⚡SILVER Price!⚡THIS Is SHOCKING...($6,000 Gold Price and #Fluorspar Price on a Run Up) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

Let me tell you where I think silver's going to go in the next
0:03
6 months. It's going to go minimum $85.
0:06
If you look at the cup and handle formation, there's been
0:10
2. $50 silver, $4000 gold. What seemed like only a fantasy
0:20
one year ago now seems like an increasing probability.
0:24
Today I'm joined by John Lee, He's a successful entrepreneur,
0:28
executive in the mining sector, and he's going to share with us
0:32
some exciting developments at one of his new, newer companies
0:36
that has to do with a critical mineral floor spa.
0:38
We're going to learn all about that.
0:40
We're going to start out talking about what's happened in the
0:43
precious metal sector and what John sees going forward.
0:47
He's definitely one of the sharpest analytical minds.
0:50
John, welcome back to Ron's Basement.
0:53
Glad to be back, Rod. So we were talking before we
0:57
went online. It's been exactly 1 year since
0:59
you and I talked and I look back at that point, we had a $30
1:04
silver price and gold was significantly lower.
1:07
What do you think has happened over the last year and you have
1:11
a real knack for making some accurate predictions?
1:14
Any ideas where you think we might be heading with silver and
1:17
gold? Yeah, Ron, first of all, I
1:22
remember not only two years, 2 1/2 years ago, gold was $1800
1:26
and and silver has been a laggard and we've been, we've
1:30
been talking about it last year and the year before the action
1:34
of gold really taken me by a bit of a surprise that it once it
1:37
took out 1800, it went straight to 2200 and they went to 2800.
1:42
Who's just who's just my target two years ago and lingered
1:45
around that level for not not not too long and then right up
1:49
right up to $3400 level. So I think it's not only taken
1:55
the gold actually it's not only taken by be my surprise, but by
1:58
some of the other analysts as well.
2:01
And now gold is at 3800 and my target for gold about six months
2:06
ago was was 3433. Thirty $500 level, which is the
2:10
200 day moving average. But yeah, it didn't it, it
2:14
didn't really, it didn't really consolidate there for too long
2:17
before embarking on another rally.
2:20
And what we're witnessing now for let's talk about gold first
2:23
of all, is it is now in a entire it's, it's, it's a maverick.
2:29
It's it's entire zone elements. And just about any ratio that
2:35
you can, you can think of in terms of gold to silver ratio,
2:37
go to Putnam ratio, go to oil ratio.
2:40
It's all superseded expectations and there is no letting down.
2:45
Gold's action is a very, very strong indicates a physical
2:48
buying. And the reason I say that Ron is
2:51
that typically gold trades at least of the short term basis
2:55
inverse of the dollar. But what you see now gold is
2:58
going up when the dollar is up, when the dollar is down, when
3:01
there's war, there's no war when the equity is correcting versus
3:04
when equity is not correcting. So it just, it just and, and,
3:08
and the goal is very strong across London and and Asia open
3:11
as well as some comics open, New York open.
3:14
And what we're seeing now is gold is entering into why
3:17
probably is going to be the blow off phase.
3:20
I was just on the show, another show a month ago when gold is
3:23
3500. I said once gold takes out 3800,
3:26
it's going to enter into that exponential blow off phase.
3:30
And sure enough, like we're not even a month, we're already at
3:32
3900. And then if you look at
3:36
historically, there's a probably the only analogy I can draw is
3:40
if you look at the gold window in, in 1972, that's $35 and took
3:45
gold about 10 years to get to, to get to a 800, which is around
3:51
25 times when the rally started, when the gold window was
3:55
severed. And then if you look at if you
3:57
look at this gold rally that started in 2000 when Gordon
4:00
Brown, Bank of England dumped that last batch of gold in
4:03
England at $250. That was the start of a rally in
4:07
year 2002, thousand and one, even though there's not a gold
4:11
window to be broken, but but implicitly the gold has been
4:15
very heavily managed by the cartels.
4:17
So if you're to extrapolate, if you're to take the 1970s as a,
4:21
as a guide and multiply the start point of 200 dollar $250
4:26
by 25 times and you'll be, you'll be getting to a level at
4:31
around 5:00 to $6000. And what seemed like a fantasy
4:35
or, or unbelievable 4000 to 4000 to 4000 to 6000 is only 50% from
4:43
here. Certainly it's going to be
4:44
probably easier than than it was from 1800 to 3600 in the blink
4:48
of an eye. So I, I don't think it's too
4:51
much to ask at all. And then if you ask about the
4:53
reasons for that, Ron, you and I talked a year ago and then two
4:57
years ago. It's not to do with inflation.
4:59
Oil is at $62.00. It's not to do with the war
5:03
because the war are the simmering down, they're not
5:05
being escalated. It's really got to do with the,
5:10
the micro mandates, the central by digital currency that that's
5:14
going to dictate on where you buy things and when you buy
5:18
things and where you buy things. And the centa billionaires and
5:24
the billionaires, the Jeff Bezos, the Elon Musk, the Colts
5:27
brothers, the Zeras, right? The Saudis, they don't want to
5:31
be part of that game of, of, of being told what to do.
5:34
And and so the, the only way to circumvent that is gold.
5:37
Think of a way like, think of a way like, you know, with the
5:41
advent of carbon credits and central by digital currency,
5:45
there's going to be situation in the next foreseeable future
5:49
before 2028 or 2030 for sure that that, that, that you cannot
5:57
visit the restaurants you want to visit and you wouldn't want
5:59
to, you can't go to the places you want to go because it's
6:01
members only. Think of it as like a Michelin's
6:03
club. It's invitation only.
6:05
And then the, the, the way they go about doing that is imposing
6:08
carbon credits and micro mandates through the CBDC's.
6:12
So a lot of people don't want to put up with it.
