Shroud Wars: The D'Arcis Memo & the Bibliographical Test Challenge for Hugh Farey
Bring it on Hugh! Hugh Farey has recently taken it upon himself to threaten to bring out his "big guns" in response to my latest Shroud review refuting the Godless Engineer by writing up a Blog post on the infamous D'Arcis Memorandum. At one point I probed Hugh for actual evidence that the only two folio manuscripts of the D'Arcis Memo in existence are both actually original autographs instead of later manuscript copies (given that our earliest explicit mention of the folios themselves only comes in ca. 1877).
