- 0:01Speaker 1: And ECW alumni, the Blue Meanie. And you're listening to PCW.
- 0:07Speaker 1: The question is, are you ready? Let me talk to you.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I will give you a show like you have never,
- 0:21Speaker 1: ever seen before. Why? Because I can.
- 0:25Speaker 2: What do you guys want to talk about?
- 0:35Speaker 1: Yeah! I am the B-E-S-T. And the color red in
- 0:46Speaker 1: a world full of black and white. I am the.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Eater of worlds.
- 0:59Speaker 4: Yeah!
- 0:59Speaker 2: If you're some man, come on, run!
- 1:00Speaker 1: And now it's me. The champ is here!
- 1:10Speaker 3: But to be the man, you.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Gotta beat the man. And I'm saying, whoo, right here.
- 1:17Speaker 1: There you go. The best there is, the best there was,
- 1:25Speaker 1: and the best there ever will be.
- 1:28Speaker 4: DCW!
- 1:28Speaker 1: DCW! Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, channel of all ages,
- 1:34Speaker 1: welcome back to another episode of PCW Podcast Championship Wrestling,
- 1:38Speaker 1: episode 127. It has been 32 days since our last PLE.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Has it been, let's see, not a Sunday Nightmare event.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Was that a real PLE? I don't think so. If
- 1:55Speaker 1: you want to go back to the last real PLE
- 1:58Speaker 1: we had here in WWE, It was 189 days ago
- 2:04Speaker 1: as of this night recording. That was SummerSlam. SummerSlam, guys.
- 2:08Speaker 1: That's how long it's been since we had a real
- 2:11Speaker 1: tune-in top-tier PLE. Since then, a lot has happened. Right now,
- 2:18Speaker 1: it's crazy. Chelsea Green and Sami Zayn are holding titles
- 2:24Speaker 1: right now. It's a wild time in wrestling, right? And
- 2:27Speaker 1: CM Punk is in Money in the Bank. wild. It's
- 2:34Speaker 1: very different. This episode is going to be different. I'm
- 2:38Speaker 1: already rolling right into it. Why? It's because I'm alone.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I am solo. It's because the rest of the podcast, Dre, Doyle,
- 2:49Speaker 1: and even Tyler, they were taken by the 946. You know?
- 2:56Speaker 1: Tyler's laptop was lit on fire. You know? and then
- 3:01Speaker 1: Doyle was ran over by a car, you know, and
- 3:05Speaker 1: then Dre was kidnapped, you know, thrown in the back
- 3:08Speaker 1: of a car. It's insane. It's now I am the
- 3:12Speaker 1: last one standing of the PCW crew here. I'm sure
- 3:17Speaker 1: they'll be back, you know, because as we've seen, you
- 3:22Speaker 1: can get kidnapped, you know, and you can show up
- 3:24Speaker 1: to work the next week or so, you know. They
- 3:27Speaker 1: might just... Got kidnapped and got let go right around
- 3:30Speaker 1: the corner. Yeah, yeah. Solo episode. So, you know, don't
- 3:37Speaker 1: go anywhere. I know you're like, ah, shit, you're rolling
- 3:39Speaker 1: your eyes. This is a one-man podcast. He's not going
- 3:43Speaker 1: to be interested. I don't know if I can keep
- 3:45Speaker 1: the attention. Okay, so I'm going to try to keep
- 3:48Speaker 1: you interested for a little bit, you know? But nonetheless,
- 3:54Speaker 1: you know, episode 127, we've got to keep it going.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I'm going to give you my predictions. uh, going into
- 3:59Speaker 1: money in the bank and we'll, we'll dig into these
- 4:02Speaker 1: matches here. Uh, what we think we're going to get. Um,
- 4:06Speaker 1: I have some, some news we could probably throw out there.
- 4:09Speaker 1: We got this day in WWE history, that new segment
- 4:12Speaker 1: I started last episode. And you know what? I think
- 4:14Speaker 1: I'm going to stick with that. I like it. Um,
- 4:18Speaker 1: you know what? Let's stick with that. And with that down, well,
- 4:21Speaker 1: this brings us to, uh, this week in history, the
- 4:25Speaker 1: week of, uh, October 8th, uh, Major WWE and wrestling
- 4:30Speaker 1: events this week. WWE Raw. I'm going to go back
- 4:34Speaker 1: to 2001. I'm sorry, WWF Raw, 2001. Stone Cold Steve
- 4:39Speaker 1: Austin wins the WWF Championship for the sixth and final time.
- 4:44Speaker 1: William Regal interferes, helping Austin beat Kurt Angle. This is
- 4:49Speaker 1: historically important because it marks the last world title win
- 4:53Speaker 1: of Austin's career. Good times, right? WWE Hell in a
- 5:00Speaker 1: Cell 2017. The Usos defeat the New Day in a
- 5:06Speaker 1: Hell in a Cell to win the SmackDown Tag Team titles.
- 5:10Speaker 1: I do recall that. That was a brutal Hell in
- 5:14Speaker 1: a Cell match. The use of pinning wrestlers in the
- 5:18Speaker 1: corner of the cell with the use of kendo sticks
- 5:20Speaker 1: was interesting in that match. Yeah, go back and watch
- 5:24Speaker 1: that match. Great job. Baron Corbin, who's currently on the roster,
- 5:30Speaker 1: wins the United States Championship, defeating AJ Styles and Ty Dillinger. What?
- 5:40Speaker 1: Baron Corbin? He didn't just recently lose the United States title.
- 5:44Speaker 1: So it's kind of funny bringing this up. This was
- 5:47Speaker 1: obviously a long time ago because we're talking AJ Styles.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Those were some of the best... Matches of that era.
- 5:56Speaker 1: The tag team. Oh, geez. What else we got? Extreme
- 6:01Speaker 1: Rules 2022. Ronda Rousey defeats Liv Morgan to win the
- 6:04Speaker 1: SmackDown Women's Championship. Okay. NXT 2024. Tony D'Angelo defeats Oba
- 6:15Speaker 1: Femi to win the NXT North American Championship. Tony D'Angelo. Hmm. Yeah,
- 6:23Speaker 1: historical title changes that week. Like I said, we had
- 6:26Speaker 1: Stone Cold Steve Austin in 2001. The Hardy Boys win
- 6:31Speaker 1: the WCW tag team titles in 2001 by defeating Booker
- 6:35Speaker 1: T and Test. The Usos, we mentioned this, win the
- 6:40Speaker 1: SmackDown tag titles in 2017 at the Hell in a Cell.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Baron Corbin wins his first WWE title. That was the
- 6:47Speaker 1: United States title. That was in 2017. Ronda Rousey wins
- 6:51Speaker 1: her first SmackDown title in 2022. And D'Angelo wins his
- 6:54Speaker 1: first NXT North American title in 2024. Historic title changes,
- 6:59Speaker 1: you know. Other notable wrestling events this week. AEW Dark
- 7:05Speaker 1: debuts on YouTube 2019. It's a major moment for AEW expansion.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Wrestle 1 introduces the W1 Championship in 2014. And QPW Quinn...
