- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, everyone, and welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm
- 0:04your host, Bobby Capucci, and this is a morning update. Hey,
- 0:10what's going on everybody? So the Leon Black situation continues
- 0:15to escalate. Now, we've already talked about how he has
- 0:20stepped down and how there was a boardroom blow up
- 0:27between him and one of the co founders of Apollo Global,
- 0:32Joshua Harris, and all of that hinged on Leon Black's
- 0:38relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and the fact that he was
- 0:42not being truthful about how much money he gave to
- 0:48Jeffrey Epstein, how much money he supposedly paid to Jeffrey Epstein,
- 0:52and he certainly wasn't being truthful about the extent of
- 0:57their relationship, and that has now been put on blast.
- 1:04The fact that he was being dishonest about his relationship
- 1:10with Epstein from the very beginning has led him to
- 1:14the point where he is now no longer the CEO
- 1:18of Apollo Global. Now he is still chairman of the board, right,
- 1:24but the question is for how much longer, And in
- 1:30my estimation it can't be for much longer. I would
- 1:33think that Leon Black is going to be completely forced
- 1:38out in the foreseeable future by partner Joshua Harris, and
- 1:45as more information becomes available about Leon Black and his
- 1:50relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, I think that you're going to
- 1:54see the pressure just ramp up, and eventually he's going
- 1:57to just be way too toxic to be kept around
- 2:00in any capacity. Sam is like Les Wexner, so I
- 2:06would expect to see Leon Black completely out of the
- 2:13picture at Apollo much sooner than later. Because again, let's remember, folks,
- 2:19this isn't about friendships, this isn't about being buddy buddy.
- 2:23When we're talking about these sorts of financial institutions, it's
- 2:28about increasing the wealth for their investors and increasing the
- 2:32wealth for those who work for the company. That is
- 2:36their one and only goal. They don't care about morality,
- 2:39they don't care about doing things the right way, they
- 2:42don't care about doing things on the up and up.
- 2:45They care about making money, point blank, period. And these
- 2:51hedge funds and these financial institutions, they are the last
- 2:59group of people that anyone should ever think cares about them,
- 3:04because they do not. You know from your own personal
- 3:08relationships how people get funny over money. Now imagine that
- 3:12on our grand scale and imagine all of the backstabbing, conniving, stealing,
- 3:18and straight up scum baggery going on on a daily basis.
- 3:23It's enough to make your head spin. Honestly, you know,
- 3:28we were talking about Leon Black, and I said, there's
- 3:31no way that Leon Black gave Jeffrey gave Jeffrey Epstein
- 3:38all of that money for his advice. Zero chance. Now
- 3:42what was that money given to Jeffrey Epstein for? I'm
- 3:44not sure. We don't have anything to lead us one
- 3:47way or the other right now, not even anything circumstantially.
- 3:53But there are big questions, folks. And the article we're
- 4:00going to read this morning from Blueberg and Bloomberg is
- 4:04asking one of those very same questions that I've been asking.
- 4:07How could Jeffrey Epstein mislead somebody like Leon Black so easily?
- 4:14It just does not make sense. Now, I'm sure most
- 4:17of you have dealt with people like Leon Black in
- 4:21your life, maybe not as rich, but people that are
- 4:26very powerful, very much a narcissist, and the type of
- 4:31person that would never seed even one little bit of
- 4:35power on their own. Now, think about the person that
- 4:39you've met like that in your life or you've worked with,
- 4:42and then multiply that by about five thousand, and that's
- 4:46the kind of person Leon Black is. So you mean
- 4:52to tell me that somebody like Jeffrey Epstein was able
- 4:57to lead Leon Black around by the nose to the
- 5:00tune of hundreds of millions of dollars, and Leon Black
- 5:04was none the wiser, didn't do any legwork on who
- 5:07Jeffrey Epstein was or what he was about. Huh, that's
- 5:10what you would have us believe. I'm sorry, but I
- 5:14do not believe that, and neither does Timothy L. O'Brien,
- 5:20who is the author of our article today from Bloomberg
- 5:24dot com headline, Could Jeffrey Epstein have played Leon Black
- 5:29so easily? Timothy L. O'Brien, author, Leon Black, and others
- 5:38close to him apparently had ready advice for anyone weighing
- 5:41financial guidance from the late Jeffrey Epstein. Part of the
- 5:45challenge of working with Epstein was separating the good ideas
- 5:49from the bad ones. Here's a tip, Okay, hanging out
- 5:53with Jeffrey Epstein and taking advice from him was an
- 5:56absolutely terrible idea, and then lying about the extent of
- 6:02that advice and the relationship with Jeffrey Epstein just compounded
- 6:07your terrible idea. That might not have been the only challenge.
- 6:13Of course. Epstein, who hanged himself in his Manhattan jail
- 6:17cell in two thousand and nine twenty nineteen, allegedly after
- 6:21being charged with sex trafficking, had a sordid personal history
- 6:25that included prison time for soliciting prostitution from a minor. Now,
- 6:31imagine you're Leon Black and Jeffrey Epstein comes into your life,
- 6:37however that may occur, and now you know that he
- 6:41has that he's already been to prison for solicitation for
- 6:47prostitution of a minor. Now there's a lot there, right,
- 6:51First of all, how can a minor be a prostitute?
