Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, all you traitors and faithfuls out there, it's
- 0:05Speaker 1: time for another episode of By Order of the Faithfuls.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I'm wells, and I'm alongside.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Camra, Judge and Dolores Catanya. You guys, this is it
- 0:15Speaker 2: season one. We got that. You know.
- 0:18Speaker 3: I didn't move forward even when I wanted to, and
- 0:21Speaker 3: it was so worth the wait. What do you think?
- 0:24Speaker 2: I move forward a little bit at times, just because
- 0:28Speaker 2: I had to know. But it was such a good
- 0:31Speaker 2: first season.
- 0:33Speaker 3: I get the reason people get addicted. I really do.
- 0:38Speaker 1: The ending of it is wild, and obviously we'll get there,
- 0:42Speaker 1: but I had kind of forgotten what the ending was like.
- 0:47Speaker 1: And then seeing Already's decisions Siri kind of finally coming
- 0:52Speaker 1: through in the end and getting all that money for
- 0:54Speaker 1: our family was just it was just such a beautiful
- 1:01Speaker 1: television ending.
- 1:02Speaker 2: I thought, I don't think there's been a better ending
- 1:06Speaker 2: out of all three seasons so far.
- 1:08Speaker 1: I agree, it was really good.
- 1:10Speaker 3: It took my breath away because it was it was
- 1:14Speaker 3: very hard decisions on the traders that were left right,
- 1:19Speaker 3: and I agree with both of their decisions, although I
- 1:22Speaker 3: wouldn't have had to be the one to make either one.
- 1:25Speaker 3: I wouldn't have wanted to be the one to make
- 1:26Speaker 3: either one of them. It was hard. It was hard
- 1:28Speaker 3: on Siri, it was hard on Ari to say, listen,
- 1:32Speaker 3: I've been here this whole time. I'm going to walk out.
- 1:35Speaker 3: But we'll get to that. And yeah, it was great,
- 1:39Speaker 3: amazing and deserved the Emmys. It's been given.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Yes, congratulations.
- 1:47Speaker 1: We got to talk about it winning Outstanding Reality Competition Program.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I mean, are we surprised. I do feel like it
- 1:57Speaker 1: is the best reality TV competition show out there.
- 2:01Speaker 3: I I don't watch any other ones.
- 2:02Speaker 2: You I don't watch No, I don't watch No, I
- 2:06Speaker 2: really don't. But I'd have to say just watching it
- 2:09Speaker 2: and watching it because I've seen so many episodes this time,
- 2:13Speaker 2: Like last night I was watching. I was because I
- 2:15Speaker 2: knew they were up for Emmy and all that, and
- 2:17Speaker 2: I'm watching the music, the way the camera operates, all
- 2:21Speaker 2: those things that you normally just I don't really pick
- 2:24Speaker 2: up on, and I'm like, it is pretty incredible. Everything
- 2:28Speaker 2: they do is so like magical.
- 2:31Speaker 3: It's very cinematic, I guess is the word for it,
- 2:35Speaker 3: you know, and it's impressive for a reality show.
- 2:41Speaker 2: But you have to like that is the biggest production
- 2:44Speaker 2: crew I've ever worked with.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Oh yeah, well behind the scenes. As you know, a
- 2:50Speaker 3: lot of people don't know they actually have a wellness
- 2:53Speaker 3: team and they're constantly asking you if you are okay,
- 2:59Speaker 3: if there's anything you need, and they mean it. It's
- 3:01Speaker 3: not just like a perfunctory thing that they do. I mean,
- 3:05Speaker 3: the UK does it right, I have to say.
- 3:07Speaker 2: No, yeah, they do.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I think one of the things that separates this show
- 3:11Speaker 1: from a lot of the other, you know, competition shows,
- 3:15Speaker 1: which effectively now my other show, Bachelor in Paradise, turned
- 3:17Speaker 1: into one this year, so now I got to see
- 3:19Speaker 1: the kind of the different side of when you start
- 3:22Speaker 1: doing a show that involves money in gameplay, then all
- 3:25Speaker 1: of a sudden, the rules kind of change about how
- 3:26Speaker 1: you make the television show. But the thing that I
- 3:29Speaker 1: think that stands out the most, and this isn't a
- 3:31Speaker 1: slight on any other show's host, but Alan is such
- 3:35Speaker 1: a fantastic host and fits that role so perfectly. And
- 3:40Speaker 1: I think one of the things that separates this show
- 3:42Speaker 1: from the others is Alan not only his amazing acting ability,
- 3:47Speaker 1: which is something that I was always impressed with when
- 3:48Speaker 1: I was doing the show, that man like doesn't take cuts.
- 3:52Speaker 1: He doesn't you know, he doesn't ask for reshoots. He
- 3:56Speaker 1: just goes delivers this line. He looks amazing, he exits
- 4:00Speaker 1: amazingly well. And I think that unless you're like a
- 4:04Speaker 1: really good Broadway trained and you know, movie star trained actor,
- 4:11Speaker 1: you can't do that unless you're that guy.
- 4:14Speaker 3: That's true. He's actually a triple threat, right, that's what
- 4:17Speaker 3: they call they would call him. He can act, he
- 4:20Speaker 3: could sing, he can dance, he can morph into any role.
- 4:24Speaker 3: And I guess they're lucky to have him.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Yeah. I was surprised how we hardly really saw Alan
- 4:31Speaker 2: during filming. He'd come at the breakfast, he'd throw the
- 4:34Speaker 2: thing down, he'd introduced the missions and round table. That's it.
- 4:40Speaker 3: He doesn't break character, I'm going to tell you right now.
- 4:43Speaker 3: And he really doesn't engage with the cast at all.
- 4:50Speaker 2: He does the scene and he walks out.