- 7:20Speaker 1: Quinta Palooza 2016 and WWR. Adios Aurora. What? 2017 also
- 7:28Speaker 1: took place this week. Alright. The birthdays this week. Mike
- 7:34Speaker 1: The Miz. October 8th, 1980. So yeah, his birthday is
- 7:40Speaker 1: tonight as we record. I'm sure he's living it up.
- 7:45Speaker 1: I don't really have any notable deaths in wrestling. I mean,
- 7:49Speaker 1: that's a good thing, right? No wrestling deaths for this
- 7:55Speaker 1: week in history. So let's keep it that way. Yeah, right, right.
- 8:03Speaker 1: So that's about it. I mean, Austin's final world title,
- 8:07Speaker 1: major Hell in a Cell outcomes, AEW expanding their footprint,
- 8:11Speaker 1: big NXT title changes. Key, key things. Attitude error. I
- 8:18Speaker 1: guess in this point in time, this is the attitude
- 8:20Speaker 1: areas you probably want to tune into. You're going to
- 8:23Speaker 1: see Austin's final world title win. That's it. That's all
- 8:28Speaker 1: I got for this day in history, guys. Not much.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Not much at all. Moving along here. Let's get to
- 8:36Speaker 1: Money in the Bank. Looks like the cover, the poster
- 8:39Speaker 1: for Money in the Bank this year, it looks like
- 8:41Speaker 1: we have Trick Williams on the cover, which, for the record,
- 8:45Speaker 1: I said Trick Williams should absolutely be in this match
- 8:49Speaker 1: and I got my wish so I'm happy we also
- 8:52Speaker 1: have CM Punk on the ladder we have Sol Ruka
- 8:56Speaker 1: and Tiffany Stratton and Penta in the middle of the
- 9:00Speaker 1: ladder you know um these matches are I feel like
- 9:04Speaker 1: ladder matches are Penta shines you know um this is
- 9:08Speaker 1: gonna have both Raw and Smackdown brands it's gonna be
- 9:10Speaker 1: New Orleans Louisiana at the Smoothie King Center Smoothie King
- 9:15Speaker 1: Center interesting Uh, it's going to be on the 10th.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Uh, you know, I think it's going to be like seven,
- 9:22Speaker 3: eight o'clock, um, East coast time, you know, uh, you know,
- 9:29Speaker 3: I'm going to, I'm going.
- 9:30Speaker 1: To pause right here, pause right here. Cause I want,
- 9:32Speaker 1: I want to bring up speaking of PLEs, uh, the
- 9:37Speaker 1: fact that I've had a major change in, in thought
- 9:41Speaker 1: of PLEs this week. Uh, I had to renew a
- 9:45Speaker 1: certain subscription, you know, being a pirate, you gotta renew
- 9:49Speaker 1: certain things, you know, uh, certain laws, and certain, certain
- 9:52Speaker 1: contracts must be made, but I decided not to sign
- 9:56Speaker 1: another year contract, so, uh, I'm going to just have
- 10:02Speaker 1: to get the highlights and the cliff notes for SmackDown. Uh,
- 10:06Speaker 1: I still have Netflix. Um, you know, you gotta, you
- 10:10Speaker 1: gotta watch Raw on Netflix. You gotta watch SmackDown on
- 10:15Speaker 1: USA Network, or if you're Out of the country, out
- 10:18Speaker 1: of the United States, you're lucky. Some places like Canada,
- 10:23Speaker 1: they get SmackDown on Netflix. The UK, they get SmackDown
- 10:27Speaker 1: on Netflix. I believe Australia even does, Down Under. They
- 10:31Speaker 1: get SmackDown on Netflix. We don't get that luxury. So
- 10:36Speaker 1: if I wanted that, I had to change my VPN.
- 10:40Speaker 1: And I just didn't feel like paying another year's subscription. Because...
- 10:45Speaker 1: When I sit down and think about it, the only
- 10:47Speaker 1: thing I use it for is for SmackDown. I'll tell
- 10:52Speaker 1: you what, guys. I spend most of my time fast-forwarding, fast-forwarding, fast-forwarding.
- 10:56Speaker 1: It's not matches. It's not promos. I'm fast-forwarding. I'm fast-forwarding
- 11:00Speaker 1: through recaps. I'm fast-forwarding through, if I can, certain ads.
- 11:05Speaker 1: I'm fast-forwarding through what we just saw five seconds ago.
- 11:11Speaker 1: The recaps are just insane. The extra long entrances. There
- 11:17Speaker 1: are some segments that you can just press fast forward through.
- 11:22Speaker 1: It's just ad after ad after ad. And before you
- 11:28Speaker 1: know it, I feel like I'm watching more ad than
- 11:30Speaker 1: actually wrestling. And it just turns me off. When I
- 11:34Speaker 1: can just go to YouTube and just get the highlights.
- 11:39Speaker 1: I'm still... My foot's still in the door. I'm still listening.
- 11:42Speaker 1: I'm still watching. I'm still... catching up. I'm not missing anything.
- 11:45Speaker 1: I'm just not watching it live. I'm still here. They
- 11:52Speaker 1: haven't pushed me away just yet. And then I hear
- 11:55Speaker 1: the news that we're going to go back to three
- 11:59Speaker 1: hours on SmackDown in January. Why? Why? We barely have
- 12:10Speaker 1: enough content now. We barely have enough. We have too
- 12:17Speaker 1: much content, I should say. We're oversaturated. And the fact is,
- 12:22Speaker 1: it's just another hour. I'm going to have to recap
- 12:26Speaker 1: somewhere or watch a highlight because I'm not investing in
- 12:29Speaker 1: another VPN. It's bad enough that if I want to
- 12:32Speaker 1: watch the big pay-per-views like WrestleMania, SummerSlam, Survivor Series, I
- 12:36Speaker 1: have to get ESPN +. If you want to watch NXT,
- 12:40Speaker 1: you've got to watch it on the CW. You want
- 12:43Speaker 1: to watch Evolve? Cool. That's 2B TV. You want to
- 12:48Speaker 1: watch Saturday Night Main Event? That's Peacock. NXT PLEs are
- 12:55Speaker 1: on Peacock. You want to watch AAA? That's on YouTube.
- 13:00Speaker 1: You want to watch live events? House shows now. You
- 13:03Speaker 1: want to watch fucking house shows? You have to be
- 13:06Speaker 1: in the WWE club. A club now. And now the newest...
- 13:12Speaker 1: It's Sunday Night Main Event. And, uh, oh, maybe it's just, sorry,
- 13:17Speaker 1: just Main Event. Um, do you remember what Main Event is?
- 13:23Speaker 1: That's now going to be on this app called Rumble. So, uh,
- 13:28Speaker 1: I've never heard of Rumble. I say that in quotes because, uh, yeah,
- 13:32Speaker 1: never heard of it. And I can't recall the last
- 13:36Speaker 1: time I ever, ever watched a match in Main Event. So, Yeah,
- 13:43Speaker 1: I don't see myself going out and rushing to download
- 13:47Speaker 1: the Rumble app to watch the main event. It's bad
- 13:53Speaker 1: enough I can't get all of this in just one spot.
