- 0:04Speaker 1: Hey everybody, welcome back and it's Drama Darling.
- 0:19Speaker 2: I'm your host, Amy Philpott. And look who's here, Deanna Chang.
- 0:29Speaker 2: And we're going to be talking about The Real Housewives
- 0:32Speaker 2: Ultimate Girls Trip and a little dish. Deanna, may I
- 0:35Speaker 2: welcome you into a little bit of an updated studio
- 0:37Speaker 2: look over here for me?
- 0:39Speaker 3: Amy, it's looking profesh, gorgiosity, kitschy, fun, energetic, exciting.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Wow.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:49Speaker 2: This is great. And it's not even fully finished yet.
- 0:51Speaker 2: I feel like, I mean, the main part's done. I mean,
- 0:54Speaker 2: we have shelves in the background. If you're watching this
- 0:56Speaker 2: on Patreon, thank you, because you guys have had a
- 0:59Speaker 2: lot to do with this background, I have to say.
- 1:01Speaker 2: And I want to mention a couple shout-outs to some
- 1:04Speaker 2: darlings whose work and gifts are on the shelves. So,
- 1:09Speaker 2: as you can see, the Drama Darling sign, the original,
- 1:13Speaker 2: gifted to me by one Emily Derizas. Thank you, Emily. Oh.
- 1:17Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Isn't it amazing? That's sweet. No, it's amazing. Now, below,
- 1:21Speaker 2: we have a welcome in, darlings. That neon sign was
- 1:24Speaker 2: gifted to me by Amy Powers, who is a sugar
- 1:27Speaker 2: darling of the show on Patreon.
- 1:30Speaker 1: And.
- 1:31Speaker 2: No big deal.
- 1:32Speaker 3: She's also a Montage Queen client.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:35Speaker 3: No big deal.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Listen, you just have to say what she is, okay?
- 1:39Speaker 2: That's what we're going to say. We're going to call
- 1:40Speaker 2: it out.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Thank you for that. And then I've got this, like, charcuterie, like,
- 1:46Speaker 2: cheese board... It looks kind of like a paddle. It's
- 1:49Speaker 2: a wooden board, and it's got Drama Darling etched in it.
- 1:52Speaker 2: That is from Tracy Quinn McLennan, and her husband does etching,
- 1:58Speaker 2: and she gifted me that.
- 1:59Speaker 3: Wow.
- 2:00Speaker 2: I know.
- 2:00Speaker 3: That is so cool.
- 2:01Speaker 2: As I'm ducking down, showing you what I've got here.
- 2:04Speaker 2: I've got my cookbook. I've got an old radio. I've
- 2:06Speaker 2: got an old microphone. I've got a vintage shelf. And then,
- 2:09Speaker 2: of course, up on the top, we do have a
- 2:12Speaker 2: wig cam. Can we go for the wig cam?
- 2:14Speaker 4: Okay.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Good.
- 2:16Speaker 2: We have.
- 2:18Speaker 4: good yeah important today's wig is um it's kyle slash
- 2:26Speaker 4: lisa it's.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Great to have kyle's great to have lisa current fresh
- 2:30Speaker 3: you know right on time right on topic it also
- 2:34Speaker 3: is giving me a teensy bit of.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Oh yes in fact i'm trying to i'm wondering if
- 2:40Speaker 2: this was her wig no no this is a newer
- 2:42Speaker 2: wig um I mean, I've recycled wigs over the years,
- 2:46Speaker 2: but no, this is definitely a Kyle wig. The Lisa
- 2:50Speaker 2: wig I have is actually a little more on the
- 2:54Speaker 2: reddish side. No, believe it or not. Because it's straighter
- 2:58Speaker 2: and it's really glossy and she loves that. Kira stays.
- 3:03Speaker 2: So it's the glossiest wig I could get. But we
- 3:08Speaker 2: went with this one today. And I don't know if
- 3:11Speaker 2: you noticed, Deanna, but I did throw a little bit
- 3:13Speaker 2: of turquoise around the neck of that wig stand.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Amy, I gotta, listen, I have to get my act
- 3:19Speaker 3: together because I'm missing some details here. And thank you.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 3:23Speaker 2: No, you're welcome. Thank you for being here for some
- 3:27Speaker 2: of the new additions. And I'm excited.
- 3:30Speaker 3: We needed it.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I need it. We need it. And some more
- 3:34Speaker 2: things to come, of course. But let's start, Deanna, because
- 3:39Speaker 2: we have a little bit of dish to discuss. So
- 3:41Speaker 2: let's get into some dish. Serving dish. I haven't even
- 3:46Speaker 2: talked about the Lindsay Clancy trial verdict because of the
- 3:50Speaker 2: Labor Day weekend. And things were left askew on Friday,
- 3:55Speaker 2: which was just such a tumultuous experience for those who
- 4:00Speaker 2: were watching live. And truly, truly, truly, it was a
- 4:05Speaker 2: nail biter. You know, we thought we had a verdict, but,
- 4:08Speaker 2: you know, this jury came back in. I mean, they
- 4:12Speaker 2: sent them out two times. And at that point, Judge Sullivan, ultimately,
- 4:19Speaker 2: after finding out that there was one juror member who
- 4:23Speaker 2: was not following the law, not that they weren't, like,
- 4:29Speaker 2: They can have their opinion. Obviously, they can have their vote,
- 4:31Speaker 2: their opinion. That's all fine. But they were, to our understanding,
- 4:37Speaker 2: this person understood that, believed that there was reasonable doubt,
- 4:43Speaker 2: but was still going to vote guilty. And so that
- 4:48Speaker 2: was going against the instructions based on what he believes.
- 4:53Speaker 2: So Kevin Reddington, the defense attorney, requested a stay. and
- 4:58Speaker 2: got the Supreme Court judge to see if he could
- 5:02Speaker 2: get a stay and then potentially override Judge Sullivan's not
- 5:07Speaker 2: replacing the juror. He wanted to get this juror replaced,
- 5:09Speaker 2: but ultimately the Supreme Court judge did not do that.
- 5:13Speaker 2: They went back in and Judge Sullivan declared it a mistrial.
- 5:16Speaker 2: It was 11 votes of the jury to one vote
- 5:20Speaker 2: with there being a total of 12 votes. And We
- 5:24Speaker 2: believe now I understand because Sullivan was on Good Morning
- 5:27Speaker 2: America and he made it very clear once they asked
- 5:30Speaker 2: the question, it was not guilty by reason of insanity.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I thought it was just not guilty that they were
- 5:36Speaker 2: going to vote. But in fact, from Sullivan's mouth this morning,
- 5:41Speaker 2: it was not guilty by reason of insanity.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Wow.
- 5:44Speaker 2: And then there was the one juror who did not
- 5:46Speaker 2: vote that. So mistrial. That's where we landed. It's very frustrating,
- 5:51Speaker 2: I think, for everybody.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:53Speaker 2: So from here, we're just going to have to see
- 5:56Speaker 2: what happens. We will be following it.
- 6:02Speaker 3: When there's a mistrial, I just feel the weight of
- 6:07Speaker 3: that for these lawyers. There's something, of course, the people involved, obviously,
- 6:11Speaker 3: as well. But in general, just you fight, you have
- 6:15Speaker 3: your plan together, you give everything. It's hard to give
- 6:18Speaker 3: everything multiple times.
- 6:21Speaker 2: It is, because it takes away from... The spontaneity and
- 6:25Speaker 2: the charisma that you have the first time, not to mention,
- 6:30Speaker 2: you know, having to go over stuff again and again
- 6:34Speaker 2: when you have to bring other people back who aren't
- 6:36Speaker 2: professional witnesses all the time. So then you're relying on
- 6:41Speaker 2: them to redo their testimony and it takes away from
- 6:44Speaker 2: the authenticity. But, you know, they could get other experts
- 6:48Speaker 2: in there. But I mean, you're still going to have
- 6:50Speaker 2: to hear from everybody that was involved in the case.
- 6:52Speaker 2: but also the jurors, you know, I mean, that was
- 6:54Speaker 2: two months of their time. I served one month of
- 6:59Speaker 2: jury duty and that would have been, and we weren't
- 7:02Speaker 2: even doing like a full straight up, like guilty or
- 7:05Speaker 2: not guilty. It was an indictment, two indictments. We did
- 7:08Speaker 2: two cases and we all did agree both times, but
- 7:11Speaker 2: it wasn't unanimous. We came up with a verdict based
- 7:16Speaker 2: on the indictment, wanting to indict or not wanting to indict.
- 7:21Speaker 2: We came up with one. But it wasn't unanimous the
- 7:24Speaker 2: first time. The second one was, but the first time wasn't. So,
- 7:28Speaker 2: you know, but it still went through to indictment because
- 7:30Speaker 2: with indictments, you don't need a unanimous decision. It's just
- 7:35Speaker 2: so crazy. You feel bad for the jurors and all in.
- 7:39Speaker 3: It's really hard.
- 7:40Speaker 4: It is.
- 7:41Speaker 2: It is a nightmare. But thanks, everybody, for supporting our
- 7:44Speaker 2: discussion on it from the beginning. And we'll continue to
- 7:47Speaker 2: as time goes on. Now, in other news, we just
- 7:51Speaker 2: have a couple of things here. We've got some breaking
- 7:54Speaker 2: news that Maura Higgins and Rob Rausch have just been
- 7:58Speaker 2: announced as the host of Get Me Out of Here,
- 8:01Speaker 2: which is a reboot of I'm a Celebrity Get Me
- 8:05Speaker 2: Out of Here. And that series is going to air
- 8:07Speaker 2: on Peacock. Simply get me out of here.