- 4:52Speaker 3: Yeah, and he does. He stays true to himself right
- 4:56Speaker 3: till the end.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Let's get into the end of this season one, which
- 5:02Speaker 1: was fantastic. Siri, Ari and Christian. They gather in the turret.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Christian wants to murder Stephanie because she's onto him, but
- 5:12Speaker 1: Siri doesn't want to go along. With the plan and
- 5:15Speaker 1: they start choosing between Stephanie and Quinton. Do you think
- 5:20Speaker 1: it's a smart move to go after someone who's been
- 5:23Speaker 1: vocal about you being a trader As a trader.
- 5:26Speaker 3: At this point, you really don't have a choice, right,
- 5:30Speaker 3: There's so few people left that you have to You
- 5:33Speaker 3: don't have a lot of room to play, So it's
- 5:36Speaker 3: down to the wire and you have to Now it's
- 5:39Speaker 3: like a crucial Every decision is so crucial to how
- 5:42Speaker 3: the game is going to end. You have to get
- 5:45Speaker 3: rid of that one person who is onto you. Yeah.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Yeah, And no matter who they choose to murder, Siri
- 5:50Speaker 2: has an all fold Yes, everybody folled ye, both of
- 5:55Speaker 2: them are aligned with her.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Yeah. The next morning, at breakfast, Ari and Siri are
- 5:58Speaker 1: the first to arrive. I both agree that Christian is
- 6:02Speaker 1: a problem. He's a liability, which I totally agree with.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Kate walks in, she can't believe she's still alive.
- 6:09Speaker 3: How far to it is? It is that Siri and
- 6:12Speaker 3: Ari were able to actually have that very important conversation
- 6:17Speaker 3: with just the two of them before anybody came in,
- 6:20Speaker 3: and that was like a very pivotal moment of the
- 6:23Speaker 3: episode that they both agreed to.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Do to do.
- 6:25Speaker 1: In Christian Stephanie's the one who gets murdered, right, and
- 6:30Speaker 1: we see in her exit interview that she was actually
- 6:34Speaker 1: on to Siri, which is wild because it doesn't seem
- 6:37Speaker 1: like anyone else is sniffing that out, and they will
- 6:41Speaker 1: anytime soon.
- 6:42Speaker 2: I think Stephanie was a smart choice to murder. I
- 6:44Speaker 2: think that she was figured it was and down to
- 6:47Speaker 2: the wire, she's figuring it out.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Yeah, she was really smart. I mean, I give her credit.
- 6:53Speaker 3: She was very boisterous for being that boisterous, and that's smart.
- 6:57Speaker 3: She lasted a long time because I think Siri covered her.
- 7:02Speaker 3: She really did, so she she was like a confident
- 7:05Speaker 3: onto her and you know, Siri kept her alive. But
- 7:09Speaker 3: they would have probably got rid of her sooner if
- 7:11Speaker 3: it wasn't for Siri.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I got to ask, did you guys get to do
- 7:16Speaker 1: the Trader's installation like house outside?
- 7:20Speaker 3: Yes?
- 7:21Speaker 1: Like in La Yeah, okay, cool, so because I wanted
- 7:25Speaker 1: to bring it up. So their mission is that they
- 7:26Speaker 1: have to basically like weave around laser beams and steel things.
- 7:31Speaker 2: We did that right in the house. Yes, it was
- 7:34Speaker 2: so fun. I wish we would have had that on
- 7:35Speaker 2: our season, and.
- 7:37Speaker 3: He referenced Oceans, the movie where they actually did that, remember,
- 7:43Speaker 3: which I thought about. But that was a really cool thing.
- 7:46Speaker 3: I did well at the at the installation house, I
- 7:49Speaker 3: did do well and it was a cool mission. That
- 7:53Speaker 3: was a really their missions were very cool. First episode,
- 7:56Speaker 3: I feel like, I mean, first season.
- 7:58Speaker 2: But Andy, she was amazing.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Mm hmmm.
- 8:01Speaker 2: The way she was like she was a cat burglar.
- 8:04Speaker 3: She was good and it didn't look like her first time.
- 8:06Speaker 3: I'm just gonna throw it out there.
- 8:10Speaker 1: She looks like an athlete to me for sure.
- 8:13Speaker 3: She's sorry, sweet person.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Have you met her before?
- 8:16Speaker 3: I haven't, but I would like to meet her. I
- 8:18Speaker 3: found her to be so sincere and heartfelt the whole time,
- 8:23Speaker 3: and in the end she broke my heart. But we'll
- 8:25Speaker 3: talk about that. Yeah.
- 8:26Speaker 2: I have DMed with her a few times. She's oh
- 8:29Speaker 2: you dead? Yeah? Yeah?
- 8:30Speaker 3: Did she get back to I wanted to?
- 8:34Speaker 1: All right, So everyone goes back to the castle. They
- 8:36Speaker 1: split up to talk. Quinn asked Christian and Ari who
- 8:38Speaker 1: they're voting for. Christian says Kate, but then he throws
- 8:41Speaker 1: out Siri and Ari's name as potential traders.
- 8:45Speaker 2: He's such an ass. I want to shut ass, shut up.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Oh my god, Sama, I agree with you, Like, yeah.
- 8:52Speaker 2: When he did that, I just want what what's next, dude?
- 8:55Speaker 2: Why don't you stand up and say I'm the trade?
- 8:57Speaker 3: Uh?
- 8:58Speaker 1: Like, I'm kind of amazed that he hasn't been found
- 9:01Speaker 1: out before this, right, yeah, I think they could.
