- 0:10Speaker 1: attempting to rig an election by spying on President Trump's campaign.
- 0:14Speaker 1: We've got brand new details out about yet another effort
- 0:18Speaker 1: by the Democrat-led FBI to spy on President Trump's campaign.
- 0:22Speaker 1: We've got the details coming up on that. The fallout
- 0:25Speaker 1: of the State of the Union, the aftermath of that
- 0:27Speaker 1: excellent State of the Union address. by President Trump. We'll
- 0:31Speaker 1: get into it, including the effort to tackle that fraud nationwide.
- 0:35Speaker 1: And today we are joined by a special guest, the
- 0:38Speaker 1: mighty Harmeet Dhillon, who handles all of the civil rights
- 0:40Speaker 1: prosecutions at the Justice Department. We'll get an update from
- 0:43Speaker 1: her on going after all of that bigotry that the
- 0:46Speaker 1: left has baked into the system. It's all ahead on
- 0:49Speaker 1: this edition of Vince. Great to see you with us.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Thank you for being here. Best audience anywhere. Hey, everybody's

- 1:59Speaker 2: Boom.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Man, it's good to be here with you. You like
- 2:07Speaker 1: the coat? Yeah, what little sport coat today? Well, we've
- 2:10Speaker 1: got an assistant attorney general coming on today, and I
- 2:12Speaker 1: thought I should wear a jacket for it for the occasion.
- 2:15Speaker 1: So we try and do that. Yes, it is good
- 2:18Speaker 1: to see everybody. The State of the Union aftermath, what
- 2:22Speaker 1: an amazing State of the Union, an hour and 50
- 2:25Speaker 1: minutes or so. Remember, the biggest thing I think that
- 2:29Speaker 1: came from this was that moment where President Trump demands
- 2:34Speaker 1: that if you love America, stand up. And if you
- 2:38Speaker 1: prefer illegal aliens, stay seated. And what did the Democrats do? Well,
- 2:42Speaker 1: you know what they did. It was the most epic
- 2:45Speaker 1: moment of this entire State of the Union.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Watch this.
- 2:48Speaker 3: If you agree with this statement, then stand up and
- 2:51Speaker 3: show your support. The first duty of the American government
- 2:56Speaker 3: is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Hello.
- 3:06Speaker 5: I'm standing for that one.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I'm standing. You standing?
- 3:24Speaker 5: I'm standing.
- 3:25Speaker 6: It's so obvious. And then Trump gestures to the Democrats,
- 3:33Speaker 6: swings the arm out. It's unbelievable.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Unbelievable.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Of course, that applause goes on for like 40 minutes.
- 3:46Speaker 1: The president finally gets a chance to say something about
- 3:49Speaker 1: these Democrats not standing.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Here he is.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Hold up, hold up, hold up.
- 3:59Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Forget it. This clip doesn't even show it. Anyway, the
- 4:02Speaker 1: point is that the applause goes for hours. And then finally,
- 4:05Speaker 1: the president's like, you know what? These guys can't even stand.
- 4:07Speaker 1: You can't even stand? No, they can't stand. So this thing,
- 4:11Speaker 1: let me, here's some free advice for Republican candidates. Show
- 4:14Speaker 1: this video. Just show it. You don't have to do
- 4:19Speaker 1: anything else. President Trump prepackaged your entire campaign for you.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Just air that video and you win the election. This
- 4:27Speaker 1: is a cheat code to win the election.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Do it.
- 4:31Speaker 8: Do it.
- 4:31Speaker 1: See, Democrats can't get off their asses.
- 4:34Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 4:35Speaker 1: It's totally crazy. And look, what they demonstrated is that
- 4:40Speaker 1: they're like Reagan elections. They also demonstrated that they're cowards.
- 4:44Speaker 1: They demonstrated that they're cowards in the face of their
- 4:47Speaker 1: radical base. And J.D. Vance knows this. The vice president
- 4:49Speaker 1: of the United States reacted to this. And here's what
- 4:52Speaker 1: he had to say yesterday.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Watch.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Well, I saw a couple of things, Bill.
- 4:55Speaker 9: First of all, obviously, most Democrats didn't stand up or clap.
- 4:58Speaker 9: And What a shame that is. What a sad commentary
- 5:02Speaker 9: that is on the Democratic Party that the idea that
- 5:04Speaker 9: the American government should stand for American citizens, not illegal aliens.
- 5:08Speaker 9: That shouldn't be controversial, but apparently it was to the Democrats.
- 5:12Speaker 9: But I will say, Bill, something that I saw that
- 5:14Speaker 9: probably most TV viewers didn't see was really the cowardice,
- 5:17Speaker 9: because there were a few Democrats who sort of politely clapped.
- 5:21Speaker 2: They didn't want to stand up.
- 5:22Speaker 9: I guess maybe they were worried about being primaried by
- 5:25Speaker 9: the far left fringe of their party. But they were
- 5:27Speaker 9: all looking around. They weren't actually saying, you know what?
- 5:31Speaker 9: I'm going to stand and support this because this is
- 5:33Speaker 9: a common sense, obvious statement. They were all looking around
- 5:37Speaker 9: for cues from their colleagues because they didn't have the
- 5:40Speaker 9: courage to stand on their own. And that, more than anything, Bill,
- 5:43Speaker 9: is the saddest commentary on the Democratic Party, that not
- 5:47Speaker 9: only will they not stand for the idea that Americans
- 5:50Speaker 9: should come first, they won't even have the courage of
- 5:53Speaker 9: their convictions. They lean on the person to their left
- 5:56Speaker 9: and their right rather than actually have some conviction. That
- 5:59Speaker 9: is unfortunately what's true about Democrats in Washington today.
- 6:04Speaker 1: That's what being a lemming means. They're a bunch of lemmings.
- 6:06Speaker 1: They just wait for somebody else to start walking off
- 6:09Speaker 1: the cliff and then they follow them. And it's like
- 6:11Speaker 1: crazy to me. And think about who's in charge of
- 6:14Speaker 1: that group. It's Hakeem Jeffries. The guy's brain doesn't even operate.
- 6:19Speaker 1: That guy was in charge of deciding whether or not
- 6:21Speaker 1: they would stand. No offense, but I'm going to freelance.
- 6:25Speaker 1: If Hakeem Jeffries is my leader, my leader, I'm going
- 6:28Speaker 1: to make some decisions on my own. Like that guy,
- 6:31Speaker 1: by the time he processes this, the State of the
- 6:33Speaker 1: Union will be over. And it was record length. So, yeah, no,
- 6:36Speaker 1: we're not going to wait for Hakeem to stand up.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Stand up for Americans. Couldn't even do that. You couldn't
- 6:42Speaker 1: even do that. Yeah, these Democrats, man, I'll tell you what.
- 6:46Speaker 1: I'm going to get back to J.D. Vance in a
- 6:47Speaker 1: second because J.D. Vance got called out during the State
- 6:50Speaker 1: of the Union by the president and said, this is
- 6:52Speaker 1: the guy who's going to tackle fraud. And we've got
- 6:54Speaker 1: some updates on that immediately from the vice president of
- 6:57Speaker 1: the United States. But before we get there, a woman
- 6:59Speaker 1: who's in one of the fraud states, who is very
- 7:02Speaker 1: happy with the fraudsters, who in fact disrupted the State
- 7:04Speaker 1: of the Union to protect the fraudsters, Ilhan freaking Omar.
- 7:08Speaker 1: She went on CNN yesterday and Wolf Blitzer said, intoned
- 7:13Speaker 1: a question three times in a row. He said, you
- 7:15Speaker 1: have any regrets? You have any regrets over disrupting the
- 7:18Speaker 1: president of the United States? And here's how that went.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Watch.
- 7:22Speaker 10: The House Democratic leader, Hakeem Jeffries, advised your caucus, the
- 7:26Speaker 10: Democratic members, to either skip the State of the Union
- 7:29Speaker 10: address or sit there in silence. Should you have just
- 7:33Speaker 10: boycotted the address? And do you think you violated the
- 7:35Speaker 10: guidelines set out by your own leader?
- 7:39Speaker 4: No, I think it was really unavoidable. The president talked
- 7:44Speaker 4: about protecting Americans, and I just had to remind him
- 7:48Speaker 4: that his administration was responsible for killing two of my constituents.
- 7:54Speaker 2: She's in Minneapolis.
- 7:55Speaker 10: Many members of your Democratic Party criticized their Republican counterparts
- 8:00Speaker 10: when they interrupted President Biden's State of the Union address.
- 8:03Speaker 10: As a lot of us remember, do you have any
- 8:05Speaker 10: regrets at all about the interaction we played between you
- 8:09Speaker 10: and President Trump just last night?
- 8:12Speaker 4: I do not.
- 8:14Speaker 1: And I think it.
- 8:16Speaker 4: Many people look at that moment when the president says
- 8:20Speaker 4: it is our responsibility to protect Americans, and he does
- 8:25Speaker 4: not acknowledge the fact that two Americans, two of my constituents,
- 8:29Speaker 4: two of our neighbors, were killed.
- 8:32Speaker 1: What a clown.
- 8:33Speaker 4: And it was important for me to just remind Americans.
- 8:38Speaker 1: The American people.
- 8:40Speaker 4: That the president and his administration was responsible for killing
- 8:44Speaker 4: two American citizens.
