone who's been in the business for
- 27:23Speaker 1: over 50 years, Heather, like you actually are not very successful.
- 27:27Speaker 5: But you are, yes and no.
- 27:28Speaker 1: And I live here, and I live here, so I
- 27:30Speaker 1: already had like an advantage, right?
- 27:32Speaker 5: More successful than most. I know a lot of people
- 27:34Speaker 5: who are as thirsty as you are and gone nowhere.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Yeah, but they might argue that they came here at
- 27:38Speaker 1: like 22. I was here- working with animals, Shamu.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Shamu's baby. Yeah. But anyway, I remember there used to
- 27:49Speaker 5: be a lot of like, I mean, you could see
- 27:52Speaker 5: it online. There's like the acts on that show, the
- 27:55Speaker 5: gong show, where it was like 14-year-old girls just like
- 27:58Speaker 5: licking lollipops for like three minutes. You remember that? I mean,
- 28:01Speaker 5: I'm not kidding. You could see it online.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:04Speaker 5: And, you know, and this guy would, Chuck Barris, I
- 28:07Speaker 5: think his name was, would just like dance behind him. Yeah.
- 28:10Speaker 5: It's back when there were three networks and anything could
- 28:12Speaker 5: get on TV.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Do you remember that other show where they would crown
- 28:16Speaker 1: you as like a beauty queen, but you got like
- 28:17Speaker 1: a thing of like carrots instead of roses?
- 28:20Speaker 5: No. Like Let's Make a Deal?
- 28:22Speaker 3: No.
- 28:23Speaker 1: It was like some other weird show. Also, all I
- 28:26Speaker 1: did was watch TV. Me too. I saw someone post
- 28:28Speaker 1: this and be like, anybody go to this camp during
- 28:32Speaker 1: your summers? And it was the schedule of all the
- 28:35Speaker 1: TV from like, you know, 1980. Yeah.
- 28:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:40Speaker 1: And this was your schedule because you didn't go to camp.
- 28:42Speaker 1: And I'm like, that was me.
- 28:44Speaker 5: Me too.
- 28:44Speaker 1: That was me. And it was like, it was, you know, like,
- 28:47Speaker 1: oh my God, it was like, go ask Alice one
- 28:49Speaker 1: day at a time reruns. Like it was all these,
- 28:52Speaker 1: it was all these really mature, like sad 70s sitcoms
- 28:55Speaker 1: where like people were like a divorced woman, like can
- 28:57Speaker 1: barely make ends meet. I'm like, how is this a
- 28:59Speaker 1: funny show?
- 29:01Speaker 5: Every show was that, yeah. Some single woman who could
- 29:03Speaker 5: two kids in a shit apartment.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Come whoop on your feet, whoop on your feet. Let
- 29:09Speaker 1: the music going one at a time. Oh my God.
- 29:14Speaker 1: So depressing.
- 29:15Speaker 5: That was the one with, uh, Bonnie Franklin.
- 29:17Speaker 1: And she leaves her husband. She had her two kids.
- 29:19Speaker 1: She had two daughters that were like 17 and 15.
- 29:22Speaker 1: She was only like 34 character. And she had them
- 29:25Speaker 1: when she was young and she left the husband. She's
- 29:27Speaker 1: going to try to make it an advertising.
- 29:29Speaker 5: And then the, um, Mackenzie Phillips was the oldest.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Mackenzie Phillips, who was like an active drug addict while
- 29:36Speaker 1: she was on the show. Horrible complexion, but good. ass actress.
- 29:41Speaker 1: And Valerie Bertinelli. And then she was just like, every
- 29:44Speaker 1: scene was her just being like... And like, that's where
- 29:49Speaker 1: it'd end. And then the audience would be like, because
- 29:51Speaker 1: it was a live audience, the audience would be like, woo!
- 29:54Speaker 1: I guess.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:55Speaker 5: But then you always had the comic relief of Schneider
- 29:58Speaker 5: coming in.
- 29:59Speaker 1: And how creepy is that? A super just comes in
- 30:00Speaker 1: your house all the time unannounced.
- 30:03Speaker 5: Big laugh always.
- 30:04Speaker 1: And you're a single woman with two teenage girls and
- 30:06Speaker 1: this like 50-year-old handyman is like in your house. Place,
- 30:11Speaker 1: like eating the cake you made for your daughter. You're like,
- 30:13Speaker 1: excuse me, Schneider.
- 30:14Speaker 5: Pat Harrington, played by Pat Harrington. I got his autograph.
- 30:19Speaker 5: I've only had two autographs in my life.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Oh my God.
- 30:21Speaker 5: Pat Harrington being one of them. I saw him sitting
- 30:23Speaker 5: in a diner when I first came to LA and
- 30:25Speaker 5: I was like, oh my God, I made the right move.
- 30:27Speaker 5: This is Pat Harrington sitting right there.
- 30:29Speaker 1: And was he delayed?
- 30:30Speaker 5: And he wrote on a napkin, Pat Harrington.
- 30:32Speaker 1: I love it. Anyway, when we were in Vegas doing
- 30:37Speaker 1: a show a while back, uh, Brandon, Julie were very
- 30:41Speaker 1: excited to have me go to Thunderdown under. Yeah.
- 30:43Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 30:44Speaker 1: And they made like, they knew like I said, yes,
- 30:47Speaker 1: I will go up.
- 30:48Speaker 5: Right.
- 30:49Speaker 1: And yeah, I had to have this guy like gyro,
- 30:53Speaker 1: like threw me on a bed.
- 30:54Speaker 6: Really?
- 30:55Speaker 1: And like in long hair, Drake had to film it.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Drake had to film and edit it so that we
- 31:01Speaker 1: could use it in the show the next day. And, um,
- 31:05Speaker 1: the other day, Drake was reading my emails, like going
- 31:08Speaker 1: through emails and he goes, Oh, hey, this guy writes,
- 31:11Speaker 1: why don't you wear flip-flops more often? I really miss
- 31:14Speaker 1: that you don't show your toes as much. And I'm like.
- 31:18Speaker 5: No child should have to see these things.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Just a day in.
- 31:23Speaker 5: The life of Drake.
- 31:25Speaker 1: Anybody else deal with this?
- 31:26Speaker 5: There's a pervert here looking to see your toes, mom.
- 31:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Anyway, I did that, and it was uncomfortable.
- 31:34Speaker 5: Speaking of performances, have you seen any of this, which
- 31:37Speaker 5: seems to be all over the internet now? It's just
- 31:39Speaker 5: these really, really old performers out there still doing it. And,
- 31:45Speaker 5: I mean, Frankie Valli, I don't know if you saw
- 31:47Speaker 5: any of those, where he literally looks like a corpse.
- 31:49Speaker 1: I mean, it's like Weekend at Bernie's.
- 31:51Speaker 5: Yeah, completely lip syncing. And the latest one is Barry Manilow.
- 31:56Speaker 5: He's in Vegas, and he's 83, and he's had some
- 31:59Speaker 5: cancer issues– But now he is coming. I'm not kidding.
- 32:03Speaker 5: He looks like he looks dead.
- 32:06Speaker 1: I saw a video of him where someone was saying,
- 32:08Speaker 1: oh my God, look, it's Barry Manilow. Like just going
- 32:10Speaker 1: to Ralph's in Palm Springs.
- 32:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 32:13Speaker 1: With like, I think it's probably just like his bodyguard
- 32:16Speaker 1: handler or whatever. It didn't look like they were a couple.
- 32:18Speaker 1: And he just wanted to grocery shop himself and, you know,
- 32:22Speaker 1: trim or whatever. But, you know, and the guy was like, Barry, Barry.
- 32:24Speaker 1: And then the bodyguard's like, could you just, you know, stop? And, um, So, yeah.
- 32:30Speaker 1: But you know what? I guess if you want to
- 32:31Speaker 1: keep doing it, I think when you're performing that long,
- 32:34Speaker 1: you just don't know any different. But, like, I'm also
- 32:38Speaker 1: just like, the people going, like, you're probably old, too.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Is this really how you want to spend your night?
- 32:44Speaker 6: I mean.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Like, I think it would kind of depress me.
- 32:46Speaker 5: I think now people are going to watch, like, the
- 32:49Speaker 5: train wreck of it, you know?
- 32:50Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 32:50Speaker 5: I think people at this point are like, oh, I'd
- 32:51Speaker 5: love to see an hour and a half of him
- 32:54Speaker 5: barely making it through.
- 32:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 32:55Speaker 5: Completely lip syncing. You can see it's obviously not.
- 33:00Speaker 1: I keep seeing all these Jelly Roll videos of him performing.
- 33:04Speaker 1: And it's like, he's only doing other people's songs.
- 33:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:08Speaker 1: And I'm like, they're like, when did Jelly Roll become
- 33:10Speaker 1: like karaoke? Like, yeah, but he's doing like The Weeknd.
- 33:14Speaker 5: Oh, really? Yeah.
- 33:15Speaker 1: But people say it's a good show and then other
- 33:18Speaker 1: people shit on it. But I don't know.
- 33:20Speaker 5: I haven't heard from him much after the divorce. That
- 33:22Speaker 5: kind of went away.
- 33:23Speaker 1: People said I talked about way too much. Well, Bunny
- 33:26Speaker 1: got a Rolls Royce.
- 33:27Speaker 6: Oh, good.
- 33:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:28Speaker 1: She bought a brand new Rolls Royce and, you know,
- 33:32Speaker 1: she has her.
