New Account of Epstein’s Jail Behavior Demands Careful Scrutiny (6/16/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Epstein Chronicles. Whenever we're talking about Jeffrey Epstein and what
• 0:08
happened to him in that jail, cell I always find
• 0:10
it hilarious when people try to use Nicholas ar Taglioni
• 0:14
as some kind of witness, as if that guy's reliable,
• 0:18
as if I should listen to what he has to say.
• 0:21
I'm not in the business of listening to a guy
• 0:24
who has four bodies on his record, not exactly what
• 0:27
I would call somebody that's the arbiter of truth, especially
• 0:32
considering he's trying to get a pardon from Donald Trump.
• 0:37
So why should I listen to Nicholas ar Taglioni and
• 0:40
believe anything he has to say, Because, as far as
• 0:43
I can tell, Bro's been talking nothing but nonsense from
• 0:46
the very beginning. So today we have an article from
• 0:50
The Deli Beast and the headline Epstein mystery takes new
• 0:53
twist after a bombshell revelations. This article was authored by
• 0:58
Ewan Palmer. Fresh details have emerged that shed new light
• 1:03
on whether Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide or was murdered
• 1:06
in his New York jail. Cell. For years, conspiracy theories
• 1:10
have swirled around the August twenty nineteen death of Epstein,
• 1:15
a financier with a network of high profile friends, including
• 1:19
President Donald Trump, while he was awaiting trial on federal
• 1:23
child sex trafficking charges. A lengthy investigation by The New
• 1:27
York Times magazine suggests that Epstein displayed a concerning pattern
• 1:30
of behavior indicating he was determined to take his own
• 1:33
life in the weeks before he was found dead at
• 1:36
the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. This includes at least
• 1:41
three previously on reported suicide attempts, the discovery of an
• 1:45
apparent suicide note allegedly written by Epstein and found by
• 1:49
one of his cellmates, and warnings from another inmate that
• 1:52
convicted sex offender was not good to be let alone.
• 1:57
So nothing tangible by the way, and basing it off
• 2:00
of what Nicholas TARTAGLIONI had to say, again not exactly
• 2:04
somebody that I find to be reliable. The report also
• 2:08
dismisses suggestions that someone could have gained access to Epstein's
• 2:12
cell and killed them, arguing that such a plot would
• 2:15
have required multiple co conspirators. This would have included the
• 2:18
complicity of at least two prison guards, detailed knowledge of
• 2:21
the facility security systems and protocols, and awareness of which
• 2:26
surveillance equipment was operational. The ability for somebody to have
• 2:31
killed them it would have taken a massive conspiracy that
• 2:34
I can't imagine somebody not finding out about it at
• 2:37
this point. Hugh Hurwitz, who headed the Bureau of Prisons
• 2:40
at the time, told The Times, too many people would
• 2:43
have been involved. Oh, I know, it was just systemic.
• 2:45
Everything was a gigantic systemic breakdown. And it was all
• 2:49
based on the fact that, you know, just errors were made,
• 2:52
not by particular people, but by the system itself. Does
• 2:56
that make sense to anybody out there? Did the system
• 2:59
put you, for Epstein in the wrong cell? Did the
• 3:03
system not make the rounds? Did the system falsify reports?
• 3:07
Did the system lie over and over? Oh? Wait, that
• 3:12
was individuals got it? So why aren't any of those
• 3:16
people being held accountable? The investigations finding suggests Epstein exhibited
• 3:23
a clear pattern of behavior in the weeks leading up
• 3:25
to his death that indicated he wanted to end his life. Well,
• 3:29
that's not what the psychological reports say, and that's not
• 3:32
what his own lawyers say. So again they're relying on
• 3:35
Nicholas Tartaglioni. I refuse to do that. I'm sorry. I
• 3:39
don't find him to be a good source. And you're
• 3:42
only as good as your sources. Among the newly reported
• 3:47
details was testimony from Nicholas Tartaglioni, a since convicted murderer
• 3:51
who shared a cell with Epstein when he first arrived
• 3:54
in July twenty nineteen. Tartaglioni said Epstein asked him, how
• 3:58
do you make a noose? After bell request was denied.
