- 0:00Let me tell you where I think silver's going to go in the next
- 0:036 months. It's going to go minimum $85.
- 0:06If you look at the cup and handle formation, there's been
- 0:102. $50 silver, $4000 gold. What seemed like only a fantasy
- 0:20one year ago now seems like an increasing probability.
- 0:24Today I'm joined by John Lee, He's a successful entrepreneur,
- 0:28executive in the mining sector, and he's going to share with us
- 0:32some exciting developments at one of his new, newer companies
- 0:36that has to do with a critical mineral floor spa.
- 0:38We're going to learn all about that.
- 0:40We're going to start out talking about what's happened in the
- 0:43precious metal sector and what John sees going forward.
- 0:47He's definitely one of the sharpest analytical minds.
- 0:50John, welcome back to Ron's Basement.
- 0:53Glad to be back, Rod. So we were talking before we
- 0:57went online. It's been exactly 1 year since
- 0:59you and I talked and I look back at that point, we had a $30
- 1:04silver price and gold was significantly lower.
- 1:07What do you think has happened over the last year and you have
- 1:11a real knack for making some accurate predictions?
- 1:14Any ideas where you think we might be heading with silver and
- 1:17gold? Yeah, Ron, first of all, I
- 1:22remember not only two years, 2 1/2 years ago, gold was $1800
- 1:26and and silver has been a laggard and we've been, we've
- 1:30been talking about it last year and the year before the action
- 1:34of gold really taken me by a bit of a surprise that it once it
- 1:37took out 1800, it went straight to 2200 and they went to 2800.
- 1:42Who's just who's just my target two years ago and lingered
- 1:45around that level for not not not too long and then right up
- 1:49right up to $3400 level. So I think it's not only taken
- 1:55the gold actually it's not only taken by be my surprise, but by
- 1:58some of the other analysts as well.
- 2:01And now gold is at 3800 and my target for gold about six months
- 2:06ago was was 3433. Thirty $500 level, which is the
- 2:10200 day moving average. But yeah, it didn't it, it
- 2:14didn't really, it didn't really consolidate there for too long
- 2:17before embarking on another rally.
- 2:20And what we're witnessing now for let's talk about gold first
- 2:23of all, is it is now in a entire it's, it's, it's a maverick.
- 2:29It's it's entire zone elements. And just about any ratio that
- 2:35you can, you can think of in terms of gold to silver ratio,
- 2:37go to Putnam ratio, go to oil ratio.
- 2:40It's all superseded expectations and there is no letting down.
- 2:45Gold's action is a very, very strong indicates a physical
- 2:48buying. And the reason I say that Ron is
- 2:51that typically gold trades at least of the short term basis
- 2:55inverse of the dollar. But what you see now gold is
- 2:58going up when the dollar is up, when the dollar is down, when
- 3:01there's war, there's no war when the equity is correcting versus
- 3:04when equity is not correcting. So it just, it just and, and,
- 3:08and the goal is very strong across London and and Asia open
- 3:11as well as some comics open, New York open.
- 3:14And what we're seeing now is gold is entering into why
- 3:17probably is going to be the blow off phase.
- 3:20I was just on the show, another show a month ago when gold is
- 3:233500. I said once gold takes out 3800,
- 3:26it's going to enter into that exponential blow off phase.
- 3:30And sure enough, like we're not even a month, we're already at
- 3:323900. And then if you look at
- 3:36historically, there's a probably the only analogy I can draw is
- 3:40if you look at the gold window in, in 1972, that's $35 and took
- 3:45gold about 10 years to get to, to get to a 800, which is around
- 3:5125 times when the rally started, when the gold window was
- 3:55severed. And then if you look at if you
- 3:57look at this gold rally that started in 2000 when Gordon
- 4:00Brown, Bank of England dumped that last batch of gold in
- 4:03England at $250. That was the start of a rally in
- 4:07year 2002, thousand and one, even though there's not a gold
- 4:11window to be broken, but but implicitly the gold has been
- 4:15very heavily managed by the cartels.
- 4:17So if you're to extrapolate, if you're to take the 1970s as a,
- 4:21as a guide and multiply the start point of 200 dollar $250
- 4:26by 25 times and you'll be, you'll be getting to a level at
- 4:31around 5:00 to $6000. And what seemed like a fantasy
- 4:35or, or unbelievable 4000 to 4000 to 4000 to 6000 is only 50% from
- 4:43here. Certainly it's going to be
- 4:44probably easier than than it was from 1800 to 3600 in the blink
- 4:48of an eye. So I, I don't think it's too
- 4:51much to ask at all. And then if you ask about the
- 4:53reasons for that, Ron, you and I talked a year ago and then two
- 4:57years ago. It's not to do with inflation.
- 4:59Oil is at $62.00. It's not to do with the war
- 5:03because the war are the simmering down, they're not
- 5:05being escalated. It's really got to do with the,
- 5:10the micro mandates, the central by digital currency that that's
- 5:14going to dictate on where you buy things and when you buy
- 5:18things and where you buy things. And the centa billionaires and
- 5:24the billionaires, the Jeff Bezos, the Elon Musk, the Colts
- 5:27brothers, the Zeras, right? The Saudis, they don't want to
- 5:31be part of that game of, of, of being told what to do.
- 5:34And and so the, the only way to circumvent that is gold.
- 5:37Think of a way like, think of a way like, you know, with the
- 5:41advent of carbon credits and central by digital currency,
- 5:45there's going to be situation in the next foreseeable future
- 5:49before 2028 or 2030 for sure that that, that, that you cannot
- 5:57visit the restaurants you want to visit and you wouldn't want
- 5:59to, you can't go to the places you want to go because it's
- 6:01members only. Think of it as like a Michelin's
- 6:03club. It's invitation only.
- 6:05And then the, the, the way they go about doing that is imposing
- 6:08carbon credits and micro mandates through the CBDC's.
- 6:12So a lot of people don't want to put up with it.
- 6:13You know, they're, they're neither Republican, they're
- 6:15neither red or blue. They just want to preserve their
- 6:18living standards and that's why you've seen this continue
- 6:20bidding up of the gold of of gold of gold.