- 8:46Speaker 10: With hindsight, Congresswoman, do you think you would have been
- 8:49Speaker 10: better off boycotting the speech like so many other Democratic
- 8:52Speaker 10: lawmakers did? Or did you do the right thing by
- 8:54Speaker 10: actually showing up there?
- 8:57Speaker 4: I brought four Minnesotans as guests for the Minnesota delegation.
- 9:02Speaker 4: It was important for us to be there, to bear witness.
- 9:06Speaker 1: So Wolf Blitzer tries three times with this chick. Like, hey,
- 9:10Speaker 1: don't you think you should have been better behaved? No,
- 9:12Speaker 1: I don't. I don't think I should have been better behaved.
- 9:15Speaker 1: You don't have any regrets whatsoever? No, I do not.
- 9:17Speaker 1: I don't have any regrets whatsoever. You know, don't you
- 9:19Speaker 1: think maybe you should have skipped the whole State of
- 9:21Speaker 1: the Union instead of showed up like an emotionally incontinent psychopath?
- 9:25Speaker 1: I brought the Minnesotans with me. And then she kept saying,
- 9:28Speaker 1: you heard her keep saying something that was very dishonest.
- 9:32Speaker 1: This thing, oh, the Trump administration is just killing American citizens. Okay,
- 9:36Speaker 1: you psycho. First of all, the weak and vicious minded
- 9:38Speaker 1: people who take you seriously keep trying to assassinate good Americans, scumbag.
- 9:44Speaker 1: And when you say something like that, what she's leaving
- 9:47Speaker 1: out is that in both of those cases that she's
- 9:50Speaker 1: referring to, Renee Goode and Alex Preti, both of them
- 9:54Speaker 1: were involved in assaults on law enforcement and disobeying lawful
- 9:58Speaker 1: orders to stop obstructing law enforcement. Their lives wouldn't be
- 10:03Speaker 1: over if they hadn't made a series of terrible decisions
- 10:08Speaker 1: egged on by Johan Omar. The blood's on her hands.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Is she sitting in the Congress yelling at Trump that
- 10:15Speaker 1: he killed people? The blood's on your hands, sweetheart. The
- 10:18Speaker 1: blood's on your hands. And you shouldn't even be in Congress.
- 10:21Speaker 1: They should have dragged her out. They should have done
- 10:22Speaker 1: what they did to Al Green. Get the sergeant at arms,
- 10:25Speaker 1: get her out of there. And then while they're at it,
- 10:27Speaker 1: just bring her right to denaturalization and get her the
- 10:30Speaker 1: hell out of the country too. Because she's completely out
- 10:33Speaker 1: of control. At what point has she ever been an
- 10:35Speaker 1: American representative? Has she ever been on your side? I
- 10:38Speaker 1: don't remember once thinking, oh yeah, she's doing something for us.
- 10:42Speaker 1: She's constantly trying to protect a fraud operation in Minnesota
- 10:46Speaker 1: that's stealing, what, $ 20 billion at least from us? And
- 10:50Speaker 1: that's why the president of the United States announced on
- 10:51Speaker 1: Tuesday that he has placed J.D. Vance in charge of
- 10:56Speaker 1: tackling fraud nationwide.
- 10:59Speaker 2: You know, J.D.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Vance being in charge of this fraud thing, it's not
- 11:03Speaker 1: brand new information, but it is important that the president
- 11:06Speaker 1: presented it to the world this week so that everybody
- 11:08Speaker 1: else can find out about it. You and I knew
- 11:10Speaker 1: about this. We saw the makings of this earlier this year. Remember, J.D.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Vance is the one who stepped out. He did a
- 11:16Speaker 1: press conference and he announced, hey, we've got a new
- 11:18Speaker 1: person coming to the Justice Department. They're going to report
- 11:20Speaker 1: directly to the White House, not to Pam Bondi, directly
- 11:23Speaker 1: to the White House to tackle fraud. And I've got
- 11:26Speaker 1: a hand in this. I'm kind of running the show here.
- 11:28Speaker 1: And then President Trump steps out and says, that's right.
- 11:31Speaker 2: J.D.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Vance is in charge of tackling this fraud nationwide. And
- 11:36Speaker 1: how much time did he waste? Well, let's see.
- 11:39Speaker 2: None.
- 11:40Speaker 1: He wasted none. He hit the ground running yesterday. Here
- 11:43Speaker 1: he is confirming on television that, yes, he's tackling fraud.
- 11:48Speaker 1: And then later in the day, they announced a huge
- 11:51Speaker 1: freeze on government funding that's been going to fraudsters. First,
- 11:56Speaker 1: his appearance on television yesterday morning.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Watch.
- 11:58Speaker 11: As you look at this, go ahead and explain it
- 12:00Speaker 11: to us because we want to understand what the job is.
- 12:04Speaker 1: And what do you what do you think the number is?
- 12:10Speaker 9: Well, I don't know what the top line number bill is,
- 12:12Speaker 9: and I think that's unfortunate that nobody has ever tried
- 12:14Speaker 9: to take a systematic look at how much fraud there
- 12:17Speaker 9: is in the federal government. How many illegal aliens are
- 12:19Speaker 9: on Medicaid? We know that it's billions and billions of
- 12:22Speaker 9: dollars that should go to American citizens.
- 12:24Speaker 1: It's going to illegal aliens.
- 12:26Speaker 9: How many fraudulent daycare centers have been set up where
- 12:29Speaker 9: that money should go to American citizens to help their
- 12:32Speaker 9: kids get into child care? Instead, it's being stolen from them.
- 12:36Speaker 9: by illegal aliens in our country. How much have government
- 12:40Speaker 9: officials actually been complicit in this fraud because some of
- 12:43Speaker 9: them have gotten wealthy or at the least they've gotten
- 12:46Speaker 9: campaign donations from the people who've gotten rich from that fraud.
- 12:49Speaker 9: The story of the American economy in so many ways
- 12:52Speaker 9: during the Biden administration bill is that the American citizen
- 12:55Speaker 9: was ripped off for people who shouldn't be here and
- 12:58Speaker 9: by politicians who should have known better. And the Trump administration,
- 13:02Speaker 9: the president has asked me to take a full Whole
- 13:06Speaker 9: government approach to trying to understand that and what does
- 13:09Speaker 9: that mean bill? That means first of all, the Department
- 13:11Speaker 9: of Justice is going to be investigating and where possible
- 13:14Speaker 9: Throwing fraudsters in prison, but it's also gonna mean that
- 13:17Speaker 9: Scott Bessette and some of our friends at the Treasury
- 13:19Speaker 9: Department We're gonna be looking at income tax records We're
- 13:22Speaker 9: gonna be trying to understand how it is that the
- 13:25Speaker 9: American people have been defrauded how it is.
- 13:28Speaker 1: That people have used resources.
- 13:30Speaker 9: And programs that should go to American citizens and instead
- 13:33Speaker 9: have been going to fraudulent uses. There's a whole host
- 13:36Speaker 9: of tools that we have that have never been used.
- 13:39Speaker 9: And the president, I talked about this a couple of
- 13:41Speaker 9: months ago and said, what if we just did everything
- 13:44Speaker 9: that we could to stop the fraud that's being committed
- 13:48Speaker 9: against the American taxpayer? The president said, great idea, let's
- 13:52Speaker 9: do it. And we're going to work on that very
- 13:53Speaker 9: aggressively over the next year.
- 13:55Speaker 2: I love it.
- 13:57Speaker 1: And what you have here, what you have here is
- 14:00Speaker 1: the executive branch, the very highest levels. The vice president
- 14:03Speaker 1: of the United States is now overseeing this operation. And
- 14:07Speaker 1: you hear J.D. Vance there talking about the government officials
- 14:09Speaker 1: who made this possible. We know something with certainty. We've
- 14:13Speaker 1: seen the reporting on this, that we've got people like
- 14:17Speaker 1: Tampon Tim Walls, the Attorney General Keith Ellison in Minnesota,
- 14:21Speaker 1: the mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry. They're all under FBI
- 14:24Speaker 1: investigation right now. They're all under criminal investigations. for the
- 14:28Speaker 1: role that they played in enabling this fraud, obstructing law enforcement.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And obviously that's been some healthy leverage in getting Minnesota
- 14:38Speaker 1: to cooperate with Tom Holman to start releasing illegals directly
- 14:42Speaker 1: into the custody of ICE. That's been a massive, massive
- 14:46Speaker 1: piece on the board. It's been great. But what comes next?
- 14:49Speaker 1: Do we see these guys prosecuted for what they've done?
- 14:51Speaker 1: Keith Ellison's on tape telling the fraudsters that he's there
- 14:55Speaker 1: to protect them. The fraudsters are saying, hey, We got
- 14:58Speaker 1: to get these guys off our backs. It's crazy that
- 15:00Speaker 1: the investigators are all over us. And he says, well,
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, you donate to my campaign, money
- 15:05Speaker 1: buys you freedom. And all it takes is a phone
- 15:07Speaker 1: call or two from the attorney general. And usually that's
- 15:09Speaker 1: enough to scare him off. This is Keith Ellison caught
- 15:12Speaker 1: on tape saying.
- 15:13Speaker 2: All of this.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Now, before I play the next clip, this is going
- 15:18Speaker 1: to be of J.D. Vance and Dr. Oz talking about
- 15:21Speaker 1: how they're freezing all this funding that's been used for fraud.
- 15:25Speaker 1: This is, you know, your money that's being stolen. I
- 15:28Speaker 1: want to take you back a couple days to a
- 15:29Speaker 1: clip I played for you recently. This is a clip.
