- 11:50[SPEAKER_11]: With the shopping cart?
- 11:51[SPEAKER_11]: Oh yeah.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_11]: Another thing I read the rules on the console meeting mayor.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, I don't think it's necessary and they already have rules.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_17]: No, you already have rubber tools of orders and and you have a mayor, you know, she's got to keep control.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_11]: There's nothing there that should bother anybody.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_11]: As far as the science, I don't think.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, we know about Donnie.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_11]: Donnie's right about the gate stop.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_11]: You're right on, Donnie.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_11]: I agree with you.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_11]: But you're putting a losing battle there.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_11]: You're never going to win that battle with the gauge and they're running a mock in water town.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_11]: Every place else you look at, you know.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_11]: You know what I mean?
- 12:41[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I think you should have signs at the council meeting Mayor.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_17]: No need for it.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_17]: Or T-shirt, either.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_11]: Not vulgar language.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think you need that.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_11]: But the three-minute rule I think you should let people talk a little longer than three minutes.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_17]: Especially if you're real, man.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I think that's GZ only guy that was dragged out of there by the police because he don't ask GZ.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_11]: He don't want to listen to anybody.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, he's right about everything.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_11]: He's a guy just a minute man.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_11]: Here's a guy soon to sit.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_11]: No cause of action.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_11]: There's nothing near us, do you?
- 13:14[SPEAKER_11]: You're not going to win that lawsuit.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_11]: No lawyer is going to take that lawsuit.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_11]: So if you want to waste your money, go ahead.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_11]: He's been threatening us for the last six months on it, but he hasn't done it yet.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_11]: Mm-hmm.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_11]: Something in the charter says you have to have a dog park.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_11]: People are up there every day walking the dog a lot of her own leash.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_11]: Nobody does anything about it.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_11]: No, we slaughter cops apart.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_11]: So be careful everybody.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_17]: Hmm.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_17]: I got you.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_11]: You know, okay, Mayor.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_17]: All right.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_17]: Thanks a lot.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_17]: It's the angry man heard only on the hotline here on A. I'm twelve forty.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_17]: We got a call coming in.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_17]: Good afternoon, Ronnier.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_08]: Good afternoon, Jeff.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_08]: I want to share a couple of observations, recent observations with you.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_08]: The first one is that I can't help but observe how few young kids are outside.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_08]: playing anymore.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_08]: It's summertime.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_08]: School is out.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_08]: It's no school and it's summertime.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_08]: It's beautiful weather.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_08]: The best time of the year for playing outside.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_08]: Whatever you want to do, ride a bike, climb a tree, sit on the porch, read a book, whatever.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_08]: You know, be a kid.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_08]: So that's the first observation.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_08]: I can't believe how few kids are out there.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_08]: The other observation is the flag that's on top of the old YMCA building.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_08]: The old white building.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_08]: I'm public square, they're downtown.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_08]: That flag has been at half staff for a long time and I just wonder if it's stuck or what are they mourning?
- 14:47[SPEAKER_08]: What are we supposed to be?
- 14:50[SPEAKER_08]: In grieving for when the flag of our nation is at half staff on one of the tallest buildings in water town right on the main square.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_17]: I have no idea.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_08]: Those are the my two observations.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not what you're pretty answers, but it'll stimulate some conversation.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_17]: Thank you.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_17]: Thank you.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_17]: Well, it's an interesting point there and the thing about kids not playing, that's probably true, right?
- 15:19[SPEAKER_17]: When we were younger, we were all out looking for something to do.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_17]: It was just walking around.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_17]: You know, I read something today.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know where it was.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_17]: It was in various publications.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_17]: The demise of partying in America that people don't party anymore.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_17]: You ever noticed that nobody plans parties or house parties or, you know, keg parties or anything like that?