- 6:23So I think that's that's All in all.
- 6:24We can talk about silver if you like, but we can open for for
- 6:29your comments and questions. Yeah, it, it seems interesting
- 6:32to me because, you know, I follow the gold market very
- 6:34closely that I agree with you, like you said that we're moving
- 6:38into this new, I guess digital potential control era number one
- 6:43and people want to escape that. You mentioned.
- 6:45I wanted to ask you this, this question you mentioned kind of
- 6:49the I guess for lack of a better way to describe than the elites
- 6:52that are kind of moving to gold to protect themselves from from
- 6:56that type of future. Do you think we've even begun to
- 6:59see, I mean, I live here in the United States, my neighbors
- 7:02don't talk about precious metals.
- 7:04Do you think that we could see in the, I mean, two to three
- 7:06years more of the generalist investors moving into the mom
- 7:11and pops, moving into precious metals, including gold and
- 7:15silver And in that, that could have a big impact on on demand
- 7:18as well. I'd like to thank the sponsor of
- 7:22this video, First Mint. There a silver mint located in
- 7:25Las Vegas, NV, creating world class silver bullion products.
- 7:31As a matter of fact, here's a 5 oz silver bar.
- 7:34You can check this out for yourself on their website,
- 7:38firstmint.com. Couple things unique about First
- 7:42Mint. They're owned by First Majestic
- 7:44Silver headed up by Keith Neumeyer.
- 7:47So they're getting the silver out of the ground to the mint,
- 7:50to you from the mine to the met. Again, you can check them out at
- 7:55firstment.com. Thank you to Firstment for
- 7:58sponsoring Ron's Basement and sponsoring this video.
- 8:01You know, my mom is 80 and, and I have to drag her into the,
- 8:06into the ghost to buy gold. So, and by and large, the middle
- 8:12class, the United States or China, they're in debt.
- 8:15They're not concerned about whether the dollar is blowing up
- 8:18or the price of gold or silver. And if you look at the junior
- 8:21market participation of the mining juniors, I mean, they're
- 8:24not near near anywhere the peak. They're not even near the level.
- 8:27That was four years ago when silver was $3528.00 and gold was
- 8:321800. So part of it's just a lot.
- 8:36There's a big hollowing out of the middle class and there's a
- 8:39void to be filled. I mean, I'm 50 and the, the, and
- 8:43when I come to the space, it was year 2000.
- 8:45I have 25 years experiencing mining and the guys that looked
- 8:47up to, you know, a lot of they either kicked the bucket or had
- 8:50no retired. So there's that.
- 8:52That boy is yet to be filled by the Gen.
- 8:55ZS and by by the Gen. X or by the Gen.
- 8:57YS, whatever you have. So they're just not a lot of
- 9:01discretionary capital of the middle class to get in the
- 9:04sector. They just worry about meeting
- 9:06their mortgage payments and credit card payments.
- 9:09And and so by I'm not seeing that level of feverish
- 9:14participation by by by the retail and it's and they're
- 9:18never going to really move the needle.
- 9:20What's really going to move the needle going going into the blow
- 9:23office is some of these algo expected to funds that would
- 9:28that would top up the face and some of the late commerce in in
- 9:32in maybe some Asians and some of these family office in planning
- 9:36in in that technical allocation regardless of the price.
- 9:39So I'm not seeing a FOMO yet. Rahm and like I said, go to his
- 9:42own is his own element. Nobody know how the like anybody
- 9:46would pretend to tell you what the top would be is is is
- 9:50whatever smoking right they like all the technical indicators are
- 9:53out of the are are are are out. However, as I mentioned, I, I,
- 9:58I, I would not be surprised to see at all for gold to take out
- 10:01to, to get to $5500 to $6000 range, which is, which is around
- 10:0650% from where we stand today in, in within the next 6 within
- 10:10the next 6 to 12 months. And when you see that daily
- 10:12movement of hundred $150.00 gold up, up and down, then you know
- 10:17that, that volatility is for tallying a potential top in
- 10:20place. But right now I think we're
- 10:22around 5th or 6th inning. We're, we're, we're not quite,
- 10:27we're, we're more than halfway through, but we're not quite
- 10:29there yet. At the top, yeah.
- 10:31Yeah, very, very interesting. Yeah.
- 10:32I heard someone say a few days ago that I'd never thought about
- 10:36when it comes to gold and silver, that they kind of live
- 10:39by their own rules. And it got me thinking.
- 10:41I thought, well, maybe that's because they've been the store
- 10:44of value, money, whatever you want to call it for thousands
- 10:47and thousands of years that we can look at a lot of different
- 10:49factors. But at the end of the day, gold
- 10:52and silver really are are can can behave independently of a
- 10:57lot of the relationships that I know I look at and I think a lot
- 11:00of analysts look at that we we lose sight of that, that these
- 11:03are the original forms of of stores of value and money
- 11:07they've. Always been wrong.
- 11:08It's just been very heavily managed because in order for the
- 11:12power that be to achieve their agenda, whether it's it's health
- 11:15mandate or or own nothing and be happy, they have to continue to
- 11:20recruit. They're they're cronies and you
- 11:23wanted to do that is to pay them.
- 11:25But but like the communist, they're always happy to use
- 11:27somebody else's money And and that money is via the printing
- 11:31machine. But if you have gold and silver,
- 11:33a real full of money, they're never going to take the gold or
- 11:36silver out of their pockets to finance their agenda.
- 11:39And that's why Elon Musk was talking about the 14 magic
- 11:44printers that they found. And, and, and that was, that was
- 11:48just earlier this year. Doge.
- 11:50And I've, I've been saying that that there the there, there's a
- 11:54few machines out there and nobody like the question should
- 11:57be asked is who's designing what kind of operating system, right?
- 11:59Who's designing the hardware? Who's designing the software?
- 12:02And I would not be surprised at all.
- 12:03Like some of the power that be are only some of these machines.
- 12:06I end up printing literally hundreds of billions of dollars
- 12:10on a daily basis to grab real assets, real estate on lens SP
- 12:15500 and they're not branching into foreign markets like the
- 12:18Nikkei. This this is taking an all time
- 12:21high, but the markets are the economy is doing terrible.
