- 1:19Speaker 1: in attendance as well, So Jerry Caldwell will be there
- 1:23Speaker 1: and a Daharo from Bowe and Them on ninety two
- 1:26Speaker 1: point five. Sorry lone Star ninety two five. I still
- 1:30Speaker 1: call it like that was my first radio job. I
- 1:33Speaker 1: still call it ninety two point five KZPOS, the Classic
- 1:35Speaker 1: rock station.
- 1:36Speaker 2: It's like STARplex.
- 1:37Speaker 3: It's had a million different names, but we ALSTI call
- 1:40Speaker 3: it STARplex as.
- 1:41Speaker 1: We should, and I'm not calling it by the corporate name, right, No,
- 1:43Speaker 1: I'm not doing it because it changes too much. People
- 1:46Speaker 1: don't know what you're talking about. So we just went back,
- 1:47Speaker 1: like when we were on the Eagle, we just like
- 1:49Speaker 1: it changed name from super Pages, Dose Equi's.
- 1:52Speaker 2: And Mieroff I think was in there at one point.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Yes, Smirnov was in there. We're like, you know, we're
- 1:56Speaker 1: just gonna call it STARplex. Everybody knows it's a STARplex.
- 2:00Speaker 4: We call it Jexa.
- 2:02Speaker 1: That was another one.
- 2:05Speaker 5: You got stuck in the Jexa era.
- 2:07Speaker 1: No, it's the worst one. I like this, Yeah, like
- 2:11Speaker 1: it is either the Jexa or the Superpages dot Com
- 2:15Speaker 1: star Wars.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Yes, I remember that.
- 2:19Speaker 4: Jexon Energy Pavilion made me feel like the superhero when
- 2:23Speaker 4: I was going.
- 2:25Speaker 1: You know what, it is an energy pavilion because it
- 2:27Speaker 1: produces so much effing heat. When it was energy pavilion,
- 2:31Speaker 1: they could have run a chord and plugged into American conditioning.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Like, yeah, oh, it's so bad there, All right, Well.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Today is Monday, July fourteenth, twenty twenty five. Enough of
- 2:42Speaker 1: our complaining, Now, let's get to someone else's complaining. A
- 2:48Speaker 1: woman who went viral for refusing to give up her
- 2:53Speaker 1: seat on a plane to a crying child is now
- 2:58Speaker 1: suing the airline and the passenger who filmed her. Dang yeah.
- 3:05Speaker 1: A Brazilian woman who went viral after refusing to give
- 3:09Speaker 1: up her pre selected windows seat to a crying child
- 3:12Speaker 1: says she has officially filed charges against the airline and
- 3:15Speaker 1: the passenger who filmed her. Jennifer Castro's twenty nine, and
- 3:19Speaker 1: she found herself at the center of an internet firestorm
- 3:22Speaker 1: after the incident, A video, which Jennifer says was filmed
- 3:25Speaker 1: by a fellow passenger and not the mother of the
- 3:28Speaker 1: crying child, went viral, leading to a whirlwind of online shaming.
- 3:35Speaker 3: She also, yeah, heaven forbid he gets shamed for something.
- 3:42Speaker 1: You know what, though, it's this is one of those
- 3:44Speaker 1: things that drives me crazy. As soon as there's any
- 3:46Speaker 1: sort of an inkling of conflict, everybody's phones pop out
- 3:50Speaker 1: like it's the wild wild West at high noon.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Like, how is that not illegal to just be filming
- 3:55Speaker 3: people and then post it everywhere.
- 3:57Speaker 1: And that's where this lady's lawsuit is coming from.
- 4:00Speaker 4: And I'm with her.
- 4:00Speaker 1: I'm tired of this. It's like, Okay, she paid for
- 4:04Speaker 1: her seat, and a woman with a crying baby wanted
- 4:09Speaker 1: her to give up that seat for her and the baby.
- 4:12Speaker 1: And the lady's like, no, I paid for the seat.
- 4:14Speaker 3: I'm known, yeah, and they shouldn't have to give up
- 4:17Speaker 3: her seat, honestly, like, she shouldn't have to.
- 4:20Speaker 1: She paid for it, that's her seat.
- 4:21Speaker 3: It is what ross like, No, you give it up
- 4:25Speaker 3: for a baby. I'm not saying I wouldn't give up
- 4:27Speaker 3: my seat.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Babies need to learn disappointment. There's there's no age too
- 4:31Speaker 1: soon for a child to learn about disappointment.
- 4:33Speaker 4: And this is why Dan was adopted. The more you know,
- 4:38Speaker 4: Star just flew over by the.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Way I was. I was spitting venom at six months.
- 4:45Speaker 4: It didn't have no sympathy for himself.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Put me in the overhead baby, dammit, that's all I'm
- 4:52Speaker 1: That's all I'm worth.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Look, I don't.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Think here's the deal, Like, is it morally correct that
- 5:00Speaker 3: she die on that hill and keep her seat?
- 5:03Speaker 2: Probably not?
- 5:04Speaker 3: But does she have to give it over.
- 5:05Speaker 5: No, she doesn't.
- 5:07Speaker 1: To me, I feel like we need more circumstantial evidence.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Agreed.
- 5:11Speaker 1: I have a feeling I know how this went because
- 5:14Speaker 1: the rest of the story doesn't get into it, and
- 5:16Speaker 1: so we're lacking on the details. The circumstantial evidence we
- 5:20Speaker 1: need and the information we need to round out this story.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Is I have a sneaking suspicion that the mom with
- 5:28Speaker 1: the crying baby was demanding saying, Hey, I have a
- 5:33Speaker 1: crying baby, will you give me your seat?
- 5:35Speaker 6: Right?