- 6:54Second of all, how can Leon Black look at that charge,
- 6:57shrug his shoulders and say, ah, you know what, this
- 6:59guy real abilitated himself for his four hours a day
- 7:02in prison. Yeah, you know he did. He really really
- 7:05really worked on himself while he was leaving jail the
- 7:09stockade every day to continue to abuse girls. So Leon
- 7:15Black would wants us to believe, folks, okay, you and
- 7:17me and everybody else out there, that he had no idea,
- 7:21that he's just a doddering old fool, and he was
- 7:24led astray by an evil bad man, Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile,
- 7:31everybody in the world knew what Jeffrey Epstein was at
- 7:35this point, But according to Leon Black, one of the
- 7:40richest most successful hedge funders ever, he had no idea
- 7:48along the way. He settled, fended off, or never faced
- 7:52justice for other charges involving horrific sexual abuse and rape
- 7:57with powerless girls, teenagers and young women as the common denominator.
- 8:04So all of that was occurring, all of that had occurred,
- 8:07There were rumors, there was jail time. There were countless
- 8:12numbers of girls who had come forward and spoken about
- 8:15what Jeffrey Epstein had done. And yet Leon Black felt
- 8:20it would be appropriate to be in business with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 8:24felt it would be appropriate to give him the keys
- 8:27to the castle, just like Les Wexner. And these are
- 8:32supposed to be some of the sma hardest people on
- 8:35Wall Street. Huh, It's no wonder that the financial world
- 8:40is in shambles. His personal reading list was stocked with
- 8:49such titles as SM one oh one, A Realistic Introduction
- 8:53slave Craft, road Maps for Erotic Servitude and Training with
- 8:58Miss Abernathy, a workbook for erotic slaves and their owners.
- 9:03He also made a living as a financial advisor. You
- 9:07know what, I don't even like that term anymore. I'm
- 9:09not even gonna call him a financial advisor. I'm gonna
- 9:11call him a financial grifter because that's what he was.
- 9:17What was he advising financially for these people to do?
- 9:20I mean, give me a break. Somebody like Leon Black,
- 9:23who has over four hundred and forty billion dollars of
- 9:27other people's money that he is in charge of investing,
- 9:30is going to Jeffrey Epstein for financial advice. How could
- 9:36anybody be confident having their money parked with Apollo Global?
- 9:41I mean, are you kidding me right now, Jeffrey Epstein?
- 9:45That was the engine that was making the train go
- 9:48up the hill behind the scenes. Are you kidding me
- 9:50right now? That's what you would have us believe. I'm sorry,
- 9:54but I do not believe that the Coney Island hot
- 9:58dog vendor was that smart and was that quick financially
- 10:05that people like Leon Black had to have his services. Black,
- 10:12who stepped down this week as chief executive of the
- 10:15private equity Juggernaut, he co founded Apollo Global Management, Incorporated
- 10:20was one of Epstein's clients. Yeah, one of a few
- 10:24clients that we know about, right, Les Wexner, Leon Black,
- 10:30Lebette Johnson, And you know, that's pretty much it. Now.
- 10:35I'm sure that there were plenty of other people who
- 10:39were involved with Jeffrey Epstein one way or the other
- 10:42that still have not been brought to the forefront. But
- 10:47we know that there are some heavy hitters that were
- 10:50involved with Epstein, and we know that there are some
- 10:52very powerful people who brought Jeffrey Epstein directly into their
- 10:58confidence and directly gave him access to not only their wealth,
- 11:04but the means to use that access and that wealth
- 11:08to abuse women and girls. It's indisputable at this point.
- 11:17He gave up his title after an internal power struggle
- 11:20erupted following the firm's inquiry into his relationship with Epstein. Now,
- 11:25remember that blow up inside of the boardroom is highly significant.
- 11:29That's not something that happens very often, and well, it
- 11:33doesn't happen very often, and we hear about it. These
- 11:36kind of things are kept very close to the chest
- 11:41because the last thing anyone wants is there to be
- 11:43instability within the fund. They don't want investors getting spooked
- 11:48and bouncing right. They want people to stick around, invest
- 11:51their money and feel comfortable knowing that theirs stability in
- 11:54the long term. But now you have the Jeffrey Epstein
- 11:59situation and hanging over Leon Black, and these reports that
- 12:04Joshua Harris and mister Black had themselves a bit of
- 12:12a blow up in the boardroom, and seems like Joshua
- 12:16Harris had a go at Leon Black. That's certainly what
- 12:20it seems like reading in between the lines here. Apollo's
- 12:26board of directors commissioned an outside law firm to examine
- 12:29the matter, and they found that Black hadn't participated in
- 12:32any of Epstein's crimes, but it paid him one hundred
- 12:36and fifty eight million dollars for financial machinations that saved
- 12:41at least one billion dollars and maybe more than two
- 12:45billion dollars in personal tax payments. So I can only
- 12:50imagine what sort of maneuvering and backwards ass financial scumbaggery
- 12:58Jeffrey Epstein was on to get these tax breaks. I
- 13:02think that Leon Black should have a full audit placed
- 13:06on him, and I think that every single one of
- 13:08his financial transactions should be brought to light and looked at,
- 13:13because it's obvious that he was really, really, really in
- 13:17bed with Epstein. It's obvious that he was pumping big
- 13:20time dough into Epstein's bank accounts. What isn't obvious, however,
- 13:25is the reasoning behind any of that. We don't know
- 13:28why he was doing this. Oh, for charity, for his
- 13:31advice must be some really damn good advice, huh, or
- 13:35was it for something else entirely? Again, we don't know,
- 13:42and that's where we're at. That's the task that we
- 13:45find ourselves with right now, trying to figure out what
- 13:50exactly Leon Black's role ultimately was in all of this.
