- 0:02Speaker 1: To Teas in a pod with Teddy Mellencamp and camera Jedge.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Hi guys, as you know, we are off this week
- 0:20Speaker 2: because it is July fourth, and.
- 0:23Speaker 3: So my birthday, it is a birthday to you would
- 0:29Speaker 3: like me to do a cameo?
- 0:30Speaker 2: Oh? Yeah? How much? How much? Should I?
- 0:32Speaker 3: One hundred dollars do? A shut up?
- 0:35Speaker 2: Very expensive?
- 0:36Speaker 3: I know, Well, are you gonna sing.
- 0:37Speaker 2: In the cameo? Or what?
- 0:38Speaker 3: Are you gonna have a birthday to you? No, I'm
- 0:42Speaker 3: not gonna no, nope, July first. For some reason, some
- 0:48Speaker 3: strange reason, I thought your birthday was on the fourth
- 0:50Speaker 3: of July.
- 0:51Speaker 2: No, I was married on the fourth of July. And
- 0:53Speaker 2: my oh, your birthday is July first.
- 0:56Speaker 3: So my good friend Jackie her birthday is on the
- 0:58Speaker 3: fourth of July. And I just kind of you guys
- 1:00Speaker 3: next up for some strange reason.
- 1:02Speaker 2: I don't know how you could. Ever, where are you.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Going to be July first? On your birthday?
- 1:07Speaker 2: July first, I'm gonna be in La and then for
- 1:10Speaker 2: uh then right after Bella's volleyball tournament, we are all
- 1:15Speaker 2: going to head to Hampton's area with my family and
- 1:20Speaker 2: so fun.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Yeah, so we're gonna be taken off for your You're
- 1:22Speaker 3: taken off.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Yes, but there will be people at my house everyone,
- 1:26Speaker 2: so calm your tits. Some we have I know, I know, it's.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, I know I have. I always had
- 1:33Speaker 3: people stay at the house because we have to have
- 1:35Speaker 3: somebody watch the dog, the ass. So we are plans
- 1:40Speaker 3: for the fourth of July. My one plan is to
- 1:42Speaker 3: not eat mango ever again in my life.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Do you know I'm allergic to Mego?
- 1:46Speaker 3: Well, I have not been allerged to mango until yesterday,
- 1:50Speaker 3: and I got this. Really, I don't know if mego
- 1:52Speaker 3: mangos come in different types, so I don't know. This
- 1:54Speaker 3: one was a very small one, very ripe. I ate it.
- 1:59Speaker 3: And we're going to the mall because Eddie needs a suit,
- 2:01Speaker 3: a linen suit for this way, and we're going a
- 2:04Speaker 3: wedding in Cabo. And all of a sudden, my throat
- 2:09Speaker 3: starts scratching, like itching so bad, then closing up and
- 2:13Speaker 3: I'm coughing and coughing. Snot is coming out my nose,
- 2:16Speaker 3: water is drained out of my eyes and I can't
- 2:17Speaker 3: stop coughing, and Eddie's looking at me like what the
- 2:20Speaker 3: fuck I go? Is this how I'm gonna die. I'm
- 2:22Speaker 3: gonna die eating a mango and thank God, I'm like,
- 2:27Speaker 3: is it gonna get worse? Is it? It wasn't getting
- 2:29Speaker 3: better For like twenty minutes. I drank milk, almond milk
- 2:34Speaker 3: seemed to calm it down just a little bit. But
- 2:35Speaker 3: it was like a two hour thing where all then
- 2:38Speaker 3: I was like I couldn't stop coffeeing and it was kind.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Of scary, and then you kind of wake up the
- 2:42Speaker 2: next day having a sore throat. We're morphing into each
- 2:45Speaker 2: other town.
- 2:46Speaker 3: This is so weird. I've never had that problem. I
- 2:48Speaker 3: don't know if it's just because it's so it was
- 2:50Speaker 3: so ripe this mango, so I don't know. It was
- 2:53Speaker 3: very weird. But we are going we are headed to
- 2:56Speaker 3: Cabo on the third and we have a wedding. I
- 3:00Speaker 3: think it's actually on the fourth of July that we're
- 3:03Speaker 3: going to the wedding. I know, I know, So that
- 3:07Speaker 3: is going to be fun.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not I'm not a big fan of going
- 3:12Speaker 2: to Mexico anymore for some strange reason. Oh I love Mexico.
