- 1:51Speaker 1: If you had to restart today from scratch, knowing everything
- 1:55Speaker 1: you know now, what will be the first three money
- 1:58Speaker 1: moves for me? I'll answer this question first. Yeah, for
- 2:04Speaker 1: me personally, I wouldn't. I don't. You're starting from scratch.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Investment is not a top priority for me. Not to
- 2:10Speaker 1: say that that's not something that you know, but I
- 2:12Speaker 1: feel like, if you have no money, your priority how
- 2:15Speaker 1: you're gonna invest mine? If you don't have money starting
- 2:16Speaker 1: from scratch, I would figure out a low overhead service
- 2:19Speaker 1: based business. I'm just speaking from personal experience. I can
- 2:22Speaker 1: only give you my personal experience. So like when I
- 2:24Speaker 1: was when I was in the financial services industry, selling insurance,
- 2:27Speaker 1: there's a lot of different stuff that you could do
- 2:28Speaker 1: like this, like car insurance, life insurance, different type of
- 2:32Speaker 1: you know, service based industry. Because I feel like there's
- 2:35Speaker 1: always an opportunity to make money on commissions. And if
- 2:40Speaker 1: I was dead broke, I would call my friends. Now
- 2:44Speaker 1: this is important. I wouldn't call my friends to ask
- 2:48Speaker 1: them for money. I would call my friends to tell
- 2:53Speaker 1: them what I'm doing. So when I started in financial services,
- 2:56Speaker 1: used to have a p it's called Project one hundred
- 2:58Speaker 1: where you have you listen one hundred people that you know. Everybody,
- 3:01Speaker 1: your friend, your friend's parents, your kid, you went to
- 3:04Speaker 1: college with, somebody, you play basketball with, everybody. This is
- 3:07Speaker 1: your network of people, right. So I would reach out
- 3:11Speaker 1: to every single person that I know and tell them
- 3:15Speaker 1: what I'm doing and try to actually sell them products.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Like I said, I mean, I can only speak personal
- 3:24Speaker 1: experience is what I actually did in real life. And
- 3:26Speaker 1: then from there I would hone in on my referrals
- 3:31Speaker 1: and get referred to those people that they know, all
- 3:36Speaker 1: while reinvesting the profits living in as low cost environment
- 3:42Speaker 1: as possible. If living with your parents is an option,
- 3:44Speaker 1: and as that's a good option, if whatever, rent in
- 3:46Speaker 1: a room, whatever you gotta do, not spending the money
- 3:48Speaker 1: on overhead, reinvesting the money social media would come, but
- 3:52Speaker 1: I would do I would focus on social media afterwards.
- 3:57Speaker 1: But I feel that the business aspect is the most
- 4:02Speaker 1: important aspect first, because you have to generate money to
- 4:05Speaker 1: actually get into the groove of actually being able to invest.
- 4:09Speaker 1: And a lot of people are like, well, what kind
- 4:10Speaker 1: of business should I start? Like I said, there's always
- 4:12Speaker 1: room for a service based business. There's always going to
- 4:14Speaker 1: be somebody that's gonna have to sell you car insurance.
- 4:17Speaker 1: There's always gonna be somebody that's gonna have to sell
- 4:19Speaker 1: life insurance. There's always going to be somebody that's, you know,
- 4:23Speaker 1: in that type of vein health insurance, whatever it is.
- 4:28Speaker 1: There's always money. There's always money to be made in
- 4:30Speaker 1: a very short period of time. You don't have to
- 4:31Speaker 1: go to college for these type of situations. And that's
- 4:35Speaker 1: what I would do. So, but what would you do?
- 4:40Speaker 3: Same as you? I can only talk from personal experience. First,
- 4:44Speaker 3: you have to build a business because the highest returns
- 4:46Speaker 3: that you're going to get that are going to outpace
- 4:49Speaker 3: the market for sure. It's by starting your own business.
- 4:51Speaker 3: After that, you got to take You got to pick
- 4:53Speaker 3: a number fifty percent, sixty percent, put it into long
- 4:56Speaker 3: term and that takes in of your future number so
- 5:01Speaker 3: important caveat is that too. And I know people hear
- 5:04Speaker 3: when I say this. You have to stay your ass
- 5:06Speaker 3: inside doors. Costs a lot of money to be outside
- 5:10Speaker 3: and people don't want to do it. And I get
- 5:12Speaker 3: it because you're thinking about now. But I look back
- 5:15Speaker 3: at all those seasons that I missed of going to games.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Oh I get that, have a ball and do with
- 5:20Speaker 3: it how I want to now. And then third, you
- 5:23Speaker 3: got to hit that features market. You got to pick
- 5:25Speaker 3: a target that if your life is on the line,
- 5:28Speaker 3: this is the target that I'm going to use to
- 5:30Speaker 3: be able to hit the red panda. You know what
- 5:33Speaker 3: that target is. But the three for me is start
- 5:36Speaker 3: a business. Two, puts fifty or sixty percent of the
- 5:40Speaker 3: money into stocks long term. Third, trade futures, and if
- 5:43Speaker 3: I can add a fourth, find a way to help
- 5:46Speaker 3: other people first and get them a result so they
- 5:49Speaker 3: can then come back and then pay me. The reason
- 5:51Speaker 3: why I started with the Yes and Chad and started
- 5:54Speaker 3: on social media back in twenty sixteen twenty seventeen.