- 12:24Like I'm in China right now. It's it's a national holiday,
- 12:28but there's barely anybody on the street.
- 12:29That was in Hong Kong yesterday. I've never seen Hong Kong being
- 12:33so slow. There was nobody in the airport.
- 12:35And so and, and, and so there's definitely decoupling of the
- 12:39economies versus the stock market.
- 12:41And the only way to rationalize the performance of the equity
- 12:44market is that that the kings are not playing by the rule.
- 12:47They have a printing machine and they're printing and they're
- 12:49buying. I want to talk go back to a bit
- 12:52more about gold. You know, people are like the
- 12:55mainstream media are not attributing a good reason to the
- 12:59uprise of gold. And that's why I think gold
- 13:01still have likes to come because they're like, you know, always
- 13:05like 60 and there's no financial crisis and there's no really
- 13:10another war. So why is gold at 4000?
- 13:13Nobody can really, nobody can really tell you that.
- 13:15And and that's that's another reason I think that gold still
- 13:18have some ways to go. Now, Ron, let me talk a bit
- 13:21about silver, which is really my passion.
- 13:24Silver has been laggard. I think when I come here to show
- 13:26last year, there are two reasons for it.
- 13:29One is China was going through the the US equivalent of
- 13:33financial crisis in 2011 with total collapse of the of the
- 13:38real estate market and and the economy have been turned upside
- 13:41down. So a big portion that's
- 13:43speculative, interesting silver from the Asians being was taken
- 13:48out of the equation and that's why you see gold from 1800 to
- 13:512500. But yes, silver struggle to take
- 13:53out 30. And if you look at say in 1980,
- 13:57right and when gold was 800, silver's 502011, when gold was
- 14:011200, silver's 50. And yet gold is gold goes double
- 14:06that and 2011 level, yeah, silver was struggling taking out
- 14:0930. What happened was that I came
- 14:13out on a couple of shows and also on my Twitter in May is
- 14:17where the inflection point came that that there are two things
- 14:21happened in May of this year. First is that that there is a
- 14:28lot of people silver bugs waiting for gold to correct.
- 14:32There was because the, the old etage around was that if when
- 14:37dollar rallies and, and gold corrects and silver will amplify
- 14:41that, that that correction. So people are waiting for that
- 14:44buying opportunity for silver back to the low 20s and for
- 14:48maybe for gold to go back to 2200 or at least correct back to
- 14:522800 from 3300. So that will create the entry
- 14:55point for silver. It's never happened.
- 14:58So I think that in, in May of this year, what I saw was that
- 15:03was that the speculator realized either through a tip or
- 15:07technical trends or whatever Intel they had that gold is
- 15:10never going to go down below 3000 again.
- 15:13And and that really that really say, OK, as the platinum made a
- 15:16run at that time as well as silver.
- 15:19So it's very clear to me that there was a technical
- 15:21reallocation, profit taking or, or people the waiting on the
- 15:24side like to get into silver that started getting into silver
- 15:28in, in, in mass. And then, and then if you look
- 15:30at the day-to-day action of silver, it also tells the same
- 15:33story, echoed the same story in May where the dollar was going
- 15:37up, gold was going down and silver was going up.
- 15:40And this is very, very rare, like you see once a decade type
- 15:44of scenarios. And it was just acting like,
- 15:47like a, like a, like a spoiled kid in defiance of, of all the
- 15:51red signs. It's just get the marching order
- 15:54and just keep going. And that's what I said that
- 15:56when, when silver took out $35.00 with vengeance, with
- 15:59commissioning in, in, in May, in June, I said this is the time
- 16:02you, you rather you buy silver at 36 then to be buying silver
- 16:05at 34. Because every time when silver
- 16:08takes out 35, it goes to 50 in a hurry.
- 16:10And sure enough, that's exactly what we got.
- 16:13It's taking a little bit longer because the last two occasions
- 16:16in, in 1980 and also in 2011 when silver take out 35, it went
- 16:20to 50 in two weeks. And the reason is the cartels
- 16:23were throwing everything they could on the silver market.
- 16:26And, and because the summer Doldrum is a little lower
- 16:28liquidity, they were able to press that for, for just a few
- 16:32more weeks. However, you know, bang, the
- 16:34start of September guys can be from Hamptons and they're just
- 16:38like, well, this is the only game in town as it's silver.
- 16:41That's why silver went from Oblinkum and I from 36 to 38 and
- 16:45then went to 41 and 43 and now we're 48.
- 16:48What's really truly exciting now let me tell you where I think
- 16:51silver is going to go all right, in the next 6 months, it's going
- 16:54to go minimum $85. If you look at the cup and
- 16:58handle formation, there's been two cup and handle formation 1
- 17:01is in. I'll just pull up my chart. 1 is
- 17:05in one is in year 2020, year 2000 when silver was 4 dollars,
- 17:12$253 an ounce. So the neckline at that time was
- 17:16750. I'm looking at the chart right
- 17:17now in in 1998. In 2004, the neckline was was a
- 17:22750 and the low, the low, the bottom of the cup and handle
- 17:27formation was 3. So and then when, when silver
- 17:31took out $7.50 in 2004, it went to $15.00 in a hurry.
- 17:35So essentially you have that cup, the flip of the flip on the
- 17:38other, on the other side, that if, if you look, if you look in
- 17:42terms of log scale from from from 4:00 to to 7 1/2, right,
- 17:47the neckline, it was a double and then silver went then then
- 17:50double from 7 1/2 in less than two years to 15.
- 17:55So now if you Fast forward to another very clear cup and
- 17:57handle formation, I don't know if you put it with the charts,
- 18:00but this very clear cup and handle formation starting in
- 18:032011 when silver was 50. And and then this, this cup went
- 18:09down as low as 1513 to 15 in, in in 2016, 2020.
- 18:15And now it's challenging the neckline again at 50.
- 18:18So if you if you just drop like the downside on the linear
- 18:21scale, which is $50.00 -, 15, that's $35.