- 15:33Speaker 1: It was an NBC clip. NBC did an interview a
- 15:36Speaker 1: couple years ago where they spoke to a fraudster, a guy.
- 15:41Speaker 1: They covered his identity. They concealed it. They gave him
- 15:43Speaker 1: the voice changer so he could say whatever he wanted
- 15:46Speaker 1: without people recognizing.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Who he is.
- 15:48Speaker 1: And he announced, he's like, look, it is so easy
- 15:50Speaker 1: to steal from the taxpayers. It's unbelievable. You can get
- 15:53Speaker 1: millions of dollars like that. Watch this clip.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Watch.
- 15:57Speaker 12: That doesn't surprise this man. We'll call him Julio because
- 16:00Speaker 12: he wants to conceal his identity. Julio admits he knows
- 16:04Speaker 12: a lot about stealing from Medicare because it was his
- 16:07Speaker 12: entire life for many years in Miami. Why Medicare fraud?
- 16:12Speaker 12: Why was that alluring to you as compared to other ways,
- 16:17Speaker 12: maybe even illicit ways to make money?
- 16:19Speaker 2: It's easy.
- 16:21Speaker 12: Did someone teach you how to game the system?
- 16:24Speaker 2: Are there a lot of people who are willing to
- 16:25Speaker 2: break the law? Is there a lot of money to
- 16:26Speaker 2: be made?
- 16:27Speaker 5: How much?
- 16:27Speaker 2: How did that stack up, the risk versus the reward?
- 16:28Speaker 1: The reward was excellent. Millions of dollars. Very easy to steal.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Very easy to steal from the taxpayer. And there are
- 16:56Speaker 1: no consequences?
- 16:57Speaker 13: No.
- 16:57Speaker 1: No consequences. None at all. That's the way this is operating? Yeah.
- 17:03Speaker 1: We should do an interview with that guy. We should
- 17:04Speaker 1: track him down. Producer Josh, get on that. Will you
- 17:07Speaker 1: track that guy down? Find that dude. See if we
- 17:11Speaker 1: can get him on the show. Be like, hey, are
- 17:13Speaker 1: you still in the stealing business all these years later?
- 17:15Speaker 2: Yes, I am in the stealing business. I'm still doing it. Really?
- 17:20Speaker 1: Sorry, my voice changer screwed up.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Really?
- 17:22Speaker 1: You're still in the stealing business?
- 17:24Speaker 2: Absolutely. Business is very good. Tampon Tim Walz has given
- 17:28Speaker 2: me so much of your money.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Millions of dollars still?
- 17:31Speaker 2: No, billions now, actually. I have a helicopter that I
- 17:35Speaker 2: fly to Tampon Tim Walz's house, and then he just
- 17:38Speaker 2: gives me the money right there. It's a much easier operation.
- 17:41Speaker 1: It's unbelievable. Well, thank you so much for sitting down
- 17:44Speaker 1: with us today. I appreciate that. I'm going to pass
- 17:46Speaker 1: all of this off to J.D. Vance so he can
- 17:49Speaker 1: go after you. So, yeah, this is what we're dealing with, guys.
- 17:55Speaker 1: This is crazy. Here's J.D. Vance and Dr. Oz announcing, hey,
- 18:00Speaker 1: you know all that money that we've been sending to
- 18:02Speaker 1: places like Minnesota? Yeah, we're not doing that anymore. Here's
- 18:05Speaker 1: cut four.
- 18:05Speaker 14: Watch.
- 18:06Speaker 9: We're announcing today that we have decided to temporarily halt
- 18:13Speaker 9: certain amounts of Medicaid funding that are going to the
- 18:15Speaker 9: state of Minnesota in order to ensure that the state
- 18:19Speaker 9: of Minnesota takes its obligations seriously to be good stewards
- 18:24Speaker 9: of the American people's tax money. Now what is this
- 18:26Speaker 9: going to mean? What this means is that, first of all,
- 18:29Speaker 9: the providers on the ground in Minnesota have actually already
- 18:33Speaker 9: been paid. The state has paid those providers the money.
- 18:36Speaker 9: What we're doing is we are stopping the federal payments
- 18:39Speaker 9: that will go to the state government until the state
- 18:42Speaker 9: government takes its obligations seriously to stop the fraud that's
- 18:48Speaker 9: being perpetrated against the American taxpayer.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Stop the fraud. Now, how much money are we talking here?
- 18:54Speaker 1: How much fraud is actually taking place?
- 18:55Speaker 2: Well, Dr.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Oz stepped up to the microphone and he dropped a
- 18:59Speaker 1: bomb on the United States here about how much money
- 19:02Speaker 1: is being stolen from us. Listen to Dr.
- 19:03Speaker 15: Oz.
- 19:05Speaker 7: Listen carefully.
- 19:06Speaker 15: We are spending $ 300 billion a year in health care
- 19:11Speaker 15: in this country for fraudulent, abusive, or wasteful purposes.
- 19:15Speaker 7: $ 300 billion. Let's put that in perspective.
- 19:18Speaker 15: If we could reduce fraud by 5%, which is that
- 19:20Speaker 15: $ 300 billion, we would take the trust fund that's going
- 19:24Speaker 15: to take care of all of us as we get older,
- 19:26Speaker 15: and we would allow it not to expire in five
- 19:28Speaker 15: to six years.
- 19:28Speaker 7: We would double its life expectancy.
- 19:30Speaker 15: That's massively important if you're going to trust the social
- 19:33Speaker 15: safety net to be there for you.
- 19:35Speaker 7: You deserve that social safety net. It's there. It's created.
- 19:38Speaker 15: We're not going to let fraudsters steal it from you.
- 19:40Speaker 7: The Stellar CS team, I want to call them out.
- 19:42Speaker 7: Kim Brandt, who's videoing me over there.
- 19:43Speaker 15: Dan Brillman, Capri Snap, Steph Carlton have worked tirelessly to
- 19:47Speaker 15: put this together.
- 19:47Speaker 7: They've been rooting out criminals all year long. I know
- 19:50Speaker 7: as well what it's like.
- 19:51Speaker 15: I visited all these areas, personally witnessed what it's like
- 19:54Speaker 15: to see something you know is wrong and wonder why
- 19:57Speaker 15: no one.
- 19:57Speaker 7: Tried to fix it. It's infuriating.
- 19:59Speaker 15: The vice president described very accurately exactly what you see
- 20:02Speaker 15: on the ground.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Yeah, hundreds of billions of dollars a year, but that's
- 20:07Speaker 1: a brand new number from Dr.
- 20:09Speaker 14: Oz.
- 20:09Speaker 1: He said, we're talking at least $ 300 billion a year
- 20:12Speaker 1: being stolen from taxpayers. Let's stretch that out because sometimes
- 20:15Speaker 1: in DC, they like to stretch things out over a decade,
- 20:17Speaker 1: over 10 years, over 10 years. Well then, okay, that's
- 20:20Speaker 1: 300 billion. That's $ 3 trillion every decade stolen from taxpayers.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Could we use $ 3 trillion right about now? Well, yeah,
- 20:29Speaker 1: when we're in $ 38 trillion in debt, we could definitely
- 20:32Speaker 1: use $ 3 trillion back. That would go a long way.
- 20:34Speaker 1: That's a meaningful chunk. That's remarkable. All right, so what
- 20:39Speaker 1: about the prosecutor? What about the guy who brings the charges? Well,
- 20:42Speaker 1: I've got an update on that guy because he just
- 20:44Speaker 1: stopped by the Senate yesterday. Got to keep our eyes
- 20:47Speaker 1: on this because, you know, it matters. More ahead on
- 20:51Speaker 1: the program. Thank you for being here.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Great audience.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Really appreciate you. Julio appreciates you.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Yes, thank you for being here. And thank you for
- 20:58Speaker 2: all your money. You're welcome, Julio.

- 22:20Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. Great, great sponsors. All right, so what about
- 22:23Speaker 1: the fraud prosecutor? Where is that guy? The president, the
- 22:26Speaker 1: vice president said that he was on the way. Well,
- 22:31Speaker 1: we got an update on.
- 22:32Speaker 2: That as well.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Yesterday, President Trump's fraud hunter, Colin McDonald, went and spoke
- 22:40Speaker 1: to the Senate. He was doing some testimony yesterday, his
- 22:43Speaker 1: confirmation hearing, speaking to senators about what he would do
- 22:47Speaker 1: in this job, which is really great that he's doing
- 22:53Speaker 1: this because, again, he'll report directly to the White House.
- 22:56Speaker 1: It's a brand-new White House unit that is coming into place,
- 23:01Speaker 1: this National Fraud Enforcement Division. And here's Eric Schmidt, the
- 23:07Speaker 1: great Missouri senator, leaving the hearing yesterday saying they had
- 23:11Speaker 1: a great conversation, a great conversation with Colin McDonald and
- 23:15Speaker 1: that he's about to bring a whole bunch of prosecutions.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Watch.
- 23:18Speaker 9: Okay, just left a confirmation hearing for the lawyer that's
- 23:20Speaker 9: going to be in charge of prosecuting all this fraud
- 23:22Speaker 9: that we've seen.
- 23:23Speaker 2: And certainly in Minnesota, I think that's a tip of
- 23:24Speaker 2: the iceberg.
- 23:25Speaker 9: It could be a trillion dollars a year of fraud.
- 23:28Speaker 1: That's happening in this country.