- 13:56Was he a bag man? Was there other things going on?
- 13:59We just don't know. What we do know, though, is
- 14:02that Leon Black has not been truthful, He has not
- 14:06been honest, and the extent of his relationship with Jeffrey
- 14:10Epstein is much deeper than he ever let on. There
- 14:18is no disputing that. It's just like the Joe Exotic
- 14:22of the Windsor family. If you had nothing to hide,
- 14:25then why are you lying and being deceitful and playing
- 14:29the fool? From the very beginning, if these people would
- 14:34have just come out and met this head on, they
- 14:36would have done themselves a lot more of a service
- 14:43than trying to hide, trying to obfuscate, trying to act
- 14:46like they don't even know these people, or that these
- 14:48relationships weren't as solid as they really were, because eventually
- 14:54that's all going to come out, right, That's not the
- 14:57kind of stuff that can be hidden forever, especially when
- 15:00these people start falling off, when they're not as powerful
- 15:03as they once were, and people who might have been
- 15:05scared to speak out of line or speak out of
- 15:08turn are now willing to spill the tea and talk
- 15:13about these people, And once they start losing power, you
- 15:18see a lot more of that. Paying one hundred and
- 15:23fifty eight million dollars to save at least one billion
- 15:25seems like a pretty good deal, right, It wasn't enough
- 15:29for Black. He also thought Epstein's one hundred and fifty
- 15:32eight million dollar fee could be deducted in its entirety
- 15:36on his tax returns. So basically, what that's saying is
- 15:41that not only did he have Jeffrey Epstein on retainer
- 15:45to do whatever it is Jeffrey Epstein was doing, he
- 15:49then brazenly and shoving it in everybody else's face writes
- 15:56off Jeffrey Epstein's services on his tax returns. So again,
- 16:05if you think this man is above money laundering or
- 16:08above backwards ass deals or sideways ass smarmy ass deals,
- 16:13think again. Just because people are rich like this guy
- 16:17doesn't mean that they stop being greedy. In fact, it
- 16:21seems like the greed only increases, and we see that
- 16:25time and time and time again. These dudes don't know
- 16:29when enough is enough, and then eventually the greed gets
- 16:32the best of them and they get caught. Hopefully that's
- 16:35what happens with Leon Black, and I really hope, beyond
- 16:40hope that a full forensic financial investigation is underway. Neat trick,
- 16:50pay someone a boatload to save you a fortune in taxes,
- 16:53and then stick Uncle Sam with the bill. But Black
- 16:56believed he could squeeze out that extra one hundred and
- 16:59fifty eight million because Epstein told him so. As it
- 17:02turned out he couldn't. Somebody wasn't able to separate Epstein's
- 17:07good ideas from his bad ones. So this guy has
- 17:12all of this money, all of this power, all of
- 17:15this wealth, has built this huge, powerful ass company and then,
- 17:21on the advice of Bitch ass Jeffrey Epstein thinks that
- 17:26he's going to write off one hundred and fifty eight
- 17:29million dollar supposed fee paid to Epstein. You don't run
- 17:34that by your in house lawyer. You don't run that
- 17:37by your Tom Hagen, your personal Tom Hagen. You don't
- 17:41run that by the law firm that's employed by the
- 17:44company or the legal counsel employed by the company. You
- 17:49just go ahead and go with it. What did your
- 17:53accountant have to say about that? I'm pretty sure that
- 17:55Leon Black isn't sitting around on TurboTax filing his own
- 18:00is okay, So again I ask you what was this
- 18:04money for? And the Wall Street tycoon's inability to follow
- 18:13his own advice about Epstein is a curious thing. Black
- 18:18sixty nine is worth about ten billion dollars and is
- 18:21as savvy and hardbitten as they come. He shouldn't be
- 18:25easy to hoodwink exactly what I was saying yesterday, and
- 18:32now we're gonna add some contact to that in this article, right.
- 18:35But I was saying yesterday when we were talking about
- 18:38Leon Black, that there's zero chance that this dude's getting
- 18:41dog walked into anything by Jeffrey Epstein. Zero chance talk
- 18:46about eyes wide open. After all, he has quite a journey.
- 18:53His father, a Polish immigrant, was a successful investment banker
- 18:57and conglomateour who leaped to his death from a Manhattan
- 19:01skyscraper during a federal bribery investigation while Black was attending
- 19:06the Harvard Business School. And it all comes back to
- 19:08Harvard again, doesn't it. All of these people, it seems like,
- 19:12went to Harvard, Harvard, Harvard, Harvard, Harvard, the Harvard crew,
- 19:19and now a ton of the new people in the
- 19:21new administration, the new Biden administration also have went to Harvard.
