Rodney Marshall just got a life sentence plus 204 months for brutally killing two men in Lawrence — Shelby McCoy, 52, and William OBrien, 43 — in separate attacks. Already convicted of two first-degree murders, four attempted murders, and charges for shooting at cops and fleeing, Marshall also led a dangerous chase that ended with him firing at officers — luckily without injury.