- 8:10Speaker 3: I don't want to be here. Get me out of here.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Next season, it will just be called Get Me Out
- 8:15Speaker 2: of Here. And then further on, it'll just be out.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Here.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Here.
- 8:21Speaker 3: I like that. That's cute. I feel, you know, something
- 8:25Speaker 3: like that happens and you're like, well, we did that.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:30Speaker 2: That's a good point.
- 8:31Speaker 3: You're welcome.
- 8:32Speaker 2: It started in Love Island. It continued with the Birkin.
- 8:36Speaker 2: And now, look, we have these two hosts that are
- 8:39Speaker 2: just ripe for the pickin'. Chemistry and all that.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Mm-hmm. Mr. Rob, you know, I've got a million and
- 8:47Speaker 3: one feelings about Robert, but he really acted like he
- 8:52Speaker 3: was going to take his winnings and dip out back
- 8:58Speaker 3: to the countryside.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Oh my God. Right.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Right.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:04Speaker 3: This was his last hurrah. The last we were going
- 9:06Speaker 3: to see of him.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Interesting. But he went and said yes to this opportunity.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I think we all call that bluff. That's for sure.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Listen, I believe almost everything in the moment. And then,
- 9:22Speaker 3: you know.
- 9:22Speaker 2: It unfolds.
- 9:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:25Speaker 2: You know, here's the other thing. Like once that show
- 9:28Speaker 2: aired with Rob, we all were exposed to the fact
- 9:31Speaker 2: that he's from a really rich family. And he's got
- 9:35Speaker 2: a lot of very artistic talents. you know important parents
- 9:42Speaker 2: and like has lived quite the life he's not just
- 9:44Speaker 2: a farm boy in suspenders you know no i mean
- 9:47Speaker 2: overalls so right i don't think he was ever really
- 9:51Speaker 2: planning on heading back to the countryside.
- 9:54Speaker 3: You know i believed him he did at least six
- 9:59Speaker 3: months ago have a girlfriend. Very pretty. They look great together.
- 10:05Speaker 3: We'll see. I don't know. You know, obviously I'm keeping
- 10:08Speaker 3: up apparently. You know, more than one would suspect, one
- 10:13Speaker 3: being me. I'm shocked that I'm keeping up.
- 10:17Speaker 2: I don't mind that he's still in the spotlight. I
- 10:19Speaker 2: like him. Do you?
- 10:22Speaker 3: He makes me mad, but that's not his problem, you know?
- 10:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:27Speaker 2: It's not his problem. It's also not your problem, but
- 10:32Speaker 2: it's your opinion, and I think it's important to call
- 10:35Speaker 2: that out.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Yeah. He makes me mad because I do think he's sexist.
- 10:42Speaker 3: In addition, he works his system so well. and it's
- 10:49Speaker 3: part of the patriarchy, and it bugs me. But do
- 10:52Speaker 3: I think he's good TV? Do I think he's very attractive?
- 10:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I can agree on those things. Now, I'd like to
- 11:00Speaker 2: bounce over to Phaedra and CT as we're discussing, you know,
- 11:05Speaker 2: that of Love Island, but heading into Traitors. They are
- 11:10Speaker 2: out and about, and Phaedra, essentially, on the Jeff Lewis
- 11:14Speaker 2: live show on SiriusXM, confirmed that she was in a
- 11:18Speaker 2: relationship with CT, and now they're just out and about.
- 11:22Speaker 2: They were on the Emmys carpet together. So, I mean,
- 11:27Speaker 2: we were talking about this in the Drama Darling text thread,
- 11:31Speaker 2: and my opinion is that this is just an old-school
- 11:36Speaker 2: Hollywood PR trick. Oh, Amy. And, you know, with traitors
- 11:42Speaker 2: on the horizon of airing things, Premiering next week, these
- 11:48Speaker 2: guys just happened to be announcing their relationship to the world.
- 11:52Speaker 2: And I said what I said. What do you say?
- 11:56Speaker 3: It's hard. I really like them together. Heather McMahon got
- 12:01Speaker 3: on the horn and she shared on Instagram, comedian Heather McMahon,
- 12:06Speaker 3: that she saw them at the Emmys and they couldn't
- 12:09Speaker 3: have been more loved up and adorable.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Oh, sure.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I mean, they know how to do it.
- 12:16Speaker 3: I also saw that he posted something weeks ago, like
- 12:23Speaker 3: five weeks ago. And Phaedra was in there with hearts
- 12:27Speaker 3: in the comment.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Sure.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Of course she was. I mean, they're working overtime. I'm sorry.
- 12:33Speaker 2: I think that it's bullshit. But I do think that.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Do I think that they're probably hooking up?
- 12:39Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 12:40Speaker 2: I mean, I think they're probably leaning into it. But
- 12:44Speaker 2: I don't think it's something that they like organically made happen.
- 12:49Speaker 2: I think it was a discussion.
- 12:52Speaker 3: They had great chemistry. I agree.
- 12:56Speaker 2: But I think that that chemistry could have easily been
- 12:59Speaker 2: left on the traders grounds and then they moved on.
- 13:03Speaker 2: But I think like they were going to move on.
- 13:05Speaker 2: And the next thing you know, someone had a good idea.
- 13:08Speaker 2: for them to do this. Also, can we dig in
- 13:10Speaker 2: a little to what the thread, the drama darling thread
- 13:14Speaker 2: enlightened us on, which is that CT has two ex-wives
- 13:19Speaker 2: and he's not paying like child support allegedly or alimony or.
- 13:24Speaker 3: Some sort of money? I saw someone like sign the papers,
- 13:28Speaker 3: you know, I think I missed this whole section of
- 13:31Speaker 3: our thread, but If you need anyone to help you
- 13:36Speaker 3: through these nuts and bolts, it's a lawyer, you know?
- 13:40Speaker 3: So Phaedra's the right gal.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Everybody knows. Everybody knows. But here's the thing. She wouldn't
- 13:45Speaker 2: be dealing with, like, a deadbeat dad. That's not her style.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Why not?
- 13:50Speaker 3: It isn't? She was dealing with a criminal. I think
- 13:54Speaker 3: it is her style.
- 13:57Speaker 2: I'm a criminal. That's my Eminem. So for those of
- 14:01Speaker 2: you who are... Into Eminem. Well, here's the thing. Like,
- 14:07Speaker 2: I think she was, but now I don't think she...
- 14:10Speaker 2: Everybody knows she doesn't have the time to deal with
- 14:12Speaker 2: that now. She's not going to do it now, is she? Yeah, no.
- 14:15Speaker 2: She always liked the bad boy.
- 14:17Speaker 3: It's not easy to untangle yourself from these, you know, marriages.
- 14:22Speaker 3: And I'm going to stand firmly in the camp of,
- 14:27Speaker 3: I think they're really cute together. I think they make
- 14:30Speaker 3: sense to me.
- 14:31Speaker 4: And....
- 14:35Speaker 3: I'm open to it being completely organic and non-trader related
- 14:43Speaker 3: in terms of the release. But you make a lot
- 14:46Speaker 3: of good points, Amy.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Thank you. And for you, I'm here for the passion
- 14:54Speaker 2: and the support of CT and Phaedra. And she looks stunning.
- 14:59Speaker 2: We have some gorgeous pictures that she posted. of them
- 15:03Speaker 2: on taking some portraits. Now, the hand on her, like
- 15:08Speaker 2: she's posing, and I was like, the hand looks like
- 15:10Speaker 2: she's covering like the middle of her butt, you know?
- 15:16Speaker 2: And I just feel like they should have perhaps moved
- 15:18Speaker 2: her hand over a little. That's just if I'm really,
- 15:20Speaker 2: because it just looks like she's like covering crack, that's all.
- 15:24Speaker 2: So just move it over a little bit. But they
- 15:26Speaker 2: look stunning. Love the dress.
- 15:29Speaker 3: They look great.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
- 15:30Speaker 3: So they also look alike, which is cute. You know,
- 15:35Speaker 3: they have similar features and they have a similar look.
- 15:39Speaker 2: I feel like they both have dimples.
- 15:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:41Speaker 3: They both have like almost like cabbage patch faces. You know,
- 15:45Speaker 3: they both have like these really cute faces and they
- 15:50Speaker 3: go together. Stop.
- 15:52Speaker 2: That's hilarious. That's so funny. Well, you know who else
- 15:57Speaker 2: is together? Apparently Heather Gaye. has a new boyfriend and
- 16:02Speaker 2: his name is Trip. And I saw this on Reality
- 16:05Speaker 2: Blurb that she is confirming that she's in love ahead
- 16:09Speaker 2: of the Salt Lake City debut, which is coming out
- 16:13Speaker 2: next week. But we got a swipe through and I
- 16:17Speaker 2: had a jump scare of him because I immediately thought
- 16:20Speaker 2: it was Brooks, like Vicky's Brooks. And I, I am quickly.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Can you imagine? I mean, could you imagine?
- 16:29Speaker 2: You never know.
- 16:30Speaker 3: Anything.
- 16:31Speaker 4: Look.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Between bringing us someone we don't want to get our
- 16:36Speaker 3: eyes on and how she's acting on this Ultimate Girls Trip,
- 16:41Speaker 3: I need, like, Salt Lake City coming out, I need
- 16:45Speaker 3: a break from Heather.