- 5:36Speaker 1: Therefore, being entitled, having a baby doesn't entitle you to
- 5:42Speaker 1: special treatment. That being said, if someone's offering it, that
- 5:49Speaker 1: is a good thing. If a lady was saying, God,
- 5:53Speaker 1: if I could just get a window seat, this baby
- 5:55Speaker 1: would calm down, That's when I might say, you know what,
- 5:58Speaker 1: you can have mine. It was another start going what's that?
- 6:03Speaker 4: It was another passenger that asked the lady. It wasn't
- 6:05Speaker 4: the lady with the crying baby that asked anything.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Well, it was a foul passenger who filmed Yeah.
- 6:10Speaker 4: But I also believe it was the same like, same thing.
- 6:13Speaker 4: Another passenger was like, hey, can you give that seat up?
- 6:15Speaker 1: You give up your seat?
- 6:16Speaker 2: But I guess I'm confused.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Are mom and baby separated on this flight to begin with?
- 6:21Speaker 6: Like?
- 6:21Speaker 2: Who who booked that?
- 6:23Speaker 3: Who didn't call ahead and was like, Hey, I got
- 6:25Speaker 3: a baby.
- 6:25Speaker 4: I can't my child.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Sitting in the middle seat on rope thirty nine while
- 6:29Speaker 3: I'm in thirty two.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know. I don't know when the last
- 6:33Speaker 4: time you flew was. But they don't. They don't usually
- 6:35Speaker 4: give babies their own seat and separate.
- 6:38Speaker 3: But no, you buy it, you got And that's what
- 6:40Speaker 3: I'm saying, Like you have to buy like two tickets,
- 6:42Speaker 3: but were Why were they separated to begin with?
- 6:44Speaker 2: Why would she need a different seat? Is what I
- 6:47Speaker 2: need to know?
- 6:48Speaker 1: You know what, maybe I mispread. I think I may
- 6:50Speaker 1: have misread this because here it says she had selected
- 6:54Speaker 1: the window seat in advance and expected the child.
- 6:59Speaker 4: Uh uh.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Here it is so the lady heard that her last
- 7:02Speaker 1: name is Castro. She says the incident began during boarding
- 7:06Speaker 1: when she noticed a child sitting in her designated seat. Okay,
- 7:12Speaker 1: since she had selected the window seat in advance, she
- 7:15Speaker 1: expected the child to move to another seat, okay, she said.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I waited for him to correctly accommodate himself in another
- 7:22Speaker 1: seat and then I sat down in my seat. The
- 7:25Speaker 1: situation escalated when someone began filming her without her consent.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Throughout the flight. The child cried a lot, which, although uncomfortable,
- 7:33Speaker 1: is understandable when traveling. What surprised me, she says, was
- 7:36Speaker 1: the fact that a person who had nothing to do
- 7:38Speaker 1: with the situation started filming me without permission, insulting me,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and trying to publicly embarrass me simply because I did
- 7:44Speaker 1: not want to change seats. The viral video led to
- 7:47Speaker 1: widespread public backlash, and she says she had severe consequences
- 7:51Speaker 1: for her mental health and professional career. So the kid
- 7:54Speaker 1: sitting in her seat, she says, get up, kid, And
- 7:56Speaker 1: then the kid becomes a pain in the ass. Someone
- 7:58Speaker 1: else decides to not mind their own business and make
- 8:01Speaker 1: it a thing, right, Okay?
- 8:03Speaker 4: Did she also get endorsement deals and stuff and such
- 8:06Speaker 4: out of this from her public shaming? I have no
- 8:09Speaker 4: idea she did.
- 8:11Speaker 2: She probably did, of course she did.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Was it for seat geek?
- 8:16Speaker 4: Uh No?
- 8:17Speaker 1: But if not, then there's a missed opportunity here.
- 8:21Speaker 4: It was for babies, r us and the wonder they're closed.
- 8:25Speaker 5: You chose the wrong.
- 8:27Speaker 1: She's the reason there's no more toys r us. She
- 8:30Speaker 1: shot Jeffrey on a big Game hunting trip.

- 9:12Speaker 1: The Treehouse is open, Let's grow. Today is Monday, July fourteenth,
- 9:17Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. I'm Dan ol Malley along with Raj
- 9:19Speaker 1: Sharma and Rebecca Black inside the Treehouse. Raj, you said
- 9:24Speaker 1: you got an exciting new follower. Who is it?
- 9:27Speaker 4: I was just checking my in the right, just checking
- 9:29Speaker 4: my Instagram, and I got that guy's like, hey, can
- 9:32Speaker 4: you follow me back? And I just always because he's verified,
- 9:35Speaker 4: I'm like, let me check and make sure that I'm
- 9:36Speaker 4: not hurting some influencers feelings by not following them. And
- 9:41Speaker 4: I started looking it up and I'm like, of course
- 9:44Speaker 4: he's an actor, but he suffers from I hope I'm
- 9:49Speaker 4: saying this right.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Panya, phobia, pania phobia.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Yes, And I didn't know what that was, so I
- 9:55Speaker 4: looked it up. I'm like, sure, you know there's maybe
- 9:57Speaker 4: there's a clause we can all rally around. Yeah, and
- 10:00Speaker 4: uh it is uhophobia constant fear of being poor or unsuccessful.
- 10:08Speaker 5: I'm sorry, does that everybody have that fear?
- 10:12Speaker 4: No wonder it's an Indian kid. I'm just so.
- 10:18Speaker 1: He's just living his best stereotype. I'm with Rebecca. I
- 10:23Speaker 1: think we all have that fear necessary because I see,
- 10:26Speaker 1: I feel like people have a have a have difficulty
- 10:29Speaker 1: with fear versus phobia, like phobia, And maybe I should
- 10:33Speaker 1: check the definition, the literal definition to make sure I'm right.
