Roommate Arrested in Siskiyou County Murder | Sacramento News
A woman named Frankie Marie Keller was found dead in Siskiyou County with blunt-force trauma, leading to a homicide investigation. Her roommate, Elzie Jane Hernandez, became the prime suspect and was eventually arrested after being spotted driving through Sacramento County.