- 15:45[SPEAKER_17]: You just don't see it anymore.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, I can remember when you back when you were seventeen or eighteen, you couldn't wait till you go to the California brewery or more just clam shed or God, any of those places.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_17]: You don't see that anymore.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_17]: We live in a dull society, maybe it's cell phones, maybe it's social media, maybe it's just the way society is now.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_17]: We don't we discourage people from doing anything.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_17]: We say, well, you know, get a high on weed, it'll calm you down.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_17]: It does.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, he used to be a go out partying on a Monday night if you had to be to work at eight in the morning on Tuesday, you were there, dammit.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_17]: I remember when I was at public TV, plummeted and I had to go out or something and on the night before we always got to work in the morning.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_17]: Well, nowadays, I can't do that.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_17]: Can't do that.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_17]: So yeah, there's a lack of part, you know, you hear people
- 16:40[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, wherever I go, I hear something, well, I just went to three different celebrations of life.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_17]: The only way you can have a party these days is for somebody to die.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_17]: And that's too bad.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_17]: That's too bad.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_17]: But after doing right here, go ahead.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_10]: So here's the thing, the agreement, he's not track.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_10]: He's really angry.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_10]: So here's the deal with the homeless.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, they need help.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_10]: There's helpful available, but they're not going to abide by the rules of the drugs and the rest of it that screens that allows them to get benefits.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_10]: Or some of them are mentally affected.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_10]: So they're not going to, it's maybe has nothing to do with drugs.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_10]: But because they closed Dongan'sburg because they don't want to pay the state doesn't want to pay for a state facility.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_10]: They're just dump them on the community.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_10]: These are research centers, which means they go to a little bit like the old Great American
- 17:38[SPEAKER_10]: and they work with them during the day that they're just out on the street.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_10]: But here's the crux of the problem with these electric bikes that I talked about the other day.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_10]: What are you going to do?
- 17:47[SPEAKER_10]: You're going to arrest them.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_10]: So you're going to find them, or tick it them.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_10]: They don't have to pay.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_10]: And ninety nine point nine percent of them can't pay.
- 17:56[UNKNOWN]: You're not going to put them in jail.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_10]: So I'm sure the PD is just ignoring it because there's nothing they can do.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_10]: They're not going to get any money out of them.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_10]: They're not going to put them in jail.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_10]: So what are you going to do to them?
- 18:08[SPEAKER_10]: You take it then, okay.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_10]: They either show up or they don't show up.
- 18:11[UNKNOWN]: They don't have money to pay their ticket.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_17]: So this is a... Well, it's not, yeah.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_10]: It's not like you're getting out of control and water count is there's nothing we can do about it.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_10]: They just reach off the city and the people of the city and be great in neighborhoods.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_10]: What's the answer?
- 18:29[SPEAKER_10]: What is the answer?
- 18:30[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_17]: Move to Shemo.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_10]: I guess so.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_10]: But it really boils down to no bail, no, no, no, they don't want to find the jail because people and criminals don't want to pay for the facilities, that's why they're closing all the prisons.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_10]: And yet these guys call in the other parties, not dimension names call in and they say how great and how terrible the Republicans are and how great the Democrats are.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_10]: And yet look at the system that we have.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_10]: Got in this state because of these Democrats.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_10]: That's my two cents for today.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_17]: All right.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_17]: Thanks a lot.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_17]: Alrighty.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_17]: We'll get some good comments.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_17]: They will take time out for a message.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_17]: We'll be right back.

- 20:07[SPEAKER_28]: A new Honda CRV with room for the whole crew and mileage that laughs at the gas prices.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_28]: trade up to something taller, maybe a lifted Silverado, Ram, or a Tundra that puts you eye level with the mountains, or trade up to something faster, like a low mileage Mustang, WRX, or a Civic SI that hits curves like a roller coaster.