- 16:46Speaker 2: Oh. Yeah. Wow. You mean it hasn't been long enough
- 16:51Speaker 2: of a break?
- 16:52Speaker 3: No, because how she's inserting herself. When we got the
- 16:56Speaker 3: preview for the next episode of Ultimate Girls Trip and
- 16:59Speaker 3: I see Heather- Yeah.
- 17:01Speaker 2: You need a break from her now, like right now,
- 17:03Speaker 2: because she's an icy. Oh, that's not going to work out.
- 17:08Speaker 3: Hold your guy to the side. Let me get there
- 17:10Speaker 3: when I get there. Get off of Ultimate Girls Trip,
- 17:13Speaker 3: you thirsty hoe. And I'll see you when I see you.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Oh my God. Look at the wig cam. She is stunned.
- 17:24Speaker 2: She is absolutely stunned. Deanna Chang, serving dish.
- 17:29Speaker 3: A little credit, the wig angle I cannot see the
- 17:33Speaker 3: turquoise just so you know so I do feel better
- 17:36Speaker 3: that I wasn't able to clock it from this distance
- 17:39Speaker 3: oh guess what shrouded in mystery.
- 17:41Speaker 4: It's not it's not in the wig cam okay good
- 17:45Speaker 4: okay so it's I didn't have the idea don't tell them.
- 17:49Speaker 3: The secrets don't tell them the secrets.
- 17:52Speaker 2: But do you see it now she she was late
- 17:55Speaker 2: and she had that idea to put turquoise on at
- 17:57Speaker 2: the last minute So if you look to your upper
- 18:01Speaker 2: right-hand corner, it would be my stage. Well, maybe it's
- 18:05Speaker 2: your left.
- 18:05Speaker 3: It's my left.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Okay. So stage left.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Stage left.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Stage left. Do you see the turquoise hanging down?
- 18:13Speaker 3: Oh, God, yes.
- 18:14Speaker 2: God, yes.
- 18:15Speaker 3: I just wanted to share why I hadn't seen it
- 18:18Speaker 3: in the close-up. Okay.
- 18:20Speaker 2: And thank you for clarifying that because I think that
- 18:22Speaker 2: people were probably wondering as well.
- 18:25Speaker 3: Maybe.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Maybe.
- 18:26Speaker 3: You know, we've tackled, if we've done nothing else on
- 18:28Speaker 3: this day, we have tackled that. God damn it.
- 18:32Speaker 2: But the WIC cam, it's the first day out of
- 18:33Speaker 2: the gates. You know what I mean? And I'm doing
- 18:36Speaker 2: the best I can.
- 18:37Speaker 3: That's not your choice. Yeah.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Okay. I am excited.
- 18:44Speaker 3: There's so many things that it was like not jam-packed,
- 18:49Speaker 3: meanwhile jam-packed. Do you know what I mean?
- 18:52Speaker 2: This episode for me. Oh, it was insane. Insane. I mean,
- 18:55Speaker 2: it was back to back. Let's go.
- 18:57Speaker 3: Okay, great.
- 19:00Speaker 2: I mean, this was like a who's who, you know,
- 19:03Speaker 2: just a turnstile of housewives. And I mean, I couldn't
- 19:09Speaker 2: get enough. The next thing you know, I'm like looking
- 19:11Speaker 2: at Lisa Wu and NeNe having some beef. And you
- 19:14Speaker 2: know what I thought? I thought, good for them. They're
- 19:19Speaker 2: They're kicking up some dirt and they're doing it on purpose.
- 19:23Speaker 2: And I am here for that. I saw what I
- 19:26Speaker 2: saw as a housewives expert. And I feel like I
- 19:29Speaker 2: can weigh in on this with an ultimate girls trip
- 19:32Speaker 2: 20th where everyone's together and we haven't seen Lisa Wu
- 19:36Speaker 2: and God knows how long. I saw NeNe handing her
- 19:41Speaker 2: a gift. I saw her being like, hey, take a
- 19:45Speaker 2: slice of peach. Let's see what we can do with it.
- 19:49Speaker 2: I'm going to, to see if I have a problem
- 19:51Speaker 2: with you. Oh, look, I do. And you're going to
- 19:54Speaker 2: see if you have a problem with me. Oh, yeah,
- 19:56Speaker 2: you do. Let's kind of hash it out a little
- 19:59Speaker 2: bit and move on. Let's just throw it there. Let's
- 20:01Speaker 2: put it in the ring. It was very like WWE, like,
- 20:08Speaker 2: the big wrestling events that they have, you know, I'm sorry.
- 20:11Speaker 2: My husband is very much into it.
- 20:14Speaker 3: No, that is the, um, okay. That was not me burping.
- 20:17Speaker 3: That was my dog.
- 20:18Speaker 2: If you heard that, um, so cute.
- 20:21Speaker 3: Um, that is what Rinna said on her way out.
- 20:24Speaker 3: She's like, this is like wrestling.
- 20:26Speaker 2: She sure did. I'm the villain.
- 20:29Speaker 3: You know, Amy, I'm feeling like a real babe in
- 20:31Speaker 3: the woods here because I felt sorry for Lisa Woods,
- 20:35Speaker 3: Lisa Woods, Lisa Wu.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:38Speaker 3: And I was, because, okay, I do think that she
- 20:45Speaker 3: organically did not say Lisa Wu's name by accident. I
- 20:49Speaker 3: don't think, maybe she didn't see her.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Because Portia fixed it when she went up there.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Yes.
- 20:57Speaker 3: So I don't think that was orchestrated.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Maybe, maybe not. I'm not sure about that. But yeah,
- 21:03Speaker 2: I mean, I think it's a good point. I think it's,
- 21:05Speaker 2: I can't hang my wig on it. Let's say that.
- 21:08Speaker 3: OK, well, you know, I don't know. I thought, God,
- 21:13Speaker 3: we haven't seen Lisa in so long. She wants her
- 21:17Speaker 3: could do. And maybe you're right. Maybe it was a
- 21:21Speaker 3: little spar that maybe Lisa wasn't even in on that.
- 21:24Speaker 3: Nina was like, you want to get back in here?
- 21:26Speaker 3: This is how you do it.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe maybe she wasn't in on it, but she
- 21:31Speaker 2: sure had a lot of chutzpah. Behind that, you forgot.
- 21:36Speaker 2: You forgot me. Like, respect is due where respect is due. Respect, respect.
- 21:41Speaker 2: You know, I mean, like, so that's a lot for
- 21:44Speaker 2: her to come in after only doing two seasons and
- 21:47Speaker 2: coming in, like, 20 years later and being like, hello.
- 21:50Speaker 3: But I think it was, this is an Atlanta 20th reunion.
- 21:54Speaker 3: She doesn't come, she's only come to a few things
- 21:57Speaker 3: in the whole series, like, after she left. She showed
- 22:00Speaker 3: up once or twice, but... I love Lisa Wu. I
- 22:05Speaker 3: was so happy to see her. Am I boring you, Amy?
- 22:08Speaker 2: I'm so sorry.
- 22:09Speaker 3: Am I boring you?
- 22:14Speaker 2: Not at all.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Is that boredom that yawn? Do you want me to
- 22:18Speaker 3: change my point of view?
- 22:20Speaker 2: No, please don't. I think maybe it's the Lisa Wu
- 22:25Speaker 2: because it's like, no.
- 22:27Speaker 3: I'm joking. You don't give a who about the Wu
- 22:31Speaker 3: and that's fine.
- 22:34Speaker 2: I do.
- 22:35Speaker 3: I always liked her.
- 22:37Speaker 2: I do love Lisa Wu. No, I totally love Lisa Wu.
- 22:40Speaker 2: There's nothing.
- 22:41Speaker 3: So I think, listen, it's like hard for these old
- 22:44Speaker 3: timers that haven't been in the game. She's there. She's
- 22:48Speaker 3: getting one. She's getting one time for her could do.
- 22:53Speaker 3: And Nene doesn't.
- 22:55Speaker 2: Nene, who's badly doesn't say her name.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Yes.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Come on. So I agree. I think I'm going to go.
- 23:01Speaker 2: I like this because we're really working through it. I
- 23:04Speaker 2: do think that Nini forgot. And I think that when
- 23:07Speaker 2: Portia went up there, Portia was like, oh, this was
- 23:10Speaker 2: in the bullet points of what you were supposed to do.
- 23:13Speaker 2: And so then Nini was like, I said what I said.
- 23:16Speaker 2: I didn't say what you wanted me to say. I
- 23:19Speaker 2: didn't say what I didn't say.
- 23:22Speaker 3: That didn't happen.
- 23:24Speaker 2: I think you've got a great point. And then So
- 23:27Speaker 2: you think that maybe if we're going to go down
- 23:29Speaker 2: the road of like peeking behind the curtain, just because
- 23:31Speaker 2: I think it's okay to do for this. I don't
- 23:33Speaker 2: always love to do it. I know you don't do it.
- 23:36Speaker 2: So I think it's okay to do in a 20th
- 23:38Speaker 2: like ultimate girls trip. Would you think, do you think
- 23:40Speaker 2: that Nini was like, oh, she's giving me something. I'm
- 23:43Speaker 2: going to give it back tenfold. And like, let's make
- 23:46Speaker 2: it a roaring 20s.