- 9:06Speaker 3: They thought that he was so goofy he couldn't possibly
- 9:09Speaker 3: be a trader. And that is something that happens in
- 9:13Speaker 3: my in my season, I thought somebody could not have
- 9:18Speaker 3: possibly been a trader because they were carol it. She
- 9:21Speaker 3: was all over the place. Had I known her history,
- 9:25Speaker 3: I would have thought more of that and looked into
- 9:27Speaker 3: I would play the game so differently now. But I
- 9:30Speaker 3: was like, there's no way. The girl cries and mumbles
- 9:32Speaker 3: all day long to herself, how could you be a trader?
- 9:37Speaker 3: She was a good one.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Well Christian wasn't. But uh oh well, so after he
- 9:45Speaker 1: does this, always like I need to go talk to Siri,
- 9:47Speaker 1: Like I need to talk to her about this. This
- 9:51Speaker 1: is an issue, and so okay, fast forward into what
- 9:54Speaker 1: we know ends up happening at the roundtable. I think
- 9:56Speaker 1: that this was cut. I think that that Ari and
- 10:00Speaker 1: Serry had a conversation where if the votes are going
- 10:04Speaker 1: a certain way, like we need to have a look
- 10:07Speaker 1: or some sort of signal to be able to go
- 10:09Speaker 1: towards Christian.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree with you on that one.
- 10:16Speaker 3: I missed this one part. How did they find out
- 10:19Speaker 3: Christian was bringing up their names?
- 10:22Speaker 1: Well, because Christian brought it, brought it up to Ari
- 10:27Speaker 1: in front of Ari when he was talking to Ari
- 10:29Speaker 1: and Quentin. That's when Ari's like, what are you doing? Like,
- 10:34Speaker 1: what is happening, dude?
- 10:36Speaker 3: Go away.
- 10:38Speaker 1: What he does is like immediately he goes and finds
- 10:40Speaker 1: Syria and is like, Okay, let me just tell you
- 10:41Speaker 1: what happened. And they didn't really show it, but in
- 10:44Speaker 1: my mind, I'm thinking that's when they hatched their plan
- 10:47Speaker 1: to be like, if we have an opportunity to get
- 10:49Speaker 1: him out, we need to do it now.
- 10:53Speaker 3: True, and it worked, but I think he hung himself
- 10:57Speaker 3: most of the time anyway. For space.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I just feel like that's a little behind the scenes
- 11:02Speaker 1: of like they didn't show that part because if they did,
- 11:06Speaker 1: then it would make the reveal of what happened to
- 11:09Speaker 1: the roundtable not as.
- 11:10Speaker 3: Fun, you know, Yeah, I think You're right about that.
- 11:22Speaker 1: All right. So at the Roundtable, Christian Quentin vote for Kate,
- 11:25Speaker 1: and then Ari and Kate vote for Christian, and then
- 11:28Speaker 1: the episode ends as Andy is about to turn around
- 11:31Speaker 1: their vote card, we get left on a cliffhanger. Into
- 11:34Speaker 1: the season finale, episode ten, We're back at the roundtable
- 11:38Speaker 1: and Andy votes for Christian. Which were you surprised about
- 11:42Speaker 1: her vote there? No?
- 11:46Speaker 3: I wasn't.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Wasn't she originally going to vote for Kate? She started
- 11:50Speaker 2: out saying, yeah, yeah, what changed her mind?
- 11:55Speaker 3: I think because of Christian the way he acted so
- 11:58Speaker 3: many times, because because of the the things like bringing
- 12:03Speaker 3: up that he turned I think when he had mentioned
- 12:06Speaker 3: that he turned down when they tried to recruit him,
- 12:11Speaker 3: everybody was never the same after that with him. So
- 12:14Speaker 3: I think when it came down to it, he was more.
- 12:19Speaker 3: I think that was the nail in his coffin for everyone.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I also wonder if his defense wasn't very strong, like
- 12:28Speaker 1: it wasn't. Yeah, And that's I think that Like, And
- 12:32Speaker 1: when I think about Kate, like going back to you know,
- 12:35Speaker 1: people who like you never believe that you that they
- 12:38Speaker 1: could be a trader. Kate is also kind of one
- 12:41Speaker 1: of those people. For me, if I was playing the game,
- 12:43Speaker 1: I would be like this. It's wild if you're a trader,
- 12:45Speaker 1: because the way you're acting, you do it seems like
- 12:46Speaker 1: you don't want to be here. You're throwing missions like
- 12:49Speaker 1: it's so obvious, you know. And I could see myself
- 12:52Speaker 1: in that roundtable being like, well, it might be Kate.
- 12:56Speaker 1: But then when I hear his response, I'm like, oh,
- 12:59Speaker 1: I think that he might be a trader.
- 13:01Speaker 2: I would have absolutely thought Kate was a trader if
- 13:03Speaker 2: I was playing that season, for sure, just because it's
- 13:07Speaker 2: it's a good you know, the way she's acting in
- 13:09Speaker 2: good defense, like I don't care kick me out, you know,
- 13:12Speaker 2: I don't know the traders, very very suspicious.
- 13:16Speaker 3: See I feel different. I would have not thought she
- 13:19Speaker 3: was a trader because she voted herself out. She just
- 13:22Speaker 3: wanted to leave. She just wanted to go home.
- 13:24Speaker 2: The trader not in this episode. She didn't want to
- 13:26Speaker 2: go home. She wanted to win. Well, this guy shit changed.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Yea, it changed. When you start to get to the end,
- 13:33Speaker 3: you start to taste it like you walk it. You
- 13:36Speaker 3: could walk in and be like I'm not a gamer,
- 13:38Speaker 3: like I just I don't really know this right right,
- 13:42Speaker 3: and just like she said, because now she finally said
- 13:45Speaker 3: and you know, you're sitting in that room and the
- 13:48Speaker 3: and the guy behind the wall when you're having your
- 13:50Speaker 3: confessionals is like, did you think you'd make it this far?
