- 0:54Speaker 1: four or five years, but he's back.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Oh man, dude, friend of the show, casking get a
- 0:59Speaker 2: better intro in that dude, here, what's up? Man?
- 1:04Speaker 1: What's going on? Man?
- 1:05Speaker 2: So you'll wrap one day, dude, I'm just gonna catch
- 1:08Speaker 2: me in the mood.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Man, You're like one of them ones, you know.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Thank you, dude. I appreciate that. Yeah, I guess not though. Yeah,
- 1:14Speaker 2: it's just like I don't know. It's like being like
- 1:16Speaker 2: it's like when somebody runs into you at the airport
- 1:18Speaker 2: and they're like, rap right now, dude, you ra rap,
- 1:21Speaker 2: spin a free chow right.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Now, publicly trolling him like come on the show. So
- 1:24Speaker 1: it's not like this is unexpected. So it's not quite
- 1:26Speaker 1: like someone at the airport.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Yeah, he texted me right before. He's like, you got
- 1:30Speaker 2: one in the clip for me, and I'm like, no, dude,
- 1:32Speaker 2: I've been singing.
- 1:33Speaker 1: So what's been going on? So you were in LA
- 1:36Speaker 1: for years? Yeah, five years, you had relocated, you're out here,
- 1:40Speaker 1: and then you went on your tour and never came back.
- 1:43Speaker 2: That's I guess that's yeah, that's actually happen. Yeah, that's
- 1:47Speaker 2: what happened. Yeah, I h no, I was just I
- 1:49Speaker 2: went on like a three month tour. I'd like got
- 1:52Speaker 2: I was like in a real bad breakup, toxic relationship.
- 1:55Speaker 2: I was like, I just was ready to be back
- 1:57Speaker 2: around my family and like my my real friends that
- 2:00Speaker 2: I grew up with. So yeah, I went back to
- 2:03Speaker 2: Orlando and then a year later moved to Saint Pete.
- 2:06Speaker 2: But I love it out there, dude, I'm not not
- 2:08Speaker 2: mad about the move.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I was gonna say, is there anything you miss about
- 2:11Speaker 1: being in LA?
- 2:12Speaker 2: I missed the scenery, I miss how many creatives there
- 2:16Speaker 2: are here.
- 2:17Speaker 1: You know.
- 2:18Speaker 2: It's I miss like being around people that are all
- 2:21Speaker 2: chasing something like that. That part is very cool.
- 2:24Speaker 1: But just random night you get a call, yeah, up
- 2:27Speaker 1: in a studio with whoever the fuck?
- 2:28Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, So like that part you can't duplicate that
- 2:31Speaker 2: out here. But it's just I don't know, there's something
- 2:33Speaker 2: to be said about like being closer to the people
- 2:35Speaker 2: you grew up with, because I just realized, like I'm
- 2:38Speaker 2: gonna be chasing music for forever, and I'm like, do
- 2:40Speaker 2: I want to do that away from my family? I
- 2:44Speaker 2: don't know, Because it's this, this type of thing can
- 2:47Speaker 2: get pretty isolating, you know.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Well, you've also carved out like like a huge core
- 2:54Speaker 1: following thing that it's like you could chase the music
- 2:58Speaker 1: thing here.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Yeah, But it's also like what you have a lot
- 3:02Speaker 1: of the people chasing the music thing here with like you.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Know, yeah, I kind of like I had like a
- 3:07Speaker 2: realization where I was like, what are all the things
- 3:09Speaker 2: that are moving the needle for me? I didn't feel
- 3:12Speaker 2: like a lot of them had to do with being
- 3:13Speaker 2: in La right, Like there were some things, for sure,
- 3:15Speaker 2: but a lot of it was just random. And I
- 3:17Speaker 2: was like, eh, I could probably do this from anywhere,
- 3:20Speaker 2: and I feel like I can.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I've see you've been doing a lot more
- 3:22Speaker 1: painting and shit.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, I got like a sick art studio out
- 3:25Speaker 2: there in my own like recording spot. I like my
- 3:29Speaker 2: my local life right now. Like that's one thing that
- 3:32Speaker 2: I got in Florida that I didn't have here, is
- 3:34Speaker 2: like I love where I'm mad. I'd drive my motorcycle
- 3:37Speaker 2: to my art studio, my friend group. Like it's just
- 3:40Speaker 2: more it's not as pretentious, yeah, not as like career.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Like my whole day doesn't feel like career driven, you
- 3:47Speaker 2: know if that makes.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Sense, And like not every relationship because I feel like
- 3:50Speaker 1: out here you could go through an entire interaction of
- 3:54Speaker 1: an entire day of interactions with people and everybody has
- 3:57Speaker 1: like they want something off you or you want something.
- 3:58Speaker 2: I've already met, already ran into like five people in
- 4:01Speaker 2: the two days I've been out here, and every single
- 4:03Speaker 2: one of them has name dropped a big artist that
- 4:05Speaker 2: they work for. Right, It's that that part is kind
- 4:08Speaker 2: of like, which is cool. I mean, I guess everybody's
- 4:11Speaker 2: just trying to like make something happen. But I don't know.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Sometimes you're just like I don't care about that, yeah,
- 4:16Speaker 2: because I'm not. I'm not like chasing every clouded interaction.
- 4:22Speaker 2: You know, it's like very specific things.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Your discography is super deep, now, yeah, what is like, like,
- 4:28Speaker 1: do you know how many bodies of work you have
- 4:31Speaker 1: out officially?
- 4:31Speaker 2: Now? Twenty two?
- 4:33Speaker 1: Jesus, well what BS five was the last one?
- 4:36Speaker 2: Yeah? I think it's like, I think it's like seventeen
- 4:39Speaker 2: or something like that on streaming platforms, but like my
- 4:41Speaker 2: early mixtapes find yeah, like twenty two and then.
- 4:45Speaker 1: But still seventeen on DSPs.
- 4:47Speaker 2: It's insane, dude. Yeah, at the one hundred dollars mix,
- 4:49Speaker 2: I mean, I'm probably up toward like twenty three, twenty four.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Yeah, you did one hundred dollars mixtape and it was
- 4:55Speaker 1: very successful. Yeah allegedly, Well it was a lot. How
- 4:59Speaker 1: many songs was on that I'm driving.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Twenty five each each Each time I did it was
- 5:03Speaker 2: twenty five records.
- 5:04Speaker 1: How many times have you done it?
- 5:05Speaker 2: Twice?
- 5:06Speaker 1: Twice?
- 5:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I want to do it again. I have a
- 5:09Speaker 2: lot of music, but I don't know. Man, the economy
- 5:11Speaker 2: is in a weird spot, like sometimes like a balance
- 5:15Speaker 2: and like being a hustler or like making money off
- 5:18Speaker 2: music is like trying trying to strike the balance of
- 5:21Speaker 2: like not making everything about money. Yeah, you know, it's like, yeah,
- 5:25Speaker 2: I don't want to hit fans over the head every time,
- 5:27Speaker 2: Like not that I really tried to over deliver on
- 5:30Speaker 2: those projects, like twenty five records for one hundred bucks
- 5:32Speaker 2: and nobody else gets seemed dope to me and like
- 5:34Speaker 2: they were excited. But it's just not something I want
- 5:37Speaker 2: to do every year and be like give me, yeah,
- 5:39Speaker 2: give me a bag.
- 5:40Speaker 1: You know, are you because I feel like what you're
- 5:43Speaker 1: a lot of independent artists are fucking off is the
- 5:46Speaker 1: vinyl game because like, dude, you could do like a
- 5:49Speaker 1: five year anniversary.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Yeah I should, I should do it.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Actually the Alchemist is making yeah, millions and millions and
- 5:58Speaker 1: millions of dollars just off of doing Like.
- 6:00Speaker 2: How's he making millions on vinyls?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Bro, This motherfucker will drop an instrumental album and have
- 6:06Speaker 1: a five hundred copy variant, a two hundred and fifty
- 6:09Speaker 1: copy variant, a thousand copy variant, and they sell out
- 6:12Speaker 1: on in one day.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I'm looking at like we actually were just in Nashville
- 6:16Speaker 2: at this place that masters vinyls, and I.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Got this is driving around in a fucking maybag truck.
- 6:21Speaker 2: It's paid off, all right, I'm gonna drop a vinyl dude.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Dude, but like like like you could do like the
- 6:26Speaker 1: next time you have a five.
- 6:28Speaker 2: L actually five compilation or no.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Pay, like like if you have a ten year anniversary
- 6:33Speaker 1: or five year anniversary, like celebrating the five anniversary of
- 6:36Speaker 1: fine art or whatever. Yeah, we're gonna drop, you know,
- 6:39Speaker 1: five hundred pieces of vinyl. When they're gone, they're gone.