- 18:26And if you tag $35 to the $50 neckline, that would be $85.85
- 18:31dollars is the conservative run scenario we'll be looking at in
- 18:35the next 6 to 12 months. But if you want to look at an
- 18:39optimistic or aggressive target, then you'll be looking at log
- 18:43scale of this cup of panel formation, in which case the
- 18:48bottom of the formation is 15, the neckline was 50.
- 18:51So that's three X. So if I want to flip to the
- 18:53other side 3X from $50 neckline will be $150.00.
- 18:59So my, my, my, my hypothesis or my prophecy is that silver is
- 19:04going to be blowing off at around 85 to $250.
- 19:09Level 85 is the conservative target or gold that silver is
- 19:14embarking on sometime in 2026, either in March 2026 or in
- 19:19September of 2026. John, I need to interrupt you
- 19:23because I'm on record multiple times over the last year
- 19:27predicting that by April Fools Day, April 1st, that we would
- 19:31have 65 to $85 silver. And I just want you to know you
- 19:34have a lot of friends in my audience who are joining us
- 19:38right now who love to hear what you're saying.
- 19:40And one final thing. I don't know if you can see it.
- 19:42There it is right behind me. I have a As for for fun, I have
- 19:46a little teddy bear. He's the Silver Bear, and he's
- 19:49blindfolded in that Blind 85. 80. $5 Well, there you.
- 19:54Go. I had that.
- 19:55You can't see it, but to my right I have another bear.
- 19:57That was the gold bear. He was 2500.
- 20:00People said I was crazy. People say I'm crazy for saying
- 20:0485. I'm like you don't understand.
- 20:06If you just look at multiple different ways to look at it and
- 20:10like you just described with the cup and I mean the most epic cup
- 20:13and handle pattern like this is real and from so many
- 20:16perspectives, just from a A a quantitative numerical
- 20:20perspective, you know, like you said, 85 to $100 silver is very,
- 20:25very possible. First Mining gold is a Canadian
- 20:28gold developer with two multi million ounce projects in
- 20:32Canada, Spring pole in Ontario and Duparque located in Quebec.
- 20:38Millions of Oz of gold in the ground in Canada moving through
- 20:43the permitting process. The company has zero debt and
- 20:46many big catalysts on the horizon that would.
- 20:49Be conservative target. If you look at go to silver
- 20:51ratio at at a historically it rests on 70.
- 20:56And then if if you write gold is already 4000.
- 20:58So if you, if you need to go to stay where it is on A50 on a 50
- 21:03go to silver ratio, you're looking at $80, you're looking
- 21:05at $80 silver. So in all, by all means and
- 21:09purpose, $80 silver is, is not stretching imagination at all.
- 21:14And a society can go to 150. So at A at a $4000 goal and
- 21:19$150.00 silver, the ratio will be 30 and coincidentally 30 is
- 21:23that bottom of the, of the ratio when silver peaks.
- 21:30And and then, and then if you look at the, the mining, the
- 21:33mining companies performance in especially in silver, the likes
- 21:36of First Majestic is still not even half of what it was in 2021
- 21:40peak. So that's another indicator that
- 21:42these speculative interests people buying gold and silver
- 21:46physical are very different from people buying mining companies.
- 21:48So they still are at around 3rd, 3rd or 4th inning.
- 21:51However, you don't want to play playing cute and waiting to
- 21:53position yourself because in the last phase, 80% of the gain is
- 21:58is happening in that 20% of the time window.
- 22:00So if the stock a double or triple the mining issuers in in,
- 22:05in that money blow off face kind of like NASDAQ when it went from
- 22:071500 to 5000 in early 2000, I was in the market, it was six
- 22:12months and we are entering into that phase as we speak.
- 22:16Yeah. Yeah.
- 22:17And and, and, and, but wait, there's more because I want to
- 22:20ask you one more question to get your opinion to share with our
- 22:23audience about Silver. And then we're going to embark
- 22:27on this journey to learn about your other company, Clean Tech
- 22:30Vanadium and Floor Spar. That's fascinating.
- 22:33But my final question for you on silver, you know, we can look at
- 22:36all the technical reasons from a chart perspective and
- 22:40everything. Why silver?
- 22:41But fundamentally, too, there's just such a strong story when
- 22:46you look at just simply the supply of silver coming in to
- 22:50the market and you know, the mining sector, I think the
- 22:53silver mining sector had peaks over in 2016.
- 22:56But then when you look at the demand sector or the demand side
- 23:00of that equation, it it, it it's also equally, as you know,
- 23:04optimistic. Any comments on that on the kind
- 23:06of the fundamental side of silver?
- 23:08Yeah, Ron. I've said time and again the the
- 23:11market action, the price action is always dictated by these
- 23:15investment interest. It's never the industrial
- 23:17interest. And so silver, 70% of the silver
- 23:21is, is locked into industrials. And then typically when silver
- 23:25price goes and as I mentioned again, I think was on your show
- 23:28before that industrial demand would taper as the price goes up
- 23:33as the market look for alternatives.
- 23:35But investment demand is the opposite.
- 23:36As the price is going up, people buy more and, and, and to give
- 23:40another couple of example would be for example, the real estate
- 23:44market, the price of the real estate apartments, for example,
- 23:48in Asia or elsewhere. Affordability was never a good
- 23:51indicator to call the tops of bottom of the market.
- 23:54If, if that's the case, if that's the case, how could you
- 23:57know it would take a lifetime of, of earnings without tax,
- 24:01without being taxed in, in, in Asia, like Shanghai, in, in
- 24:04Taiwan, still we couldn't afford a house.
- 24:07Same with Singapore. Another another example would be
- 24:10oil in in the, in the during COVID went to negative.
- 24:13I mean, it's, it's, it's how is that possible?
- 24:16So just give you a flavor of, of, of that for, for metals
- 24:20always the investment demand that drive the market.
- 24:22And so I I wouldn't read too much about the industrial
- 24:27industrial demand in, in solar in one of our or else.