• 4:01
Sure he did, Sure he did, Nicholas, I'm sure that's
• 4:06
exactly what Jeffrey Epstein said to you, mister, a four
• 4:08
time murderer. God, this whole entire like storyline they're creating
• 4:13
around this dude is hilarious. So is this gonna be
• 4:16
their go to? First, it's gonna be We're gonna rely
• 4:20
on Glenn Maxwell. Now we're gonna rely on Nicholas Tartaglioni
• 4:25
talk about character witnesses. Tartaglioni and another inmate also said
• 4:31
Epstein appeared to have tried to kill himself twice before
• 4:34
his unsuccessful July twenty third attempt, which has previously been reported.
• 4:39
Tartaglioni said he spotted Epstein trying to tie a bed
• 4:42
sheet to the gate covering their cell, and also discovered
• 4:46
a noose hidden beneath his mattress. Tartaglioni told The Times
• 4:50
he warned guards about Epstein's behavior, but they laughed off
• 4:53
his concerns. I don't believe that either. Sorry, where's the paper?
• 4:56
Show convenient? Let's blame the guards and say that I
• 5:00
told them, but they didn't act. Here's the next thing
• 5:04
to look for. Look for Nicholas Tartaglioni to get the
• 5:08
homie hook up like Elaine Maxwell, because you know that's coming.
• 5:13
After Epstein was found dead on the floor of his
• 5:15
cell in the early hours of July twenty third, following
• 5:19
a suspected suicide attempt, Tartaglioni discovered what appeared to be
• 5:23
a suicide note written by Epstein inside a book or
• 5:27
Tartaglioni told him, you better write this note, and then
• 5:31
Epstein kills himself, and Tartaglioni uses the note as evidence
• 5:35
to back up what he's saying about Epstein being suicidal. Meanwhile,
• 5:39
my position has always been if somebody didn't kill Jeffrey Epstein.
• 5:43
Then Tartaglioni was sent into that cell to tell him, look,
• 5:47
you better do it, or we will. And I remain
• 5:50
staunch in that belief until I see some evidence one
• 5:53
way or the other. That's what I believe happened. And
• 5:55
I base that off of all the people that knew
• 5:57
him personally that said he wasn't suicidal, So I should
• 6:01
believe Nicholas are Taglioni and not them. Sorry, why would
• 6:05
I do that? They investigated me for a month, found nothing.
• 6:11
The note read, They investigated me for a month, found nothing.
• 6:15
It's a treat to be able to choose one's time
• 6:18
to say goodbye? What you want me to do? Bust
• 6:21
out crying, no fun, not worth it. That doesn't sound
• 6:24
like somebody suicidal to me. Sounds like somebody is a
• 6:27
bit depressed, maybe bummed out that they're in jail, But suicidal,
• 6:31
not from where I'm sitting. Another former cell mate, ephrin Reyes,
• 6:35
described waking one night to find Epstein fiddling with a
• 6:38
bed sheet being used as a makeshift clothesline in their cell.
• 6:42
The incident occurred several days after Epstein's July twenty third
• 6:46
suicide at tenth when he was found with an orange
• 6:48
fabric noose around his neck. Bro We not doing this,
• 6:52
Reyes said, he told Epstein before flushing the line down
• 6:55
the toilet. On August ninth, one day before Epstein was
• 6:59
found dead, was transferred to another detention facility and warned
• 7:03
an MCC staff member to keep an eye on Epstein.