6:13
You know, they're, they're neither Republican, they're
6:15
neither red or blue. They just want to preserve their
6:18
living standards and that's why you've seen this continue
6:20
bidding up of the gold of of gold of gold.
6:23
So I think that's that's All in all.
6:24
We can talk about silver if you like, but we can open for for
6:29
your comments and questions. Yeah, it, it seems interesting
6:32
to me because, you know, I follow the gold market very
6:34
closely that I agree with you, like you said that we're moving
6:38
into this new, I guess digital potential control era number one
6:43
and people want to escape that. You mentioned.
6:45
I wanted to ask you this, this question you mentioned kind of
6:49
the I guess for lack of a better way to describe than the elites
6:52
that are kind of moving to gold to protect themselves from from
6:56
that type of future. Do you think we've even begun to
6:59
see, I mean, I live here in the United States, my neighbors
7:02
don't talk about precious metals.
7:04
Do you think that we could see in the, I mean, two to three
7:06
years more of the generalist investors moving into the mom
7:11
and pops, moving into precious metals, including gold and
7:15
silver And in that, that could have a big impact on on demand
7:18
as well. I'd like to thank the sponsor of
7:22
this video, First Mint. There a silver mint located in
7:25
Las Vegas, NV, creating world class silver bullion products.
7:31
As a matter of fact, here's a 5 oz silver bar.
7:34
You can check this out for yourself on their website,
7:38
firstmint.com. Couple things unique about First
7:42
Mint. They're owned by First Majestic
7:44
Silver headed up by Keith Neumeyer.
7:47
So they're getting the silver out of the ground to the mint,
7:50
to you from the mine to the met. Again, you can check them out at
7:55
firstment.com. Thank you to Firstment for
7:58
sponsoring Ron's Basement and sponsoring this video.
8:01
You know, my mom is 80 and, and I have to drag her into the,
8:06
into the ghost to buy gold. So, and by and large, the middle
8:12
class, the United States or China, they're in debt.
8:15
They're not concerned about whether the dollar is blowing up
8:18
or the price of gold or silver. And if you look at the junior
8:21
market participation of the mining juniors, I mean, they're
8:24
not near near anywhere the peak. They're not even near the level.
8:27
That was four years ago when silver was $3528.00 and gold was
8:32
1800. So part of it's just a lot.
8:36
There's a big hollowing out of the middle class and there's a
8:39
void to be filled. I mean, I'm 50 and the, the, and
8:43
when I come to the space, it was year 2000.
8:45
I have 25 years experiencing mining and the guys that looked
8:47
up to, you know, a lot of they either kicked the bucket or had
8:50
no retired. So there's that.
8:52
That boy is yet to be filled by the Gen.
8:55
ZS and by by the Gen. X or by the Gen.
8:57
YS, whatever you have. So they're just not a lot of
9:01
discretionary capital of the middle class to get in the
9:04
sector. They just worry about meeting
9:06
their mortgage payments and credit card payments.
9:09
And and so by I'm not seeing that level of feverish
9:14
participation by by by the retail and it's and they're
9:18
never going to really move the needle.
9:20
What's really going to move the needle going going into the blow
9:23
office is some of these algo expected to funds that would
9:28
that would top up the face and some of the late commerce in in
9:32
in maybe some Asians and some of these family office in planning
9:36
in in that technical allocation regardless of the price.
9:39
So I'm not seeing a FOMO yet. Rahm and like I said, go to his
9:42
own is his own element. Nobody know how the like anybody
9:46
would pretend to tell you what the top would be is is is
9:50
whatever smoking right they like all the technical indicators are
9:53
out of the are are are are out. However, as I mentioned, I, I,
9:58
I, I would not be surprised to see at all for gold to take out
10:01
to, to get to $5500 to $6000 range, which is, which is around
10:06
50% from where we stand today in, in within the next 6 within
10:10
the next 6 to 12 months. And when you see that daily
10:12
movement of hundred $150.00 gold up, up and down, then you know
10:17
that, that volatility is for tallying a potential top in
10:20
place. But right now I think we're
10:22
around 5th or 6th inning. We're, we're, we're not quite,
10:27
we're, we're more than halfway through, but we're not quite
10:29
there yet. At the top, yeah.
10:31
Yeah, very, very interesting. Yeah.
10:32
I heard someone say a few days ago that I'd never thought about
10:36
when it comes to gold and silver, that they kind of live
10:39
by their own rules. And it got me thinking.
10:41
I thought, well, maybe that's because they've been the store
10:44
of value, money, whatever you want to call it for thousands
10:47
and thousands of years that we can look at a lot of different
10:49
factors. But at the end of the day, gold
10:52
and silver really are are can can behave independently of a
10:57
lot of the relationships that I know I look at and I think a lot
11:00
of analysts look at that we we lose sight of that, that these
11:03
are the original forms of of stores of value and money
11:07
they've. Always been wrong.
11:08
It's just been very heavily managed because in order for the
11:12
power that be to achieve their agenda, whether it's it's health
11:15
mandate or or own nothing and be happy, they have to continue to
11:20
recruit. They're they're cronies and you
11:23
wanted to do that is to pay them.
11:25
But but like the communist, they're always happy to use
11:27
somebody else's money And and that money is via the printing
11:31
machine. But if you have gold and silver,
11:33
a real full of money, they're never going to take the gold or
11:36
silver out of their pockets to finance their agenda.
11:39
And that's why Elon Musk was talking about the 14 magic
11:44
printers that they found. And, and, and that was, that was
11:48
just earlier this year. Doge.
11:50
And I've, I've been saying that that there the there, there's a
11:54
few machines out there and nobody like the question should
11:57
be asked is who's designing what kind of operating system, right?
11:59
Who's designing the hardware? Who's designing the software?
12:02
And I would not be surprised at all.
12:03
Like some of the power that be are only some of these machines.