- 24:30And the other thing also to keep in mind what, how, how
- 24:34unpredictable silver could be is that gold and silver are
- 24:37completely different animal. All the gold above ground are
- 24:40are there. It's just the, it's the it's the
- 24:43reason being, just being but but if you look at silver annual
- 24:49production of a billion ounces of the 300 million ounces are
- 24:52investment demand. So 300 million, thirty, 300
- 24:55million ounces of of of a $50 silver is $15 billion.
- 25:00That's like a drop in the bucket.
- 25:02And that's why the Elon Musks and Jeff Bezos couldn't get
- 25:05their hands on it and they want to get into it.
- 25:07But when silver got to 100, then then, then the really big game
- 25:10with star. So so you could it could still
- 25:12become a self fulfilling sort of a story for bigger fish to fry
- 25:16and the same fundamentals for for silver, of course, 100 to go
- 25:20to 200 is no different from 50 to 100 if you look at cryptos,
- 25:24right. If the cryptic you go to 10,000
- 25:26or 100,000. Why could the silver could be
- 25:28the same? There's absolutely no reason
- 25:29not. And so, so I think All in all, I
- 25:35can't remember the next question because I got a bit of a hay
- 25:37fever here in China, but there, yeah, about silver's
- 25:42fundamentals, you can throw fundamentals out of the window.
- 25:45It's it's really musical chairs. It could be.
- 25:49It'll keep going until people stop buying.
- 25:51And when people are stop buying, nobody, nobody knows.
- 25:54Nobody knows. If Cryptid go to 100,000, why
- 25:56couldn't silver go to 1000? I mean, realistically,
- 25:59realistically, I know. I agree 100%.
- 26:02People, you know, I think get trapped in this thinking about
- 26:04silver that oh, it can never go to, you know, certain levels.
- 26:08Like there's no, there's no reason like you said that it
- 26:12can't go to those levels. So I know that you're the CEO of
- 26:17a silver mining company, Silver Elephant, but you're also CEO of
- 26:21another company, Clean Tech Vanadium.
- 26:24And they have something that's really fascinating to me.
- 26:26I've been learning here the last few days.
- 26:28I think I'm like most people, I'd really didn't knew nothing
- 26:31about this critical mineral floor spar and it's becoming
- 26:36going up in price and becoming more and more critical to a
- 26:39number of different industrial applications.
- 26:42Could you tell us about Clean Tech Vanadium in this floor spar
- 26:47project? I'm very interested to learn and
- 26:50I think it'll be fascinating for our viewer as well, right?
- 26:53First of all, Ron, let me give a quick update on Silver Elephant
- 26:56because some of your audience are shareholders and have come
- 27:00to us unfortunately since we came out of the program.
- 27:03Your program last year and Elephant was doing very well
- 27:07with the silver project was 100 million ounces of silver in the
- 27:09ground. It's being production, it's
- 27:11making money. In 2024, the project Fulacao
- 27:14Pack have produced over 1.5 million ounces of silver at a
- 27:17profit. Unfortunately, a major part of
- 27:20the mining concession was was the production our rights to be
- 27:25mining. That area was cancelled by the
- 27:27government and citing illegal mining, some dark forces joined
- 27:32with the government to take our to take our car mining contract
- 27:35away from the government. And it's been of almost one year
- 27:39since the license was, was since our right to mine the project
- 27:42was cancelled. And so far it's been a year,
- 27:46nobody was able to produce any evidence of illegal mining
- 27:48whatsoever. So what we found was, was that
- 27:51there's some dark forces and, and invited guests that were,
- 27:55that were working with the government to, and we are a
- 27:58victim or we're victimized as a result.
- 28:01However, I believe it's been going through a bit of a dark
- 28:04times in the last in the last 12 months and there's a new
- 28:08election that just came and the second round is going to be
- 28:11middle of October. And I think there's going to be
- 28:13a change of government and we're very optimistic.
- 28:16We remain very positive about getting our contract restated.
- 28:21I can't dictate the timing, but I just want to reassure your
- 28:25audience and some of our shareholders that there's
- 28:27absolutely no evidence of illegal mining whatsoever.
- 28:30And then some of the bad actors in the government has been
- 28:32identified. And that we're, we're kind of
- 28:35optimistic that once there's a change of, of management and
- 28:38that our case would be reviewed and that, and that the, the
- 28:42resolution to, to, to cancel our rights to mind the area,
- 28:46dedicated area, dedicated rights to mind the area would be
- 28:50restated. So we remain very optimistic.
- 28:53And the elephants, there's a small part of the, the area
- 28:57that's not under the contract with the government of which we,
- 29:00we, we own the concession. So we started mining again.
- 29:03So the company is generating cash flow again.
- 29:05So that's very positive. Now on this Forest Bar
- 29:08initiative, which is what I, we started investigating under,
- 29:13under clean tech, which is my, my other baby.
- 29:16So Forest Bar and silver were the only two babies I was
- 29:18looking at entire year. Just a bit of primer around
- 29:25Forest Bar is used in nuclear. It's it's really to do with the
- 29:31modernization of the economy, especially in energy generation
- 29:34and storage and as well as particularly energy generation
- 29:38and storage in, in, in that floor spar, six floor spar 6
- 29:42fluorine, which is the element of which forest bar is stick out
- 29:46of the ground and and and concentrated to is required to
- 29:49what enrich uranium. So you talk about uranium
- 29:52enrichment for nuclear and for weapons.
- 29:54It's all about taking the uranium out of the ground and
- 29:57then concentrating the uranium. To do that, you have to classify
- 30:01the uranium and your way to do that is to is to react fluorine
- 30:06with, with uranium. And and once once uranium is
- 30:10gasified, then you can go through the centrifuge of which
- 30:13of which you literally just kind of like a dryer, right.
- 30:16And then the the, the lighter uranium which is U235 is fissile
- 30:21uranium will be separated from the heavier plutonium, uranium 2
- 30:24U 238 and that is a fissile U235.
- 30:27You need for that, for that fission to take place for the
- 30:32energy to be released. And then the other, the other
- 30:35major use of fuorspar or fluorine is electrolyte.