- 3:15Speaker 3: It's not a strange reason. I just feel like as
- 3:17Speaker 3: I get older, I'm getting a little bit tired, scared
- 3:21Speaker 3: not tired, bitch scared of being an area that isn't
- 3:26Speaker 3: always the safest place. Yeah you know what I mean.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Yeah, it definitely depends where you go.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm looking like, yeah, even if you go to
- 3:35Speaker 3: like a nice resort and you're staying there, like if
- 3:37Speaker 3: you want to leave and go like maybe to the
- 3:40Speaker 3: office or down to the beach, like, shit happens down there.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Yeah, shit happens everywhere.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, I know.
- 3:47Speaker 2: I drive out of my house, I'm like, holy shit,
- 3:50Speaker 2: what is happening. It's happening everywhere. So I think we
- 3:53Speaker 2: just have to live our life and do what we're know.
- 3:55Speaker 3: I you know that I'm actually meeting with a business
- 4:00Speaker 3: guy that is starting the something we're thinking about buying
- 4:04Speaker 3: into a self defense company.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's cool.
- 4:09Speaker 3: So tomorrow they're they're opening up a new location Anaheim Hills.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Are they going to do it for kids too, because that's.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not just I mean, it's all aspects of
- 4:19Speaker 3: self defense they have, Like they it's not like you're
- 4:22Speaker 3: going to be learning karate or whatever anything like that,
- 4:25Speaker 3: but they're going to help you, like especially for housewives.
- 4:28Speaker 3: So they're going to help you learn how to defend yourself,
- 4:30Speaker 3: if it's with physically, if it's with pepper spray, a birdie.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Have you heard of a birdie?
- 4:35Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 4:35Speaker 2: Well I just went to that event and Temecula what
- 4:39Speaker 2: they taught us all to do that and all out
- 4:41Speaker 2: of the ropes like everything.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Yeah, they're going to teach all that. And also they
- 4:44Speaker 3: have a simulator for shooting guns, so it's safe. There's
- 4:47Speaker 3: no guns actually there, but you can learn how to
- 4:50Speaker 3: shoot with a simulator. So I'm curious because this is
- 4:53Speaker 3: something that I could see us getting into.
- 4:57Speaker 2: All right, Well, we wish everybody a very happy Fourth
- 5:00Speaker 2: July and we will be back. We are answering a
- 5:03Speaker 2: couple of fan questions before we head out and we
- 5:05Speaker 2: have our vacation for the week. Oh my gosh, dam
- 5:08Speaker 2: they want us to get like lovey dovey real quick.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Oh question good?
- 5:13Speaker 3: Well if we didn't even ask the questions. What's your
- 5:15Speaker 3: favorite food to eat the fourth of July?
- 5:17Speaker 2: Oh? I love hot dogs. I do.
- 5:20Speaker 3: I love a good hot dog. I had this conversation
- 5:22Speaker 3: with somebody just just yesterday. Think it was like, oh, gross,
- 5:25Speaker 3: hot dogs. I'm like, no, I need a good hot
- 5:27Speaker 3: dog at least once a year.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Yeah, like once good hot dog, and I like like
- 5:33Speaker 2: baked beans.
- 5:34Speaker 3: I like baked beans too, I know. But let me
- 5:37Speaker 3: ask you, if you had to pick one, you go
- 5:38Speaker 3: to pick one. Twizzlers are Nerds gummy clusters?
- 5:43Speaker 2: You know. I've always been a Twizzlers gal, but now
- 5:46Speaker 2: you've turned me on to the Nerd gummy clusters. Yeah.
- 5:49Speaker 2: I've realized about the Nerds gummy clusters is sometimes they
- 5:52Speaker 2: hurt my tongue, So I.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Really I think I still have to sourness of it.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Yeah, like if I eat too many, like when we're traveling,
- 6:00Speaker 2: I'm like, what, it feels like I had a war.
- 6:04Speaker 3: So it's a must have when when we get on
- 6:06Speaker 3: an airplane to have Twistlers and gummy clusters.
- 6:10Speaker 2: And then when one of us isn't in the mood
- 6:11Speaker 2: to eat it, the other one shoves it into our
- 6:13Speaker 2: mouth anyway, So yeah, that's how we that's how we live.
- 6:16Speaker 3: I can eat a whole bag of Twizzlers, the big
- 6:18Speaker 3: giant bag.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Mine got stale my recent bag because I didn't close
- 6:23Speaker 2: it all the way. And then I got all excited
- 6:24Speaker 2: when I found them.