- 6:41Speaker 2: I just got to see how vinyls are made, Yea,
- 6:44Speaker 2: it's insane. They carve it with this like sapphire tip
- 6:48Speaker 2: and like it's in. It's fascinating. I still don't understand
- 6:52Speaker 2: how the technology works. I watched two documentaries about it,
- 6:54Speaker 2: and solid in person. Still don't get how it makes sense.
- 6:57Speaker 1: You gotta do it, man, because you own your ship.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Like obviously, I know you got distro deals, but I
- 7:01Speaker 1: think on the on the physical side, you suld be.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Able to just try and everything.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Now yeah, nice.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm out of my distro, no more createments.
- 7:10Speaker 1: What was that music, the scream music? Weren't you doing district? No?
- 7:13Speaker 2: No, you were with that.
- 7:14Speaker 1: I get my fucking random district company.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, now yeah, I'm out. I'm out of
- 7:21Speaker 2: all that stuff. Figuring out where this next project is
- 7:24Speaker 2: gonna land.
- 7:25Speaker 1: What obviously you are doing a singer songwriter project? Is
- 7:28Speaker 1: it fully produced by Willpower?
- 7:30Speaker 2: Fully produced by Will Power? Who's here by the way,
- 7:32Speaker 2: Yeah he's over there? And the cut? Yeah yeah. We
- 7:35Speaker 2: we actually started like when we went to make the album,
- 7:37Speaker 2: it was we just wanted to make something different. It
- 7:39Speaker 2: was going to be a rap project. I guess, like
- 7:41Speaker 2: we made three or four rap records. Yeah yeah. But
- 7:45Speaker 2: then like fourth night I was there, he like left
- 7:48Speaker 2: me this like rock instrumental and was like, you know,
- 7:51Speaker 2: see what you can do? And I stayed all night
- 7:53Speaker 2: working on it, and the next day I was like, look,
- 7:55Speaker 2: I either made like the worst thing I've ever made,
- 7:57Speaker 2: or this is something special and they kind of just
- 7:59Speaker 2: changed the whole trajectory of what we're working on.
- 8:02Speaker 1: So it's a full singer songwriter project.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, it's not a country album, but it's a
- 8:07Speaker 2: singer songwriter Well.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I mean the uh was the one I opened the Yeah,
- 8:12Speaker 1: when I opened that is the is that kind of
- 8:15Speaker 1: the vibe?
- 8:16Speaker 2: Honestly every record is pretty different. Yeah, Like when I
- 8:19Speaker 2: opens kind of like punk rocky.
- 8:21Speaker 1: But I got like some punk rocky Yeah, I got.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Like sex rock and chill vibes and what n B
- 8:27Speaker 2: just like sexy old rock type vibes, and I got
- 8:30Speaker 2: like R and B stuff on there. It's like it's
- 8:33Speaker 2: really all over the place. Like I wouldn't say it
- 8:35Speaker 2: fits in one one vibe.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Yeah. So I mean this is new for you though,
- 8:39Speaker 1: Like are you like you feel a little vulnerable?
- 8:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel nervous yeah yeah yeah, but like excited.
- 8:46Speaker 2: I mean, like I don't know, like I've always experimented
- 8:49Speaker 2: with other genres, like on multiple projects, I have like
- 8:52Speaker 2: singing records, but more than anything, I was just like excited,
- 8:56Speaker 2: like I I I could do a rap album with
- 8:59Speaker 2: my eyes. It was like even I did BS five
- 9:02Speaker 2: after we started this, and like it was effortless and
- 9:05Speaker 2: I had a great time doing it, but this one
- 9:07Speaker 2: was like just required more learning and trying things out
- 9:11Speaker 2: and like studying great music and like just trying to
- 9:14Speaker 2: learn to say a lot with a little you know,
- 9:16Speaker 2: right right right right now. It is a cool challenge.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Wooh you already know, baby, are family at odd Socks.

- 9:47Speaker 1: to wearing the white tube socks. Listen, not only are
- 9:51Speaker 1: these better, they're more affordable and they're more comfortable. And

- 10:34Speaker 1: promo code Bootleg save twenty percent off. Let's get back
- 10:37Speaker 1: into the interview. You have to be kind of self
- 10:41Speaker 1: aware of the narrative.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Wheah, let's talk about it.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Ye move on from hip hop to do other shit
- 10:48Speaker 1: when it's like cool to do so.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I will say that, like I understand.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Except Jack Carlow he went blacker.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean look, I will say that, like I
- 10:58Speaker 2: understand the conversation and like, if we're being real, it's
- 11:01Speaker 2: like I get the criticism of like, you know, white
- 11:05Speaker 2: people are a guest in hip hop, and like sometimes
- 11:07Speaker 2: it can feel like exploitative when somebody like you know,
- 11:11Speaker 2: comes in and makes hip hop money and then leaves
- 11:14Speaker 2: and goes and does something else. But I don't know.
- 11:16Speaker 2: I just hope in retrospect, I'm left out of that
- 11:18Speaker 2: conversation because I've been making hip hop my whole life,
- 11:21Speaker 2: like more than half my life. I have given my
- 11:24Speaker 2: life to this, you know. So it's like I am
- 11:27Speaker 2: in love with it, and people listen to your music,
- 11:29Speaker 2: they wouldn't be surprised to be like, oh, he's doing
- 11:30Speaker 2: something like yeah, yeah, yeah, and the whole album is
- 11:34Speaker 2: made by an amazing hip hop producer, so it's like
- 11:36Speaker 2: it is. It was an experiment and a stretch for
- 11:39Speaker 2: both of us, and like at no point where we like,
- 11:42Speaker 2: ooh this is gonna be thing to do. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 11:45Speaker 2: Like we just went in and well.
- 11:46Speaker 1: By the way, the one record that I've heard, it's
- 11:48Speaker 1: not like anything that's on radio or anything.
- 11:51Speaker 2: It's just definitely yeah. It's like I know, for some
- 11:53Speaker 2: people that like aren't in the artistic space, you can
- 11:56Speaker 2: it's easy to like look at that and create that
- 11:58Speaker 2: narrative and I get it. I don't take it personal.
- 12:00Speaker 2: But like the reality was just us being in the studio, like, oh,
- 12:04Speaker 2: let's try something we've never done before, and like it
- 12:07Speaker 2: just turned into this whole other thing that I'm excited about.
- 12:10Speaker 2: But I do know that that conversation is coming. But
- 12:14Speaker 2: I maye bes five after I started this, So it's
- 12:16Speaker 2: like I'm not abandoning rap.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Are you still gonna like just stay independent?
- 12:22Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean I don't have any desire
- 12:24Speaker 2: to sign.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Does anybody try to like bag you out for your catalog?
- 12:27Speaker 2: Yeah that oh yeah, catalog thing all the time. But
- 12:29Speaker 2: that's my that's my big Yeah. Yeah, Like I don't
- 12:33Speaker 2: want to give away my catalog. I don't want to
- 12:36Speaker 2: give my back catalog anything like that. I like owning
- 12:39Speaker 2: my stuff, you know, And just like random things keep
- 12:42Speaker 2: happening that I'm like, yeah, I'm gonna keep this forever.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Like I got like a floor.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Song, like yeah you did you did it by the way,
- 12:47Speaker 1: you've been killing it on social media. Thank you you
- 12:49Speaker 1: figured that out, because I feel like you kind of
- 12:51Speaker 1: didn't have it figured out.
- 12:52Speaker 2: I feel like I'm still not that good. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:57Speaker 2: my TikTok's turn it up.
- 12:59Speaker 1: You're going like figured it out.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Yeah, thanks dude. Yeah, I honestly this whole thing social media,
- 13:05Speaker 2: that part has been hard to learn. No. Yeah, Like
- 13:08Speaker 2: I still cringe a little bit going back and seeing
- 13:10Speaker 2: anything old I've done because I know myself and I
- 13:13Speaker 2: know I'm not like extra like even doing this, I'm
- 13:15Speaker 2: like I have some nerves, Like I'm not super comfortable
- 13:18Speaker 2: on camera. That's been something I had to, like, I
- 13:20Speaker 2: don't know, just get better at. And yeah, but yeah,
- 13:23Speaker 2: I feel like I'm starting to figure it out a
- 13:24Speaker 2: little bit for sure. But like I was gonna say,
- 13:26Speaker 2: like random stuff keeps happening, which is why I don't
- 13:28Speaker 2: want to get rid of my catalog. Like I had
- 13:30Speaker 2: this singer songwriter, random old record that I had done
- 13:33Speaker 2: that got synced on like a Netflix show in Europe.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Like a Sweetish show expectedly.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Yeah, and I got like twenty grand that like randomly
- 13:41Speaker 2: for a placement that I that had landed years ago.
- 13:44Speaker 2: And so it's like, I don't know, I just like
- 13:46Speaker 2: owning my stuff and I don't want to. I don't know.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I want something that can feed my mom if I
- 13:51Speaker 2: die or something.
