- Sue: you I'm thinking this morning about how I allow light to flow through me, divine, creative energy, feeling good, positive, glowing, maybe, whatever you want to call it. It's that vibe of when you encounter somebody else coming into the room, you both lift each other up because you're both sensing that other person's positive vibe. When I speak on being able to recognize and feel and see negative energies, it's because of my awareness of self that I'm expressing something in a way that might be useful to you if you resonate with it and employ it into your life, if you will. And the allegory that I have this morning about that is the light and the energy that flows through me. And the key here is to understand that you are like a sponge. You don't actually hold on to that energy ongoing. You retain it a little bit and then it flows through you the rest of the universe. See, everything is flowing through you. And the idea here is to take which you want to hold on to, but you're only going to hold on to it for a little bit of time. And that is to create. with it, that's my view. And that allegory is, as a child, I learned to alpine ski. And the first year or so, I don't know, was three or four years old, real child, I would have to get up to the top of what was called the bunny hill, the beginner's slope. And in the 1960s, where I was skiing in Michigan, it was lower peninsula, the mid, it was a tow rope. And a tow rope is nothing more than... a substantial, maybe nautical line on two pulleys that's powered by an engine and it's in a circular rotation. And skiers would grab onto the rope by standing nearby it in alignment, going the same direction, hopefully, and put one hand behind them and one hand in front of them. And it was this balance of the musculature that you applied in your hands that determined that you would be pulled along, but also had the opportunity to break and stop if somebody in front of you fell. Because you know, you're beginners, it's gonna happen, right? So you're learning a lot of things at once about just learning how to alpine ski, all this ancillary information. But nonetheless, the allegory continues. It's that rope that I feel is the universe, and that you need it to take you places, but know when to get off and when not to proceed any further and to hold it. and stop. The idea here is that what people sense in me is the light or the joy or the happiness or the unconditional love is that light that is divinely flowing through me. However you want to determine what divine or the definition of that sort of universal energy is, is up to you. And by being able to control in and out through the spiritual stoma that I call it, that's your opening to your spiritual heart. You don't want to let everything in. And you want to make sure the good stuff gets out, but also the good stuff gets in. And then you have the stasis. You're in balance because you're not overly holding on to something too long. You're able to hang on to things long enough to maybe make some new positive energy from it. Maybe it's an interaction with another human being face to face. Maybe it's cooking a meal for yourself. It's anything that confirmation with my watch that gives you peace and joy and you feel relaxed and passionate about That's the energy that you use to transmute from all the light that you allow to flow through you. I know from my reflections and interactions with people along my career and my life, they see me as somebody that can go into a situation that's already functioning really well and by virtue of spending my time amongst the cogs and the wheels of the operation to figure out a way to do things that is better. for whatever reason. Maybe it's better for the bottom line of the finances of the company. Maybe it's better for employee efficiency. It's not something I seek to do, but it's often what I see because the flow is going through unobstructed. You can't manufacture the flow and nor can you take somebody else's flow. That's another thing to understand. but we have the power within to see and feel that flow in a way that allows us to expand and contract as we need to. Because the thing is, you don't want to be expansive all the time. Nobody would pay any attention. And then when you'd burn out and wonder what the heck happened to yourself. No, you got to have a- sense of moderation about your life. I'm also somebody that people will seek out and hire to do something that I never thought I would be doing. I think Susa would be great for this gig. Let's see if she's interested. And that meant that I had to be open, allow that flow through me to see it for what I knew I could understand it to be and say, yeah, okay, that's a good decision for me. Let's do this. This is nothing that you manufacture. It's completely... completely about the moderation and control you have with perceiving the flow of the light through you and allowing it to stay with you long enough to make your own passionate results and then returning it back into the universe, lessening your grip just to just sort of be pulled along for a long time and know that you're going to be able to veer off onto your own part of the universe when it's time. It's the allegory that applies to learning how to run your own business when you have no other income coming in. It's the reality of understanding that when you have any income that you can still live by surviving on foods that you can afford no matter what your income is. About being able to physically take care of yourself without the need of having money behind it. And that taking care of yourself is in the mind, body, and spirit. When you can't afford a lot of food, you probably do like the equivalent of a mini-fast. And what I can say there is that it's a very beneficial thing to be able to say to your stomach, I'm gonna feed ya. Not now. Not because you say it's time. Does that mean that you starve yourself? No. It just means that you have to understand the level of determination and discipline within yourself that you need to control yourself. I don't seek out more light at the expense of others. I've got more than enough given that I'm able to control what stays in and what pulls me along. Look within a bit. Find that which gives you joy and fan the flame of that for a while. When you spend all that time doing that, you won't have any distraction time trying to... It's just about what you have, because you're in the universe like I am. I'm no different. I'm not better than you, and I'm not worse than you. Thanks for sharing your energy.