- 33:32Speaker 5: Why do I know who Jelly Rolls' wife... Like, why
- 33:35Speaker 5: do I even know that? She wasn't an actress or anything, right?
- 33:37Speaker 1: No, but when he became big, part of it was like,
- 33:40Speaker 1: I can't believe this big, ugly, fat fuck has this, like,
- 33:43Speaker 1: kind of pretty girl.
- 33:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:45Speaker 1: And he just was like, Bunny does everything for me. So,
- 33:48Speaker 1: you know, she's the reason I'm here. And then every girl...
- 33:51Speaker 1: And like every fat ugly guy watching it was like,
- 33:55Speaker 1: I could get a bunny. And then every girl that's
- 33:57Speaker 1: with a piece of shit is like, it's okay that
- 33:59Speaker 1: he's a piece of shit. Cause he still is choosing
- 34:02Speaker 1: to be with me like jelly. So it was like
- 34:04Speaker 1: this weird kind of like opposite of like relationship goals
- 34:08Speaker 1: or something. Just kind of like, let's champion these people.
- 34:11Speaker 1: And then when they broke up, everyone was like, was
- 34:12Speaker 1: this all like a fake thing?
- 34:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Cause, and they said they were going to have, Oh,
- 34:17Speaker 1: we're still having a baby and we're still having a baby.
- 34:20Speaker 1: I don't believe it. Just like, I didn't believe that
- 34:22Speaker 1: Brittany was pregnant when she claimed that she was having
- 34:24Speaker 1: a baby with Sam. I was like, she's not pregnant.
- 34:26Speaker 5: Right.
- 34:27Speaker 1: I'm like, I just don't think this, I don't think
- 34:28Speaker 1: there's a baby in her. I don't think there's a
- 34:30Speaker 1: baby in someone else. I don't think a baby's coming.
- 34:32Speaker 1: I think she's going to enjoy her money. And I
- 34:36Speaker 1: think they are definitely not being talked about as much.
- 34:39Speaker 1: I'm like the only person talking. Yeah. Well, you remember
- 34:44Speaker 1: speaking of concerts, the Cole play affair.
- 34:47Speaker 5: Oh, absolutely. I mean, I can't believe how big that got.
- 34:49Speaker 1: It got so big. And now she's like doing Ted
- 34:52Speaker 1: talks and stuff.
- 34:52Speaker 5: I know.
- 34:53Speaker 1: Like it's like completely benefited her life. I think she's
- 34:55Speaker 1: like still with her husband and it's just like, I
- 34:59Speaker 1: don't know what it is. This is talking about like, yeah,
- 35:01Speaker 1: we went to a concert. I don't even know what happened,
- 35:03Speaker 1: but it's, she's fine. Well, a similar thing allegedly happened.
- 35:07Speaker 5: Oh no. Okay.
- 35:09Speaker 1: So I looked it up. I do believe this is real.
- 35:11Speaker 5: Okay.
- 35:12Speaker 1: But this guy was filming as you do everything and
- 35:16Speaker 1: came across a couple in their like work suits, guy
- 35:21Speaker 1: and a woman making out. And he was like, oh
- 35:25Speaker 1: my God, get a room already. And the guy looks
- 35:27Speaker 1: back like kind of like laughing and then sees that
- 35:29Speaker 1: he's filming and And they're both like, could you not,
- 35:32Speaker 1: could you not, whatever. And the guy posts it. And
- 35:35Speaker 1: people immediately recognize them as part of, they are both
- 35:41Speaker 1: married people.
- 35:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Or maybe he's married for sure. She works under him.
- 35:47Speaker 1: And he's a lawyer. And he's this lawyer. I won't
- 35:51Speaker 1: say his name just because, you know. But so this
- 35:55Speaker 1: is the whole, so it's another thing that you're, I mean,
- 35:58Speaker 1: the thing is, like, you cannot... cheat or murder on
- 36:03Speaker 1: public property no no yeah those are cameras everywhere like
- 36:09Speaker 1: you you have to like it's so i mean you
- 36:13Speaker 1: there's all these more opportunities to cheat with technology but
- 36:17Speaker 1: it's so trackable and like this could happen you could
- 36:20Speaker 1: just be out and somebody just posts something like that,
- 36:25Speaker 1: you could be in a different town thinking no one's
- 36:27Speaker 1: gonna know that we're in, you know, Apple, Wisconsin or whatever.
- 36:31Speaker 1: And then some TikToker like happens to, and someone sees
- 36:35Speaker 1: that video and is like, why is, you know, Chris
- 36:38Speaker 1: Frangiola with this woman that's not his wife or whatever?
- 36:41Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden your life is ruined.
- 36:44Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah. Well, I, usually I just walk around alone,
- 36:47Speaker 5: but there'd be times where I'd be walking with like
- 36:49Speaker 5: a feature act or something, might be a woman. Yeah.
- 36:52Speaker 5: I can't think of any, but I'm sure. Anyway, bring
- 36:56Speaker 5: it on.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Well, it's crazy. So then also, you see this at
- 37:00Speaker 1: the terminal for Spirit Airline, a raccoon fell out of
- 37:06Speaker 1: the sky.
- 37:07Speaker 5: I saw that.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Out of the ceiling. Out of the ceiling. Yeah.
- 37:11Speaker 5: It was pretty shocking.
- 37:12Speaker 1: I mean, fucking raccoons are huge.
- 37:14Speaker 5: I know.
- 37:15Speaker 1: And they're real weird. Because they have like long hands.
- 37:18Speaker 5: Human hands. They have like long hands.
- 37:22Speaker 1: I mean, I would die. Yeah. I'd be so freaked out. Oh,
- 37:26Speaker 1: my God. So that just said a lot.
- 37:29Speaker 5: I thought Spirit Airlines went out of business. Didn't they
- 37:31Speaker 5: go out of business a couple of months ago? I
- 37:33Speaker 5: think they are. Are they just flying raccoons now?
- 37:38Speaker 1: I think. Is Frontier still around?
- 37:40Speaker 5: Frontier, I believe, is still around.
- 37:42Speaker 6: Maybe.
- 37:42Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 37:43Speaker 1: I think maybe they're going out of business, but they
- 37:45Speaker 1: still have a few months left.
- 37:46Speaker 5: Have a couple of months left. That's who you want
- 37:49Speaker 5: to get on, that airline. Yeah. there on the last
- 37:53Speaker 5: couple of days. The pilots are half-assing it. That's what
- 37:56Speaker 5: he did. Get on that flight.
- 37:58Speaker 1: A raccoon. I mean, it was just so... Scooter Braun.
- 38:03Speaker 1: You know Scooter Braun.
- 38:04Speaker 5: Still going strong. Him and that.
- 38:05Speaker 1: With Sidney Sweeney.
- 38:06Speaker 5: Sidney Sweeney.
- 38:07Speaker 1: And they did a two-person bungee jump to show off
- 38:11Speaker 1: their love. Straight out of The Bachelor.
- 38:13Speaker 5: I mean, whatever her public... Whoever is behind her, whatever
- 38:17Speaker 5: machine is behind her, they are working hard. I mean,
- 38:21Speaker 5: she is in the... And she's giving people what they want.
- 38:24Speaker 5: It's just like, honey, you know what we want here.
- 38:26Speaker 5: We want you in panties with the big boobs. That's
- 38:29Speaker 5: what we want. And every picture I see, she's like
- 38:31Speaker 5: walking around in panties and big boobs.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Yeah, because I mean, did she... Wait, I remember she
- 38:38Speaker 1: was in White Lotus the first season and she was
- 38:41Speaker 1: good in that. She was in Euphoria.
- 38:43Speaker 5: Yes.
- 38:44Speaker 1: And then, but from there... I think just because she
- 38:48Speaker 1: sort of has like a weird look. It's not like
- 38:50Speaker 1: a traditional like beautiful look, but she's sexy.
- 38:53Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 38:54Speaker 1: That's really what like got it going.
- 38:56Speaker 5: And I think, yeah, that it just somehow publicists get
- 38:59Speaker 5: behind certain people and make it happen.
- 39:01Speaker 1: But I mean, I would not be doing this bungee
- 39:04Speaker 1: jump thing. I always think really both of you are
- 39:07Speaker 1: equally 100% on board. Maybe. Maybe. you know, there's that
- 39:10Speaker 1: couple that climbed the state building and stuff. So they're
- 39:13Speaker 1: both the same.
- 39:14Speaker 5: Oh, they're both like climbers.
- 39:15Speaker 1: Yeah. So maybe they're both jumpers or whatever, but.
- 39:19Speaker 5: There's nothing worse than, in my opinion, than a couple
- 39:22Speaker 5: who does like their hobbies together.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Like extreme.
- 39:25Speaker 5: I feel like the point of having hobbies is to
- 39:27Speaker 5: get away from your husband or wife. Like if, don't
- 39:30Speaker 5: do them together. Like that's your time alone. Like if
- 39:33Speaker 5: you're like one of those people who paints like Civil
- 39:36Speaker 5: War miniatures, which is something I thought about doing.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Why?
- 39:42Speaker 5: Because I think I'm a pretty good painter. I paint
- 39:44Speaker 5: like little ceramics with my daughter and I feel like
- 39:46Speaker 5: I have a very steady hand. Listen, every now and again,
- 39:49Speaker 5: I get a little crazy.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Remember when George W. Bush became a painter?
- 39:53Speaker 5: Yeah, he's still pretty, he's pretty good.