- 13:52Speaker 1: You know, looking back at your catalog, what do you
- 13:54Speaker 1: think is your your best album obviously, don't say the
- 13:58Speaker 1: new one that's coming out.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, well yeah it's not out yet, but you know, always,
- 14:02Speaker 2: but it depends what kind of mood I'm in. I
- 14:04Speaker 2: like Final Form a lot like that one's deep and
- 14:07Speaker 2: it's it was at a really peculiar time in my life,
- 14:10Speaker 2: So I think that one means a lot to me.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Blacks Vibe. I had a great time doing. Add a
- 14:14Speaker 2: bunch of like amazing Orlando artists on that. Yeah, yeah,
- 14:19Speaker 2: click Clac fucking goat d boy moas better, like all
- 14:23Speaker 2: these really dope Orlando artists. Yeah, it just depends on
- 14:27Speaker 2: my vib My mood changes all the time.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I think I think you got some ship.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Yeah. I'd say speak Speak of the Devil is my
- 14:34Speaker 2: least favorite because I was on so many so much
- 14:36Speaker 2: as annex at the time.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Jesus, do you ever look think back to your drug
- 14:40Speaker 1: errands be like what the fuck was?
- 14:42Speaker 2: Like?
- 14:42Speaker 1: Am I still here all the time?
- 14:43Speaker 2: Well yeah, yeah, it's like I don't know. I grew
- 14:49Speaker 2: up in like a family with a lot of drug addicts,
- 14:51Speaker 2: and like you know, a lot of people I grew
- 14:53Speaker 2: up with, so I don't know, on some level, you
- 14:57Speaker 2: got a little bit of like survivors guilt and stuff
- 14:59Speaker 2: like that. But yeah, I was this young kid trying
- 15:03Speaker 2: to navigate being depressed and socially anxious and picking the
- 15:07Speaker 2: one career that like thrust me in front of people
- 15:10Speaker 2: makes me be a people person, you know.
- 15:11Speaker 1: So tell me be cause I think the last time
- 15:13Speaker 1: you did the pod, uh, you didn't have your tattoo.
- 15:19Speaker 2: I think I had the face tattoo. It was the
- 15:20Speaker 2: time before that.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Well if you only I think it's only your second time.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Oh wait, wait, no, no, no, I've been on here three times.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Is that true? One time that I freestyled you forget
- 15:29Speaker 2: that I did that. Then I came one more time.
- 15:31Speaker 2: I had the blue Cross body bag.
- 15:33Speaker 1: It's because you brought your ridiculous baby producer.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I think I had the face tatto.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Then maybe not.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Well you got this tattoo and it like really it
- 15:44Speaker 1: became like a trend in the tattoo community.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Well what's funny is that it's a trend in like
- 15:49Speaker 2: white dudes that go to prison, because like I get
- 15:52Speaker 2: sent mugshots all the time of people with it. That's
- 15:55Speaker 2: like most of the time, how I find out people
- 15:57Speaker 2: stole it. Yeah, like a random mugshot will pop up.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Well, there's got to be people who have it now
- 16:01Speaker 1: that have no idea you existed.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah I saw. I saw like one dude
- 16:05Speaker 2: on TikTok talking about he had this like the same
- 16:07Speaker 2: bottom jaw, and I just like came across this video
- 16:10Speaker 2: and he was like I got this because my artist
- 16:12Speaker 2: had the idea. And I was like being nosy, and
- 16:14Speaker 2: I like went and checked his artist follows me, and
- 16:16Speaker 2: I'm like, man, but it is what is it? You
- 16:19Speaker 2: don't own anything in this life?
- 16:20Speaker 1: You know what inspired you to black out the other stuff?
- 16:24Speaker 2: I just had like bullshit on my arms, like I've
- 16:26Speaker 2: been I've been following like the blackout work stuff. These
- 16:29Speaker 2: guys in Europe were starting this like ten years ago,
- 16:33Speaker 2: like a really long before anybody in the US was
- 16:36Speaker 2: doing it. This dude, Cammi tattoos, He had like his
- 16:38Speaker 2: whole face done blackout body suit, like super cool work.
- 16:42Speaker 2: So I've been like up on it for a minute.
- 16:44Speaker 2: And then me and my brother were just like finishing
- 16:46Speaker 2: my bodysuit, but my arms were the only thing he
- 16:48Speaker 2: hadn't done, and I was like, so is it everything?
- 16:51Speaker 1: What is it that is blacked out on you?
- 16:54Speaker 2: Fucking everything all the way up to my arm pit.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I'm probably gonna do my armpit shit. Hurt, hurt, like shit,
- 16:58Speaker 2: they're just digging. We're gonna try to do stuff over it,
- 17:01Speaker 2: like I've seen people do like white sleeves over it.
- 17:04Speaker 2: But we'll see.
- 17:06Speaker 1: At what point in time is it like too much? Yeah?
- 17:09Speaker 2: I never Yeah, I'm like, I'm just finishing up my
- 17:12Speaker 2: whole body now and I'm gonna just go over stuff
- 17:15Speaker 2: and do blast overs. It's just like, do.
- 17:17Speaker 1: You miss any of the tattoos who covered up lock
- 17:19Speaker 1: now now?
- 17:20Speaker 2: Not because they all had like weird placements. Like I
- 17:23Speaker 2: was a kid in high school. I got like this
- 17:24Speaker 2: one on my arm, and then I had this shitty
- 17:27Speaker 2: kid out of his bedroom do the stuff around it,
- 17:30Speaker 2: and then I had to get it covered up, and
- 17:32Speaker 2: then everything I did was like in a weird place
- 17:34Speaker 2: because it was like working around my arms. So I
- 17:36Speaker 2: don't miss it. I actually liked this a lot more.
- 17:38Speaker 1: For people who don't know you, what year did you
- 17:41Speaker 1: sign with Birdman and cash Money?
- 17:43Speaker 2: I want to say twenty twelve, and then I remember
- 17:46Speaker 2: you were on the Rich Gang album. I was on
- 17:48Speaker 2: the Rich Gang album. I always wondered with like flow Rider.
- 17:54Speaker 2: It is all with like fred Durson flow Rider, So yeah,
- 17:57Speaker 2: I bet you they were like.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Yo, we got this white boy and I heard fred Durst.
- 18:04Speaker 2: None of that might signed the cash Money, so let's
- 18:06Speaker 2: throw them together. None of that ship did anything. But
- 18:09Speaker 2: it's just that's a great product. It's a funny accolade
- 18:12Speaker 2: in the in retrospect.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Well, you would always hear like Birdman and like cash
- 18:16Speaker 1: Money would like sign artists to shitty deals. But I
- 18:19Speaker 1: feel like you've been kind of running it up as
- 18:20Speaker 1: an independent artist, like with no like.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Oh yeah no, I looked at yeah, yeah, I say,
- 18:26Speaker 2: I tell the story all the time. But I lucked
- 18:28Speaker 2: out with them, like bird give me two hundred grand.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Did never ask for any recruitment. They gave me a
- 18:33Speaker 2: tour bus. When I went on tour. They I just like,
- 18:36Speaker 2: wasn't making enough money for them to care. You know.
- 18:38Speaker 2: It's like it was like the snow of the product
- 18:41Speaker 2: tour or something that I went by the way, by
- 18:43Speaker 2: the way, snow the product, snow the product. If you
- 18:45Speaker 2: ever see this clip, I'm sorry for what a pretentious
- 18:48Speaker 2: loser I was pulling up on a tour bus that
- 18:51Speaker 2: was like not my doing. I was an Opener, and
- 18:54Speaker 2: then the label like gave me this huge tour bus,
- 18:56Speaker 2: and I felt like such a pretentious asshole because like,
- 18:59Speaker 2: if I brought an Opener on my tour and they
- 19:01Speaker 2: showed up in this like big mega bus, I would
- 19:03Speaker 2: hate that doing exactly. I looked like a dick like that.
- 19:07Speaker 2: So I just I hoped snow the product forgives me
- 19:09Speaker 2: because I was so douchey. But the label gave me
- 19:12Speaker 2: stuff like that, and I was like paying my label
- 19:15Speaker 2: cut for like the first like year on like shows,
- 19:17Speaker 2: but I wasn't making any money. And then eventually I
- 19:19Speaker 2: just like asked Birdman, I'm like, hey, can I like
- 19:21Speaker 2: not pay this like I'm making like a thousand bucks
- 19:23Speaker 2: a show? And he was like yeah, he gives a
- 19:25Speaker 2: fucking So I never paid them a dollar back, and
- 19:28Speaker 2: then they and then streaming became a thing and they
- 19:31Speaker 2: let me put my stuff on streaming, and then eventually
- 19:33Speaker 2: I just like left.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Well, I wasn't say did you ever actually put out
- 19:36Speaker 1: a mixtape or a project with with with him or
- 19:39Speaker 1: was it always not?