- 30:40And you, you hear about the lithium electrolyte and sodium
- 30:43electrolyte, you hear about the cathode and the NO, the graphite
- 30:46and the cobalt. But what's been not been
- 30:49mentioned is that that electrolyte which is
- 30:52hexaflorophosphate and that is 6 fluorine is required as a
- 30:58vehicle or as a conduit. It's what they call the
- 31:00electrolyte for the ion for the lithium and sodium to be moving
- 31:04back and forth between the cathode and the anode.
- 31:08And so that sixth flooring is required for for every single
- 31:12lithium and or every single sodium in irrespective of
- 31:15lithium and sodium batteries. Forest bar prices gone up five
- 31:19times since the since 2000. And where really flipped the
- 31:23switch and piqued my interest, Ron, is that China become a net
- 31:27importer of forest bar since 2022.
- 31:30So they're running out of forest bar.
- 31:32And the major part of the reason was, was the EV revolution.
- 31:36And so the, so the EV electrolyte and energy storage
- 31:40for solar and, and for wind power and together with a
- 31:44nuclear enrichment account for over 60% of the, the, the
- 31:50fluorine uses. So they're they're less than
- 31:52five years of four spot reserves like in China, and there's 50
- 31:55years of reserves in for real Earth.
- 31:57After the COVID, after the COVID restrictions lifted, China
- 32:02government gave a very strong mandate to start outsource to
- 32:05source force bar. Because without force bar,
- 32:07there's no EV batteries. Without force bar, there's no
- 32:10energy storage to to provide that base flow from from solar
- 32:14generator power. And without force bar, there's
- 32:16no uranium power. It's complete full stop.
- 32:19So they're going after Mongolian forest bar, African forest bar
- 32:23and and yet in the in the same time, United States is
- 32:27oblivious, right? Kind of like lithium and kind of
- 32:29like real earth. It's almost like when the
- 32:30collision days before the collision happened or the
- 32:32collision is already happened with the Fender Bender that
- 32:35United States wake up is Oh my God and that US is not spending
- 32:38a billion dollars on real earth and billion dollar on antimony.
- 32:42And and right now floor spot is still under the radar because
- 32:47Mexico is providing all the four spot that United States need.
- 32:51However, the discount between Mexico forest bar and the
- 32:54Chinese forest bar prices have all but evaporated because China
- 32:58become an importer. So Mexico has nothing to has no
- 33:01more competition and China and Mongolia account for 70% of the
- 33:05four-star production and and Mexico provides 10%.
- 33:07Nobody else does. So in essence around the
- 33:11conclusion that if the United States wants to be energy
- 33:13independent, they want to be crazy AI force require four
- 33:16times as much power. Want to create Ed electrolyte
- 33:20batteries from Elon Musk and from LGS, all these batteries
- 33:24may be created. US require four times more force
- 33:27power than it does today, which is today's five, half a million
- 33:31tons. United States, it's going to be
- 33:322 million tons. Just to realize that, just
- 33:35realized the dream of the artificial intelligence force
- 33:38parts needed to etch the silicon waivers for the TSMCS and then
- 33:43NVIDIA and then also the nuclear power and the solar power and EV
- 33:47batteries. But even at 2 million tons,
- 33:50that's four times what United States is consuming.
- 33:51It's still 1/3 of what China consumes.
- 33:53That's 7 million tons and and mathematically there's not a
- 33:57million ton excess of four spot in the market to accommodate
- 34:00United States, not to mention the Koreans, the Japanese, the
- 34:04Germans, the Europeans because they are running out of there's
- 34:06no four spot coming out of of China anymore.
- 34:10And that's why we're so excited being embarking to this year to
- 34:12to for clean tech to establish presence.
- 34:15United States and is in the Kentucky Illinois.
- 34:18And that's where 95% of 4 historical US force park came
- 34:22from until 1980 when China flooded the force bar market.
- 34:25Of course, the lens is being turned upside down.
- 34:28So in the, in just the last three years, force by price has
- 34:31gone up more than 50%, trading at a $500 per ton.
- 34:34And, and my, my belief is that it's going to double in the next
- 34:37three years because just not, there's no force bar out there.
- 34:40And China is setting the price trends.
- 34:42China is basically can whatever price they will be, they will be
- 34:45taking all in. And right now they're just
- 34:47dialing up force by prices steadily to try to, to try to
- 34:51first of all, procure as much force as I can in stockpile.
- 34:55And secondly is just to, to, to, to secure the remainder floor
- 35:01spot projects available in Africa before letting the dog
- 35:05outlet before letting the dog out of the house, out of the
- 35:08doghouse. So the price right now, even
- 35:12though it's already gone up 50% from three years ago, it's
- 35:14entirely artificial. I can easily see double now.
- 35:17Talk about clean tech for a minute.
- 35:19Clean tech share prices more than 5 * 5 times already in the
- 35:23last two months since we acquired the project, more than
- 35:2550% of the shares being traded in the market and, and the
- 35:29insider holds about 50%. So basically entire float of the
- 35:32market is being traded in the last two months.
- 35:35But right now the market cap's still $25 million.
- 35:38It's, it's, it's, it's if you look at the MP materials,
- 35:42they're $10 billion market cap based on the real Earth project
- 35:45California that's bankrupt, recycled twice.
- 35:48And if you look at some of the antimony projects that were
- 35:51again being recycled through bankruptcy and they're trading
- 35:54at $500 million to a billion dollar range.
- 35:56And if you got some of the uranium issuers, I don't even
- 35:59follow the uranium market, the limited dozen or so uranium
- 36:03mining issuers listed on North American exchange.
- 36:05All of this between half a billion dollars to $10 billion.
- 36:08So so you know, that market is forced to tackle in that in that
- 36:12force bar is the Robin to the Batman.
- 36:15If the Batman's are in the billions of dollars, what why
- 36:19why shouldn't Robin be be a 10th of that?
- 36:21And that was still spelled for multiple times the valuation
- 36:24from where Clean Tech is today. Yeah.
- 36:27Yeah. And and this deposit is right in
- 36:29the middle of the United States. Are there any other floor SPAR
- 36:33projects in the United States? Any other companies that are
- 36:36publicly traded in the United States?
- 36:39Right, the the big biggest elephant in the room is this
- 36:43Illinois, Kentucky floor spot belt district and it's, it's
- 36:47hundreds of kilometers long. So for gold investors, they'll
- 36:50be the battle mountain of Nevada.