- 39:54Speaker 1: Now it's pretty good. He totally improved.
- 39:56Speaker 3: Right.
- 39:56Speaker 1: But when it first started, remember, it was kind of funny.
- 40:01Speaker 5: Yeah, people are bad. But anyway, I wasn't going to
- 40:04Speaker 5: paint it. I was just going to paint like little statuettes,
- 40:06Speaker 5: little Civil War statues. I never did it, but it
- 40:10Speaker 5: was a passion.
- 40:11Speaker 1: I should absolutely like stop podcasting and turn this space
- 40:16Speaker 1: into pottery.
- 40:18Speaker 5: That's what I, yeah.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Pottery or just painting.
- 40:21Speaker 5: That's what, I have a similar space in my house that,
- 40:24Speaker 5: that led me to this crazy idea that I had. So,
- 40:29Speaker 5: and I wanted to paint Civil War because we paint
- 40:32Speaker 5: a lot. That's another thing I do with my daughter.
- 40:33Speaker 5: You got to paint. That's a lot of painting.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Oh, we had, you know, and then we got to
- 40:37Speaker 1: that place where I'm like, I remember like in McKinsey's closet,
- 40:41Speaker 1: like all like the Color Remind stuff.
- 40:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:44Speaker 1: And then I was like, Gotta go.
- 40:47Speaker 5: We let it, it's gone. Yeah, yeah.
- 40:49Speaker 1: She's not one that like cares about all this.
- 40:51Speaker 5: Have you been a call of me mind lately? You
- 40:53Speaker 5: better bring your fucking wallet because I couldn't, I just went.
- 40:58Speaker 5: We had to kill time, summertime.
- 41:00Speaker 1: And it's air conditioned. It's an activity. It's a good thing.
- 41:03Speaker 1: That's why they know they can charge you.
- 41:05Speaker 5: Nice music playing. I'll sit for hours. And my daughter
- 41:08Speaker 5: just paints in two seconds and goes, can I get
- 41:10Speaker 5: another one? Okay, another one. Yeah, go get another one.
- 41:12Speaker 5: I'm not finished with mine because I'm taking it seriously.
- 41:14Speaker 5: I'm over there.
- 41:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:16Speaker 5: And so four things later, four shitty things later, you know,
- 41:19Speaker 5: she just slops paint on everything. And, I mean, I
- 41:22Speaker 5: take this stuff up. The price is on the bottom.
- 41:26Speaker 5: I swear to God, the last time I went, it
- 41:29Speaker 5: was $ 272 or something it was.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Because you picked, like, a platter? What did you pick
- 41:32Speaker 1: that was so expensive?
- 41:33Speaker 5: She picks, like, big, like a bear. It's going to
- 41:35Speaker 5: be a piggy bank. Piggy bank?
- 41:38Speaker 6: What?
- 41:38Speaker 5: Nobody has coins anymore. What the fuck are we going
- 41:42Speaker 5: to do with that? It goes right in the trash,
- 41:44Speaker 5: you know, when we get home. I might as well
- 41:46Speaker 5: just take the $ 262 and put it right in the trash. Oh,
- 41:48Speaker 5: my God.
- 41:48Speaker 1: I totally remember that. And I was like, you know,
- 41:51Speaker 1: not rolling in it. So it was just like, I
- 41:54Speaker 1: only did it once in a while. And also, I
- 41:56Speaker 1: only want to take McKenzie because she had talent. After that,
- 41:59Speaker 1: I was like, no, boys. Like, no, you're not. Your
- 42:03Speaker 1: stuff is shit.
- 42:05Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 42:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:06Speaker 5: Well, look at him now. He's reading emails about your feet.
- 42:10Speaker 5: He landed on his feet.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Um, your girl, Megan Markle.
- 42:16Speaker 5: Yeah. You were telling, I didn't hear this.
- 42:18Speaker 1: A guest spot of judging on master chef, Australia.
- 42:23Speaker 5: Oh, wow. How, how they fallen.
- 42:27Speaker 1: I mean, I'm like, I'm sorry. It's time that you
- 42:32Speaker 1: move to LA and get on real houses at Beverly Hills.
- 42:36Speaker 1: That's what you should be doing. And it's a lot
- 42:39Speaker 1: cooler and a lot better than, than these one-offs.
- 42:42Speaker 5: But she can't fight like they want her to. That
- 42:45Speaker 5: would be bad for the look.
- 42:47Speaker 1: I just know what I need out of her is
- 42:50Speaker 1: something better than this.
- 42:51Speaker 5: Okay.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Okay, but she does it. And then in it, she
- 42:54Speaker 1: gets a call on FaceTime from Harry.
- 42:56Speaker 5: Of course.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Which I'm like, I'm sure was contracted into the thing.
- 42:59Speaker 5: Yeah, that was part of the deal.
- 42:59Speaker 1: Gotta have one call from Harry. But, you know, she's
- 43:02Speaker 1: doing the pose that they all do. Look at how
- 43:04Speaker 1: the three women all do that weird hand thing that
- 43:06Speaker 1: I said when you go to like hosting school, when
- 43:09Speaker 1: you have to stand there. Remember when like everyone do
- 43:10Speaker 1: like E!
- 43:11Speaker 5: News before it ended?
- 43:12Speaker 1: It was like, well, Julia Roberts got quite a friendly
- 43:16Speaker 1: hello from a furry four-legged friend up next. And they're
- 43:20Speaker 1: always just like, because they're not going to put their
- 43:21Speaker 1: hands on their hips and they're not going to talk
- 43:23Speaker 1: like this. So it's just like, you have to just do,
- 43:25Speaker 1: you just put your tips together.
- 43:26Speaker 5: Oh, I like that.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Your little tips together, like a half-holding.
- 43:30Speaker 5: So how long was she on? For like a week?
- 43:32Speaker 1: I don't even know.
- 43:33Speaker 5: Did it already air?
- 43:34Speaker 1: But I was also like, it's a story.
- 43:35Speaker 5: I didn't hear nothing about that.
- 43:36Speaker 1: I know. That's why I'm like, this really, like no
- 43:39Speaker 1: one really gives a shit about them anymore.
- 43:41Speaker 5: No, that is.
- 43:42Speaker 1: And then there'll be like one article like, oh, we
- 43:44Speaker 1: saw the back of Lilibet's head. No one cares.
- 43:47Speaker 5: No.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Like we don't care about it. Like go, go. But
- 43:51Speaker 1: this is what I, yeah, we are so close.
- 43:53Speaker 5: Unless Lilibet gets on stage with Nelly, nobody wants to
- 43:56Speaker 5: hear about it. unless she gets on stage with nelly
- 44:01Speaker 5: nobody can.
- 44:03Speaker 1: Yeah i really but i was like no offense to
- 44:06Speaker 1: australia yeah but i was also just like really like
- 44:09Speaker 1: maybe that's why she doesn't want to do it here
- 44:11Speaker 1: maybe she wants to just like get her feet wet
- 44:13Speaker 1: yeah in other countries i'm you know i'm i don't
- 44:17Speaker 1: know like what you get paid for it i don't
- 44:20Speaker 1: know but i mean just think about what she went
- 44:23Speaker 1: from The hundred million Spotify deal, the hundred million Netflix
- 44:27Speaker 1: deal or whatever it was.
- 44:29Speaker 5: And she, that was, she was supposed to be like
- 44:31Speaker 5: basically the new Martha Stewart, you know, she was going
- 44:34Speaker 5: to spin that.
- 44:35Speaker 1: They're going to have all these shows. They did the
- 44:37Speaker 1: polo show that nobody watched, which is a reality show
- 44:40Speaker 1: about polo players. Like, you know, then they had the net,
- 44:43Speaker 1: the Spotify deal where, you know, he was like coming
- 44:47Speaker 1: up with all these different podcast ideas and they're like,
- 44:50Speaker 1: And I mean, she would do like six episodes a year.
- 44:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 44:53Speaker 1: And then she wouldn't even talk to the person. She
- 44:55Speaker 1: would just like... They would have someone else interview the
- 44:58Speaker 1: person and then she would like read them like on
- 45:00Speaker 1: a phone at her house. Like I was like... That's
- 45:03Speaker 1: what I think they realized is that they were like
- 45:05Speaker 1: really kind of not creative and lazy. Yeah. But it's amazing... Like,
- 45:10Speaker 1: how do those people feel? How does Netflix and Spotify
- 45:13Speaker 1: feel that they fucking threw that much money at these people?
- 45:16Speaker 5: I wonder. I often wonder, like, because, I mean, Spotify
- 45:19Speaker 5: threw money at a lot of people there for a while. Or,
- 45:22Speaker 5: you know, Sirius, one of those companies. Any of the
- 45:24Speaker 5: big ones.
- 45:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 45:25Speaker 5: And it was just like, man, did they just, like,
- 45:26Speaker 5: write it off as a loss and move on? Or
- 45:29Speaker 5: has it ruined their year?
- 45:31Speaker 1: Or does that person get in trouble that, like.
- 45:33Speaker 5: Spearheaded it? Yeah, like the person who did it. Like,
- 45:35Speaker 5: are they gone? Did you hear about the story, speaking
- 45:38Speaker 5: of Netflix, about the one guy– who I guess like
- 45:40Speaker 5: a couple of days ago, he was pretty high up
- 45:42Speaker 5: in Netflix. And they go on these retreats out here
- 45:46Speaker 5: in California, these beautiful resorts. And I guess they were
- 45:50Speaker 5: on a retreat. They did like a trust practice. I'm
- 45:54Speaker 5: not in the corporate world, but I guess in the
- 45:56Speaker 5: corporate world, these things they do. And they asked him
- 45:58Speaker 5: to give us a secret that you wouldn't tell anyone else.
