- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey man, we're back again The Groundest Show, Episode eighteen.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Man, we've been getting a lot of traction lately with
- 0:11Speaker 1: the new and everything. Man, facts man, I'm super excited
- 0:14Speaker 1: with the algorithm has incorporated us into it and I'm
- 0:16Speaker 1: feeling it. Not facts it they wanted us to be
- 0:18Speaker 1: more sexy and they you know what I'm saying, definitely
- 0:21Speaker 1: working though.
- 0:22Speaker 2: We need have the wave shirts and the yeah yeah shirts.
- 0:24Speaker 1: In the mixing of Yo, It's funny man, before we
- 0:28Speaker 1: got on, I randomly messed up and said that I
- 0:31Speaker 1: was recording on acid Pro and.
- 0:32Speaker 2: You were like, that's what you used to use, baday.
- 0:36Speaker 1: People that used to make music back in the day,
- 0:38Speaker 1: or just anything musically. Everybody knows acid Pro.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Bro. It was a Acira and fruity loops yep.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Acid Pro was a program that Sony made to record
- 0:46Speaker 1: music and no lie Bro. To me, acid Pro like
- 0:50Speaker 1: was one of them ones.
- 0:52Speaker 2: It was easy, man, it was easy.
- 0:54Speaker 1: It had a really dope feature to get the tempo right.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Recording on it, bro it was just splicing. And then
- 1:02Speaker 1: they had cool at It, which was like another one
- 1:05Speaker 1: that I forgot who made it, but that ended up
- 1:08Speaker 1: being auditioned Adobe Audition was cool at it.
- 1:12Speaker 2: It was called cool let it Pro.
- 1:13Speaker 1: They had a couple versions of it of it and
- 1:15Speaker 1: then Adobe bo and they turned it into Adobe Audition.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Damn. And you figured, like these big market are these
- 1:23Speaker 2: big companies, big brand incompanies. They see the small especially
- 1:27Speaker 2: coming up in the technology industry and the software industry,
- 1:31Speaker 2: like hey, y'all got it, we could buy that off.
- 1:33Speaker 2: You can turn into some big and seller for more money.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Facts, And that happens so often, Bro, people don't realize,
- 1:38Speaker 1: like they see these big companies, like damn, what are
- 1:41Speaker 1: they going to think of next? A lot of times
- 1:42Speaker 1: they not necessarily thinking of stuff. They're just keeping their
- 1:45Speaker 1: ears to the streets, seeing what's going on when people
- 1:48Speaker 1: are doing yep bruh. And even speaking of that, we
- 1:53Speaker 1: always think that they're really good and they're coming up
- 1:56Speaker 1: with dope stuff. But they be sucking, you know, that's
- 1:59Speaker 1: why they be buying stuff from people. Sometimes they be
- 2:01Speaker 1: trying to figure it out. And Bro, that even kind
- 2:04Speaker 1: of just leads into one of the topics we had,
- 2:06Speaker 1: Like when you're in that stage, bro, when things suck
- 2:09Speaker 1: real bad, you feel like mass stuck. You're trying to
- 2:13Speaker 1: figure out a way to like get yourself out of
- 2:15Speaker 1: that situation, even if you gotta do it a different
- 2:18Speaker 1: way or pay or whatever. Like always think about it
- 2:21Speaker 1: with music, you know, there's so many people that try
- 2:23Speaker 1: to cut out the middle man with music, like you know,
- 2:26Speaker 1: trying to record themselves or produce their own music and stuff,
- 2:29Speaker 1: but then they don't realize, like, bro, you're you're gonna
- 2:32Speaker 1: have to take on a whole new skill set that
- 2:35Speaker 1: you're gonna have to hone for years to get to
- 2:37Speaker 1: the point where you're good at it, and then now
- 2:40Speaker 1: you're essentially doubling up your work, you know what I mean.
- 2:43Speaker 1: It's not like you're just gonna pick up this and
- 2:46Speaker 1: then you're just gonna do both things equally good and
- 2:49Speaker 1: just be able to output it in the same timeframe.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Like nah, Bro, it takes more time, It takes more tweaking,
- 2:55Speaker 1: and even though you might have more control of it
- 2:58Speaker 1: and you might have more or how you say it,
- 3:02Speaker 1: like autonomy and what you're doing, you still have to
- 3:06Speaker 1: put in the work behind it. That's why you pay
- 3:08Speaker 1: people for stuff. That's why these companies are paying people
- 3:11Speaker 1: for stuff because it's like I don't have to go
- 3:13Speaker 1: through the blood sweat and tears of figuring all this out.