- 13:57Speaker 1: It would have been nice if there was this app
- 14:02Speaker 1: where we can take all of this stuff. I understand
- 14:04Speaker 1: Raw and SmackDown being on our TV networks, but if
- 14:07Speaker 1: we could take all this other shit. all the NXT shit,
- 14:10Speaker 1: the main PLEs, this Evolve, and maybe take, like, this
- 14:15Speaker 1: new content we have of AAA and, like, all this
- 14:19Speaker 1: old library stuff. We just put it in, like, one
- 14:23Speaker 1: fucking app, you know? And we combine it to one app.
- 14:26Speaker 1: And then we, like, we charge it, like, a stupidly
- 14:30Speaker 1: low price and make a stupid jingle about it. Like,
- 14:35Speaker 1: I don't know. $ 9. 99, you know? And we'll call it, uh...
- 14:40Speaker 1: Let's be easy. We'll call it the WWE Network. Huh?
- 14:44Speaker 1: I think that'd be an awesome idea. Or we could
- 14:47Speaker 1: just have like 10 other apps and just sell our
- 14:52Speaker 1: body parts off. Like, damn. It's just, it's like, when
- 14:59Speaker 1: you look at it on paper, it looks like just
- 15:02Speaker 1: WWE being post. You know, they're just spreading out so thin.
- 15:06Speaker 1: And when you spread out so thin like this, you
- 15:09Speaker 1: have people who, there are people out there, there are fans,
- 15:12Speaker 1: there are, um, you know, uh, uh, Marks. You fucking Mark! Yeah,
- 15:20Speaker 1: there are Marks out there who are, you know, real
- 15:23Speaker 1: fans who feel the need to watch all of that content.
- 15:26Speaker 1: They have FOMO. You know, I try. By God, I try.
- 15:32Speaker 1: You know, I love AAA. I try to catch AAA
- 15:34Speaker 1: on the weekends when I can. You know, um, Again,
- 15:39Speaker 1: now SmackDown is just a highlight reel for me. I
- 15:42Speaker 1: don't watch Raw on Mondays. I watch it on Tuesdays
- 15:44Speaker 1: because I refuse to stay up that late anymore. I swear,
- 15:50Speaker 1: I try to watch Raw live, but it's the ads
- 15:55Speaker 1: that put you to sleep. It's not the matches. It's
- 15:57Speaker 1: not the promos. It's not the backstage segments. It's not
- 16:02Speaker 1: the entrances even. It's the fucking ads. It's like, okay.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I've seen this Papa John's ad like seven times tonight. Like, yeah,
- 16:11Speaker 1: it's going to put me to sleep. And that's what
- 16:14Speaker 1: it does to me. So I need to watch it
- 16:16Speaker 1: the next day, whether I, you know, I watch it
- 16:19Speaker 1: throughout the day or it's something I get home and
- 16:22Speaker 1: knock out. Um, but Hey, I'll tell you what, it
- 16:26Speaker 1: sounds like SmackDown is the more interesting show though, to
- 16:28Speaker 1: watch right now with everything that's going on over there
- 16:31Speaker 1: with title changes and stuff. And, and the champion being
- 16:34Speaker 1: on every week, you know, uh, yeah, I guess that
- 16:39Speaker 1: would be the one to, to tune in, but, yeah, again,
- 16:44Speaker 1: the product's being stretched so thin, you're just pricing fans out, at,
- 16:49Speaker 1: at some point, you're just gonna price this out, and
- 16:50Speaker 1: we just can't either afford to, to watch this, or,
- 16:55Speaker 1: you know, or, some of us just can't have access
- 16:58Speaker 1: to all this stuff, it's not even just about afford it, some,
- 17:01Speaker 1: some of us just don't have access, I know in
- 17:03Speaker 1: some other countries, there's certain apps you can't get, um,
- 17:07Speaker 1: you can watch certain things. Uh, apparently there were, there's
- 17:13Speaker 1: these house shows. I didn't, I didn't know you could
- 17:15Speaker 1: watch house shows, but you need to be part of
- 17:16Speaker 1: a WWE club. Ooh, no, thank you. I'm good. I
- 17:23Speaker 1: have my own club. It's, uh, called PCW. That's, that's
- 17:26Speaker 1: the wrestling club I'm in. I think we're good. Uh, yeah.
- 17:31Speaker 1: I mean, imagine if, if, uh, PCW here, we changed.
- 17:36Speaker 1: We changed a bit, right? Let's say the whole product changes. Okay,
- 17:41Speaker 1: so Dre's going to review Raw, right? But you have
- 17:45Speaker 1: to get Dre on Spotify, right? Doyle, he's going to
- 17:50Speaker 1: review SmackDown. But you want to listen to Doyle, you
- 17:53Speaker 1: got to listen to him on Pandora. And Tyler, man,
- 17:58Speaker 1: Tyler's going to review NXT. But you can't get him there.
- 18:02Speaker 1: You can only get him on Amazon Music. And then AAA.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Carlos is like, you know what? I want to review
- 18:09Speaker 1: AAA Wrestling for you, Wayne. Yeah, but only on YouTube. Alright.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And I'll do the PLEs, but only on Apple. Here
- 18:18Speaker 1: on Apple. So imagine if you had to download all
- 18:21Speaker 1: those apps just to listen to one fucking show. And
- 18:26Speaker 1: the fact is, we're not charging you, but if you
- 18:27Speaker 1: wanted ad-free, obviously you'd have to be charged. But it'd
- 18:31Speaker 1: be annoying, right? It'd be fucking... annoying. But luckily there's
- 18:40Speaker 1: other people on the show who have SmackDown, who may
- 18:43Speaker 1: not have raw or who have all of them. And
- 18:46Speaker 1: we're just, we're covered. We're covered in all grounds. Somebody
- 18:50Speaker 1: somewhere in PCW crew is watching it. And we're going
- 18:54Speaker 1: to try to bring you the best that we can. Uh, okay.
- 19:00Speaker 1: That ran is over. I swear I'm done. I'm done. Um,
- 19:04Speaker 1: You know, I want to bring up some interesting facts
- 19:06Speaker 1: before I get into the money in the bank here.
- 19:10Speaker 1: The titles that have been cashed in over the years
- 19:13Speaker 1: and how many times these titles have been cashed in.
- 19:16Speaker 1: I think it's an interesting stat going into this and
- 19:21Speaker 1: possibly what the results could be at the end. This
- 19:27Speaker 1: title only had one cash-in. The men's United States title.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Only one cash-in. The women's world title for cash-in so far.
- 19:39Speaker 1: You guys remember that ugly blue WWE title? Oh yeah,
- 19:43Speaker 1: the one on SmackDown? They just changed the strap to
- 19:48Speaker 1: all blue. God, that was terrible two cash-ins I don't
- 19:54Speaker 1: blame them because I wouldn't want that title either um
- 19:58Speaker 1: let's see the WWE Women's Championship five times that thing
- 20:05Speaker 1: has been cashed in on wonderful uh Women's title is
- 20:09Speaker 1: actually starting to catch up there, if you want to
- 20:11Speaker 1: combine them. The men's current world title. Three cash-ins. Three.