- 10:37Speaker 1: But to me, phobia means like a crippling fear, and
- 10:41Speaker 1: it's fear on steroids, like you cannot function type of stuff.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Whereas if like you can be I'm afraid of spiders
- 10:49Speaker 1: versus you go catatonic in front of you know, a
- 10:53Speaker 1: black widow. Right, So this is Rebecca, what's it called
- 10:59Speaker 1: paniaphobia and n iophobia.
- 11:00Speaker 4: It's an intense fear of poverty or becoming broke. So
- 11:05Speaker 4: the phobia part is intense fear. So you're correct, is
- 11:10Speaker 4: he can't the thought of him being poor. Make some
- 11:15Speaker 4: shut down, which is the poorest thing you can do.
- 11:18Speaker 1: I think that's what's going to keep you poor.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Like, that's the poorest move you can make.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And by the way, only a poor would use that
- 11:27Speaker 1: as an EU.
- 11:30Speaker 4: That's what we called them inside the truck.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I like it.
- 11:32Speaker 5: I like it. I'm gonna use that from here on out.
- 11:34Speaker 4: A poor, Yes, because a real poor knows that when
- 11:38Speaker 4: you you don't shut down, you go to work, you
- 11:41Speaker 4: try to make money. These guys are like, this is
- 11:44Speaker 4: just such a millennial thing. Was like, I'm so scared
- 11:46Speaker 4: of poverty. I can't function, I can't work. I just
- 11:50Speaker 4: can't do it. And now it's being used. I just
- 11:53Speaker 4: started looking it up. It is now being used as
- 11:54Speaker 4: a criminal defense for people that are arrested for white
- 12:00Speaker 4: follow crimes and uh theft.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Okay, no, this is not a real thing. This is
- 12:05Speaker 1: not You're not going to find this in the Journal
- 12:09Speaker 1: of Psychiatric Medicine or something. This is not some type
- 12:12Speaker 1: of term that has been peer reviewed. This is something
- 12:16Speaker 1: that was come up with by a lawyer, probably a
- 12:19Speaker 1: lawyer of a white collar criminal, who tried to say
- 12:23Speaker 1: it's not it's not the crime that I committed. It's
- 12:26Speaker 1: this intense fear I have of being poor. That's why
- 12:30Speaker 1: I ambezzled millions of dollars from my clients, even while
- 12:34Speaker 1: earning a six figure paycheck.
- 12:36Speaker 5: It's not Also, if it works, I'm gonna use it.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Oh, if it works, I'm gonna jump on it like
- 12:41Speaker 1: a like the tarantula train.
- 12:44Speaker 5: I'm thinking about who can I sue right now for that?
- 12:46Speaker 4: Yeah? Like, what is the intense joy of spending others money? Well, like,
- 12:50Speaker 4: what phobia is that govern to that party? That's what
- 12:54Speaker 4: government politician?
- 12:56Speaker 1: That's a politician. Yeah, the intense joy I feel when
- 12:59Speaker 1: wasting taxpayer money?
- 13:00Speaker 4: Hell yeah, I have that. That's called that.
- 13:04Speaker 1: That's called congress niophobia or whatever.
- 13:07Speaker 4: I could develop that very quickly, I could.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Yeah, they all get elected and do everything they possibly
- 13:15Speaker 1: can to keep that job.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I would cry to self. I will cry myself
- 13:19Speaker 4: to sleep on my jet.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Which, by the way, things to the new big beautiful
- 13:23Speaker 1: bill you can completely ride off. I mean maga right, Yeah,
- 13:30Speaker 1: I'm just saying, so who needs who needs a kidney transplant.
- 13:33Speaker 4: When you can have a jet exactly?
- 13:37Speaker 1: All right, So your new follower suffers from peniaphobia, an
- 13:41Speaker 1: intense fear of being poor.
- 13:44Speaker 4: Yes, and it is now being used as a criminal
- 13:47Speaker 4: defense for people who were caught. I'm saying it right, paniophobia.
- 13:53Speaker 4: I looked up the pronunciation of it. It is he
- 13:55Speaker 4: is paniaphobic, and that is he puts that out there
- 13:59Speaker 4: in his bio title.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Is there a flag for that?
- 14:02Speaker 6: Is that?
- 14:03Speaker 1: Is there a new letter now that goes on the
- 14:04Speaker 1: end of an abbreviation we need to be aware of.
- 14:07Speaker 4: For like no, but his his his all the power
- 14:11Speaker 4: is I am divine, I am the divines designed to shine.
- 14:16Speaker 2: There's too many rhymes. Dial it back, man, dial it back.
- 14:19Speaker 1: You know what's funny about that is even the word
- 14:22Speaker 1: rhymes rhymes with.
- 14:24Speaker 3: All of that divine, the divine design shine or good job.
- 14:31Speaker 4: And all of the pictures are him on a beach him.
- 14:34Speaker 4: There's one of him with a guitar in his lap.
- 14:37Speaker 1: So far, everything you said are activities that I see
- 14:40Speaker 1: homeless doing all the time.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean yeah.
- 14:43Speaker 4: He's he's very much on a boat.
- 14:45Speaker 7: Uh.
- 14:46Speaker 4: And he's staring off into the distance.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Wishing he had money.
- 14:54Speaker 4: Uh, he's at He's had a lot of hockey matches,
- 14:56Speaker 4: and soccer matches again.
- 14:58Speaker 1: That well he's not. Well, no, here's the thing on
- 15:02Speaker 1: the boat, okay, on the beach that's free having a guitar.
- 15:05Speaker 1: He could have found that in someone someone else's grocery
- 15:08Speaker 1: cart and stolen it on on somebody's boat. He could
- 15:11Speaker 1: be a stole away.