- 19:26I don't know about you, folks, but I've had a
- 19:29belly full of these ivy league folks. My father was
- 19:38God to me, and then he committed suicide. Suicides, you know,
- 19:43aren't usually committed by gods. Black told Bloomberg Business Week
- 19:47last year, it took me years of therapy to get
- 19:49over that and to figure out where he ended. And
- 19:52I began, hey, look, as much as I think Leon
- 19:55Black is a scumbag, SOB I don't relish in the
- 19:59fact that the dude's father leapt to his death. That
- 20:02must be brutally hard to lose your dad, especially if
- 20:05you look up to him and you have him in
- 20:09a godlike status, right, that must be terrible. But let's
- 20:15not sugarcoated here. Leon Black's pops was obviously involved in
- 20:19some fraud, in some bad money business, and instead of
- 20:26facing the music, he decided to hop out of a window.
- 20:31So when we're talking about Leon Black and we're talking
- 20:35about the rest of these people, we have to understand
- 20:38that we're dealing with people who have been like this
- 20:43for generations, where the means justifies the end, and they're
- 20:47so full of hubris and they're so narcissistic that they
- 20:50would rather die than face the music. Black's early career
- 20:58took him to Drexel Burnham, Lambert and Corporated, where he
- 21:01was junk bond king, Michael Milkin's lieutenant and part of
- 21:04a clan of young tuffs who up ended finance and
- 21:08helped launch the massive wave of corporate takeovers until the
- 21:12firm collapsed amid fraud charges against Milkin, well more fraud charges,
- 21:17his dad out the window, his mentor, Michael Milkin fraud,
- 21:23and Leon Black last man standing. Yet where to think
- 21:27that he is squeaky clean? Huh? He is just squeaky clean.
- 21:34There's zero chance that he's squeaky clean. Okay, folks, look
- 21:38at the people he's been around, look at his associates,
- 21:41and the cherry on top is just look at his
- 21:44tight relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Black and other Drexel alums
- 21:55launched Apollo in nineteen ninety, the same year their old
- 21:58firm went bankrupt. Black also became friends with Epstein sometime
- 22:03during the nineties and grew steadily impressed, like many Titans,
- 22:07by Epstein's sterling connections in the arts, academia, and business.
- 22:14So again, another person who's willing to overlook what Jeffrey
- 22:19Epstein was, what he was doing, the kind of person
- 22:22he was, all because it justified the means and it
- 22:27justified the ends. And Leon Black and the rest of
- 22:31these people, they are an absolute embarrassment, Okay, for people
- 22:38who are supposed to be so damn smart. How could
- 22:41they possibly think that we're going to believe that they're
- 22:45so stupid. Black said he knew nothing about his friend's
- 22:51abuse of miners and young women, but he was aware
- 22:54the predator had gone to prison. He believed his friend's
- 22:57excuse that the fourteen year old he solicited had lied
- 23:00about our age and believed he deserved a second chance.
- 23:04So they continued to visit with one another in homes
- 23:07scattered around the world, and they continued to talk about money. Yeah,
- 23:11I'm sure that's all they talked about. I'm sure that
- 23:14they were laser focused on money. We know that Jeffrey
- 23:19Epstein was a braggart and a big mouth. You mean
- 23:22to tell me he wasn't talking about his conquests to
- 23:25his buddy Leon Black, trying to make himself look better,
- 23:29trying to pump his own tires. Of course, he was
- 23:32talking about all these young girls and this and that
- 23:35and the other thing. And the fact that Leon Black
- 23:39would believe this lame ass excuse by Epstein tells you
- 23:43everything you need to know about the person Leon Black is.
- 23:51As in all things Epstein, Black appears to have been
- 23:54a model of tolerance when it came to Red Flags
- 23:57and their financial dealings. To a nifty story from Bloomberg News,
- 24:02Epstein felt empowered enough to terrorize the highly competent team
- 24:06Black had already put in charge of his personal finances.
- 24:10He laid claimed the winning ideas that weren't his promoted
- 24:14financial maneuvers that were easily picked apart and was generally
- 24:20a disruptive and caustic force. So again, please, folks, tell
- 24:24me what was Jeffrey Epstein providing that all of these
- 24:28high profile wonks that were around Leon Black couldn't provide,
- 24:34What was it that Leon Black needed from Jeffrey Epstein.
- 24:37That's the question I'm posing to all of you, because
- 24:44it's rather obvious that Leon Black's team, his financial team,
- 24:49knew that Epstein was a faker, knew that he was
- 24:51a blowhard, and knew that he was no good for
- 24:54Leon Black or the company. Yet Leon Black ignores all
- 25:00of these top notch advisors that he had brought in
- 25:04and had around him and instead defers to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 25:12On the other hand, Epstein seemed to have a talent
- 25:14for tax avoidance. When some estate planning miscues miscues threatened
- 25:18to stick Black and his children with billions of dollars
- 25:21in tax payments, Epstein got busy. One sleight of hand
- 25:25lasted nine months and involved a series of loans between
- 25:28Black and some trusts. Epstein said that Magic Act, a loan,
- 25:32saved Black six hundred million. According to Bloomberg News On
- 25:36it went from twenty twelve to twenty and seventeen to
- 25:40the tune of one hundred and fifty eight million dollars
- 25:43in fees. Then some arguments about fees fractured trust and
- 25:48the end of a close relationship. Yeah, I don't buy
- 25:51any of that. The whole fractured the relationship. More like
- 25:56Leon Black saw what was coming down the pipe, someone
- 25:58tipped them off, and he started to distance himself. That's
- 26:02more like what it means to me, because you know, oh,
- 26:05they had a breakup. Yeah, right, give me a break.