- 3:16Speaker 1: You already figured it out. I could just give you
- 3:17Speaker 1: the bread and pay you for your blood, sweat and tears.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Exact, and we just keep it moving. No, And that's
- 3:24Speaker 2: that's when it comes down to, like you can't shift
- 3:27Speaker 2: the blame, you know what I mean, Like, if something's
- 3:29Speaker 2: not working out for you, it's not because of the
- 3:31Speaker 2: things that you're or the environment of what you're doing it.
- 3:35Speaker 2: And you're like, oh, it's because like we're making podcasts,
- 3:38Speaker 2: you know what I mean. And it's not like our
- 3:39Speaker 2: podcast isn't working because a podcast game. You could easily
- 3:43Speaker 2: we could easily shut the blame. The podcast games oversaturated
- 3:46Speaker 2: and it's so hard to get out there. No, we
- 3:48Speaker 2: got to put in the work to see how we
- 3:50Speaker 2: can line up and get in the algorithm. That's what
- 3:52Speaker 2: we've been doing. It's so easy to hate, they say,
- 3:55Speaker 2: it so easy to hate the game because you're not
- 3:58Speaker 2: doing good at it. But if you figure out ways
- 4:00Speaker 2: to improve and incorporate yourself into how the game works,
- 4:04Speaker 2: that is how you evolve, and that's how you improve.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Yeah. Facts, man, something that I've learned that's so valuable
- 4:09Speaker 1: through music is just getting to that realization where what
- 4:14Speaker 1: you do is not everybody's cup of tea at all,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and sometimes you're not leading with your best foot, or
- 4:20Speaker 1: maybe you haven't figured it out in a way that
- 4:23Speaker 1: people are going to resonate with it the way that
- 4:25Speaker 1: you want them to. And so many people, when they're
- 4:28Speaker 1: doing anything business, something, creative, music, video, whatever the case is,
- 4:33Speaker 1: anything that they're doing, they take it so personal when
- 4:36Speaker 1: somebody don't rock with it. They take it so personal
- 4:39Speaker 1: when it's not doing well. And it's like, Bro, you
- 4:41Speaker 1: have to consider there's so much good quality content out
- 4:45Speaker 1: there that that's what you're competing with. Bro, You're not
- 4:47Speaker 1: competing against amateurs. No, you're competing against millionaire billionaires, creative teams,
- 4:54Speaker 1: companies like we were talking about that are you know,
- 4:56Speaker 1: paying somebody else for their hard you know, their skill
- 5:00Speaker 1: and their hard work to make their stuff pop in
- 5:03Speaker 1: a different way, like, you can't take this personally. You
- 5:07Speaker 1: either got to get better adapt or just accept, Hey,
- 5:11Speaker 1: a wide range of people ain't gonna like this, but
- 5:12Speaker 1: I'm not doing it for that, you know what I mean? Like,
- 5:14Speaker 1: you really got to figure out what you want it.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And it's funny, man, because somebody that I met doing
- 5:21Speaker 1: music that was actually somebody that ended up being a
- 5:25Speaker 1: dirt bag. He really was the one that opened up
- 5:28Speaker 1: my eyes to certain things. And one of the things
- 5:30Speaker 1: was like.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Whatever you blow up with, that's what people.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Is gonna pay.
- 5:35Speaker 2: They're gonna expect you to expect that people.
- 5:38Speaker 1: That's why, like a lot of people, you be seeing
- 5:40Speaker 1: them trying to do these viral type things, and it's like, Okay,
- 5:44Speaker 1: you might go viral, but what's next are you thinking
- 5:47Speaker 1: about what you're gonna follow up this with? Because if
- 5:49Speaker 1: you go viral because you hopped on a train or
- 5:51Speaker 1: you did some wild kind of video, whoever's following you
- 5:54Speaker 1: from that, that's what they following you for. If you're
- 5:57Speaker 1: a let's say, if you're a DJ and you doing
- 6:00Speaker 1: a viral video where you're doing like a jackass type
- 6:03Speaker 1: stunt and you get mad followers, them people is not
- 6:05Speaker 1: going to book you for DJ gigs. They're just going
- 6:08Speaker 1: to follow you because they think that you're going to
- 6:09Speaker 1: throw yourself against the ground again.