- 15:12Speaker 4: Yeah, mm hmm, that is true. It does have It
- 15:18Speaker 4: does have a little a commercial blip here where he
- 15:21Speaker 4: talks about saving three cents instantly.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Oh on, this guy's got tips guys, gus.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Maybe he needs to be the treehouses official consumer expert. Yeah,
- 15:36Speaker 1: but then has no yellow we can have what's this
- 15:39Speaker 1: guy's name?
- 15:40Speaker 4: I don't want to say.
- 15:40Speaker 5: It, doesn't want to get in trouble.
- 15:43Speaker 4: No, no, no, it's it's so Indian. It's just so Indian.
- 15:47Speaker 4: It's just so Indian. It makes me angry because it
- 15:51Speaker 4: can't be real. But it's Krishna Nirvana and I'm.
- 15:55Speaker 5: Like, no, it is not. It can't be.
- 15:59Speaker 1: No, I know, it would have been more believable if
- 16:03Speaker 1: it was Indian Mcindian face.

- 17:45Speaker 1: Well before, Oh okay, so much later.
- 17:49Speaker 5: Oh my bad.
- 17:51Speaker 1: You've had sex, But have you had behind the wheel
- 17:55Speaker 1: of a stolen RV sex with a dui finish?
- 18:00Speaker 4: Call that a Friday night in Tyler.
- 18:03Speaker 5: Tyler, Texas.
- 18:07Speaker 2: The Redneck Special.
- 18:11Speaker 4: You haven't been a long view if you haven't, or
- 18:15Speaker 4: in this.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Case West Virginia.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Close enough, it's our sister.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's it's the East Texas hillbilly versus O
- 18:24Speaker 1: G Hillbilly. Yeah. A couple in West Virginia is behind
- 18:28Speaker 1: bars after they both got duy's while driving a stolen
- 18:32Speaker 1: RV and having sex behind the wheel. I mean at
- 18:36Speaker 1: a certain point.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Don't you kind of impressed?
- 18:40Speaker 1: Yes, I mean it's hard to drive an RV when
- 18:42Speaker 1: you're not getting it on.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:45Speaker 5: So the fact that you can do both three things
- 18:47Speaker 5: at once.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Yeah, you got the sex drunk and then driving amazing.
- 18:53Speaker 4: Yeah, that's intense muscle memory right there.
- 18:55Speaker 6: That is.
- 18:57Speaker 5: Yeah, at what point is the RV just doing the work?
- 19:00Speaker 7: Like?
- 19:01Speaker 1: Are you talking about the driving or the both?
- 19:04Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 19:06Speaker 1: They do have lots of buttons. It happened last Wednesday
- 19:12Speaker 1: in Bluefield, West Virginia, near the Virginia border. Cops saw
- 19:16Speaker 1: forty eight year old Matthew McDonald behind the wheel and
- 19:19Speaker 1: thirty five year old Shannon Bryant straddling him and they
- 19:22Speaker 1: were naked. He pulled him over a half mile down
- 19:25Speaker 1: the road and Shannon was now behind the wheel the wheel.
- 19:29Speaker 5: That's a quick switch.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Yeah. Someone driving by hollered that they saw them switch seats.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Oh you know, you know you're in West Virginia. When
- 19:37Speaker 1: they're hollering at the popo, they switch seats.
- 19:41Speaker 5: Hi, you'll see that.
- 19:43Speaker 4: You know. You know it's a good when the cops
- 19:45Speaker 4: waited half a mile before this time, like let's see
- 19:47Speaker 4: what's going on?
- 19:48Speaker 3: Yeah, well, like, honestly, don't you kind of have to
- 19:51Speaker 3: stop and watch for a minute, Like this is a
- 19:53Speaker 3: little bit of an impressive moment.
- 19:54Speaker 2: And if they're not swerving.
- 19:55Speaker 5: Or anything, I'd be like, okay, let's see how far
- 19:58Speaker 5: they can take it.
- 19:58Speaker 4: And you know, the RVs stolen, so you know they're
- 20:01Speaker 4: going to jail. Do you let the finish? Do you
- 20:03Speaker 4: let him finish?
- 20:06Speaker 1: Well, it depends on your sense of humor, because most
- 20:08Speaker 1: of the cops I know are gonna be like, well,
- 20:11Speaker 1: let's tell you what we'll do. Well, radio ahead about
- 20:14Speaker 1: a mile and if we're gonna throw a spike strip
- 20:19Speaker 1: out in one mile, so it's on them. They don't
- 20:22Speaker 1: know the spike strip's there.
- 20:28Speaker 4: Is ribbed for your pleasure, that's right.
- 20:35Speaker 1: They both admitted they were getting it on when the
- 20:40Speaker 1: police officer spotted the Matthew also admitted he was the
- 20:43Speaker 1: original driver and that he knew Shannon was not sober.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Police found weed, drug paraphernalia, and a bag filled with
- 20:51Speaker 1: a white powdery substance. Then they ran the plates and
- 20:55Speaker 1: saw the r V was stolen. Both get busted for
- 20:58Speaker 1: the drugs, the r V and in decent exposure. She
- 21:01Speaker 1: also failed a sobriety test, got a duy, and so
- 21:05Speaker 1: did he for allowing an impaired person to drive. That
- 21:10Speaker 1: is a law in West Virginia. Wow, And it doesn't
- 21:14Speaker 1: stop there, but it just keeps on coming.
- 21:20Speaker 5: What could be left to do? We've literally checked every
- 21:24Speaker 5: box in this arrest.
- 21:25Speaker 4: Oh, I'm sure he's I'm sure he was looking for
- 21:27Speaker 4: a lot of boxes, that's right.