- 26:11And all of the money that was being moved through
- 26:14shell companies and trust funds and all of that. Again,
- 26:17that all needs to be audited. I am sure that
- 26:23there was some sort of malfeason's occurring. Many of Apollo's
- 26:29clients began distancing themselves from the firm as more details
- 26:33emerged since twenty nineteen about Black and Epstein's relationship. Perhaps
- 26:39it was only a matter of time before Apollo found
- 26:42it necessary to alice Black, who was staying on as
- 26:45chairman in what may prove to be something more than
- 26:50a ceremonial role. And again, I don't even think he'll
- 26:53stay on in that capacity. I think when all the
- 26:56dust clears and all of the battle lines are drawn
- 27:01that Joshua Harris is going to have his way and
- 27:04Leon Black is going to be persona non grata within
- 27:08Apollo Global. If Apollo's board hoped its investigation of the
- 27:15Black Epstein nexus might provide closure, it's wrong. The report
- 27:19raises as many questions as it answers, begs for more transparency,
- 27:24and leaves anybody who can't afford to pay one hundred
- 27:27and fifty eight million to save billions, which is almost
- 27:30everybody tuned into the obvious. Leon Black is not the
- 27:35kind of guy to get so easily played, So tell
- 27:39us more and mister O'Brien hits the nail on the
- 27:44head here. There is a lot more to this story.
- 27:48Leon Black is not the kind of man to get
- 27:50dog walked, and he's certainly not the kind of man
- 27:53to get bamboozled by a low end, low level grifter
- 27:59like Jeffrey Epstein. If you'd like to contact me, you

- 28:22that go with this episode can be found in the

- 28:29podcast and helped support the show, Thank you folks so much.
- 28:33All right, everybody, I will be back later on and
- 28:35we will see what the hell is going on. Then
- 28:39catch you all later. So, Leon Black, one of Jeffrey
- 28:46Epstein's BFFs, is now under investigation. Now we have covered
- 28:56the allegations against him by missus Gunia, but now the
- 29:02report is that those allegations have turned into a criminal investigation.
- 29:09And my comment to that is about time. About time.
- 29:16Leon Black should have been caught up in a rico
- 29:18investigation in regards to Jeffrey Epstein a long time ago.
- 29:24But unfortunately the Department of Justice is scared. The Department
- 29:28of Justice still doesn't have any backbone. And Merrick Garland
- 29:34is no better than Bill Barr. I said what I said.
- 29:40If he was well, we'd see more movement here, wouldn't we.
- 29:44But like I told you, during the whole transition of power,
- 29:48meet the new boss same as the old boss. The
- 29:51only people who think differently are those engaging in tribalism folks. Meanwhile,
- 29:57over here at the adults table. We want them all
- 30:01to be eviscerated. We want them all to be brought in,
- 30:04and the best way to do that would be Rico.
- 30:07But no, And it's funny. You don't see the legacy
- 30:11media pining for Rico either. Why not? They sure were
- 30:13quick to yell about it for r Kelly or Rainieri.
- 30:17I wonder what they have to hide. The party's over
- 30:22for all of these people. And you know the days
- 30:27of being nice and friendly should be over as well.
- 30:30If you're named in these court documents and you have
- 30:33allegations against you by these survivors, you should be persona
- 30:37non grata. But that's not how it works, is it not.
- 30:42If you're one of Jeffrey Epstein's friends, Leon Black should
- 30:48have been smashed with Rico, his assets should have been seized,
- 30:52and Apollo Global should have been raided. But that's in
- 30:58a perfect world. That's not the world we live, the
- 31:00world that we have built. Remember, like George Carlin said,
- 31:04we can plain and bitch and moan about these politicians,
- 31:06yet we send them back every single cycle. So whose
- 31:10responsibility is it? Really? The responsibility is ours. But unfortunately
- 31:16people are way too gas lit. People are way too
- 31:18caught up with hate in their neighbors, and then scumbags
- 31:22like Leon Black get to slide by. And that's why
- 31:27I talk about this so much, and I try to
- 31:29point it out so much, because we're almost out of
- 31:32point now, folks, where there's no going back with the
- 31:35divide in the country, and that can only lead to
- 31:38bad things. And people like this Leon Black, they take
- 31:42advantage of chaos, They take advantage of the citizenry at
- 31:46war with each other. Basically, just take a look at
- 31:49how they've increased their wealth while the rest of us
- 31:51got poor. And then at the same time they have
- 31:53the audacity to stand up there and gaslight people into
- 31:57thinking that people who were collecting on an employment were
- 32:00the problem. Well, guess what, That's obviously not the case, right,
- 32:04because there's still a bunch of job openings, aren't there.
- 32:08There's still a bunch of people leaving their jobs, aren't there.