- 20:20Speaker 1: The big gold world title. Big gold belt. You guys
- 20:23Speaker 1: remember the old big gold belt? You know, the one
- 20:25Speaker 1: that Edge won. The one that CM Punk won. You know,
- 20:32Speaker 1: you guys remember that? The one that Dolph Ziggler won?
- 20:35Speaker 1: Big goldie. Yeah, seven times that it's been cashed in on.
- 20:41Speaker 1: And the main one, the WWE title, 12 times. You know,
- 20:49Speaker 1: I do like that it's not like, oh, the WWE
- 20:52Speaker 1: title's been cashed in like 30 times. I just don't
- 20:57Speaker 1: think it would have been fun if we were only
- 20:58Speaker 1: strictly limited to just one title. You know, one heavyweight,
- 21:05Speaker 1: one main title. I think throwing a wrench in there
- 21:09Speaker 1: for the United States title was different. I know some
- 21:13Speaker 1: people hated it. I was like, oh, this is interesting. Okay.
- 21:17Speaker 1: They could do it again. The women could do it,
- 21:21Speaker 1: you know, to a lesser extent. I don't know. We'll see. Yeah,
- 21:28Speaker 1: let's get into this. Like I said, it's been like
- 21:33Speaker 1: 32 days since our last PLE Sunday Night Main Event
- 21:37Speaker 1: I took a little break here. I didn't really have anything.
- 21:42Speaker 1: What do you guys want to know? What do you
- 21:43Speaker 1: guys want to hear? Not much has happened for me
- 21:47Speaker 1: to gather the people together to report anything. We'll come
- 21:52Speaker 1: up with something, like some brackets or whatever, but as
- 21:55Speaker 1: of now, it's just waiting for the next PLE. We're
- 21:59Speaker 1: going to give those predictions and reviews. I like the spacing.
- 22:07Speaker 1: In the fall. It's not so hectic like they jam
- 22:10Speaker 1: all the pay-per-views together in the summer. Alright. This is
- 22:15Speaker 1: no particular order. Let's start off with the men's pay-per-view.
- 22:21Speaker 1: I mean the men's Money in the Bank ladder match.
- 22:24Speaker 1: This is going to be for the briefcase of course.
- 22:27Speaker 1: I forget if they get the standard green one and
- 22:30Speaker 1: the women get the white briefcase. I mean I guess
- 22:34Speaker 1: it doesn't really matter at the end of the day.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Because some of these wrestlers, most of the wrestlers customize
- 22:39Speaker 1: these briefcases. So we'll get into that too. Okay, so
- 22:47Speaker 1: we got here in the men's. Throughout the weeks, we've
- 22:49Speaker 1: had qualifying matches. And it's kind of like a very odd,
- 22:55Speaker 1: you know, it's so weird to have certain wrestlers in
- 22:59Speaker 1: this match. But hey, I'm all for it. Braun Breaker.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Javon Evans. Trick Williams. Penta, CM Punk, and Kevin Owens.
- 23:12Speaker 1: All right, let me break down here some cases for
- 23:18Speaker 1: every one of these guys. You know, Braun Breaker. He's
- 23:21Speaker 1: an imposing combination of youth, speed, and explosive power. And
- 23:26Speaker 1: this stipulation gives him plenty of opportunities to turn those
- 23:29Speaker 1: attributes into fucking chaos. WWE has already established Breaker as
- 23:34Speaker 1: someone who deserves to be booked at the top of
- 23:36Speaker 1: the card. So winning the briefcase would be another step
- 23:40Speaker 1: towards making him one of the company's centerpiece stars instead
- 23:44Speaker 1: of an experiment. Especially since he's been out on injury
- 23:50Speaker 1: and he missed out on, I feel like, a lot
- 23:52Speaker 1: of stuff in the beginning of the year. So this
- 23:55Speaker 1: could be his opportunity to literally climb that ladder and
- 23:59Speaker 1: be at the top of the mountain again. Then there's
- 24:02Speaker 1: Trevon Evans. With this guy's aerial expertise, Evans should be
- 24:08Speaker 1: the most entertaining wrestler in the building. He has the
- 24:12Speaker 1: kind of athleticism that makes the Money in the Bank
- 24:14Speaker 1: match perfect for him. His willingness to take risks can
- 24:20Speaker 1: make him the superstar everybody remembers when the match is over.
- 24:25Speaker 1: This guy's going to make the highlight reel for this pay-per-view.
- 24:30Speaker 1: The holy shit moment is going to be him. I
- 24:33Speaker 1: could see him maybe hanging from the briefcase, dangling when
- 24:38Speaker 1: the ladder's removed. He said he's got something to prove.
- 24:44Speaker 1: And a win would instantly establish him that he is
- 24:47Speaker 1: more than an exciting young prospect and that he's ready
- 24:52Speaker 1: to become a major player. Excuse me. Then there's Trick Williams. Whoop,
- 25:03Speaker 1: that briefcase. Williams already carries himself like a future main eventer,
- 25:09Speaker 1: which makes the briefcase a natural fit. He has the charisma,
- 25:14Speaker 1: the physical presence, and the confidence to make the championship
- 25:18Speaker 1: chase feel important. As the reigning United States champion, he
- 25:23Speaker 1: already has the momentum, and winning that briefcase would give
- 25:26Speaker 1: WWE another way to elevate him without immediately forcing him
- 25:30Speaker 1: into a world title ring. So the question is whether
- 25:35Speaker 1: WWE has the confidence to accelerate his rise quickly or slowly.
- 25:41Speaker 1: We saw that with the birthday boy, The Miz. I
- 25:45Speaker 1: think he turns 46. Anyway, we've seen that with him.
- 25:48Speaker 1: He's won the United States title, and he held the
- 25:53Speaker 1: briefcase at the same time. I don't recall what year
- 25:56Speaker 1: that was, but that was a hot year for him.
- 25:58Speaker 1: And then I do recall him losing... that title in
- 26:03Speaker 1: some weird way, and then going into the WWE title scene,
- 26:10Speaker 1: you know, with that briefcase. So yeah, absolutely could go
- 26:14Speaker 1: down that route. Penta. Penta might have the strongest argument
- 26:19Speaker 1: of anyone in the men's match, because he's already been
- 26:23Speaker 1: involved in a world, in the world heavyweight picture, like, recently.
- 26:27Speaker 1: He has the experience to survive such a chaotic ladder match,
- 26:30Speaker 1: and he has... The personality to make a potential cash-in
- 26:33Speaker 1: feel like a major event. You know, especially, like, certain
- 26:39Speaker 1: place and time, man. I mean, Penta is hot right now.
- 26:43Speaker 1: His recent championship opportunity against Roman Reigns has given him
- 26:46Speaker 1: the credibility several of his opponents don't have. Really, I'm
- 26:52Speaker 1: telling you, man, this guy's hot right now. Penta does
- 26:55Speaker 1: not need the briefcase to become a star, but the
- 26:57Speaker 1: briefcase could turn him into a world champion. And there's
- 27:06Speaker 1: my man, CM Punk. Never underestimate the value of putting
- 27:13Speaker 1: a briefcase in the hands of someone who understands exactly
- 27:19Speaker 1: how much leverage it provides. Punk won the Money in
- 27:24Speaker 1: the Bank briefcase in 2008 and 2009 and successfully cashed
- 27:31Speaker 1: in both contracts, giving him first place knowledge of how
- 27:36Speaker 1: to turn the briefcase into a world title. He has
- 27:39Speaker 1: been around long enough to know how to manipulate a
- 27:42Speaker 1: title opportunity, and his experience gives him a major advantage
- 27:47Speaker 1: in a match where patience can matter as much as athleticism.