- 21:30Speaker 1: He also had several warrants out for his arrest and
- 21:35Speaker 1: they tacked on a charge for reckless driving since he
- 21:38Speaker 1: was the one behind the wheel when the hanky panky
- 21:41Speaker 1: was happening. I mean, that is a litany of charges
- 21:45Speaker 1: for one incident.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, But if you're the you know, it's it's always.
- 21:50Speaker 4: But if you're the judge, how do you not, like,
- 21:52Speaker 4: how do you not start the slow clap when they
- 21:54Speaker 4: walk in? Well done? I mean, if you're gonna go,
- 21:58Speaker 4: I mean, you're gonna put a jail. You want that story?
- 22:01Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean that's one they can tell to the grandkids.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Like, but really, you do bring up a great point, Raj.
- 22:13Speaker 1: I mean, because like at an arraignment, when they come
- 22:16Speaker 1: in and the chargers are going to be read aloud
- 22:19Speaker 1: to the court, and then the suspects have to then,
- 22:22Speaker 1: you know, say whether or not they plead guilty or
- 22:25Speaker 1: not guilty whatever. So the whole courtroom then has the
- 22:28Speaker 1: opportunity to hear all these charges and just be just
- 22:32Speaker 1: dumbfounded and awestruck, and the number of them in one incident.
- 22:37Speaker 1: So I'm with you, it would make sense if if
- 22:39Speaker 1: the court just started just pulling out the eighties movie
- 22:43Speaker 1: slow Clap.
- 22:44Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, if I were his, if I were
- 22:46Speaker 4: his lawyer, I would just plead insanity because who in
- 22:50Speaker 4: the right mind would let a woman drive? Wow?
- 22:54Speaker 1: Wow, Wow, oh man, I can't wait for Are you

- 24:05Speaker 1: I'm Daniel Malley along with Rod Sharma and Rebecca Black.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Are you guys familiar with the artist Bank Sea.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:15Speaker 1: The graffiti artist will put up interesting, provocative, social commentary
- 24:21Speaker 1: type paintings in random places, usually in urban areas. I
- 24:24Speaker 1: think one of the more famous ones is one on
- 24:26Speaker 1: a brick walls. I forget what the location was. I
- 24:28Speaker 1: think it was an a war torn area somewhere. A
- 24:31Speaker 1: little girl holding a balloon, all sorts of artworks by
- 24:37Speaker 1: bank See and no one knows who he is. He's
- 24:38Speaker 1: completely anonymous. No one knows who he is. He's I
- 24:41Speaker 1: think he's left. He's done paintings in various parts of
- 24:44Speaker 1: the world.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Isn't he the one that did the Shredder painting where
- 24:47Speaker 3: like they bought it for like seventeen million dollars and
- 24:49Speaker 3: then as soon as the purchase was made at Shredded.
- 24:52Speaker 1: I believe you may be correct.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Yeah. I was in New York City. I was at
- 24:56Speaker 4: the Park Plaza hotel and it's where a bunch of
- 24:59Speaker 4: the f I was staying. I thought it. Yeah, it
- 25:02Speaker 4: was like you walked in there was like German shepherds
- 25:04Speaker 4: in the lobby and I was like, this is happening.
- 25:06Speaker 4: And then overnight, I don't know how he did it,
- 25:08Speaker 4: but there was an inflatable that went up and it
- 25:11Speaker 4: was a bank seat because it was there was some
- 25:13Speaker 4: un meeting happening, and it was an inflatable that was
- 25:16Speaker 4: a rat holding bags of money and it just said
- 25:18Speaker 4: fat rats. Oh nice and later on like he came
- 25:23Speaker 4: like I think it was like ten to twelve hours later.
- 25:25Speaker 4: It's like that was me. I did that in New
- 25:26Speaker 4: York City and he was already bat overseas.
- 25:28Speaker 2: So that's crazy.
- 25:30Speaker 4: Yeah, if the NBI couldn't catch him, just well.
- 25:34Speaker 6: Uh.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Banksy is known for his things, and now the term
- 25:40Speaker 1: makers whoever they are, are using his name to break
- 25:45Speaker 1: up with people in a romantic setting.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Oh, like I bank seed him.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Yes, there is a new toxic relationship trend taking the
- 25:53Speaker 1: romantic world by storm. It's called bank seeing. It derives
- 25:57Speaker 1: its name from the elusive street artist Banksy, for the
- 26:00Speaker 1: art that seems to pop up out of nowhere and
- 26:02Speaker 1: often comes with a cryptic twist, like a baffling Banksy
- 26:06Speaker 1: art piece. Bank Seeing in a relationship involves slowly withdrawing
- 26:12Speaker 1: emotionally from your partner without telling them that's what you're doing.
- 26:16Speaker 1: When the time comes to finally break up, the banksier
- 26:20Speaker 1: often feels better, having mentally checked out of their relationship
- 26:23Speaker 1: long ago, while the other partner is left blindsided and confused.
- 26:27Speaker 1: As far as I'm concerned, that's how most relationships end.
- 26:31Speaker 1: You need a fancy trend for that it's usually one
- 26:34Speaker 1: side thinking maybe not everything's okay, but not knowing that
- 26:37Speaker 1: the end is nigh, and any other one who's going
- 26:40Speaker 1: to drop the hammer slowly working up the courage and
- 26:44Speaker 1: the gumption to then drop it and say we're done.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Yeah, now that's we need it.
- 26:50Speaker 5: We didn't need a term for that.
- 26:51Speaker 2: I don't think.
- 26:52Speaker 5: Also, that's hard to say bank seeing I don't like it.
- 26:58Speaker 4: I don't.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Yeah, when someone bangs, they start to destroy the relationship
- 27:03Speaker 1: before the other person sees it coming. Some of Banksy's
- 27:05Speaker 1: artist famously self destructed, like the painting he made headlines
- 27:09Speaker 1: for shredding itself after selling it auction for one point
- 27:12Speaker 1: four million dollars.