- 13:52Speaker 3: And she's like She's like, no, I guess sucking at
- 13:55Speaker 3: the game made me get this far.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Yeah, helped her out.
- 13:58Speaker 3: It did help her out. So you have to under
- 14:00Speaker 3: like the gamers play differently, the traders play differently.
- 14:05Speaker 2: But I want to know. I want to get around
- 14:06Speaker 2: the pott and see like did she really not want
- 14:08Speaker 2: to be there? Or is just her just being that's
- 14:11Speaker 2: her stick?
- 14:11Speaker 3: Like I believe she really didn't want to be there.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:16Speaker 3: I think Kate didn't want to do the missions. I
- 14:20Speaker 3: think she didn't want to be bothered. I think people
- 14:22Speaker 3: got on her nerves.
- 14:24Speaker 2: But she went back to other times.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Why not?
- 14:27Speaker 2: Who's you're getting paid.
- 14:30Speaker 3: And you get to go back as like she even
- 14:32Speaker 3: when she came back the next time as a trader,
- 14:35Speaker 3: she didn't even want to be a trader. She was like,
- 14:37Speaker 3: I don't want this.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Yeah, are you gonna.
- 14:39Speaker 3: They're like, well, we're gonna get rid of you unless
- 14:41Speaker 3: you say this, And she's like, what choice do I have? Now?
- 14:44Speaker 3: I'm here like I made it to Scotland, I'm here.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Well, she lives, she fights to live another day because
- 14:52Speaker 1: it is a question of whom they get rid of.
- 14:55Speaker 1: It's finally like, oh, good job, I'm glad you guys
- 14:58Speaker 1: you got this guy. But it's one of the things
- 15:00Speaker 1: of when as an audience member, it's unfair because we
- 15:04Speaker 1: are seeing what's happened in the turret right like, so
- 15:08Speaker 1: you have to give them a little bit of grace.
- 15:10Speaker 1: But finally Christian is gone and he goes into his
- 15:15Speaker 1: interview and he starts crying about him.
- 15:17Speaker 2: No, no, I don't want to see that.
- 15:21Speaker 3: And you know how I feel about criers, girls and
- 15:24Speaker 3: guys alike. So I was like, are you kidding me?
- 15:28Speaker 3: But I almost felt bad. It's the first time I
- 15:31Speaker 3: liked him, even though I hate criers. It was the
- 15:34Speaker 3: first time this guy was like, I feel so bad
- 15:38Speaker 3: for what I had to do to people as a trader,
- 15:40Speaker 3: Like in his heart, he was really good and it
- 15:43Speaker 3: bothered him of course because he lost. Also if he
- 15:46Speaker 3: walked away with that money, I don't know how much
- 15:48Speaker 3: it would have bothered him.
- 15:50Speaker 2: What does he do for a living?
- 15:52Speaker 1: Do we know he is an adventure enthusiast, an actor,
- 15:56Speaker 1: a public speaker, and a retired Army veteran at tea.
- 16:00Speaker 1: After his time the military, Christian hit the Road documentary
- 16:03Speaker 1: his travels hiking the Italian coast to backcountry camping through
- 16:08Speaker 1: national parks. So it sounds like he does kind of
- 16:11Speaker 1: cool yeah YouTube stuff, and he was You're right, he
- 16:15Speaker 1: was in the Army.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Thank you for your service, Christian. Thank you. Sorry. If
- 16:20Speaker 3: I'm busting your balls, I take.
- 16:21Speaker 1: It back, all right. So Alan comes into the banishing
- 16:26Speaker 1: roundtable and says he's got drinks outside. He takes everyone
- 16:30Speaker 1: out and he's like, hey, good, good news, guys, no
- 16:32Speaker 1: one's getting murdered tonight.
- 16:34Speaker 3: You I wanted a bagpiper. How come we didn't get
- 16:37Speaker 3: a bagpiper. I love a good bagpiper, as you know.
- 16:40Speaker 3: I go to a lot of police functions and there's
- 16:45Speaker 3: always bagpipers there, and what not to? I mean, how
- 16:48Speaker 3: could I have left Scotland without seeing one?
- 16:50Speaker 2: Come on, you're telling me that on your season. And
- 16:53Speaker 2: wasn't not one bagpipe being played?
- 16:55Speaker 3: Not one really? And I was so disappointed. And again
- 17:00Speaker 3: I will tell you it was the best time of
- 17:02Speaker 3: my life. You all know how I feel about it.
- 17:04Speaker 3: My only regret is I did not get to have
- 17:08Speaker 3: a Scottish bagpiper there.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Did you get a glass of champagne your last day?
- 17:13Speaker 3: I did? We did after after the fire pit. We
- 17:17Speaker 3: got a glass to champagne, but not before.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Was it like limo champs like shit champagne? Or was
- 17:22Speaker 2: it good?
- 17:22Speaker 3: I didn't get to drink it because I had to
- 17:24Speaker 3: go right into as they called a MIBs.
- 17:28Speaker 2: MIBs, I haven't heard that word in a long time.
- 17:31Speaker 3: That's what they called the confessionals.
- 17:33Speaker 1: What do you call them on Real Housewives?
- 17:36Speaker 3: Confessional confessionals?
- 17:37Speaker 1: On Batcher, they're called ims.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Okay, what does that stand for? In the moment, in
- 17:42Speaker 2: the moment, that's why I thought, oh, we used to
- 17:45Speaker 2: have ots.
- 17:47Speaker 3: What's that?
- 17:48Speaker 2: Take a guess?
- 17:49Speaker 3: Oh, the on the fly.
