- 0:04Speaker 1: Good morning, good morning, good morning, and welcome, welcome, welcome.
- 0:07Speaker 1: It is time now for car talking. We've got a
- 0:09Speaker 1: whole lot of people on board who are going to
- 0:11Speaker 1: be talking cars. We've got Jason in the studio and
- 0:15Speaker 1: we've got Kobe and I believe Brian on the telephone.
- 0:18Speaker 1: So how are we doing, gentlemen, Hello, good morning, doing,
- 0:23Speaker 1: good doing, super duper good morning, good morning. We've got
- 0:29Speaker 1: everybody online. Now that's great. We're talking cars with Dungeons Toyota.
- 0:34Speaker 1: First of all, I've got Jason in the studio. Jason,
- 0:36Speaker 1: what's cooking?
- 0:37Speaker 2: Hey, good morning, how is everybody? Good morning, Kobe, good morning, Brian?
- 0:43Speaker 1: All right, what's you got?
- 0:45Speaker 2: Well, hey, we have got a lot of things cooking
- 0:49Speaker 2: down at Dungeons Toyota. It's still Toyota than believe it
- 0:55Speaker 2: or not.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Tom.
- 0:55Speaker 2: We've got toyotath On and toyotath On pricing going through
- 1:01Speaker 2: uh the sixth of January. So all this week we've
- 1:07Speaker 2: got some really great incentives and uh great deals on
- 1:13Speaker 2: new Toyotas, and of course we've got a lot full
- 1:16Speaker 2: of uh lovingly cared for used cars.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Well tell you what, let's get to the guys at
- 1:22Speaker 1: the at the dealership. What kind of deals are we
- 1:25Speaker 1: zeroing in on toyotas.
- 1:28Speaker 3: On, Well, we've got several of our oh, the rat fours,
- 1:35Speaker 3: the cameras, those are the main two the the that
- 1:39Speaker 3: are doing some great incentives and great interest rates right now.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Tonser really is leads the way when it comes to
- 1:48Speaker 3: with which is that that that way and in most
- 1:51Speaker 3: most you know big truck market that that's usually where
- 1:54Speaker 3: you see your the most incentives because just the money
- 1:57Speaker 3: and being spent is more so great interest rates out there.
- 2:01Speaker 3: And here's the deal with Tandra. We have a lot
- 2:03Speaker 3: of clients who would rather take the cash. So on
- 2:07Speaker 3: Select hundreds we have three thousand dollars off and then
- 2:10Speaker 3: we just use one of our say when we talked
- 2:13Speaker 3: last week, I try to use our two local lenders
- 2:18Speaker 3: more than anybody to start with, unless the customer just
- 2:21Speaker 3: absolutely wants to toilet a special rate financing, So three
- 2:25Speaker 3: thousand dollars off on Select hundreds, and then we would
- 2:28Speaker 3: then we shoot our customers paperwork over to our best
- 2:33Speaker 3: and truity and let them argue over who gives the
- 2:34Speaker 3: best rate.
- 2:36Speaker 1: I like it when there's competition means that the customer
- 2:40Speaker 1: always wins yep.