- 6:11Speaker 2: And you know where the truth comes out of that
- 6:12Speaker 2: in the common section and they'll be like, bro, stop
- 6:15Speaker 2: doing this, just go back to your videos. Yeah, we
- 6:17Speaker 2: all enjoy. Yeah, Like, we didn't come here to see this.
- 6:20Speaker 2: We came here to see what you started out with,
- 6:22Speaker 2: what you grassed us eat, what you grasped our attention with.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Why are you doing this now? And it's like that
- 6:27Speaker 2: that's a hard transition for a lot of the creatives.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, Bro. And it's like, and it kind of
- 6:31Speaker 1: goes back to the thing about when you suck at stuff,
- 6:34Speaker 1: you're trying anything to hopefully propel you to that next
- 6:38Speaker 1: stage that you want to be at. But it's like, now,
- 6:41Speaker 1: what's going to propel you to that next stage is
- 6:43Speaker 1: the thing that you're trying to get better at. It
- 6:44Speaker 1: sucks when you're bad at it and you're kind of
- 6:47Speaker 1: like in a rut with it. Like you know, with
- 6:49Speaker 1: the production that I've been doing, Bro, it was like
- 6:51Speaker 1: a good year two years that I was just banging
- 6:54Speaker 1: out a whole bunch of trash. Bro. I was pulling
- 6:57Speaker 1: out these beats and they would sounding like straight ass,
- 6:59Speaker 1: like I'm not going to record on nobody's gonna record
- 7:02Speaker 1: on them beats. But I had to get through that
- 7:03Speaker 1: stage to get to the point where now I'll lay
- 7:06Speaker 1: some down and somebody be like, dang, Bro, send me that.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Send me that you know what I mean, And I'm
- 7:10Speaker 1: like fighting people off, like I'm like, nah, bro, I'm
- 7:13Speaker 1: keeping yeah, I got this one for me. I already
- 7:14Speaker 1: sent this one of this person. Whatever the case is,
- 7:17Speaker 1: you know what I mean. But I wouldn't have got
- 7:18Speaker 1: there without the ugly stage. Something we always talk about here,
- 7:21Speaker 1: that ugly stage.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Bro, you gotta go through it. It's something that I said,
- 7:24Speaker 2: you love something when you're doing good, and you hating
- 7:27Speaker 2: when you're doing bad, And it's easy to shift to
- 7:28Speaker 2: blame and say, oh, it's because the people out there,
- 7:31Speaker 2: and always think about what you're doing, think about what
- 7:33Speaker 2: you're creating, think about you're presenting, think about your strategy.
- 7:37Speaker 2: It's important because if now you're just gonna blame, Oh,
- 7:39Speaker 2: I can't be good at something because of how everybody's
- 7:42Speaker 2: receiving it. And that's not what it is. It's how
- 7:45Speaker 2: you're presenting it. And think about your strategy and keeping
- 7:48Speaker 2: lock into that facts. Man.
- 7:50Speaker 1: It makes me even think about Tyshawn Jones, which is
- 7:53Speaker 1: a professional skateboarder that was recently on the Breakfast Club.
- 7:56Speaker 2: They interviewed him. He has to deal with supreme.
- 7:59Speaker 1: He's like, I don't know if it's sponsored or if
- 8:02Speaker 1: he's a collaborate. I don't know what the term is
- 8:04Speaker 1: with Louis Vuitton how they do things, but he's associated
- 8:07Speaker 1: with them. Also, he had a collab with Virgil that
- 8:10Speaker 1: he was in the middle of before Virgil passed away unexpectedly,
- 8:14Speaker 1: and he was just talking about skateboarding from the point
- 8:16Speaker 1: of view of like Bro, he knows so many people
- 8:19Speaker 1: that have told him, Oh, I tried skateboarding, then ifel
- 8:21Speaker 1: and I stopped, you know what I mean? And he's like, Bro,
- 8:23Speaker 1: skateboarding is just learning that you're gonna fall, getting used
- 8:26Speaker 1: to it and keep going. And it goes back to
- 8:28Speaker 1: something I've talked about a lot before, Comedians and CARSI
- 8:31Speaker 1: and Coffee and Jerry Seinfeld in there he said something
- 8:34Speaker 1: along the lines of whenever he sees the skateboarder, he
- 8:37Speaker 1: knows they're gonna be all right in life, you know
- 8:39Speaker 1: what I mean, because he just knows the process of
- 8:42Speaker 1: he don't know anything about skateboarding, but he knows the process.
