Hello everybody, and this is just a small mini episode to let
• 0:05
everybody know there is a hamster with a blump and knife
• 0:10
commentary podcast strictly come hamster, hamster book club,
• 0:15
whatever iteration of hamster that you happen to love.
• 0:19
Patreon page where things are going brilliantly.
• 0:24
And I just wanted to let you know what we are up to it.
• 0:28
Like most things, we've a hamster with a knife.
• 0:31
A fabulous community seems to have built around the Patreon
• 0:36
page. So I just want to shout out to
• 0:38
everybody that has signed up so far.
• 0:42
So this is a massive thank you to Jeff Richardson, David
• 0:45
Gillespie Pratt, Luke Sims Jenkins, Simon Exton,
• 0:49
Christopher Hogben, Paul Dunn, Joe Llewellyn, Bob D, Nathan
• 0:53
Bottomley, Lucy McCall, Joe Short, James Lark, Toby Haydo,
• 0:58
Rod Brown, Ian Morgan. Now ran has Andrew Fordham, Dan
• 1:03
Knight, Mark Donaldson, Andrew Sniton, Christopher Sharp, Harry
• 1:08
Hussey, Anthony Carroll, Jacob Knowles, Peter Old, Julia
• 1:12
Bashford and Daniel Wolmsley. We are formed a lovely community
• 1:17
over here on the Patreon page where we've got a number of
• 1:20
fruit chats going, including what people are reading and what
• 1:23
they're listening to at the moment, and just a general sort
• 1:26
of well-being chat as well. Please come along and join the
• 1:29
fun. However, the community aspect is
• 1:32
just one part of the page. What it's there for originally
• 1:36
is to for original content to be posted.
• 1:40
So I've been doing my hamster extras and I'm reposting some of
• 1:43
the older hamster extras from the Buy Me a Coffee page and
• 1:47
adding new ones. And we've covered all kinds of
• 1:50
TV shows from The Tripods to The X-Files to Buffy to Hitchhiker's
• 1:56
Guide to the Galaxy. I mean, I forgot now, but the
• 1:59
Storyteller we've we've covered about 10/15 shows now with some
• 2:05
more exciting TV shows to come. I'm also doing advanced episodes
• 2:10
which I bring out every week, so that's usually hamster book
• 2:14
clubs and hamster commentaries. So if you ever want a chance to
• 2:17
listen to early releases, they up us on there as well, as well
• 2:21
as some other fun sort of video things as well.
• 2:24
We recently started the Hamster Film club where we had one
• 2:28
successful viewing of Deep Blue Sea where we did an episode.
• 2:33
We recorded an episode of our thoughts afterwards, which was
• 2:36
incredible fun to do. And we'll be doing some more
• 2:39
film clubs in the future. Yeah and I'm looking to start a
• 2:44
hamster social as well. So that's for Patreon members.
• 2:47
And it's just people that to come together for maybe one or
• 2:52
two hours and we'll just have a chat basically and just spend
• 2:55
some time together. It's a wonderful, wonderful
• 2:58
community. I'd love for you guys to be a
• 3:00
part of it. There is an absolutely 0
• 3:03
compulsion to sign up to the Patreon page, but since it's
• 3:06
something that has been created and I do relatively little to
• 3:10
advertise it because generally speaking I like to produce
• 3:13
  content that it's completely free.
• 3:16
But I wanted to create the Patreon page and the extra just
• 3:21
to see one of other TV shows could be talked about and to
• 3:27
just as a as a small reward for the hard work that goes into
• 3:31
hamster. So yeah, it's, it's been an
• 3:33
absolute delight to do a massive success and I would love for you
• 3:37
all to be a part of it. So come along and join the fun.
• 3:41
Head over to Patreon and type in a hamster with a blunt pen
• 3:44
  knife. You'll find us there.
• 3:47
Can't wait to see you. Cheers guys, Bye.