- 2:44Speaker 3: All right, So here I know Tom. Last week I
- 2:47Speaker 3: think we spent about twenty eight of the thirty minutes
- 2:49Speaker 3: on new car. We covered that pretty well. Two of
- 2:54Speaker 3: our main goals for main objectionive goals kind of kind
- 3:00Speaker 3: of not really inventing the wheel, but just getting getting
- 3:03Speaker 3: back on it is we I think I mentioned this
- 3:05Speaker 3: last week. We are a partnership KBB buying center, so
- 3:11Speaker 3: we use KBB. Again, everybody knows KBB. It's it's something
- 3:16Speaker 3: that that the customers can relate to. That that's one
- 3:18Speaker 3: less one less objection that that we have to quote
- 3:22Speaker 3: unquote overcome instead of just saying, well, this is what
- 3:25Speaker 3: your number is. Because I have all these books, we
- 3:28Speaker 3: have a KBB offer and the customer will see that
- 3:30Speaker 3: KBB offer before they ever hit the door. So so
- 3:34Speaker 3: that kind of weeds out if people are just curious
- 3:38Speaker 3: what their car is worth, you know, maybe they're selling
- 3:40Speaker 3: to a family member something, but we get we I
- 3:44Speaker 3: think this marine I had seventeen since we've since we
- 3:47Speaker 3: left New Year's Eve night, what we call KBB I
- 3:50Speaker 3: c O leads. Somebody has went into the KBB buying
- 3:53Speaker 3: center and we're there preferred dealership and they put in
- 3:58Speaker 3: the correct information on their vehicle as far as mileage,
- 4:02Speaker 3: tire tire where things like that, you know, condition of
- 4:05Speaker 3: the vehicle, and then that spits them out, spits them
- 4:08Speaker 3: out a good barometer. And the good thing about KBB
- 4:12Speaker 3: is I'm not going to say a lot of the time,
- 4:15Speaker 3: but there are there are more than not instances where
- 4:19Speaker 3: where KBB is still going to be reserved because that's
- 4:22Speaker 3: still a sight unseen bid. So a lot of times
- 4:25Speaker 3: again it's it's advantageous for the customer to see that
- 4:28Speaker 3: number and then they show up here with the pristine
- 4:31Speaker 3: vehicle and we're able to offer more because Brian spends
- 4:37Speaker 3: eighty percent of his day on auctions and if you
- 4:40Speaker 3: know anything about auctions right now, and even trying to
- 4:43Speaker 3: buy enterprise rental cars, which every dealer has to do
- 4:46Speaker 3: that sometimes just to keep their inventory numbers up. But
- 4:50Speaker 3: between Brian on the auctions and Bruce spending eighty percent
- 4:54Speaker 3: of his day looking at KBB, I c o those leads.
- 4:56Speaker 3: I would much rather us be able to buy vehicles
- 4:59Speaker 3: from the end of and see and touch and field
- 5:01Speaker 3: the vehicle that have to have Brian on Brian and
- 5:06Speaker 3: or Bruce on the options, you know, kind of sort
- 5:10Speaker 3: of sort of guessing on on what we might get.
- 5:12Speaker 3: And then that that that goes into my second part
- 5:15Speaker 3: of what what our other main pushes this year is
- 5:19Speaker 3: to become a I'm going to say double and I'm
- 5:23Speaker 3: hoping by the end of summer triple what our pre
- 5:26Speaker 3: owned inventory looks right right now, So that's that that
- 5:29Speaker 3: that that would be. That would be a couple of
- 5:31Speaker 3: the goals that that we have set forth for twenty
- 5:34Speaker 3: twenty five.
- 5:35Speaker 1: All right, very good. I'm going to take it back
- 5:36Speaker 1: to Jason here. Now, Jason, we can take care of
- 5:39Speaker 1: a lot of this, uh pretty much with our eyeballs,
- 5:43Speaker 1: but we can also do it electronically. We should a
- 5:46Speaker 1: photo of your your older your pre owned vehicle.
- 5:49Speaker 2: You sure can't love vehicle. That that is part of
- 5:54Speaker 2: what Kobe is talking about on Dungeons Toyota dot com. Uh,
- 5:58Speaker 2: you go to value Trade. It's a very simple process.
- 6:02Speaker 2: It's all run by as Kobe mentioned by KBB and
- 6:08Speaker 2: there is a there is a way for you to
- 6:12Speaker 2: upload photographs of your vehicle so that we can take
- 6:16Speaker 2: a look and give you a more accurate estimate. But
- 6:21Speaker 2: you get a very close estimate out of KBB, and
- 6:26Speaker 2: it is an instant cash offer is something that we
- 6:29Speaker 2: will either come close to or as Kobe said, maybe
- 6:35Speaker 2: do better. The thing that we are looking for is
- 6:42Speaker 2: lovingly used cars, locally best, and they really are, and
- 6:49Speaker 2: a good percentage of the used vehicles that we have
- 6:52Speaker 2: on a lot tom our vehicles that we take back
- 6:55Speaker 2: in trade. We see a lot of owners who purchase
- 7:00Speaker 2: Toyotas from us, drive them for a few years, and
- 7:04Speaker 2: then we buy them back. We've maintained them, we have
- 7:07Speaker 2: the service records. Those are always the best used cars
- 7:11Speaker 2: out there. And as Kobe mentioned, sometimes we go a
- 7:15Speaker 2: little bit farther out and find used cars outside of
- 7:19Speaker 2: the market, but they're always premium quality used cars. And
- 7:27Speaker 2: we do a very rigorous one hundred and forty one
- 7:30Speaker 2: point inspection on all vehicles that we take in on trade.