- 8:45Speaker 1: He knows that it's hard, it's rough, and for you
- 8:48Speaker 1: to get back on that board after it hits you
- 8:50Speaker 1: in the leg or it throws you, you fall, whatever
- 8:52Speaker 1: the case is. He knows that those people with that
- 8:56Speaker 1: followed through, they gonna be all right whatever they do.
- 8:59Speaker 2: And that's why I love Tony Hawk used to go
- 9:01Speaker 2: around the cars and hes to see people skateboarding like
- 9:04Speaker 2: the cake flat, because you know, if you got that
- 9:06Speaker 2: cake flip down you on your way, that could be
- 9:08Speaker 2: the only trick. That's the first trick you got to.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Learn, bro. And that's the thing about skateboarding that is
- 9:13Speaker 1: so fire is like there's very few things in life
- 9:19Speaker 1: period that if you're exceptionally good at it, it'll it'll
- 9:24Speaker 1: just cut like no matter what. And skateboarding is one
- 9:27Speaker 1: of those things where it's like, dog, it's not opinion,
- 9:30Speaker 1: Like you can't like if if a dude is laying
- 9:34Speaker 1: certain tricks, bro, he is undeniable because he's not doing
- 9:38Speaker 1: that with smoking.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Mirrors, Bro. They can't fake it exactly.
- 9:41Speaker 1: And like that's something I always respect about stuff like
- 9:44Speaker 1: skateboarding because like, even like sports, you could be real
- 9:46Speaker 1: good at sports, but if you're not good at selling
- 9:48Speaker 1: yourself or if you don't meet the right people, you know,
- 9:51Speaker 1: you're just a guy that says he was good. But
- 9:54Speaker 1: nowver you got the chance to show it. But if skateboard,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you don't need nobody to co sign. You don't need
- 9:58Speaker 1: no you need the skateboard. You take that skateboard somewhere
- 10:01Speaker 1: and you show that you could do it. Bro, there's
- 10:04Speaker 1: nobody that could stop you.
- 10:05Speaker 2: You can't fake that funk. You're either gonna know. Yeah,
- 10:08Speaker 2: there's so much that comes to it, and there's so
- 10:10Speaker 2: much skill behind it. You can't fake that. You can't
- 10:13Speaker 2: do one trick. And everybody thinks, like you go out
- 10:16Speaker 2: on a basketball court, you make a three pointer and
- 10:18Speaker 2: swish it, that don't mean you get at basketball. You can't.
- 10:22Speaker 2: You can't do that with any other thing. Bro.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Back in Wentworth when I was when we was going
- 10:29Speaker 1: up there, like obviously there was white people in the neighborhood,
- 10:33Speaker 1: but there was no white kids on the bus, you
- 10:35Speaker 1: know what I mean, Like literally, like there was one
- 10:37Speaker 1: that came like later on, and we were all like
- 10:39Speaker 1: we would always like like pointing them out because it
- 10:42Speaker 1: was like he stuck out like a sword thumb. But
- 10:44Speaker 1: he was the only white boy on the bus and
- 10:46Speaker 1: he didn't even live in the neighborhood. He lived on
- 10:48Speaker 1: a trailer across the street, and he rode the bus
- 10:51Speaker 1: obviously because you know, he was mad close. He didn't
- 10:54Speaker 1: even live in the neighborhood.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Bro.
- 10:55Speaker 1: So we was like maybe fifth or sixth grade, and
- 11:00Speaker 1: this white boy named Andrew moved in and he was
- 11:03Speaker 1: a skateboarder. We ain't know nothing about skateboarding nothing, you know,
- 11:07Speaker 1: but he came and he was really good, and he
- 11:09Speaker 1: just came with that energy and he was like really
- 11:11Speaker 1: like passionate about teaching us and stuff like that. So
- 11:14Speaker 1: that Christmas, we all asked for skateboards from.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Our parents, you know what I mean, everybody hit a band.
- 11:20Speaker 1: So Bro, Christmas Christmas came Christmas Day. Bro, I'll never forget.
- 11:24Speaker 1: We all come outside with our skateboards. We set up
- 11:28Speaker 1: like in like this little area like that in Wentworth,
- 11:31Speaker 1: like in the middle of the neighborhood, and we're all
- 11:33Speaker 1: just trying to ali over stuff, learn the tricks, all
- 11:36Speaker 1: this stuff. And we just got really into it because
- 11:39Speaker 1: of Andrew, you know what I mean. And I've always
- 11:42Speaker 1: like just stayed up with skateboarding since then, you know,
- 11:44Speaker 1: I mean, because of the same stuff that we're talking about.