- 21:55[SPEAKER_30]: Mark Patrick seminars is coming to Watertown Saturday, July, twelve for one day only.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_30]: Here he talks about how hypnosis works to help people lose weight or stop smoking.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_05]: We all have an image of ourselves and that image.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_05]: If we have an image of a non-smoker, we attract non-smoker behaviors and beliefs.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_05]: So we have an image of a smoker, we attract the habits of a smoker.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_05]: If we have an image of a person who is overweight, we live up to those expectations.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_05]: So one of the things we focus on with our programs is this, is we work on, at the subconscious level, the image or snapshot of yourself.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_05]: If you have a healthy image, you attract healthy habits.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_05]: We work on under hypnosis taking the pleasure association out for smokers that they have towards smoking, putting back in what they already know consciously that it's a filthy disgusting habit that they never wish they start in the first place that's killing them dead.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_05]: And we get them out of these sessions, still do about themselves.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_05]: And it's what they want to do these things instead of feel like they have to do that.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_30]: Don't miss Mark Patrick Seminar's Saturday July twelfth at the Ramada By Wind and Watertown.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_30]: For more information, go to markpatricsemanars.com.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_21]: around the corner, around the continent, around the clock.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_21]: This is the news in talk authority.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_21]: AM-Twelve-Forty.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_21]: W-A-T-N.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_17]: AM-Twelve-Forty W-A-T-N.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_17]: Good afternoon.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_17]: On a gorgeous Thursday here.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_17]: Thursday.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_17]: Here's a headline.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_17]: Andrew Cuomo has spent millions on his legal defense against the Me-Two Accuses.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_17]: New York taxpayers are footing the bill.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_17]: Well, that's okay.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_17]: Now we want to be mayor of New York, but
- 23:25[SPEAKER_17]: do too well there.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_17]: Um, seventy five percent decline in local journalism since two thousand two and that is sad.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_17]: We should lament that.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_17]: Used to be I could walk into a newsroom and see a bunch of people and I loved it in the old days when they were clanging away on their Smith coroners or royal typewriters or something like that.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, that was those were the days.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_17]: Those were the days and yet here the wire machines clanking over in the corner and that's when there was news.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_17]: You know what there is now?
- 23:58[SPEAKER_17]: Nothing.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, it's sad when you have to listen to talk shows and blogs and and nosey neighbors to find out what's going on.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_17]: But a lot of times that's because there's no journalism anymore.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_17]: Here's some text, angry man should run for council.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_17]: I agree.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_17]: We should offer free apartments for the LGBTQET plus
- 24:23[SPEAKER_17]: Um, almost community, but street needless people need to what they say here.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, he's not going to do this now.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_17]: Get a job.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know about that.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_17]: Let's see.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_17]: Somebody says, remember, puff side screen.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_17]: Somebody says, I think homeless people should all move to New York City.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_17]: Well, you know that guy who's going to be mayor, Mondami, he says you want to take over rich people's homes and poor people at him, except for the rich people in the upper east side of all voted for.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_17]: That's kind of a strange thing down there, but what the heck?
- 25:08[SPEAKER_17]: What the heck?
- 25:11[SPEAKER_17]: Let's see what's going around the world.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_17]: The Epstein thing, you know,
- 25:16[SPEAKER_17]: administration said over the weekend.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_17]: Nothing there just keep on moving.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_17]: Do I want to see a client list?
- 25:26[SPEAKER_17]: It'd be interesting if you have a gigal factor.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_17]: But I don't really know how important it is.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_17]: Would you have gone to that island?
- 25:35[SPEAKER_17]: Well, a few were younger.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_17]: You know, not that you're trying to do anything you know is bad.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_17]: But hey, we had a party.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_17]: We had parties on this island a good time.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_17]: You know.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_17]: Hey, what should go?
- 25:48[SPEAKER_17]: What should go?
- 25:50[SPEAKER_17]: Just like you go to one of P. Diddy's freak outs or Giants Prasato's phone party.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_17]: You go because you're curious and you never know if something happens.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_17]: If you don't want to participate, you don't, right?