- 17:52Speaker 2: On the fly. So basically, and it became, you know,
- 17:56Speaker 2: I'm a dinosaur in this industry. So they would pull
- 17:59Speaker 2: us out of scene and if we're at a party
- 18:01Speaker 2: and they have a little confessional area and they recalled otfs,
- 18:04Speaker 2: and we would do our confessionals that way.
- 18:05Speaker 3: That's the way it should be done.
- 18:07Speaker 2: And then you remember, you remember, yeh.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Little backstory on what we do now for confessionals six
- 18:14Speaker 3: months later a year, right, you, guys, I just did
- 18:18Speaker 3: my last confessional.
- 18:19Speaker 2: I think it's my last one last week, last wed Tuesday.
- 18:22Speaker 3: Okay, and we're doing like a.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Half halfway through the season.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 18:27Speaker 2: So, and I won't be surprised that they called me
- 18:29Speaker 2: to do some pickups. Then that's not easy.
- 18:32Speaker 3: That's not easy, and I think they should go back
- 18:34Speaker 3: to the old way of doing it. And they do
- 18:37Speaker 3: that now on Traders. Guys. They you do confessionals in
- 18:43Speaker 3: the scene at times and in the morning before you
- 18:46Speaker 3: go to breakfast, and that's where you find out whether
- 18:49Speaker 3: you're coming back or not.
- 18:51Speaker 1: The Traders all gather the tour one last time. Arian
- 18:54Speaker 1: series say that they have complete trust in one another.
- 18:57Speaker 1: It's great setup. I love that, And they decide to
- 19:02Speaker 1: banish Quinton next the breakfast the next morning, they didn't
- 19:07Speaker 1: have to worry about a murder, so everyone came to breakfast.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Everyone was chill, and then everyone splits up. Quentin straight
- 19:15Speaker 1: up asks Ari where he stands with him, and Ari
- 19:20Speaker 1: admits he's suspicious of Quinton.
- 19:24Speaker 3: What is he supposed to say? I mean, it's slim pickens.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Now you're suspicious?
- 19:29Speaker 2: Yeah, you're suspicious of everybody at this point, Well, you
- 19:32Speaker 2: could be suspicious of somebody who's been wrong every single time.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Well, if you remember, he didn't vote for Cody and
- 19:39Speaker 1: he didn't vote for Christian, both of which were Traders.
- 19:44Speaker 1: So it makes total sense for everyone to be like,
- 19:47Speaker 1: of course you didn't vote for your fellow Traders, and
- 19:51Speaker 1: now you're the only one left.
- 19:53Speaker 3: But you see, I can debunk that because the Traders
- 19:57Speaker 3: are the ones that turn on each other first. So
- 20:02Speaker 3: having known that, now that we're going into the fourth season,
- 20:06Speaker 3: you gotta start to think, like if we were to
- 20:09Speaker 3: go back knowing what we know now right camera, Yeah, but.
- 20:13Speaker 2: You know, at this point they don't know like if
- 20:16Speaker 2: there's one Trader, two Traders, there could be two. They
- 20:19Speaker 2: definitely know there's not three. When you ended your season,
- 20:22Speaker 2: how many Traders were left?
- 20:24Speaker 3: Two? Every year? I mean every season they have to
- 20:28Speaker 3: switch it up, they have to do something, but to
- 20:31Speaker 3: win as a trade, like when when Ari walked out
- 20:34Speaker 3: of this, Oh my god, we'll get to that, but
- 20:36Speaker 3: I was dying. I was dying.
- 20:39Speaker 2: I know. I still want them to do a season
- 20:41Speaker 2: where they don't let us the viewers know who the
- 20:43Speaker 2: Traders are.
- 20:44Speaker 1: I think that's the next thing that they're going to do. Yeah,
- 20:46Speaker 1: I think that's what season four dis.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Guy's their voice. Do whatever you have to keep them
- 20:50Speaker 2: covered up.
- 20:51Speaker 3: I agree with you, And that would cause mayhem in
- 20:56Speaker 3: this world, I feel like.
- 20:57Speaker 1: M I also think it would make the audience realize
- 21:00Speaker 1: how hard it is to figure out who it is.
- 21:02Speaker 3: You know, they need to do that because everyone they
- 21:06Speaker 3: liked to sit on their couch and start screaming at
- 21:09Speaker 3: the TV and how didn't you know? And you know,
- 21:12Speaker 3: there's so many factors involved on whether or not you're
- 21:15Speaker 3: gonna vote for somebody that you know. In my season,
- 21:18Speaker 3: when Boston Rob, everyone's like he's a trader, he's a
- 21:21Speaker 3: trader whatever. I spent the whole day with him as
- 21:25Speaker 3: he was talking Sierra through the bug challenge, and you
- 21:29Speaker 3: saw such a soft side of this guy who's talking
- 21:32Speaker 3: about how he misses his daughters, and.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Just it was that's what those gamers do. They pull
- 21:38Speaker 2: that shit Dan. That Dan pulled that shit on me.
- 21:42Speaker 2: He was sitting there telling me about his kids and
- 21:44Speaker 2: his wife and how much she loves her and all
- 21:46Speaker 2: the cards he wrote in her put in his suitcase.
- 21:48Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, he's so nice. He's nice trader.
- 21:53Speaker 1: He wasn't rob.
- 21:54Speaker 3: You're the biggest trader in the player.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Yeah, you're gonna watch out future people. Watch out for
- 21:59Speaker 2: those gamers they play those games.
- 22:01Speaker 3: Had I not spend the day with him, I promise
- 22:04Speaker 3: you I would have voted for him. Truth.