- 11:47Speaker 1: And you know, obviously Tony Hawk pro skater bro Dog
- 11:51Speaker 1: that game right there, b Like.
- 11:54Speaker 2: That made you feel like he was a skater even
- 11:56Speaker 2: if you weren't running the soundtrack.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Bro, Like it was like music that I had ever
- 12:00Speaker 1: heard before, but it was fire.
- 12:02Speaker 2: Bro.
- 12:03Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. It was that like it
- 12:05Speaker 1: wasna That's where I was going with it.
- 12:08Speaker 2: BRO.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Shout out to my boy Ronnie Doug because he listens
- 12:11Speaker 1: to like the rock where Buddy like has a soup
- 12:15Speaker 1: hair in his front like this, He's like like the
- 12:21Speaker 1: little accent stuff, you know what I mean, Like rock that.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Bro.
- 12:26Speaker 1: I like like, bro, that that grunge, punk rock, you know,
- 12:33Speaker 1: British rock, grime, you know the ramones uh that kind
- 12:37Speaker 1: of vibe, you know what I'm saying. So like when
- 12:39Speaker 1: that Tony Hawk hit, Bro, that was hip hop but
- 12:42Speaker 1: with enough like in another genre.
- 12:43Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 12:44Speaker 1: That's hip hop energy the stuff they saying, the vibes
- 12:47Speaker 1: of the song because you had to be able to
- 12:48Speaker 1: skate to it exactly, Bro. So like that just opened
- 12:51Speaker 1: my mind my mind, Like damn, Bro, like this is dope.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Like it's different, but it's super dope, you know what
- 12:56Speaker 1: I mean. And there was actually a skateboarding game before
- 12:59Speaker 1: Tony Hawk on PS one that was called Thrasher that
- 13:03Speaker 1: Thrasher dropped like the magazine Thrasher. They dropped the game
- 13:07Speaker 1: it was called Thrasher Skating Destroyer or something like that. Bro,
- 13:13Speaker 1: that game was like mad innovative. The way the controls
- 13:16Speaker 1: was and the way the game was was like you
- 13:18Speaker 1: would go on a run like how you would doing
- 13:20Speaker 1: Tony Hawk, like to try to get your points or whatever.
- 13:22Speaker 1: They didn't have like all these objectives and stuff. It
- 13:25Speaker 1: was more just like point based or like yeah, like
- 13:28Speaker 1: you're just trying to get like a certain amount of
- 13:29Speaker 1: points or like it's like a competition level or whatever.
- 13:32Speaker 1: But at the end of the level, a cop would
- 13:35Speaker 1: chase you, and if you didn't out run the cop,
- 13:39Speaker 1: your your run doesn't count. So you could like complete
- 13:42Speaker 1: the objective, but if the cop catches you, you gotta hit
- 13:45Speaker 1: it again because he hits you with the citation and
- 13:48Speaker 1: you was done, you know what I'm saying. And that
- 13:49Speaker 1: game was super dope. But that game had mad classic
- 13:52Speaker 1: hip hop on it. So that game soundtrack was Africa
- 13:56Speaker 1: bombarda Gang Star to Sonics. Like, Bro, it was like
- 14:02Speaker 1: real real, like, uh, what's it called EPM d Uh?
- 14:08Speaker 1: What's his name? Chuck d what was it? What was
- 14:12Speaker 1: the group that uh Chuck D and Flavor Flay was?
- 14:16Speaker 1: Why am I public Republic enemy? Like bro, it was
- 14:19Speaker 1: just them type of bangers bro. And and at that time,
- 14:23Speaker 1: you know, like I has mentioned before, like my my
- 14:26Speaker 1: first taste of hip hop was really like early the
- 14:29Speaker 1: mid nineties stuff, you know, may you know that kind
- 14:32Speaker 1: of vibe, you know, just the classic nineties hip hop.