12:06
I end up printing literally hundreds of billions of dollars
12:10
on a daily basis to grab real assets, real estate on lens SP
12:15
500 and they're not branching into foreign markets like the
12:18
Nikkei. This this is taking an all time
12:21
high, but the markets are the economy is doing terrible.
12:24
Like I'm in China right now. It's it's a national holiday,
12:28
but there's barely anybody on the street.
12:29
That was in Hong Kong yesterday. I've never seen Hong Kong being
12:33
so slow. There was nobody in the airport.
12:35
And so and, and, and so there's definitely decoupling of the
12:39
economies versus the stock market.
12:41
And the only way to rationalize the performance of the equity
12:44
market is that that the kings are not playing by the rule.
12:47
They have a printing machine and they're printing and they're
12:49
buying. I want to talk go back to a bit
12:52
more about gold. You know, people are like the
12:55
mainstream media are not attributing a good reason to the
12:59
uprise of gold. And that's why I think gold
13:01
still have likes to come because they're like, you know, always
13:05
like 60 and there's no financial crisis and there's no really
13:10
another war. So why is gold at 4000?
13:13
Nobody can really, nobody can really tell you that.
13:15
And and that's that's another reason I think that gold still
13:18
have some ways to go. Now, Ron, let me talk a bit
13:21
about silver, which is really my passion.
13:24
Silver has been laggard. I think when I come here to show
13:26
last year, there are two reasons for it.
13:29
One is China was going through the the US equivalent of
13:33
financial crisis in 2011 with total collapse of the of the
13:38
real estate market and and the economy have been turned upside
13:41
down. So a big portion that's
13:43
speculative, interesting silver from the Asians being was taken
13:48
out of the equation and that's why you see gold from 1800 to
13:51
2500. But yes, silver struggle to take
13:53
out 30. And if you look at say in 1980,
13:57
right and when gold was 800, silver's 502011, when gold was
14:01
1200, silver's 50. And yet gold is gold goes double
14:06
that and 2011 level, yeah, silver was struggling taking out
14:09
30. What happened was that I came
14:13
out on a couple of shows and also on my Twitter in May is
14:17
where the inflection point came that that there are two things
14:21
happened in May of this year. First is that that there is a
14:28
lot of people silver bugs waiting for gold to correct.
14:32
There was because the, the old etage around was that if when
14:37
dollar rallies and, and gold corrects and silver will amplify
14:41
that, that that correction. So people are waiting for that
14:44
buying opportunity for silver back to the low 20s and for
14:48
maybe for gold to go back to 2200 or at least correct back to
14:52
2800 from 3300. So that will create the entry
14:55
point for silver. It's never happened.
14:58
So I think that in, in May of this year, what I saw was that
15:03
was that the speculator realized either through a tip or
15:07
technical trends or whatever Intel they had that gold is
15:10
never going to go down below 3000 again.
15:13
And and that really that really say, OK, as the platinum made a
15:16
run at that time as well as silver.
15:19
So it's very clear to me that there was a technical
15:21
reallocation, profit taking or, or people the waiting on the
15:24
side like to get into silver that started getting into silver
15:28
in, in, in mass. And then, and then if you look
15:30
at the day-to-day action of silver, it also tells the same
15:33
story, echoed the same story in May where the dollar was going
15:37
up, gold was going down and silver was going up.
15:40
And this is very, very rare, like you see once a decade type
15:44
of scenarios. And it was just acting like,
15:47
like a, like a, like a spoiled kid in defiance of, of all the
15:51
red signs. It's just get the marching order
15:54
and just keep going. And that's what I said that
15:56
when, when silver took out $35.00 with vengeance, with
15:59
commissioning in, in, in May, in June, I said this is the time
16:02
you, you rather you buy silver at 36 then to be buying silver
16:05
at 34. Because every time when silver
16:08
takes out 35, it goes to 50 in a hurry.
16:10
And sure enough, that's exactly what we got.
16:13
It's taking a little bit longer because the last two occasions
16:16
in, in 1980 and also in 2011 when silver take out 35, it went
16:20
to 50 in two weeks. And the reason is the cartels
16:23
were throwing everything they could on the silver market.
16:26
And, and because the summer Doldrum is a little lower
16:28
liquidity, they were able to press that for, for just a few
16:32
more weeks. However, you know, bang, the
16:34
start of September guys can be from Hamptons and they're just
16:38
like, well, this is the only game in town as it's silver.
16:41
That's why silver went from Oblinkum and I from 36 to 38 and
16:45
then went to 41 and 43 and now we're 48.
16:48
What's really truly exciting now let me tell you where I think
16:51
silver is going to go all right, in the next 6 months, it's going
16:54
to go minimum $85. If you look at the cup and
16:58
handle formation, there's been two cup and handle formation 1
17:01
is in. I'll just pull up my chart. 1 is
17:05
in one is in year 2020, year 2000 when silver was 4 dollars,
17:12
$253 an ounce. So the neckline at that time was
17:16
750. I'm looking at the chart right
17:17
now in in 1998. In 2004, the neckline was was a
17:22
750 and the low, the low, the bottom of the cup and handle
17:27
formation was 3. So and then when, when silver
17:31
took out $7.50 in 2004, it went to $15.00 in a hurry.
17:35
So essentially you have that cup, the flip of the flip on the
17:38
other, on the other side, that if, if you look, if you look in
17:42
terms of log scale from from from 4:00 to to 7 1/2, right,
17:47
the neckline, it was a double and then silver went then then
17:50
double from 7 1/2 in less than two years to 15.
17:55
So now if you Fast forward to another very clear cup and
17:57
handle formation, I don't know if you put it with the charts,
18:00
but this very clear cup and handle formation starting in
18:03
2011 when silver was 50. And and then this, this cup went
18:09
down as low as 1513 to 15 in, in in 2016, 2020.
18:15
And now it's challenging the neckline again at 50.
18:18
So if you if you just drop like the downside on the linear
18:21
scale, which is $50.00 -, 15, that's $35.
