- 0:13Speaker 1: It's pretty simple.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Oh, let's start with this one quickly.
- 0:17Speaker 1: We'll do a couple of them here.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Okay, good morning lords.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Forty years. I've been listening for thirty years. I first
- 0:26Speaker 2: met y'all when I was twelve years old. I'm forty
- 0:29Speaker 2: one now. Anyhow, if you could do the same show
- 0:32Speaker 2: and have the same success as you do in Salt
- 0:35Speaker 2: Lake City, what city outside of Utah within the United
- 0:38Speaker 2: States would you want to have a show in?
- 0:40Speaker 3: And why?
- 0:41Speaker 2: Oh? I got outside of No, no inside, inside, inside
- 0:46Speaker 2: the unit.
- 0:47Speaker 3: I've got a couple.
- 0:48Speaker 4: I mean, I think it would be fun to do
- 0:50Speaker 4: the show in in California, San Francisco or LA.
- 0:55Speaker 3: I was gonna say San Francisco, but I.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Really would like to I'd like to be I would
- 1:01Speaker 4: have loved to have been a success in New York City.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Just have enough money to you know, have a successful
- 1:08Speaker 4: you know, a good just a nice apartment and I
- 1:10Speaker 4: don't need to buy a house, just a really good apartment,
- 1:13Speaker 4: and you know, just I'd be a great place to live.
- 1:17Speaker 3: That would have been for New York City.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I was going to say New York City as well.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Because I really I lived in New York for a year.
- 1:25Speaker 4: I was very poor, but I got along fine, and
- 1:29Speaker 4: I enjoyed living there for the most part.
- 1:32Speaker 1: I also think we could have taken Howard Stern.
- 1:36Speaker 5: You think so, Yeah, yeah.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Probably, I'm I.
- 1:42Speaker 5: I prefer the West Coast myself to the East Coast,
- 1:46Speaker 5: so I would say La or San Francisco would be terrific.
- 1:53Speaker 5: Im Yeah, Honolulu I thought.
- 1:58Speaker 3: About that too.
- 1:59Speaker 2: That counts.
- 2:00Speaker 3: That counts.
- 2:00Speaker 4: I thought about that as well. But it's I you know,
- 2:03Speaker 4: it's although it would be successful, but you're if you're
- 2:08Speaker 4: successful in New York.
- 2:09Speaker 3: You can make it. You can make it anywhere your you.
- 2:12Speaker 4: You would be sort of more even though it's a
- 2:14Speaker 4: local radio show, you would still be probably more well
- 2:18Speaker 4: known throughout the country than if you were doing it
- 2:20Speaker 4: in Honolulu.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Yeah. Six, that's right.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Okay, how about this next one? Is there anything on
- 2:28Speaker 2: your bucket list?
- 2:31Speaker 3: Uh? Chicago a good place.
- 2:37Speaker 5: To it just hit me Chicago would be a good
- 2:39Speaker 5: place to the show.
- 2:42Speaker 4: Well, well, my my, I think what's on my bucket
- 2:44Speaker 4: list is to wake up alive.
- 2:48Speaker 1: There's not, So here's mine.
- 2:51Speaker 2: There's a a five hundred year old horse race that
- 2:54Speaker 2: takes place in Siena, Italy, twice years.
- 2:57Speaker 3: It's horses must be really hired.
- 3:01Speaker 2: And it's it's this grand tradition of and And one
- 3:06Speaker 2: of the things I like about it is your you'd
- 3:09Speaker 2: pick your horse from a lottery, so you don't you
- 3:12Speaker 2: don't know what horse you're going to get. But once
- 3:13Speaker 2: you get the horse, they take it to a five
- 3:16Speaker 2: star stable. They feed them great, they treat them like kings.
- 3:20Speaker 2: They this the horse is the star of the show.
- 3:24Speaker 2: And then they truck in all this dirt into the
- 3:28Speaker 2: middle of the town square. There's this old, ancient medieval
- 3:30Speaker 2: city in Italy. They bring in dirt and the horse
- 3:33Speaker 2: races in the middle of the city and they race bareback.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Oh so the jockey just hops on and runs around.
- 3:42Speaker 2: But there's it's a whole week of festivities where there's.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Food and news. Wouldn't you like to go running with
- 3:47Speaker 3: the bulls? No?
- 3:48Speaker 1: I would not.
- 3:50Speaker 3: So that's mine, that's yours.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Oh there's a picture x nine six dot com slash live.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Oh you've found it. Yeah, I mean there's still things that. I.
- 3:59Speaker 3: I mean, I've done a lot of stuff.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Yeah that I that I that I never thought i'd
- 4:04Speaker 4: get to do, and then I have, I have, And
- 4:08Speaker 4: I guess there's still I mean, there are still places
- 4:09Speaker 4: in the world I'd like to go. I'd like to
- 4:12Speaker 4: go back. I'd love to go back to even though
- 4:15Speaker 4: we've been there. To Russia, I'd love to go back to.
- 4:17Speaker 4: I always thought it would be cool to go to
- 4:19Speaker 4: uh Russia for for what they call it White Knights,
- 4:23Speaker 4: where the sun is up twenty four hours a day essentially, Oh,
- 4:27Speaker 4: whereas in Russia.
- 4:30Speaker 3: In I think it's in Moscow.
- 4:32Speaker 4: Yeah, they have twenty period where it's you know, twenty four.
- 4:36Speaker 2: I mean White Knight's the movie with Michael Brish Coffin,
- 4:39Speaker 2: Gregory Hines.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I mean that's that's what that was referenced.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Deep Gina really she she knows a lot of stuff
- 4:50Speaker 4: based on movies.
- 4:52Speaker 1: We all have our sources.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Now, I've never been to africa'd be.
- 4:58Speaker 5: I can't wait to get out of Africa. Gina doing
- 5:03Speaker 5: that for you, Let's see, Uh, don't go to Russia, Bill,
- 5:07Speaker 5: they'd script you and send you to Ukraine.
- 5:11Speaker 3: It was what birds, It's saying I would like to
- 5:14Speaker 3: be able to afford to.
- 5:18Speaker 5: Uh, well, first of all, retire, but because I'm getting
- 5:23Speaker 5: sick of getting up at three a m.
- 5:24Speaker 3: I'll be honest with you. All this talk about our
- 5:26Speaker 3: fortieth coming up, I'm like, just makes you tired, doesn't it.
- 5:30Speaker 3: It's it is, it's wearing me out.
- 5:31Speaker 1: You're tired, ache, I'm exhausted.
- 5:33Speaker 5: And I realized that's the part I hate about the
- 5:36Speaker 5: job is getting up at three am.
- 5:38Speaker 4: I mean, it makes my tired ache, and I have
- 5:40Speaker 4: a hitch in my get along.
- 5:42Speaker 5: But I'd like to be able to retire, sell everything
- 5:47Speaker 5: and and just go travel.
- 5:50Speaker 3: I just I just want to travel somewhere.
- 5:53Speaker 2: You want to.