- 6:25Speaker 3: And then they were like, what if you tried to
- 6:27Speaker 3: heat them up in the microwave.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Could you imagine if someone came home and I've exploded
- 6:31Speaker 2: in my house because I was heating up twizzlers that
- 6:33Speaker 2: are two weeks old from CBS. Oh okay, what is
- 6:37Speaker 2: our favorite thing about each other?
- 6:40Speaker 3: Oh my god, I think at this point we we
- 6:44Speaker 3: just our chemistry is good and you're it's not like
- 6:47Speaker 3: that with every friend. Like you, we all have friends
- 6:50Speaker 3: and we're like, oh god, she's bugging me today. You don't,
- 6:52Speaker 3: you only bug me sometimes, but uh, and and at
- 6:57Speaker 3: this point we have uh, we can now finish each
- 7:01Speaker 3: other's sentences. We are morphine into the same person. We
- 7:04Speaker 3: are a lot alike. We have we love to do
- 7:06Speaker 3: the same things. Our husbands are similar. Like we were
- 7:10Speaker 3: just meant to be.
- 7:11Speaker 2: To tease the pod, I think so too. What I
- 7:14Speaker 2: said the other day, it was like, it's very effortless
- 7:16Speaker 2: with Tam. Yeah, like I can and also I can
- 7:19Speaker 2: feel your energy. I think you can feel we know
- 7:21Speaker 2: right away what we're getting, and so I just really
- 7:25Speaker 2: appreciate that. And like, also it's very when we are together.
- 7:30Speaker 2: It's even better because it can be like, oh, you
- 7:34Speaker 2: know that we can totally feed off of one another.
- 7:37Speaker 2: And we always have fun. Or if we're tired, we
- 7:39Speaker 2: can just look at each other and be like, let's
- 7:41Speaker 2: go to bed. Yeah, there's no pressure for that together.
- 7:44Speaker 3: We don't go to bed together, not together well yet yeah, yeah,
- 7:48Speaker 3: that's coming next.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Now.
- 7:49Speaker 2: They want to know the least favorite thing about each.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Least yeah, least favorite the amountain times you post on
- 8:02Speaker 3: your stories.
- 8:04Speaker 2: If that's the worst thing that I do.
- 8:05Speaker 3: That's the worst thing. There's really not anything for me.
- 8:09Speaker 2: It's just when I know you're annoyed and you don't
- 8:12Speaker 2: respond back, I mean, oh yeah, I want immediate I
- 8:15Speaker 2: want immediate fix, and you like to give me like
- 8:18Speaker 2: a ten minute time out.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Yeah, you have the anxiety anxiety part where you're like, Okay,
- 8:22Speaker 3: what's wrong, what's wrong? And I'm like, nope, ain't talking, Tam.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Do you have any haunted house stories for us?
- 8:42Speaker 3: Not recently. The house that I grew up in was
- 8:45Speaker 3: a little bit haunted. There had this added on room
- 8:48Speaker 3: in the back in the corner.
- 8:50Speaker 2: It had a leaded.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Glass corner window. And Ryan was little at the time,
- 8:55Speaker 3: and he would look in the window and he would
- 8:57Speaker 3: see people dancing, and he'd always tell me about it,
- 9:02Speaker 3: and I would always be like, oh my god, Yeah,
- 9:05Speaker 3: that hurt. That house was haunted. It had a very
- 9:07Speaker 3: eerie feeling. I would say the most recent was when
- 9:11Speaker 3: we bought that second house in Ladera, in the same
- 9:14Speaker 3: community we rented our house out, bought the second house.
- 9:18Speaker 3: It just shit constantly happened to it. There was some
- 9:21Speaker 3: bad energy.
- 9:22Speaker 2: The people that iadgine there before.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Yeah, it got divorced and it was really really bad
- 9:27Speaker 3: and like there would be like water leaks for no reason. Yeah,
- 9:31Speaker 3: it was just really really weird, even the people. There's
- 9:34Speaker 3: been like three or four owners since we sold it
- 9:36Speaker 3: because people cannot stay there. It's weird.
- 9:40Speaker 2: This next one is Teddy. Is Cruz doing better with camp? Yes,
- 9:45Speaker 2: he went into camp this this morning, like effortless. Dove
- 9:49Speaker 2: had her first day of summer school TK because she
- 9:54Speaker 2: wouldn't do any of the questions that they asked during
- 9:56Speaker 2: her initial application process on sure, no, do you have hands?
