Hi, I'm Connor with Honor - message me here!

Connor MacIvor gives his June 3, 2024 Santa Clarita Valley update. The seven day snapshot shows 10 coming soon listings, 74 new listings, 52 price changes and 69 sold. He explains that a price reduction makes the syndication sites repull the data, which can put a home back at the top. Then he turns to new construction. He says to bring your own agent on your first visit to the builder, because walking in alone can cut your agent out. He also says to check whether the deposit is refundable.