- 14:34Speaker 1: So I wasn't really hip on the early nineties and
- 14:36Speaker 1: that he was giving you taste so exactly. So when
- 14:39Speaker 1: I was when I was here, and now I'm like, damn,
- 14:41Speaker 1: these songs are bangers, bro. And like those songs from
- 14:44Speaker 1: Tony Hawk and from Thrasher. Bro, there's still like a
- 14:46Speaker 1: big part of my playlist and just my listening experience nowadays,
- 14:51Speaker 1: because like Bro, like I was listening to a boy
- 14:54Speaker 1: MJG on my way home today and I was just thinking, like, Bro,
- 14:57Speaker 1: when a song is a vibe, Bro, it don't matter
- 15:00Speaker 1: when it was made at all. Like a vibe is a.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Vibe regard to sound exactly.
- 15:05Speaker 1: It's like you cannot try to tell me like, oh,
- 15:08Speaker 1: this is whatever the case is, Like bro, if I
- 15:10Speaker 1: play if you're the time that shit facts if you're
- 15:13Speaker 1: a music head and I play you something that's a classic, bro,
- 15:15Speaker 1: you're gonna rock with it because it is a classic.
- 15:17Speaker 2: That's just how it goes now. But I inter close
- 15:20Speaker 2: it out. I loved how it's not like that anymore.
- 15:23Speaker 2: But video games were a major part of well, music
- 15:27Speaker 2: production was a major part of video games back then,
- 15:31Speaker 2: even like the old mad uh, the old college football
- 15:34Speaker 2: games and the Madden games, Like they had soundtracks, Bro,
- 15:37Speaker 2: that really introduced the whole generation of people who didn't
- 15:41Speaker 2: know the music to music that that was before their time.
- 15:44Speaker 2: And they're like, oh damn mean and it liked that.
- 15:47Speaker 2: I think they lost that little so.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Even like the importance that they used to put on
- 15:51Speaker 1: soundtracks and putting together vibes for movies, shows, video games,
- 15:55Speaker 1: like you said, like they would actually like get a
- 15:58Speaker 1: Grammy winning producer.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Auld say, I remember used to go on and buy
- 16:01Speaker 2: CDs of soundtracks and movies yep, yeah.
- 16:04Speaker 1: And they would win awards and stuff like and it
- 16:05Speaker 1: was bangers because they were just thinking about stuff in
- 16:09Speaker 1: a different way like now everything is so like quick, let's.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Get it out of the Rushower soundtrack with Cisco that
- 16:15Speaker 2: was a banging soundtrack.
- 16:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna close it out with this cause I was
- 16:17Speaker 1: listening to this song the other day and they're reminded
- 16:19Speaker 1: me this is a super obscure R and B song.
- 16:24Speaker 1: The artist's name is best Man and the song is
- 16:27Speaker 1: called I See You. I'm gonna send it to you
- 16:30Speaker 1: so you can check it out after this. Bro. A banger.
- 16:33Speaker 1: The beat is fire, the song is fire, everything is
- 16:36Speaker 1: fire about it. It was from the Barbershop soundtrack.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, the barber The.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Barbershop soundtrack was a b had traded all on there.
- 16:44Speaker 2: They had a bostface song on in the video. They
- 16:47Speaker 2: had them in the videos too.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Yep, And they had that song on their best Man
- 16:51Speaker 1: I See You, bro, And I never heard that song
- 16:54Speaker 1: anywhere but on that soundtrack. And that's, like I said,
- 16:57Speaker 1: one of them songs that I still listened to to
- 16:59Speaker 1: this day.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Bro shout here.
- 17:01Speaker 1: I got to check out and see what he even
- 17:03Speaker 1: on now because I only heard of him then and
- 17:05Speaker 1: that was it and I still never heard of him again.
- 17:09Speaker 1: But yeah, bro, yeah, we got a lot more to
- 17:12Speaker 1: get into on this episode. The way that we've been
- 17:16Speaker 1: breaking down the episodes has been really beneficial, and I
- 17:19Speaker 1: feel like people have been able to, like we said
- 17:21Speaker 1: in the beginning, people can kind of pick and choose
- 17:23Speaker 1: a little more. It's a little easier listen than, you know,
- 17:26Speaker 1: just seeing a whole forty five minute episode or whatever.
- 17:29Speaker 1: So I appreciate everybody that's been rocking with us, all
- 17:32Speaker 1: the new people that have been joining us, because it's
- 17:34Speaker 1: definitely been hundreds of people that's joined us since we've
- 17:37Speaker 1: made the change. We've been looking at the stats over
- 17:41Speaker 1: you know, we've been seeing engagements.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Keep engaging with us, keep comment and just give us
- 17:45Speaker 2: your opinions because that's going to change our opinions. And
- 17:48Speaker 2: something to talk about. Facts, facts,