- 36:53And in two short months we've we've made three transactions
- 36:56and we believe there's probably more to come Where the amass
- 37:008000 acres and 20 distinct deposits, all strategic, 20
- 37:06distinct deposits, all strategically located in major
- 37:09trends. So there are about 15 to 20
- 37:11major trends in this 4 spar belt that measures 100 kilometer by
- 37:15100 or 100 miles by 100 miles. So we've already mass have 15
- 37:19deposits and they're sitting on 15 different faults and trends.
- 37:22I would say we're probably 1 clean.
- 37:24Texas is probably one of the three largest players in that 4
- 37:27spar belt. But right now United States is
- 37:30limited to virtually no spar domestic production there.
- 37:35There are only two major, there are only two mining companies in
- 37:38North American Stock Exchange that has four-star projects in
- 37:42in North America. So there's one other projects in
- 37:45in Utah and they're about three times our market cap, clean text
- 37:48market cap and they'll be talking about going to
- 37:50production. They get to do so before said
- 37:53and done clean type based on today's historical resources not
- 37:56being verified and the reporting standards are not the current,
- 37:59but there are only 10 million tons of four-star resources in
- 38:03the ground. So that's about 20 times what
- 38:05the United States needs on an annual basis and that's based on
- 38:08740 drill holes. So we're very, very confident
- 38:11first of all that there is probably likely 10 million tons
- 38:14of resource in the ground based on drill results.
- 38:18And secondly, the, the drill holes are not even covering 10
- 38:22to 20, 20% of the known areas on this 8000 acre mineral
- 38:26mineralized area. So conceivably the resource can
- 38:29can double more and then that probably is going to take a
- 38:32while maybe beyond my lifetime because the, the land package is
- 38:36so massive and the, the resource, the endowment is so
- 38:39big. And that's why we, we, we come
- 38:43up with a couple of other different shows that say that is
- 38:45the best opportunity in my lifetime of, of, of, of mining,
- 38:48of doing mining for 20 years. And that was when Elephant was
- 38:51sorry, when Clean tack was $0.05 and he went to as high as the
- 38:55$0.25 is not settling at around $0.15, which creates a very,
- 38:58very good entry point. And again, Kentucky is a red
- 39:03state mining friendly. There's no other industry,
- 39:07there's no farming, there's no tourism, there's no there's
- 39:10there's there's there's no hurting you know that there are
- 39:12no other industries that is a historical mining town.
- 39:16So we're very confident of of of of of bring back the Renaissance
- 39:20at the glory past of of Kentucky Illinois Bell and looking to
- 39:25write histories of America force bar mining industry and and
- 39:30provide and and provide a value add to the to the US to the to
- 39:35the US industries U.S. economy. I want to assure Ron that that
- 39:38there's some questions about our, our, our intent, which is
- 39:41100% serving the US interests. We don't see a ton of fluorine
- 39:46floor spark going out of the US and our customers are the major
- 39:50nuclear operators, the major chemical producers and the
- 39:53battery electrolyte plants in the United States in in the
- 39:57United States. And, and, and, and like you said
- 39:59in that area is not too far a couple hours from where I live.
- 40:02I know there's been a a big history of mining in that area.
- 40:06I think there's even some processing plants in that area
- 40:10as well, if I remember correctly, Honeywell maybe and
- 40:13another company. And I know we've gone long, but
- 40:16I have to ask this question because I'm fascinated by this.
- 40:19I understand how how silver, gold, coal, other things are
- 40:22mined out of the ground. Can you give me just a, a brief
- 40:25education on how floor spar is? Obviously it's dug out of the
- 40:28ground, but what's the process look like for for mining floor
- 40:32spar? Yes, Kentucky does have a lot
- 40:35long histories of mining in coal, oil and gas or South in
- 40:38forest fire. So in this Kentucky Illinois
- 40:41forest fire district, over 30 million tons of forest fire was
- 40:43stuck out of the ground. And the glory past was in the
- 40:46World War 2 when forest parts used for for steel and aluminum
- 40:50making as a flexing agent. So a lot of the forest fire
- 40:52would turn out of the ground and we just made a side visit there.
- 40:55There is millions of tons of waste and tailings materials,
- 41:00dozens of bending shafts as small orders of of 30 to 50 like
- 41:04100 feet right The shaft very modest sized.
- 41:07You can literally poke your eyes down there.
- 41:08You'll see forest bar. So after the service is Oh my
- 41:12God, you know this doesn't need a feasibility study to to get
- 41:15the the the the production is restarted and there are a number
- 41:19of abandoned mill sites in the and of various states require
- 41:24rehabilitations. So what does one of the our, our
- 41:27one of our one of our one of our key initiative is looking at how
- 41:32can fast track to production and there's a billion dollar from
- 41:34Department of Energy dedicated. A lot of money is dedicated to
- 41:37reprocessing tailings in waste because then eliminates the the
- 41:41the OR reduce the cost of extraction mining and the
- 41:44purpose associated with that. Honeywell, Alcoa and DuPont,
- 41:49like all the major chemical producers for Teflons and for
- 41:52batteries or for chemicals and for refrigerant and, and for
- 41:56flexing agent for steel and, and, and also for nuclear
- 41:59reactors. They've all explored the area.
- 42:02But then the Mexicans sweet talk them out of mining vertical and
- 42:07by by offering them discounts. So they, they abandoned the
- 42:10claims back in 2015 and, and left deserted.
- 42:13And that's why I, I, I think that was just like last training
- 42:17clean tech out of the last train and, and, and before it really
- 42:19took off just just in the last 12 months.
- 42:23So we, we'll, we'll try to accelerate the district back
- 42:25into production either through tow milling opportunities or
- 42:29take one of these abandoned sites before and then put a put
- 42:32a mill and put in the action. So to answer a question I will
- 42:34make sure is that the way you process force part is very
- 42:38similar to how you process silver.
- 42:41So the force bar out of the ground is it's called the
- 42:44calcium fluoride, which is CAF 2.
