  But you're like, surely you want to get their momentum.

  You're playing the worst team left in the competition.

  Like make a statement like that's I think because early in

  the tournament in the league phase, they they beat or they're

  buying 4 nil. So they've got it in them to go

  attacking. But it just got more and more

  cautious as as the seasons gone on.

  And I think they're losing that momentum where I think they were

  favorites like at the end of the group stage and probably rightly

  so. And I was getting worried that

  they would win it. And then I said it seemed to

  have turned them into something different from that phase.

  And because I was working in Europe, like battering, like

  buying 4 nil is not an easy task.

  So to do like straight past sporting is at home.

  It's just, yeah, an odd one, but I'd say I was watching the rail

  buying game. I was like, I was much new.

  I was saying like there's just levels above us, above United

  but above the Premier League as well at the moment.

  And like, at least his goal, the end.

  And he has his goal. All the goals are class six.

  Yeah. It's just nice to see like two

  teams, obviously Rail were very much kind of sitting back and

  counterattacking, but like the way they counterattacked with

  Krumbappe and Lily and Gula and everyone, it was, yeah, it's

  impressive stuff. Yeah, it really is.

  And just back an absolute as well.

  Look like obviously Fergie's got his moments where he knuckled

  down and get the job done in some matches.

  And it's funny, I've seen all the Arsenal fan chat being like

  if this was semi only Almarino you'd be staying.

  It's world class, you know, to get through this way and for me

  it's not about not doing it in odd games to get through.

  But what you said, they've just gone fully to that now, like the

  start of the season and what's got them to where they are is

  because they're actually playing some decent.

  Football, especially in Europe. Quite relying on corners Yeah,

  they were yeah definitely in Europe, but now they just seem

  to be like so like playing anti football and just terrified to

  you know, to lose. And I think that's why the

  common stock to be honest, because if they're actually gone

  for teams and gone for City at that, you know, when they played

  them last as well, I think they would have had a better chance,

  yeah. Yeah, I think this the Atletico

  game, like in theory, I think Arsenal have got a team that

  could beat them over 2 legs. I just don't think they're going

  to be set up in a way because I think Atletico, like I said,

  aren't the defensive force they used to be.

  So you can get at them and if you make it a more Italian game,

  like they rode their luck against bass like bats, had a

  lot of chances and I think they've got a fairly leaky

  defense affleticate. So if you go at them, it's

  probably a better chance of winning.

  But I just don't think they're going to do that.

  Even more so than it was. I think he's always kind of been

  letting around there and I think obviously Carrick's recent

  results at the time was like obviously announces it kind of

  probably just coincidental, but I think he's probably been

  looked at and I guess the more you look at him you're like he

  is the type of manager they are looking for who's a bit like a
• 7:59
  company man isn't going to try and run the whole club, but

  still kind of very adept tactically.

  Like Bournemouth get a lot of good results.

  It's a very small kind of club in terms of finances and stadium

  smalls and so it's like he's doing a good job from the end of

  the day. I'd still like if we got in,

  obviously 100% back in and I'll find a way to be really excited

  and if it's in convince myself he'll win the quadruple.

  But he didn't get me buzzing. No one really does, to be fair.

  Like you say this, you know they're currently 7 points

  behind us. We it's a shame we couldn't

  obviously put a bit more distance between us during the

  Leeds game. But this is a massive

  opportunity, right? To really, really at least push

  And it sound like you've got to think if we get a 10 point gap

  on Chelsea after back of this, that has to be, well, you have

  to lose 3 games or something to close that gap, which with what

  you'll be after this Game 6 left or five left, pretty unlikely,

  even though we do have some tough games in there.

  So I basically think if we win this, we're basically guaranteed

  kind of at least this spot. Obviously there's there is teams

  below them kind of not too far behind.

  If they ever kind of win every game, then maybe that could mix

  it up. But on the whole, I'd say, yeah,

  we win this. Then I'd feel pretty.

  So I think they're in pretty horrendous form and too fast.

  I think the only way is they have picked separate against

  So like going to it, you go like, well, yeah, this is a

  really good chance to beat them. But then they also you go I

  think or maybe something there's always going to be a cup this at