- 10:02Speaker 2: Don't know? Where? Can you count? So they're like, in
- 10:07Speaker 2: order for her to start TK, she has to do
- 10:08Speaker 2: three weeks of summer school. So when does she.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Start regular kindergarten? Do she have another year?
- 10:13Speaker 2: She has a full year of TK before kindergarten, so
- 10:16Speaker 2: she'll do this three weeks of summer school and then
- 10:17Speaker 2: she'll start TK in the fall. But so we had
- 10:20Speaker 2: Cruise this morning drop off, I mean Dove first, then
- 10:24Speaker 2: Cruise at camp, and he walked in and it was
- 10:26Speaker 2: like like he's feeling confident now he knows the like
- 10:30Speaker 2: he's good.
- 10:31Speaker 3: So it takes a few times.
- 10:34Speaker 2: I love these questions. We get right into do you
- 10:39Speaker 2: think Bravo will continue to cut more reunions now that
- 10:42Speaker 2: they've done it with the Valley in Real House Lives,
- 10:43Speaker 2: New Jersey.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Well, the Valley never was sluttered for reunions, so I
- 10:47Speaker 3: don't know what they're talking about, but I would like
- 10:50Speaker 3: to see a reunion for the Valley. That would be nice.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Maybe next year. I don't think they're going to be
- 10:55Speaker 3: cutting more reunions. I don't think that's something that's that's
- 10:58Speaker 3: did they want to do. I think the Jersey's in
- 11:01Speaker 3: a really bad place and they just felt there was
- 11:03Speaker 3: no reason for it.
- 11:05Speaker 2: And also, reunions are expensive, so unless they are expensive,
- 11:09Speaker 2: you're gonna get something good.
- 11:10Speaker 3: I think there's no reason for the network to spend
- 11:13Speaker 3: that kind of money. Now, somebody said Tamra do you
- 11:16Speaker 3: get annoyed when humans call humans, when people call you
- 11:19Speaker 3: a villain. I know I'm not a villain. Do I
- 11:24Speaker 3: ask the hard questions on the show? Do I bring
- 11:26Speaker 3: this shit up?
- 11:27Speaker 2: Yes? I do?
- 11:29Speaker 3: I don't really care. I don't think that's a villain.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Yeah. Which housewife do you think would win on Survivor?
- 11:37Speaker 2: Oh my god, this is a hard one.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Teddy would win. That's who would win.
- 11:46Speaker 2: You know what, I'll take it. I feel like I
- 11:49Speaker 2: could win certain things, but eating snakeheads, like the food
- 11:55Speaker 2: would really be hard for me. Like, I don't know
- 11:57Speaker 2: that I could survive. I'm such a big need to
- 12:00Speaker 2: have a.
- 12:00Speaker 3: One tough chick to be on. Producer said doctor Nicole. Yeah, right,
- 12:05Speaker 3: you give me one tough chick to win a Survivor
- 12:09Speaker 3: type of show. I don't think that I could win.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I love that they don't need the snakeheads on Survivor.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Well what do they eat? Then? They shit?
- 12:18Speaker 3: They eat shit you don't want to eat. I don't
- 12:19Speaker 3: want to eat a cricket. I don't want to eat
- 12:21Speaker 3: a turd. I don't want to sleep in the bushes.
- 12:24Speaker 3: I'm too old for that shit.
- 12:25Speaker 2: They're saying, we're getting fear factor in Survivor Ever.
- 12:29Speaker 3: And me, and then we'll see who We'll see what happens.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Do you agree that Kenya should have been suspended?
- 12:36Speaker 3: Well, I don't know the entirety of what went down.
- 12:38Speaker 3: We only know what has been leaked. So this is
- 12:44Speaker 3: the same housewife show that has been going on for
- 12:46Speaker 3: eighteen years. Why all of a sudden now are we like,
- 12:51Speaker 3: It's not that the cast or the network is changing,
- 12:54Speaker 3: it's the viewers are changing. So I think the world
- 12:57Speaker 3: is changing, and I think that that's why there's this.