- 46:01Speaker 5: And he said something like, I've tried ketamine a few times.
- 46:06Speaker 5: And they were like, oh, you're fired. So he got
- 46:08Speaker 5: fired and now he's on some crazy tangent on Instagram saying,
- 46:13Speaker 5: they asked me to be honest and trust.
- 46:16Speaker 1: I mean, that's like Scientology. That's why you told those
- 46:19Speaker 1: two cans and they get you to tell every single thing.
- 46:22Speaker 1: Cause then they're like, if you ever try to leave,
- 46:25Speaker 1: we're going to tell that you have sick thoughts.
- 46:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 46:28Speaker 1: Like I think it's, it's not, I don't even think
- 46:30Speaker 1: it's like, oh, I think I'm gay or I had
- 46:32Speaker 1: a gay relationship. Maybe that was it 30 years ago.
- 46:34Speaker 1: But I think they get to, to a place where
- 46:36Speaker 1: you're like, yeah, I thought about, I was holding my
- 46:38Speaker 1: nephew and I thought about throwing him off the balcony
- 46:40Speaker 1: because Not that you wanted to, but everyone has like weird, thick,
- 46:44Speaker 1: and then they're like, well, we have this now now.
- 46:46Speaker 1: So like, you better stay here forever.
- 46:48Speaker 5: Oh, shit. I wonder what John Travolta told him. He's
- 46:51Speaker 5: been there a long time.
- 46:53Speaker 1: He's never leaving.
- 46:54Speaker 5: No.
- 46:55Speaker 1: Neither has Tom Cruise.
- 46:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 46:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that's crazy. Yeah.
- 47:01Speaker 5: I mean, thank God I've never had to do anything
- 47:03Speaker 5: like that in any of our I mean, I guess
- 47:05Speaker 5: we were a little corporate over at Chelsea lately.
- 47:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:07Speaker 5: It was kind of like a corporate environment, but nothing
- 47:10Speaker 5: too bad.
- 47:10Speaker 1: No.
- 47:11Speaker 5: You know, every now and again we had to meet
- 47:12Speaker 5: with– remember the– it's my favorite story when we had
- 47:16Speaker 5: to go to some NBC, you know, thing where they
- 47:19Speaker 5: were telling us about, you know, what do they call it?
- 47:22Speaker 5: They were just going to tell us what the rights–
- 47:23Speaker 5: The sexual– Yeah, harassment. Yeah, harassment. They were going to
- 47:26Speaker 5: tell us about it.
- 47:28Speaker 1: Yeah, it was like a standard thing.
- 47:29Speaker 5: Yeah, standards and practices and human resources, whatever.
- 47:33Speaker 1: We had to hear about the Friends case. Yes. That
- 47:35Speaker 1: is pretty interesting. So when Friends was in production, there
- 47:42Speaker 1: was a writer's assistant who then came forward and said-
- 47:46Speaker 1: Years later, right? I would like to sue because of
- 47:48Speaker 1: all the sick shit. I heard the writers talk about
- 47:52Speaker 1: with their own dating life and whatever as they were coming.
- 47:54Speaker 5: Up with these concepts. Oh, while pitching stories and stuff, yeah.
- 47:56Speaker 1: Because what writers' rooms are is you procrastinate for the
- 48:00Speaker 1: first half.
- 48:01Speaker 5: Of the day. Yeah, you're bullshitting about it.
- 48:02Speaker 1: By telling stories and stuff because you don't want to
- 48:05Speaker 1: pitch your shitty ideas. You just tell stories about your
- 48:07Speaker 1: life and you get people laughing and whatever. And so
- 48:11Speaker 1: it went up to the Supreme Court where they sided
- 48:15Speaker 1: with friends and they said it's a creative space and
- 48:19Speaker 1: therefore it can't be seen as like offending somebody else
- 48:23Speaker 1: that might be in the room. That's an employee. And
- 48:26Speaker 1: you know, which is pretty good.
- 48:29Speaker 5: Anyway, I've told this story before. So we sat in
- 48:32Speaker 5: this thing and it's very serious, you know, because they're
- 48:35Speaker 5: a big company and they don't want any problems. So
- 48:38Speaker 5: they sit there and they tell you, here's what you
- 48:39Speaker 5: can say. If you have any issues, please let us know.
- 48:43Speaker 5: And then they ended it and said, does anybody have
- 48:45Speaker 5: any questions? And we were all like, no, we're good.
- 48:48Speaker 5: And I was like, no, you, anything. You could say
- 48:51Speaker 5: anything right now. Do you have any questions? And Heather goes, yes. Now,
- 48:56Speaker 5: these are like corporate executives just there to talk about
- 49:00Speaker 5: sexual harassment or whatever. And Heather goes, we do Bagel Wednesday.
- 49:05Speaker 5: And sometimes we'll work, we do two shows on Wednesday
- 49:07Speaker 5: and it's not a good day for bagels.
- 49:09Speaker 1: No, it's the opposite.
- 49:11Speaker 5: Whatever it was.
- 49:12Speaker 1: It was bagel Thursday.
- 49:13Speaker 5: That's what it was, yes.
- 49:14Speaker 1: And I said, you know, we've got not- people had.
- 49:20Speaker 5: Nothing to do with the bagels.
- 49:23Speaker 1: This is what i said i go listen thursdays we
- 49:28Speaker 1: don't take the show sometimes we do a sketch and
- 49:31Speaker 1: so sometimes we're on location doing that but we also
- 49:34Speaker 1: have the opportunity to go out for a cute lunch
- 49:36Speaker 1: yes On Wednesdays, we have to do two shows and
- 49:40Speaker 1: we have to get there earlier. And a lot of
- 49:42Speaker 1: people don't have time to get breakfast. Could we move
- 49:46Speaker 1: Bagel Thursday to Bagel Wednesday?
- 49:49Speaker 5: These people are like, well, I'm sorry, what? They weren't
- 49:53Speaker 5: even involved in the show. They were like from NBCUniversal.
- 50:00Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 50:00Speaker 1: And I really wasn't trying to be funny. I was
- 50:02Speaker 1: really like.
- 50:03Speaker 5: But you were like, you said anything.
- 50:05Speaker 1: You said anything. I know that bagels are coming from
- 50:08Speaker 1: like some entity that pays for the show. And I'd
- 50:12Speaker 1: really like, because the bagel was great.
- 50:15Speaker 5: I think they were eventually moved. Didn't they move to Wednesday?
- 50:17Speaker 1: They did eventually move to Wednesday. Thank you. Like, you know,
- 50:20Speaker 1: like some people like get like policies put into government.
- 50:24Speaker 1: I actually just, because I was like, this doesn't make sense. Yeah.
- 50:28Speaker 4: And.
- 50:29Speaker 1: And it wasn't really good. I mean, it was lox.
- 50:32Speaker 1: It was red onion. It was cucumber. It was a
- 50:34Speaker 1: variety of bagels.
- 50:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:37Speaker 1: Double toasters. You could make, you could get like at
- 50:42Speaker 1: the time, like a $ 10 like bagel sandwich made.
- 50:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:46Speaker 1: Saving that kind of money.
- 50:47Speaker 5: It was top of the line.
- 50:48Speaker 1: Then you come into the meeting, which is the long
- 50:50Speaker 1: meeting and you have like your full spread.
- 50:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:53Speaker 1: You know?
- 50:55Speaker 5: I feel like that's all. That's got to be gone
- 50:57Speaker 5: like in TV world, like even like large productions.
- 51:01Speaker 1: I know. And you just hear like no work is
- 51:03Speaker 1: being done at all. Like they wish they could have
- 51:06Speaker 1: a bagel Wednesday or Thursday.
- 51:08Speaker 5: Amazing.
- 51:10Speaker 1: See, that's why Meghan Markle did her one episode. Yeah.
- 51:13Speaker 1: Master appearance. And then he like came on. He's like,
- 51:16Speaker 1: have I interrupted? And she's like, God, there's those two
- 51:19Speaker 1: crazy kids.
- 51:20Speaker 5: I wonder if she auditions for legitimate, does she actually
- 51:24Speaker 5: audition for real stuff?
- 51:25Speaker 1: No, nothing she's auditioning. It's all offers, come on.
- 51:28Speaker 5: But I'm saying, does she get offers? Are they offering
- 51:31Speaker 5: her scripted TV shows?
- 51:33Speaker 1: I wonder, because I'm like, if I was doing a Hallmark,
- 51:36Speaker 1: if I was doing any kind of movie and there
- 51:37Speaker 1: was a part for one that would fit, a best
- 51:42Speaker 1: friend of the lead or whatever, and it was like, hey,
- 51:45Speaker 1: we only need her for two days. It's kind of
- 51:46Speaker 1: a good part. It's a way for her to be funny.
- 51:49Speaker 1: Would she like to do it? I just think she
- 51:51Speaker 1: probably comes back and is like, oh, yeah, her fee is,
- 51:55Speaker 1: you know, $ 600, 000. Whatever. It's probably something ridiculous. And probably
- 51:58Speaker 1: so many demands that they just go, oh, forget it.
- 52:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:01Speaker 1: But really, that's what she should do.