- 26:02[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, once you went over to Epstein's Island, I mean, if you didn't like it there, you can go back to St.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_17]: Thomas and, you know, party over there.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_17]: Now, let's see.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_17]: I was talking to Old Need this morning, Councilman Old Need.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_17]: And, you know, he's big to pass this local law in residency to provide these exemptions.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_17]: And any finds out that the local law, they didn't pass one when they should have, when the manager was hired over a year and a half ago.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_17]: So now he's like, I don't know what to do.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_17]: And I'll tell you what's going to happen.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_17]: So we're going to pass the thing as soon as they want as soon as they can to cover their butt.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_17]: And then say everything's OK.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_17]: Let's see.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_17]: But I did ask him some questions because of course, you don't hear much from him lately.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_17]: And here's some direct quotes from these who quote, these aren't things Jeff Graham made up.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_17]: I know some people think I just make things up when I don't.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_17]: On the city attorney says I want her gone.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_17]: He tried to call a special meeting, but he couldn't find in three people who have a corner.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_17]: On his travels with the justice system, he said, I can't get justice in this county.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_17]: On the manager,
- 27:40[SPEAKER_17]: I don't see him as the city manager.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_17]: These are only words, not my own.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_17]: He says he was told by Councilman Kimball.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_17]: Kimball wants to go forward on the ethics that I wanted to go forward too.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_17]: Give the guy his day in the whatever, day of judgment.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_17]: They're trying to run out the, you see, they're whole goal with only Andrew Jarrow is run out the clock.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_17]: They figure they got him.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_17]: just put up with them for five and a half months and they're gone.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_17]: And then you're not going to hear anything more about ethics complaints or executive sessions.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_17]: My God, you know, oh, he shouldn't talk about exactly.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_17]: They were talking about one the other night.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_17]: Nobody cared.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_17]: Well, the account's been only says one of the reasons they don't want him in office is
- 28:38[SPEAKER_17]: The development authority wants this water plant project this sixty hundred million dollar project.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_17]: And he's been the one advocating if we don't need to spend that.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_17]: Well, he's no doubt about it.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_17]: They want to keep out of office.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_17]: Not just because of his one vote.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_17]: Well, because
- 29:00[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, they want to control all aspects of local government.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_17]: And you know, with all due respect, county government's pretty, pretty gossip over there.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_17]: And certainly all the towns are.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_17]: And they got dank in there.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_17]: It's one, one world under dank.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_17]: So they want to get rid of people like old and he who speak out.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_17]: That's what it really is all about.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_17]: You know, two things can be true at the same time.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_17]: Only can be an idiot who votes on things like a poorly don't need, but also he can be unfairly maligned and slandered for bringing up unpleasant truths.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_17]: So you can have two things true at the same time.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_17]: It's not one of the other.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_17]: So I don't know.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_17]: I also tell you also believes that the strong mayor form of government, which I do it to you now,
- 29:56[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, seeing the way this all play, you're never going to get somebody who wants to live in town.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_17]: And, you know, if that's what the state law says, you should do it, but I don't know why they didn't kind of crazy.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_17]: So that was my conversation with Cliff Hole in either this morning.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_17]: Councilman, Man about town, Bone View Hall, whatever.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_17]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_17]: Talk about whatever you want.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_17]: Okay, well, we can do that.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_17]: We can do that.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_17]: Let's see.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_17]: Not a lot else in the news today.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_17]: Another Paul McCartney concert coming up, boy.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_17]: The amazing he can keep going isn't it?
- 30:53[SPEAKER_17]: Amazing.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_17]: So that place that caught fire on Newell Street, angry man says it was homeless.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_17]: I guess there's no drafting company in there anymore.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_17]: That was the Hudson one, not Black River, the Hudson one.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_17]: That may be, maybe that fat is over with.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_17]: You know, remember the Black River and all these plan planners and grants and pocket parks and kayaks and the wave and we had to move the rock for the wave.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_17]: and all that stuff and the hairdresser who wanted all this stuff build on how he can straighten.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_17]: They all forgot all about it.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_17]: We're after doing it on the air.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_09]: And after noon job.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_17]: What's up?
- 31:37[SPEAKER_09]: I hope the anger man still lists and he should not be on council yet to be the mayor.
- 31:42[UNKNOWN]: We work on a lot of structures bridges.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_09]: We went to use the portage on one morning and there's two of these people and a portage on sleep.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_09]: When they're back back, so what do you got the backpack hand on?
- 31:56[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, you don't dare upset these people.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_09]: They're sleeping under bridges, and we're supposed to be in there working.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_18]: Mm-hmm.
- 32:03[UNKNOWN]: Let's put, I don't like angry man.
- 32:04[UNKNOWN]: We ought to call him the water town since the actual.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_17]: Well, what'd you do with the homeless people that were in the porta-potty?