- 23:30Speaker 13: I just think of the guy that's working his tail off,
- 23:32Speaker 13: swinging the hammer, driving the truck.
- 23:33Speaker 2: He deserves better than that. So I think President Trump
- 23:36Speaker 2: outlined a focus on that.
- 23:37Speaker 13: Vice President Vance is going to be in charge along
- 23:39Speaker 13: with the federal prosecutors.
- 23:40Speaker 2: We need to prosecute and.
- 23:41Speaker 13: Then also have some tools on the front end to
- 23:43Speaker 13: make sure this stuff doesn't happen again.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Great, great update. This is what I want. Give me
- 23:48Speaker 1: these updates. Tell me, tell me what's going on. So
- 23:50Speaker 1: the process right now underway to get this guy in place. Now,
- 23:54Speaker 1: I will tell you that I saw some of the
- 23:55Speaker 1: coverage of this hearing yesterday. And the types of questions
- 23:58Speaker 1: that Democrats were asking were like, are you going to
- 24:01Speaker 1: do what the president tells you to do? The answer
- 24:04Speaker 1: to that is quite obviously, yes, of course. I work
- 24:09Speaker 1: for the American people. I work for the person that
- 24:12Speaker 1: they put in charge. The president of the United States
- 24:14Speaker 1: is the executive branch. None of you people are even
- 24:16Speaker 1: familiar with the Constitution. This is the way it works.
- 24:19Speaker 1: If the president tells the United States Department of Justice,
- 24:22Speaker 1: stop everything. I want you prosecuting drug dealers. then they
- 24:26Speaker 1: stop everything and they start going after drugs. That's the
- 24:29Speaker 1: way this is supposed to work. The media and the
- 24:32Speaker 1: left broadly, they act like this is some sort of
- 24:34Speaker 1: tyrannical thing. It's not tyrannical. The president is the guy
- 24:37Speaker 1: who's in charge. Now, apparently in his confirmation hearing, he
- 24:41Speaker 1: just kept repeating the same line as advised by his lawyers,
- 24:44Speaker 1: that he's going to follow the facts and apply the
- 24:46Speaker 1: law in all cases. Well, that would include listening to
- 24:49Speaker 1: your boss, the president of the United States. So it's
- 24:51Speaker 1: a perfectly fine answer for a a Senate confirmation hearing,
- 24:54Speaker 1: but what a ridiculous question. It's all, this is scandal
- 24:57Speaker 1: mongering is what it is. They're trying to create scandals
- 24:59Speaker 1: where there are none, and they're trying to throw the
- 25:01Speaker 1: brakes on this guy stopping fraud. Imagine seeing fraud of
- 25:04Speaker 1: this scale and then trying to figure out ways to
- 25:07Speaker 1: stop this guy from getting the job. I'm beginning to
- 25:10Speaker 1: think that you're in on it. You're in on it,
- 25:11Speaker 1: that you're protecting what Eric Schmidt just referred to as
- 25:15Speaker 1: a trillion dollars in fraud going on in our country.
- 25:21Speaker 1: So there's a, Some meaningful updates there. All right, coming
- 25:25Speaker 1: up in a few minutes, we've got Harmeet Dhillon joining us.
- 25:27Speaker 1: She is another assistant attorney general. She handles the civil
- 25:31Speaker 1: rights division at the Justice Department. Man, she's a hero.
- 25:35Speaker 1: She's a total hero. But first, I've got some updates
- 25:37Speaker 1: for you on some things that the FBI is up
- 25:40Speaker 1: to that I need you to know about. One, the
- 25:43Speaker 1: FBI yesterday raided the Los Angeles school district. Have you
- 25:49Speaker 1: heard about this? They raided the second biggest school district
- 25:54Speaker 1: in the country specifically because they are going after the
- 25:59Speaker 1: superintendent there, a guy called Alberto Carvalho. They raided his
- 26:03Speaker 1: home and his office yesterday in Los Angeles. This is
- 26:07Speaker 1: the Trump FBI, led by Kash Patel, has raided this
- 26:12Speaker 1: left-wing lunatic. And this guy really is a left-wing lunatic.
- 26:14Speaker 1: He's a part of all sorts of anti-ICE activism and
- 26:19Speaker 1: just garbage. The New York Times reported yesterday that the
- 26:22Speaker 1: FBI raided the headquarters of the Los Angeles Unified School
- 26:25Speaker 1: District and the home of its superintendent on Wednesday in
- 26:29Speaker 1: an apparently widening investigation into a $ 6 million deal between
- 26:34Speaker 1: the nation's second largest school system and a failed artificial
- 26:38Speaker 1: intelligence startup. federal officials saying that the agency had executed
- 26:43Speaker 1: a series of search warrants at the school district and
- 26:45Speaker 1: at the home of the superintendent, Alberto Carvalho, and that
- 26:49Speaker 1: the accompanying affidavits had been sealed by the court. Now,
- 26:52Speaker 1: they're not elaborating on the target of the investigation, but
- 26:56Speaker 1: a related FBI search at a home in Florida appeared
- 26:59Speaker 1: to link the L.A. raids to something called All Here,
- 27:03Speaker 1: which is a tech startup that had secured a contract
- 27:05Speaker 1: with the school district for an AI chatbot before the
- 27:09Speaker 1: company filed for bankruptcy in 2024. The founder of all
- 27:12Speaker 1: here was later charged with fraud. The piece goes on
- 27:18Speaker 1: to say that this is not the first time this
- 27:19Speaker 1: guy's been in hot water. He also was in hot
- 27:22Speaker 1: water in Florida. And there are allegations of self-dealing that
- 27:26Speaker 1: this guy was, you know, giving his buddies contracts and
- 27:30Speaker 1: it's all very suspicious. So is there corruption and fraud
- 27:34Speaker 1: going on in California? Well, hell yeah, there definitely is.
- 27:38Speaker 1: And so when we talk about fraud and J.D. Vance
- 27:41Speaker 1: going after it, I would keep an eye on this. Now,
- 27:44Speaker 1: I'm going to, again, talk to Harmony Dillon coming up
- 27:46Speaker 1: here in a few minutes. We'll ask her about this
- 27:48Speaker 1: because we've got simultaneously, you've got the Civil Rights Division
- 27:55Speaker 1: suing the L.A. school district for racial prejudice in the
- 27:59Speaker 1: school system. So they've got There's a lot happening all
- 28:03Speaker 1: at once. We'll find out more, see what Harmeet can
- 28:05Speaker 1: tell us coming up on this. But one more thing
- 28:08Speaker 1: on the FBI, and this is a massive story. We're
- 28:10Speaker 1: probably going to have to dwell on it more in
- 28:12Speaker 1: detail in the coming days. But this just broke overnight
- 28:15Speaker 1: from Reuters, and this one involves the Biden-era FBI and
- 28:18Speaker 1: a discovery that Kash Patel has just made, has just made.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Check this out. Biden's FBI, Biden's FBI... was spying on
- 28:31Speaker 1: both Kash Patel and Susie Wiles and their phone records,
- 28:37Speaker 1: including while Susie Wiles was the campaign manager for the
- 28:43Speaker 1: new Trump campaign going into the 2024 election. I got
- 28:48Speaker 1: to put the finest point I can on this. They
- 28:50Speaker 1: were spying on Trump's campaign again.
- 28:54Speaker 2: Again. Again.
- 28:57Speaker 1: The FBI subpoenaed Kash Patel and Susie Wiles' phone records
- 29:00Speaker 1: in 2022 and 2023 when both were private citizens as
- 29:07Speaker 1: part of a federal probe into then-former President Donald Trump,
- 29:10Speaker 1: Fox News has confirmed. Patel is the current FBI director.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Wiles is the White House chief of staff. At least
- 29:16Speaker 1: 10 FBI employees were just fired yesterday, according to Fox News.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Names were not given due to privacy reasons. The FBI
- 29:25Speaker 1: Agents Association later, quote, criticized the fire. Oh, shut up.
- 29:30Speaker 1: The FBI Agents Association condemns today's unlawful termination. They're just
- 29:35Speaker 1: angry that Kash Patel is holding people accountable. So they
- 29:38Speaker 1: caught people. I mean, you and I. can read between
- 29:41Speaker 1: the lines here. They catch people involved on spying on
- 29:44Speaker 1: Trump's campaign again. And the incoming FBI director, this guy, obviously,
- 29:50Speaker 1: who is a part of holding the intelligence community accountable,
- 29:53Speaker 1: the FBI accountable for his past sins. And you had
- 29:56Speaker 1: FBI spying on these guys? And people get canned. You
- 30:00Speaker 1: get caught, you get canned. I mean, that's it. You're
- 30:02Speaker 1: lucky it's just a canning for now. These actions weaken
- 30:06Speaker 1: the Bureau, the Agents Association mindlessly says. Reuters first disclosed
- 30:11Speaker 1: the subpoenas, which were issued during the Biden administration, while
- 30:15Speaker 1: special counsel Jack Smith was investigating Trump's efforts to overturn
- 30:20Speaker 1: the 2020 election. Jack Smith. Jack Smith, the unconstitutional special counsel.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Judge Eileen Cannon said, you're not even constitutionally appointed. Get
- 30:29Speaker 1: the hell out of a courthouse. And then Jack Smith,
- 30:32Speaker 1: what was he doing? He was spying on everybody, raiding Mar-a-Lago,
- 30:37Speaker 1: spying on Trump's campaign, spying on Susie Wiles, it turns out,
- 30:41Speaker 1: spying on Kash Patel, spying on sitting members of Congress.