18:26
And if you tag $35 to the $50 neckline, that would be $85.85
18:31
dollars is the conservative run scenario we'll be looking at in
18:35
the next 6 to 12 months. But if you want to look at an
18:39
optimistic or aggressive target, then you'll be looking at log
18:43
scale of this cup of panel formation, in which case the
18:48
bottom of the formation is 15, the neckline was 50.
18:51
So that's three X. So if I want to flip to the
18:53
other side 3X from $50 neckline will be $150.00.
18:59
So my, my, my, my hypothesis or my prophecy is that silver is
19:04
going to be blowing off at around 85 to $250.
19:09
Level 85 is the conservative target or gold that silver is
19:14
embarking on sometime in 2026, either in March 2026 or in
19:19
September of 2026. John, I need to interrupt you
19:23
because I'm on record multiple times over the last year
19:27
predicting that by April Fools Day, April 1st, that we would
19:31
have 65 to $85 silver. And I just want you to know you
19:34
have a lot of friends in my audience who are joining us
19:38
right now who love to hear what you're saying.
19:40
And one final thing. I don't know if you can see it.
19:42
There it is right behind me. I have a As for for fun, I have
19:46
a little teddy bear. He's the Silver Bear, and he's
19:49
blindfolded in that Blind 85. 80. $5 Well, there you.
19:54
Go. I had that.
19:55
You can't see it, but to my right I have another bear.
19:57
That was the gold bear. He was 2500.
20:00
People said I was crazy. People say I'm crazy for saying
20:04
85. I'm like you don't understand.
20:06
If you just look at multiple different ways to look at it and
20:10
like you just described with the cup and I mean the most epic cup
20:13
and handle pattern like this is real and from so many
20:16
perspectives, just from a A a quantitative numerical
20:20
perspective, you know, like you said, 85 to $100 silver is very,
20:25
very possible. First Mining gold is a Canadian
20:28
gold developer with two multi million ounce projects in
20:32
Canada, Spring pole in Ontario and Duparque located in Quebec.
20:38
Millions of Oz of gold in the ground in Canada moving through
20:43
the permitting process. The company has zero debt and
20:46
many big catalysts on the horizon that would.
20:49
Be conservative target. If you look at go to silver
20:51
ratio at at a historically it rests on 70.
20:56
And then if if you write gold is already 4000.
20:58
So if you, if you need to go to stay where it is on A50 on a 50
21:03
go to silver ratio, you're looking at $80, you're looking
21:05
at $80 silver. So in all, by all means and
21:09
purpose, $80 silver is, is not stretching imagination at all.
21:14
And a society can go to 150. So at A at a $4000 goal and
21:19
$150.00 silver, the ratio will be 30 and coincidentally 30 is
21:23
that bottom of the, of the ratio when silver peaks.
21:30
And and then, and then if you look at the, the mining, the
21:33
mining companies performance in especially in silver, the likes
21:36
of First Majestic is still not even half of what it was in 2021
21:40
peak. So that's another indicator that
21:42
these speculative interests people buying gold and silver
21:46
physical are very different from people buying mining companies.
21:48
So they still are at around 3rd, 3rd or 4th inning.
21:51
However, you don't want to play playing cute and waiting to
21:53
position yourself because in the last phase, 80% of the gain is
21:58
is happening in that 20% of the time window.
22:00
So if the stock a double or triple the mining issuers in in,
22:05
in that money blow off face kind of like NASDAQ when it went from
22:07
1500 to 5000 in early 2000, I was in the market, it was six
22:12
months and we are entering into that phase as we speak.
22:16
Yeah. Yeah.
22:17
And and, and, and, but wait, there's more because I want to
22:20
ask you one more question to get your opinion to share with our
22:23
audience about Silver. And then we're going to embark
22:27
on this journey to learn about your other company, Clean Tech
22:30
Vanadium and Floor Spar. That's fascinating.
22:33
But my final question for you on silver, you know, we can look at
22:36
all the technical reasons from a chart perspective and
22:40
everything. Why silver?
22:41
But fundamentally, too, there's just such a strong story when
22:46
you look at just simply the supply of silver coming in to
22:50
the market and you know, the mining sector, I think the
22:53
silver mining sector had peaks over in 2016.
22:56
But then when you look at the demand sector or the demand side
23:00
of that equation, it it, it it's also equally, as you know,
23:04
optimistic. Any comments on that on the kind
23:06
of the fundamental side of silver?
23:08
Yeah, Ron. I've said time and again the the
23:11
market action, the price action is always dictated by these
23:15
investment interest. It's never the industrial
23:17
interest. And so silver, 70% of the silver
23:21
is, is locked into industrials. And then typically when silver
23:25
price goes and as I mentioned again, I think was on your show
23:28
before that industrial demand would taper as the price goes up
23:33
as the market look for alternatives.
23:35
But investment demand is the opposite.
23:36
As the price is going up, people buy more and, and, and to give
23:40
another couple of example would be for example, the real estate
23:44
market, the price of the real estate apartments, for example,
23:48
in Asia or elsewhere. Affordability was never a good
23:51
indicator to call the tops of bottom of the market.
23:54
If, if that's the case, if that's the case, how could you
23:57
know it would take a lifetime of, of earnings without tax,
24:01
without being taxed in, in, in Asia, like Shanghai, in, in
24:04
Taiwan, still we couldn't afford a house.
24:07
Same with Singapore. Another another example would be
24:10
oil in in the, in the during COVID went to negative.
24:13
I mean, it's, it's, it's how is that possible?
24:16
So just give you a flavor of, of, of that for, for metals
24:20
always the investment demand that drive the market.
24:22
And so I I wouldn't read too much about the industrial
24:27
industrial demand in, in solar in one of our or else.
