- 4:12SPEAKER_00: I ain't gonna be I ain't gonna play around with y'all today.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: So we got we got a few updates.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: Uh it it uh as far as the Diddy thing, let's do some Diddy updates.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Um also Diddy had a knife put to his throat, y'all.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Somebody said Mike Tyson.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Uh uh Diddy had a knife.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: We gotta get into this story.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Y'all want to talk about this story where Diddy um said he had a knife, a knife took to his throat.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: Y'all think that story true, or y'all think Diddy just trying to do some Diddy mess?
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: Um putting out fake stories because he needs to get out of there.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Um we're gonna go over the story, Melissa.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Let's let let's see.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: Let's see, let's see.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Diddy for Halloween.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: No, hey, people be mad at people be mad.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: People be mad at me if I was Diddy for Halloween.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they say they don't believe it.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: So let's let's get into that.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: Let's let's first let's first talk about this this before we get back into this Trump and Diddy mess.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Diddy, courtesy of TMZ, did he throw nearly slit in prison?
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: So apparently they was trying to get at Diddy.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: I don't know what to believe at this point.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: I swear, y'all.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: I don't even if that's you, if somebody said that's true, they did a half-ass job.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: So let's get into this story and tell me if y'all believe it or y'all don't believe it.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: Let's get into it.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: Feeling good.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Today feels like a Friday.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: Am I the only one that today feels like a Friday?
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: Today feel like a good old-fashioned Friday, but it's a Thursday, a thirsty Thursday, a thirsty Thursday.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: So one of Diddy's close friends is speaking out about the terrifying moment the mogul woke up in prison with a knife pressed to his throat.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: So apparently there was some night in prison where Diddy had a knife stuck to his throat.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's let's see how this turns out.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: One of Diddy's close friends is speaking and speaking out about the terrifying point a mogul had something pressed to his throat.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: Uh Charlucci Feeney says the attack went down during one of the nights Diddy was sleeping at MDC Brooklyn.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: Uh, an incident that first came to light during Diddy's sentences.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Sources familiar with the situation have confirmed its authenticity to us.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: Vinny told Daily Mail, his friend woke up with a weapon to his neck, just seconds away from serious harm or death.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: He's selling it, ain't he?
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: His friend, if this ain't true, his friend's selling it.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: Saying he doesn't, he's saying he was just seconds away from it being no more Diddler, y'all.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: He's saying in a matter of seconds, if if if if that guy, whoever pulled this knife on Diddy, would have gone through with it, in a matter of seconds, there would be no more Diddler.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: No more Diddler.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: He says he doesn't know if the guards came to break it up.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, you don't know if the guards, you diddy's best friend or good friend, and you don't know if the guards broke it up.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: Somebody came and tried to take Diddy's life, but for some reason, you can't remember or don't know if guards came to break it up or if Diddy fought the guy off.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: How you not know that?
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: See, we ain't even we one paragraph into this story, and it already sounds like some bullshit.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: How you not know if the guards broke it up?
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: So you don't know if Diddy fought the guy off, you don't know if the guards broke it up, you don't know shit.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: This good friend, and if you can't, if you're listening to me and can't see me, I'm doing quotation, I'm doing air quotes.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: This good friend of Diddy imagines the inmates' intent was to intimidate Diddy, particularly in a notorious facility like MDC Brooklyn.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: He added, prison just isn't a safe place for anyone convicted in a case related to sex.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: He's worried about Diddy's safety.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: Oh, so that's what we get into.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: You worried about Diddy's safety, yet you don't know if he fought the guards off or if the guards protected Diddy.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: So you so, you so, you so worried about Diddy, you ain't why you ain't you should be you should have been inquiring about what the guards did.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: You so worried about Diddy, you good friend.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: Quote, because I know if it was my friend and he and and and and and someone tried to take his life in prison, I'm gonna want to know what the hell exactly happened.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go sit around talking about uh I don't know if he fought him off or the guards or the guards uh helped Diddy.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the$499.50 and I like it.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: Much love to my flow show fam and Wake and Bay crew.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Angelina.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: So, so this friend who is so concerned about Diddy's, he's so concerned about Diddy's uh safety, he don't even know if the guards help, but Diddy did it himself.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: Let's continue.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Diddy's lawyer, Brian Steele, first mentioned this incident during the sentencing hearing, telling a judge it was a guard who stopped the Shiv wielding inmate.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Inmate coming through with his uh inmate coming through with his wielding his gun.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: I mean, not his gun, his knife.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: Next thing you know, Diddy got a knife to him.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Now, did Diddy fight him off or did the guards get him?