- 13:00Speaker 3: They have to legally pull them out of the show,
- 13:03Speaker 3: do an investigation, and then put them back on. They
- 13:06Speaker 3: did it with jen Aiden and Danielle, and they're doing
- 13:09Speaker 3: it with Kenya. You know what we haven't talked about
- 13:11Speaker 3: is Traders has done filming and they are back at home.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Do you think one now, there was some people that
- 13:21Speaker 3: were on Instagram that were on the show that we
- 13:27Speaker 3: kind of know that they went home earlier, But for
- 13:30Speaker 3: the most part, everything has been very hush hush.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Yeah, there hasn't really been any leaks.
- 13:36Speaker 3: As you know, when you leave. I think I talked
- 13:39Speaker 3: about this before you sign a contract and you the
- 13:43Speaker 3: minute you walk off that show. They make you sign
- 13:46Speaker 3: another contract saying.
- 13:48Speaker 2: When do you think it'll when do you think it'll air?
- 13:52Speaker 3: They have a pretty quick turnaround. I filmed mine in September.
- 13:56Speaker 3: It hasn't even been a year since I filmed the
- 13:58Speaker 3: when I was on October, so probably October. But they
- 14:02Speaker 3: make you sign a thing saying when you go home,
- 14:04Speaker 3: you're not allowed to be on social media or do
- 14:06Speaker 3: anything that would put you out in the public eye. So,
- 14:09Speaker 3: I mean, it's a big commitment to the show. So
- 14:11Speaker 3: I couldn't, like I lost money being on the podcast.
- 14:14Speaker 3: I couldn't go back on the podcast until the show
- 14:16Speaker 3: was entirely done filming.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I hope Delora's one.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I do too. I have a feeling she was. She's
- 14:24Speaker 3: either a winner or towards the end.
- 14:26Speaker 2: I feel like she wasn't named a trader though. I
- 14:29Speaker 2: bet she was a faithful.
- 14:32Speaker 3: But I could see Dlorus being a trader.
- 14:34Speaker 2: I could too, But I just I'm just trying to guess.
- 14:37Speaker 3: I'm curious how Dearinda did and I don't want to know.
- 14:41Speaker 3: It's hard because I want to know, but I don't
- 14:44Speaker 3: want to know.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Okay, oh, this next one, all right, we got to
- 14:50Speaker 2: blow right through these What age do we do our
- 14:52Speaker 2: lower facelifts? I got did mine a couple of years ago.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Mine was a necklift. I have a scar right here.
- 14:58Speaker 2: I highly recommend. Yeah. I had a sunder change my life.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Lower facelift by doctor Amby and that was geez, I
- 15:07Speaker 3: think of my fiftieth So I'm fifty six now. So
- 15:11Speaker 3: it's been a while. And like I said earlier in
- 15:15Speaker 3: another podcast, I didn't have my upper face done and
- 15:19Speaker 3: I feel like it's kind of falling. So I am
- 15:21Speaker 3: looking into.
- 15:21Speaker 2: I don't know that holding it like this and going
- 15:23Speaker 2: I'm going to get an upper facelift is a good book.
- 15:26Speaker 3: That's pretty right. Yes, No, so I want to do
- 15:30Speaker 3: you know now forehead lifts are so much easier. It's
- 15:33Speaker 3: done laparoscopic, put a hole on the top of your
- 15:36Speaker 3: head and just pull the muscles up.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Well, since since we have to wrap anyway, are you
- 15:41Speaker 2: going to be Are you really going to a wedding Tamara?
- 15:43Speaker 2: Are you going to get that surgery during the fourth
- 15:45Speaker 2: of July?
- 15:46Speaker 3: No, I'm good.
- 15:46Speaker 2: I want to see some stories.
- 15:48Speaker 3: No, I'm going to show you. I already talked to
- 15:50Speaker 3: doctor Molds. Now everybody's going why isn't doctor Amby doing
- 15:53Speaker 3: it because it's not his specialty, so he doesn't really
- 15:56Speaker 3: like doing them. He likes doing other stuff. He does
- 15:59Speaker 3: a lot of facelifts, but just the upper part. But
- 16:01Speaker 3: doctor Molds does it, that's his associate.
- 16:05Speaker 2: I'm excited. I'm excited to see it, and guys, we
- 16:07Speaker 2: are going to miss you all. Once we get back,
- 16:10Speaker 2: we'll recap what we actually did on the fourth of July.
- 16:14Speaker 2: I can't wait to see Tamra's cameo that she's going
- 16:16Speaker 2: to give me for free for my birthday. And yeah,
- 16:20Speaker 2: we'll be back. And the best thing about after we
- 16:23Speaker 2: have a little time off is we come back. I