- 22:09Speaker 1: So the last mission looks awesome to me. They're jumping
- 22:12Speaker 1: out of the helicopter, would you, lady.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Cold Water? I would do anything, but you didn't do that.
- 22:19Speaker 3: I hung out of a helicopter over a ring of fire.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Yeah, now, thank you.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Drop I loved it and dropped gold bags of gold
- 22:27Speaker 3: into the ring of fire, and that's how you would
- 22:30Speaker 3: win the money. But you know, I think I got
- 22:33Speaker 3: two bags in missed one. Whatever it was.
- 22:37Speaker 2: It's not something i'd want to do, but if I
- 22:39Speaker 2: had to do it, I would do it.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Well. I hate being cold more than anything on this planet.
- 22:44Speaker 3: So too, Cold Water not doing it. I'm just not
- 22:49Speaker 3: But I would for the game. I'll do anything for traders, but.
- 22:51Speaker 2: I'll do anything, but I won't be buried alive.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Oh that too, No, No, that's where I quit.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I quit.
- 22:57Speaker 3: I quit, I quit peace out it I never get
- 23:00Speaker 3: from me. You are not burying me alive, and I'm
- 23:03Speaker 3: not getting into coffin. However, everything else the bugs not
- 23:08Speaker 3: happy about jumping in cold water. The worst thing you
- 23:11Speaker 3: could ever do to me. I'll do it, but not No,
- 23:16Speaker 3: not getting very alive.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm with you on that one.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Girl.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Listen, I'm proud of them. Though they got all the money.
- 23:23Speaker 1: They got the full two hundred fifty thousand dollars they did,
- 23:26Speaker 1: which I feel like that didn't happen in your season, Doris, right,
- 23:30Speaker 1: like you didn't get they didn't get all the money.
- 23:32Speaker 2: No, it was two hundred something and you split it
- 23:36Speaker 2: between who you and four people? Oh you got ever
- 23:40Speaker 2: you pay tax me you got nothing.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Yeah, New Jersey taxes and Scotland taxes on both sides.
- 23:49Speaker 3: It was Dylan, Gabby Iver and me. Yeah, it was
- 23:54Speaker 3: about the experience.
- 23:57Speaker 2: You got fifty dollars you owed that, Yeah, exactly did.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure. I spent that much time my wardrobe
- 24:04Speaker 3: when I got.
- 24:05Speaker 2: You just have to think like, oh, you got a
- 24:06Speaker 2: free trip to Scotland first class. When you guys finished
- 24:10Speaker 2: the show, did you have to do one of those
- 24:12Speaker 2: exit interviews where you actually get to go in a
- 24:14Speaker 2: car and drive to a totally different location. We went
- 24:17Speaker 2: to a hotel and did interviews there. Did you guys
- 24:19Speaker 2: do that?
- 24:20Speaker 1: Oh?
- 24:21Speaker 2: You did? It was like the most exciting thing because
- 24:23Speaker 2: it was like, oh my god, I got to see
- 24:25Speaker 2: a little bit of Scotland driving in the car for
- 24:26Speaker 2: like thirty minutes to this hotel, and I got to
- 24:29Speaker 2: go to the bar and order a real drink at
- 24:31Speaker 2: the bar, and it was like, oh god, this is
- 24:33Speaker 2: so fun.
- 24:34Speaker 3: Good old days, Good old days.
- 24:36Speaker 2: It does make you miss it just watching and seeing
- 24:39Speaker 2: like the castle in each room, You're like, oh, I
- 24:41Speaker 2: miss it. I'm probably never going to see it again,
- 24:43Speaker 2: but I miss it.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Why don't they bring us back camera?
- 24:47Speaker 2: Oh?
- 24:48Speaker 1: You work on it, Okay, Okay, I feel like you
- 24:51Speaker 1: got some poles still.
- 24:52Speaker 2: You got some poll you want?
- 24:54Speaker 3: So yeah, I don't think so.
- 24:55Speaker 2: If they do an All Star you definitely will go
- 24:58Speaker 2: because they'll probably be all the winners.
- 25:00Speaker 3: I've heard of the All Stars talk, but it's from us.
- 25:03Speaker 3: We made it up.
- 25:11Speaker 1: All right, let's go to the last roundtable. There's a
- 25:14Speaker 1: discussion before the group makes their vote. It seems pretty
- 25:17Speaker 1: obviously what's gonna happen. Kate votes for Quentin and the
- 25:21Speaker 1: votes for Kate, Ari votes for Quinton, Quintin votes for Kate,
- 25:25Speaker 1: and lastly, Siri is the one that, like, I'm surprised
- 25:29Speaker 1: about what she did me too. She votes for Kate
- 25:32Speaker 1: and Kate's banished. She's of all the people I thought
- 25:36Speaker 1: would just like light that place on fire and burned.
- 25:39Speaker 1: As she walked out, she was very very chill, very sweet.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Yeah, but don't you feel like her demeanor changed the
- 25:46Speaker 2: last two episodes like.
- 25:48Speaker 3: She wanted it, she wanted to win. Yeah, it definitely did,
- 25:51Speaker 3: because she's like right there and it's not even about
- 25:55Speaker 3: the money at that point, it's just like.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Being all that.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Yeah, and I you know, she made it against all
- 26:02Speaker 3: odds of her own doing. But yeah, and it's just
- 26:08Speaker 3: it's hard. It's hard at the end to think that
- 26:11Speaker 3: you're not going to win together. And uh, that's why
- 26:15Speaker 3: I'm like this, this uh fire pit in the end
- 26:19Speaker 3: is like this one's intense nail bier, absolute nail bier.
- 26:24Speaker 2: It is intense.