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: We don't know so it's it wouldn't y'all think that a story about Diddy?
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Wouldn't y'all think a story about Diddy uh being having a knife at his throat and him either having either the guards protecting him or him fighting him off?
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: Don't you think that story would have made its way around with a lot more details by now?
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: So I say all that to say this seems like hey man, we need to make it look like it's real dangerous for me in here.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: So I need to have one of my good friends uh tell a story about how how it was a knife hooked to my throat.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: But we don't you can't say too many details because this is a a lot that we making up.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: So you if you say the guards help, then somebody might ask the guards uh to to to confirm the story, and they won't be able to confirm it because it never happened.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: So we so we gotta keep the details vague as fuck.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: It's like that's the meeting they had.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: It's like we gotta keep these details sketchy than a motherfucker because this is a lie, and we don't want to be caught lying.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Trump ain't Trump ain't pardoning, commuting.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: Trump staying away from Diddy.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: Trump staying away from Diddy.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like everybody said, that that's that's our new thing.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: Hey, look.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: Somebody put a knife to Diddy's throat.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: Well, whoopdy do.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: Whoop de damn do.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: Uh, a little side note, y'all.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: My Cavs lost last night.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the announcement, C Tuck.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: Our Cavs lost last night.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: 111-19.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: Whoop-de-doo.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: First game of the season.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: We're missing a couple players, and we went against New York.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: New York is tough.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: But whoop-de-do.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: So, whoop-dee-doo.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: Sorry for the cash.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: Yes, let's get let's stay on task, y'all.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: So, this is an obvious ploy to get Diddy up out of it.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: We all know it, y'all know it, I know it.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: Who don't know it.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: But apparently Diddy had a knife to put to his neck.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: So let's go on.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Um Kelly in the matter, let's do some little quick updates.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: In the matter of Kelly versus uh Combs, that uh lawsuit has been dismissed.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: So every time Diddy picks up five lawsuits, he gets one of them dropped, but the other continue.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: Now I'm trying to figure out who was exactly Kelly.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Uh Kelly lawsuit.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to figure out not our Kelly.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: So I don't know which one it was.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: If y'all know which one Kelly was, I I I can't find any information or any new, I couldn't find any news articles on Kelly.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: But uh at any rate, her lawsuit has been dropped.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: The lawsuit against Diddy.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: Uh, let's see why in this particular one.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: Oh, this is Shantae Kelly.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: This is plaintiff Seuntae Kelly, who alleged that defendant Sean Combs rugged and graped her at a party in New York City.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: She brought a claim to New York City's victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: Combs and various businesses that he owns.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: So she said she was great.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: Plaintiff further argues that discovery is required to help uh determine exact locations.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: And in the sum, the amended complaint lacks any, they said the court determined that the amended complaint lacks any allegations from which the court can infer that the corporate defendants engaged in any misconduct.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Additionally, plaintiffs' opposition raises serious doubts about the reasonableness of counsel's inquiry into whether the events alleged in the amended complaint occurred in New York City.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: A fact necessary to state a claim pursuant to the GMVPA.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: According to defendants' motion to defendant's motion to dismiss is granted.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: The clerk of court is respectfully directed to terminate the open motion at DK 255.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: It is possible that the plaintiff may, upon further investigation, be able to allege additional facts to allow court plausibly to infer that the corporate defendants are liable.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: The court therefore grants plaintiff leave to file a Second Amendment complaint.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: This is uh needs to be filed Friday, November 21st, no later than that, uh 2025.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: So Seante Kelly, her lawsuit has been officially dismissed.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: The Diddler lives to see another lawsuit, basically.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: Uh, what else we got going on with the Diddler ads?