- 6:00Speaker 3: Want to go horses? Yeah, I don't like horses. I
- 6:03Speaker 3: want to go back to France.
- 6:05Speaker 4: You know, I'd like to you know what I'd like
- 6:08Speaker 4: to I'd like to live on a houseboat.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Would you really like to live on like.
- 6:12Speaker 4: In Amsterdam on one of the canals. Oh, yeah, live
- 6:15Speaker 4: in a houseboat. And and not that I don't want
- 6:18Speaker 4: the houseboat to go.

- 6:22Speaker 4: Them there and you can rent them, or yeah, I'd
- 6:25Speaker 4: like to go back to Amsterdam.
- 6:27Speaker 5: I just like to be able to just say, all right,
- 6:30Speaker 5: where are we going today? The freedom to do that, Yeah,
- 6:33Speaker 5: the freedom to do that.
- 6:34Speaker 4: I always thought it would be nice to to have

- 6:41Speaker 4: that are really you know, have solar panels and everything,
- 6:44Speaker 4: and and it's enough to sleep two people and have
- 6:46Speaker 4: these nice little kitchens and things, but they're small, and
- 6:49Speaker 4: just travel around that way, travel around the country that way.
- 6:53Speaker 3: I mean.
- 6:53Speaker 5: One of my favorite memories is sitting in this little
- 6:56Speaker 5: Italian town where there were no cars allowed in the town,
- 7:01Speaker 5: and sitting there with Sue, just drinking wine and watching
- 7:06Speaker 5: a cat in the middle of the road, the cobblestone street,
- 7:10Speaker 5: and everyone going around the cat because it was clearly
- 7:14Speaker 5: it was clearly his street and that's his spot, so.
- 7:17Speaker 3: We're going around it. But just sitting there and just
- 7:20Speaker 3: having wine and watching that cat.
- 7:21Speaker 2: And not have to be anywhere, and not have to
- 7:24Speaker 2: sit here at this cafe for as long as I want.
- 7:27Speaker 3: That's what I want. To not have to be anywhere.
- 7:30Speaker 5: What's a luxury, Sue says, We can't go to Hawaii
- 7:35Speaker 5: there are too many cockroaches, and also that Chicago is
- 7:40Speaker 5: too cold. So I guess it's West Coast for us.