- 26:26Speaker 1: So all they all decide what they're gonna do. They're
- 26:29Speaker 1: gonna throw in the pounch that's got the red smoke,
- 26:31Speaker 1: or throw in the pounch that's got the green smoke.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Alan asked for everyone to do it grabs them all
- 26:37Speaker 1: and if one player wants to banish, then then they
- 26:39Speaker 1: have to figure it out again. I guess uh Ari, Andy,
- 26:44Speaker 1: and Quinton all choose to end the game, which is
- 26:47Speaker 1: what I was saying up this earlier. Surprised me. That
- 26:49Speaker 1: means that they all think obviously Ari not because he's
- 26:52Speaker 1: a trader, but you're telling me about.
- 26:54Speaker 3: No one else is trader.
- 26:55Speaker 1: They think that they've gotten all the traders.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Well, why would Ari throw in the green because he
- 27:00Speaker 2: thought that him and Surrey would split the money?
- 27:04Speaker 1: Yeah at the end, Yeah, Okay. Then Siri says, no,
- 27:09Speaker 1: I'm not I still think there's or whatever and says
- 27:14Speaker 1: something that's that's pretty pointed and very very I thought
- 27:17Speaker 1: was revealing and risky to say. Is that she said
- 27:21Speaker 1: there's someone here that doesn't deserve it. And what she's
- 27:25Speaker 1: saying is is that Ari, you don't deserve it to
- 27:28Speaker 1: you don't deserve to win this money because you haven't
- 27:30Speaker 1: been a trader as long as I have been. But
- 27:33Speaker 1: in saying that, the two others could figure out, like,
- 27:36Speaker 1: wait a second, what why why would you think that
- 27:40Speaker 1: Ari doesn't deserve it as much as just because.
- 27:43Speaker 2: He wasn't a trader the entire time he played the game,
- 27:45Speaker 2: and he made it to the end. So why she
- 27:48Speaker 2: so much? I mean, yeah, so much better. Yeah I
- 27:51Speaker 2: didn't either. It doesn't matter if you're a trader.
- 27:53Speaker 3: You have done that camera.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Which part dropped out?
- 27:59Speaker 3: No? No, no, what what sirih did to him? Like
- 28:03Speaker 3: like was.
- 28:07Speaker 2: I mean, she's playing to win, that's for sure, and
- 28:11Speaker 2: she didn't. Obviously she's making a point right there saying
- 28:13Speaker 2: I ain't split in the money. And I think that
- 28:14Speaker 2: that triggered his brain to go, you know what, I
- 28:17Speaker 2: know this, I know what this girl's doing. So I'm
- 28:20Speaker 2: just gonna, you know what, gracefully back out. I don't
- 28:22Speaker 2: really need the money, he said. He's got a successful business.
- 28:25Speaker 2: You know, she's a single mom and all this stuff.
- 28:27Speaker 2: So I think he was just doing the polite thing.
- 28:31Speaker 2: But I would have loved to see if he didn't
- 28:32Speaker 2: back out, what would have happened.
- 28:36Speaker 1: I'm so surprised that he did it, and I imagine
- 28:38Speaker 1: production was he did her a favor. You're leaving, You're
- 28:42Speaker 1: admitting it, You're leaving.
- 28:45Speaker 2: To me.
- 28:46Speaker 1: It blew my mind because if I was, if I
- 28:48Speaker 1: was an actual, faithful I'd be like, hold on, you
- 28:51Speaker 1: don't think that someone deserves to be here, But why
- 28:54Speaker 1: we've all been here, If we're all faithful, we've all
- 28:57Speaker 1: been here the same amount of time, we've all been
- 28:59Speaker 1: doing this same mission. Yeah, so why you because if
- 29:02Speaker 1: you're if you're saying this as a faithful then it
- 29:05Speaker 1: doesn't make any sense. If you're saying it as a trader,
- 29:08Speaker 1: it makes sense because you would think that you deserve
- 29:11Speaker 1: it over someone else, if especially if you did recruit someone.
- 29:14Speaker 1: I'm amazed that it didn't backfire on them.
- 29:18Speaker 3: Can I go as far as to say it's because
- 29:20Speaker 3: he's a nice guy. I know that he didn't want
- 29:22Speaker 3: to also hurt those people in the end?
- 29:26Speaker 2: Yeah, Mike, he was. His heart was in it. At
- 29:31Speaker 2: that point. You could tell either he's like, you know what,
- 29:34Speaker 2: I people, I don't need this money at the end
- 29:37Speaker 2: of the day. If it's going to be split between
- 29:38Speaker 2: it's not life change it.
- 29:40Speaker 3: There's two people standing here looking at me saying we
- 29:44Speaker 3: want together, who are going to walk away with nothing,
- 29:47Speaker 3: and she's screwing me anyway, So it's not worth it.
- 29:52Speaker 3: It's not worth me being a part of hurting these
- 29:56Speaker 3: two people standing here who really, in their heart think
- 29:59Speaker 3: that they made it. Yeah, oh it sucked.
- 30:03Speaker 1: It was so Ari leaves and then they all have
- 30:07Speaker 1: to vote again, and all three of them vote and
- 30:11Speaker 1: the game. I mean, at that point they must be like, well,
- 30:13Speaker 1: thank god it went the way it did because the
- 30:16Speaker 1: last trader is now gone and we have definitely won.
- 30:20Speaker 2: But it made Surih look like an asshole totally, you
- 30:23Speaker 2: know what I mean? Because poor Andy, like she's so excited,
- 30:27Speaker 2: she needs the money so bad, she has a baby
- 30:29Speaker 2: on the way, and and she's like, yes, I'm gonna
- 30:31Speaker 2: get some money. And then that just crushed her.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Yeah, crush her.
- 30:36Speaker 3: Because both of them queen to Quentin too.