- 27:54Speaker 1: In addition, the best in the world brings instant credibility
- 27:58Speaker 1: to the contract, as his cash-ins wouldn't feel like A
- 28:02Speaker 1: surprise simply because he won the Money in the Bank.
- 28:06Speaker 1: It would feel like WWE deliberately put a dangerous weapon
- 28:10Speaker 1: in his hands. Man. Just to see CM Punk win
- 28:17Speaker 1: it again. Three times. There will be nobody in history
- 28:22Speaker 1: to ever win the Money in the Bank briefcase three times.
- 28:28Speaker 1: And then we come to Kevin Owens. He is the
- 28:33Speaker 1: ultimate wild card in this match. He can fight. He
- 28:36Speaker 1: can brawl. He can improvise. He can absorb punishment better
- 28:39Speaker 1: than almost anyone in the field. And those qualities make
- 28:43Speaker 1: him particularly dangerous in this ladder match. More importantly, he
- 28:49Speaker 1: has history of making the championship program always feel personal.
- 28:55Speaker 1: If WWE wants the Money in the Bank winner... Who
- 28:58Speaker 1: can turn the briefcase into an unpredictable storyline rather than
- 29:01Speaker 1: simply a guaranteed title shot? Owens is a viable threat. Alright, listen.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Like I said, I post my case for everybody, right?
- 29:18Speaker 1: When it comes down to who's going to win this,
- 29:22Speaker 1: I honestly believe to keep the momentum going, We need
- 29:28Speaker 1: to give it to Kevin Owens. Kevin Owens. Because this
- 29:36Speaker 1: man has not won a WWE title in like 10 years. years.
- 29:40Speaker 1: 10 years. This man has never won a Money in
- 29:44Speaker 1: the Bank match. He's never won a Royal Rumble. He's
- 29:47Speaker 1: never won King of the Ring. This man says he
- 29:50Speaker 1: never wants to win the IC title ever again. So
- 29:54Speaker 1: let's give this guy a title match. Let's put him
- 30:01Speaker 1: in the world title seating head. And, God, I mean,
- 30:05Speaker 1: it's written all over the walls. Who's our current champion?
- 30:09Speaker 1: Sami Zayn. Who's had over 300 and something matches together?
- 30:16Speaker 1: Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. I don't care. Give it
- 30:19Speaker 1: to me again, but this time with it. I understand
- 30:21Speaker 1: we had a little bit of this already, but no.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Can you imagine? Can you imagine? Kevin Owens cashing in
- 30:29Speaker 1: on Sami Zayn. Come on. Cashing in on your best friend. Oh, man. But, like,
- 30:41Speaker 1: it's different. They're not in a stable. They're not in
- 30:43Speaker 1: a group together. But we know they're best friends. Dude,
- 30:46Speaker 1: a couple years ago, I was there. A couple, or not,
- 30:49Speaker 1: it wasn't there. It was a year after. But a
- 30:52Speaker 1: couple years ago, those two main evented at WrestleMania as
- 30:54Speaker 1: tag team champions. And won the gold. Like, They have
- 30:59Speaker 1: a lot of footage and a lot of stuff they
- 31:01Speaker 1: can go back on with video packages and stuff, but
- 31:04Speaker 1: it would be fucking awesome. My pull is Kevin Owens.
- 31:11Speaker 1: My second would be Braun Breaker. Like I said, this
- 31:14Speaker 1: man kind of had to take a step back after
- 31:18Speaker 1: an injury in the division, having several injuries, and now
- 31:22Speaker 1: he's stuck with a world tag title. I don't think
- 31:26Speaker 1: he wants a world tag title. I think this man
- 31:27Speaker 1: wants a world title. And what better person to have
- 31:32Speaker 1: that to wait and his patience to wait. I can
- 31:36Speaker 1: see him having the patience to wait. Imagine waiting until
- 31:40Speaker 1: somebody like Obafemi beats Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania and then
- 31:45Speaker 1: you have Ron Baker. Just ruin that for him. Ruin
- 31:49Speaker 1: that fucking moment. And take that title from him. With
- 31:53Speaker 1: a cash in. As a beaten down, tired world champion, Obafemi,
- 32:00Speaker 1: he just cashes in on that motherfucker. Okay, I'm just
- 32:05Speaker 1: fan casting here at this point. But yes, I'm going
- 32:08Speaker 1: to go with Kevin Owens. Next, let's get into the women's.
- 32:15Speaker 1: The women's Money in the Bank ladder match. We have
- 32:19Speaker 1: Sol Ruka, Lola Weiss, JC Jayne, Roxanne Perez, Lash Legend,
- 32:29Speaker 1: and Tiffany Stratton. All right. Pretty simple. I'm going to
- 32:36Speaker 1: do a breakdown for this one. I'm not going to
- 32:39Speaker 1: do one for every match this deep. But Sarah Solvruka.
- 32:45Speaker 1: She could be the breakout star of this year's ladder match.
- 32:50Speaker 1: She has the athletic ability. She can create a spectacular moment.
- 32:54Speaker 1: You know, holy shit moments on the ladder. And represents
- 32:58Speaker 1: exactly the type of younger WWE superstar who can elevate
- 33:02Speaker 1: the Money in the Bank victory. A win could give her, like,
- 33:06Speaker 1: an immediate storyline right into the WWE picture. I mean,
- 33:10Speaker 1: the WWE Championship picture. You know, she has started to
- 33:16Speaker 1: wean away from the, I believe, is it the IC title?
- 33:20Speaker 1: That was the last title she won. If the goal
- 33:23Speaker 1: is to create a star rather than reward an established one,
- 33:27Speaker 1: Soul Rook is the choice, for sure. Lola Weiss. Weiss's
- 33:34Speaker 1: biggest argument is that she has almost nothing to lose.
- 33:38Speaker 1: She's still establishing herself on the main roster. So a
- 33:42Speaker 1: WWE Money in the Bank victory could completely change her
- 33:46Speaker 1: career's trajectories. Her striking heavy style also gives her a
- 33:51Speaker 1: different feel from several other competitors. She doesn't need to
- 33:55Speaker 1: out-wrestle everyone to win. She needs to survive long enough
- 33:58Speaker 1: to find an opening in a match built around opportunism. Opportunity. Ugh. Uh,
- 34:07Speaker 1: JC Jane. Hmm. Jane already has a championship goal around
- 34:13Speaker 1: her waist, which can make her an unconventional choice, but
- 34:16Speaker 1: that is also possible part of the appeal. Winning Money
- 34:20Speaker 1: in the Bank, while holding the United States title, would
- 34:23Speaker 1: immediately create questions about her ambitions and whether she intends
- 34:28Speaker 1: to pursue an even bigger prize. Jane has shown she
- 34:32Speaker 1: can thrive without being the most physically dominated person in
- 34:35Speaker 1: the ring, which sets up the latter match perfectly. Roxanne
- 34:41Speaker 1: Perez Perez should be the favorite in the women's match,
- 34:46Speaker 1: She already has established herself as WWE's most dependable young
- 34:51Speaker 1: performers and her previous Money in the Bank experience. What
- 34:57Speaker 1: matters in this contest is that knowing when to climb
- 35:01Speaker 1: can be just as important as knowing how to fight.