- 30:46Speaker 1: He just sat before Congress and acted like everything he
- 30:49Speaker 1: was doing was on the up and up. You're spying
- 30:51Speaker 1: on American citizens recklessly without a predicate. Smith ended up
- 30:56Speaker 1: charging Trump in 2023 with multiple felony offenses, yada, yada, yada.
- 31:01Speaker 1: We know that story. So what we've learned, and then
- 31:05Speaker 1: the Reuters piece lays this out, is they were spying
- 31:07Speaker 1: on Susie Wiles, including from her time as the campaign manager.
- 31:12Speaker 1: They gathered communications from her from that time. So, you know,
- 31:15Speaker 1: this is like, you know, when they were spying on
- 31:17Speaker 1: Carter Page, spying on the Trump campaign, sweeping up communications
- 31:20Speaker 1: from the Trump campaign that Carter Page was involved in.
- 31:24Speaker 1: It just, you know, it just keeps happening over and over.
- 31:26Speaker 1: There's a detail in the Reuters story that really stands out, though,
- 31:28Speaker 1: that I want to highlight with you. Apparently, Susie Wiles'
- 31:33Speaker 1: attorney knew that the FBI was spying on her phone
- 31:37Speaker 1: records and didn't tell her. Do you find that interesting?
- 31:44Speaker 1: Like if you hired a lawyer and your lawyer knew
- 31:49Speaker 1: that you were being spied upon, wouldn't your lawyer have
- 31:51Speaker 1: a duty to tell you? What's that about? Who's that
- 31:56Speaker 1: lawyer working for? Like for real, like who's that lawyer
- 31:59Speaker 1: actually working for? Very interested in that. Anyway, the details
- 32:04Speaker 1: are just developing here, but we've got some FBI updates
- 32:09Speaker 1: and Kash Patel apparently just canned a bunch of people
- 32:12Speaker 1: for their behavior. for their spying, for their violation of
- 32:16Speaker 1: civil liberties in the United States. A lot more ahead
- 32:19Speaker 1: on the program. We've got to get to a SAVE
- 32:21Speaker 1: Act update. I have a SAVE Act update for you.
- 32:24Speaker 1: A big one. You're making a difference. You're making a difference.
- 32:29Speaker 1: We're going to talk about it coming up, but we'll
- 32:31Speaker 1: have Harmeet Dhillon join us next. Stand by for that. First,
- 32:34Speaker 1: I want to tell you about one of our great sponsors,
- 32:35Speaker 1: American Financing. If you're worrying about those upcoming credit card

- 33:42Speaker 1: program because, you know, I can tell I'm getting older
- 33:46Speaker 1: because now I like plants. I remember being a kid
- 33:49Speaker 1: and being like, who cares?
- 33:49Speaker 2: I thought.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Just planting, like attending to a plant. It didn't seem
- 33:54Speaker 1: that interesting to me. Now I'm obsessed with it. And
- 33:56Speaker 1: if you want beautiful plants that arrive already grown to
- 34:00Speaker 1: your door so that you can just plant them in
- 34:02Speaker 1: your yard, fast growing trees. All my gardening friends love
- 34:05Speaker 1: fast growing trees. I remember when they started with us.
- 34:08Speaker 1: I have a good gardening friend who told me, oh,
- 34:10Speaker 1: I get all my trees from fast growing trees. Well,

- 35:11Speaker 1: for the Civil Rights Division. The great Harmeet Dhillon is
- 35:13Speaker 1: back on the program. Ma'am, great to have you back
- 35:15Speaker 1: with us. Good to see you.
- 35:17Speaker 14: Thanks for having me, Vincent. Before I forget, happy birthday.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Thank you very, very much. It's been an amazing week.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Let me ask you about what you've been up to lately,
- 35:25Speaker 1: because I keep seeing your name in headlines. You keep
- 35:28Speaker 1: suing school districts across the country. what's happening? Why is
- 35:32Speaker 1: it taking so long for schools to catch up with
- 35:34Speaker 1: federal law here? Because it seems like you're going after
- 35:37Speaker 1: school districts for ongoing racial discrimination and gender nonsense. Is
- 35:41Speaker 1: that all still happening?
- 35:43Speaker 14: Oh, absolutely, Vincent. It's happening more than we can even
- 35:46Speaker 14: possibly keep up. And why they're doing it is because
- 35:49Speaker 14: they've been getting away with it for decades. And in
- 35:52Speaker 14: private practice, I've tried to take on some of these cases.
- 35:55Speaker 14: And you're playing a game of whack-a-mole. You might settle
- 35:57Speaker 14: with one school district, but then there are thousands of others.
- 36:00Speaker 14: And so United States Department of Justice has the ability
- 36:02Speaker 14: to really make examples out of these school districts. And
- 36:05Speaker 14: so some of the cases include a major case against
- 36:09Speaker 14: Los Angeles Unified School District, which has for years, for decades,
- 36:13Speaker 14: actually been engaging in a kind of racial gerrymandering when
- 36:19Speaker 14: it comes to allocating resources. So if a school, a
- 36:23Speaker 14: division of the school district has, excuse me, more than
- 36:29Speaker 14: 30% white people in it, it gets less funding per student,
- 36:34Speaker 14: which is crazy. And so this is a result of
- 36:37Speaker 14: a private lawsuit that happened many years ago. And it's
- 36:40Speaker 14: illegal to discriminate against people on the basis of their
- 36:43Speaker 14: race for government benefits. And so we're going to put
- 36:46Speaker 14: a stop to this in Los Angeles Unified School District,
- 36:49Speaker 14: which by some counts is the largest school district in
- 36:51Speaker 14: the United States. In Michigan, you mentioned gender. We're investigating
- 36:56Speaker 14: under Title IX three different school districts that are violating
- 37:02Speaker 14: the rights of parents to know what sex education their
- 37:05Speaker 14: children are being subjected to. I would call it sex indoctrination, really,
- 37:09Speaker 14: not so much the birds and the bees education from
- 37:11Speaker 14: when I was a kid. Today, students in the sixth grade,
- 37:17Speaker 14: 11 and 12-year-olds in Michigan schools are being subjected to
- 37:21Speaker 14: LGBTQ and trans and other sexual indoctrination. that parents aren't
- 37:26Speaker 14: informed of properly to allow them the ability to opt out.
- 37:29Speaker 14: And Supreme Court precedent has said that parents have that
- 37:31Speaker 14: right to opt out. So we're enforcing that Supreme Court
- 37:34Speaker 14: precedent in that case. And then, of course, we have
- 37:37Speaker 14: all these cases against colleges as well. We've just sued
- 37:42Speaker 14: UCLA in an 80-page-plus complaint for a litany of fairly
- 37:48Speaker 14: heinous anti-Semitic conduct that they've allowed to fester and be
- 37:51Speaker 14: tolerated there for many years now. And People are coming
- 37:56Speaker 14: out of the woodwork to give us more examples in
- 37:59Speaker 14: the UC system. And then we have other cases in
- 38:03Speaker 14: the pipeline as well. Of course, we just sued Harvard
- 38:06Speaker 14: last week for its persistent refusal to provide data to us,
- 38:10Speaker 14: which we're entitled to. The Department of Justice is one
- 38:14Speaker 14: of the many federal grant-making agencies that gives money to Harvard,
- 38:18Speaker 14: which last year received over $ 2. 6 billion in federal funding.
- 38:21Speaker 14: And Each of the agencies, be it the NIH or
- 38:25Speaker 14: the Department of Education, other aspects of HHS and DOJ,
- 38:30Speaker 14: we all have a right to confirm whether Harvard is
- 38:33Speaker 14: complying with federal law. And in my case, I'm particularly
- 38:36Speaker 14: interested in whether they're complying with the lawsuit they lost
- 38:39Speaker 14: at the Supreme Court students for fair admissions. And Harvard
- 38:42Speaker 14: has been playing hide the ball with their data and
- 38:45Speaker 14: refusing to provide us with the information we need to
- 38:47Speaker 14: assess whether they're in compliance, which, of course, begs the question,
- 38:51Speaker 14: why are they doing that? Well, yeah.
- 38:52Speaker 1: When you lose a massive lawsuit before the United States
- 38:55Speaker 1: Supreme Court, as they did, you would think that there
- 38:58Speaker 1: would be some mechanism to make sure that they change course.
- 39:02Speaker 1: And presumably that's your job. I mean, you're going in
- 39:04Speaker 1: there to get the answer, but they're refusing to give
- 39:06Speaker 1: it to you. They're engaged in a cover-up of whether
- 39:08Speaker 1: or not they're actually improving things. And finally, to put
- 39:13Speaker 1: a final point on it, that they've stopped racial discrimination
- 39:16Speaker 1: in admissions.
- 39:17Speaker 14: That's right. And in fact, even as I was preparing
- 39:20Speaker 14: to file this lawsuit, troubling evidence came out in a
- 39:25Speaker 14: report that I saw that showed that Harvard appears to
- 39:28Speaker 14: have increases number of Asians admitted in response to students
- 39:32Speaker 14: for fair admissions, but not whites. And, you know, again,
- 39:35Speaker 14: that's a violation of the law. I mean, Harvard's discrimination
- 39:39Speaker 14: policies go back decades. There was a time when Harvard
- 39:41Speaker 14: blatantly discriminated against Jews. Now they're blatantly discriminating in recent
- 39:46Speaker 14: history against Asians and whites. And I can't tell if
- 39:50Speaker 14: they've stopped doing it or not, because while they keep,
- 39:54Speaker 14: you know, sending their emissaries to various people in the
- 39:57Speaker 14: administration to try to reach a deal, you know, they
- 40:00Speaker 14: appear to be talking out of both sides of their mouths,
- 40:02Speaker 14: because to date, even though the president's certainly been willing
- 40:04Speaker 14: to come to the table, they have simply refused to
- 40:07Speaker 14: negotiate with us in good faith. And so we're forced
- 40:10Speaker 14: to file this lawsuit and there may be others.