- 7:36Speaker 2: We do a lot of restoration on these vehicles. Tom
- 7:42Speaker 2: If a tire needs a car needs tires or brakes
- 7:46Speaker 2: or any other mechanical issues, we make sure that before
- 7:50Speaker 2: that vehicle hits the lot it is in ready to
- 7:54Speaker 2: drive condition, because really it Dungeon's Toyota. What we're all
- 7:59Speaker 2: about is, you know, building lifelong relationships and that comes
- 8:05Speaker 2: from selling good product.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Indeed, and when it comes to a lifelong relationships, you know,
- 8:10Speaker 1: Ryan and Kobe, this is what it's all about. We
- 8:13Speaker 1: can sell you a car, we can sell you a truck,
- 8:15Speaker 1: but we would like to be your dealer for a
- 8:18Speaker 1: lifetime for you and your family.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Correct, that is right.
- 8:22Speaker 1: You know.
- 8:22Speaker 4: One of the things that we do through carbacks, because
- 8:25Speaker 4: we are again partnering with Carfacks, we do a one
- 8:28Speaker 4: year buyback guarantee. So if you find out after you
- 8:31Speaker 4: buy a vehicle that we missed something like it was
- 8:34Speaker 4: a lemon or you know, it had been in a
- 8:37Speaker 4: bad wreck and it wasn't on the car backs, Carfacks
- 8:39Speaker 4: linked with us and we will buy the car back
- 8:42Speaker 4: up to a year.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Wow. That's something else. Now, Well, when we talk about
- 8:48Speaker 1: our vehicles at Dungeess, Now, we just had Jason tell
- 8:54Speaker 1: us about a one hundred and forty one point inspection.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Man.
- 8:58Speaker 1: That's going to take a little bit, but it's worth it, right.
- 9:02Speaker 4: Absolutely. We make sure before the vehicle hits a lot
- 9:05Speaker 4: that we have checked everything on it. We want to
- 9:07Speaker 4: feel comfortable that when you drive off, you're driving off
- 9:09Speaker 4: and exactly what you expect.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Well, I don't like it exactly.
- 9:14Speaker 4: Bruce just walked in and he wants everybody to know
- 9:16Speaker 4: that we don't like headaches after the sale.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Hey, Bruce, well that's great. I don't think anybody likes
- 9:27Speaker 1: the customer. I don't think I don't think the dealership
- 9:29Speaker 1: likes that. I think everybody likes to have just a
- 9:32Speaker 1: you know, a happiness and warmth and a good deal
- 9:35Speaker 1: all the way around. I'm going to go back to
- 9:37Speaker 1: Jason here real quick with the Toyota than How long
- 9:40Speaker 1: did you say this is lasting?
- 9:41Speaker 2: Well, Toyotathon goes through the sixth, which I guess is
- 9:46Speaker 2: coming up by I don't know. You know, have you
- 9:48Speaker 2: lost track of Well, you've been working, so you haven't
- 9:51Speaker 2: lost track of time. But no, December or January sixth
- 9:55Speaker 2: is the end of Toyota Than and between now and then,
- 9:58Speaker 2: we do have some amazing deal on Toyotas. As Kobe mentioned,
- 10:04Speaker 2: there are cash incentives on the tundras. You can get
- 10:11Speaker 2: as much as three thousand dollars back from the manufacturer
- 10:14Speaker 2: on Tundras, and we also have some really amazing lease offers.
- 10:21Speaker 2: So Tom, if you are interested in an all electric vehicle,
- 10:27Speaker 2: we have a twenty twenty four Bzy four x xly.
