Community Rallies After Pizzeria Crash | Dover News
A car plowed through Mancini’s Brick Oven Pizzeria, causing catastrophic damage and claiming the life of an 80-year-old woman while seriously injuring her 17-year-old granddaughter. In response, the community rallied — Crabcake Factory Bayside is hosting “crabcakin’ for a cause” this Sunday, August 23rd, with live music, a silent auction, and raffles to raise funds. Twenty percent of all sales from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. will go directly to Mancini’s recovery. Authorities are still investigating the crash, with no charges filed yet.