- 35:04Speaker 4: And Perez has the wrestling ability to survive the opening chaos,
- 35:08Speaker 4: the intelligence to pick up her spots, and enough credibility
- 35:13Speaker 4: that a championship cash-in would immediately feel important.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Lash Legend. Legend has the size, the athleticism to change
- 35:24Speaker 1: to match completely. She's not just another big competitor who
- 35:29Speaker 1: can throw people around. She's an explosive athlete, capable of
- 35:33Speaker 1: doing things that should not be possible for somebody her size.
- 35:37Speaker 1: That makes her a particularly dangerous one and ladders when
- 35:42Speaker 1: they come into play. So if WWE also has a
- 35:46Speaker 1: chance to turn Legends' Money in the Bank victory into
- 35:49Speaker 1: a genuine arrival moment and a memorable performance, it can
- 35:53Speaker 1: make her impossible to ignore. We'll see. Last but not least,
- 36:01Speaker 1: Tiffany Stratton. Stratton has the best combination of experience, star power,
- 36:06Speaker 1: and storyline potential in the entire women's field. She has
- 36:10Speaker 1: already won the Money in the Bank briefcase once. And
- 36:14Speaker 1: she successfully used that opportunity to become the WWE Women's Champion.
- 36:19Speaker 1: So she knows what the briefcase can do for her career.
- 36:22Speaker 1: She has the athleticism to excel in the match and
- 36:25Speaker 1: enough personality to make another championship chase compelling. If WWE
- 36:30Speaker 1: wants to establish that Straton is entering another major phase
- 36:33Speaker 1: in her career, another briefcase win would definitely accomplish that. Alright,
- 36:39Speaker 1: I'm going to give you my first and my second pick.
- 36:43Speaker 1: And they're kind of both for the same reason. My
- 36:48Speaker 1: first pick is Roxanne Perez. I think if anybody needs
- 36:54Speaker 1: this briefcase, it's going to be Roxanne. The fact that
- 36:58Speaker 1: in Judgment Day, Raquel Rodriguez holds the Intercontinental title. I
- 37:06Speaker 1: don't know if you remember that. Yeah, she holds the
- 37:08Speaker 1: Intercontinental title. When was the last time she defended it? Anybody?
- 37:13Speaker 1: Hands up. You there in the back. You? Anybody? Nobody.
- 37:17Speaker 1: You know why? Because she hasn't. I think she defended
- 37:19Speaker 1: against Solverka maybe once. I think. I'm not even sure.
- 37:23Speaker 1: I can't remember. Remember she came out barbed wire one
- 37:28Speaker 1: night on that title? And then next week, gone. So yeah,
- 37:32Speaker 1: I guess when you're in the Judgment Day, you don't
- 37:34Speaker 1: really have to defend your titles all that much. It's
- 37:37Speaker 1: probably part of their stipulation about being in the club.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Oh no, if you join this, you don't have to
- 37:42Speaker 1: ever defend it. Maybe like once every couple hundred days. But,
- 37:49Speaker 1: you know, having her with the title. And the potential
- 37:53Speaker 1: of Liv Morgan winning a title. Imagine if both girls
- 38:00Speaker 1: came back with something. One came back with a briefcase.
- 38:05Speaker 1: The other came back with a title. Now you got
- 38:09Speaker 1: Liv and Raquel with titles. And you got Roxanne with
- 38:13Speaker 1: her briefcase. That already creates tension. I know. Go over
- 38:20Speaker 1: to SmackDown. Cash in on Chelsea Green. I know. That's
- 38:25Speaker 1: the easy, that's probably the easiest idea, right? Uh, yeah,
- 38:29Speaker 1: I don't think it's going to happen. I think this
- 38:31Speaker 1: is where Roxanne finally gets her, her shot. You know,
- 38:35Speaker 1: she's been taking a lot of L's. She's the one
- 38:37Speaker 1: who always takes the fucking pins. And, uh, this, especially
- 38:41Speaker 1: she can do this match and do it herself. That's
- 38:44Speaker 1: what we need to establish her as a real champion.
- 38:47Speaker 1: And I guess my second pick would be like the
- 38:51Speaker 1: safe pick, right? It's Tiffany Stratton. That has to be
- 38:54Speaker 1: the safe pick. I mean, she's done it once. She
- 38:57Speaker 1: can do it again. She could be like the female
- 38:59Speaker 1: version of punk who, who done it twice. Um, I think,
- 39:04Speaker 1: I think edge also, yeah, it's also won it twice,
- 39:06Speaker 1: but nonetheless, uh, uh, Yeah, I mean, that's another one
- 39:12Speaker 1: that's very similar to Roxanne Perez's situation where a friend,
- 39:16Speaker 1: a close friend, a partner has a title. So her
- 39:21Speaker 1: winning this briefcase, you know, oh, Chelsea Green has it.
- 39:26Speaker 1: And it's like, is she going to turn on Chelsea,
- 39:28Speaker 1: you know, or would she? go after whoever our current
- 39:33Speaker 1: world champion is going to be after this night? Um,
- 39:35Speaker 1: I don't know that, that, that in itself creates drama,
- 39:41Speaker 1: you know, that's, that's, that's all I got for, for
- 39:47Speaker 1: those two matches. Um, Roman Reigns versus LA Knight. Okay.
- 39:54Speaker 1: The promos have been, it's been a rollercoaster of a ride.
- 39:57Speaker 5: You know?
- 39:58Speaker 1: Some nights the promos are good. Some nights the promos
- 40:01Speaker 1: are bad. I still think when it comes to face-to-face,
- 40:07Speaker 1: I still think LA Knight does better promos than Roman
- 40:09Speaker 1: Reigns any day of the week. I never thought Roman
- 40:12Speaker 1: was ever really good at promos. He's gotten better. He's
- 40:15Speaker 1: gotten way better. Way better than from the Suckering Suckatash days.
- 40:19Speaker 1: You know, since they paired him with Paul Heyman. And,
- 40:22Speaker 1: you know, now he's on his own, obviously, but he
- 40:24Speaker 1: has gotten better. Come on, man. I mean, everybody. Everybody
- 40:33Speaker 1: knows Roman is walking out with this title. Right? I mean... Right?
- 40:41Speaker 1: I'm a little... I say that with an upward question mark.
- 40:46Speaker 3: You know, like....
- 40:48Speaker 1: Only because... just what they've done on SmackDown, on a SmackDown,
- 40:53Speaker 1: the title changes they've done, the quick, like, you know,
- 40:57Speaker 1: like I said, one night, I was just, I skipped SmackDown,
- 41:00Speaker 1: and I find out that Sami Zayn is our champion.