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Um, remember the guy who said that uh Cassie and Diddy uh used him, and he came out saying that he was suing Cassie and Diddy.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Um his name was Clayton, but a lot of people don't remember his name, but they do remember the guy that came out a couple a little, like a little bit after the trial, after Diddy was convicted, he came out saying that I think Cassie gave him a uh a disease and Diddy threatened him and all kind of stuff.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: Well, that he's looking for a money grab, I'm pretty sure, but he's definitely uh his is moving forward.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: He uh the summons have been sent for shot for Diddy to answer this.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: So I don't know, I don't know if it's gonna go all the way, but so far that case is still moving forward.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Now, the article that everybody's talking about.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: The article that everybody's talking about, uh that that that's detailing about Trump staying far, far, far, far, far, far, far away from Diddy.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: It came from deadline.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: Everybody's talking about it.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: They have basically confirmed and doubled and tripling down on that Diddy, like Elizabeth just said, Diddy needs to kick serious rocks.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: And in this Diddy, in this deadline article entitled, Trump cools on Possible Diddy Part over risk of maga blowback.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: So at risk of MAGA blowback, like we said though, Diddy is like, you know what?
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: Hell no.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: I mean, I shouldn't say Diddy, I mean uh Trump is saying hell no, which has Diddy also saying hell no.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: Let's get into this article and see what they say.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: But there's so many stuff going around.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: What's up, Libby Bear?
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, I ain't seen Libby Bear in a while.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Hey, good to see you, Libby Bear.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Everybody say what's up to Libby Bear.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: Libby Bear is a long time one of my day ones, all the way from the TikTok days.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Shout out to Libby Bear.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: Uh, so good to see you in the chat, Libby.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: What is going on, my good people?
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: I love when my when my day ones pop up in my chat.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: Well, they say so many things before we get into this article.
- 21:59SPEAKER_00: They were saying that Diddy was scammed out of money.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: Let me just go over some of the rumors.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: Diddy was scammed out of money for uh he was scammed out of money or or or basically scammed.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: Um had him pay for a pardon or opportunity to get the pardon in front of Trump, and they're saying that it was somebody in the middle just kind of playing games.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: I don't know how true this is.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: There's just a rumor floating around, but they said that Diddy was tricked.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: Um, somebody said they had to connect to Trump, took his money, and then that's why, and what nothing was happening, and that's when Diddy's attorneys start trying to just pump the narrative that Diddy is getting apart.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: Shout out to Libby Libby Bear for the 499 uh super chat, super sticker.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: That's a$5 holla.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: I appreciate it.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: Y'all taking care of me.
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna eat good today.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I haven't I haven't heard from Punk Rock Girl or Yanni in a while.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: Um, side note, y'all.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: Melissa just asked.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: Um I I uh I know Yanni was saying something like she switched her schedule or something, so she wouldn't be able to be on in the morning or something.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: I think she said something about her schedule or something was changing.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: Um, I haven't heard from punk rock girls.
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: I don't know, but we will definitely continue to check on them.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: Love you too, Libby Bear.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: Always in forever.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: Always in forever.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: Uh, what else was a rumor?
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: Um also it's so many rumors about this, this, this, this, uh this pardon mess.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: But it sounds like somebody told Diddy.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: It sounds like somebody told Diddy that they had a pardon for him, whether it was attorney or not, but they are saying Diddy is pissed and feels like he got cheated.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: Now, I don't know.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: I don't know if Diddy got cheated.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: I don't know if he got scammed.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: All I know is something ain't right.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Diddy got played.
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: So let's get back into this article about Trump cooling and why.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: So it seems Donald Trump won't be springing Sean Combs out of prison anytime soon.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: So the guy cash from the beginning of the of the episode.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: I hope you still tuned in with your trolling ass.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: Because we're going over the article that you came in talking about where I get my news from.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: I got my news from the deadline, asshole.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: And uh, we're going over it if you if you had if you're still with us.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: I'm sure you had an attention span of a nap, but I could be wrong.
- 25:59SPEAKER_00: It seems Donald Trump won't be springing combs out of prison anytime soon.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: After months of consideration of a pardon for his old New York cow, the former apprentice host has pretty much nixed any notion of a commutation or get out of jail free card for a Diddy.
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: While nothing is ever set in stone in Trump land, it looks like the president has decided not to do combs any presidential favors.
- 26:40SPEAKER_00: Cash, are you with me?
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: You ask me where I get my news from, a deadline, a well-known publication.
- 26:50SPEAKER_00: I hope you can listen better than you can uh spell.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: Listen up.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: A TMC story late Monday citing a high-ranking White House official claiming the president could free the Mark Agnes Filio and Tenny Garigos representing Combs in the next few days, got a swift, zero truth response from the administration.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: However, despite the backlash generated by the story from the Fox Corporation owned outlet, it was actually White House fears of Trump's increasingly volatile MAGA base turning on the president over Diddy getting clemency that put the brakes on things we hear.