- 32:15So even during the most destructive catastrophes, their goal is
- 32:20to divide us. Oh you're vaccinated, you're not. Oh you
- 32:23got unemployment, you didn't. Meanwhile, bitch ass Leon Black is
- 32:30swimming through his money like Scrooge McDuck and laughing at us,
- 32:36and I'm sick of it, folks, I really am. I
- 32:39get onto Twitter and it's an absolute cesspool. So many
- 32:44people who fake the funk, so many people who act
- 32:46like they're really interested in justice about Jeffrey Epstein, really
- 32:50aren't interested in justice. They're interested in playing politics like
- 32:54everything else. And most of the time I just ignore
- 32:59all of it and keep it moving. But as a
- 33:03political scientist, I'm starting to get tired of the bullshit
- 33:06I see. It is very annoying when people who obviously
- 33:13never even passed a basic Civics class think they know
- 33:16about politics. You do not. You know how the KGB
- 33:24used to talk about useful idiots, Well, that is all
- 33:27of us who are engaging in this nonsense. And it
- 33:32used to be me as well. I used to be
- 33:34right there with the rest of the idiots. Everything changed
- 33:39for me when I started looking into Jeffrey Epstein and
- 33:42I understood the scope of how massive this was, how
- 33:46far arranging it was, and how it involved all of
- 33:50them on both sides of the aisle. And my friends,
- 33:55we have ourselves a problem. When we're not paying attention
- 34:00to what the most powerful people in our society are doing.
- 34:04We are setting ourselves up for disaster. And when I
- 34:08talk about rich people, remember I don't mean people are
- 34:11making four hundred thousand dollars a year like President Junior
- 34:15Soprano Biden does. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm
- 34:18talking about the real rich people in this country, in
- 34:21this world, the handful that control everything. And I don't
- 34:25mean sitting in some back room like some conspiracy theorists
- 34:28would talk about. I'm talking to people that pull the
- 34:31levers in the financial sector. Those are the people that
- 34:35run everything. Money makes the whole world go around, doesn't it.
- 34:40These are the people that are the issue. And these
- 34:43are the people that control our politicians. Can you name
- 34:46me the last president that showed up and didn't bring
- 34:49a fuck ton of bankers with them. I'm waiting. And
- 34:55the whole reason for this rant before we get into
- 34:58the article is because it leads to this, people like
- 35:01Leon Black and Jeffrey Epstein skirting by and I'm sick
- 35:06of it. I'm not gonna I'm not standing for it. Obviously,
- 35:09I'm doing everything that I possibly can to bring awareness
- 35:12to the issue, but it's kind of discouraging when you
- 35:19see people who talk out of one side of their mouth.
- 35:21How oh, it's all about justice, But out of the
- 35:24other side of their mouth, all they can do is
- 35:26demean one side or the other. That's not how it works,
- 35:29that's not how you build unity. So miss me, with
- 35:34all of the bullshit, especially of the tribalism and the politics,
- 35:38I don't care about it, not in this instance. I've
- 35:41said it once and I'll say it again, full on
- 35:44carpet bombing of anyone involved, Republican, Democrat or anything in between,
- 35:52because if not, if we continue to play games and
- 35:55the pitchforks and the torches continue to be at each
- 35:57other's throats, then people like Leon Black are going to
- 36:00continue to abuse our children. And folks, look, I don't
- 36:03have any kids. This isn't a fight for my children.
- 36:08This is a fight for your children. So please remember
- 36:15that before you fire off that incendiary message to your
- 36:20friend or your uncle or whatever, because we're playing right
- 36:27into their hands, and I really wish more people would
- 36:31wake up to what's going on. All Right, now that
- 36:35you've listened to me Winge for eight minutes and eleven seconds,
- 36:39why don't we jump into this article and talk about
- 36:42bitch ass Leon Black? Shall we Today's article from the
- 36:46Daily Mail. The author is David A. There of your Sorry, David,
- 36:52I'm terrible at pronouncing names, as you all know. His
- 36:55last name is spelled A V E R R E,
- 36:58so I apologize if I mispronounced your name. Paul Headline.
- 37:04Billionaire financier Leon Black seventy is being investigated over accusations
- 37:09he raped two Russian models, including one in Jeffrey Epstein's
- 37:13Upper east Side townhouse in two thousand and two. Hell
- 37:16of a guy, this, Leon Black. Huh, certainly the kind
- 37:19of guy that you'd love to send your daughter to
- 37:21go work for, said nobody. Ever, and again, look, I
- 37:26don't know what happened here, right, I wasn't there. But
- 37:30what I will tell you is this, anybody who is
- 37:33hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein's suspect, in my opinion, anybody
- 37:37who's palaling around with Jeffrey Epstein, it's reasonable to assume
- 37:41they might be engaging in this sort of behavior as well.
- 37:45So that's why when we got these allegations from miss Ganieva,
- 37:49I thought that they were credible. Now again, that's just
- 37:52my opinion, right, I don't have evidence to prove that
- 37:55her allegations are credible, but well, looks like the authority
- 38:00are taking him a bit serious. Huh. Billionaire financier Leon
- 38:07Black is now believed to be the subject of a
- 38:09Manhattan District Attorney's office investigation into claims that he raped
- 38:13and sexually assaulted two models. Black, seventy, a close friend
- 38:17of notorious financier and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, was first publicly
- 38:22accused of rape and sexual abuse to March by Guzelle Ganieva,
- 38:27who is thirty eight. Ganieva alleged Black as a violent,
- 38:31sadistic sexual predator who raped and harassed her, then coerced
- 38:35her into signing a non disclosure agreement. She went on
- 38:39to file a lawsuit against Black in June. So again,
- 38:43when this lawsuit was filed, I said it, then, if
- 38:47she's not telling the truth, she's gonna be in big
- 38:49trouble because Leon Black is going to employ a team
- 38:52of scumbag lawyers to dig into what she has to say.