- 40:12Speaker 1: Yeah, well, the best deal would be if they just
- 40:14Speaker 1: followed the law. That's the perfect deal. Let me ask
- 40:17Speaker 1: you about what your relationship is like when you talk
- 40:19Speaker 1: to these institutions. Have you seen progress? Like you're talking
- 40:22Speaker 1: about filing lawsuits against schools and institutions that are refusing
- 40:26Speaker 1: to do the right thing. But is there ever times
- 40:28Speaker 1: where you get in touch with an institution and you say, hey,
- 40:30Speaker 1: we're concerned that you're engaged in racial prejudice or we're
- 40:33Speaker 1: concerned that you're engaged in this kind of like warped
- 40:36Speaker 1: gender propaganda? Have you found that there are institutions who
- 40:39Speaker 1: are changing course and going, you know what? We're going
- 40:42Speaker 1: to fix things.
- 40:43Speaker 14: Well, absolutely. So I'm going to point first to the
- 40:46Speaker 14: half a dozen or so institutions of the elite institutions
- 40:49Speaker 14: that have reached settlements with the United States. I want
- 40:51Speaker 14: to really commend and call out Columbia University. They had
- 40:54Speaker 14: a pretty horrific pattern and practice of anti-Semitic and discriminatory
- 40:59Speaker 14: conduct there, as well as DEI issues. And they came
- 41:02Speaker 14: to the table with the United States. They didn't sue us.
- 41:05Speaker 14: They negotiated in good faith. We reached a landmark settlement.
- 41:09Speaker 14: That included $ 200 million of penalties to the United States
- 41:13Speaker 14: paid over three years, but also importantly, the largest anti-Semitism
- 41:17Speaker 14: class action lawsuit settlement that the EEOC was ever able
- 41:20Speaker 14: to obtain in history. I think it was $ 26 million
- 41:23Speaker 14: for victims there, including professors, faculty, even janitors who had
- 41:27Speaker 14: been subjected to mob interference there and just plain old discrimination.
- 41:33Speaker 14: And we also have had settlements. I personally negotiated a
- 41:36Speaker 14: Columbia one with Linda McMahon, as well as with Cornell,
- 41:42Speaker 14: reached a deal with Cornell, another excellent deal, Northwestern. We
- 41:46Speaker 14: also have deals with Penn involving specifically Title IX issues
- 41:50Speaker 14: in girls' sports, women's sports, I should say, and Brown
- 41:56Speaker 14: and others. And so I will also say that there
- 41:58Speaker 14: have been other institutions where they can't, University of Virginia,
- 42:01Speaker 14: my alma mater, although now that Abigail Spanberger is the governor,
- 42:05Speaker 14: she seems very determined to derail that, and other reforms
- 42:09Speaker 14: that have been done in Virginia. Many of these institutions,
- 42:13Speaker 14: I don't want to paint with too broad a brush,
- 42:15Speaker 14: particularly the elite public institutions. They've been extremely forthcoming and
- 42:20Speaker 14: willing to come to the table with us. And sometimes
- 42:22Speaker 14: they hire private lawyers who help them go through their
- 42:25Speaker 14: websites and their policies and practices and reform of them.
- 42:28Speaker 14: And then they come to my conference room and they
- 42:30Speaker 14: show us their homework. Other times I look at something
- 42:33Speaker 14: in the press or something that is in a complaint
- 42:36Speaker 14: and I open up an investigation and I get the
- 42:39Speaker 14: president and their lawyers and sometimes their board members who
- 42:42Speaker 14: come to us and they make a presentation and they
- 42:44Speaker 14: persuade me that actually the big picture is much less dire.
- 42:48Speaker 14: And sometimes there are just one-off artifacts that occur where
- 42:51Speaker 14: an institution really has legitimately in good faith given out
- 42:54Speaker 14: the order from the top down to make the necessary changes,
- 42:57Speaker 14: but there's a recalcitrant dean somewhere or there's a page
- 43:01Speaker 14: that got missed in the review and update of the websites. And,
- 43:04Speaker 14: you know, we're not here to rake people over the coals.
- 43:07Speaker 14: We're here to get the job done. And so honest
- 43:10Speaker 14: mistakes like that, we get them corrected and we move on.
- 43:13Speaker 14: But then you have UCLA and some UCLA faculty decided
- 43:18Speaker 14: that instead of letting the university negotiate with us, which
- 43:23Speaker 14: they wanted to, let's go get an injunction and prevent that.
- 43:26Speaker 14: So right now there's an injunction out there that prevents
- 43:29Speaker 14: the United States from negotiating on admissions issues with UCLA.
- 43:33Speaker 14: That's crazy. And we're going to be seeking a higher
- 43:38Speaker 14: review of that. But meanwhile, this is a totally separate issue.
- 43:41Speaker 14: The anti-Semitism in employment that has occurred at UCLA, and
- 43:45Speaker 14: I believe other UC institutions, is shocking and disappointing. Anyone
- 43:49Speaker 14: can read our complaint. It's linked to our press release publicly.
- 43:53Speaker 14: And so we've been focusing mainly on the elite institutions,
- 43:57Speaker 14: but on a case-by-case basis where we see Incidents that
- 44:00Speaker 14: are below that tier, we're also looking at those. There's 6,000
- 44:04Speaker 14: institutions of higher learning events that get federal funding. So
- 44:08Speaker 14: there's no way for us with the limited resources we
- 44:10Speaker 14: have to go after all of them. But we hope
- 44:12Speaker 14: to make examples out of some of the worst ones.
- 44:14Speaker 14: And we hope that the rest of them do the
- 44:15Speaker 14: right thing.
- 44:17Speaker 1: Yeah, high profile cases get far reaching results. So that
- 44:20Speaker 1: makes a lot of sense to me. Here's something I'm
- 44:23Speaker 1: interested in. So you mentioned a couple of institutions that
- 44:26Speaker 1: have improved their practices, whether it's Brown or Northwestern or Cornell,
- 44:32Speaker 1: which that's great news. But the left is looking at
- 44:36Speaker 1: this going, they're doing something wrong and we need to
- 44:38Speaker 1: hurt them for working with you and the Trump administration.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Just this past week, Susan Rice sat down on a podcast,
- 44:45Speaker 1: I believe with a former U.S. attorney, Preet Bharara, and
- 44:49Speaker 1: was bragging about how when the left gets power again
- 44:53Speaker 1: in the United States, we're not going to play by
- 44:54Speaker 1: the old rules. We're going to go after these institutions
- 44:58Speaker 1: who have done this, who have kind of bent the
- 45:01Speaker 1: knee to Donald Trump. And I couldn't help but think
- 45:03Speaker 1: of the mission that you're on here, Armeet, which is
- 45:06Speaker 1: that you're trying to get the institutions to stop using
- 45:08Speaker 1: racial prejudice. You're stopping them from being anti-Semitic. You're stopping
- 45:12Speaker 1: them from gender propaganda. I'm pretty certain what Susan Rice
- 45:16Speaker 1: is talking about. What do you make of a statement
- 45:18Speaker 1: like that?
- 45:19Speaker 14: Well, I shudder to think about not playing by the
- 45:21Speaker 14: old rules because the old rules included indicting the president,
- 45:24Speaker 14: included trying to disbar and disbarring lawyers who simply gave
- 45:29Speaker 14: private legal advice to a client who didn't act on it,
- 45:33Speaker 14: and spying on members of Congress and United States senators
- 45:36Speaker 14: by the Department of Justice. I mean, it's really, those
- 45:39Speaker 14: are the old rules. I mean, what are they going
- 45:41Speaker 14: to do to us with their new rules? Chase us
- 45:44Speaker 14: down and behead us in the streets? Who knows? It's
- 45:49Speaker 14: kind of sad, really. But I'll tell you, this is
- 45:51Speaker 14: not a specter that is theoretical. Abigail Spanberger has already
- 45:58Speaker 14: gone after all of the officials at University of Virginia
- 46:01Speaker 14: who negotiated with us in good faith and did the
- 46:03Speaker 14: right thing for the institution. They avoided economic catastrophe for UVA,
- 46:07Speaker 14: which is my law school alma mater, which receives, I think,
- 46:11Speaker 14: more than Harvard because there's this big medical facility there,
- 46:14Speaker 14: three $ 3 billion approximately in federal funding, most of which
- 46:19Speaker 14: going to the hospital facility for treatment and for research.
- 46:25Speaker 14: And she forced all the board of visitors to resign
- 46:30Speaker 14: who had participated in reaching a resolution with us. She
- 46:34Speaker 14: forced the rector to resign. She's made threats about anyone
- 46:40Speaker 14: who played ball with us, who was part of that.
