“Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito issued an interim order pausing a Friday decision by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals that would have banned telehealth abortions. This Supreme Court action, called an administrative stay, will allow for telehealth abortions to temporarily continue.”
