Report: Elon Musk Ordered SpaceX to Throttle Ukraine’s Access to Starlink
The Wall Street Journal reported that SpaceX CEO Elon Musk ordered restrictions on Ukraine’s use of Starlink, limiting the speed at which terminals could travel while maintaining connectivity.