- 19:40Speaker 2: Like well, like bird was on Black Sheep too, he
- 19:42Speaker 2: like talked over the whole thing. He was on no Apoliy,
- 19:44Speaker 2: So like I, he was like backing stuff, but it
- 19:47Speaker 2: wasn't through cash money because at that time it was
- 19:50Speaker 2: just going on to streaming platforms, so they didn't look
- 19:52Speaker 2: at it as an official album. So like I didn't
- 19:55Speaker 2: recoup anything toward the money they gave me because I
- 19:58Speaker 2: didn't drop an official album. Yeah, you know, so it's
- 20:00Speaker 2: like I don't know. At the time, I was like
- 20:03Speaker 2: annoyed by it or like, you know, wish other things happened,
- 20:06Speaker 2: but I don't know, and retrospect him, like this all
- 20:08Speaker 2: worked out pretty dope for me, Like I got.
- 20:10Speaker 1: I was gonna say, you have you've had a few
- 20:12Speaker 1: like viral songs and moments. What was the name of
- 20:15Speaker 1: that song you did? Well, He's Scared and open police
- 20:18Speaker 1: but martial law, martial law.
- 20:20Speaker 2: That was the COVID anthem, the COVID.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Yeah, but you had a few of those moments where
- 20:26Speaker 1: like a song would start going, I mean, you got
- 20:27Speaker 1: the money on the floorwork. He never like picked the
- 20:29Speaker 1: phone up, be like hey.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Never, I haven't talked to him dude, probably like six
- 20:35Speaker 2: years ago or something. Yeah, I just I kind of
- 20:38Speaker 2: like faded away and.
- 20:39Speaker 1: He deleted his tattoos. He raced him. Yeah, yeah, he
- 20:42Speaker 1: got all the Tony Braxton and it.
- 20:43Speaker 2: You know, dude, I'll never forget. I'll never forget when
- 20:46Speaker 2: I blacked out my fingers. I like came on the
- 20:48Speaker 2: tour bus on time and my my fingers were like
- 20:51Speaker 2: freshly blacked out, and he was just like, nephew, what
- 20:54Speaker 2: the hell is that? And I was like, oh, just
- 20:56Speaker 2: black my fingers out, like it's not gonna look like
- 20:58Speaker 2: this later He's like damn, yeah, yeah yeah, but yeah,
- 21:03Speaker 2: I just like I don't know, I just kind of
- 21:04Speaker 2: like faded away. Like I could have still like tried
- 21:07Speaker 2: to milk that thing and like, but a lot of
- 21:10Speaker 2: it was just like foo gayzy, like if I was
- 21:12Speaker 2: just repping cash money, but they weren't really putting stuff.
- 21:14Speaker 2: I don't know. It just at some point I was like,
- 21:16Speaker 2: I'd rather take my like wins and L's on my own.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Did you ever have the chain? What the cash money chain?
- 21:22Speaker 2: No? I just used that for cover. He gave me
- 21:24Speaker 2: some jewelry. Yeah, he gave me like a big ass
- 21:26Speaker 2: diamond necklace and some like random stuff like that. But yeah,
- 21:32Speaker 2: I just at some point I was like, man, I'd
- 21:33Speaker 2: rather take my l's personally, you know, like if something flops,
- 21:37Speaker 2: people say it's because of him, and then if something
- 21:39Speaker 2: does good, it's because of me. Like before it was
- 21:41Speaker 2: the opposite. It was like if I did something dope,
- 21:43Speaker 2: they'd be like, well, you signed a bird band, right,
- 21:45Speaker 2: and you know that combo got annoying?
- 21:48Speaker 1: No, I can imagine. Talk to me, man, obviously you
- 21:51Speaker 1: and Wolf have an incredible album that you know it's
- 21:56Speaker 1: up up. That was just telling him that's my favorite
- 21:58Speaker 1: yell wolf o X amount of years. Thank you what
- 22:03Speaker 1: you putting that album out with Wolf? Like, how did
- 22:06Speaker 1: that kind of change things for you? Because I felt
- 22:09Speaker 1: like it kind of like it was obviously a big
- 22:11Speaker 1: CO sign because.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah it was huge. Yeah, I mean.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Also very successful album. And I feel like it gave
- 22:17Speaker 1: people a real shot to kind of see your creative
- 22:20Speaker 1: eye because you handled all the videos and.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I like directed most of the videos and
- 22:24Speaker 2: then I put together all the product. Like I didn't
- 22:27Speaker 2: produce the records, but I I orchestrated. Yeah, I orchestrated
- 22:30Speaker 2: every record on there. Honestly, more than anything. Put a
- 22:34Speaker 2: bunch of money in my pocket at the time, which
- 22:36Speaker 2: was dope. Like that's what gave me the confidence to
- 22:38Speaker 2: tattoo my face. So I was like, well, whatever, at
- 22:41Speaker 2: least I'm gonna have money at this point. And like
- 22:43Speaker 2: I respect the hell out of him because he like
- 22:45Speaker 2: cut me in fifty percent on everything. It wasn't he
- 22:48Speaker 2: could have just been like, yeah, I'm gonna take this,
- 22:50Speaker 2: and you would have been like sure, Yeah, I would
- 22:52Speaker 2: have been like cool opportunity, but yeah, more than anything,
- 22:55Speaker 2: money and just confidence, bro, Like there's there's something that's
- 22:59Speaker 2: reaffirmed about like going to the studio and doing that
- 23:02Speaker 2: and and people do enjoy your parts and ship. Yeah
- 23:05Speaker 2: it was cool, man, But now but now I have
- 23:07Speaker 2: the curse of like all ever all a lot of
- 23:10Speaker 2: people want from me now is like Yellow Black Sheep
- 23:12Speaker 2: two'd be yeah, which would be sick, but you know
- 23:15Speaker 2: it's like we just it. Yeah yeah, but like dude,
- 23:18Speaker 2: we all have our own orbits. You know. It's like
- 23:20Speaker 2: Wolve's like working on we did. We took a bunch
- 23:23Speaker 2: of the records that we were gonna use for that
- 23:24Speaker 2: and like split them up. So like he took bad
- 23:26Speaker 2: news put it on his war story. I took a
- 23:29Speaker 2: couple of records put them on my album. So it's
- 23:31Speaker 2: like we just it wasn't like flowing the way the
- 23:34Speaker 2: first one had, and we were just like, well, if
- 23:36Speaker 2: the time comes and we do it. But it's like,
- 23:39Speaker 2: you know, it's like that that people get stuck on
- 23:42Speaker 2: one thing. You know. It's like we're both just like
- 23:44Speaker 2: two artists that have things going on, and we the
- 23:47Speaker 2: it has to line up in a certain way.
- 23:48Speaker 1: You know that makes sense.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:50Speaker 1: I was going to say, you have a whole album
- 23:52Speaker 1: with Willpower coming out of see on it.
- 23:55Speaker 2: I don't know yet. We did, we did some records
- 23:57Speaker 2: for it. Yeah, yeah, but I don't know. We haven't
- 23:59Speaker 2: really like ended on what the final track list is.
- 24:02Speaker 2: And I'm like so picky about like just the vibe
- 24:05Speaker 2: of the record. You know, it's like it gotta make sense.
- 24:07Speaker 2: I'm not gonna put anything on.
- 24:08Speaker 1: You don't want to force anything.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not gonna put Like I have a couple
- 24:11Speaker 2: of different features I tried to get for it, and
- 24:12Speaker 2: I'm like, if it doesn't fit, it doesn't fit.
- 24:15Speaker 1: You know, any features make it on the album.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Not that I can say right now. You here to
- 24:20Speaker 2: promote the album, Well, the whole album. They coming out yet?
- 24:23Speaker 2: Did one singles coming out?
- 24:25Speaker 1: What's the song come out? August twenty first?
- 24:26Speaker 2: And there's a band on on a record that I
- 24:29Speaker 2: really want to know if it's happened yet, but I
- 24:31Speaker 2: want to jinx it. Let me not jinx it. A
- 24:34Speaker 2: legendary one that's so cool. Give me a decade nineties, nineties,
- 24:42Speaker 2: early two thousands.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Really two thousands banned?
- 24:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I tell you afterwards.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Did you and fred Durs have a reunion on this album?
- 24:50Speaker 2: No? No, I love fred Durris bro fred Durs is
- 24:54Speaker 2: cool as hell, dude, I've heard that. Yeah, he's like
- 24:56Speaker 2: very very normal.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Is there any who you feel like you could do
- 25:02Speaker 1: another joint project with, like another artist, another rapper, or
- 25:05Speaker 1: somebody who you just feel like you have that chemistry with.
- 25:07Speaker 1: There's just someone that you're just super like a big
- 25:10Speaker 1: fan of that you feel like, oh man, this would
- 25:11Speaker 1: be cool if I could ever do this.