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: A big concern is the reaction from the MAGA base, something that one source close to White House predicted would be catastrophic, comparing it to the discontent a number of supporters over the way Jeffrey Epstein case was handled earlier this year.
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: Now let's break that down a little bit, y'all.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: Let's break that down a little bit.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: Now basically what they saying is basically what they're saying is Trump and his administration looked at all the backlash they've been getting from MAGA, his own base.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: What do y'all expect the MAGA base to do if we pardon Diddy?
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: And this is the danger with pardon did with pardoning Diddy.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so much love flow, love flowing in here.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: Um can you imagine how MAGA would have gone crazy if Diddy was parting?
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: You gotta realize this is another reason why Trump not pardoning Diddy.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: There's not, there's literally not one MAGA supporter that is in favor of pardoning Diddy.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: Y'all are far too kind, Sherry De Sherry De Vivo.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: Sorry if I said that wrong, says Love flow and this family.
- 30:02SPEAKER_00: Anyone here on the East Coast, New Jersey, New York?
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: All the New Yorkers or the East Coast, New Jersey people say what's up.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: Sherry said, Where y'all at?
- 30:11SPEAKER_00: Y'all show so much love.
- 30:13SPEAKER_00: Y'all are far too kind.
- 30:19SPEAKER_00: But um, so they said, you know what, y'all, we better calm the fuck down on this Diddy pardon for we fuck this up.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: Trump figure like he holding all the cards right now.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: The only thing he can do is mess it up by doing too much.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: And pardon giving Diddy a pardon or a commute or life wrath or hoping a prey, any of that, it's too much.
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: Trump says, shit.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: So now, like Tracy said, y'all know TMZ came out and stood 25,000 toes on their story.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: After everybody was coming out and the publications was coming out saying that TMZ story was fake news, TMZ put out another article about the Trump and Diddy commute that's supposed to happen this week.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: We got one but one day left for TMZ story to be true.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: If it don't come true, TMZ, you are officially the new fake news network.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: And I don't want that for y'all, TMZ, but but but y'all, y'all showed y'all, y'all showed y'all ass on this one.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: Doubling down.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: And the White House, this I this how this is how bad TMZ wanted to stay by stay stay behind this this story, T and Sleezy.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: They even said in their on their own Twitter account, they said, the White House Communications Department says that our story is false.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: TMZ said, that is not true.
- 32:27SPEAKER_00: Our story is true and we stand by it.
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: This was TMZ's exact words.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: You got to be a bold motherfucker to tell the people that you're talking about that after they come out and say your story is false, to come out after that and say, nah nah nah nah nah.
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: Even though you are the people we talking about, like we're saying what the White House is saying is talking about.
- 33:06SPEAKER_00: Yet the White House is saying it's not true, and we're gonna tell the White House, now true.
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: White House has been known to feed.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: We can let's be honest.
- 33:16SPEAKER_00: But the bottom line is if you in the business of he say, she say, like TMZ is, if the person or the people that you're saying said that the pardon is true, if they come out and say they didn't say that, man, you you can't you don't have really a leg to stand on.
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: You just gotta sit back and see if it comes out.
- 33:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, big R say Big R say, yeah, he's nuts.
- 34:03SPEAKER_00: Uh Big R coming with the new profile pick.
- 34:05SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: Big R say, yeah, he is nuts for that.
- 34:08SPEAKER_00: He said, I don't care what the White House said, the story is true.
- 34:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, even though I'm talking about the White House, even if the White House say it ain't true, we still stand it.
- 34:17SPEAKER_00: So now TMZ, did he ask better be his sins better be beginning commuted this week?
- 34:23SPEAKER_00: Or y'all are fake news capital.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: Y'all are the TMZ, the fake news capital.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: Let's go to the chat.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: Let's see what what y'all feel about some of this stuff.
- 35:16SPEAKER_00: See, these days people just say anything.
- 35:22SPEAKER_00: Like like Tracy said, why ask for an appeal when it's gonna take longer than a sentence?
- 35:37SPEAKER_00: You're not you hey look, you you you you asking for an appeal.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: But but but like Tracy said that's gonna be that's gonna be that's gonna be a long shot and your damn sentence gonna be over with.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: So why would you know sometimes?