24:30
And the other thing also to keep in mind what, how, how
24:34
unpredictable silver could be is that gold and silver are
24:37
completely different animal. All the gold above ground are
24:40
are there. It's just the, it's the it's the
24:43
reason being, just being but but if you look at silver annual
24:49
production of a billion ounces of the 300 million ounces are
24:52
investment demand. So 300 million, thirty, 300
24:55
million ounces of of of a $50 silver is $15 billion.
25:00
That's like a drop in the bucket.
25:02
And that's why the Elon Musks and Jeff Bezos couldn't get
25:05
their hands on it and they want to get into it.
25:07
But when silver got to 100, then then, then the really big game
25:10
with star. So so you could it could still
25:12
become a self fulfilling sort of a story for bigger fish to fry
25:16
and the same fundamentals for for silver, of course, 100 to go
25:20
to 200 is no different from 50 to 100 if you look at cryptos,
25:24
right. If the cryptic you go to 10,000
25:26
or 100,000. Why could the silver could be
25:28
the same? There's absolutely no reason
25:29
not. And so, so I think All in all, I
25:35
can't remember the next question because I got a bit of a hay
25:37
fever here in China, but there, yeah, about silver's
25:42
fundamentals, you can throw fundamentals out of the window.
25:45
It's it's really musical chairs. It could be.
25:49
It'll keep going until people stop buying.
25:51
And when people are stop buying, nobody, nobody knows.
25:54
Nobody knows. If Cryptid go to 100,000, why
25:56
couldn't silver go to 1000? I mean, realistically,
25:59
realistically, I know. I agree 100%.
26:02
People, you know, I think get trapped in this thinking about
26:04
silver that oh, it can never go to, you know, certain levels.
26:08
Like there's no, there's no reason like you said that it
26:12
can't go to those levels. So I know that you're the CEO of
26:17
a silver mining company, Silver Elephant, but you're also CEO of
26:21
another company, Clean Tech Vanadium.
26:24
And they have something that's really fascinating to me.
26:26
I've been learning here the last few days.
26:28
I think I'm like most people, I'd really didn't knew nothing
26:31
about this critical mineral floor spar and it's becoming
26:36
going up in price and becoming more and more critical to a
26:39
number of different industrial applications.
26:42
Could you tell us about Clean Tech Vanadium in this floor spar
26:47
project? I'm very interested to learn and
26:50
I think it'll be fascinating for our viewer as well, right?
26:53
First of all, Ron, let me give a quick update on Silver Elephant
26:56
because some of your audience are shareholders and have come
27:00
to us unfortunately since we came out of the program.
27:03
Your program last year and Elephant was doing very well
27:07
with the silver project was 100 million ounces of silver in the
27:09
ground. It's being production, it's
27:11
making money. In 2024, the project Fulacao
27:14
Pack have produced over 1.5 million ounces of silver at a
27:17
profit. Unfortunately, a major part of
27:20
the mining concession was was the production our rights to be
27:25
mining. That area was cancelled by the
27:27
government and citing illegal mining, some dark forces joined
27:32
with the government to take our to take our car mining contract
27:35
away from the government. And it's been of almost one year
27:39
since the license was, was since our right to mine the project
27:42
was cancelled. And so far it's been a year,
27:46
nobody was able to produce any evidence of illegal mining
27:48
whatsoever. So what we found was, was that
27:51
there's some dark forces and, and invited guests that were,
27:55
that were working with the government to, and we are a
27:58
victim or we're victimized as a result.
28:01
However, I believe it's been going through a bit of a dark
28:04
times in the last in the last 12 months and there's a new
28:08
election that just came and the second round is going to be
28:11
middle of October. And I think there's going to be
28:13
a change of government and we're very optimistic.
28:16
We remain very positive about getting our contract restated.
28:21
I can't dictate the timing, but I just want to reassure your
28:25
audience and some of our shareholders that there's
28:27
absolutely no evidence of illegal mining whatsoever.
28:30
And then some of the bad actors in the government has been
28:32
identified. And that we're, we're kind of
28:35
optimistic that once there's a change of, of management and
28:38
that our case would be reviewed and that, and that the, the
28:42
resolution to, to, to cancel our rights to mind the area,
28:46
dedicated area, dedicated rights to mind the area would be
28:50
restated. So we remain very optimistic.
28:53
And the elephants, there's a small part of the, the area
28:57
that's not under the contract with the government of which we,
29:00
we, we own the concession. So we started mining again.
29:03
So the company is generating cash flow again.
29:05
So that's very positive. Now on this Forest Bar
29:08
initiative, which is what I, we started investigating under,
29:13
under clean tech, which is my, my other baby.
29:16
So Forest Bar and silver were the only two babies I was
29:18
looking at entire year. Just a bit of primer around
29:25
Forest Bar is used in nuclear. It's it's really to do with the
29:31
modernization of the economy, especially in energy generation
29:34
and storage and as well as particularly energy generation
29:38
and storage in, in, in that floor spar, six floor spar 6
29:42
fluorine, which is the element of which forest bar is stick out
29:46
of the ground and and and concentrated to is required to
29:49
what enrich uranium. So you talk about uranium
29:52
enrichment for nuclear and for weapons.
29:54
It's all about taking the uranium out of the ground and
29:57
then concentrating the uranium. To do that, you have to classify
30:01
the uranium and your way to do that is to is to react fluorine
30:06
with, with uranium. And and once once uranium is
30:10
gasified, then you can go through the centrifuge of which
30:13
of which you literally just kind of like a dryer, right.
30:16
And then the the, the lighter uranium which is U235 is fissile
30:21
uranium will be separated from the heavier plutonium, uranium 2
30:24
U 238 and that is a fissile U235.
30:27
You need for that, for that fission to take place for the
30:32
energy to be released. And then the other, the other
30:35
major use of fuorspar or fluorine is electrolyte.