- 25:12Speaker 2: You don't know who he is, probably, but this dude,
- 25:14Speaker 2: Anthony Green, I would do a whole album with him
- 25:16Speaker 2: in a heartbeat, you know, I got He's a singer
- 25:18Speaker 2: of this band called Circus Survive. I love them. I
- 25:20Speaker 2: mean there's a lot of probably bands I probably could,
- 25:22Speaker 2: but I gotta meet him first. Sometimes you like people's
- 25:26Speaker 2: music and they aren't cool in person. Sometimes you don't
- 25:30Speaker 2: like somebody's music and they're the coolest person ever. Like
- 25:32Speaker 2: I don't know, I'd have to meet them and see
- 25:34Speaker 2: the vibe.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Yeah, yo, I wonder because you there was a point
- 25:38Speaker 1: in time where you were hanging out with Wes Watson
- 25:40Speaker 1: a lot, and he had a skit on your project.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Yeah great album by the way. Yeah, that dude is
- 25:45Speaker 1: I'm like deep into the YouTube rabbit hole of Wes
- 25:48Speaker 1: Watson in his case right now. Yeah, sick ass full.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like a man, It's like I don't want
- 25:55Speaker 2: to I want to speak too much on somebody else's
- 25:57Speaker 2: shit because like, I'm not in people's life.
- 25:59Speaker 1: I feel like he was like you'd watch him online
- 26:01Speaker 1: and you'd be like, oh, I get it, and then
- 26:03Speaker 1: all of a sudden he just turned into like here's
- 26:05Speaker 1: my Bugatti.
- 26:06Speaker 2: And all I can say is that, Like, man, it's
- 26:09Speaker 2: like I don't I want to be respectful because he
- 26:12Speaker 2: really did change my life, Like he helped me get sober.
- 26:15Speaker 1: So serious push ups and drinking black coffee.
- 26:18Speaker 2: He made he changed my life, like I needed the
- 26:20Speaker 2: one eighty, Like dude, he got me sober and working
- 26:24Speaker 2: out because he was just somebody like giving me hard
- 26:26Speaker 2: truths at the time.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Yeah, but like I do you need that?
- 26:28Speaker 2: Man?
- 26:29Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 26:29Speaker 2: And like part of growing up too is that, like
- 26:31Speaker 2: you you learn that, like with when you learn things
- 26:34Speaker 2: from people, you just got to take what works for you.
- 26:36Speaker 2: And like everybody's truth isn't entirely yours, you know. Like
- 26:39Speaker 2: I've learned that in so many interactions where it's like, oh,
- 26:42Speaker 2: I really like this thing and you think they have
- 26:44Speaker 2: all the answers, but your truth is totally different. Like
- 26:47Speaker 2: I don't know. I was like on like a super
- 26:49Speaker 2: workout discipline high for forever and now I'm like married
- 26:53Speaker 2: and chilling and riding my motorcycle in painting, and I'm
- 26:56Speaker 2: like a lot happier, you know, and like, so I
- 26:58Speaker 2: don't know. It's I don't know. I realize I don't
- 27:01Speaker 2: know anything.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Like it's almost like I feel like a perfect hip
- 27:05Speaker 1: hop example of what's going on is like if anyone
- 27:09Speaker 1: sees you in a photo with Diddy or found out
- 27:11Speaker 1: you went to his house, automatically, they're like what the fuck,
- 27:13Speaker 1: and it's like, hey, dude, Diddy was a lot of
- 27:15Speaker 1: people do it. It was a lot of things to
- 27:17Speaker 1: a lot of people.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, I had like an old song. Evan just
- 27:20Speaker 2: sent me this the other day. I had like a
- 27:22Speaker 2: song from like ten years ago or something where I
- 27:25Speaker 2: was like, I said a Diddy line of like I'm
- 27:27Speaker 2: trying to be with Diddy at like like a money line,
- 27:30Speaker 2: and then he was like this didn't age well, and
- 27:32Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god, like no, but like, yeah,
- 27:34Speaker 2: it's so funny. If I have never been to a
- 27:37Speaker 2: Diddy party ever, A lot of.
- 27:38Speaker 1: People have been to his house because he threw the
- 27:41Speaker 1: best parties. Now he went out here getting came on
- 27:45Speaker 1: by fucking hookers and shit in front of everybody. You
- 27:47Speaker 1: know what I'm saying.
- 27:48Speaker 2: I don't know. I ain't ever been in the scene, dude.
- 27:50Speaker 2: I've always been black sheep.
- 27:51Speaker 1: I never I never got invited. I'd have went, though,
- 27:54Speaker 1: I'd have been up in that bitch Like.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm like grateful I was never cool enough to
- 27:57Speaker 2: be invited to any of that shit because I would
- 27:59Speaker 2: be dealing with so much backlash. Luckily, I like have
- 28:02Speaker 2: never been anywhere because I'm like, I've just been so
- 28:05Speaker 2: in my own world. All these years for.
- 28:07Speaker 1: You, man, Like, how would you say marriages changed your life?
- 28:10Speaker 2: Oh? Man, it's grounded me like so much. Yeah, it's
- 28:14Speaker 2: it's made my life so much better, dude. Like, my
- 28:16Speaker 2: wife's my best friend. She's like really set my life
- 28:20Speaker 2: in a really dope way where my priorities are dope
- 28:24Speaker 2: and I actually enjoy being home.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Well, she's like super spiritual.
- 28:29Speaker 2: Like you know, we just opened like a whole witch
- 28:31Speaker 2: shop in golf Coort.
- 28:32Speaker 1: When you say witch shop, yeah.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Yeah, godde I don't like the Internet's the Internet is
- 28:42Speaker 2: gonna take like everything and be upset about it. But yeah,
- 28:45Speaker 2: when people say which, like it's just anything that's like
- 28:48Speaker 2: part of a ritual, burning candles to say, intensions or
- 28:51Speaker 2: like yeah yeah, crystals and like things like that. Like
- 28:54Speaker 2: when people say which, they just mean women with a
- 28:57Speaker 2: spiritual practice. That's not your.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Lady do the card.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, she's been a reader for like fifteen years.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Dude. Has has she ever done a card read for
- 29:05Speaker 1: you that freak out?
- 29:06Speaker 2: Well, she did this like way before we ever dated,
- 29:09Speaker 2: like ten years ago or something. I was the one
- 29:11Speaker 2: that told her she should do that full time because
- 29:13Speaker 2: she was giving me in my friend's readings and like
- 29:16Speaker 2: I was just like, dude, you're really gifted at this,
- 29:18Speaker 2: Like she's really intuitive and really special, and I was like,
- 29:22Speaker 2: you should do this. And it's been a dream of
- 29:25Speaker 2: hers to like have her own chop for forever and
- 29:27Speaker 2: we just opened it and it's killing it.
- 29:29Speaker 1: How is it being not a maggot idiot and a
- 29:32Speaker 1: white rapper simultaneously.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Trying to be pr to I told myself I wasn't
- 29:39Speaker 2: gonna say anything that like got me and annoying. Yeah,
- 29:44Speaker 2: by the way to the piece. Yeah, just like I mean, dude,
- 29:48Speaker 2: let me just say this, Like I just have never
- 29:50Speaker 2: tied my identity to politicians. You know. That's it. So
- 29:53Speaker 2: I think a lot of people when they hear me
- 29:56Speaker 2: talk anti Trump stuff or something, they.
- 29:58Speaker 1: They get it just like pro human shit.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, exactly. They get in their head what my
- 30:02Speaker 2: belief systems are. And like, I'm just a pro people thing.
- 30:05Speaker 2: Like I've met I live in a diverse place, I
- 30:08Speaker 2: grew up around diverse people. I've traveled the world and
- 30:10Speaker 2: met people from every religion, every walk of life, every
- 30:14Speaker 2: gender expression. Like I just love people, and so I
- 30:17Speaker 2: can't support stuff that tries to like make enemies out
- 30:20Speaker 2: of people. You know, I will say I respect the
- 30:23Speaker 2: hell out of you for how much you like stand
- 30:25Speaker 2: on shit and like you are very vocal, which is
- 30:28Speaker 2: like rare in this industry. And I've always been like
- 30:31Speaker 2: curious of how you navigate because this is something I'm
- 30:33Speaker 2: trying to get better at. It's like, how do you
- 30:36Speaker 2: navigate like the spaces where there are people that are
- 30:40Speaker 2: opposed the things you believe, and like you still seem
- 30:42Speaker 2: to hold.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Your clothes and man, I have no idea.
- 30:45Speaker 2: I just do me.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't hear about it. I have a fucking
- 30:48Speaker 1: Free Palestine fitted hat on everywhere I go for those.
- 30:51Speaker 2: Parts, and I'm just like, yeah, cry about it and.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Say something to my face. Yeah, I'd like I'll talk
- 30:59Speaker 1: you down.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Yeah. My thing is that, like I don't ever really know.
- 31:02Speaker 1: But then I drive a fucking cyber truck.
- 31:04Speaker 2: I know. I saw that and I was like, Okay,
- 31:07Speaker 2: fucking Elon Musz kids dropped. You need a bumper sticker
- 31:12Speaker 2: that says got this before. Yeah.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I hate how fired is. Yeah, I want to get
- 31:17Speaker 1: rid of it, but I'm like it drives me everywhere.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I don't drive anymore because I crash every car. This thing.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. Yeah. For me, it's like I don't know.