- 36:14SPEAKER_00: So let's see what else we got here, y'all.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: I'm looking in the chat and see what Desi, that's true.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: It demolishes the White House, building of the ballroom, White House.
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: Oh man,$250 million ballroom.
- 36:28SPEAKER_00: Side note, I did I did see that uh Desi building a ballroom 250 million.
- 36:36SPEAKER_00: Uh uh, what's her name?
- 36:38SPEAKER_00: Uh Hillary Clinton was pissed.
- 36:47SPEAKER_00: Hillary Clinton was pissed about it.
- 36:49SPEAKER_00: She said, Hillary Clinton said, uh, we it's not his house.
- 36:59SPEAKER_00: This was her quote.
- 37:00SPEAKER_00: This is not his house, this is our house.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: And and and our house, Trump is destroying.
- 37:09SPEAKER_00: That's Hillary.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: That's Hillary Clinton's uh that's Hillary Clinton's uh quote, not mine.
- 37:19SPEAKER_00: So don't get mad at me.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: But yeah, people are pissed about that.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: Just throwing that out there, that$250 million renovation.
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: I don't know what the hell he could build for$250 million.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: Tracy says Obama had a had his basketball court.
- 37:39SPEAKER_00: I wonder how much Obama's basketball court costs.
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: Real quick, we kind of get a little bit off subject, but uh let's let it flow right quick.
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: Is this true that now it's 300 million and Trump said he's demolishing the whole East Wing now?
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: Can somebody uh can somebody confirm or deny if now it's three 300 million?
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: Elizabeth says taxpayers paid for the basketball court.
- 38:18SPEAKER_00: Okay, but Angie said that's true.
- 38:19SPEAKER_00: So damn, we had 300 million now.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: And that thing, that ballroom, that ballroom better come with Frank Sinatra.
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: Frank Sinatra should be in there playing, he should have a residency for 300 million.
- 38:42SPEAKER_00: But 300 million, Michael Jackson should be brought back, be should be able to be brought back to life and and perform in that ballroom.
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: But we'll see.
- 38:55SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get back on subject.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: But I did, I'm glad you brought that up because I did see that.
- 38:58SPEAKER_00: I was like, damn, 250 million.
- 39:01SPEAKER_00: That's a hell of a ballroom.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: Then they say all that history down the drain.
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: So let's continue, let's continue in this in this uh article.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: The caveat is the president prone to make surprise decisions and announcements could shift in favor of combs clemency.
- 39:26SPEAKER_00: The president, not any not anonymous sources, decides pardons.
- 39:31SPEAKER_00: That was what the White House officials said.
- 39:34SPEAKER_00: Various figures from the much accused Combs inner circle have been seeking a pardon since the day Bad Boy Records founder was arrested in September 2024.
- 39:53SPEAKER_00: It got more intense as Combs' freak offs, abuse, and sex takes dominated the trial.
- 40:02SPEAKER_00: Trump flirted around with the idea of a uh pardon, and then 50 Cent came out talking shit about it, and Meghan Kelly argued against it.
- 40:15SPEAKER_00: Against it.
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: But what put the case in uh the president's corsairs, as deadline previously reported, was the fact that presiding judge Aaron Subbermanian was a Joe Biden appointee, and the lead prosecutor for the U.S.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: attorney's office, um Maury Corney, was a Trump folk.
- 40:43SPEAKER_00: And her father was James Comey.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: An appeal from Combs himself, as revealed by Trump Trump earlier this month, probably didn't hurt.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: Though the president has more than once noted, his old friend had become very critical of him past several years.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: There is a lot here in the Combs case to draw Trump in and appeal to his love of revenge and giving the middle finger to those who feel wronged by him.
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: An individual close to the case says, but it was always going to be a long shot if he would grant the pardon or not.
- 41:27SPEAKER_00: In the past week, a renewed sense of urgency emerged from for a possible Combs' part at the deadline for legal appeal for the once mogul loom.
- 41:38SPEAKER_00: On October 20th, Agnifilio filed a notice of appeal of the federal court.
- 41:46SPEAKER_00: Perhaps even more poignant for the Trump White House was the publication Tuesday of alleged Epstein and Prince Andrew victim, Virginia, much exerted memoir, Nobody's Girl, a memoir of surviving abuse and fighting for justice books.