30:40
And you, you hear about the lithium electrolyte and sodium
30:43
electrolyte, you hear about the cathode and the NO, the graphite
30:46
and the cobalt. But what's been not been
30:49
mentioned is that that electrolyte which is
30:52
hexaflorophosphate and that is 6 fluorine is required as a
30:58
vehicle or as a conduit. It's what they call the
31:00
electrolyte for the ion for the lithium and sodium to be moving
31:04
back and forth between the cathode and the anode.
31:08
And so that sixth flooring is required for for every single
31:12
lithium and or every single sodium in irrespective of
31:15
lithium and sodium batteries. Forest bar prices gone up five
31:19
times since the since 2000. And where really flipped the
31:23
switch and piqued my interest, Ron, is that China become a net
31:27
importer of forest bar since 2022.
31:30
So they're running out of forest bar.
31:32
And the major part of the reason was, was the EV revolution.
31:36
And so the, so the EV electrolyte and energy storage
31:40
for solar and, and for wind power and together with a
31:44
nuclear enrichment account for over 60% of the, the, the
31:50
fluorine uses. So they're they're less than
31:52
five years of four spot reserves like in China, and there's 50
31:55
years of reserves in for real Earth.
31:57
After the COVID, after the COVID restrictions lifted, China
32:02
government gave a very strong mandate to start outsource to
32:05
source force bar. Because without force bar,
32:07
there's no EV batteries. Without force bar, there's no
32:10
energy storage to to provide that base flow from from solar
32:14
generator power. And without force bar, there's
32:16
no uranium power. It's complete full stop.
32:19
So they're going after Mongolian forest bar, African forest bar
32:23
and and yet in the in the same time, United States is
32:27
oblivious, right? Kind of like lithium and kind of
32:29
like real earth. It's almost like when the
32:30
collision days before the collision happened or the
32:32
collision is already happened with the Fender Bender that
32:35
United States wake up is Oh my God and that US is not spending
32:38
a billion dollars on real earth and billion dollar on antimony.
32:42
And and right now floor spot is still under the radar because
32:47
Mexico is providing all the four spot that United States need.
32:51
However, the discount between Mexico forest bar and the
32:54
Chinese forest bar prices have all but evaporated because China
32:58
become an importer. So Mexico has nothing to has no
33:01
more competition and China and Mongolia account for 70% of the
33:05
four-star production and and Mexico provides 10%.
33:07
Nobody else does. So in essence around the
33:11
conclusion that if the United States wants to be energy
33:13
independent, they want to be crazy AI force require four
33:16
times as much power. Want to create Ed electrolyte
33:20
batteries from Elon Musk and from LGS, all these batteries
33:24
may be created. US require four times more force
33:27
power than it does today, which is today's five, half a million
33:31
tons. United States, it's going to be
33:32
2 million tons. Just to realize that, just
33:35
realized the dream of the artificial intelligence force
33:38
parts needed to etch the silicon waivers for the TSMCS and then
33:43
NVIDIA and then also the nuclear power and the solar power and EV
33:47
batteries. But even at 2 million tons,
33:50
that's four times what United States is consuming.
33:51
It's still 1/3 of what China consumes.
33:53
That's 7 million tons and and mathematically there's not a
33:57
million ton excess of four spot in the market to accommodate
34:00
United States, not to mention the Koreans, the Japanese, the
34:04
Germans, the Europeans because they are running out of there's
34:06
no four spot coming out of of China anymore.
34:10
And that's why we're so excited being embarking to this year to
34:12
to for clean tech to establish presence.
34:15
United States and is in the Kentucky Illinois.
34:18
And that's where 95% of 4 historical US force park came
34:22
from until 1980 when China flooded the force bar market.
34:25
Of course, the lens is being turned upside down.
34:28
So in the, in just the last three years, force by price has
34:31
gone up more than 50%, trading at a $500 per ton.
34:34
And, and my, my belief is that it's going to double in the next
34:37
three years because just not, there's no force bar out there.
34:40
And China is setting the price trends.
34:42
China is basically can whatever price they will be, they will be
34:45
taking all in. And right now they're just
34:47
dialing up force by prices steadily to try to, to try to
34:51
first of all, procure as much force as I can in stockpile.
34:55
And secondly is just to, to, to, to secure the remainder floor
35:01
spot projects available in Africa before letting the dog
35:05
outlet before letting the dog out of the house, out of the
35:08
doghouse. So the price right now, even
35:12
though it's already gone up 50% from three years ago, it's
35:14
entirely artificial. I can easily see double now.
35:17
Talk about clean tech for a minute.
35:19
Clean tech share prices more than 5 * 5 times already in the
35:23
last two months since we acquired the project, more than
35:25
50% of the shares being traded in the market and, and the
35:29
insider holds about 50%. So basically entire float of the
35:32
market is being traded in the last two months.
35:35
But right now the market cap's still $25 million.
35:38
It's, it's, it's, it's if you look at the MP materials,
35:42
they're $10 billion market cap based on the real Earth project
35:45
California that's bankrupt, recycled twice.
35:48
And if you look at some of the antimony projects that were
35:51
again being recycled through bankruptcy and they're trading
35:54
at $500 million to a billion dollar range.
35:56
And if you got some of the uranium issuers, I don't even
35:59
follow the uranium market, the limited dozen or so uranium
36:03
mining issuers listed on North American exchange.
36:05
All of this between half a billion dollars to $10 billion.
36:08
So so you know, that market is forced to tackle in that in that
36:12
force bar is the Robin to the Batman.
36:15
If the Batman's are in the billions of dollars, what why
36:19
why shouldn't Robin be be a 10th of that?
36:21
And that was still spelled for multiple times the valuation
36:24
from where Clean Tech is today. Yeah.
36:27
Yeah. And and this deposit is right in
36:29
the middle of the United States. Are there any other floor SPAR
36:33
projects in the United States? Any other companies that are
36:36
publicly traded in the United States?