- 23:48Speaker 3: You know, Nini's also back only four seconds. So I
- 23:53Speaker 3: don't know. if she wanted it to go a certain way,
- 23:57Speaker 3: she made a boo-boo and she didn't want to be
- 23:59Speaker 3: called out on it. It was fixed. Shut the F up.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Like maybe I felt like that was Nene's energy and
- 24:05Speaker 3: I didn't think it was very generous and it bugged me, but.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Yeah, me too. That's why I, that's why I think
- 24:12Speaker 2: it was a setup because I don't think that Nene
- 24:15Speaker 2: would actually be that rude under these circumstances. You, do
- 24:19Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying? Like, I think that she's
- 24:21Speaker 2: there to have a good time. I think she's there to,
- 24:25Speaker 2: Her persona is not necessarily what it used to be.
- 24:29Speaker 2: But I think that she was like, OK, someone like
- 24:33Speaker 2: this is the game I used to play. And now
- 24:35Speaker 2: I'm going to just have some fun with it because
- 24:36Speaker 2: Lisa Wu could get on this show. Like, why wouldn't she?
- 24:40Speaker 2: Maybe they would do something crazy like bring NeNe Leakes
- 24:43Speaker 2: and Lisa Wu back. Like, how cool would that be?
- 24:45Speaker 3: Why wouldn't she? Why wouldn't she?
- 24:51Speaker 2: Why wouldn't she?
- 24:52Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Why?
- 24:54Speaker 3: Well, here's the other thing, and I do want to
- 24:56Speaker 3: add one last layer to this scenario because it felt,
- 24:59Speaker 3: and I felt it hard.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Oh.
- 25:01Speaker 3: Okay.
- 25:01Speaker 1: Oh, God.
- 25:02Speaker 4: What?
- 25:03Speaker 3: It's very difficult. Note to goddamn self, okay? I'm telling
- 25:08Speaker 3: myself this, and I would like you to sell yourself this, Amy.
- 25:11Speaker 3: If someone wants to reveal you, you know, it can
- 25:17Speaker 3: only happen one time. Having two nene... Oh, I see.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Did not work.
- 25:27Speaker 2: It's f * * * ing disgusting. No, it wasn't disgusting.
- 25:31Speaker 2: I'm sorry I said that. Tamara, stop. The wig seems
- 25:36Speaker 2: to think it was not appropriate either. And I do
- 25:41Speaker 2: not think it was the time or place because I
- 25:42Speaker 2: just thought like, why... Like, you obviously surprised everybody at
- 25:47Speaker 2: the drag brunch, and that was huge. It was so
- 25:50Speaker 2: big that let me remind all the darlings listening that
- 25:54Speaker 2: it moved Deanna to actual tears.
- 25:59Speaker 3: It was so complete. And so this felt like now
- 26:04Speaker 3: we're doing schtickla, you know? Right. And it's half of
- 26:07Speaker 3: them already saw you revealed, so they have to now
- 26:12Speaker 3: do a fake out a little bit. It just didn't work.
- 26:16Speaker 3: And it was fine. It just.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Maybe have all the Atlanta ladies come in on that.
- 26:23Speaker 2: It would have been kind of fun to see Kim
- 26:25Speaker 2: come in on that. Actually, Lisa Wu. Oh, my God.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Kim getting out of that car with a solo cup
- 26:32Speaker 2: was classic.
- 26:34Speaker 3: Now, that I knew was a plan. Yeah.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Now, that is a prop that, like, the production team
- 26:45Speaker 2: was like, do you have a red solo cup? And
- 26:48Speaker 2: she's like, I don't drink out of them anymore, bitch.
- 26:52Speaker 2: And they're like, okay, no problem. We've got one for
- 26:53Speaker 2: you just in case you forget. Do you have a cigarette?
- 26:57Speaker 1: No.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Okay. We'll bring one for you just in case.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Yeah. That little cigarette clutch out there was everything.
- 27:05Speaker 2: Oh my God. Why haven't Luann and Kim gone and
- 27:09Speaker 2: smoked together? Like Luann trying to Luann and Heather speaking French.
- 27:15Speaker 2: And then Heather being like, I don't like to smoke.
- 27:18Speaker 2: I don't like to smoke. And then Luann's like, come
- 27:20Speaker 2: on with me. And she just pulls Heather out there.
- 27:25Speaker 2: I'm like, are you crazy? Kim Z is right over there.
- 27:30Speaker 2: She's practically smoking in this place where you're not allowed
- 27:33Speaker 2: to smoke. Pull her.
- 27:34Speaker 3: Wait, no, but she hadn't. No, I think they saw
- 27:37Speaker 3: each other outside. Oh, did they? Yes, that's when Kim
- 27:41Speaker 3: Z came out with the solo cup and Luann was like, darling.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Right?
- 27:45Speaker 3: I think.
- 27:46Speaker 2: I think you might be right.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Whenever she had the solo cup, Lou was out there.
- 27:51Speaker 3: So I think it was during smoking. Unless he was
- 27:54Speaker 3: out there multiple times.
- 27:56Speaker 2: She may have been. She probably was out there multiple times.
- 27:58Speaker 2: And Kim was probably out there multiple times. And you're right.
- 28:00Speaker 2: They probably just ran out, ran into each other out there.
- 28:04Speaker 2: But I would have liked more time.
- 28:06Speaker 3: To your point, a Lou-Kim-Zolziak combo, we have not had
- 28:13Speaker 3: on any of these programs. And it is so important.
- 28:17Speaker 3: Like Kim being like, oh, my God, you're so fucking hot. Oh, God,
- 28:20Speaker 3: you're so hot. And, you know, it's two broads that.
- 28:27Speaker 2: From different hemispheres. I mean, we're talking North and South Pole. Yes.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Coming together.
- 28:34Speaker 3: And they're both giant broads. And it's just so right
- 28:40Speaker 3: to have them hit the town.
- 28:42Speaker 2: It's so right. Like, that is the thing. Like, they
- 28:45Speaker 2: do– they're polar opposites, but they could come together in
- 28:49Speaker 2: the best of ways of, like, a crappy lake. I
- 28:52Speaker 2: know that we paired up a lot of people for, like,
- 28:55Speaker 2: the next edition of a crappy lake, but Kim– I
- 28:59Speaker 2: would give everything.
- 29:01Speaker 3: Now, mind you, Kim will burn the city down at
- 29:05Speaker 3: some point. Like– And crimes will occur.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 29:09Speaker 2: I was going to say she'll she'll get a lot
- 29:11Speaker 2: of dings. And Lou might as well. Let's be real.
- 29:16Speaker 3: With the influence of a Zolziak, who knows what would happen?
- 29:20Speaker 2: Honestly. I mean, Kim might be on her best behavior
- 29:23Speaker 2: now because her son is in some big trouble.
- 29:26Speaker 4: Oh.
- 29:27Speaker 2: Or she might be trying to, you know. Just take
- 29:32Speaker 2: it out into the streets. See what she's got. But yeah,
- 29:36Speaker 2: it's possible that like the mashups here were wild and But,
- 29:40Speaker 2: you know, I do want to take a second and
- 29:43Speaker 2: talk about Vicky. I mean, she really was. Oh, my God.
- 29:48Speaker 2: As Luann said, she's a drip. A drip.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Such an old timey phrase.
- 29:56Speaker 2: It really is. And I appreciate that about Lou is
- 30:00Speaker 2: that she is going to hold strong to those old timey,
- 30:04Speaker 2: you know, lingos, language, if you will. It's not how to,
- 30:08Speaker 2: it's not, she needs how to be less old, but
- 30:11Speaker 2: I digress. So we have Vicky who's like on her own.
- 30:16Speaker 2: She is extremely like on the outskirts of this group.
- 30:20Speaker 2: And I mean, I'm going to have to go ahead
- 30:23Speaker 2: and blame her. I mean, you've got people who know
- 30:25Speaker 2: how to weave in and out. Why isn't she mixing
- 30:28Speaker 2: and mingling? Darlings, I have a nine-year-old daughter, baby daughter,
- 30:37Speaker 2: you know, and I swear one of my full-time jobs
- 30:39Speaker 2: is teaching her about money. Suddenly she's asking, can I
- 30:43Speaker 2: buy this? Oh, can you put this in the cart?
- 30:45Speaker 2: And how much does that cost? Well, I'm realizing these
- 30:49Speaker 2: little conversations are actually a really big deal. And I
- 30:52Speaker 2: want her to understand the value of saving, making smart choices,
- 30:57Speaker 2: and that money doesn't magically appear every time mom pulls
- 31:00Speaker 2: out a card. That's why I thought this was such
- 31:03Speaker 2: an interesting idea from Cash App. Cash App now offers
- 31:08Speaker 2: managed accounts for kids ages 6 to 12 that grow
- 31:11Speaker 2: with them all the way to adulthood, all with no
- 31:15Speaker 2: subscription fees because building money habits shouldn't cost extra. The
- 31:19Speaker 2: account runs through you, So you're not just watching from
- 31:21Speaker 2: the sidelines. You're actually in it with them. That's what
- 31:25Speaker 2: makes it a real teaching tool. Every time money comes
- 31:28Speaker 2: in or goes out, it's a chance to talk about
- 31:30Speaker 2: it together. You set spending limits and you can lock
- 31:33Speaker 2: or unlock their cash app Visa card anytime from your
- 31:37Speaker 2: own app. Automate their allowance and track the flow of
- 31:40Speaker 2: money in and out together. Kids can start building real
- 31:43Speaker 2: saving habits early by earning interest on savings. So when
- 31:47Speaker 2: you're explaining the difference between spending now versus saving for later,
- 31:52Speaker 2: they can actually see their money grow. Whether it's birthday
- 31:55Speaker 2: money from grandma, allowance for finally cleaning up their room
- 31:59Speaker 2: or feeding the cat, or saving up for something they really,
- 32:02Speaker 2: really want, you see it all and help guide the
- 32:05Speaker 2: decisions along the way. Their savings, habits, and history carry
- 32:09Speaker 2: forward every step of the way, From a parent-managed account
- 32:13Speaker 2: at six to a teen account at 13, oh my gosh, teen,
- 32:16Speaker 2: to a full account at 18, I'm not ready for
- 32:19Speaker 2: that yet. It's structured independence. I know we need to
- 32:22Speaker 2: do this, you guys. You know, they get real-life practice
- 32:25Speaker 2: with money and you're right there with them through every stage.