- 52:03Speaker 5: Right.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Because imagine if she just popped in in like a
- 52:07Speaker 1: legit good movie with like good people. But I think
- 52:12Speaker 1: a really good thing probably doesn't want her.
- 52:13Speaker 5: Because they say it's distracting. It's going to take you
- 52:15Speaker 5: out of the movie if it's her. So you'd have to, yeah,
- 52:18Speaker 5: I don't know what to.
- 52:19Speaker 1: Do with it. I bet she could do Hallmark movies.
- 52:21Speaker 5: Yeah. But that's a little low rent for her.
- 52:23Speaker 1: Yeah. But eventually, it's going to be Hallmark movies. And
- 52:27Speaker 1: it's going to be, yeah, stuff like that. Okay. This
- 52:31Speaker 1: is a very exciting Netflix doc coming.
- 52:33Speaker 5: Ooh.
- 52:34Speaker 1: This is real. This is not fake.
- 52:36Speaker 5: I double checked.
- 52:36Speaker 4: Okay.
- 52:38Speaker 1: Ray Guns, the viral Olympic story is heading to Netflix. Oh,
- 52:42Speaker 1: the Australian who did the break dancing, who was like
- 52:46Speaker 1: a teacher.
- 52:47Speaker 5: Yeah. And people were angry at her because they say
- 52:50Speaker 5: break dancing was supposed to be in the Olympic event forever,
- 52:53Speaker 5: you know, after that. And they took it out of
- 52:55Speaker 5: the Olympics for like real legitimate break dancers. So she's
- 52:59Speaker 5: not looked at very fondly.
- 53:01Speaker 1: I mean, I feel like there's just, you know, so
- 53:03Speaker 1: many documentaries about things, but this one I'm actually very
- 53:08Speaker 1: excited for. Like, I actually really want to know the
- 53:10Speaker 1: story behind it.
- 53:11Speaker 5: Me too.
- 53:11Speaker 1: What she thought about all like the viral videos of
- 53:13Speaker 1: making fun of it.
- 53:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 53:15Speaker 1: How did she, I mean, like, I just wonder if she,
- 53:19Speaker 1: was she really a break dancer or they were just like, Hey,
- 53:22Speaker 1: we need a break dancing team.
- 53:25Speaker 5: And like at this, I mean, it was shocking when
- 53:29Speaker 5: it happened. Remember, It was like an early, one of
- 53:32Speaker 5: those things they did early in the morning with the event.
- 53:34Speaker 5: But it started to go viral online. And I remember
- 53:37Speaker 5: watching it the first time and going, oh, this has
- 53:39Speaker 5: to be a joke. And it wasn't. So it was crazy.
- 53:42Speaker 1: And she was like older. Like, I just wonder if
- 53:44Speaker 1: it was one of those things like, when they make
- 53:47Speaker 1: a new sport and you're, and you realize like, wait
- 53:49Speaker 1: a minute, nobody is joining the team.
- 53:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Like, that's what I think it was. I think she
- 53:54Speaker 1: was just like, I'm just going to join the team.
- 53:56Speaker 1: I kind of can break dance and I kind of
- 53:57Speaker 1: like it.
- 53:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 53:58Speaker 1: And then they're like, okay, we'll do the team. You're
- 54:00Speaker 1: on it. Like we don't have anybody else that signed up. Like,
- 54:03Speaker 1: I mean, remember when like Gina Davis was like joined
- 54:07Speaker 1: the Olympics in archery. Yeah.
- 54:10Speaker 5: I do vaguely remember that.
- 54:11Speaker 1: The actress like, I was like, how did she suddenly
- 54:13Speaker 1: like get into archery?
- 54:14Speaker 6: Right.
- 54:15Speaker 5: Yeah, I guess that did happen.
- 54:16Speaker 1: You know what I've never understood?
- 54:18Speaker 4: What's that?
- 54:18Speaker 1: Is the sport of fencing.
- 54:20Speaker 5: Fencing, yeah.
- 54:21Speaker 1: So they wear that thing on their face and they
- 54:23Speaker 1: do the fencing, but could they ever stab someone?
- 54:27Speaker 5: I think, yeah.
- 54:28Speaker 1: Like in the olden days, not anymore.
- 54:30Speaker 5: I think it's hit the throat a couple times or something.
- 54:31Speaker 5: There's a little area.
- 54:32Speaker 1: That they could.
- 54:34Speaker 5: Yeah. The tip's not sharp. Yeah, there's a ball on
- 54:37Speaker 5: the tip.
- 54:39Speaker 1: Do you imagine if you were just talking to somebody
- 54:42Speaker 1: and they're like, Oh, how old is your daughter? And
- 54:44Speaker 1: you say, and then you're like, Oh, and you have
- 54:46Speaker 1: a daughter. How old is she? She's 12. Oh, what
- 54:48Speaker 1: is she into fencing?
- 54:49Speaker 5: There are people.
- 54:50Speaker 1: Are there people doing fencing?
- 54:52Speaker 5: It became like a bit of a thing out here
- 54:54Speaker 5: in LA for a while. There were people like joining
- 54:56Speaker 5: fencing classes.
- 54:57Speaker 1: I feel like it's just a routine.
- 54:59Speaker 5: It is. It's a little bit of that to it.
- 55:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 55:02Speaker 5: I mean, I think it's all about the movement, you know,
- 55:05Speaker 5: like a ballet or something. I don't, you know, I've
- 55:07Speaker 5: watched it.
- 55:08Speaker 1: Amazing. Um, Now, Tom Segor and Christina Pazinski, I've talked
- 55:12Speaker 1: about it, but I haven't talked about it with you.
- 55:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Big podcasters, your mom's house, divorcing. She looks great. She
- 55:22Speaker 1: got a little work done.
- 55:23Speaker 5: I love Christina. She's been a friend for a long time.
- 55:26Speaker 1: And she, I saw a post, post-divorce. She's like, Yeah.
- 55:30Speaker 1: I got like an upper eye lift. Everyone should do it.
- 55:33Speaker 1: It's a great thing to do for people that need it.
- 55:37Speaker 1: And I think she's doing some shows and stuff and
- 55:43Speaker 1: still being very private about it. They'd already recorded. I
- 55:45Speaker 1: don't think she's done any new shows.
- 55:47Speaker 5: They have a couple of kids too, right?
- 55:48Speaker 1: Yeah. They have boys that are like eight and 10.
- 55:51Speaker 1: What is your thoughts about it?
- 55:53Speaker 5: I mean, I honestly know them a little bit. I
- 55:56Speaker 5: know Tom a little bit. I know Christina pretty well. But,
- 55:58Speaker 5: I mean, I haven't seen them in a long time.
- 56:00Speaker 5: I don't listen to their podcast. But, I mean, what
- 56:04Speaker 5: are you hearing? Like, is it bad? Because they said
- 56:08Speaker 5: they're going to continue on with the podcast, right?
- 56:11Speaker 1: I mean, just like Jelly Roll and Bunny said, we're
- 56:14Speaker 1: still going to have a baby. I don't believe it.
- 56:17Speaker 5: I don't believe it either.
- 56:17Speaker 1: I don't believe it.
- 56:18Speaker 5: They haven't done any new ones yet.
- 56:19Speaker 1: I don't believe that you're going to see each other
- 56:20Speaker 1: every day. And whatever, how many times, I don't know if,
- 56:24Speaker 1: if I don't know if, is your mom's house just
- 56:25Speaker 1: a once a week thing or was it like an
- 56:27Speaker 1: everyday thing? I don't know. But even if it was
- 56:29Speaker 1: once a week, like you don't need to do it.
- 56:32Speaker 1: And I mean, it would be amazing if they did,
- 56:34Speaker 1: if they truly were so on the same page that
- 56:36Speaker 1: they could like laugh about like dating each other. I
- 56:40Speaker 1: don't know.
- 56:40Speaker 5: I mean, I think if two people could do that,
- 56:42Speaker 5: it's them. I mean, I feel like they, they are
- 56:44Speaker 5: kind of self deprecating and they could pull it off,
- 56:47Speaker 5: but also they have like, it's a giant company. Like
- 56:49Speaker 5: it's not just that podcast. They have a bunch of,
- 56:52Speaker 5: different podcasts that they do under their production company. So yeah, it's,
- 56:58Speaker 5: it's a big deal. I mean, you know, in the end.
- 57:03Speaker 1: Everyone predicts that it's going to be like her blow up.
- 57:06Speaker 1: Like she's going to really, and she's in a great
- 57:09Speaker 1: position to really delve into whatever she's feeling at this
- 57:14Speaker 1: stage of her life.
- 57:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 57:16Speaker 1: Resonate so well and do the divorce tour and just
- 57:20Speaker 1: fricking go off.
- 57:23Speaker 5: I don't think she's going to do that.
- 57:24Speaker 1: I know, but she could if she wanted to.
- 57:26Speaker 5: I mean, there must be some sort of like, they're
- 57:28Speaker 5: too big. I mean, I think they have a lot
- 57:30Speaker 5: of employees. There's probably some sort of, you can't talk
- 57:33Speaker 5: about this.
- 57:34Speaker 1: And also they have kids and everything. So it's like, yeah,
- 57:35Speaker 1: maybe they really did just go, just like that movie
- 57:40Speaker 1: that we saw with Will Arnett.
- 57:42Speaker 5: Oh yeah, that's right.
- 57:43Speaker 1: I think we got to call it. And he's like, okay.