- 10:33Speaker 2: It's coming in in the next couple of days. This
- 10:38Speaker 2: is an all electric Toyota plug all plug in. It's
- 10:44Speaker 2: the only all electric that Toyota has on the market
- 10:48Speaker 2: in the United States. Right now, we are able to
- 10:52Speaker 2: release that to you right now for three nineteen a month,
- 10:56Speaker 2: for thirty nine months, with only four thousand dollars down.
- 11:01Speaker 2: You talk about great gas mileag. This car doesn't take gas.
- 11:05Speaker 2: So the other another great lease deal that we have
- 11:10Speaker 2: going right now is the twenty twenty five Toyota Camri
- 11:14Speaker 2: xSe tom the new Cameri, the new design on the
- 11:18Speaker 2: camera the twenty fives. They are beautiful, a whole new styling.
- 11:25Speaker 2: The front end looks flashy, the whole car looks flashy.
- 11:29Speaker 2: It looks like a sports car. Right now, you can
- 11:33Speaker 2: lease at Dungeons Toyota a twenty twenty five Toyota Cameri xSe.
- 11:38Speaker 2: We have two coming in three to fifty nine a
- 11:41Speaker 2: month with only four thousand dollars down for thirty nine months,
- 11:45Speaker 2: three to fifty nine a month for a really sleak,
- 11:49Speaker 2: stylish vehicle. And then, of course, my favorite deal that
- 11:53Speaker 2: we have going right now through Toyota. Than is a
- 11:57Speaker 2: lease offer on a Toyota Tundra SR five Crew Max
- 12:02Speaker 2: four fifty nine a month. Tom. Wow, you can drive
- 12:08Speaker 2: Toyota's powerhouse vehicle, a Toyota Tundra for three four hundred
- 12:15Speaker 2: and fifty nine dollars a month thirty nine month lease
- 12:18Speaker 2: five thousand dollars due at signing, and it's a vehicle
- 12:24Speaker 2: that you will love. We also have some great finance offers.
- 12:28Speaker 2: It done just Toyota right now on the Toyota Tundra
- 12:32Speaker 2: one point nine to nine percent interest. That is back
- 12:38Speaker 2: to the good old days of low interest rates. And then,
- 12:41Speaker 2: of course the vehicle that I am jonesing for, the
- 12:46Speaker 2: Toyota Tacoma. We have about half a dozen in stock.
- 12:52Speaker 2: I think we always have a really good supply of
- 12:55Speaker 2: Toyota Tacomas and they fly off the shelves.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Right now.
- 12:59Speaker 2: You can get a toy to Tacoma for three point
- 13:01Speaker 2: nine to nine percent interest for forty eight months. They
- 13:04Speaker 2: also have some sevented interest rates for longer terms. It's
- 13:10Speaker 2: a great deal on a Tacoma.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Wow. We I want to go back to the gentleman
- 13:14Speaker 1: at the dealership. So what kind of a pleasure is
- 13:18Speaker 1: it to be representing vehicles and brands that some days
- 13:22Speaker 1: just sell themselves, like the Tacoma, the Tundra, the camera,
- 13:26Speaker 1: and of course the Rev four.
- 13:30Speaker 4: Yeah, that's that's something that's really nice is to know
- 13:33Speaker 4: that you're selling a product that just they last. You know,
- 13:37Speaker 4: Toyota is well known for being pretty much just all
- 13:40Speaker 4: you have to do to take care of the maintenance,
- 13:42Speaker 4: and the vehicle takes care of you.
- 13:45Speaker 1: That is something else that you know. I always kind
- 13:47Speaker 1: of joke with folks who who bought Toyo as they said,
- 13:49Speaker 1: you know you can you can keep that for a
- 13:51Speaker 1: good fifteen twenty years. All you got to do is
- 13:53Speaker 1: just throw some tires on there every now and then
- 13:55Speaker 1: change the oil and a few of the belts, and
- 13:59Speaker 1: once keep it up in regular it's gonna take good
- 14:02Speaker 1: care of you for a good long time.