- 32:28Speaker 2: As a parent, I love anything that helps turn those
- 32:30Speaker 2: everyday money conversations into real-life lessons the easy way. And

- 33:39Speaker 3: Well, a couple things. First of all, she doesn't feel
- 33:43Speaker 3: like she looks good.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Okay.
- 33:45Speaker 2: Okay. That's a fair point.
- 33:47Speaker 3: That is the major thing. That's the number one thing
- 33:50Speaker 3: is that she's uncomfortable with the way she looks. She's
- 33:54Speaker 3: older than a lot of them. This is hard. Okay.
- 33:59Speaker 3: She doesn't have the, it's hard. It's not easy, but
- 34:06Speaker 3: it is such a psychological mirror that you know, she's
- 34:13Speaker 3: under the impression people should come up to her because
- 34:15Speaker 3: she's Vicky and she started it, right?
- 34:16Speaker 2: Yeah, right.
- 34:19Speaker 3: But she's got a weird wing on and she looks
- 34:21Speaker 3: like death, what is it? Death warmed over. Right. So
- 34:25Speaker 3: there's all that. It's not comfortable for her. Not to
- 34:29Speaker 3: the fullest extent of the law. Not that it's just
- 34:33Speaker 3: entire layers. But the number one thing is that I
- 34:36Speaker 3: think she looked bad. As Lisa said, There's a lot
- 34:42Speaker 3: that he can do as a blonde. Nothing she can
- 34:45Speaker 3: do as a brunette. Nothing.
- 34:47Speaker 2: Was that like the craziest and most amazing thing for
- 34:51Speaker 2: her to say on behalf of like all brunettes? And
- 34:56Speaker 2: also like kudos to blondes. But, you know, that was
- 34:59Speaker 2: a philosophy in and of itself. You know, that's why
- 35:03Speaker 2: you got to love Lisa Barlow. But I do agree
- 35:08Speaker 2: that if you don't feel like you look good, if
- 35:11Speaker 2: you don't look marvelous, you're not going to feel marvelous,
- 35:13Speaker 2: you know? And so I think that's part of it.
- 35:14Speaker 2: But also, we discussed this last week, and it's been
- 35:18Speaker 2: resonating with me ever since, Deanna, because, you know, you
- 35:22Speaker 2: have made the point that, like, you don't even think
- 35:25Speaker 2: Vicki wanted to come back. And this moment almost shows
- 35:29Speaker 2: me a little bit more of that side. It speaks
- 35:33Speaker 2: to that side. Whereas you've got Nene... Who's got two
- 35:37Speaker 2: big entrances? And she's ready to pick up the ball
- 35:40Speaker 2: and throw it to Lisa Wu at the drop of
- 35:43Speaker 2: a hat. So, like, she's in good shape, you know,
- 35:48Speaker 2: whereas in terms of, you know, the games you play.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Whereas Vicky, she was out of the game for a
- 35:52Speaker 2: while and she got to the point where maybe this
- 35:56Speaker 2: is not her, you know, vibe anymore.
- 35:59Speaker 3: It's not a fit. It really isn't. And how old
- 36:03Speaker 3: is Vicky? She's in her late 60s. I think she's
- 36:07Speaker 3: like 62. Is she only 62? Is she only 10
- 36:11Speaker 3: years older than us, Amy?
- 36:13Speaker 2: I think so. I don't know.
- 36:17Speaker 3: That doesn't feel right.
- 36:19Speaker 2: Okay. All right. So how old is she?
- 36:21Speaker 3: She's 64.
- 36:23Speaker 2: Okay.
- 36:24Speaker 3: She's acting older, quite frankly.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Yes, she is. And I probably act older than I
- 36:30Speaker 2: am too. In fact, I know I do. So I can't.
- 36:35Speaker 3: Are you kidding me, Amy?
- 36:38Speaker 2: Oh, I am not out in the streets at all.
- 36:41Speaker 2: I am like such a homebody. I do nothing anymore.
- 36:45Speaker 2: Like I have no get up and go right now.
- 36:48Speaker 2: It's all like about baby Georgia. You know, it's all
- 36:51Speaker 2: about trying to just get through to the next dinner and, um,
- 36:56Speaker 2: I don't know. I think that's going to change for me.
- 36:58Speaker 2: But that's where I am in my life right now.
- 37:01Speaker 3: That's fine. It's not about that, though, is why she
- 37:05Speaker 3: feels older. You know, listen, the game, this is a
- 37:09Speaker 3: hard game to play.
- 37:11Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 37:11Speaker 3: To be on camera, to have every second exposed, to
- 37:16Speaker 3: be around gorgeous women, most all who are younger. In fact,
- 37:22Speaker 3: I think Lou's still in her 50s. I think everyone's
- 37:26Speaker 3: younger than her by a decent amount.
- 37:29Speaker 2: You know, and like you said, it's a hard game.
- 37:32Speaker 2: And I think that's also part of it for Vicky.
- 37:35Speaker 2: This is, she's usually the center of attention. And if
- 37:40Speaker 2: she's not the center of attention, I don't know if
- 37:43Speaker 2: she has any other gear, right?
- 37:45Speaker 1: No.
- 37:45Speaker 2: So like, remember even just on the boat ride and
- 37:48Speaker 2: some of the other scenes they've had, she's overtaken other
- 37:51Speaker 2: people with her gimmicks. Because she's a star, you know?
- 37:57Speaker 2: So it's kind of like she doesn't really know how
- 38:00Speaker 2: to get to middle ground to like, you know, mingle,
- 38:06Speaker 2: mix and mingle and just chill.
- 38:08Speaker 3: She's not in her body, you know? And these, this,
- 38:12Speaker 3: this thought, I mean, I appreciate getting the thought process.
- 38:15Speaker 3: I look ugly. I mean, I appreciate it in that
- 38:19Speaker 3: it's painful, right? And it hurts. You know, I don't
- 38:23Speaker 3: want her to feel like that. I'm also saying to myself, God,
- 38:28Speaker 3: take a look at Vicky because if you're at a
- 38:32Speaker 3: party and you're feeling out to sea, it is your
- 38:36Speaker 3: responsibility to get in there.
- 38:39Speaker 2: That's a great lesson. I love that. And all it
- 38:43Speaker 2: takes is just going up to the bar, stand at
- 38:47Speaker 2: the bar. People are going to talk to you. It's
- 38:51Speaker 2: uncomfortable when you see that there are vignettes going around
- 38:54Speaker 2: and maybe she doesn't know where to go because you've got,
- 38:58Speaker 2: you know, you've got Heather and Lisa doing something. You've
- 39:01Speaker 2: got Portia and Giselle and she doesn't quite know where
- 39:05Speaker 2: she fits in. And like once you're on the sidelines
- 39:08Speaker 2: and you start to get comfortable, it's almost too late.
- 39:11Speaker 3: And, you know, as you're saying the names of people
- 39:14Speaker 3: are together, Giselle has her entire cast there essentially. So
- 39:19Speaker 3: does Portia. has a ton of Atlanta. We're in Atlanta.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Kyle's the queen of the whole thing. So she doesn't need,
- 39:27Speaker 3: she's she's the queen of the whole thing so she's
- 39:30Speaker 3: fine and then you have vicky really is alone you
- 39:35Speaker 3: know salt lake city is there for better for worse
- 39:38Speaker 3: but they're there for worse for worse yeah i mean
- 39:43Speaker 3: theresa's alone but this is such a nice speed for
- 39:46Speaker 3: theresa to just be at ease so she's.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Great point about Teresa she does have similarities to Vicky
- 39:54Speaker 2: because she is kind of independent she kind of marches
- 39:58Speaker 2: to the drum of her own beat and you know
- 40:02Speaker 2: she's kind of like but she even the way she
- 40:05Speaker 2: is is inserting herself when she needs to be like
- 40:08Speaker 2: she it's so important to her that Kenya was there
- 40:12Speaker 2: for her on the last ultimate girls trip she wants
- 40:14Speaker 2: to do the same for some lucky housewife this season
- 40:17Speaker 2: and Lisa Barlow is not Lou, is the one she chose.
- 40:22Speaker 2: So like she even went up in the middle of
- 40:24Speaker 2: that and she's like, are you so case? You know,
- 40:26Speaker 2: she's checking in. So, and she's probably one of the
- 40:30Speaker 2: quietest of the whole bunch, if not the quietest person.
- 40:35Speaker 3: So Lou is also without New York, but again.
- 40:39Speaker 2: Lou is a cabaret.
- 40:41Speaker 3: You know, she's, she's abroad.