- 32:13[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I didn't do one of them.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_09]: I called the door easy to walk the way.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_09]: You know, telling what they got in the backpack?
- 32:20[UNKNOWN]: What can you say?
- 32:21[UNKNOWN]: What can you do?
- 32:23[UNKNOWN]: Where do they go?
- 32:25[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_17]: Maybe they can all uh... I don't know what you do with them.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_17]: They're all over the place.
- 32:35[UNKNOWN]: Well you can't.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_09]: Well you're pretty angry today too.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know where I don't know where we're headed as a society.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_17]: I know who sell them.
- 33:05[UNKNOWN]: Why are they legal?
- 33:23[SPEAKER_17]: Well, yeah, and also, you know, with us, you can say, well, we're going to took your license, or we're going to suspend your license, and we got, oh, no, don't do that because we were brought up in that era, but they don't care after people you see driving don't have a license now.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_18]: And the guy that called about the kids today, hmm.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_09]: When was the last time anybody out there saw kids walking in the river with a fishing ball?
- 33:51[SPEAKER_17]: You don't, I don't know what to do and stay on inside playing video games, smoking weed, I don't know what they do.
- 33:57[UNKNOWN]: All right, that's all I got today, Mayor.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_17]: All right, thank you.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_17]: Okay, another angry person out there and there's a lot of them, there's a lot of them, I'm telling you, the world's going to held a hand basket.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_17]: Um, boy.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_17]: Well, yeah, he raised some interesting points as did the previous scholar.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_17]: uh... somebody checks in put these people on a barge take them in the middle of the ocean and dump them all you that's not kind you shouldn't want to kill people somebody else said i'm in favor of bumping up the mayor's salary and having a strong air form of government i agree you know he can't do that can't do you know who's going to get elected but you don't know who's going to get appointed either now and
- 34:50[SPEAKER_17]: At least there's some accountability.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_17]: There's nothing like being elected because you're accountable to the people.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_17]: And they, who spent all our time, you know, like they did with a planning board.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_17]: Well, we don't want them to have to be, you know, there's their recommendations shouldn't go to council because council are just, we're for half.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_17]: And the same thing, well, we gotta have dank because, you know, they can't do anything on their own.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_17]: And it's just like, come on, man.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_17]: But after duty on the air,
- 35:20[SPEAKER_14]: good off you know there's there's an easy answer to this electric bike deal because I've been dealing with this forever because I like to walk a couple miles every day mm-hmm if you confiscate the bike and then later on have an auction I'm not sure you can do that legally what you pass a lot that you can do it that's what you got to do I mean uh you can't have people right they're writing on the streets what do you mean you can't do it if you're driving your car they could do it
- 35:50[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, yeah.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_17]: Well, I think you got a point there.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_17]: Maybe we should just take them.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_17]: What are they going to do?
- 35:56[SPEAKER_17]: Are they going to go to court?
- 35:57[SPEAKER_17]: They don't have the money to go to court.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_14]: All right.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_17]: Take the bikes and give them.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_14]: You know, they're going to weigh you.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_14]: Look at the guy on the square that just drove through and then had the nerve enough to blame the driver.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_17]: And you know for the driver, it's very traumatic.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, you know, you don't like to hit anybody in your worried.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_17]: You know, for a bit, they get, you know, one of the Syracuse attorneys that are advertising.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_14]: But, you know, it's just like in the wintertime with a writing a bunch of the middle of the road and they're snowing a slippery and, you know, whatever.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_14]: And it's, of course, it's always the driver's fault because that's where the money is.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_14]: You know, there comes a point where you finally should look and say, wait a minute, we've gone too far with this stuff.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_17]: Well, yeah, why would you write tickets to people who can't pony up cash?
- 36:54[SPEAKER_17]: You know, they publish not just the number of tickets, but how much a lot of these towns that have a choice section of interstate in them get around the state, like Premier League or someplace like that.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_17]: And in some parts of the state, it's a huge revenue stream.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_17]: Anybody who thinks it's anything other than a money grab is crazy.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_14]: I started saying this, and you know this for about forty years ago, or thirty years ago, I said, you can't take away the power from the people that were elected and give it to bureaucrats.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_17]: And then everybody, you know, we got to have consistency in government, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_17]: I don't have professionals in there, and you don't know who they're looking for.