- 14:06Speaker 4: Well, one thing that we recommend is keep it three
- 14:08Speaker 4: or four, trade it back in, let us put you
- 14:09Speaker 4: in a new one and we'll sell your old one
- 14:11Speaker 4: for you.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Holdy value so well that you can trade off.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Of Yes, that's right, you're absolutely right. The retail value
- 14:22Speaker 1: is is just incredible. How they keep their value all
- 14:25Speaker 1: the way across the board. Uh, you know what the
- 14:27Speaker 1: trucks Jason was saying. We we have some tacomas uh
- 14:31Speaker 1: and some ton Risks, but boy, I tell you what
- 14:33Speaker 1: they don't. They don't last on the pavement too long
- 14:36Speaker 1: because once somebody catches an eye fall, it's like I
- 14:39Speaker 1: gotta have it so that that that's gonna be a
- 14:42Speaker 1: good feeling knowing that they're they're gonna be just you know,
- 14:44Speaker 1: part time residents of the lot.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Yes, you know, we we just got to truckload in
- 14:49Speaker 4: this morning, Grand Highlander. Uh, we got another Tacoma in.
- 14:54Speaker 4: They do not last long, and they're they're priced right
- 14:58Speaker 4: right now. If you're even considered and getting a new vehicle,
- 15:01Speaker 4: now the time to do it.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Go ahead, Jason.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, pricing is something we should talk about, Brian,
- 15:06Speaker 2: because we do what we call simple pricing at Dungeons
- 15:12Speaker 2: Family of Auto or at Dungeons Toyota, and our price
- 15:17Speaker 2: online is the price that you're going to pay, Our
- 15:20Speaker 2: price that you see on the stickers, the price that
- 15:22Speaker 2: you're going to pay. We don't play games. We don't
- 15:27Speaker 2: bring you in with a false price and then tell
- 15:31Speaker 2: you that you have to finance with us. In order
- 15:33Speaker 2: to get that price. The price is the price.
- 15:38Speaker 4: Absolutely, that's something that one of the reasons I came
- 15:41Speaker 4: here is there's no games being played. We're upfront, we're honest,
- 15:46Speaker 4: and we're here to do business with you so that
- 15:49Speaker 4: you'll keep coming back to us.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Indeed, and they do right now. Dungeons Toyota is the
- 15:57Speaker 1: oldest Toyota leadership in the state of Oklahoma, going back
- 16:01Speaker 1: to what to.
- 16:01Speaker 2: The sixties very much, So wow.
- 16:03Speaker 1: My goodness, as so you know they've been around a while,
- 16:06Speaker 1: they're going to be here a while, and it's always
- 16:09Speaker 1: great to do business with the family that's been associated
- 16:12Speaker 1: with great brands and great service. After this sale, and
- 16:16Speaker 1: speaking of service, by goodness sakes, so you got the
- 16:19Speaker 1: body shop and everything else, I'll come in and going,
- 16:21Speaker 1: oh we do.
- 16:22Speaker 2: We have Dungeon's Body Shop just right behind Dungeons Toyota.
- 16:28Speaker 2: And if you have the unfortunate occasion to meet a
- 16:34Speaker 2: deer at sixty miles an hour, or your next door
- 16:38Speaker 2: neighbor backs into you consistently again and again. Not that
- 16:44Speaker 2: anybody I know has that problem. No, Dungeons. Dungeons Collision
- 16:51Speaker 2: is there for you. We have certified collision technicians, the
- 16:56Speaker 2: latest equipment, the ability to do all kinds of cool
- 16:58Speaker 2: things like well, which still just amazes me. And we
- 17:04Speaker 2: also should give a little shout out to our friends
- 17:07Speaker 2: over at Price Road who take care of Dungeon's Detail.
- 17:14Speaker 2: If your vehicle needs a good cleanup, Dungeon's Detail can
- 17:18Speaker 2: do it from top to bottom. Just give us a
- 17:22Speaker 2: call at nine eight three three three nine hundred, schedule
- 17:25Speaker 2: and appointment and we will make your vehicle shine at
- 17:29Speaker 2: Dungeons Detail. And of course we do have a fantastic
- 17:36Speaker 2: Toyota Service center and right now we have some great
- 17:41Speaker 2: incentives on service. Tom Okay, well it's pulling up. So
- 17:49Speaker 2: we have what we call Angie's Favorite Special, which if
- 17:55Speaker 2: you go to Dungeonstoyota dot com is a kind of
- 18:00Speaker 2: floating discount. If you spend one hundred dollars with us
- 18:04Speaker 2: in maintenance, you get ten dollars off, two hundred dollars
- 18:07Speaker 2: in maintenance, twenty dollars off, et cetera, et cetera.