- 41:02Speaker 1: I'm like, what? I woke up the next day, I'm like,
- 41:05Speaker 1: what the hell happened last night? Was it a fever?
- 41:09Speaker 1: Is it a dream? I don't know. You know, I,
- 41:16Speaker 1: they're just gonna keep Roman chugging along until WrestleMania, I
- 41:19Speaker 1: think Or at least the Rumble. Nah, not even that.
- 41:23Speaker 1: I think they're going to keep him chugging along as
- 41:24Speaker 1: champion until WrestleMania. And then maybe we'll have Ova win
- 41:28Speaker 1: the Rumble or something. And he'll face him. But... Could
- 41:34Speaker 1: you imagine? Could you imagine if LA Knight finally won
- 41:38Speaker 1: his world title? I mean... I wanted LA Knight on
- 41:44Speaker 1: this card. You know, if you would have asked me
- 41:47Speaker 1: in January... If you can get one guy on the
- 41:50Speaker 1: card for Money in the Bank, who's it going to be?
- 41:54Speaker 1: Fucking LA Knight, man. This guy does not have much
- 42:00Speaker 1: time left. Whatever his, him and Triple H aren't getting along,
- 42:03Speaker 1: I don't understand. I don't understand what Triple H does
- 42:06Speaker 1: not like about him. This man is 43. And we
- 42:09Speaker 1: know in wrestling, 43 is not a lot of time left.
- 42:13Speaker 1: You got a handful of years, bro. If you want
- 42:16Speaker 1: to be at the top, ink. You guys want to
- 42:18Speaker 1: establish this man as a world champion. You need to
- 42:20Speaker 1: do it and do it now and to do a
- 42:22Speaker 1: big win, a big win over Roman Reigns. And it
- 42:27Speaker 1: would be different this time. It would be a different
- 42:29Speaker 1: win if there is no bloodline involved, if there is
- 42:32Speaker 1: no interference, if it is just a one-on-one. It would
- 42:37Speaker 1: totally elevate him. I mean, come on. We recently gave
- 42:40Speaker 1: wins to Sami Zayn. Sami Zayn is our champion. It
- 42:46Speaker 1: elevated him. Now, you remember when Cody won his first
- 42:49Speaker 1: world title, who did he beat? Roman Reigns. And yeah,
- 42:54Speaker 1: he had that long streak going. Those days. Was it
- 43:02Speaker 1: like 1,316 days or something like that? But for LA
- 43:07Speaker 1: Knight to beat somebody like Roman Reigns, yeah, there isn't
- 43:11Speaker 1: a streak right now for that world title. But he's
- 43:14Speaker 1: held it for a while. So... Without the help of
- 43:18Speaker 1: the bloodline, him winning... I mean, come on, man. It's
- 43:27Speaker 1: too good, right? It's too good to be true. Because
- 43:29Speaker 1: if this man... I said if he wasn't in a
- 43:32Speaker 1: world title match at Money in the Bank, this man
- 43:34Speaker 1: has to be in Money in the Bank. And he's not.
- 43:38Speaker 1: So this is his shot right here. Because if he
- 43:42Speaker 1: loses this, it's back of the line to the rumble.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Come on, man. This is it. Give it to LA Knight.
- 43:53Speaker 1: I know I'm barking up a fucking tree. And nobody cares.
- 43:56Speaker 1: And nobody's listening. I get it. But man, I love
- 44:00Speaker 1: this guy. And I just want to see him just
- 44:04Speaker 1: even once, man. Even if he held it until Rumble
- 44:06Speaker 1: and lost at the Rumble. Whatever. Just give him his world.
- 44:10Speaker 1: Just so he deserves to be up there. This man
- 44:13Speaker 1: has contended for the world title. The WWE Championships. Multiple times.
- 44:19Speaker 1: You know. I'm telling you. You got to give it
- 44:24Speaker 1: to him. Okay. With that down. Let's move into. The
- 44:37Speaker 1: next match. Next match. We're going to do a Stephanie Viqueira.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Versus Becky Lynch. Versus Liv Morgan in a triple threat.
- 44:46Speaker 1: The WWE Women's World Championship. This one's another one. Where
- 44:53Speaker 1: I see a lot of people pointing at Stephanie. Retaining this.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Because that would be a big retain. Liv, who's been
- 45:06Speaker 1: world champion for 100 plus days. Liv's been hot right now.
- 45:10Speaker 1: And the man, Becky Lynch. Any win over Becky Lynch
- 45:15Speaker 1: is a win. A hell of a win. It's a
- 45:17Speaker 1: hell of a W, I think. I don't know what
- 45:22Speaker 1: Becky is right now. Is she a face? Is she
- 45:24Speaker 1: a heel? Is she a tweener? I don't know. I
- 45:30Speaker 1: don't know what she is right now. But I'm enjoying
- 45:33Speaker 1: where she is right now. The feud that she's in.
- 45:36Speaker 1: I'm glad she's back in the world title. She's not
- 45:38Speaker 1: in the IC title anymore. That's all I'm going. Damn,
- 45:44Speaker 1: I can see a roll-up. I see some cheating, man.
- 45:47Speaker 1: And I see it with Liv Morgan. Again, if all
- 45:52Speaker 1: the pieces fall in place, it doesn't even matter where
- 45:56Speaker 1: you put them on the card. Even if you put
- 45:58Speaker 1: the women's match first, and then you have the women's
- 46:04Speaker 1: ladder match last, it doesn't matter. You can still have
- 46:08Speaker 1: the same outcome, and then it'll make Monday so tense,
- 46:12Speaker 1: I think. I think it'll make Monday tense. if you
- 46:16Speaker 1: had Liv Morgan win the Women's World title back and
- 46:21Speaker 1: have Roxanne Perez win the Money in the Bank, you know?
- 46:26Speaker 1: Or is this something, I mean, this is a big pay-per-view.
- 46:30Speaker 1: I could totally see a shocking ending in that that's
- 46:34Speaker 1: one of them. Over a roll-up, legs on the rope, something.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Something fucked, you know? Something that a little prick, like,
- 46:45Speaker 1: Liv would do. You know, like, something. There's three of them.
- 46:48Speaker 1: Triple threat matches, you can always do that kind of shit.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Have somebody else do all the fucking legwork, and then
- 46:54Speaker 1: they hit their finisher, you come in, you toss them
- 46:56Speaker 1: out the ring, and you fucking capitalize. I could totally
- 46:59Speaker 1: see Liv Morgan doing that. I mean, so, it's crazy,
- 47:03Speaker 1: but I'm, this is probably where I'm gonna risk it
- 47:05Speaker 1: for the biscuit, and I'm gonna put Liv Morgan. And
- 47:08Speaker 1: I'm probably gonna be wrong, but you know what, I'm
- 47:10Speaker 1: gonna stick with my gut feeling. Ugh. Yeah, I'm gonna
- 47:15Speaker 1: stick with my gut feeling, man. I... I believe it. Okay.
- 47:21Speaker 1: Last match. We got Obafemi versus a returning... A... God,
- 47:27Speaker 1: he looks in fucking great shape. Bronson Reed. Okay? Bronson
- 47:33Speaker 1: Reed needs to.