- 42:47So what what you need to do is to concentrate that Gray from 10
- 42:50to 30% out of the ground to 80 to 95%.
- 42:53So once you get a concentrated 80%, then then you can do what
- 42:57they call the metallurgical force spot Chuck into the
- 43:00aluminum and steel plant as a flexing agent to get either way,
- 43:03the impurities and provide that oxidation layer layer to prevent
- 43:07oxidation of, of of the steel and aluminum.
- 43:09And then when you get 95%, then then you can then you can, they
- 43:14can sell that fluor CAF 2 to calcium fluoride to the, to the
- 43:19processing plant of which the fluorine is then produced.
- 43:22And once the fluorine is produced, it's highly corrosive.
- 43:25It's and highly reactive. So that fluorine need to be very
- 43:28close to either the uranium plant or the chemical plant to
- 43:32produce the refrigerant to produce the electrolyte or to
- 43:34produce the the uranium hydrofluoride to to fit into a
- 43:39nuclear reactor. So they are Honeywell has
- 43:41nuclear reactors and then there's also a hydro for hydro
- 43:48fluorine gas processing facilities very nearby this
- 43:51floor spot district. OK.
- 43:53OK, One final quick question. If you had a little container
- 43:57with floor spar in it that you could hold up right now, what
- 44:00would it look like? It's beautiful.
- 44:03The forest bar, a pure forest bar sells like I said, a little
- 44:06a little sample a feast large can fetch thousands of dollars.
- 44:11It is one of the most sought after jam gemstones in in in by
- 44:16collectors. So and it's very stable.
- 44:19The way the way I was keen to say fluorine.
- 44:22So fluorine is the most reactive corrosive element on a periodic
- 44:25table and that's why it's what I call the Victoria's Secret
- 44:28model. That's why it was able to react
- 44:31where the bookworms even paid attention.
- 44:33That's why you're able to react with uranium, right?
- 44:35Put pick the nerd bookworm. The nerd is able to react and
- 44:39get and levitate that so but but once it got married to say the
- 44:44the four carbons and then that's how Teflon is is created, right?
- 44:49And, and, and these coatings because they become very and
- 44:52also fluorocarbon is for refrigerant is created.
- 44:56So overall force price is actually one of the gemstones.
- 44:58And I invite you to go to our website and go to clean text
- 45:01TV's, YouTube and look at some of the beautiful gemstones that
- 45:04are available. But that is that is not that is
- 45:07not. I mean, that's just like I see
- 45:09in the top of souvenirs that if you have to pay shareholder
- 45:12happy to pay site visit. We will provide some samples
- 45:15for, for them to take home. But in the end, floor spot
- 45:19itself is I, I actually, I don't know what the color floor spot
- 45:22look like. It's it's it's kind of like
- 45:23silver. It's it's like the native the
- 45:26unless you see native silver, the, the, the, the, the stuff
- 45:29out of the ground, especially like silver oxide.
- 45:31It just looked like a pile of dirt.
- 45:32So it's, it's, it's it's hard to discern.
- 45:34Got you. I want to share the the
- 45:36Cleantech website. It's up on the screen right now,
- 45:40Clean tech CTV, which is the symbol on the Toronto Stock
- 45:45Exchange and on the OTC, it's T I'm sorry, CTVFF.
- 45:51And while we're here, I will also share the other company
- 45:55that you're the CEO of that you talked of earlier, Silver
- 45:58Elephant. Yep, Silver Elephant mining.
- 46:01It's going to be exciting to watch developments at both of
- 46:04those companies. And John, I'm really want to say
- 46:09thank you on behalf of myself, our viewer.
- 46:11We learned a lot today, right? We see, we hear about prospects
- 46:14for $6000 gold, 85 to $100 silver.
- 46:18And of course, you know, the exciting developments with floor
- 46:21spar and and clean tech. So thank you so much.
- 46:25Is there anything I forgot to ask you before we sign off?
- 46:29Oh. Not at all.
- 46:30I mean 4th part is in the third inning, as I mentioned to you
- 46:33that US sometimes have to wait until like the fire, the house
- 46:36is on fire before doing something about it.
- 46:38But when they do, Trump has a very decisive sort of demeanor
- 46:41in in tackling problem. They throw a billion dollar on
- 46:44rare earth, another billion dollar antimony.
- 46:47And so I would say this is like the second inning.
- 46:49I, I, you know, from the get go for 4th part and I highly
- 46:53recommend encourage and that your audience check out.
- 46:57Just go to clink dot CDV or just search forest fire.
- 47:00There is a wealth to learn and the writing is on the wall
- 47:03because China is buying forest fire and, and you're going to
- 47:07see a slew of, of land grab Currently, it's happening right
- 47:11now in real time. And, and then that epiphany
- 47:14moment is going to come very sooner than later.
- 47:17And so I kind of think of better time to come in, in this, in
- 47:21this very interesting market of floor spots.
- 47:23So check this out. Sounds great John.
- 47:25Thank you again on behalf of myself and the community of
- 47:28people who joined us today to to hear from you and learn from you
- 47:32and hopefully we'll we'll get together sooner than a full year
- 47:36from now and talk about higher precious metals prices and
- 47:39developments within the floor spar sector.
- 47:42Thank you. Sit.
- 47:43Tight. Sit tight on silver.
- 47:44Don't sell by $50. Or or you know what?
- 47:46I'm very good at catching the bottom.
- 47:48It's like the reminiscent stock operator said, right?
- 47:50I see likely they can cash the bottom, but these are not the
- 47:53people that make the most money. It is now time to sit tight the
- 47:56shovels out there. The time is the time is, is the
- 48:00best time. The game only gets started when
- 48:02it's over past 50. So this is not the end of the
- 48:05innings. This is this is the start of the
- 48:065th inning. So make sure you sit tight and
- 48:08enjoy the ride, John. You took the words right out of
- 48:11my mouth. I've got that book sitting right
- 48:13over there. Sit tight and know you're right.
- 48:15Right. Don't.
- 48:16Don't get one of the greatest investment books of all time.
- 48:20So you have a great day and we'll we'll see you soon.
- 48:23Bye bye. Take care.