- 37:36[UNKNOWN]: We're going to have professionals in there, and
- 37:41[SPEAKER_17]: and ends up costing you more money what's happened over the years have cancha cost your more money in the end i mean look at this thing i was reading yesterday i was reading you know there was that case were only try to get the uh... ethics things suppressed or something in state supreme court and i was reading the affirmation that the city manager had to had to sign uh... i wouldn't sign an affirmation against the interest of my boss but some people
- 38:12[SPEAKER_17]: they figure they got them on the ropes they can do what they want but just the preparation of that affirmation was probably several hundred dollars at least for what because it has to be in a packet of evidence for you know your submissions or something I mean that's just one example of the money being spent right now
- 38:31[SPEAKER_17]: on on nonsense and we don't even know because then they've redact the billing records and they won't tell you they just they open you know this foil thing freedom of information they just openly say we're not going to show it to you even if you're elected official they openly say right yes and if elected officials should not have to file a foil and in here on being when you tried to fight something like that I'd be half of the people
- 38:59[SPEAKER_17]: then they got some issues and it's even worse in the education system you know that by now I would I would guess well yeah and then they do what they started to only you know that one of the dirty techniques is you know you get a you know the police like they did and complain and then
- 39:17[SPEAKER_17]: Then you can go around and spread the rumor.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_17]: There's a criminal investigation about Steve Joffony, you know, and oh my God, and you know, you used to be that you would get the media all worked up in a follow up much anymore, but, you know, it sounds good.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_17]: It's like this thing now with Brennan and Komi.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_17]: They say, oh, there's a criminal.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_17]: No, who cares?
- 39:39[SPEAKER_17]: But it sounds good.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_17]: They talk about it on Fox a lot.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_17]: So, yeah, the whole thing is, the whole thing is crooked.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_14]: There's a, and it's sad that they get in a position where there's a, uh, we're helpless, but are we really?
- 39:58[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 40:01[SPEAKER_14]: You know, then wonder.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_17]: Exactly.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_14]: But the same, the same people that are protesting, what's going on with the federal government are the same people that enacted all the stuff that the safe guarded, uh, their side.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know, it's hard to say.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, it's just like that.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_14]: It's just like the people that are behind the blame Trump for the weather, you know.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_17]: Exactly.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_14]: Exactly.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_14]: The Texas deal, the Texas deal.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_14]: And then the stuff they're saying from that side is awful.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_14]: I just can't believe people I got that would sit there and take joy in the fact that the children were died in the flood.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_17]: Mm-hmm.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, it's terrible, yeah.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_17]: Okay, well, listen, I got a run, all right.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, do some commercials, make some money.

- 45:42[SPEAKER_15]: But it's come to the point where I have no choice.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_15]: So basically, I have a seven, eight costs of action that I don't want to go through a mall again right now.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_15]: But like, in September, everybody will look for a letter coming to them to join this class action suit.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_15]: We can be anybody that the dog owner for the
- 46:01[SPEAKER_15]: right right but listen we aren't going to talk about it when you find it every time I'm ready to sue the city all of a sudden I'm going to wait for the winner and counsel's changing over and it's like well as the new council do it why not just let the new council do it so I mean I'm just trying
- 46:26[SPEAKER_15]: Oh my god.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_15]: I don't want to, you know, pay attention then this is what's gonna happen.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_15]: It's actually, but I don't know that other subject is over to do it.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_15]: You know, you're not even.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_15]: You know, you're not even.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_17]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I come over there once in a while
- 46:54[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, I don't even know who sells them.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know, it's probably on that side, though.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, maybe I'll take fan doozy on my way home.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know, maybe I should.