- 57:45Speaker 1: They're just like brushing their teeth. And she's like, I
- 57:48Speaker 1: think it's time we call this marriage. And he's like,
- 57:49Speaker 1: all right.
- 57:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 57:51Speaker 1: I hope to God it was that.
- 57:53Speaker 5: That's the vibe I get based on absolutely nothing.
- 57:55Speaker 1: I think that'd be fucking amazing.
- 57:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 57:57Speaker 1: So.
- 57:58Speaker 5: I mean, I feel like he was touring constantly, always
- 58:01Speaker 5: on the road, playing giant venues. Right. And she was,
- 58:04Speaker 5: I mean, like stuck at home with the kids, you know?
- 58:07Speaker 5: And eventually that becomes a problem. I think.
- 58:10Speaker 1: And also just feeling like. You know, well, I said
- 58:13Speaker 1: this to Dr. Drew, I'm like, it's just different. Like
- 58:15Speaker 1: just as a woman.
- 58:16Speaker 5: And he knows them well, right? Wasn't he on their network? Yeah.
- 58:20Speaker 1: And it's just, you know, yeah, I just think, but
- 58:25Speaker 1: you know, in the end, they're all both going to
- 58:27Speaker 1: be fine. They're both going to, if they want to,
- 58:29Speaker 1: we'll find other people. I predict he'll be with like
- 58:34Speaker 1: a respectable 35 year old.
- 58:36Speaker 5: Oh really? Yeah. Wow.
- 58:38Speaker 1: Like some chick who's not funny. Okay.
- 58:41Speaker 4: Okay.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Um, who is just, you know, not a loser, like
- 58:45Speaker 1: has a career, whatever, isn't 25, but isn't 50 either.
- 58:50Speaker 1: And so like 35, 36 and you know, it's just,
- 58:55Speaker 1: it's just super easy and it's totally different than what
- 58:57Speaker 1: he had with her. And it's like, he's not looking
- 58:59Speaker 1: to have something like that challenging at this point. He
- 59:01Speaker 1: was just like someone who's like nice and like super
- 59:05Speaker 1: into him and worshiping him and likes like the, and
- 59:08Speaker 1: is into like the rich shit and all that that
- 59:10Speaker 1: he's into now yeah and then she will rock it
- 59:15Speaker 1: and then if she gets with somebody it'll just be
- 59:18Speaker 1: like a totally normal like nice cool dead maybe a
- 59:22Speaker 1: little bit younger.
- 59:23Speaker 5: I like that i like that for both of them Yeah.
- 59:26Speaker 1: I think they'll find- I've.
- 59:27Speaker 5: Always liked Tom and Christina, so I wish them well.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I think sometimes it's sad when people are like,
- 59:33Speaker 1: and a lot of them are like, we want mom
- 59:35Speaker 1: in the divorce, they like her. Okay, these two, God.
- 59:40Speaker 5: Enough already.
- 59:41Speaker 1: Someone sent this to me and said, you were right again, Heather.
- 59:43Speaker 1: Sometimes I don't want to be right. This is, Jason said, Trav,
- 59:48Speaker 1: short for Travis Kelsey, has always been able to carry
- 59:51Speaker 1: a tune. Obviously, it paled in comparison to some of
- 59:55Speaker 1: the other people singing that night, but he did okay,
- 59:58Speaker 1: confirming that Travis Kelsey sang at his and Taylor Swift's wedding.
- 1:00:04Speaker 6: Oh, wow.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: Thank God he married her before he really revealed that
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: he just wants to be a singer.
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: Yeah, well, just singing at the wedding doesn't necessarily make
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: him a singer. He probably got up there with his
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: bros and... You know, isn't that his thing?
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: He is always going to be grabbing the mic and
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: trying to sing a lot. And that was, I mean,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: it is a relief that's over with.
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: It's such a relief because it went, it happened and
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: that was the end of it. You don't really hear,
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: you know, now they're just a married couple.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: We still don't know if it was a buffet. There
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: was rumors it was a buffet.
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: Oh, like people just walking down the line grabbing cornbread?
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: Yes, I think that was a rumor because technically etiquette wise.
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: If you say the event is black tie, it is.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: It has to be a sit-down dinner.
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: Is that right?
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Proper etiquette.
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: I did not know that.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: Is that if you're asking people to do black tie. Now,
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: if you say it's formal or cocktail a tower. Yeah.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: Beautiful buffet, no problem. And I know a lot of
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: people totally prefer a buffet. But if you're saying black tie,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: it's supposed to be that they, you know, seat the plates. Now,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: who cares in this day and age? But if you're
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: Taylor Swift.
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: And you're having a thousand celebrities, I would think that
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: they would, you know, not. But who knows?
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: I always feel like buffet lends itself to people going
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: a little, you know, because you're up there already. And
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: you're like, oh, I got pancakes. And then you put
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: the pancakes and you're like, well, I don't want to
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: get back up. But they do have crab legs too.
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: And then you put the crab legs next to the pancakes,
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: which in proper society is gross. But you're like, well,
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: I got to, I want both.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: I actually can't control myself at a buffet.
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying. It lends itself to hedonistic behavior.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: Yeah, we still don't know because everyone is keeping the
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: secrets about the NDA. So we don't know and we're
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: over it.
- 1:01:50Speaker 5: Are you concerned at all about the poop lettuce that
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: everyone's talking about?
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: You know, absolutely not.
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: Everybody's talking about it.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Where do you get the poop lettuce?
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: Taco Bell, some are saying. But it could be any lettuce.
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: There is a lettuce. I know you guys like Costco.
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: And apparently one of the bagged lettuce at Costco was
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: the farm that they pinpointed this one farm that they
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: believe it's coming from or it was coming from. And
- 1:02:15Speaker 5: that lettuce is at Costco.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: And if you eat the lettuce, it's just you have
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: one day of diarrhea.
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: Some people have one day diarrhea, other people, you know,
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: it's like this always, if it's a child or an
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: elderly person, it could be worse. Yeah, right. But for
- 1:02:29Speaker 5: like people who are, you know, of sound mind and body,
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: it's probably just diarrhea for a couple of days. But
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: it's become, that's all I hear about. I have read
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: the term explosive diarrhea more times in the last 10
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: days than I ever cared to.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: Well, it has not kept me from eating salads.
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: Oh, that's good.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: I haven't bought any lettuce, but like, you know, if
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: there's a salad option, I'll eat it.
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: I'm not afraid.
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: You haven't had any issues?
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: I mean, I don't mind it.
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: It just feels like a clear out. Yeah. That's a
- 1:03:04Speaker 5: good angle. I don't think many people have taken that angle. Like,
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: I don't mind a little diarrhea. It's not a bad
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: way to look at it.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: I mean, I guess if I was performing or had
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: a big thing, but it just meant like I had
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: a day of just like getting in the bathroom. I
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: don't think that's terrible.
- 1:03:19Speaker 5: I'm going to agree with you. I didn't look at
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: it that way, but I liked that angle.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: I saw this woman say, this is what you're supposed
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: to do to start going to the bathroom. You find
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: this spot around your knee right here.
- 1:03:30Speaker 6: Oh.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: Okay. Zooming in. And you go like this and you
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: have to like do some weird massage to it.
- 1:03:36Speaker 5: To work that on your knee?
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: And then you run to the bathroom.
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: I'm doing it right now. Let's see what happens.
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: Oh, no. But I don't feel like your poop, I
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: don't think it's in that area.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: Somehow it's all connected.
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: Really? Yeah. Okay. I'll see you. Now the first thing
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: I'm going to do when I get home is massage
- 1:03:56Speaker 5: my knee.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: So this guy, Chris Blake, this is such a weird story.
- 1:04:03Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: Chris Blake Griffith on rumors that he and Stefan Diggs
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: were in a gay relationship. He's, I don't know who
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: he is. He's a good looking light skinned black guy.
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Okay. And he's got tattoos from the neck down.
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: Is he?
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: And he's fit. Is he an athlete? Can you look
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: up who.
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: Chris Blake Griffith is, Drake? But I started to see
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: this story that he was either suing or saying that
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: Stefan Diggs or something was like, had hit on him. Now,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: Stefan Diggs is a professional football player and had Cardi
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: B's fourth child. Oh, okay. The dad of the fourth child.
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: And I don't know if they're on or off or
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: if she hates them or if she's writing songs about
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: them or whatever. So I see him coming out and
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: someone's like, are you going to try to get money
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: from Stefan? And he's like, do you think I need money?
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: Look at this. And he has this big Hermes handbag.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: So I'm like, okay, he's like some gay dancer or whatever.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: Then he does this interview and Hollywood Unlock shares at work.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: He's like, I am not gay. I am straight and
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: I'm a heterosexual. And the guy's like, okay, what happened
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: with Stefan Diggs? He goes, we were friends and we
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: would go and have like shopping day and there would
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: be all these girls and then me and we could
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: go in the store and buy whatever we wanted. But
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: the other guy friends of Stefan Diggs, they weren't shopping. Oh.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: So he's like, so now looking back, I'm like, why
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: was it that I got to buy stuff? Maybe he
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: was- pursuing it but i'm not gay this is the
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: weirdest fucking story ever so.
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: They just went shopping together never got to a gay
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: sex or.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Anything he says no yeah so.
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: So what's the story they went shopping together.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Yeah what does he do that guy.