- 5:57Speaker 1: It's given away for free.
- 5:59Speaker 3: If I help you make money first, I'll be able
- 6:02Speaker 3: to call that favor back upon you later. So I
- 6:04Speaker 3: wouldn't do anything different. But it's really important too. The
- 6:06Speaker 3: other part of this question is to never get back
- 6:09Speaker 3: to the point where you're started from scratch. Timing is
- 6:13Speaker 3: important to some of this, like Intel never thought they
- 6:17Speaker 3: would lose that lead, and because they didn't keep reinvesting
- 6:20Speaker 3: into the business and keep innovating, and now you have
- 6:24Speaker 3: five other players that are light years ahead of you.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Just because you are able to do it one time
- 6:30Speaker 3: does not mean that you are able to do it again. Sometimes, Timing,
- 6:35Speaker 3: luck and market fit is really important. When we first
- 6:40Speaker 3: started doing the show, nobody Black was talking about investing.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Now as for sore Cool, That's why what Mav is doing,
- 6:49Speaker 3: it's so smart.
- 6:50Speaker 1: MAV just.
- 6:52Speaker 3: I want to tell you a thing. Run the billy up,
- 6:55Speaker 3: then I'll tell you about it once that eight billion
- 6:57Speaker 3: the book come out. That's my new move for twenty
- 6:59Speaker 3: five thirty five. The next couple of players y'all see
- 7:02Speaker 3: publicly decoys never tell you the real play. They're gonna
- 7:07Speaker 3: see me snowboarding cool, Sean White on this on the hills. Cool, y'all,
- 7:12Speaker 3: never tell.
- 7:13Speaker 1: You the real place. Sorry, you fucked it up. Sorry, granny, Damn.
- 7:17Speaker 1: We gotta talk. We gotta talk about the snowboarding play too.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Your conference was going crazy. They wasn't happy about that.
- 7:23Speaker 1: They wouldn't happen. They're a little surprised with you. A
- 7:25Speaker 1: little surprised.
- 7:27Speaker 2: I'll go with the why surprised.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I'm I'm happy. I'm I was happy for you.
- 7:37Speaker 2: My brother shout, shout me and Edwin was both happy.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Shouted. That's I'll take the.
- 7:47Speaker 3: On top of that. Then speed matters in excuse you,
- 7:51Speaker 3: that's what we talked about the hero on Black Eye.
- 7:53Speaker 1: But which speed mat What you mean in a good investment?
- 7:59Speaker 1: You mean like the locks? What do you mean? What
- 8:01Speaker 1: you mean? That's crazy? No, I'm I'm just we'll go
- 8:06Speaker 1: further in detailed back right.
- 8:12Speaker 2: If we're telling personal stories like yeah, yeah, mine would
- 8:15Speaker 2: be like find a job that you can create multiple
- 8:18Speaker 2: streams from, and so like yeah, everybody hears the story
- 8:21Speaker 2: of like yo, I was a physa teacher, but before
- 8:23Speaker 2: I was ever that I was a hall monitor bro.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Like I was a guy sitting in the hallway reading
- 8:28Speaker 2: books telling kids to go to class, checking for hall passes.
- 8:31Speaker 2: While I was doing that, I was a tutor. Right,
- 8:34Speaker 2: I'm trying to find another stream. While I was doing that,
- 8:36Speaker 2: I was coaching. Right while I was doing that, I
- 8:39Speaker 2: was running after school programs. While I was doing that,
- 8:41Speaker 2: I was running summer programs. And so I had like
- 8:43Speaker 2: different streams of incomes. So like, not only was I
- 8:46Speaker 2: getting paid for doing like I don't even it wasn't
- 8:48Speaker 2: even much, but to be working in a school because
- 8:50Speaker 2: I just wanted to have experience working in schools. I
- 8:53Speaker 2: created multiple streams from from just that, which allowed me
- 8:55Speaker 2: to put some money into investment. Obviously, as my career
- 8:59Speaker 2: change and I became a then obviously, I mean I
- 9:01Speaker 2: still had those streams, but it was like, all right,
- 9:03Speaker 2: now there's more money invest then creating a business, because
- 9:06Speaker 2: I had enough to say, all right, well, I have
- 9:08Speaker 2: this career, I can go venture off in the world
- 9:10Speaker 2: of entrepreneurism.
- 9:12Speaker 1: That helped swell.
- 9:12Speaker 2: But like, figure out how you're going to create multiple
- 9:14Speaker 2: streams from where you're at, right, sure, and it could
- 9:18Speaker 2: be like I said, hall monitor no joke and no
- 9:20Speaker 2: suspect anybody as a whole monitor. How was that you
- 9:23Speaker 2: can create multiple streams?
- 9:25Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 9:25Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 9:29Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 9:33Speaker 4: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 9:37Speaker 4: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 9:41Speaker 4: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 9:45Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Nohm, the United States
- 9:48Speaker 4: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 9:53Speaker 4: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 9:57Speaker 4: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 10:00Speaker 4: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 10:04Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 10:08Speaker 4: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 10:12Speaker 4: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 10:21Speaker 4: border and families will be protected.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