- 30:39Speaker 2: But I think Andy worse. But I think that the
- 30:41Speaker 2: I think that the betrayal of Surri, like she trusted her, it's.
- 30:45Speaker 3: So deserrating, Yeah, viscerating.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I wonder if there was any hard feelings. I wonder
- 30:50Speaker 2: if they ever talked after that.
- 30:52Speaker 1: I gotta say no. Surrey insists that the bonds that
- 30:55Speaker 1: they formed were real, but she needed to do this
- 30:58Speaker 1: for her family. Do you belie leave her when she
- 31:00Speaker 1: says that, well.
- 31:03Speaker 3: That's a good justification to I believe she believes that
- 31:07Speaker 3: I believe it made her decision easier than anyway. I mean,
- 31:13Speaker 3: isn't a human nature to justify when you're doing something
- 31:16Speaker 3: wrong for the sake of something else. Yeah, I don't
- 31:22Speaker 3: really think she cared that much.
- 31:27Speaker 1: A quarter of a million dollars makes you not care
- 31:29Speaker 1: about a lot of stuff.
- 31:31Speaker 3: Yeah, big. And she played for her family, she said,
- 31:36Speaker 3: And that's the way it went.
- 31:38Speaker 2: And there's yet to be a trader play better than her. Honestly, no,
- 31:43Speaker 2: to be sad. I would say Phaedra is a close second.
- 31:49Speaker 3: She played well, But by the time Phedra was able
- 31:52Speaker 3: to be a trader, people wore more savvy with the game.
- 31:57Speaker 3: Traders characteristics, the way they go on patterns. You know
- 32:04Speaker 3: a lot of people, you're able to figure out what
- 32:06Speaker 3: they do by watching their patterns. Like, had I watched
- 32:09Speaker 3: this game the way I'm watching it now, I would
- 32:12Speaker 3: have played a very different way. I would have lost.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Well, that's not good. Well, Suriy and Andy are following
- 32:22Speaker 2: each other on Instagram. Oh, but Quentin and Surrey do
- 32:26Speaker 2: not follow each other.
- 32:27Speaker 1: M he's salty, he's pissed.
- 32:32Speaker 3: Well, guess what, Siri's not pissed when she's paying those
- 32:35Speaker 3: bills making her mother happy we did.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Didn't she get another show too, Siri? Yeah, did I
- 32:42Speaker 2: hear she going?
- 32:43Speaker 3: I don't know, but I remember seeing her on Watch
- 32:45Speaker 3: What Happens Live. She was so beautiful and lovely.
- 32:48Speaker 2: She's back on Survivor. You could pay me a million
- 32:52Speaker 2: dollars to go on Survivor. No, not a chance. I
- 32:56Speaker 2: don't like listening outside.
- 32:58Speaker 3: I'd probably do anything from million dollars. By the way,
- 33:01Speaker 3: but I don't think I could be buried alive.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Nope, I couldn't.
- 33:06Speaker 3: I don't suffer well these days.
- 33:08Speaker 2: I would die in there. I would have a heart
- 33:11Speaker 2: attack and die in Survivor and being buried somewhere. Yeah,
- 33:16Speaker 2: but I'm so you can offer me a billion dollars
- 33:19Speaker 2: not survive.
- 33:20Speaker 3: It in Survivor. I think about the bug bites.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Yes, the bugs, the snakes, the animals, the little the food.
- 33:27Speaker 2: All of it's been.
- 33:27Speaker 3: On five times. It's easy for her.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Oh well, she played an absolutely amazing game and it
- 33:36Speaker 1: was a fantastic season. I'm not surprised that these guys
- 33:40Speaker 1: and Studio Lambert are winning Emmy's like Left brighton Center
- 33:43Speaker 1: because the game is very, very good. Closing thoughts on
- 33:48Speaker 1: the season, favorite part least favorite part. What do you
- 33:51Speaker 1: guys think?
- 33:52Speaker 2: Oh wow, I mean, to.
- 33:53Speaker 3: Be honest, the end for me, the least I was
- 33:57Speaker 3: going to say the same thing, the least favorite for me.
- 34:01Speaker 3: It was so good and so bad at the same time.
- 34:04Speaker 3: To see people just so crushed and eviscerated by you know,
- 34:10Speaker 3: their dreams, crushed of what they're doing with the money
- 34:13Speaker 3: and how hard they worked, and then the person they
- 34:15Speaker 3: trusted along the way. It's actually like I was traumatized
- 34:21Speaker 3: to tell on my belt.
- 34:22Speaker 2: So bad, very good TV, very good TV. But I
- 34:26Speaker 2: can put me. I don't even know if you could
- 34:28Speaker 2: even script it to be that good.
- 34:29Speaker 3: You can't script it. You cannot script reality. Let's face it,
- 34:34Speaker 3: the raw emotions you can act that. I mean, it's
- 34:38Speaker 3: just amazing. But I think the best part of this season.
- 34:42Speaker 3: I think the missions were amazing, especially for the first
- 34:45Speaker 3: season till this day. I want to say this is
- 34:48Speaker 3: one of the top seasons for missions.
- 34:52Speaker 2: I don't know, I feel like the missions get better
- 34:54Speaker 2: every season.
- 34:55Speaker 3: I felt that like these were up there.
- 34:58Speaker 2: I think they're all up there. I think every year
- 35:00Speaker 2: they're just doing something so different.
- 35:03Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I mean they have to, but these these uh,
- 35:07Speaker 3: these were pretty cool jumping into the cold water.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Oh no, thank you.

- 35:17Speaker 1: one and two for next week. Do you guys remember

- 35:39Speaker 2: years ago. And yeah, I just all think, oh god,
- 35:43Speaker 2: I wish I could just do it all over again. Yeah,