36:39
Right, the the big biggest elephant in the room is this
36:43
Illinois, Kentucky floor spot belt district and it's, it's
36:47
hundreds of kilometers long. So for gold investors, they'll
36:50
be the battle mountain of Nevada.
36:53
And in two short months we've we've made three transactions
36:56
and we believe there's probably more to come Where the amass
37:00
8000 acres and 20 distinct deposits, all strategic, 20
37:06
distinct deposits, all strategically located in major
37:09
trends. So there are about 15 to 20
37:11
major trends in this 4 spar belt that measures 100 kilometer by
37:15
100 or 100 miles by 100 miles. So we've already mass have 15
37:19
deposits and they're sitting on 15 different faults and trends.
37:22
I would say we're probably 1 clean.
37:24
Texas is probably one of the three largest players in that 4
37:27
spar belt. But right now United States is
37:30
limited to virtually no spar domestic production there.
37:35
There are only two major, there are only two mining companies in
37:38
North American Stock Exchange that has four-star projects in
37:42
in North America. So there's one other projects in
37:45
in Utah and they're about three times our market cap, clean text
37:48
market cap and they'll be talking about going to
37:50
production. They get to do so before said
37:53
and done clean type based on today's historical resources not
37:56
being verified and the reporting standards are not the current,
37:59
but there are only 10 million tons of four-star resources in
38:03
the ground. So that's about 20 times what
38:05
the United States needs on an annual basis and that's based on
38:08
740 drill holes. So we're very, very confident
38:11
first of all that there is probably likely 10 million tons
38:14
of resource in the ground based on drill results.
38:18
And secondly, the, the drill holes are not even covering 10
38:22
to 20, 20% of the known areas on this 8000 acre mineral
38:26
mineralized area. So conceivably the resource can
38:29
can double more and then that probably is going to take a
38:32
while maybe beyond my lifetime because the, the land package is
38:36
so massive and the, the resource, the endowment is so
38:39
big. And that's why we, we, we come
38:43
up with a couple of other different shows that say that is
38:45
the best opportunity in my lifetime of, of, of, of mining,
38:48
of doing mining for 20 years. And that was when Elephant was
38:51
sorry, when Clean tack was $0.05 and he went to as high as the
38:55
$0.25 is not settling at around $0.15, which creates a very,
38:58
very good entry point. And again, Kentucky is a red
39:03
state mining friendly. There's no other industry,
39:07
there's no farming, there's no tourism, there's no there's
39:10
there's there's there's no hurting you know that there are
39:12
no other industries that is a historical mining town.
39:16
So we're very confident of of of of of bring back the Renaissance
39:20
at the glory past of of Kentucky Illinois Bell and looking to
39:25
write histories of America force bar mining industry and and
39:30
provide and and provide a value add to the to the US to the to
39:35
the US industries U.S. economy. I want to assure Ron that that
39:38
there's some questions about our, our, our intent, which is
39:41
100% serving the US interests. We don't see a ton of fluorine
39:46
floor spark going out of the US and our customers are the major
39:50
nuclear operators, the major chemical producers and the
39:53
battery electrolyte plants in the United States in in the
39:57
United States. And, and, and, and like you said
39:59
in that area is not too far a couple hours from where I live.
40:02
I know there's been a a big history of mining in that area.
40:06
I think there's even some processing plants in that area
40:10
as well, if I remember correctly, Honeywell maybe and
40:13
another company. And I know we've gone long, but
40:16
I have to ask this question because I'm fascinated by this.
40:19
I understand how how silver, gold, coal, other things are
40:22
mined out of the ground. Can you give me just a, a brief
40:25
education on how floor spar is? Obviously it's dug out of the
40:28
ground, but what's the process look like for for mining floor
40:32
spar? Yes, Kentucky does have a lot
40:35
long histories of mining in coal, oil and gas or South in
40:38
forest fire. So in this Kentucky Illinois
40:41
forest fire district, over 30 million tons of forest fire was
40:43
stuck out of the ground. And the glory past was in the
40:46
World War 2 when forest parts used for for steel and aluminum
40:50
making as a flexing agent. So a lot of the forest fire
40:52
would turn out of the ground and we just made a side visit there.
40:55
There is millions of tons of waste and tailings materials,
41:00
dozens of bending shafts as small orders of of 30 to 50 like
41:04
100 feet right The shaft very modest sized.
41:07
You can literally poke your eyes down there.
41:08
You'll see forest bar. So after the service is Oh my
41:12
God, you know this doesn't need a feasibility study to to get
41:15
the the the the production is restarted and there are a number
41:19
of abandoned mill sites in the and of various states require
41:24
rehabilitations. So what does one of the our, our
41:27
one of our one of our one of our key initiative is looking at how
41:32
can fast track to production and there's a billion dollar from
41:34
Department of Energy dedicated. A lot of money is dedicated to
41:37
reprocessing tailings in waste because then eliminates the the
41:41
the OR reduce the cost of extraction mining and the
41:44
purpose associated with that. Honeywell, Alcoa and DuPont,
41:49
like all the major chemical producers for Teflons and for
41:52
batteries or for chemicals and for refrigerant and, and for
41:56
flexing agent for steel and, and, and also for nuclear
41:59
reactors. They've all explored the area.
42:02
But then the Mexicans sweet talk them out of mining vertical and
42:07
by by offering them discounts. So they, they abandoned the
42:10
claims back in 2015 and, and left deserted.
42:13
And that's why I, I, I think that was just like last training
42:17
clean tech out of the last train and, and, and before it really
42:19
took off just just in the last 12 months.
42:23
So we, we'll, we'll try to accelerate the district back
42:25
into production either through tow milling opportunities or
42:29
take one of these abandoned sites before and then put a put
42:32
a mill and put in the action. So to answer a question I will
42:34
make sure is that the way you process force part is very
42:38
similar to how you process silver.
42:41
So the force bar out of the ground is it's called the
42:44
calcium fluoride, which is CAF 2.