- 27:14Speaker 4: How do you then go? How do you van go someone?
- 27:18Speaker 4: You know? That's how I'm going out break up with me.
- 27:23Speaker 4: I'm taking your ear right.
- 27:26Speaker 5: That makes more sense.
- 27:28Speaker 1: That I get. We're gonna break up now.
- 27:30Speaker 5: Yeah, and I'm gonna cut you on my way out
- 27:33Speaker 5: like that.
- 27:33Speaker 2: That's more of what it should be.
- 27:37Speaker 1: That's easy to understand. The basing thing's gonna take a
- 27:40Speaker 1: little bit of time. If you just van go the relationship,
- 27:43Speaker 1: you just take the ear off and then go away.
- 27:45Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that's a clear message that the relationship
- 27:48Speaker 1: is over.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know that I have I don't do
- 27:50Speaker 3: people have time to bank see someone like that seems
- 27:53Speaker 3: very involved.
- 27:55Speaker 1: It's probably for the younger generations to do.
- 27:57Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm just like, just do it.
- 27:58Speaker 2: Rip it off like a band.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Not the ear the relationships you want. Although I say
- 28:06Speaker 1: this now, I don't think anyone would want to be
- 28:10Speaker 1: Van God, but I kind of feel like Trey would
- 28:12Speaker 1: be okay with the person that'd be okay doing it.
- 28:16Speaker 1: He does love a crap, He loves a crazy woman. Yeah,
- 28:22Speaker 1: but it also might be his fault because he gave
- 28:24Speaker 1: her the pocket night for Christmas or says horrible jokes
- 28:29Speaker 1: about women, and that'll and that's that's and that's what
- 28:32Speaker 1: will make it justified.
- 28:34Speaker 5: Yeah, like.
- 28:37Speaker 1: That Cray is going to show up for a show
- 28:39Speaker 1: one day with with one ear and be like, you
- 28:42Speaker 1: dropped it on her, didn't you?
- 28:45Speaker 4: Take the wedding is off.
- 28:48Speaker 1: As his lower half is slowly descending into a paper shredder.

- 29:35Speaker 1: This is the Treehouse Show. I'm Dan, He's Raj. She
- 29:37Speaker 1: is Rebecca. Today's Monday, July fourteenth, twenty twenty five. Let's
- 29:43Speaker 1: celebrate today with some birthdays. UFC's Connor McGregor is thirty seven.
- 29:51Speaker 1: He was also the main bad guy in the new
- 29:56Speaker 1: Roadhouse movie Got taken out by which, by the way,
- 30:04Speaker 1: did you know that they're due to the massive success
- 30:08Speaker 1: of the Roadhouse remake, they are going to do a
- 30:11Speaker 1: Roadhouse too.
- 30:13Speaker 5: No, why no?
- 30:16Speaker 1: If you do not want a Roadhouse Too, starring Jake Gillenhall,
- 30:22Speaker 1: go to the movie theater. And here's why I tell
- 30:25Speaker 1: you this. If you start going to movies that you
- 30:28Speaker 1: want to see in the theater, they'll stop dropping nasty
- 30:33Speaker 1: turns on you at home, because this is what happens.
- 30:36Speaker 1: This movie did not do well. I think it was
- 30:38Speaker 1: actually originally slated for a box office release. Then Amazon
- 30:43Speaker 1: did what they have a tendency to do when they
- 30:45Speaker 1: make movies is pull it from theater before it even
- 30:48Speaker 1: gets there and drop it on Prime first instead, which
- 30:54Speaker 1: changes the game for everybody as far as payments and
- 30:56Speaker 1: all that kind of stuff. But anyway, if you stop
- 30:59Speaker 1: watching ad movies at home and start going to one
- 31:02Speaker 1: do you really want to see in the theater, they'll
- 31:05Speaker 1: stop doing it.
- 31:06Speaker 4: What happens when you What happens Dan, when you watch
- 31:09Speaker 4: really bad movies in the theater? I don't.
- 31:12Speaker 1: I actually save. I save movies for the theaters. Like
- 31:16Speaker 1: certain movies I will go to the theater for. But
- 31:19Speaker 1: there are certain ones. I wasn't going to the theater
- 31:21Speaker 1: to see Roadhouse, but you did watch it.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Yes, so you're a part of the problem.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Yes, yes, But I go to the theater to see
- 31:33Speaker 1: other movies.
- 31:34Speaker 4: Like Gladiator too.
- 31:36Speaker 1: That one was a mistake.
- 31:38Speaker 5: That was just I could have told you before you
- 31:40Speaker 5: went to tell you that.
- 31:45Speaker 1: I knew it was bad.
- 31:46Speaker 5: Spoiler alert. He died in the first one, So why
- 31:49Speaker 5: is there a second one? It doesn't even make sense.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Well, the way they said it, they made it mad.
- 31:55Speaker 5: If you bring in new people, I don't care.
- 31:56Speaker 2: It's dumb.
- 31:59Speaker 1: The way they did it.
- 32:00Speaker 4: Was and still bad, yes, Dan, Like anytime Dan tells
- 32:06Speaker 4: you to watch a movie, look up the Rubunes.
- 32:10Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, don't.
- 32:12Speaker 5: I don't trust that bad.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Because when I recommend a movie, I give it a
- 32:16Speaker 1: full throated endorsement. Like Trade just said it. The other day.
- 32:19Speaker 1: I said, one of my favorite movies of all time,
- 32:21Speaker 1: and I will stop down anything I'm doing and watch
- 32:23Speaker 1: it is The Martians starring Matt Damon. And then he
- 32:26Speaker 1: went and watched it and he said, you were right.