- 18:12Speaker 1: You know, you take a look at that in the
- 18:14Speaker 1: long run, that that really helps, It really does, and
- 18:18Speaker 1: you know you're in that time of year where it's
- 18:21Speaker 1: a transition, it really is, and you're going to really
- 18:24Speaker 1: have to have your vehicle looked at. If you've taken
- 18:27Speaker 1: a look at the weather, be prepared. Sunday's got to
- 18:31Speaker 1: be a mess. Yeah.
- 18:32Speaker 2: If it's been a while since you have changed the
- 18:36Speaker 2: fluids in your vehicle, now's the time to do it.
- 18:40Speaker 2: If your battery is even just a little bit weak,
- 18:43Speaker 2: come in. Come in for a battery check, and we
- 18:47Speaker 2: have great deals on batteries. And then of course make
- 18:52Speaker 2: sure your tires and your brakes are in good condition,
- 18:55Speaker 2: especially for this weather that's coming up. When she'll wipers.
- 19:02Speaker 2: If your windshield wipers are flapping around now, you don't
- 19:06Speaker 2: want to be trying to knock ice and sleep off
- 19:11Speaker 2: your windshields with that exactly exactly, So Dungeons Toyota. You
- 19:16Speaker 2: can roll right in or you can make an appointment
- 19:19Speaker 2: online at Dungeonstoyota dot com.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Guys, back to the dealership, Jason had talked a little
- 19:26Speaker 1: bit about lease programs. Those are for those who've never
- 19:30Speaker 1: leased before. It's really worth their while to do some
- 19:34Speaker 1: investigation and ask a few questions, wouldn't you say?
- 19:38Speaker 4: Yeah, see at leasing is one of the really best
- 19:40Speaker 4: ways if you want a new vehicle. Every two, three,
- 19:44Speaker 4: four years. Leasing will actually save you money in the
- 19:47Speaker 4: wall run. When that times up, you pull back in,
- 19:49Speaker 4: give us the keys, pick out your new Toyota and
- 19:52Speaker 4: go off again.
- 19:55Speaker 1: That ain't too bad at all. I kind of like that,
- 19:57Speaker 1: you know, because it seems like you got a new
- 20:00Speaker 1: all the time. What do you guys do? Well?
- 20:01Speaker 2: And Tom, you should also Brian lud you might talk
- 20:06Speaker 2: a little bit about the single payment lease.
- 20:09Speaker 4: Yeah, Toyota offers, you know, instead of coming in saying
- 20:12Speaker 4: you want to pay cash for a vehicle and then
- 20:14Speaker 4: two years later you want to turn around and sell
- 20:16Speaker 4: it and you are frustrated because you're losing some money.
- 20:20Speaker 4: You know, vehicles typically depreciate, it's not something that grows
- 20:24Speaker 4: in value. But with a one pay lease, you can
- 20:27Speaker 4: come in, say you want to drive for a year.
- 20:29Speaker 4: You can just pay one one payment or one time
- 20:32Speaker 4: for that year and turn around at the end of
- 20:35Speaker 4: the year, turn the vehicle in and do it again.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Wow, you know that is That's an option I really
- 20:41Speaker 1: wasn't aware of.
- 20:43Speaker 4: And you can pick your mileage. If you're someone that
- 20:46Speaker 4: does ten thousand miles a year, you can go ten thousand,
- 20:49Speaker 4: you can go all the way up to thirty thousand
- 20:51Speaker 4: miles a year, you know, And that's one of the
- 20:52Speaker 4: things that we try to do a really good job
- 20:55Speaker 4: of when it comes to leasing is listening to you,
- 20:59Speaker 4: finding out your drive habits, what your plans are, so
- 21:01Speaker 4: that we get you into the right lease, so that
- 21:03Speaker 4: you have the right experience when you do lease a vehicle.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Well, Dan, what this is? It turned out to be
- 21:09Speaker 1: the more you know today, because you guys are kind
- 21:12Speaker 1: of really showing everybody many different options to be behind
- 21:17Speaker 1: the wheel of the vehicle of your choice these days.