- 46:43Speaker 14: I mean, like what's the end game there, Abigail? I mean,
- 46:46Speaker 14: either University of Virginia is going to get federal funding
- 46:50Speaker 14: or it's going to be on the taxpayers of Virginia,
- 46:55Speaker 14: which I don't know if they have a budget with
- 46:56Speaker 14: the $ 3 billion they can come up with to plug
- 46:59Speaker 14: that hole. And UVA is of course a jewel in
- 47:01Speaker 14: the crown. If that's the same policy vis-a-vis all the
- 47:04Speaker 14: educational institutions in Virginia, there is a load of pain
- 47:09Speaker 14: coming for Virginia education.
- 47:12Speaker 1: Um, Harmeet, one more thing on, on schools and, um,
- 47:16Speaker 1: and this racial prejudice stuff. We had a headline, uh,
- 47:18Speaker 1: that came to us on Wednesday that the FBI had
- 47:21Speaker 1: raided the headquarters of the LA unified school district, as
- 47:24Speaker 1: well as the home of the superintendent in LA. Um,
- 47:28Speaker 1: I don't know if you know anything about it or
- 47:30Speaker 1: if it's in any way connected to your work. Could
- 47:32Speaker 1: you give us any comment on that subject?
- 47:34Speaker 14: I would just say it's not connected to the lawsuit
- 47:36Speaker 14: that I filed, but I really can't comment further about, uh,
- 47:39Speaker 14: what is going on there in LA, but California, in particular,
- 47:42Speaker 14: where I lived for 25 years before joining the government,
- 47:45Speaker 14: has grossly bloated bureaucracies in general. But specifically, I would
- 47:53Speaker 14: call the most influential player in all California elections the
- 47:57Speaker 14: school lobby. And so there's sick amounts of money that
- 48:01Speaker 14: flow through the teachers union, and they really control who
- 48:04Speaker 14: becomes a governor and all the constitutional offices and even
- 48:07Speaker 14: members of Congress there. It's pretty shocking the amount of
- 48:09Speaker 14: power they have. And With that kind of power, and
- 48:12Speaker 14: then you add the bureaucratic bloat that is endemic to
- 48:14Speaker 14: California government, you have opportunities for corruption that are rife.
- 48:19Speaker 14: And I suspect that that's what we're going to find out.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Well, the Trump administration, President Trump himself has not been
- 48:24Speaker 1: shy about the fact that he said Minnesota is only
- 48:26Speaker 1: the beginning. California is the epicenter of a lot of
- 48:29Speaker 1: the fraud that needs to be tackled. And if that's
- 48:32Speaker 1: a piece of this, then God bless them for going
- 48:35Speaker 1: after it because we really need to clean up this
- 48:37Speaker 1: fraud in our country.
- 48:38Speaker 14: We absolutely do. I mean, it's twofold. First of all,
- 48:41Speaker 14: the taxpayer, it's deeply offensive. And second of all, they're
- 48:44Speaker 14: stealing from the future of America by putting money in
- 48:47Speaker 14: their pockets instead of educating our children.
- 48:49Speaker 2: All right.
- 48:49Speaker 1: A final question for you. The Save America Act is
- 48:52Speaker 1: being considered right now before the Congress. And one thing
- 48:55Speaker 1: that I really I've been saying a lot that I
- 48:57Speaker 1: truly believe is that voting rights are a civil right.
- 49:00Speaker 1: The ability to to cast that ballot and to have
- 49:03Speaker 1: your voice represented in your government is a civil right.
- 49:05Speaker 1: And I feel like Washington's routinely made that proclamation through
- 49:09Speaker 1: the years. But suddenly Democrats are not making that proclamation
- 49:12Speaker 1: because they don't want to see photo ID to vote,
- 49:14Speaker 1: these types of things. Is it your view that the
- 49:17Speaker 1: SAVE Act should be considered a piece of civil rights legislation?
- 49:20Speaker 1: And is it the kind of thing that Americans should
- 49:24Speaker 1: be fighting for?
- 49:25Speaker 14: Well, 100%. In fact, it's already the responsibility of the
- 49:28Speaker 14: Civil Rights Division to administer all of our federal election statutes, actually.
- 49:33Speaker 14: So the Voting Rights Act is under my umbrella, as
- 49:36Speaker 14: is the as is the National Voter Registration Act, the
- 49:41Speaker 14: Help America Vote Act, the Unified Overseas and Military UOCAVA
- 49:47Speaker 14: law that helps our overseas voters vote in our federal elections.
- 49:52Speaker 14: All of that is under the Civil Rights Division. And
- 49:53Speaker 14: in fact, you're correct. I mean, we do view it
- 49:56Speaker 14: as a civil rights issue. This Civil Rights Division has
- 49:58Speaker 14: filed 25 lawsuits. I mean, actually more than that, but
- 50:03Speaker 14: it's 25 jurisdictions that have been sued by us to
- 50:05Speaker 14: obtain their voter rolls or to deal with actual known
- 50:09Speaker 14: issues in their voter rolls and investigate irregularities such as
- 50:14Speaker 14: Minnesota's weirdo vouching program where one voter can vouch for
- 50:19Speaker 14: the addresses of up to eight other voters or an
- 50:21Speaker 14: unlimited number of so-called voters if they're in an institution.
- 50:25Speaker 14: This is crazy and it certainly doesn't comply with our
- 50:27Speaker 14: federal legal standards for voter registration. And so we're on
- 50:31Speaker 14: that and we're looking at other cases.
- 50:33Speaker 2: As well, Vince. All right.
- 50:34Speaker 1: Thank you, Harmeet Dhillon. Really appreciate your efforts and your
- 50:37Speaker 1: time today.
- 50:38Speaker 2: Again, the U.S.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division.
- 50:41Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you for being in this administration and
- 50:43Speaker 1: fighting for us. I appreciate you.
- 50:45Speaker 14: Thanks for having me.
- 50:46Speaker 1: There's Harmeet Dhillon. Thank you very much.
- 50:49Speaker 2: She's just so good.
- 50:51Speaker 1: All right. Let's let's talk more about the SAVE Act now.
- 50:55Speaker 1: So did you hear from Harmeet Dhillon? She says, yeah,
- 50:58Speaker 1: this is a piece of civil rights legislation. And I
- 51:01Speaker 1: obviously enthusiastically agree. It's the most important civil rights legislation
- 51:05Speaker 1: to be considered this century in the United States Congress.
- 51:09Speaker 1: And what is the likeliness that we get it passed? Well,
- 51:13Speaker 1: you and I have been placing a lot of pressure
- 51:16Speaker 1: on the Senate to finally do its job. That is
- 51:19Speaker 1: show up to the floor and pass this thing with
- 51:22Speaker 1: a simple majority vote. They can do it. If they
- 51:25Speaker 1: face down a filibuster from Democrats, fine, let them run
- 51:27Speaker 1: their mouths. But they can pass this with a simple majority.
- 51:30Speaker 1: It's not really up for debate. Now, the establishment has
- 51:33Speaker 1: been trying to debate it. They've been pretending like some
- 51:35Speaker 1: rule change would be necessary. We got to go nuclear.
- 51:37Speaker 1: You don't have to go nuclear. Stop lying to people.
- 51:40Speaker 1: Stop lying. So we have some updates from yesterday. John Thune,
- 51:45Speaker 1: the head of the Republicans in the Senate, did a
- 51:48Speaker 1: television appearance yesterday, and he was trying to once again
- 51:53Speaker 1: settle you down. He was trying to pat you on
- 51:55Speaker 1: the head and suggest that, oh, don't you worry, we'll
- 51:57Speaker 1: take care of this. And we're going to have a vote. Yeah,
- 52:00Speaker 1: but what kind of vote are you going to have?
- 52:02Speaker 1: If it's a show vote where you just demonstrate to
- 52:04Speaker 1: me that Democrats don't want fair elections, I don't need
- 52:07Speaker 1: to see that. I know that already.
- 52:10Speaker 7: What would be the.
- 52:10Speaker 1: Point of that? Here's John Thune yesterday, one of two videos.
- 52:14Speaker 1: This is the first saying that, don't you worry, I'm
- 52:17Speaker 1: going to hold a show vote.
- 52:18Speaker 7: Watch.
- 52:19Speaker 2: Well, we will.
- 52:20Speaker 1: We'll put the Democrats on the record.
- 52:22Speaker 13: And it's a stark contrast, I should the Democrats even
- 52:25Speaker 13: in the chamber last night having to sit there and
- 52:27Speaker 13: try and defend allowing non-citizens to vote.
- 52:29Speaker 2: In American elections.
- 52:30Speaker 13: That is a losing proposition for them. So we will
- 52:33Speaker 13: get a vote on it. We are right now in
- 52:35Speaker 13: the middle of a government shutdown, so we've got to
- 52:36Speaker 13: try and get the government opened up first.
- 52:38Speaker 1: But in due time, we will get that up on
- 52:42Speaker 1: the floor. We will have a vote on it.
- 52:44Speaker 13: We will make sure that the Democrats are on the record.
- 52:47Speaker 13: It is a stark contrast between Republicans and Democrats about
- 52:50Speaker 13: how they want to handle elections in this country And
- 52:53Speaker 13: this is going to put them, I think, in a
- 52:55Speaker 13: very difficult position.
- 52:56Speaker 1: It's an issue.
- 52:56Speaker 13: If I were running as a Democrat in the midterm
- 52:59Speaker 13: elections in November, I wouldn't want to have to defend.
- 53:02Speaker 1: That's not the answer I wanted. That's the answer that
- 53:06Speaker 1: he was hoping would make you go away. That's not
- 53:08Speaker 1: the answer I wanted. Oh, we're going to put them
- 53:10Speaker 1: on the record. On the record, they're on the record.