- 40:44Speaker 2: She's everywhere. She's the Holy Spirit. She's in, she's everywhere. Yeah,
- 40:49Speaker 2: she is truly. But like, I have to say, when
- 40:53Speaker 2: we got that hot mic moment about like at the very,
- 40:57Speaker 2: very beginning of this episode, when it's like Lisa's like, oh,
- 41:01Speaker 2: you want to hug me? And Heather's like, who's your persona?
- 41:03Speaker 2: And she's like, a cowgirl. She's like, that's not an
- 41:06Speaker 2: alter ego. Once again, Lisa Barlow phones it in. And
- 41:09Speaker 2: I know we talked about this last week, but a
- 41:11Speaker 2: couple things. One, Heather's really going for the jugular immediately. However...
- 41:17Speaker 2: She's right. Lisa is phoning it in. I mean, like
- 41:19Speaker 2: this cow... We already talked about that, right?
- 41:21Speaker 3: So are a bunch of them. So is Mary. So
- 41:24Speaker 3: is Kyle. So is Teresa. A lot of them are
- 41:27Speaker 3: phoning it in.
- 41:27Speaker 2: Okay, but Lisa always phones it in. I mean, she
- 41:30Speaker 2: really does. She does. Except for her glam, which she
- 41:32Speaker 2: is very, you know, strict about, which is what made
- 41:36Speaker 2: her late for the airport. But we'll get back to
- 41:39Speaker 2: that in a second.
- 41:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 41:40Speaker 2: But when Lisa... And Kyle were talking because Lisa came
- 41:46Speaker 2: up to her and was like, are you OK? And
- 41:49Speaker 2: she's like, no, don't ask me if I'm OK, because
- 41:52Speaker 2: I'm going to cry. Like every time that Lisa is
- 41:56Speaker 2: asked if she's OK, she starts crying. And I do
- 41:58Speaker 2: love that about her. But they were side to side
- 42:01Speaker 2: and looking at each other. identical people the black Kyle
- 42:05Speaker 2: and Lisa yeah the black hair the black hat the
- 42:07Speaker 2: turquoise I was like I didn't even realize how similar
- 42:11Speaker 2: they actually looked until this week I could not believe.
- 42:13Speaker 3: It wow you know I see them so differently that
- 42:16Speaker 3: I have to go back and like put them side
- 42:18Speaker 3: by side.
- 42:19Speaker 2: There's one shot that will blow your mind when Lisa's
- 42:22Speaker 2: about like crying she like it's crazy Deanna it's so
- 42:26Speaker 2: funny I loved it anyway.
- 42:29Speaker 3: So that's fun Those little hawks are over on the
- 42:33Speaker 3: side watching Lisa about to tear up. I want to
- 42:38Speaker 3: give you my feeling on what's happening with Lisa and
- 42:42Speaker 3: these Salt Lakes.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Okay.
- 42:45Speaker 3: Okay. I was like, it got clear for me. I'm like,
- 42:49Speaker 3: this is Lisa is rushing a sorority her freshman year.
- 42:54Speaker 3: The sorority is the ultimate girls trip cast.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Oh.
- 42:59Speaker 3: And her high school enemies.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 43:03Speaker 3: Are showing up at the frat house or the sorority
- 43:07Speaker 3: house where the rush is taking place, where Lisa is
- 43:12Speaker 3: trying to look good in front of these cool sorority girls.
- 43:16Speaker 4: Yes.
- 43:17Speaker 3: And they're hell bent on making sure she does not
- 43:23Speaker 3: get in.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:29Speaker 2: This is the best. This is the absolute best theory ever.
- 43:33Speaker 3: That's amazing.
- 43:34Speaker 2: It's so right. Yeah, they're going to go across the country.
- 43:38Speaker 2: They're going to go to several cities, whether they're invited
- 43:41Speaker 2: or not. They're going to bust in there. And also,
- 43:45Speaker 2: by the way, the freaking Salt Lake City reunion was
- 43:49Speaker 2: currently airing while they were at that party, which is
- 43:53Speaker 2: blowing my mind. And I thought, like, I've been all
- 43:56Speaker 2: up in the Lindsay Clancy trial timeline for the last month.
- 44:02Speaker 2: And I got to tell you, this timeline with Salt
- 44:04Speaker 2: Lake City and where they're filming and what's happening and
- 44:07Speaker 2: the rest of them is way more even complicated. Yeah,
- 44:10Speaker 2: it really is.
- 44:12Speaker 3: Harder to parse through.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Truly. I had to give up. I was like, I can't.
- 44:17Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 44:18Speaker 2: A reunion happened. They're talking about a reunion. Now they're filming...
- 44:22Speaker 2: They're going to fill. I don't know. Forget it. I'm
- 44:24Speaker 2: tapped out.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Yeah. What you and Emily can get in there and
- 44:29Speaker 3: like figure out a timeline. To me, I filed that
- 44:33Speaker 3: under math and I know it's not my area and
- 44:35Speaker 3: I let it I really let go and let God
- 44:38Speaker 3: I don't I don't even try to because I can't.
- 44:41Speaker 3: It's not available to me. I don't have it.
- 44:44Speaker 2: I won't do it. I'm not going to do it
- 44:45Speaker 2: this time. I tell you that much. Not going to
- 44:47Speaker 2: do it. No, ma'am. What is that from, Amy?
- 44:49Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 44:50Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 44:51Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 44:52Speaker 1: I know.
- 44:53Speaker 3: It's like, you know.
- 44:54Speaker 2: It's got to be something. So, all right. We've got,
- 44:58Speaker 2: I mean, how exciting. We got to see all the
- 45:01Speaker 2: Potomac ladies were there except for Karen, which was wild.
- 45:05Speaker 2: You know, just a quick reminder that she's known for
- 45:10Speaker 2: a wig shift. tax problems and is now currently in
- 45:14Speaker 2: jail and getting out and ready to come back in
- 45:17Speaker 2: one step at a time. But we got Robin, Stacey,
- 45:22Speaker 2: of course, Ashley and Candace. That was exciting. And then
- 45:28Speaker 2: we've got, of course, Salt Lake City in the house.
- 45:31Speaker 2: And then how about Marlo as Cruella? That was a great,
- 45:36Speaker 2: great moment seeing her come in. She had an entrance
- 45:39Speaker 2: that was Rivaling Nene's actually.
- 45:42Speaker 3: Rivaling.
- 45:43Speaker 1: Bold.
- 45:43Speaker 2: 50 cent. Took all of our breath away. Always does.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Every housewife falls in love with her like that.
- 45:51Speaker 3: Well, she, she holds her alter. She wins the alter
- 45:54Speaker 3: ego contest. Hands down. And she holds her alter ego
- 45:58Speaker 3: throughout the event. She never slips. She holds the energy.
- 46:03Speaker 3: She presents it. She, she doesn't let it go. In
- 46:08Speaker 3: a good way. Whereas Giselle, not putting that microphone down.
- 46:13Speaker 2: I was thinking of you. I'm like, this is driving
- 46:18Speaker 2: Deanna crazy.
- 46:19Speaker 3: Driving me batty.
- 46:20Speaker 2: But she was in character, wouldn't you say? With the microphone?
- 46:25Speaker 3: No, I wouldn't.
- 46:26Speaker 2: No.
- 46:26Speaker 3: Diana Ross doesn't run around never with putting a microphone down.
- 46:31Speaker 3: Diana Ross moves beautifully and elegantly. Like, It was schtickla
- 46:37Speaker 3: and I couldn't take it. I really, I really couldn't
- 46:40Speaker 3: take it. Was it to you?
- 46:41Speaker 2: Was it like a prop at a reunion?
- 46:44Speaker 4: Yes.
- 46:45Speaker 3: Worse, worse, worse than anything you could give me right now.
- 46:49Speaker 2: Anything.
- 46:49Speaker 3: No binder. No scroll. It's really.
- 46:54Speaker 1: I did.
- 46:57Speaker 3: Thank you. Thank you, miss. No, Giselle's better understood. Get
- 47:04Speaker 3: it together. Misunderstood. She took no swings at Giselle, which
- 47:10Speaker 3: I thought was interesting. I thought she was going to. Yeah.
- 47:14Speaker 3: You know, I think she just thought to herself, this
- 47:17Speaker 3: is her trip. It's not the time.
- 47:20Speaker 2: I thought that was smart. And I was also really
- 47:23Speaker 2: interested to see Heather running up to her saying, I'm
- 47:26Speaker 2: your biggest supporter. I love you. And I'm here for you. Weird.
- 47:33Speaker 3: Um, OK, I don't know.
- 47:35Speaker 2: Like, here's the thing. I think that as we've talked about,
- 47:38Speaker 2: Heather is first and foremost a fan.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Right.
- 47:41Speaker 2: So I think that was part of it. I noticed
- 47:44Speaker 2: that she what when Vicky arrived, she gave Vicky her
- 47:47Speaker 2: flowers immediately, which I appreciated. She was like, I love you, Vicky.
- 47:51Speaker 2: You're here, you know. There is so much there's part
- 47:56Speaker 2: of Heather that I really do like. And there's also
- 47:59Speaker 2: a part of some other housewives that I appreciate and respect.
- 48:02Speaker 2: Portia touched on it, too, which is that if someone
- 48:04Speaker 2: is getting beat up on by the whole group and
- 48:07Speaker 2: they are the villain, if another housewife can be by
- 48:11Speaker 2: their side and support them in some way because no
- 48:14Speaker 2: one else is. I like that. I like it, too.