- 21:19Speaker 1: And you've made it so easy.
- 21:22Speaker 2: It really is easy. And the leasing alternative is something
- 21:27Speaker 2: that a lot of people aren't that familiar with. Oh
- 21:29Speaker 2: they're not, but it is a great way to get
- 21:34Speaker 2: a lower payment. And then at the end of the
- 21:37Speaker 2: lease cycle, you have a vehicle that has equity and
- 21:40Speaker 2: you have the ability to turn it in or turn
- 21:42Speaker 2: around and purchase that vehicle. If you're curious, give us
- 21:48Speaker 2: a call at Dungeons Toyota or drop by and one
- 21:51Speaker 2: of our sales and leasing specialists can give you the
- 21:55Speaker 2: pros and cons of leasing versus purchasing. We're really there
- 22:02Speaker 2: to help to help you make those kinds of decisions.
- 22:06Speaker 1: You know, gentlemen all the way around the horn that
- 22:08Speaker 1: ever since you started doing the thing on the internet,
- 22:11Speaker 1: with financing and different options including the leasing, you know
- 22:15Speaker 1: what you can get yourself into, it's made it a
- 22:18Speaker 1: lot easier and it kind of lives up to the
- 22:21Speaker 1: you know, the simple price, everything pretty much being simple
- 22:24Speaker 1: at the Dungeons, Toyota and Kobe. You're the finance guy.
- 22:29Speaker 1: I got to tell you the last vehicle I bought
- 22:32Speaker 1: at Dungeons, the what I got on the internet and
- 22:35Speaker 1: what I got at the dealership was a difference of
- 22:39Speaker 1: seven dollars in my favor. And you know, so when
- 22:44Speaker 1: you're not, like you said, you're not playing games, you're
- 22:47Speaker 1: trying to find the best deal for the customer. And
- 22:52Speaker 1: it seems to work out pretty darn well.
- 22:56Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, and you have one of the things that
- 22:58Speaker 3: we went to and I mean across the industry. You know,
- 23:02Speaker 3: I would say ten fifteen years ago, you know, we
- 23:05Speaker 3: would get a rate from the bank and you can, unfortunately,
- 23:10Speaker 3: you could mark that rate up whatever you wanted to
- 23:13Speaker 3: do within reasons. But and and you know, it was
- 23:18Speaker 3: just putting people in a bad situation. And so we
- 23:22Speaker 3: are we are a by rate dealership means whatever rate
- 23:29Speaker 3: I get from, whether it's our best or truty or
- 23:32Speaker 3: obviously if we're used to a submitted rate from from TFS,
- 23:36Speaker 3: from Total Financial Services, that's the right we give you.
- 23:39Speaker 3: There's no funny games. I've even taken my approval sheet
- 23:45Speaker 3: from the lender out and just showed the customer, hey,
- 23:47Speaker 3: that this is what we're giving you. We don't play
- 23:51Speaker 3: those games, and so yes we can. We can definitely
- 23:54Speaker 3: save people money there, and it saves people time. But
- 23:57Speaker 3: one of Brian's big things is that it's time important
- 23:59Speaker 3: to you, is important to everybody. And I'm not a
- 24:01Speaker 3: big fan of having to go back out for sixty
- 24:04Speaker 3: two times. You know, seven dollars here, four dollars there.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Obviously your your your buyers always want to what they
- 24:13Speaker 3: want to haggle a little bit or that they want
- 24:15Speaker 3: to negotiate, which is fine. But on the interest rates side,
- 24:19Speaker 3: know we're We're as upfront as you're going to find.
- 24:21Speaker 3: And I think that helps us in our just our
- 24:25Speaker 3: reputation and community.
- 24:27Speaker 2: See so when when Kobe says that we don't mark
- 24:30Speaker 2: up interest rates, we we unfortunately run into people often
- 24:38Speaker 2: they come in with a vehicle that they've purchased elsewhere.