- 47:03[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_15]: But actually, that's the revolution, man.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_15]: People will be able to live a revolution, I guess.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_17]: Well, the fact that there are electric is not the issue.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_17]: The fact is that they're recklessly driven around town.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_15]: Well, great.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_15]: I agree too.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, if people need to pay attention what they're doing, or the get killed.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_17]: But you know, they're always, you know, it's automatic.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_17]: And then when that happens, no matter how much the e-bike person was at fault, the driver's going to get blamed because the driver has insurance.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_17]: The e-bike driver has none.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_17]: None.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_15]: Not a. Yeah.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_15]: I got a ticket and I went to court and they threw the ticket out because it wasn't my fault.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_15]: The other guy was driving the ticket.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_17]: That's fine.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I mean,
- 47:52[SPEAKER_15]: But if they don't have money, I usually don't play a buddy of the food, so that's my problem.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know how you saw them.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know, I start bustin' a few of them.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_15]: Apparently they're legal, but I don't know.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know many that I've known many pedipods in my life, but the ones I knew was something was off for the person.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_15]: Later in life, I found out they were arrested for that, and I was like, okay.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_17]: Well, you don't know what's going on at what went on over there.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_17]: And you don't know until you get there.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_15]: And it's all just because this Trump's, you know, there's a case in Florida that you can read that the thirteen-year-old girl testified to Trump raping her.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_15]: And you guys just, I told you about that before he's elected, but nobody wants to believe it because it's itky and it is itky, but it doesn't make it less true.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_17]: You're the only person who shops that story, even like, you know, Adam Schiff, I haven't heard him say it, or anybody.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_15]: Take a second and look at me.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_15]: run to Santa's when he thought he was going to be president really at least these uh uh corporate papers in for it or he signed a paper to release them and then when it didn't work out he was too late for him to stop it so they all went out and it has all right all right all right who cares hey just sell your house shut just sell your house now yeah but I mean it doesn't people look at the house you have an offer yes usually houses don't fit for it
- 49:19[SPEAKER_15]: two weeks and not and so I think people can even go like a little out you know I'm not even done with all the stuff I want to do so I'm not even stress I'll please sell it come on I can use my house for another year because I'm going to have to be coming back for court cases and all that stuff so and you know I don't mind coming back for summer whatever but
- 49:45[SPEAKER_15]: You know, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh
- 50:15[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_13]: I think there's somebody to get sober on a electric white tie to skate it.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_13]: And these homeless people tie to skate their shopping cards and stuff like that.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_13]: Make it difficult for them.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_13]: And when you arrest them, keep them locked up.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_13]: Don't just give them an appearance to get knock them up.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_13]: Make it difficult for them.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_17]: Lock them up.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_17]: All right.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_13]: on the health of this close business.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_13]: They come home and sheltered outside the city.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_13]: Don't run around the city.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_13]: Kill them out of the city.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_17]: Right.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_17]: Well, they're going to be right there on Maine Avenue pretty soon.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_17]: You know, that was suck.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, I would take them up to dry health.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_17]: Don't you remember when that was Wilbur's discount city, or then it was the California brew pod, and all that, now it's going to be a bunch of bombs.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_13]: I remember and you talked about we don't have badges in what yeah we do but it's lower scale and sub right we'll different and it used to be but all right okay
- 51:30[SPEAKER_17]: All right, thank you, man.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, nobody parties anymore.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_17]: Not like the old days.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_17]: I don't even think you can get a keg of beer in them.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_17]: You still even like Goldstar Deli a place like that.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_17]: You go in and get a keg.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_17]: They haven't the cooler.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_17]: You can't get that.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_17]: You can't get beer balls anymore.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_17]: There is none of that stuff.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_17]: Can you imagine trying to go to West Coast Beach with a beer ball?
- 51:46[SPEAKER_17]: They'd have twenty seven troopers on top here or something in our restaurant.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_17]: Coffee and stuff here and all of that.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_17]: And then they'd have time home and come by and you disappear, right?
- 51:56[SPEAKER_17]: Is that what he does?
- 51:57[SPEAKER_17]: He makes people disappear.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_17]: That's what the Democrats are saying.

- 55:55[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_17]: Well, sorts of interesting things in the news.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_17]: You know, there's a lot of things that just happen that... Like we were saying, you got to get your news where you get your news.