- 38:55So she has to be ready to walk through the fire.
- 38:58And it sure seems like she was in it. And
- 39:01good for her, miss Ganiheva. If you happen to hear
- 39:03this episode, good for you. Take that shit back from them,
- 39:10that stupid ass non disclosure agreement. Sorry, that doesn't mean anything,
- 39:15not when it comes to this, to your dignity, to
- 39:17your future. So all you rich scumbags out there with
- 39:22your non disclosure agreements, take them and shove them. It's
- 39:26a new day, all right. Nobody should have to sign
- 39:28a non disclosure agreement when it comes to a relationship
- 39:31as far as one of sexual nature. Oh, I don't
- 39:35want my wife to find out. Well, here's an idea.
- 39:37Don't cheat on your wife. Then the model then amended
- 39:45her lawsuit in September to include the accusations of a
- 39:48second woman referred to only as Jane Doe, who alleged
- 39:51she was violently raped by Black and Jeffrey Epstein's New
- 39:54York residence in two thousand and two. So it all
- 39:58fits right with the timeline. We know what was go
- 40:00going on there in two thousand and two, We know
- 40:02the behavior that Jeffrey Epstein and his goon squad were
- 40:06engaging in. So why would anyone think that this doesn't
- 40:11have legs? Why would anyone think that this isn't gonna
- 40:14go anywhere? And really, what it comes down to is
- 40:17everyone scared of Leon Black. I remember when I worked
- 40:20in the financial sector, the talk about Leon Black was
- 40:26everyone was fearful. And I worked for can Or Gaming,
- 40:32Howard Lutnik, and they were very powerful as well, but
- 40:36nobody was moving the needle like Leon Black when it
- 40:40comes to fear or people uh not wanting to step
- 40:43on his toes. So of course the media is scared
- 40:47shitless of them. The guy's banging off at Apollo Global.
- 40:50I don't think people understand the scope of Apollo Global's reach.
- 40:56These are very powerful people. We are talking some of
- 40:59them most powerful people in the history of finance. So
- 41:05we know the legacy media is scared to him and
- 41:07they don't want to go hard against him. So it's
- 41:09up to independent content creators, independent journalists. And guess what
- 41:13I'm here for it Not one of these people ticks
- 41:19off any bit of fear in my heart, not at all.
- 41:22What are they going to do? Show up and follow
- 41:26me around like ronin Pharaoh. I got news for you.
- 41:28I'm not roning Pharaoh. I'll just leave it at that.
- 41:34You come to the inner City where I live and
- 41:35you want to follow me around, Okay, sounds like fun,
- 41:39but you better have a badge. None of these people
- 41:43elicit one bit of fear from me, and I'll continue
- 41:47talking about them until my beard grows to my feet
- 41:51and it's as white as snow, and they ain't gonna
- 41:55do shit about it. How about that? Run home and
- 41:58tell that it's too bad the legacy media, Well, it's
- 42:03too bad they don't have a backbone. A legal spokesperson
- 42:09for Black has thus far denied any knowledge of the investigation,
- 42:12while the man himself has steadfastly denied accusations. The lawsuit
- 42:17and resulting investigation comes after Black, once one of New
- 42:21York City's most powerful executives as the former CEO of
- 42:25Apollo Global Management, denied any knowledge of Epstein's wrongdoing when
- 42:29his heinous crimes were exposed. Oh yeah, he knew nothing.
- 42:34You know. You just give one hundred and fifty eight
- 42:35million dollars to people you don't know shit about. Hey,
- 42:38here you go, bro, here's a quick one hundred and
- 42:40fifty eight million. I don't need to know shit about you, though.
- 42:42Can I get some advice? What? What does that even mean?
- 42:46What does any of this even mean? And if you
- 42:50can't tell, I'm fired up this morning. I've had enough
- 42:53of people like Leon Black, and I've certainly had enough
- 42:55of their apologist too. This dude, dude is obviously somebody
- 43:02who was deeply, deeply connected to Jeffrey Epstein one hundred
- 43:06and fifty eight million dollars worth, and still somehow there
- 43:10was no investigation into him and his ties with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 43:14But oh, let's all just stop everything we're doing and
- 43:18let's go and investigate the Washington football team. That's your congress, folks,
- 43:24that's what you voted for. And if it's not, my
- 43:29suggestion is remember that. In twenty twenty two, the investigation
- 43:36into Black has reportedly been launched after Ganieva and Jane
- 43:40Doe met with prosecutors to discuss their claims, according to
- 43:44sources cited by Vanity Fair. It comes just one week
- 43:48after Black made his first high profile public appearance in
- 43:51months at the Beverly Hilton, when he attended a conference
- 43:54on finance, of which his son, Ben, a private equity executive,
- 43:59was a part. And that's the thing with these people,
- 44:01it doesn't matter the allegations against you. The only crime
- 44:05when you're part of the so called elite is to
- 44:08not have money. That's it. You can rate, you can traffic.