- 24:43Speaker 2: The vehicle is only a year or two old. They're
- 24:45Speaker 2: upside down in it. They are so upside down in
- 24:51Speaker 2: it that they never will really be able to correct
- 24:55Speaker 2: the exactly exactly. So we do not play those games
- 25:05Speaker 2: at all at Dungeons Toyota. And it's the reason Dungeons
- 25:09Speaker 2: Toyota is Oklahoma's oldest and most trusted Toyota dealership.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Very very good, very very good to know. And once again, guys,
- 25:18Speaker 1: and our time is kind of running out here a
- 25:21Speaker 1: little bit. But it's always great to do business locally.
- 25:24Speaker 1: It's always great to do business with the people you know,
- 25:27Speaker 1: and it's great to run into friends at Dungeons Toyota.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Now that showroom is pretty pretty darn cool. I've been
- 25:36Speaker 1: in there a few times, I mus say, And the lot, well,
- 25:39Speaker 1: it keeps the changing because cars come in, cars go out,
- 25:43Speaker 1: trucks come in, trucks go out. And I was joking
- 25:46Speaker 1: with the Kobe last week. I asked him to verify
- 25:50Speaker 1: this story that a fellow was out on the lot
- 25:54Speaker 1: when one of the carricer trucks came in and as
- 25:56Speaker 1: soon as the pick up the back wheel hit the pavement.
- 26:00Speaker 1: He started writing the check and he said, yeap, that happens,
- 26:04Speaker 1: and it's nice to know that you got the reputation
- 26:09Speaker 1: where that can happen. And of course a lot of
- 26:13Speaker 1: people standing behind the vehicles.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Well, this is something that started during COVID TOM that
- 26:20Speaker 2: the supply chain got a little bit messed up and
- 26:24Speaker 2: people started purchasing vehicles sight unseen. So like you said,
- 26:29Speaker 2: you know, as the trucks come in, not only are
- 26:31Speaker 2: people standing there ready to you know, claim them as
- 26:34Speaker 2: they're rolling off the truck, a good number of them
- 26:37Speaker 2: have been pre sold, which ten fifteen years ago, I
- 26:43Speaker 2: couldn't imagine somebody purchasing a car site unseen. Now it's
- 26:48Speaker 2: really kind of a common thing.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Kobe. How hard is it to buy something off paper
- 26:52Speaker 1: these days?
- 26:54Speaker 2: He's out of the office. We started working some car deals.
- 26:57Speaker 1: We got people were working on.
- 26:58Speaker 2: The showroom, so we're we're heading to do that.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Good problem to.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Have is we appreciate you guys, and we appreciate everyone
- 27:07Speaker 2: in Washington County and northeastern Oklahoma.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Come and see us. We'll make you happy. It sounds
- 27:12Speaker 1: like you're on your way to doing that right now.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Thank you for beginning with the ladies and gentlemen.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Bruce Dungeons making a cameover Aaron by. But that is cool.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I mean you could see, you could hear the excitement
- 27:25Speaker 1: in his voice. People are getting starting off the new
- 27:27Speaker 1: year with a new car.
- 27:28Speaker 2: It is amazing. We as Kobe mentioned, we were closed yesterday.
- 27:35Speaker 2: We came in this morning and the phones were exploding.
- 27:39Speaker 2: I hope we had emails to answer. I think a
- 27:43Speaker 2: lot of people, instead of watching some of the disappointing
- 27:45Speaker 2: football games yesterday, may have tuned into Dungeonstoyota dot com.
- 27:51Speaker 1: I bet they did. You know, I do that on occasion,
- 27:54Speaker 1: even what I don't even need a car, but it's
- 27:57Speaker 1: kind of fun because you kind of see what's out there.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I tell you, if I made more money, i'd be
- 28:02Speaker 1: a collector.
- 28:03Speaker 2: I mean yeah, are you and me both.
- 28:08Speaker 1: So? Yeah?
- 28:09Speaker 2: If you uh, if you're interested in the vehicle, if
- 28:12Speaker 2: you're looking for a great vehicle maintenance, uh, if you
- 28:16Speaker 2: are in need of an auto detail, or if you
- 28:20Speaker 2: have a collision, please give us a call at Dungeonstoyota