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: I guess he's just a uh sports marketing executive oh
- 1:05:58Speaker 5: there you go this.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: This story is so like weird you know and Yeah,
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: it is weird. You don't know when someone's just like
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: that rich and they're just like, yeah, go into Louis
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: Vuitton and buy a purse.
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: Or a handbag. But then he held up that Aramay
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: bag and I'm like, are you? I mean, he looks
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: pretty gay to me.
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: He looks like a gay look about him.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: He has a gay look.
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: I mean, some people do. Some people do.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: Okay, this show I'm very excited for coming out. It's
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: called The Shards. And it's Los Angeles, 1981. It's by
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Brett Easton Ellis, who wrote Less Than Zero. He'd written
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: a bunch of other books and they were always about
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: rich kids in LA. When I read Less Than Zero,
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: that's when I said, I want to.
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: Go to USC. American Psycho too, he wrote.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: That one was Christian. I never even thought about college
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: or anything. I said, I want to go to this school, USC,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: that they're talking about where they party and all this stuff.
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: I was like, And back then it was very much like, oh,
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: you know, they shake their keys at the UCLA people
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: like we have BMW. And that never happened. But it
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: just was so like, you know, dumb. But anyway, so
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: they go to like a Buckley or Harvard Westlake or something.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: And there's a one of the and it looks like
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: there's some gay tension between two of the guys. And
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: then what somebody is like a serial killer. Oh, I
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: love like the era.
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: Yeah, me too.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: I mean, Menendez brothers, 80s, the fashion, the money.
- 1:07:36Speaker 5: I don't think anyone nailed it that era, that person
- 1:07:40Speaker 5: you're talking about, quite like James Spader in Pretty in Pink.
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: Him being like the douchebag friend of Andrew McCarthy.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: He would wear- Like a leisure suit to school.
- 1:07:50Speaker 5: He would wear like a linen suit to school.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: And they lived in like the Midwest. It wasn't even
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: like they were living in LA. I'm like, why is
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: he wearing like a Ami Weiss.
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: Like white- Yeah, it was pretty good.
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: And he just acted like he was 40. He was like,
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: you look like shit.
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: Take a shower.
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: And then every time they walked into a party, people
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: were just like so cruel to her. Like, nice pearls, honey.
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: Yeah. Like, they're so jealous of this girl that's like,
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: not cute.
- 1:08:18Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: Like, I was kind of like, how? And like, you know,
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: she's got something. You like her. And I'm like, no,
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: like he's. He's screwing a girl who's 35.
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: Yeah, I know. It's like she's 35. Yeah.
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: It's so funny. Well, speaking of being mean, I'm so excited.
- 1:08:39Speaker 5: What is it?
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: There is a remake of Stephen King's hit movie, Carrie,
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: in a series called On Prime Video.
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: Oh, they're going to do a series of Carrie?
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: Yeah, like a short series.
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: Oh, that's worth it.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: And for those of you that don't know, Carrie was
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: a classic movie about a girl who it's a horror movie.
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: She has like special powers. And she's a crazy religious
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Catholic mom. And she's like a super nerd. And she
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: wants to fit into the high school. And they're all
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: really fucking mean to her, but they act like they
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: like her. So she's so excited to like have friends.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: And then her powers take over. And it's a big ending.
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: Well, they invite her to the prom.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: I don't want to ruin it for the people. Oh.
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: I don't know. Ruin it? It's been out for 40 years.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: No, but maybe they want to watch. Well, the remake.
- 1:09:31Speaker 5: John Travolta is the one who pours the, in the movie,
- 1:09:33Speaker 5: it's John Travolta.
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: And in the remake, which is great, is because in
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: the original, she's in the showers after P.E. Which, by
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: the way, at Mike, Catholic upbringing, we never had showers.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: We never took a shower. I only saw showers in
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: locker room scenes.
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: In movies.
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: In movies.
- 1:09:55Speaker 5: Me too.
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: I'm like, are people... And I always remember saying, how
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: does someone have time in seven.
- 1:10:03Speaker 5: Periods of school, yeah.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: To go do PE, then completely change, take a shower,
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: blow dry your hair, curl your hair, and lock up
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: your locker again. Like, I'm like... I need to know,
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: did someone actually take showers after PE or was that
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: just for sports? How was their time to do that?
- 1:10:23Speaker 5: I never did. But yes, I was always fascinated by
- 1:10:25Speaker 5: seeing it in movies too. Like Porky's, the whole thing
- 1:10:28Speaker 5: is based on people taking showers. You know what I mean?
- 1:10:31Speaker 5: The whole movie is based on showers. And I never,
- 1:10:34Speaker 5: I didn't think we had showers in my school.
- 1:10:36Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: And so then she is in the shower and she
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: is 16 and she's a late bloomer and she gets
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: her period for the first time. And all the girls
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: just throw pads at her. And she doesn't even know.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: Her mom never even told her what a period was.
- 1:10:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: So anyway, in the preview trailer that I see, now
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: that it's modern day, all the mean stuff is on
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: the internet. Film, not social. So it's a million times worse.
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: So she thinks something is fine and she comes to
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: school and everyone's like, all looking at their phone.
- 1:11:14Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: So that looks really, really good.
- 1:11:16Speaker 5: I'd watch that.
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: Another article came out where another massive Tarzana mansion party.
- 1:11:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: Your city.
- 1:11:25Speaker 5: My neighborhood.
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: Shut down by LAPD. And so it was 2000 attendees.
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: Which is crazy.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: It was some stream or something.
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: Yeah. They have them like every weekend somewhere. I can't
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: really figure out where in Tarzana this is happening. It's
- 1:11:40Speaker 5: not on my block. Thank God. But- Yeah. It's, it's,
- 1:11:46Speaker 5: I look, I see pictures.
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:11:48Speaker 5: The backyard is so filled with people. You can't even move.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: I mean, it's just so easy to get so many
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: people in this day and age.
- 1:11:56Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Like that's why there was the, the tick tock takeover
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: at the beach and, And all of that. It's like,
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: remember when you would like go to a party, it
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: would have to be like a flyer. You'd have to
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: like paste flyers somewhere or like call a bunch of
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: people and hope that they, like, this is just like, yeah,
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: this is the address. Come on fucking down.
- 1:12:13Speaker 5: And is it just somebody's house? I mean, they must
- 1:12:16Speaker 5: be destroying the house, right?
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: I mean, yeah. I think sometimes it's Airbnb. Sometimes it's
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: someone's house. I saw this Airbnb thing where the person
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: rented it. Which is like, I don't understand why this
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: doesn't happen more, but it was a really nice house
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: and the woman rented it to this French guy and
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: then he like extended it and was paying, but then
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: didn't leave.
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: Oh, really?
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:12:39Speaker 5: Yeah. Like squatted at the house?
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: Oh, and this other Airbnb thing went kind of viral.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: This young couple, like they had a small average little
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: place that you pay like $ 200 a night for. They
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: did a video that went viral where they just ripped
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: on their- people that were there before. Oh. And they're like,
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: oh my God, look at this. They moved the ottoman
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: from the couch. Like we specifically said in the instructions,
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: you cannot move furniture. And then she opens the fridge.
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: She's like, oh my God, they left these like frozen potatoes.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: And so all the comments are like, and this is
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: why we're done with Airbnb.
- 1:13:14Speaker 5: Oh, I hate Airbnb. I hate it. It's just like,
- 1:13:19Speaker 5: check in. Now the new thing is like, check in
- 1:13:21Speaker 5: at four, check out at 10. You know, so you
- 1:13:24Speaker 5: like lose two days more or less. And then it's like,
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: put the laundry in. I'm like, get the fuck out
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: of here. I mean, I just had a place in Montauk, $ 1, 000
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: a night I played for. But, you know, I had
- 1:13:35Speaker 5: a bunch of people. So I can't go to hotels.
- 1:13:38Speaker 5: It's the worst. Airbnb is the worst.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: On the day that you were leaving, how much work
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: was done before you could just walk out the door
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: with your suitcase?
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: You have to do everything. I mean, you have to
- 1:13:48Speaker 5: like make the beds and stuff. You have to get
- 1:13:50Speaker 5: the house.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: You have to strip the beds, right? And start the laundry.
- 1:13:53Speaker 5: They ask you to.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: Start the laundry.
- 1:13:54Speaker 5: This guy did. I mean, but some people are very
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: strict about it. They'll charge you a fee if you
- 1:13:58Speaker 5: don't do the laundry and make the beds and all
- 1:14:02Speaker 5: that stuff. It's crazy.
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: I'm like, why wouldn't you just have an extra stack
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: of bedding? So when the woman comes, she just makes
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: up the bed and then washes the stuff. And by
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: the time she leaves and they fold it up for
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: the next time. Like if I was going to have
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: an Airbnb, that would be my selling point. You don't
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: have to make the beds. You don't have to do
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: the dishes. Just leave by noon. That's it. Right. Or
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: 11 or whatever.
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: And they charge you a cleaning fee and then you
- 1:14:29Speaker 5: do the cleaning. And I'm like, what's the cleaning fee for?
- 1:14:31Speaker 5: And they're like, oh, just a fee if you don't
- 1:14:33Speaker 5: do it.
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: And the trash.
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: I remember I got, there was a, we did an
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: Airbnb with a bunch of girls and they were all
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: like type A's and there was such an argument about
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: where we were supposed to do the trash. Yeah. Like,
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: do we bring it down to the end of the street?
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: What day is it? What day do you do that at?