- 31:27Speaker 2: I encounter so many people in this thing, and it's like,
- 31:30Speaker 2: sometimes you don't know what people's belief systems are. I
- 31:32Speaker 2: just know that I am who I am everywhere, Like
- 31:35Speaker 2: I have the same beliefs everywhere. I don't cater them
- 31:38Speaker 2: to anybody, and so a lot of times people just
- 31:40Speaker 2: don't bring the stuff up to me, or they act
- 31:42Speaker 2: like it's not what they believe. But I just I
- 31:45Speaker 2: don't think it's a crazy take, like just being pro humanity,
- 31:49Speaker 2: anti war, anti billionaire corporated, like that seems like a very.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Normal let's not just kill kids, huh.
- 31:56Speaker 2: Yeah, that seems like a super easy ask, you know,
- 31:59Speaker 2: and like let people be. Yeah, let's let people be
- 32:03Speaker 2: whoever the fun they want to be, Like, do you
- 32:05Speaker 2: live in the land of Gatto Blow? I'm not. I
- 32:09Speaker 2: told myself I wasn't gonna comment on anybody.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Else, Okay that anyway, Yeah, I remember other than Saint Pete.
- 32:18Speaker 2: That well, it's gotta be weird, like when you make
- 32:21Speaker 2: your personality surrounding politicians like it has to age.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Terality is like literally the most motion you ever got
- 32:27Speaker 1: in music was because it tells you a lot about.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Your music when you don't allow yourself the freedom to
- 32:34Speaker 2: like now be like, funk what he's doing right here?
- 32:36Speaker 2: Like are you gonna support the war? And I ran
- 32:39Speaker 2: now because you know, like you know.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Weird because going into the thing, you were like, Trump's
- 32:43Speaker 1: not gonna start any new wars. That's what every gonna
- 32:46Speaker 1: take it to. And by the way, I when Trump won,
- 32:49Speaker 1: I was like, I just said, let the cards fall
- 32:52Speaker 1: where they fall, because I really thought because the other
- 32:54Speaker 1: Brothers was fucking set on fire, you know what I'm saying.
- 32:58Speaker 2: Yeah, that's why, like that's why you just well yeah,
- 33:01Speaker 2: and like that's why some people misinterpret like when I
- 33:03Speaker 2: say that and think I'm like a Joe Biden stand
- 33:05Speaker 2: or something like that, and it's like, no, dude, I
- 33:07Speaker 2: just I just don't. I just don't, like, yeah, I
- 33:10Speaker 2: don't wrap my identity in any of these people. And
- 33:12Speaker 2: I don't. I've never believed that a billionaire NEPO baby
- 33:16Speaker 2: was gonna be the solution for like working class people.
- 33:18Speaker 2: This is you know, didn't sell me.

- 35:05Speaker 1: let's get back to the podcast. Are you like you
- 35:08Speaker 1: know when this album's coming out?
- 35:10Speaker 2: Dude? Ask Will Will? When's the damn album coming out?
- 35:13Speaker 2: I know the single comes out tomorrow tonight. Actually this
- 35:16Speaker 2: will probably be out by then, and then I got
- 35:20Speaker 2: a record called Blood Magic coming out in October and
- 35:23Speaker 2: then we're gonna see how it goes. But I mean
- 35:25Speaker 2: I've been I've been done, locked and loaded. So the
- 35:28Speaker 2: album you're part, I'm gonna come play.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Yeah wait for him.
- 35:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna play a bunch of stuff. Yeah. Yeah, it's
- 35:33Speaker 2: cool man. I think you'll like it.
- 35:34Speaker 1: Bro, Are you are because I know you're painting and
- 35:36Speaker 1: doing a bunch of other shit, But are you like
- 35:38Speaker 1: actively just like Okay, I'm bored, let me cut a
- 35:40Speaker 1: record today.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Or what do you mean, like like yeah, oh yeah,
- 35:44Speaker 2: I make music all the time. Yeah. I have like
- 35:46Speaker 2: a studio, Like it's like a room like this that
- 35:49Speaker 2: is like my personal studio and then attached to it's
- 35:51Speaker 2: my paint studio. So I like, I'm in the studio
- 35:54Speaker 2: every day just trying stuff. But it's cool right now
- 35:57Speaker 2: because I'm in the place of like no expectation, like
- 35:59Speaker 2: I'm just cooking and I already have the thing that's
- 36:03Speaker 2: coming out next and you know see what becomes.
- 36:06Speaker 1: Are you selling? Like all your paintings sell?
- 36:09Speaker 2: Dude? I sold thirty paintings last month.
- 36:11Speaker 1: That's a lot.
- 36:12Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, I feel like really blessed because I love painting, dude,
- 36:16Speaker 2: Like I I it's a great day filler because I
- 36:19Speaker 2: like I listened to a lot of music. I make
- 36:21Speaker 2: a lot of music. But it's nice having like a
- 36:23Speaker 2: creative outlet that's not tied to my career. But like, yeah,
- 36:26Speaker 2: I've been selling a lot.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Yeah, what's the most amount of money you've gotten for
- 36:29Speaker 1: a painting?
- 36:29Speaker 2: Not to get into your five grand that's awesome. Yeah, dude, Yeah,
- 36:34Speaker 2: I didn't sell the thirty I didn't sell for that, Like.
- 36:36Speaker 1: You gotta do, Like what's that the art basle shit?
- 36:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I'm waiting for like I'm waiting for somebody
- 36:42Speaker 2: to come knocking.
- 36:43Speaker 1: You get one of those they got, like do a
- 36:45Speaker 1: little like month long gallery in St. Peter.
- 36:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I think my goal by the end of the year.
- 36:49Speaker 2: I've been like working on a collection of stuff that
- 36:51Speaker 2: I haven't posted online, and my goal is to like
- 36:54Speaker 2: have some really killer pieces and do a gallery. But
- 36:57Speaker 2: I'm just trying to like pain as much as I
- 37:00Speaker 2: can't tell I feel like I'm a painter, you know,
- 37:02Speaker 2: because I do feel like a musician, and I'm like
- 37:04Speaker 2: I don't necessarily feel like a painter. I love doing it,
- 37:07Speaker 2: But I just know people that are incredible at that ship.
- 37:10Speaker 1: So it's like you're selling like fucking rugs with your
- 37:13Speaker 1: art on him.
- 37:13Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I just sold out of those. I got
- 37:16Speaker 2: like one hundred and something more coming.
- 37:18Speaker 1: That's pretty dope.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I should send you one. It would look good
- 37:21Speaker 2: in here.
- 37:21Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, scary. I can't even get you to.
- 37:24Speaker 2: Wrap, so yeah, that's cool. Man one day.
- 37:28Speaker 1: When he does Black Sheep number.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Six, Yeah, who knows. I let everybody get into a
- 37:32Speaker 2: panic that I'm like, never gonna wrap again, and then
- 37:34Speaker 2: I'll come back here.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Well, I feel like five is a nice round. Are
- 37:37Speaker 1: you end the Black Sheep series at five?
- 37:39Speaker 2: I honestly thought I was ending it at four? Right? Yeah?
- 37:42Speaker 2: Five feels more, feels better? Yeah, but I mean maybe
- 37:45Speaker 2: who's gone past? Well? Carter? The Carter has like a bunch.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Carter five was trash though, But.
- 37:51Speaker 2: How many did he go to? He went to like
- 37:53Speaker 2: six seven.
- 37:55Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest, bro, you stopped the little Wayne
- 37:59Speaker 1: shit has been Oh come on, man, Wayne is a goat.
- 38:02Speaker 1: He is a goat.
- 38:02Speaker 2: He's a goat. He Come on, bro, you gotta we
- 38:05Speaker 2: gotta put respect on people that have made great art.
- 38:07Speaker 1: It's like Alan Iverson on the Grizzlies. It's like or
- 38:11Speaker 1: a chemologed one on the Raptor.
- 38:13Speaker 2: Yeah, but as an artist, I actually have a pet
- 38:15Speaker 2: beeve about this because as an artist, like if anyone's
- 38:18Speaker 2: ever made a record that I liked, like even one song,
- 38:21Speaker 2: I'll always just be like, this is a great artist,
- 38:23Speaker 2: even if they start to get out bad shit. I
- 38:26Speaker 2: just like whether or not I have yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 38:29Speaker 2: I feel it's just interesting. Yeah, I get that.
- 38:31Speaker 1: Yeah I could. I could still on the greatest shit ever. Yeah,
- 38:34Speaker 1: but I'm sure I heard about it being the greatest
- 38:36Speaker 1: shit ever.
- 38:36Speaker 2: Yeah. I thought I was gonna end on four and
- 38:38Speaker 2: then I don't know. I just started cutting records because
- 38:40Speaker 2: like I just depending on how the album feels to me.