- 53:13Speaker 1: They hate election integrity. They love vulnerable elections. They need
- 53:18Speaker 1: fraud to win. They're on the record. I don't need
- 53:21Speaker 1: more votes to prove that Democrats don't have my best
- 53:24Speaker 1: interests at heart. I don't need a single vote to
- 53:27Speaker 1: prove that. So spare us with the show vote nonsense.
- 53:30Speaker 1: What I need is for the Save America Act to
- 53:32Speaker 1: become law. That's what I need. Can you tell us
- 53:36Speaker 1: about that? So later in the day, John Thune was
- 53:39Speaker 1: doing a press conference and a reporter asked, put a
- 53:42Speaker 1: finer point on the question.
- 53:44Speaker 2: Which is good.
- 53:45Speaker 1: Which is, are you prepared to take this to a
- 53:47Speaker 1: speaking filibuster? Are you actually going to do that? And Thune,
- 53:50Speaker 1: for the first time in this process, is beginning to
- 53:54Speaker 1: give us a little bit of perspective about what's happening
- 53:56Speaker 1: behind the scenes. He feels the pressure, ladies and gentlemen.
- 53:59Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, the guy is seeing the
- 54:02Speaker 1: incoming traffic. He's seeing the phone calls. He's seeing the letters.
- 54:05Speaker 1: All of his members are getting this action. Here's John
- 54:08Speaker 1: Thune yesterday saying, It's a cause for real debate that's
- 54:12Speaker 1: happening behind the scenes among Republicans right now. Watch John
- 54:15Speaker 1: Thune's second answer on this of the day.
- 54:18Speaker 14: Your message to the Republicans in your conference who are
- 54:20Speaker 14: pushing over and over again that you guys are, you
- 54:23Speaker 14: can do this with the talking filibuster.
- 54:25Speaker 1: Well, there are a couple of things about that.
- 54:27Speaker 13: One is once we get on, if we were to
- 54:29Speaker 13: go down that path, it's very hard to pivot and
- 54:32Speaker 13: get back to open up the government. I frankly think
- 54:34Speaker 13: we ought to We need a deal to make sure
- 54:37Speaker 13: that DHS, TSA, Coast Guard, FEMA, all those agencies are funded.
- 54:43Speaker 13: And so I'm hopeful there will be a breakthrough on that.
- 54:45Speaker 13: That's going to require some, you know, obviously cooperation from
- 54:49Speaker 13: the Democrats, which we haven't seen a lot of so far.
- 54:52Speaker 1: But we want to get to the SAVE Act.
- 54:54Speaker 13: We also, as I mentioned, we've got a housing bill
- 54:57Speaker 13: that we can pivot back and forth to if we
- 54:59Speaker 13: get a deal to open up the government. That's harder
- 55:02Speaker 13: to do once you're in the throes of a talking filibuster.
- 55:07Speaker 13: The talking filibuster issue is one on which there is
- 55:09Speaker 13: not certainly a unified Republican conference, and there would have
- 55:14Speaker 13: to be. If you go down that path, you're talking
- 55:17Speaker 13: about the need to table what are going to be
- 55:20Speaker 13: numerous amendments and an ability to keep 50 Republicans unified
- 55:27Speaker 13: pretty much on every single vote. And there isn't support
- 55:31Speaker 13: for doing that at this point. As I've said, and
- 55:33Speaker 13: we will, we will get on it and we will
- 55:35Speaker 13: have a vote on the SAVE Act. The context of that,
- 55:39Speaker 13: the process in which we consider it is still an
- 55:43Speaker 13: open question, but one that we're having conversations about, but
- 55:46Speaker 13: clearly not a unified position, at least among Republicans in
- 55:49Speaker 13: the Senate.
- 55:50Speaker 1: But it sounds like that vote might be subject to
- 55:51Speaker 1: a 60-vote threshold.
- 55:52Speaker 2: Is that what you're saying?
- 55:53Speaker 13: I think that's obviously a very real possibility.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Okay, so look, you can put the pieces together on this.
- 56:00Speaker 1: Look at what he's saying. This is final. Finally, like,
- 56:02Speaker 1: get a little bit closer to telling us the truth
- 56:04Speaker 1: about what's happening, which is what John Thune just did.
- 56:06Speaker 1: A little bit closer. And the truth is, he doesn't
- 56:09Speaker 1: have all of his Republicans on board with the talking filibuster.
- 56:13Speaker 1: The truth is, he doesn't have 50 right now. It's
- 56:16Speaker 1: as simple as that. So how about say that? Like,
- 56:20Speaker 1: I know there's been a lot of, you know, stuff about, oh,
- 56:22Speaker 1: we've got all these Republicans who support the Safe America Act.
- 56:24Speaker 1: What good is that if the thing can never actually
- 56:27Speaker 1: be considered for a real vote? That's like, you know,
- 56:32Speaker 1: it's meaningless. It's meaningless. What we really need is, do
- 56:36Speaker 1: you support using the existing rules of the Senate to finish? Now,
- 56:40Speaker 1: we don't actually know the whip count on this question.
- 56:42Speaker 1: We don't know which Republicans are opposed. We have a
- 56:45Speaker 1: hunch which Republicans are opposed. I could name, I could
- 56:48Speaker 1: rattle off a bunch of Republicans that I suspect, Susan Collins,
- 56:51Speaker 1: Lisa Murkowski, guys like Mitch McConnell and Thaum Tillis, obviously.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I mean, there's any number of Republicans, Cornyn, there's any
- 56:59Speaker 1: number of Republicans who are probably opposed to using the
- 57:03Speaker 1: speaking filibuster to get this done. And which means they're
- 57:07Speaker 1: opposed to passing the SAVE Act, let's be honest. If
- 57:09Speaker 1: you're opposed to using the means available to you to
- 57:13Speaker 1: get this passed, you're actually opposed to passing the SAVE Act.
- 57:15Speaker 1: That's what's happening. So the pressure needs to stay on
- 57:18Speaker 1: these guys. Now, Mike Lee, who has sort of been
- 57:21Speaker 1: the guy who's been reporting back to you and to
- 57:23Speaker 1: me every day on what's happening in the Senate, he
- 57:26Speaker 1: just released a video overnight saying that that is what
- 57:30Speaker 1: the fight really is about behind the scenes, that there
- 57:32Speaker 1: are Republican holdouts who are still not on board with
- 57:35Speaker 1: the speaking filibuster. Here's Mike Lee on the subject. Ready?
- 57:39Speaker 2: Here we go. Look, I get it.
- 57:42Speaker 11: The Senate rules are complicated. They're intimidating to some people.
- 57:45Speaker 11: But it's all the more reason why you should be
- 57:48Speaker 11: deeply suspicious of senators telling you, sorry, we can't get
- 57:54Speaker 11: the Save America Act passed because the Senate rules won't
- 57:58Speaker 11: allow it. And then you ask the follow-up question.
- 58:01Speaker 7: What about the talking filibuster?
- 58:03Speaker 11: If they then say, sorry, it won't work, make them
- 58:06Speaker 11: show their work. Make them establish why it is that
- 58:10Speaker 11: it can't be done. It's awfully easy for somebody who
- 58:14Speaker 11: can hide behind the complexity of the Senate rules to
- 58:19Speaker 11: tell you that they don't want to do something by
- 58:21Speaker 11: claiming that they can't do something.
- 58:23Speaker 7: So make them show their work.
- 58:26Speaker 11: The truth is this could work, and it needs to work.
- 58:29Speaker 11: We've got to get this done.
- 58:30Speaker 1: We've got to get this done. Thank you to Mike
- 58:32Speaker 1: Lee for staying on this. So here's the homework.
- 58:34Speaker 2: You ready?
- 58:35Speaker 1: First of all, For everybody, just continue to contact your senator.
- 58:39Speaker 1: Encourage them to support the talking filibuster.
- 58:41Speaker 2: Encourage them.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Just keep that message, a steady drumbeat, showing up before
- 58:46Speaker 1: the United States Congress. Part two, this is not for
- 58:48Speaker 1: the whole audience. This is for the conservative journalists. If
- 58:51Speaker 1: you represent any media outlet that's approaching sanity, that walks
- 58:55Speaker 1: around the halls of the United States Congress, you interact
- 58:57Speaker 1: with these lawmakers. I am pleading to you. Many of
- 59:00Speaker 1: you are my friends, so I'm asking you this in
- 59:02Speaker 1: this forum. Please go up to these senators. and ask
- 59:06Speaker 1: them if they are going to support the Talking Filibuster.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Please. ask them.
- 59:10Speaker 1: Stay on them about this. This is priority one. We
- 59:13Speaker 1: have a country to save. And making our elections secure? Absolutely.
- 59:18Speaker 2: Essential.
- 59:19Speaker 1: Let's stay in the fight. I'll keep bringing the updates
- 59:22Speaker 1: to you. That's another update on the Save America Act.
- 59:24Speaker 1: It's working. The fact that we got John Thune to
- 59:26Speaker 1: this level, where he's now sorting through, well, we've got
- 59:29Speaker 1: some senators who are into it, but we have others
- 59:31Speaker 1: who aren't. We'd have to vote against these amendments. We're
- 59:33Speaker 1: not there yet. Well, you're not there yet. We'll help
- 59:36Speaker 1: you get there. We'll help you get there. Thanks for