- 48:18Speaker 2: Me too. You do too? Okay. So like when Rinna had, example,
- 48:21Speaker 2: Rinna had Erica's back. She probably didn't really want to,
- 48:25Speaker 2: but she did. And she held steady with that, you know?
- 48:28Speaker 2: You have like, and Portia was like, I don't care
- 48:31Speaker 2: about all these housewives coming for Lisa Barlow. I don't
- 48:34Speaker 2: care if she's wrong. I'm going to stand by her.
- 48:36Speaker 2: We'll see if that changes. But like- Yeah. That's what
- 48:40Speaker 2: I kind of liked about it with Heather is that she,
- 48:44Speaker 2: you know, helped her with a little bit of a-
- 48:47Speaker 2: an entryway into this group. I mean, it's, it was
- 48:51Speaker 2: very intense how she, like what she did. And believe me,
- 48:55Speaker 2: I was no Candace fan back then. I, I hate provocation.
- 48:59Speaker 3: So we needed a break. We definitely needed a break.
- 49:03Speaker 3: Her and Giselle were too toxic at that point. It
- 49:05Speaker 3: just was not fun. You know, We hit that wall
- 49:09Speaker 3: where it's not fun.
- 49:10Speaker 2: And it's not fun for us. And Giselle spoke about
- 49:13Speaker 2: it in her confessional, but not to each other. And
- 49:15Speaker 2: so do you think they're just going to go their
- 49:16Speaker 2: separate ways? Oh, yeah, they did because they're in Miami.
- 49:19Speaker 2: So nothing happened. That is wild.
- 49:23Speaker 3: Well, I appreciated Stacey, though. Stacey, you got it. You know,
- 49:29Speaker 3: Giselle is rude to Stacey, period. She makes fun of
- 49:32Speaker 3: her immediately, always, right?
- 49:35Speaker 1: So.
- 49:36Speaker 3: And I guess Giselle's wearing on me, but it's wearing
- 49:40Speaker 3: on me, her treatment of Stacey. I'm like, okay.
- 49:43Speaker 4: Okay.
- 49:45Speaker 3: You know.
- 49:45Speaker 2: I don't like how she's treated Stacey in the past either.
- 49:48Speaker 3: I agree. And she made fun of her outfit immediately.
- 49:52Speaker 3: So they're sitting in their little Potomac clutch. Jizzy's like
- 49:59Speaker 3: running court with the microphone. And Stacy, after they go
- 50:06Speaker 3: through the Karen package, Stacy goes, and what about you, Giselle?
- 50:11Speaker 3: What are your big moments? Were you nicer back then?
- 50:14Speaker 3: And I was like, right.
- 50:16Speaker 2: That was, that was, that was clutch as they're in
- 50:20Speaker 2: that clutch.
- 50:22Speaker 3: That was real good, Stacy. And I was, and yeah.
- 50:27Speaker 3: Cause Giselle doesn't have any of those moments really.
- 50:30Speaker 2: Oh my God. Are you kidding me right Seriously?
- 50:34Speaker 3: Does she?
- 50:37Speaker 2: Like moments that make her stand out as a housewife,
- 50:40Speaker 2: like iconic moments?
- 50:42Speaker 3: Yeah, not really.
- 50:44Speaker 2: Yeah, wow. Wow, that just shook me. I felt my
- 50:47Speaker 2: desk shake. Did we just get a 4.5 here in
- 50:51Speaker 2: Santa Clarita? Because like, wow, I did not expect Deanna
- 50:54Speaker 2: to just throw down on that. I wasn't, okay, let
- 50:57Speaker 2: me think about this. I'm going to have to fully co-sign.
- 51:00Speaker 2: And case in point, guess who didn't get a package
- 51:03Speaker 2: last season on The Real Housewives of Potomac? And guess
- 51:06Speaker 2: who said she doesn't need a package because nothing happened
- 51:10Speaker 2: with her?
- 51:11Speaker 4: Me.
- 51:13Speaker 2: So you already said what I've thought. And I just
- 51:17Speaker 2: didn't want to admit it as a full scope, you know,
- 51:23Speaker 2: opinion of the work because But here's the thing, like
- 51:26Speaker 2: not every... This is tough.
- 51:29Speaker 3: Not every housewife can do that.
- 51:29Speaker 2: And I don't disagree.
- 51:33Speaker 3: I don't disagree, Amy.
- 51:34Speaker 2: But it was a read. I don't think everyone... But
- 51:36Speaker 2: it was a read. But it was a read. And
- 51:38Speaker 2: it was delivered and it was signed. It was sealed.
- 51:41Speaker 2: It was delivered. It was opened. And we all saw it.
- 51:44Speaker 2: I just didn't think we'd land here today. I'm a
- 51:47Speaker 2: little shaken. I need some water.
- 51:48Speaker 3: Well, you know, Ashley... did her a nice solid and
- 51:52Speaker 3: was like, we wouldn't be here without Giselle. She did
- 51:55Speaker 3: that whole, cause I think Ashley, Ashley knows she's been
- 51:58Speaker 3: there since the beginning. So she, she knows what to
- 52:00Speaker 3: do and she wasn't going to leave her Potomac person. Who's,
- 52:06Speaker 3: you know, she's the one representing them on this big
- 52:09Speaker 3: 20th anniversary out there like that. I think that was
- 52:13Speaker 3: very generous of her and lovely. Truly.
- 52:17Speaker 2: They all have a different role. And Giselle's, even though
- 52:21Speaker 2: she works so hard at making everything happen, we're not
- 52:26Speaker 2: going to get the same type of package. And that's
- 52:28Speaker 2: just facts. And that's it. So, I mean, we just
- 52:31Speaker 2: need to wrap that up and move on. And that's that.
- 52:33Speaker 3: And there's no package. No. yikes just simply no package simply.
- 52:39Speaker 2: No package okay well um now let's talk about the
- 52:45Speaker 2: next day because I think we can wrap up that
- 52:48Speaker 2: night I mean it was great it was amazing oh
- 52:50Speaker 2: Derek J was there oh um Lucy oh my god
- 52:55Speaker 2: Portia saying Lucy who's that who's Frankie it's Ricky Frankie
- 52:59Speaker 2: is his real name so so so wrong and strong.
- 53:03Speaker 3: You know um.
- 53:06Speaker 2: Yeah, that was crazy. And it was wonderful. Next morning,
- 53:11Speaker 2: we're heading to Miami. The whole bus is there. Thank
- 53:15Speaker 2: God we got Giselle in her confessional saying, this is
- 53:20Speaker 2: a roadshow. There are 100 people traveling with us. This
- 53:23Speaker 2: is insane. When Lisa got on that bus and the
- 53:27Speaker 2: second she stepped foot on there and the door shut,
- 53:30Speaker 2: where have you been? Why are you late? Why are
- 53:33Speaker 2: you late? Thank God. I love a person who's going
- 53:35Speaker 2: to call it out. And this is, you know, Lisa
- 53:39Speaker 2: showed her true colors. You know, she's like, I will
- 53:41Speaker 2: apologize when I can be sincere. No, you should apologize now.
- 53:45Speaker 2: I loved Giselle's rebuttal when she was like, well, muster
- 53:50Speaker 2: it up.
- 53:51Speaker 3: Muster it up was good.
- 53:52Speaker 2: Put that in the package. We got one. Muster it up.
- 53:55Speaker 3: We got one.
- 53:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:57Speaker 2: You did it for me.
- 53:58Speaker 3: Let's keep a little running package log for Giselle. See
- 54:02Speaker 3: if we can get her some things.
- 54:03Speaker 2: Okay, muster up.
- 54:04Speaker 3: They may just be one-off lines, but we'll see.
- 54:06Speaker 2: Yeah, they might not be big, but they're solid.
- 54:10Speaker 3: Yeah. And then Portia was like, get her, Giselle. That
- 54:15Speaker 3: was my favorite.
- 54:19Speaker 2: Somebody asked, and maybe it was Giselle, is it because
- 54:22Speaker 2: of glam? And the answer is yes, it is because
- 54:26Speaker 2: of glam. And we know this because Lisa over-explained all
- 54:30Speaker 2: the reasons why it wasn't glam, which turned out to
- 54:33Speaker 2: be because it was glam. And that's the reason why
- 54:36Speaker 2: people in Salt Lake City have a problem with Lisa
- 54:39Speaker 2: Barlow and we've landed here.
- 54:41Speaker 3: Yeah, because, you know, she thought it was 11. Yeah, absolutely, Wig.
- 54:47Speaker 3: I hear you. Um, You know, they put some times
- 54:53Speaker 3: on the boards for us, and it was like two
- 54:55Speaker 3: hours and plus. So at first I thought Lisa was
- 54:58Speaker 3: two hours late. You know, I thought that was the–
- 55:00Speaker 3: because they threw that as a chyron, which would be psycho.
- 55:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and they wouldn't have made the flight.
- 55:08Speaker 3: Right. Now, I get it. A flight is different than
- 55:12Speaker 3: getting in a Sprinter and heading to a restaurant. Yeah.
- 55:17Speaker 3: But in our time– 30 minutes is 30 minutes. You know, it's,
- 55:24Speaker 3: we've seen 30 minutes here, there, and everywhere. Like there's
- 55:27Speaker 3: always someone running a little late. It was, but it
- 55:32Speaker 3: was the airport and it was the, are we going
- 55:34Speaker 3: to make it? And we're going to have to be
- 55:35Speaker 3: in a nine hour bus ride. All of that. Yeah.
