- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: What are the top three AI apps you like to
- 1:04Speaker 3: use outside of Chat, GBT and mid journey And this
- 1:08Speaker 3: is for everybody, anybody that wants to just chime in
- 1:10Speaker 3: or it doesn't have to be three. Just any apps
- 1:12Speaker 3: that you like to use. Outside of the ones that
- 1:14Speaker 3: people may have already been familiar with.
- 1:17Speaker 4: There's one called Descript. I like to use. Descript goes
- 1:22Speaker 4: in and it can automatically transcript all of your videos.
- 1:26Speaker 4: It can take out words right, it can suggest mood, language,
- 1:30Speaker 4: things of that nature. So I like to teach my
- 1:32Speaker 4: students on how to write books and always encourage them
- 1:35Speaker 4: to speak their book out and then have it transcribed.
- 1:38Speaker 4: So descript is a great one for anybody who does
- 1:41Speaker 4: content because it also allows you to be able to
- 1:45Speaker 4: search your content and go back when you talked about
- 1:48Speaker 4: certain things, so you can just type in keywords so
- 1:50Speaker 4: you know exactly when you talked about stuff by having
- 1:53Speaker 4: everything script out, so every time we do an episode,
- 1:56Speaker 4: we get everything scripted out immediately right afterwards, and then
- 2:01Speaker 4: we create a database. So therefore, let's say, you know,
- 2:06Speaker 4: I want to know when I talked about I don't
- 2:09Speaker 4: know eminem, I type it in and then eminem the
- 2:12Speaker 4: time stamp will pop up which episode exactly which time.
- 2:15Speaker 4: So dscript is a great one for all content creators.
- 2:19Speaker 4: And then it's just also another way to save your
- 2:22Speaker 4: content to where you know it's not just on YouTube.
- 2:25Speaker 4: Now you have files of everything. Right. I also like
- 2:30Speaker 4: Runway dot AI. It's a really great one. And the yeah,
- 2:35Speaker 4: they got version one out now, but they're working on
- 2:37Speaker 4: version two, which is gonna come with text video, right,
- 2:41Speaker 4: so you can imagine that. Now you can just type
- 2:44Speaker 4: in ideas and scenes on your phone, I mean on
- 2:48Speaker 4: your computer and then it automatically starts to generate that.
- 2:51Speaker 4: And it does it by using multimodial. So multimodi is
- 2:55Speaker 4: using multiple different ais together. So imagine using chat GPT
- 3:00Speaker 4: with mid Journey, right with videos. So now you'll use
- 3:03Speaker 4: chat gpt to write the script, right, mid Journey will
- 3:07Speaker 4: create the poster, but they're all talking to each other,
- 3:10Speaker 4: and then it'll also put it into a video. Right,
- 3:14Speaker 4: So right now it you know, as far as the video,
- 3:18Speaker 4: it's not the greatest, but this technology is moving faster
- 3:21Speaker 4: and faster because AI is constantly making itself better. So
- 3:25Speaker 4: when Runway came out or when mid Journey came out,
- 3:30Speaker 4: you know, the pictures were super abstract and you couldn't
- 3:34Speaker 4: get even the eyes right, and now it's crystal clear
- 3:37Speaker 4: and we see the pope go or viral with the
- 3:38Speaker 4: puff jacket on you understand me and Trump getting too far. Yes,
- 3:43Speaker 4: this AI is moving very fast. There's another one called
- 3:45Speaker 4: video dot Ai. Video dot Ai Yeah, allows you to
- 3:50Speaker 4: go in there automatically edit your videos. So, and what
- 3:53Speaker 4: you have to remember about all these ais. Look at
- 3:55Speaker 4: all of these as beta tests, and as people use
- 3:58Speaker 4: them more right in the process and power behind it
- 4:00Speaker 4: gets better. They're going to be perfect at one point
- 4:02Speaker 4: in time. If you on a site that really has
- 4:05Speaker 4: all the ais, go to the Warehouse dot Ai. It's
- 4:08Speaker 4: a constant updated to where you can look at the
- 4:11Speaker 4: top rank ones all the way to the bottom. So
- 4:14Speaker 4: if you want to cheat code as far as stand
- 4:16Speaker 4: up to date with all the new AI softwares that's out,
- 4:19Speaker 4: go to the Warehouse dot Ai. That's the right that
- 4:25Speaker 4: was the Thanos right there.
- 4:27Speaker 5: So this week McDonald's had their first Thomas store, first
- 4:32Speaker 5: fully all time in the store. And we've seen a
- 4:34Speaker 5: bunch of industries being taken over or having AI incorporated.
- 4:39Speaker 5: Can you give people maybe two reasons why they should
- 4:42Speaker 5: incorporated into their functionality and their branch aty going forward?
- 4:46Speaker 4: I would say number one, because everybody's going to do
- 4:48Speaker 4: it first of all, and if you want to have
- 4:51Speaker 4: an advantage over competition. Right, you got to do best
- 4:54Speaker 4: practices and so AI is now.
- 4:56Speaker 6: One of This episode is brought to you by PNS.
- 5:00Speaker 6: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,
- 5:03Speaker 6: and sure, they definitely can be, but understanding a professional's
- 5:07Speaker 6: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
- 5:11Speaker 6: day after day. It's like banking with P and C Bank.
- 5:15Speaker 2: It might seem boring to.
