- 0:01Speaker 1: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.
- 0:03Speaker 1: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,
- 0:06Speaker 1: and sure they definitely can be, but understanding of professionals
- 0:10Speaker 1: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
- 0:14Speaker 1: day after day. It's like banking with P and C Bank.
- 0:18Speaker 1: It might seem boring to save, plan and make calculated
- 0:21Speaker 1: decisions with your bank, but keeping your money boring is
- 0:24Speaker 1: what helps you live or more happily fulfilled life. P
- 0:27Speaker 1: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly
- 0:32Speaker 1: Boring since eighteen sixty five is a service mark of
- 0:35Speaker 1: the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank
- 0:39Speaker 1: National Association Member FDIC.
- 0:43Speaker 2: What is the outlook for twenty twenty six in the market.
- 0:47Speaker 3: It's gonna be tumultuous, but I think it an impositive
- 0:50Speaker 3: and then twenty twenty seven that will have iceberg slim
- 0:54Speaker 3: show up. The most important lesson that I need you
- 0:58Speaker 3: guys to know for twenty twenty sive whether we have
- 1:01Speaker 3: a deep decline or we're flat. Your job is to
- 1:06Speaker 3: accumulate as many assets as possible. Now, you got to
- 1:09Speaker 3: be an asset order like if it's accumulation time. For
- 1:13Speaker 3: those of you who believe in micro strategy. If you
- 1:14Speaker 3: believe in that, then it's time for you to pile in.
- 1:17Speaker 3: If you believe in bitcoin, it's time for you to
- 1:18Speaker 3: pile into that. A lot of you asking about SpaceX. Okay, well,
- 1:22Speaker 3: let's cover Microsoft first, your index funds first. But this
- 1:26Speaker 3: has to be a deep accumulation year. And also too,
- 1:29Speaker 3: now's not the year for you to learn more. And
- 1:30Speaker 3: I know he just said that, but in the market,
- 1:32Speaker 3: we've given you what to invest in, you have.
- 1:34Speaker 2: To deploy more capital.
- 1:36Speaker 3: There the sense that I get from every person that
- 1:40Speaker 3: I talk to, and no one knows what the free
- 1:45Speaker 3: fall cause is going to be, but everyone I talk
- 1:48Speaker 3: to knows that there's going to be a free fall
- 1:49Speaker 3: at some point in twenty six going into twenty seven.
- 1:52Speaker 3: And here's the part that no one's going to tell you.
- 1:56Speaker 3: No one's going to save you when you're in desperation,
- 1:58Speaker 3: because no one really gives a fun.
- 2:02Speaker 2: That's why most.
- 2:02Speaker 3: People who have information, they're quieter than ever. In Gatekeeper,
- 2:08Speaker 3: there's not many people telling you. Even on SpaceX, thank
- 2:11Speaker 3: god for VLAG, but look how much pushback they gave
- 2:14Speaker 3: him on tokenization.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Of pre IPO assets. We got this.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Market down, but they're going to block you out. The
- 2:23Speaker 3: VC and the angel deals. Why the private equity deals.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Why because they don't want you to have access to it.
- 2:30Speaker 3: They want to keep that one percent. It's like, well,
- 2:32Speaker 3: we gave y'all a stock market. You can have that,
- 2:34Speaker 3: but the seven hundred percent gainers that you can get
- 2:36Speaker 3: before even hits the market, we don't even want you
- 2:39Speaker 3: to touch that.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:42Speaker 4: I think that's why this is such an important time,
- 2:43Speaker 4: such an important show, such an important moment.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Twenty twenty six. I'm optimistic about it.
- 2:52Speaker 4: And there's a couple I always talk about catallus events
- 2:54Speaker 4: and things that can have the market move. I think
- 2:58Speaker 4: if you look at the the Hyperscalers, the Metas, the Amazons,
- 3:03Speaker 4: the Microsofts of the world, Google's Tesla, I think from
- 3:08Speaker 4: what we've seen in twenty twenty five and what their
- 3:10Speaker 4: future projections are for twenty twenty six, I think the
- 3:12Speaker 4: Cappeck story still is the same. You ask yourself the question,
- 3:16Speaker 4: are they going to spend less or are they going
- 3:18Speaker 4: to spend more?
- 3:19Speaker 2: And the answer is more.
- 3:22Speaker 4: And if we're talking about infrastructure, are we talking about
- 3:25Speaker 4: spending less? Are were going to be talking about spending more.
- 3:27Speaker 4: We're going to be talking about spending more. We're spending more.
- 3:31Speaker 4: Deregulation is a word that keeps coming up, and I
- 3:34Speaker 4: think it plays a major part into the story of
- 3:37Speaker 4: twenty twenty six in terms of AI, specifically when we
- 3:41Speaker 4: talk about Jensen and our battle, our race to make
- 3:46Speaker 4: sure that we stay ahead of China, he said, the
- 3:48Speaker 4: deregulation is going to be the biggest issue. Right If
- 3:51Speaker 4: it takes us six weeks to build or six years
- 3:54Speaker 4: to build a data center and it takes them two
- 3:56Speaker 4: days to build a hospital, that's going to be a
- 3:58Speaker 4: problem for us in the future. We have to figure
- 3:59Speaker 4: out how we can get these things happening in ult
- 4:02Speaker 4: ground faster, to the point where now AI deregulation is
- 4:07Speaker 4: going state by state, so.