- 42:08SPEAKER_00: Sources tell us that word the words about what the book from former Mar Lago employee uh Virginia would say about Trump and Epstein's friendship.
- 42:21SPEAKER_00: And the bombshells in the book focus on Prince Andrew, who dropped use of his world titles last week in response.
- 42:31SPEAKER_00: So with all this Prince Andrew being caught up in this, it's so much that played into why Trump ain't partnering, did it?
- 42:43SPEAKER_00: Uh, they also say in this book about Virginia, who's a well-known uh alleged um victim of Epstein, and you know, Prince Andrew and the Royal family, they caught up in there somehow.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: Well, they have so much backlash going on over there, they said this would have been a terrible, this would be a terrible time for Trump to try to pardon.
- 43:17SPEAKER_01: Terrible.
- 43:23SPEAKER_00: As for Sean Combs, along with the announced appeal, uh, he's seeking to be moved to a better place.
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: They're not honoring that either.
- 43:32SPEAKER_00: He can't go to Fort Dix.
- 43:35SPEAKER_00: Every time I say Fort Dix, I just feel like creepy.
- 43:39SPEAKER_00: But but but Diddy can't go to Fort Dix.
- 43:43SPEAKER_00: Diddy has to go to wherever the judge said, Judge said he wants him in New York.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: He wants him in New York close to him.
- 43:57SPEAKER_00: So uh that is where he'll be.
- 44:05SPEAKER_00: But another person, someone who is closer to Trump than a lot, than anybody, than a lot of people.
- 44:17SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna say anybody, but this person is very, very, very close to Trump.
- 44:24SPEAKER_00: And they came out and posted a picture of him and Trump.
- 44:29SPEAKER_00: When I say him, I'm about to tell you who I'm talking about.
- 44:32SPEAKER_00: Posted a person, a picture with him and Trump and said Diddy ain't getting no party.
- 44:40SPEAKER_00: Big R coming through with the$20 holla.
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: $19.99.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: $20 holla.
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Big R.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: Big R always supporting and looking out for the boy.
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: Flo, I appreciate you so much.
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: Y'all keep this belly full.
- 45:01SPEAKER_00: Keep keep keeping keep it keep me big.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: Keep that six, that's six, six three, two.
- 45:09unknown: I don't know.
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: Maybe my 240.
- 45:10SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna say 230, 235.
- 45:13SPEAKER_00: Keeping that 235 frame full.
- 45:16SPEAKER_00: I might be I might be 240 to be honest, though.
- 45:19SPEAKER_00: But whatever it is, y'all keep me full.
- 45:22SPEAKER_00: I appreciate it.
- 45:23SPEAKER_00: But yeah, so this person, let's see if anybody can guess who this well-known attorney who is Trump's boy, who literally came out and posted on Twitter that Diddy ain't getting no pardon.
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: And out of everybody, I believe this guy, because this guy is very he supports the hell out of Trump.
- 45:46SPEAKER_00: Trump and him have a very close relationship.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: And for him to come out and say Diddy ain't getting no pardon, he has to have inside inside sources.
- 45:56SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 45:59SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: Mel Mac already came out with it.
- 46:01SPEAKER_00: There you go, Mel.
- 46:02SPEAKER_00: Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
- 46:05SPEAKER_00: Mel, you won.
- 46:08SPEAKER_00: I don't know what you won yet, but I'm gonna figure out what your prize is.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: Because it is Tony Busby.
- 46:17SPEAKER_00: Tony Busby has tweeted.
- 46:22SPEAKER_00: And I quote, let me get back to it.
- 46:26SPEAKER_00: Diddy.
- 46:27SPEAKER_00: Now any and anybody know Tony Busby is a very, very outspoken Trump supporter.
- 46:36SPEAKER_00: He's been rocking with Trump forever.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: They do all kind of stuff together.
- 46:41SPEAKER_00: Uh, his legal team, they are connected through lawyers, all kinds of stuff.
- 46:46SPEAKER_00: Tony Busby ain't coming out saying Diddy ain't getting no pardon unless Busby got some inside information.
- 46:53SPEAKER_00: He knows Trump.
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: He's a Trump supporter, a well-known big Trump supporter.
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: So for him to tweet, Diddy ain't getting a pardon, but he is getting lots of civil trials.
- 47:07SPEAKER_00: Lots of them.
- 47:08SPEAKER_00: And they can't come soon enough.