- 47:34Speaker 5: Do tsunamis after tsunamis after tsunamis after... to keep Obafemi down,
- 47:44Speaker 5: according to Paul Heyman.
- 47:47Speaker 1: You know, Braun, Breaker, and Obafemi end in a DQ. Hmm.
- 47:57Speaker 1: I guess.
- 48:00Speaker 1: I guess I could see this ending in a DQ
- 48:02Speaker 1: as well. I wish we could get a definitive answer,
- 48:06Speaker 1: but I feel like With Bronson Reed's return, I feel
- 48:11Speaker 1: like a straight L from Oba. Kind of hurt that momentum, right?
- 48:18Speaker 1: I mean... It's probably going to be some shady interference.
- 48:23Speaker 1: We're not going to get a clean match. As much
- 48:26Speaker 1: as I'd like to. I think it's going to be
- 48:28Speaker 1: a fun match, for sure. For sure. You know... A
- 48:39Speaker 1: lot of people are going to say it's Obafemi. I
- 48:41Speaker 1: understand you're going from Brock to Braun to Bronson. Brock, Brock, Braun, Bronson. Brock, Braun, Bronson.
- 48:50Speaker 1: Say that three times fast. It's not a downgrade at all.
- 48:56Speaker 1: I don't think so. I mean, Bronson Reed is a
- 48:58Speaker 1: monster nonetheless. He's definitely going to give him a run
- 49:02Speaker 1: for his money. But I feel like they're going to
- 49:08Speaker 1: have Obafemi with these guys until Rumble. And you gotta
- 49:13Speaker 1: kind of drag it out a little bit more. So
- 49:15Speaker 1: I don't think they're done with him yet. I don't
- 49:18Speaker 1: think they're done with Obafemi. So... It's gotta be DQ.
- 49:27Speaker 1: I'd be shocked if nobody else interferes in this match.
- 49:30Speaker 1: I'd be shocked. I'd be shocked if there's no Paul Heyman,
- 49:34Speaker 1: if there's no Austin Theory with the brass knuckles, or
- 49:36Speaker 1: Logan Paul with the distraction. or Maxime Dupree, you know,
- 49:41Speaker 1: I would not be surprised, I don't think Braun, Braun
- 49:45Speaker 1: Breaker will be involved in this, I think he'll be too,
- 49:49Speaker 1: you know, beat from his match, so I don't, I
- 49:53Speaker 1: don't see that happening, um, I mean, I think, that
- 50:02Speaker 1: would be a huge win though, if it was clean,
- 50:05Speaker 1: Bronson Reed, um, Sorry, I was typing. Yeah, I would
- 50:14Speaker 1: love to see that. But I don't think so. So, okay.
- 50:24Speaker 1: That's all the predictions I got for that PLD. I
- 50:30Speaker 1: guess maybe I can pull out some news. Let me
- 50:34Speaker 1: pull out some news here. Here we go. Okay, let
- 50:39Speaker 1: me play the news bumper. Here we go. News team! Assemble!
- 50:52Speaker 1: I've got news for you. Well, I got news for you. Newsflash, asshole! Eh,
- 51:03Speaker 1: it's been a while since I used that. Alright, let's
- 51:06Speaker 1: get into some top rumors right now I've been hearing
- 51:09Speaker 1: throughout the internet. Sheamus to AEW. Sheamus is officially a
- 51:14Speaker 1: free agent as of October 1st, and AEW veterans are
- 51:17Speaker 1: reporting pushing Tony Khan to sign him. Despite interest, no
- 51:21Speaker 1: substantial talks have happened yet. Enzo Amore return talk. WWE
- 51:28Speaker 1: reportedly did not plan to reunite Enzo and Big Cass.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Enzo was once considered a done deal for NXT, but
- 51:35Speaker 1: plans stalled. A reunion is now seen as possible due
- 51:39Speaker 1: to Cass' recent losses and the pushes of Big Cass stopping.
- 51:46Speaker 1: Miss Money in the Bank rumor. Oh, no, we don't
- 51:49Speaker 1: need to read that one. We already know that one.
- 51:52Speaker 1: Drew McIntyre returns uncertain. Drew McIntyre returned uncertain, sorry. McIntyre
- 52:00Speaker 1: has finished outside projects and was recently at WWE headquarters.
- 52:04Speaker 1: But WWE reportedly has no concrete plans for his return yet.
- 52:08Speaker 1: He also is filming a WWE micro drama project. So
- 52:15Speaker 1: at this rate, he might as well just wait until
- 52:17Speaker 1: the Rumble. Damien Priest heel turn reason. Priest's heel turn
- 52:22Speaker 1: was reportedly triggered by Rhea Ripley's injury forcing WWE to
- 52:27Speaker 1: adjust plans for the Judgment Day. For the Judgment Day?
- 52:31Speaker 1: What's that supposed to mean? Asuka Absence has been clarified.
- 52:35Speaker 1: Asuka is still signed with WWE and is simply taking
- 52:38Speaker 1: time off for a family matter, despite speculations. Cody Rhodes'
- 52:45Speaker 1: contract rumor ends. Cody Rhodes has re-signed a long-term WWE contract,
- 52:50Speaker 1: shutting down AEW return rumors. He says he plans to
- 52:54Speaker 1: end his career in WWE. WrestleMania 45 location rumor. WWE
- 53:02Speaker 1: and New Orleans reportedly signed have a venue hold on
- 53:05Speaker 1: the Caesars Superdome for WrestleMania 45 and 2029. Jacob Fatu injury,
- 53:15Speaker 1: absence rumor. Despite the storyline car angle, Fatu is believed
- 53:20Speaker 1: to be off TV because he's filming a WWE micro
- 53:23Speaker 1: drama project with Drew McIntyre and Joe Hendry. That's a
- 53:29Speaker 1: weird matchup. Yeah. That's really all I got for current rumors.
- 53:38Speaker 1: I haven't really heard anything interesting. Again, this is just
- 53:46Speaker 1: a shorter episode. It's just me alone. I hope you
- 53:50Speaker 1: enjoyed it. I don't like doing these because I don't
- 53:57Speaker 1: feel like I have enough to keep you guys here.
- 54:00Speaker 1: But I try. I try to stay talk and not
- 54:03Speaker 1: leave too many gaps in between conversations, you know, and pauses.
- 54:10Speaker 1: So I hope you enjoyed this episode. Um, this is new,
- 54:16Speaker 1: but I am back on Instagram. So I heard, I
- 54:19Speaker 1: heard PCW has an Instagram channel. I'm gonna have to
- 54:21Speaker 1: go check that out myself. Um, you know, you can

- 55:06Speaker 1: more of this, I think I'm going to go insane. Yeah.
- 55:10Speaker 1: It sounds like I'm going insane. I'm just a man
- 55:12Speaker 1: in a studio with a red light and recording. Alright,

- 56:31Speaker 1: he just hasn't been very Oosie.
- 56:36Speaker 2: Because I'm The Miz, and I'm awesome.
- 56:48Speaker 1: Those rotten bastards. Bye-bye, bitch.