- 55:41Speaker 3: I mean, Lisa certainly didn't seem to, did she get
- 55:46Speaker 3: the wrong time? She thought it was 11 a.m., she
- 55:51Speaker 3: didn't feel like she had a little fire under her
- 55:55Speaker 3: butt to get glam going and herself going.
- 55:59Speaker 2: No, she even said, I didn't think it was necessary
- 56:03Speaker 2: to wake up my glam and get the day started
- 56:06Speaker 2: so that I could be on time. I mean, it
- 56:07Speaker 2: was like, but why wasn't your glam already scheduled?
- 56:12Speaker 3: Right. Why didn't your glam have an alarm?
- 56:15Speaker 2: Also, she's like, One of the reasons that she said
- 56:18Speaker 2: she was late is because it wasn't because of her.
- 56:21Speaker 2: It was because the glam girl had all of her
- 56:25Speaker 2: stuff in her room. And I was like, you can
- 56:29Speaker 2: leave someone in your room and have them pack up.
- 56:32Speaker 2: And I could have sworn she said I didn't want
- 56:35Speaker 2: to leave them there. That would be rude. And I
- 56:38Speaker 2: thought she did. Okay. So what about leaving the people
- 56:42Speaker 2: on the bus waiting for her? Isn't that more rude?
- 56:46Speaker 2: She's just full of shit, guys.
- 56:48Speaker 3: She's full of shit.
- 56:49Speaker 2: It's like, this is the problem. We love her, but
- 56:53Speaker 2: this is the problem that Salt Lake City has. Stuff
- 56:56Speaker 2: like this. If I had to deal with someone like that,
- 56:59Speaker 2: I would not be happy. Would you?
- 57:02Speaker 3: Well, I wouldn't be happy, but at this point in
- 57:04Speaker 3: my life with her, you know, if she's in my
- 57:07Speaker 3: life and we're rocking together, I would say to myself,
- 57:13Speaker 3: this is her. She can't see. We already know that.
- 57:17Speaker 3: So she can't do her own makeup. She can't, for
- 57:20Speaker 3: whatever reason, she can't see in the mirror and she
- 57:24Speaker 3: has to have glam to do the show. Yeah. There's
- 57:27Speaker 3: a non-negotiable, you know, whatever she looks like without it,
- 57:32Speaker 3: it's never going to be, except for that one picture
- 57:35Speaker 3: and the reunion, we're never going to get access to
- 57:38Speaker 3: that because she needs it to show up. Yeah. And
- 57:43Speaker 3: she doesn't understand, you know, so, but, this craziness about
- 57:50Speaker 3: the team. And I'm imagining her crawling into their bedroom
- 57:54Speaker 3: and tapping them on the shoulder. Like they should have alarms.
- 57:58Speaker 2: What are we talking about? Did she get the time wrong?
- 58:03Speaker 2: I didn't quite, that didn't seem like an issue to me.
- 58:06Speaker 2: It's not like she got the time wrong, right? Or
- 58:09Speaker 2: did she?
- 58:11Speaker 3: She said she thought it was an 11 o'clock exit.
- 58:14Speaker 3: I think ultimately the glam. But it's an 11 o'clock
- 58:16Speaker 3: flight is what I thought. I don't know.
- 58:19Speaker 2: I don't.
- 58:20Speaker 3: This is where we're getting into math. We're in math.
- 58:23Speaker 3: You know I got to go.
- 58:25Speaker 2: She's out.
- 58:25Speaker 3: Whatever it was, her glam needed to be complete. And
- 58:29Speaker 3: that's why she needed the extra 30 minutes. And that's it.
- 58:32Speaker 3: She didn't manage her time correctly.
- 58:34Speaker 2: Now, I understand, like you're saying, you accept her for
- 58:38Speaker 2: who she is. Totally get it. If I was on
- 58:39Speaker 2: a cast with her, absolutely. Absolutely. I would actually, my
- 58:43Speaker 2: feathers would not be ruffled because I would have full acceptance.
- 58:47Speaker 2: But when you're with mixed company from a different, different
- 58:50Speaker 2: cities and you don't know these people that well, that's
- 58:52Speaker 2: where I'm like, you better get this right. That's what's
- 58:54Speaker 2: tricky about it is that, you know, they don't know her. So, um,
- 59:00Speaker 2: and a half an hour, I suppose in the Real
- 59:03Speaker 2: Housewives world clock, it's not that bad.
- 59:08Speaker 3: We've seen Dorit leave the on a bus for two hours.
- 59:12Speaker 1: Oh, God.
- 59:13Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, there's no comparison. But happy that they
- 59:17Speaker 2: all made it. And now we're in Miami. And we
- 59:22Speaker 2: got some go-go juice. We've got neon. And we've got
- 59:26Speaker 2: Lou and Giselle and Portia talking about Lisa.
- 59:28Speaker 1: So.
- 59:29Speaker 2: Did she pull the wool over our eyes? Lou is
- 59:33Speaker 2: such a star.
- 59:35Speaker 3: She's so funny because it's also funny when Lou actually
- 59:39Speaker 3: like drops in to a situation, you know, because she's
- 59:44Speaker 3: so in her own world that like when she's even
- 59:48Speaker 3: clocking something.
- 59:49Speaker 2: Yeah, she's noticing something, which is a big deal. Yeah.
- 59:53Speaker 3: Very big for it to come across her desk.
- 59:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 59:59Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: It's in her file box. She's like, oh, I just
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: got something in my file box, my inbox. What is this?
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: Lisa Barlow's acting like an asshole? Huh. That's strange.
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: It's just so good. Oh, my God. Let me ask
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: you this. Just a quick side. Let's go to the
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: side for a second. And I envision Lou living out
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: of a bag. I've said that for a while now.
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: Does she have a proper residence? at this time? And
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: where would that be?
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: I believe that she has an apartment in New York
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: City and a home in upstate New York or in
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Sag Harbor. No, she doesn't have the upstate New York
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: home anymore. She sold that.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: She sold that.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: So I believe it's like, I think she's got a
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: home in Sag Harbor.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: I just feel like she's had to sell things. And
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: I don't, I can't– I've never seen a picture of her, like,
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: in the living room in the last.
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: Like, eight years. Wow.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: Interesting. You know?
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: Right. Yeah. Huh.
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: It just doesn't feel like she has a residence.
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: But– That's something we need to look into. Where does
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: Lou lay her fedora? Where does she hang her hat?
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: Well, I think that we've discussed what we needed to discuss,
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: you know?
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: Great.
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: Oh, there's one last thing. Okay. For the, for the preview.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: Oh my God.
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: Which I texted you, but we have to say it
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: out loud.
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: Teresa, two little things. One in this episode, which made
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: me laugh out loud was after Lisa's pulled this shit
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: with the 30 minutes episode, Then they're at the hotel.
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: She walks into Tree's room. You know, they're thick as thieves.
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: Tree's is doing her makeup.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you.
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: And what can you what did she say to Teresa?
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: And I'll do Teresa.
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: OK, OK, OK. she first she starts talking coming in
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: the door Teresa oh my god you look so good
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: your makeup is so good how you do it yourself
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: you literally do it so perfect I've never seen anyone
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: do their own makeup so good thanks you're welcome it
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: was the weirdest thing it's the best moment of the
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: whole thing it really was.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: It was like.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: Teresa, are you mad at her? No, you're just in your...
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: I didn't know. Is Teresa pissed about the 30? I
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: can't imagine.
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think she cares. If she was asked,
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: she'd be like, yeah, I mean, that's not right. Like,
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: be on time and stuff. Like, okay. But the whole
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: thing about her doing her makeup on herself and Lisa
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: can't do it, the juxtaposition is fantastic. And the admiration that...
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: Lisa has for Teresa's beat face.
- 1:03:14Speaker 3: I am dead. And the pause that it took for Teresa.
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: Because Lisa's just staring at her in the mirror. Just
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: waiting like a child.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: Like it was like a child.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: She finally ekes out a thanks. And then the next
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: thing we see is Lisa leaving the room. You know?
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: You're welcome.
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: It's like, what? Oh my God. It's too good. Oh, okay. Okay. Okay.
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: And then for the preview, which I have not recovered from,
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: I'll never recover from it. We have Teresa saying, trying
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: to communicate that she has ADHD, but she's calling it
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: HDHD and And then we have Kyle. I'm just enjoying
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: so much because she's light and she's taking it all
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: in and she's laughing. She's laughing at Vicky's wig. She's
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: laughing in her face at her bad wigs, which is
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: fun for both of them. She's laughing at Teresa saying
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: HD HD and she goes, hi, Jeff.
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: Hi, Jeff. She's quick. That Kyle is quick. She is
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: quick on those toes. I mean, yeah, that was so good. Oh, my.
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: God. Help me. You know, it's chaos. It's like, and
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: Kyle's attitude is, I know we're done, but her attitude
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: is so perfect for this trip because she's laughing at them. Yeah.
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: But she's having fun.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: She's a girl's girl.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: Like, Dorit's not there bringing her down, you know.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: She's just able to like be in the ridiculousness of
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: the chaos of all of these ladies, but also genuinely
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: enjoying it. It can be more perfect.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: It isn't, it isn't more perfect. It isn't. Does that
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: make sense?
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: For all intents.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: Check out how to be less old on Substack and
