A high-speed chase ended in tragedy on Meadwood Drive when a suspect fleeing police crashed into four cars, igniting his vehicle and killing 45-year-old Termayne Murphy at the scene. Two others were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Senior Deputy Allen Kennings, who’s been with the department for a decade, pursued the suspect — whose car was already malfunctioning — and both his body cam and dashcam captured the harrowing final moments.