- 44:12You can steal whatever it is, doesn't matter. You'll be
- 44:15welcomed with open arms. Don't be poor though. The saga
- 44:22began in March, when Ganieva first went public with her
- 44:25accusations about Black's long standing history of sebuse and chorus
- 44:29of behavior. Black resigned from his position as head of
- 44:33the massive investment firm Apollo Global on March twenty second,
- 44:37just days after Ghanieva posted a series of tweets claiming
- 44:41that her abuse at the hands of Black started in
- 44:44two thousand and eight and continued until two thousand and fifteen.
- 44:49But it's okay, folks. She signed a non prosecution agreement
- 44:53or I mean a non disclosure agreement, and you know
- 44:55she wore a short skirt, so it's okay. The thought
- 44:59pattern of these people makes me fucking crazy. And it's
- 45:03up to other alphamels, other dudes who aren't punk bitches
- 45:07to step up and say something about it. And I
- 45:10see a lack of that as well. She went on
- 45:14to file a lawsuit against the billionaire financier in June,
- 45:17in which she branded him a violent and sadistic sexual
- 45:20predator who raped and harassed her, before alleging that the
- 45:24former CEO of Apollo Global Management, forced her to fly
- 45:27to Florida to satisfy the sex needs of Jeffrey Epstein
- 45:31at his Palm Beach villa. Black had previously admitted to
- 45:34having a six year affair with Ganieva, which he claims
- 45:37was consensual, and said he paid Ganieva one hundred grand
- 45:41a month for fifteen years not to discuss the relationship.
- 45:45Imagine one hundred grand a month sounds like a lot
- 45:47of money, right, Not really, not when you're giving Jeffrey
- 45:50Epstein one hundred and fifty eight million dollars. Again, I
- 45:53ask you, what is one hundred If you're only giving
- 45:56her one hundred thousand dollars a month one point two
- 45:58million dollars a year to keep quiet? What could Jeffrey
- 46:02Epstein be worth at one hundred and fifty eight million.
- 46:06Go ahead and chew on that for a little while. Folks,
- 46:08put that shit in your pipe and smoke it, because
- 46:11I can't make heads or tails of it. Lawyers for
- 46:17Ganieva then in September filed an amended complaint detailing the
- 46:20horrific experiences of a Jane Doe, who says she was
- 46:24violently raped by Black In two thousand and two, The
- 46:28legal team said Jane Doe's experiences show that, contrary to
- 46:31Black's version of the events, that he knew nothing about
- 46:34Epstein's sexual wrongdoing. As alleged, Black was perpetrating his own
- 46:39sexual crimes at Epstein's home as far back as two
- 46:42thousand and two. Again, where's the SDNY, Where's Alison mo
- 46:49and Marine Komi and the rest of them? Why is
- 46:54this not a Rico case? I really wish somebody would
- 46:59answer that question for me. I really really do. And
- 47:02when I'm in New York, I'm gonna try and get
- 47:04that question answered by these prosecutors. I'm gonna ask them,
- 47:07and we're gonna see what they have to say. And
- 47:09I don't care if I have to go to the
- 47:11prosecutor's office, that's what all happen. I have had enough
- 47:14at this point, folks. I am as fed up as
- 47:17I have ever been. Going a step further, the motion
- 47:22alleges that Black had a long standing relationship with Epstein
- 47:26for years that involved arranged massages with women for money
- 47:30at Epstein's home. How is he not part of the
- 47:32criminal conspiracy? You're at his house, You're getting massages from
- 47:36trafficked girls. You're moving money around with him. How is
- 47:41this not everything that we talk about on a daily basis. Oh,
- 47:45that's right, it is. But there is a two tier
- 47:49justice system in this country. And I don't need to
- 47:51keep telling you that. Just take a look for yourself.
- 47:59Jane Edge that a short while into her association with Epstein,
- 48:02she was violently assaulted by Black after he instructed her
- 48:06to give him a massage at Epstein's home. The suit
- 48:09is that a huge black, a huge black, standing more
- 48:12than six foot four inch and weighing more than three
- 48:15hundred pounds, brutally raped her before paying her off. Imagine this, disgusting,
- 48:21son of a bitch. And it's multiple girls saying this now,
- 48:25multiple women. According to Black, Um, he provided substantial documentary
- 48:33evidence in legal filings, including text messages and recordings that
- 48:37show miss Ganieva's claims to be completely false. Well, I'd
- 48:41like to see all of that, and I certain like
- 48:43to see where all of this goes. The point of
- 48:45the matter is this for me anyway, not so much
- 48:48as what we know about this unfolding situation. For me,
- 48:52it's everything else. The profile that's built of Leon Black
- 48:56previously his relationship with Epstein, his behavior with Epstein money,
- 49:00and now this. How is he not part of this investigation?
- 49:04How are there not indictments for con and Indyke and
- 49:08the Core four? How is it that it's only Gallainne
- 49:11Maxwell sitting in that gel cell right now. Now. Don't
- 49:14get me wrong, she belongs there. But all of this
- 49:17other stuff needs to occur as well, or it's a
- 49:22failure on the part of the authorities. And frankly, I'm
- 49:26tired of it. I'm tired of all of their big talk.
- 49:29I'm tired of all We're gonna go after the most
- 49:31powerful to only again go after the most vulnerable. And
- 49:38there was all kinds of excitement when Trump was leaving
- 49:41and Biden was coming in, and I was told by
- 49:43so many people how different things were gonna be. Yeah,
- 49:45my question is when, folks, when are things gonna be different?
- 49:49Because as of right now, shit still is the same.