- 38:44Speaker 2: It's like if it'll be Black Sheep or not. Like
- 38:46Speaker 2: the other albums I was working on didn't feel like
- 38:48Speaker 2: Black Sheep. This one felt like I was in that pocket.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Yeah, would you ever do anything else, like like in
- 38:53Speaker 1: the entertainment space, any acting or I feel like you get.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Dude, I would love to be typecasted, Like just make
- 39:00Speaker 2: me any type of stereotypical character. I would love to
- 39:03Speaker 2: play it. I actually moved. When I moved to La,
- 39:05Speaker 2: I was supposed to do a film with Colin Till
- 39:07Speaker 2: you know that is he's like an incredible director. He
- 39:09Speaker 2: used to direct like all the big budget Nicki Minaj
- 39:12Speaker 2: and Tiger and Lil Wayne videos. Dude's an amazing director.
- 39:15Speaker 2: And he had he was writing a script and he
- 39:18Speaker 2: had a character named Caski in the script, and I
- 39:21Speaker 2: was like this younger brother of this kid in prison,
- 39:25Speaker 2: and like I was like a crash out. It was
- 39:27Speaker 2: such a cool character. And so I like took lessons
- 39:30Speaker 2: and like was practicing like crazy. And I actually came
- 39:33Speaker 2: out here for that and then the budget just like
- 39:35Speaker 2: fell through on it or something and got put on
- 39:37Speaker 2: the back burner. But I would love to do something
- 39:39Speaker 2: like that, or like put me on Traders or something.
- 39:41Speaker 2: I would kill that too. You've never seen Traders. It's
- 39:44Speaker 2: like a it's like a reality show where they got
- 39:46Speaker 2: a lie about who's got money and shit. It's cool.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Oh oh I saw that.
- 39:50Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I would do something. I would yeah, yeah,
- 39:53Speaker 2: I would do something like that. But you know, I'm
- 39:55Speaker 2: like interested in music and art, that's my main thing.
- 39:59Speaker 2: But I would acting be super cool. I don't know
- 40:01Speaker 2: if I'd be any good at it.
- 40:02Speaker 1: To be real, but be type cast, you just have
- 40:05Speaker 1: to play yourself.
- 40:06Speaker 2: Dude. I would love to be in like House of
- 40:08Speaker 2: Dragon as like a dragon shaman. Yeah yeah, I would
- 40:12Speaker 2: love that.
- 40:13Speaker 1: You could be definitely in some sort of Game of
- 40:15Speaker 1: Thrown spinoff.
- 40:16Speaker 2: Dude, I would I would drop everything to do that
- 40:18Speaker 2: real quick.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Yo, who's that new actor with the fucking blacked out arm?
- 40:21Speaker 2: Acting would be cool because people wouldn't feel like they
- 40:24Speaker 2: have so much insight into my personal life. You know,
- 40:27Speaker 2: like they just see this thing that I was doing
- 40:29Speaker 2: and they wouldn't make a.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Money true, Like a lot of the big actors who
- 40:32Speaker 1: are obviously like not overly exposed.
- 40:34Speaker 2: You don't have any opinion about.
- 40:35Speaker 1: It, but all your fans they feel like they know you.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Yeah me, or or actors most artists oh yeah, yeah,
- 40:41Speaker 2: yeah exactly yeah, which like there's cool elements of that.
- 40:45Speaker 2: But it would be nice to have a career where
- 40:46Speaker 2: like people didn't feel like they had an opinion about
- 40:49Speaker 2: me because you know, like I was thinking about this.
- 40:52Speaker 2: It's funny. When I was on the Be Real one
- 40:54Speaker 2: and I smoked weed, I was like thinking about how
- 40:56Speaker 2: weird it is that like if I wasn't in a
- 40:57Speaker 2: public facing job, the only time people would think about
- 41:01Speaker 2: me is when they ran into me or like look
- 41:03Speaker 2: back on a picture of me. But like when you
- 41:05Speaker 2: do interviews or you put out music and you make content,
- 41:08Speaker 2: people are encountering some version of you all the time
- 41:11Speaker 2: and like have an opinion on you, even if that changes.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Yeah you know, like yeah, like dude, I have interviews
- 41:17Speaker 2: from five years ago. I'm like my opinion changes all
- 41:19Speaker 2: the time, and like sometimes I look back on takes
- 41:21Speaker 2: I've had and I was like, ah, maybe that was stupid, like.
- 41:24Speaker 1: You know, speaking of changing as humans. Since you've moved
- 41:27Speaker 1: back to Florida, have you been to the Sausage Castle?
- 41:29Speaker 2: No, No, I have not.
- 41:33Speaker 1: I'm trying to just come to I want to go
- 41:35Speaker 1: back because I ain't been back since the old one.
- 41:37Speaker 2: I'm like uninterested in the lifestyle, to be real. Yeah,
- 41:40Speaker 2: like I just like I haven't partied in forever. I like,
- 41:44Speaker 2: how like wholesome I feel, you know, I don't know,
- 41:47Speaker 2: I'm just like not interested in any type of party
- 41:50Speaker 2: And like I got invited to a party out here
- 41:53Speaker 2: tonight for somebody that's important, and I'm like no, I'm good.
- 41:56Speaker 1: You don't want to go through the industry shake shake thing.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Nah, I don't.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Yeah, what is the U because obviously you've worked with
- 42:02Speaker 1: a lot of very talented producers over the years. But
- 42:04Speaker 1: Will Power, I feel like it's just like a different
- 42:05Speaker 1: level of like he's alien, he's a beast. So what's
- 42:08Speaker 1: it like being able to work with him on the
- 42:11Speaker 1: whole project from scratch?
- 42:12Speaker 2: It's like the most enjoyable challenge ever. Because he doesn't
- 42:16Speaker 2: approach any record. He hasn't approached one song we made
- 42:19Speaker 2: like a previous record, Like he just every time I
- 42:23Speaker 2: come in the studio, it's something so different, and like
- 42:26Speaker 2: we were spending our time listening to great old music.
- 42:29Speaker 2: Like last session I was in Nashville, I was talking
- 42:31Speaker 2: about how I didn't know a lot of Prince music,
- 42:34Speaker 2: like I know the hits and stuff, and Will was like, oh,
- 42:37Speaker 2: I got to play some prints, and so he played
- 42:39Speaker 2: me a bunch of prints and I'm like, let's take
- 42:41Speaker 2: a stab at making something in this direction. And so
- 42:43Speaker 2: like every record is just so different, and he like
- 42:47Speaker 2: approaches art in the same way I do, of like
- 42:50Speaker 2: trying to find something totally new, and like even when
- 42:54Speaker 2: we were like, man, let's like work on making a
- 42:56Speaker 2: really catchy dope record or whatever. We weren't trying to
- 42:59Speaker 2: do the Nashville industry formula of like here's the main
- 43:02Speaker 2: four chords and here's where the hook go. You know.
- 43:04Speaker 2: It's like we're just trying to be creative and like
- 43:08Speaker 2: it felt like making my first album or something.
- 43:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Yeah, like just total new exploration going.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Could you see yourself getting into a spot where you
- 43:16Speaker 1: like do this songwriter thing.
- 43:18Speaker 2: Like for other people. I think I'm so selfish, Like
- 43:21Speaker 2: I don't know, like I when we were working on
- 43:24Speaker 2: this album, we had a couple sessions like with the
- 43:26Speaker 2: songwriter because I was like, let me learn something from
- 43:29Speaker 2: these guys, and like it boosted my confidence because both
- 43:32Speaker 2: the two guys and the two separate sessions were like, ah,
- 43:34Speaker 2: you don't really need this, dude, like you're a great writer,
- 43:37Speaker 2: like yeah, you got this, and so I don't. I'm
- 43:40Speaker 2: just like maybe at some point I will be, but
- 43:42Speaker 2: I'm not like uber interested in writing other people's stuff,
- 43:45Speaker 2: like I I maybe one day when I'm writing things
- 43:48Speaker 2: that I feel like don't fit for me, but like
- 43:50Speaker 2: music's so personal to me, you know. It's like it's
- 43:53Speaker 2: it's the same reason I won't use AI because I'm
- 43:55Speaker 2: like it's so like spiritual and cool to me, Like it's.
- 43:58Speaker 1: Yeah, the AI shit is getting like hella corny, because
- 44:01Speaker 1: I can understand the idea of like if you can't
- 44:06Speaker 1: if you're a up and coming artist and you can't
- 44:08Speaker 1: afford like to clear a sample, yeah, or maybe you
- 44:12Speaker 1: want like an opera like yeah, yeah, something like that
- 44:15Speaker 1: that you can there.
- 44:16Speaker 2: Will probably be some application there right where it's like, hey,
- 44:18Speaker 2: doesn't feel weird, or or like I.
- 44:21Speaker 1: Want a dry singer, and then like if you're a producer,
- 44:24Speaker 1: you could chop that up and still make it your own,
- 44:26Speaker 1: but you're not clearing.