- 5:16Speaker 6: Save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank, but
- 5:20Speaker 6: keeping your money boring is what helps you live or
- 5:22Speaker 6: more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly Boring
- 5:27Speaker 6: since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five
- 5:31Speaker 6: is a service mark of the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc.
- 5:34Speaker 6: P and C Bank National Association Member FDIC.
- 5:41Speaker 4: Erness.
- 5:41Speaker 2: What's Up?

- 6:48Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 6:52Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 6:56Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man. A Venezuelan charged with
- 7:00Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:04Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 7:08Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 7:11Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security under President Trump. Attempted illegal border
- 7:16Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 7:20Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 7:23Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 7:27Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 7:31Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home

- 7:38Speaker 1: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 7:43Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 7:48Speaker 4: The best practice is that people are going to be
- 7:50Speaker 4: utilizing to increase efficiency and effectiveness inside of their business, right,
- 7:56Speaker 4: so you definitely don't want to be late to the party.
- 7:58Speaker 4: It's like when social media came out and a lot
- 8:00Speaker 4: of people was refusing to use rite social media to
- 8:03Speaker 4: run their businesses. They was like, no, I'm just going
- 8:05Speaker 4: to do the in person, and we see those stores
- 8:07Speaker 4: get swept away and a lot of people were killing
- 8:10Speaker 4: it on the e commerce side. So anytime you got
- 8:12Speaker 4: a new technology, especially when like this is not just
- 8:15Speaker 4: a new technology. First of all, AI the reason why
- 8:19Speaker 4: AI was able to have the fastest rate of downloads
- 8:24Speaker 4: and users than any other platform in history, because AI
- 8:27Speaker 4: is the first technology that has been marketed fifty years
- 8:30Speaker 4: in advance before it come out to the general public.
- 8:33Speaker 4: So everybody was already primed with all of these ideas
- 8:38Speaker 4: in ways that AI could possibly go very wrong or
- 8:42Speaker 4: things that AI can possibly do good. So it's a
- 8:45Speaker 4: familiar technology because it's been embedded into pop culture, into science,
- 8:50Speaker 4: right into philosophy, into all of these different things. So
- 8:53Speaker 4: AI is not one of those technologies that's just like
- 8:56Speaker 4: blockchain or cryptocurrency or none of those things. World has
- 9:00Speaker 4: been very familiar with AI. There's really not much to
- 9:03Speaker 4: think about when it comes to it. It's a machine
- 9:06Speaker 4: that can possibly do things smarter than human beings. That's
- 9:09Speaker 4: the simple general intelligence of what AI is, right, So
- 9:14Speaker 4: you want to make sure you're using the best practices.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Another reason because it allows you to I look at
- 9:21Speaker 4: AI as a web transfer in a sense. Right, if
- 9:25Speaker 4: you can have the smartest person in the world work
- 9:27Speaker 4: for you, right, and you can possibly get them to
- 9:30Speaker 4: work for you for free or for very low cost
- 9:32Speaker 4: labor withn' you right. Not only that they don't complain,
- 9:36Speaker 4: they don't procrastinate, you know what I'm saying. The cheap labor,
- 9:40Speaker 4: they don't get sick, right, and they're going to work
- 9:43Speaker 4: harder than you possibly. And for entrepreneurs, it's hard to
- 9:46Speaker 4: find people that's going to work as hard as them
- 9:48Speaker 4: are harder than you, right, and so it's going to
- 9:52Speaker 4: increase the competitive abilities of From first, I would say
- 9:57Speaker 4: like smaller businesses compete with top businesses when it comes
- 10:01Speaker 4: to their output and marketing and branding. And also you
- 10:05Speaker 4: know idea generation like this is a generation the most
- 10:10Speaker 4: important thing for us to do is to have the
- 10:12Speaker 4: ability to think and be creative. You no longer have
- 10:15Speaker 4: to be the one who knows how to code, because
- 10:18Speaker 4: if you need a colder, instead of paying somebody tens
- 10:20Speaker 4: of thousands of dollars, you can learn the basic information
- 10:24Speaker 4: about coding and how to take the code from chat
- 10:27Speaker 4: GPT four as it gets better, and then build you
- 10:30Speaker 4: out a website from that, or credit plugin from that,
- 10:32Speaker 4: or whatever it may be. So that lets me know
- 10:35Speaker 4: that the most important thing right now is creativity and ideas.
- 10:39Speaker 4: There's a lot of people that have access to chat GPT,
- 10:41Speaker 4: but they don't know what to do with it, right
- 10:43Speaker 4: because we're used to being told what to do. So
- 10:46Speaker 4: the first jobs that will go or the jobs that
- 10:49Speaker 4: are rules heavy, right, like, because you can teach. So
- 10:53Speaker 4: if it's like, you know, let's say somebody who does taxes,
- 10:58Speaker 4: taxes will follow certain rooms, right, so they can teach
- 11:02Speaker 4: the AI those rules instantly, and therefore the AI can
- 11:05Speaker 4: be better than any tax prepared ever in history. Right.
- 11:09Speaker 4: So those are the jobs is going to go away
- 11:11Speaker 4: the fastest.
- 11:14Speaker 2: And I will say this too.
- 11:15Speaker 6: In this trade war that we're in, whoever wins the
- 11:17Speaker 6: AI race will win the war.
- 11:19Speaker 4: Oh we have a.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Might as well.
- 11:23Speaker 7: Pregnancy my graduates from my school being force backdrop drop
- 11:32Speaker 7: Mike drop backdrop.
- 11:45Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 11:48Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