- 4:08Speaker 2: You start to see the early signs with that.
- 4:10Speaker 4: Deregulation helps the AI industry, but it also helps the
- 4:14Speaker 4: financial industry when we're talking about banks, and we'll talk
- 4:18Speaker 4: about those a little bit later.
- 4:20Speaker 1: So that's a tale that I think helps the market.
- 4:23Speaker 1: When you talk about autonomous and EV this is the
- 4:27Speaker 1: year for Tesla, so it show improve.
- 4:30Speaker 2: So that's another event. I think the new fetcher.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Right, This is not going to be a person who
- 4:36Speaker 4: is going to be, you know, someone that's going to
- 4:41Speaker 4: set the economy back, or you would think if or
- 4:43Speaker 4: they wouldn't be selected.
- 4:45Speaker 2: So that is one.
- 4:46Speaker 4: The China story with Nvidio is another one. I think
- 4:49Speaker 4: that first half of the year, I'm super optimistic. I
- 4:51Speaker 4: think we're going to have another positive year. I know
- 4:53Speaker 4: you we're pacing. We're pacing at seventeen percent right now
- 4:57Speaker 4: or just under it three years and potentially of twenty
- 5:03Speaker 4: percent gains. Now, that's happened once before. I was listening
- 5:07Speaker 4: to Tom Lee earlier. It was like, we've seen this
- 5:11Speaker 4: happen in the nineties when we were talking about the internet,
- 5:14Speaker 4: and then that fourth year was actually one of the
- 5:16Speaker 4: better years out of the four. Obviously we know what
- 5:19Speaker 4: happens in ninety nine and two thousand, But I'm optimistic
- 5:22Speaker 4: about the market. I saw Oppenheimer had an S ANDP
- 5:25Speaker 4: target of eighty one hundred, and then there was sp
- 5:29Speaker 4: rays of seventy one hundred. But that meeting it's like
- 5:32Speaker 4: seventy seven hundred, which tells us again that we potentially
- 5:36Speaker 4: will be sitting at another eleven to thirteen percent game
- 5:40Speaker 4: for the SMP, which is I mean just above average,
- 5:43Speaker 4: was as good, so I'm optimistic about it. I think
- 5:46Speaker 4: toward the end of the year we may see some
- 5:48Speaker 4: tailwinds that might turn the market a little bit negative. Obviously,
- 5:53Speaker 4: this is a mid term year.
- 5:54Speaker 1: We already spoke about how markets perform in midterm years
- 5:58Speaker 1: as government chain and political offices change, so we'll be
- 6:03Speaker 1: looking toward that in November.
- 6:04Speaker 2: But I think we set off the year pretty well, and.
- 6:08Speaker 3: You got to be more focused on the decade targets
- 6:11Speaker 3: as a gym. I think too often people get too
- 6:14Speaker 3: caught up in how a year is going to do,
- 6:17Speaker 3: opposed to if you really want generational wealth, if you're
- 6:20Speaker 3: not willing to hold for ten years, you're just talking.
- 6:23Speaker 3: You're missing on too much upside to care about what
- 6:28Speaker 3: it was going to happen in a quarter or six months.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Yeah, and I don't I say that because I don't
- 6:33Speaker 1: want people to be fearful, right Like, they keep hearing
- 6:36Speaker 1: about this crash, they keep hearing about we're going into recession,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and then it doesn't happen, and then you don't do
- 6:42Speaker 1: anything because you kept listening to what people were saying.
- 6:46Speaker 3: So well, we hear recession in twenty two and they
- 6:48Speaker 3: changed the definition of what it was. But that was
- 6:50Speaker 3: an immense boyd opportunity, just like they won't print the
- 6:54Speaker 3: fit reports now.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Yeah, and look at the returns out of that from
- 6:57Speaker 4: twenty two, right, you're talking about again three years or
- 7:00Speaker 4: potentially twenty percent games So you can't the recession if
- 7:05Speaker 4: it does happen, right, or let's say we have a downturn,
- 7:08Speaker 4: We've just got to be prepared for that because that's
- 7:09Speaker 4: when people are going to make money. That's the exact
- 7:12Speaker 4: time when you should be investing in Like, okay, here
- 7:14Speaker 4: we are. We were prepared for it. We got our
- 7:17Speaker 4: entry prices, whether it was in futures and options. If
- 7:19Speaker 4: you're just buying equities, now we can grab those shares
- 7:22Speaker 4: that we want at a price that we want. Unlet's
- 7:24Speaker 4: watch those returns over the next two, three, five, ten,
- 7:28Speaker 4: twenty years.