- 32:28Speaker 1: It's absolutely fantastic. I will admit freely that I have
- 32:32Speaker 1: seen many, many bad movies, but not once, Raj, have
- 32:35Speaker 1: I ever said to you you need to see American
- 32:38Speaker 1: Ninja one, two, three, and four, The Annihilation. I've just
- 32:41Speaker 1: said I've seen them. I've never recommended them.
- 32:44Speaker 4: Fair. Fair, Here's what I maybe I've missed this. Now,
- 32:49Speaker 4: do you watch these movies so that others don't have
- 32:52Speaker 4: to do you? Are you that sacrificing of yourself?
- 32:56Speaker 1: I haven't thought of one that way. But when you're
- 32:59Speaker 1: as magnanimous as I am, you don't think about those things.
- 33:03Speaker 1: You just do them without any regard for yourself.
- 33:07Speaker 5: He's taking one for the team.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Raj.
- 33:08Speaker 5: Can't that.
- 33:10Speaker 4: Also, he has a terrible memory, so he doesn't remember
- 33:12Speaker 4: seeing these movies. So it's right, works out well for
- 33:14Speaker 4: both parties.
- 33:15Speaker 1: You know, It's funny. It's funny you mentioned that because
- 33:18Speaker 1: I'm struggling with that right now because I have on
- 33:22Speaker 1: my watch list Mile twenty two starring Mark Wahlberg, and
- 33:26Speaker 1: I think I may have seen it a few years ago,
- 33:29Speaker 1: but I, honest to God, don't remember. So I'm going
- 33:31Speaker 1: to watch it again to see if it seems familiar.
- 33:35Speaker 2: I don't even know what that one's about, Like, I've
- 33:36Speaker 2: never even heard of.
- 33:37Speaker 4: That either, has Mark Wahlberg.
- 33:40Speaker 1: That was around the time he was Yeah, he was
- 33:43Speaker 1: pocketing like sixty million dollars in those years, so I
- 33:46Speaker 1: think he may not remember it, but he remembers the cash.
- 33:48Speaker 3: They just took old clips like that they cut up
- 33:51Speaker 3: from other movies and put it into this one and
- 33:53Speaker 3: called it Mile twenty two, and they're like, we're done.
- 33:56Speaker 1: They may have actually done that. That's actually kind of brilliant.
- 34:00Speaker 4: Eating eating a burger at a Wallburger's Like, oh, this
- 34:03Speaker 4: is there's gonna be a sequel, you know that for sure.
- 34:08Speaker 3: I struggle with that man's nostrils. He has huge nostrils,
- 34:12Speaker 3: and when he gets mad and angry, they start pumping
- 34:15Speaker 3: and flaring and it's all I can see.
- 34:17Speaker 1: And then we're on full display in was it fear?
- 34:21Speaker 2: Oh yeah?
- 34:22Speaker 1: Or it's the one where he's dating the girl and
- 34:24Speaker 1: then it's the dad and the roller coaster and the
- 34:27Speaker 1: dog and the head yeah yeah.
- 34:29Speaker 4: And the forever on the stomach.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:32Speaker 3: Yes.
- 34:33Speaker 1: I can't get over the fact that at times I
- 34:35Speaker 1: think Mark Wahlberg is a fine actor. I don't mean
- 34:38Speaker 1: fine like fine, I mean fine. And other times I
- 34:42Speaker 1: think he has as much charisma as a desk from Ikea,
- 34:49Speaker 1: Like how do.
- 34:49Speaker 3: You make a movie like Pain and Gain, which is
- 34:51Speaker 3: amazing and he's perfect in that role. And then you
- 34:54Speaker 3: have like I don't know, step Brothers, like he's terrible
- 34:58Speaker 3: and step Brothers.
- 34:59Speaker 4: The ongoing Joe we have in the comedy community is
- 35:01Speaker 4: how can you be that fit and always out of breath?
- 35:06Speaker 5: That's a good point.
- 35:08Speaker 2: It's not step Brothers. It's that other Will Farrell movie.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Oh there were they were there with the cops.
- 35:13Speaker 5: No, like the dad there, it's like a stepdad or something.
- 35:16Speaker 2: He's a step dad.
- 35:18Speaker 4: Yeah, that's home or something.
- 35:19Speaker 6: That's it.
- 35:19Speaker 1: That's it one and two That is a sequel, right, terrible.
- 35:24Speaker 4: It's always how you guys doing what's happening? What's going on? Guys?
- 35:29Speaker 4: Like what? Take a deep breath.
- 35:31Speaker 1: It's between takes. He's just running.
- 35:34Speaker 5: He's got to get in those games.
- 35:36Speaker 4: I like to run in place, guys. I'd like to
- 35:37Speaker 4: run in place.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Never waste a minute, never wast always gott to be
- 35:41Speaker 2: doing something.
- 35:43Speaker 4: I get up at four o'clock in the morning to
- 35:44Speaker 4: work out.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Stop right, like about your workout. Nobody cares.
- 35:49Speaker 4: You want to hear about my I'm not in the movie.
- 35:51Speaker 4: Stop leave me alone. Just walking by Mark Wahlberg. I'm
- 35:54Speaker 4: just walking.
- 35:58Speaker 1: Anyway. Connor McGregor is thirty seven.

- 36:42Speaker 1: Treehouse on Air at gmail dot com. To advertise right
- 36:46Speaker 1: here inside the Treehouse. I'm Dan, He's Raj. She is Rebecca.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Inside the Treehouse show Today for Monday July fourteenth, twenty
- 36:53Speaker 1: twenty five, we got through one birthday Carne McGregor thirty
- 36:56Speaker 1: seven that spiraled perfect word to use, Rebecca. He said
- 37:00Speaker 1: it in the break. We do birthdays and then we spiral.