42:47
So what what you need to do is to concentrate that Gray from 10
42:50
to 30% out of the ground to 80 to 95%.
42:53
So once you get a concentrated 80%, then then you can do what
42:57
they call the metallurgical force spot Chuck into the
43:00
aluminum and steel plant as a flexing agent to get either way,
43:03
the impurities and provide that oxidation layer layer to prevent
43:07
oxidation of, of of the steel and aluminum.
43:09
And then when you get 95%, then then you can then you can, they
43:14
can sell that fluor CAF 2 to calcium fluoride to the, to the
43:19
processing plant of which the fluorine is then produced.
43:22
And once the fluorine is produced, it's highly corrosive.
43:25
It's and highly reactive. So that fluorine need to be very
43:28
close to either the uranium plant or the chemical plant to
43:32
produce the refrigerant to produce the electrolyte or to
43:34
produce the the uranium hydrofluoride to to fit into a
43:39
nuclear reactor. So they are Honeywell has
43:41
nuclear reactors and then there's also a hydro for hydro
43:48
fluorine gas processing facilities very nearby this
43:51
floor spot district. OK.
43:53
OK, One final quick question. If you had a little container
43:57
with floor spar in it that you could hold up right now, what
44:00
would it look like? It's beautiful.
44:03
The forest bar, a pure forest bar sells like I said, a little
44:06
a little sample a feast large can fetch thousands of dollars.
44:11
It is one of the most sought after jam gemstones in in in by
44:16
collectors. So and it's very stable.
44:19
The way the way I was keen to say fluorine.
44:22
So fluorine is the most reactive corrosive element on a periodic
44:25
table and that's why it's what I call the Victoria's Secret
44:28
model. That's why it was able to react
44:31
where the bookworms even paid attention.
44:33
That's why you're able to react with uranium, right?
44:35
Put pick the nerd bookworm. The nerd is able to react and
44:39
get and levitate that so but but once it got married to say the
44:44
the four carbons and then that's how Teflon is is created, right?
44:49
And, and, and these coatings because they become very and
44:52
also fluorocarbon is for refrigerant is created.
44:56
So overall force price is actually one of the gemstones.
44:58
And I invite you to go to our website and go to clean text
45:01
TV's, YouTube and look at some of the beautiful gemstones that
45:04
are available. But that is that is not that is
45:07
not. I mean, that's just like I see
45:09
in the top of souvenirs that if you have to pay shareholder
45:12
happy to pay site visit. We will provide some samples
45:15
for, for them to take home. But in the end, floor spot
45:19
itself is I, I actually, I don't know what the color floor spot
45:22
look like. It's it's it's kind of like
45:23
silver. It's it's like the native the
45:26
unless you see native silver, the, the, the, the, the stuff
45:29
out of the ground, especially like silver oxide.
45:31
It just looked like a pile of dirt.
45:32
So it's, it's, it's it's hard to discern.
45:34
Got you. I want to share the the
45:36
Cleantech website. It's up on the screen right now,
45:40
Clean tech CTV, which is the symbol on the Toronto Stock
45:45
Exchange and on the OTC, it's T I'm sorry, CTVFF.
45:51
And while we're here, I will also share the other company
45:55
that you're the CEO of that you talked of earlier, Silver
45:58
Elephant. Yep, Silver Elephant mining.
46:01
It's going to be exciting to watch developments at both of
46:04
those companies. And John, I'm really want to say
46:09
thank you on behalf of myself, our viewer.
46:11
We learned a lot today, right? We see, we hear about prospects
46:14
for $6000 gold, 85 to $100 silver.
46:18
And of course, you know, the exciting developments with floor
46:21
spar and and clean tech. So thank you so much.
46:25
Is there anything I forgot to ask you before we sign off?
46:29
Oh. Not at all.
46:30
I mean 4th part is in the third inning, as I mentioned to you
46:33
that US sometimes have to wait until like the fire, the house
46:36
is on fire before doing something about it.
46:38
But when they do, Trump has a very decisive sort of demeanor
46:41
in in tackling problem. They throw a billion dollar on
46:44
rare earth, another billion dollar antimony.
46:47
And so I would say this is like the second inning.
46:49
I, I, you know, from the get go for 4th part and I highly
46:53
recommend encourage and that your audience check out.
46:57
Just go to clink dot CDV or just search forest fire.
47:00
There is a wealth to learn and the writing is on the wall
47:03
because China is buying forest fire and, and you're going to
47:07
see a slew of, of land grab Currently, it's happening right
47:11
now in real time. And, and then that epiphany
47:14
moment is going to come very sooner than later.
47:17
And so I kind of think of better time to come in, in this, in
47:21
this very interesting market of floor spots.
47:23
So check this out. Sounds great John.
47:25
Thank you again on behalf of myself and the community of
47:28
people who joined us today to to hear from you and learn from you
47:32
and hopefully we'll we'll get together sooner than a full year
47:36
from now and talk about higher precious metals prices and
47:39
developments within the floor spar sector.
47:42
Thank you. Sit.
47:43
Tight. Sit tight on silver.
47:44
Don't sell by $50. Or or you know what?
47:46
I'm very good at catching the bottom.
47:48
It's like the reminiscent stock operator said, right?
47:50
I see likely they can cash the bottom, but these are not the
47:53
people that make the most money. It is now time to sit tight the
47:56
shovels out there. The time is the time is, is the
48:00
best time. The game only gets started when
48:02
it's over past 50. So this is not the end of the
48:05
innings. This is this is the start of the
48:06
5th inning. So make sure you sit tight and
48:08
enjoy the ride, John. You took the words right out of
48:11
my mouth. I've got that book sitting right
48:13
over there. Sit tight and know you're right.
48:15
Right. Don't.
48:16
Don't get one of the greatest investment books of all time.
48:20
So you have a great day and we'll we'll see you soon.
48:23
Bye bye. Take care.