• 7:07
Get him a good bunkie, Reyes recalled, saying he's not
• 7:09
good to be alone. Epstein was ultimately not assigned a
• 7:12
new cell mate, one of the many failures that occurred
• 7:15
at MCC prior to Epstein taking his own life by
• 7:19
design or was it just all the systemic error? That's
• 7:23
the question. There's no doubt that policy wasn't followed, protocol
• 7:27
was broken, and a lot of bullshit occurred. But the
• 7:30
question is did it happen because of errors in judgment
• 7:34
or people just being you know, negligent, or was the
• 7:37
table set? That's the question. Elsewhere, the Times report reveals
• 7:44
that a desperate Epstein attempted to provide prosecutors with damaging
• 7:48
information about his former friend Trump and the hope of
• 7:51
securing a more lenient sentence. Well, there's no doubt he
• 7:55
was willing to turn over on anybody. And that's why
• 7:58
Jeffrey Epstein's no longer with us. Let's be real, the
• 8:01
intelligence community, they don't keep their assets around after they're burned,
• 8:04
they get rid of them. And in my opinion, that's
• 8:08
what happened here. Whether it was done by his own
• 8:11
hand at their urging, or somebody else doing it, I
• 8:14
don't think it really makes a difference. The end result
• 8:17
is what the end result was. And if anybody thinks
• 8:20
that he didn't have some dirt on Trump as far
• 8:22
as financial dealings, they're crazy. He most certainly did. Now
• 8:26
with that said, he didn't have anything to say about
• 8:28
Trump partaking and abusing anybody, so take that for what
• 8:33
you will. However, Epstein did not implicate the president in
• 8:37
any of his sex crimes. The only material Epstein provided
• 8:40
shot it down on a legal pad, included claims such
• 8:43
as Trump is a total con artist, smoking mirrors, and
• 8:46
never had any money. Well, that's the biggest sin. If
• 8:50
you're in that part of the world not having any money.
• 8:53
You can hurt people, you can abuse children, you can
• 8:56
be a human trafficker, you can be whatever. But if
• 8:59
you're broke, that's the biggest sin. And there's been a
• 9:02
lot of talk that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein were
• 9:05
engaging in some kind of financial schemes together at one point.
• 9:09
So where's the paperwork for that? Do we have any
• 9:12
evidence of that? Because, as I've told you from the
• 9:14
very beginning, if you want to get people like this,
• 9:17
you want to hold them accountable. The best way to
• 9:19
do it is following the money. Do you think that
• 9:22
people achieve the status they achieve without cutting corners, without
• 9:26
screwing people along the way, without getting in business with
• 9:30
dirty scumbags, especially somebody like Trump a real estate developer
• 9:35
from New York. There was a point in time where
• 9:37
you couldn't lay a piece of concrete on the ground
• 9:39
without the mafia getting their cut. So if you think
• 9:43
that Donald Trump was doing business in New York and
• 9:46
not doing business with the mafia, you're crazy. He was
• 9:50
anybody in construction. And when I talk about following the financials,
• 9:53
that's what I mean. If you follow those financials long enough,
• 9:59
they're going to take you to a place where you're
• 10:01
going to find some incriminating shit. You don't get this
• 10:04
rich following the rules. You don't get this rich, not
• 10:07
crossing any lines. And when it comes to Donald Trump,
• 10:11
we already know that he's crossed plenty of lines in
• 10:14
his life. That said, there is no evidence that's been
• 10:18
presented yet to say that he took part in Jeffrey
• 10:21
Epstein's abuse of women and girls. Now, we've had some
• 10:25
allegations made, and all of those should be explored and
• 10:29
investigated thoroughly. But I think the road to true accountability
• 10:33
is going to run directly through people's bank accounts because
• 10:36
that's the window into the soul. And unless that occurs,
• 10:41
it's very difficult to go after people like this. You
• 10:44
have to have a smoking gun, and unfortunately we don't
• 10:48
have one of those, so it's going to take a
• 10:50
forensic investigation. That's the path to victory. Whenever you're dealing
• 10:55
with any of these people, these billionaires, these scumbags, you
• 11:00
gotta hit them where it hurts, and for them, that's
• 11:04
their pocketbook, because remember, like I told you, the only
• 11:07
sin in that world is to be broke. All the
• 11:12