- 44:28Speaker 2: I think the struggle for people is just gonna like
- 44:30Speaker 2: be figuring out actually how to be creative and still
- 44:34Speaker 2: utilize it. I just know for me, I'm uninterested, Like
- 44:37Speaker 2: I just I love working with human artists. I love
- 44:40Speaker 2: the accidents that you discover, and like it's just it's
- 44:44Speaker 2: just incredibly boring to me, Like I would rather be
- 44:47Speaker 2: in the studio with the guitarists who's not the best
- 44:49Speaker 2: guitarist in the world, and just see what happens. Like
- 44:51Speaker 2: that's been the enjoyable part about making music. My whole
- 44:54Speaker 2: life is like the creative process, and I don't ever
- 44:57Speaker 2: want out on dude.
- 44:59Speaker 1: You know our boy TK, the big giant Viking.
- 45:01Speaker 2: I love him t K.
- 45:02Speaker 1: You know he writes really good songs.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Yeah, he's amazing, But listen, this fool's put put that
- 45:06Speaker 2: ship into souno. He'll be like, no, dude, no, no, no,
- 45:11Speaker 2: where's t K. I'm gonna just shark on him road.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Oh I'm gonna call t K when we leave, and
- 45:17Speaker 2: I'll be like ever, But I wrote it like it's
- 45:23Speaker 2: not it's not. I get it, like I I'm trying
- 45:26Speaker 2: not to like shiot on people that use it because
- 45:28Speaker 2: I know people are just like exploring new territory and stuff,
- 45:31Speaker 2: but I'm uninterested in it. And TK is incredibly talented
- 45:34Speaker 2: without it.
- 45:35Speaker 1: This thing is like and if you're gonna use it,
- 45:38Speaker 1: just tell people.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Well, the reason why people don't want to tell people
- 45:41Speaker 2: is because it's wildly unpopular. And then it's like, well,
- 45:43Speaker 2: then just don't use it because it is unpopular. It
- 45:46Speaker 2: is insanely unpopular, and I get.
- 45:48Speaker 1: Why, like and make all those people who use it
- 45:50Speaker 1: on their music go live next to a data center.
- 45:52Speaker 2: Yeah, facts. Well, the reason why I'm like more against
- 45:54Speaker 2: it than anything is like we could get in the
- 45:56Speaker 2: nuanced argument about like what still cost to its creativity,
- 46:01Speaker 2: and I'm like uninterested in that stuff. But for me
- 46:03Speaker 2: as an artist, it's bad for artists, Like because dude,
- 46:06Speaker 2: at some point, if if AI wasn't getting all this backlash,
- 46:09Speaker 2: at some point, every sink company would be like, we're
- 46:12Speaker 2: not giving artists money for sinc placements anyway, We're just
- 46:14Speaker 2: gonna make an AI generated song, suspenseful song for this
- 46:17Speaker 2: scene artists exactly. And so all these opportunities for like
- 46:22Speaker 2: artists are always struggling to figure out how to make
- 46:24Speaker 2: an honest living with music independently, and like, I want
- 46:27Speaker 2: to see independent artists make a living, and so it's
- 46:30Speaker 2: just something that I'm like, I'm against it because I
- 46:32Speaker 2: want artists to make a living. I think the world
- 46:34Speaker 2: is a better place when people make art, you know.
- 46:36Speaker 2: And it's like, why are we gonna, dude, make the
- 46:39Speaker 2: AI do our dishes and work at Amazon.
- 46:41Speaker 1: I don't get a song today and the artwork was
- 46:44Speaker 1: chat gpt art and I literally was like, I'm not
- 46:47Speaker 1: even listening to.
- 46:47Speaker 2: This dude, exactly. I tell everybody. I'm like, the second
- 46:51Speaker 2: I noticed it, I'm not listening to that. I made
- 46:53Speaker 2: a whole TikTok the other day just being like, dude,
- 46:55Speaker 2: anything can be the album art. I painted the most
- 46:57Speaker 2: recent album and took a picture on my cell phone
- 47:01Speaker 2: and it's just infinitely more interesting, Like a human perspective
- 47:04Speaker 2: is more interesting. Like I'm sick of the I saw
- 47:08Speaker 2: somebody called the nerd Reich on on TikTok, but like
- 47:12Speaker 2: this techno billionaire tech nerds that are just trying to
- 47:15Speaker 2: ruin all our lives and like exploit everybody.
- 47:19Speaker 1: All right, So we hopefully we'll get the album before
- 47:22Speaker 1: the beginning of the year.
- 47:23Speaker 2: Will dude, stay on will about it? I'm ready, I've
- 47:26Speaker 2: been ready.
- 47:27Speaker 1: Well you know the whole thing about will Power and
- 47:29Speaker 1: uh you feel like he's the big overthinker over there.
- 47:31Speaker 2: Oh yeah, well we're both virgos. So we've been like
- 47:34Speaker 2: butting heads about different things on the album. Yeah, because
- 47:37Speaker 2: we're both like perfectionists and a certain regards. So yeah,
- 47:41Speaker 2: there you go. So nineties band is on the album
- 47:44Speaker 2: maybe now. I haven't got confirmation from Maam. I know
- 47:47Speaker 2: they said they were.
- 47:49Speaker 1: Black Crows, who I don't know. I'm just.
- 47:53Speaker 2: I got to look into them. I discovered a bunch
- 47:56Speaker 2: of music the last three years that I never listened to,
- 47:58Speaker 2: Like I listened to a CDC for the first time.
- 48:00Speaker 1: Wow, White from Florida. That's impressive. Yeah you got through
- 48:04Speaker 1: this much life without.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, well, like I've heard the hits, but like Ship. Yeah,
- 48:09Speaker 2: I even like Black Sabbath Paranoid. I heard for the
- 48:11Speaker 2: first time three years ago, amazing album.
- 48:14Speaker 1: What about Like you're into all kinds of you are
- 48:16Speaker 1: kind of geometric Ship on your ba well formerly on
- 48:18Speaker 1: your body. Well, I don't know what's left. Yeah you like,
- 48:21Speaker 1: were you into Tool?
- 48:23Speaker 2: My sister was a huge Tool fan, like had Tool
- 48:25Speaker 2: posters and stuff. But I never bumped that well because
- 48:28Speaker 2: when I was in like middle school and high school,
- 48:30Speaker 2: I was into like really underground heavy metal, like this
- 48:33Speaker 2: band Zao, Norma Jean, all these like super hardcore bands. Yeah,
- 48:37Speaker 2: and so like that was the rock I was interested in.
- 48:40Speaker 2: So whenever I would hear like Tool or a CDC
- 48:42Speaker 2: or Metallica or something, I was like, this is soft rock.
- 48:46Speaker 1: Tool has a song about It's called stink Fist, and
- 48:49Speaker 1: it's about fisting someone that's and it's.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Hard, but yeah, I was like, when I was listening
- 48:54Speaker 2: to all this like old rock, I was like, I
- 48:56Speaker 2: don't know, it just kind of wasn't hitting for me.
- 48:58Speaker 2: But as I got older and like I got introduced
- 49:00Speaker 2: to led Zeppelin like a handful of years ago, and
- 49:03Speaker 2: I was like, I got really interested in that. So
- 49:05Speaker 2: that's a lot of the stuff that inspired this album
- 49:07Speaker 2: is like hearing these great albums for the first time.
- 49:10Speaker 1: That's fire. New album hopefully coming sooner than later. But
- 49:13Speaker 1: the song is out now.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Yes sir, And next time I'm here, I'll freestyle. Dude,
- 49:17Speaker 2: I got you.
- 49:18Speaker 1: I don't believe it. I ain't gonna lie. We'll see.
- 49:21Speaker 2: I just was like, I'll disappoint him in person. I
- 49:23Speaker 2: didn't want to go it's fine.
- 49:24Speaker 1: And it's fine, all right, go support, go stream the
- 49:27Speaker 1: and then you got it's the art online.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Or I actually am working on my art website for October.
- 49:34Speaker 1: But you know, till then, we stocked on the merchant
- 49:36Speaker 1: all that.
- 49:37Speaker 2: Yep, I've been I've been just selling art through the
- 49:39Speaker 2: DM for like two years now.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Well, where can people buy a black sheet jersey or something?
- 49:43Speaker 2: Bacon withcaski dot com Bacon with Caskie. Yes, sir, they'll
- 49:46Speaker 2: bring it back next time. Can I go to your
- 49:49Speaker 2: pizza spot? How's the pizza spot? How's that? How's that?
- 49:53Speaker 1: But it's fine.
- 49:54Speaker 2: I was gonna say, how's having a brick and mortar store.
- 49:56Speaker 2: That's something I've been navigating, like learning about.
- 49:59Speaker 1: It's a it's a struggle, but it's there. Yeah, yeah,
- 50:02Speaker 1: I do think it was just there a couple of
- 50:03Speaker 1: weeks ago.