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: Cause it was like five days. Right. And it was like,
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: if you miss that day, if you miss that day,
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: like you gotta be, you better put it in your
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: car and like drive it down to a dumpster. Like
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: they were going to lose their fucking minds. And I'm like,
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: Oh my God, you're right. Like we did a lot
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: of them during like COVID and, And I remember that
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: guy finally was like, you know what? I'm just like
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: cooking and cleaning too much. It's like, it's not a
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: good time.
- 1:15:10Speaker 5: No, it's not fun.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: And then if you don't clean, then they can give
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: you a bad thing.
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: My brother Airbnbs a place. And it's a nice one.
- 1:15:20Speaker 5: And every now and again, I'll say, I'll go over
- 1:15:22Speaker 5: his house and I'll have a bunch of cereal. I'm like,
- 1:15:24Speaker 5: where'd you get it? He goes, the Airbnb people left it.
- 1:15:28Speaker 5: I don't think you're supposed to eat it. He goes, well,
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: it's fine. So they took like one bowl out of it.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: It is kind of weird when you go to an
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Airbnb and you're like, and you open the cabinets and
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: you see like there's coffee or like salt and pepper
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: and you're like.
- 1:15:40Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: I'm not going to use the ketchup. You get this
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: weird little like, but you get a little weird high
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: from it. You're like, oh my God. You're like, oh. Yeah.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: Or like there's like a one beer or like a
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: Diet Coke or something.
- 1:15:50Speaker 5: Oh, it's my favorite.
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: And you're like, all right. Let's go.
- 1:15:53Speaker 5: We don't need ketchup. There's already ketchup in here from
- 1:15:55Speaker 5: the family that was here a month ago. We're good
- 1:15:58Speaker 5: on ketchup.
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: You know what?
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: It's so, we're so lucky to do any kind of vacation,
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: but it is kind of like you go to a
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: hotel and then you're like, I don't like seeing all
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: these other bodies.
- 1:16:12Speaker 5: Oh, like have that light in the bed?
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: No. Like when you go to like a hotel and
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: you're in a hotel pool and you're like, it's like,
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: you got like a lot of different people, a lot
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: of different bodies. And you're like, maybe I'm overseeing like
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: strangers bodies. But then you get a home, then you
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: get a, so then you're like, okay, I'll get my
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: own house. And then you're like, but I, I want,
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: To be able to have breakfast done for me and
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: coffee and I don't want to clean up after. It's
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: like you can't have it all.
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: In our Hawaii, we do Hawaii every now for Christmas
- 1:16:38Speaker 5: now with my wife's family. And I was so over
- 1:16:41Speaker 5: people's bodies by the end of Hawaii. I mean, that's
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: so funny you mentioned it. I never put it into
- 1:16:46Speaker 5: words until you said that. That's what it was. I
- 1:16:49Speaker 5: told my wife, I said, I don't know why I
- 1:16:50Speaker 5: hate this right now, but I hate this right now.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: Okay, recently we went to the beach and- It's just like,
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: it seems sort of like weirdly invasive that I'm like
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: seeing someone basically like naked.
- 1:17:05Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: And there was like a very like overweight boy.
- 1:17:10Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: That had like boobs. And, you know, he was having
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: a fine time.
- 1:17:18Speaker 5: Sure. But I was just like... You can have a
- 1:17:20Speaker 5: good time with big tits.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: It was just like the nipples were like.
- 1:17:28Speaker 5: Yeah. That's tough.
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: And it's like right in front of us. And I
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: was just like, this is like, I'm like thinking about
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: the whole thing. Like, what do you do with this kid? Yeah.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: Kind of looks like a hereditary body, but could you
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: change his body at this point? Like, can you, you know,
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: and they just want to have a good time at
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: the beach and we are all meant to enjoy the
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: beach together, but there's just something like.
- 1:17:50Speaker 5: But there is a t-shirt. You could do the, you
- 1:17:52Speaker 5: could be t-shirt guy, you know, wet t-shirt guy. We
- 1:17:55Speaker 5: all have been at one time in our lives. He
- 1:17:56Speaker 5: could win the one-teacher contest. He could win. Big nipples
- 1:17:59Speaker 5: sticking out. Like, yes. This guy looks like Catherine Bach.
- 1:18:03Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: Chris, where are you going to be?
- 1:18:09Speaker 5: Well, I don't know. October is like I'm back at
- 1:18:10Speaker 5: it in October of coming to Vegas, coming to the
- 1:18:12Speaker 5: Brad Garrett Comedy Club in October, coming to a cool place,
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: Signal Lounge, Gainesville, Florida. The Signal Lounge in Gainesville, Florida,
- 1:18:20Speaker 5: October 16th. It's a Friday night. And then October 17th,
- 1:18:23Speaker 5: Saturday night, Sidesplitters in Tampa, one of my favorite clubs.
- 1:18:27Speaker 5: I love Tampa. Six o'clock show on a Saturday. It's
- 1:18:30Speaker 5: my favorite. It's already like almost, it's selling very quickly.
- 1:18:33Speaker 5: So go get those tickets. I'm going to put everything
- 1:18:35Speaker 5: on frangiole.fun. Not on yet, but I'm going to get
- 1:18:37Speaker 5: everything up on frangiole.fun. So yeah, that's it. And then
- 1:18:41Speaker 5: a bunch more coming. I got a million dates throughout November, December, January, February,
- 1:18:46Speaker 5: and blah, blah, blah.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: Yes, I do too. I have some dates.
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: Finally too in October.
- 1:18:51Speaker 5: You're back at it, right?
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: Yeah. Which I'm excited about.
- 1:18:53Speaker 5: Good clubs.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: Everything's at heathermctall.net.
- 1:18:55Speaker 5: Yes. You're doing Cobbs. You're doing that great new improv
- 1:19:00Speaker 5: in Desert Ridge. Yes. So nice. So nice. Yes.
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: So those are close and fun.
- 1:19:06Speaker 5: Oh, perfect. Yes.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: Chris, and cover to cover.
- 1:19:10Speaker 5: Cover to cover, we're having some drama over there. Over
- 1:19:12Speaker 5: on cover to cover.
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: You had a little changes.
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: Yeah, we're going through changes, yes.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: But, you know, the star of cover to cover.
- 1:19:19Speaker 5: It was still me.
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: Is still you.
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: Still going.
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: And it's all fine. So did it all work out?
- 1:19:25Speaker 5: Alex was my guy that would, you know, be basically
- 1:19:30Speaker 5: what Drake is doing. And we would, you know, he
- 1:19:33Speaker 5: was my co-host more or less. And he just, he's
- 1:19:35Speaker 5: leaving and left. He's gone now. So I got another guy.
- 1:19:39Speaker 5: And we'll see how it goes. I mean, I start
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: again today. We're doing one as soon as I finish here.
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: Okay, well.
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: Back at it.
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: I'll let you go. And cover to cover, Christopher Angiola.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: Follow him on Instagram. Check out his dates. He's.
- 1:19:51Speaker 5: Doing it all.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: He does it all.
- 1:19:53Speaker 5: You know.
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: He does it. Sometimes he gets a little grumpy.
- 1:19:57Speaker 5: Oh, more than ever.
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: More than, yeah.
- 1:19:59Speaker 5: But I feel like I've been, like, now that I'm
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: not on the road as much, because I took the
- 1:20:03Speaker 5: summer off, the grump has gone a little bit.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: It's a rare occasion.
- 1:20:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: Some people said when you got a little grumpy, it
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: was kind of hot.
- 1:20:10Speaker 5: Oh, people liked my, well, I was angry. Not grumpy,
- 1:20:13Speaker 5: it was angry. Yeah, I know. People were into it,
- 1:20:15Speaker 5: which I found very strange, you know?
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:20:19Speaker 5: A lot of people are like, that's, God, I want
- 1:20:21Speaker 5: Frangelo to yell at me. And I'm like, oh, I didn't,
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: I mean, that's like... As a guy who grew up
- 1:20:27Speaker 5: in a family that constantly yelled, it was constant yelling.
- 1:20:30Speaker 5: It never was not. There was never not yelling in
- 1:20:33Speaker 5: the household. It's just something that comes naturally to me.
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: I love it. We're going to go see The Odyssey tonight.
- 1:20:40Speaker 5: Oh, my God. I hear it's amazing. I haven't seen
- 1:20:42Speaker 5: it yet. Three hours or so. That's all right.
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: I'm going to bring my own pillow and blanket. And
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: I'm going to see if there's any other movies I
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: might want to sneak out to. Do you think I'll
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: really love it for three hours?
- 1:20:51Speaker 5: I'm hearing this movie. I think it might be right
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: up your alley. And every time I say this, it's
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: a terrible movie and you hate me for it. I
- 1:20:57Speaker 5: immediately get a text from you like, what have you
- 1:20:59Speaker 5: done to me?
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:21:00Speaker 5: But it's this one that Olivia Wilde has directed.
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: No, McKenzie said I would love it. If that's playing.
- 1:21:07Speaker 5: It's only the four of them.
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: Okay, that's playing at the same time. Yeah, it's about
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: a couple comes over and it's kind of like a
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: swinging type of thing. It's supposed to be so funny
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: and so clever. And I will give Odyssey a chance.
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: I know it's supposed to be a great movie, but
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: it's three hours. But I did say, well, you know,
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: if I'm really not feeling it, I could go sneak
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: into something else.
- 1:21:29Speaker 5: Yeah. Check it out.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: All right. Love you.
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: Bye.