- 37:05Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 37:05Speaker 5: How we got from point A to point B and
- 37:08Speaker 5: so quickly.
- 37:09Speaker 1: And that's another challenge of this show, and we've tried
- 37:11Speaker 1: to do this at times. It's extremely difficult, and that
- 37:14Speaker 1: is trying to diagram the conversation.
- 37:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:18Speaker 1: So, like we started with birthdays and Connor McGregor thirty seven,
- 37:22Speaker 1: that got us into talking about Roadhouse and Jake Gillenhall,
- 37:27Speaker 1: and then I don't know if.
- 37:28Speaker 4: The talks about bad movies and how Dan's a fan
- 37:31Speaker 4: of watching bad movies.
- 37:33Speaker 1: And then Rebecca brought up Wahlberg and that's where we got. Yeah,
- 37:36Speaker 1: so now let's circle all the way back to Connor
- 37:38Speaker 1: McGregor during thirty seven and Roadhouse two is going to
- 37:41Speaker 1: be happening? They said, Uh, he didn't even have to.
- 37:45Speaker 5: Go what's the plot gonna be for the sequel?
- 37:47Speaker 3: Like all he did in the first one, right, was
- 37:49Speaker 3: just walk around like huff puffed.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Out, like oh, Connor McGregor. Well, he didn't play the
- 37:53Speaker 1: hero in that he was the bad guy, right, trust me,
- 37:56Speaker 1: Connor McGregor was not acting in any fashion during this film.
- 37:59Speaker 1: He's pretty much just playing himself.
- 38:02Speaker 2: Okay, sounds very.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Yeah he was. We made it very easy for you
- 38:08Speaker 1: to hate him as the bad guy.
- 38:09Speaker 5: Clear, well I don't like him anyway.
- 38:10Speaker 1: So yeah, he's doing the whole like the Connor McGregor arms. Yeah,
- 38:16Speaker 1: it's just just just obnoxious.
- 38:19Speaker 4: Yeah, at least once a month, I like to uh
- 38:22Speaker 4: watch merga made off choke him out like a bitch.
- 38:27Speaker 6: Uh.
- 38:30Speaker 4: It makes my heart happy when he when he taps
- 38:33Speaker 4: out and then he spits on him, I'm like, whoa, you.
- 38:36Speaker 5: Got spat on like face, your face just lit up.
- 38:39Speaker 3: Talking about about you had like this like glow in
- 38:42Speaker 3: your eye that was.
- 38:44Speaker 1: Had no idea you were into spitting roj.
- 38:47Speaker 4: Well, I mean just watching it.
- 38:50Speaker 3: That's just watching, not participating.
- 38:54Speaker 4: That kind of weird, different kind of paywall Dan.
- 38:58Speaker 1: Speaking of watching not participating in paywalls, would you ever
- 39:03Speaker 1: bear back a horse?
- 39:05Speaker 6: Now?
- 39:06Speaker 4: Is this the the gen Z version because that's just
- 39:11Speaker 4: a horse.
- 39:11Speaker 1: Without a backpack or is that just where gen Z
- 39:14Speaker 1: got the term?
- 39:19Speaker 4: That's a lofty goal.
- 39:20Speaker 2: I'm scared to answer this question now.
- 39:23Speaker 1: The correct answer is and always will be, no, yeah,
- 39:28Speaker 1: unless your name is country singer Parker McCollum, because I
- 39:34Speaker 1: don't know what it is. I mean I do. It's
- 39:36Speaker 1: it's called seeking approval when young country artists feel the
- 39:42Speaker 1: need to seek approval about being country enough, especially if
- 39:46Speaker 1: their music doesn't sound that country or whatever. This doesn't
- 39:49Speaker 1: happen in any other genre of music except for maybe
- 39:53Speaker 1: rap and hip hop, like you got to be a
- 39:54Speaker 1: certain street you know, to rap about certain things. In
- 40:00Speaker 1: country you have to be you know, how corn fed
- 40:03Speaker 1: are you? But this doesn't happen in rock music, it
- 40:05Speaker 1: doesn't happen in pop. But someone decided to ask Parker McCollum,
- 40:10Speaker 1: what's the most country thing you've ever done? And he said,
- 40:13Speaker 1: I rode a horse bareback naked.
- 40:16Speaker 2: Oh naked too amazing?
- 40:19Speaker 1: Yeah, he said, you do it one time and that's
- 40:21Speaker 1: all you need to do, because it ain't that good.
- 40:24Speaker 1: I was wearing crocs too.
- 40:26Speaker 2: Oh well, shoe on the planet.
- 40:29Speaker 4: Safety first, yeah exactly.
- 40:32Speaker 1: I just my god.
- 40:34Speaker 4: You can rubture a testicle, but you don't want to
- 40:36Speaker 4: stub a toe.
- 40:39Speaker 1: And the interviewer really needed to verify this, so she
- 40:43Speaker 1: doubled down when she asked naked with just the crocs,
- 40:47Speaker 1: and he replied, yes, ma'am. I'm being dead serious. You
- 40:52Speaker 1: don't need to be that country if if if a
- 40:56Speaker 1: record label comes to you and says you're not country enough,
- 41:00Speaker 1: and you then ask, well, what do I need to
- 41:02Speaker 1: do to be considered country enough? And they say, we
- 41:05Speaker 1: need you to bear back this horse. You need to
- 41:08Speaker 1: find a new label. Yeah, you know what solo It
- 41:13Speaker 1: worked for Toby Keith.
- 41:15Speaker 4: I'm trying to be really country and they just cut
- 41:17Speaker 4: the Darius Rucker and he's like, hello, I was hoodie.
- 41:26Speaker 1: Now the horse is hooty. That's the goat. Blowfish is
- 41:37Speaker 1: the goat.
- 41:39Speaker 5: Gotta be.
