- 3:00Speaker 4: Great about that.
- 3:04Speaker 6: We sometimes I just don't really have much more to add,
- 3:07Speaker 6: Like I really don't.
- 3:09Speaker 5: Kind of like are you are you one of my
- 3:11Speaker 5: children asking how.
- 3:15Speaker 4: We got some rain yesterday?
- 3:17Speaker 5: Yeah? We did?
- 3:18Speaker 2: How about that?
- 3:19Speaker 7: Yes, like Matt thought I was lying yesterday. Matt's like
- 3:24Speaker 7: Taylor hasn't rained in six years.
- 3:26Speaker 5: Were in the South.
- 3:27Speaker 8: It's rained everywhere I'm at for like a week.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Stress the first time in a long time.
- 3:31Speaker 5: I've seen some rain rain again today. It was a
- 3:35Speaker 5: nice little rain. I was actually when it was raining.
- 3:37Speaker 5: I had been doing some stuff around the house and
- 3:40Speaker 5: I was actually laid out on a heating pad at
- 3:43Speaker 5: the time. It is rain, and it was, it was electric.
- 3:47Speaker 5: It was lovely.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Got the heating pad.
- 3:50Speaker 5: I had the old heating pad.
- 3:52Speaker 4: That felt so good.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:54Speaker 6: I was leaving here and I saw it get real
- 3:57Speaker 6: dark and I was like, oh, let me get home
- 3:58Speaker 6: before it starts really pouring.
- 4:00Speaker 4: And then on the way home is when it did.
- 4:02Speaker 2: You grab a coffee cup and a shawl. No window, no.
- 4:11Speaker 5: Way sounded really good you that actually was. The voice
- 4:19Speaker 5: didn't sound that great normal, but when you hit those
- 4:21Speaker 5: high notes, thank you.
- 4:23Speaker 7: Jake's a falsetta yeah, set it for years, been saying that.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Outside of the rain, how are you well?
- 4:31Speaker 7: I mean, other than being completely validated on the weather,
- 4:35Speaker 7: why would I need anything else?
- 4:36Speaker 2: No broken clock?
- 4:38Speaker 8: We're yeah. If I say it's going to rain every day,
- 4:41Speaker 8: it's like Jerry Jones thing.
- 4:43Speaker 7: Eventually we can be right right, like that's that's going
- 4:46Speaker 7: to happen at some point.
- 4:48Speaker 8: No, we're doing good.
- 4:49Speaker 5: Uh.
- 4:49Speaker 7: Little man slept pretty good last night. Yesterday afternoon kind
- 4:53Speaker 7: of a jerk, but at night.
- 4:55Speaker 5: Sure he did. What got sleep? How you doing? Everything's good?
- 5:03Speaker 2: I'm good. How's the body? It's okay, Okay, it's okay.
- 5:08Speaker 2: I was a little bit worried today. Yeah, because second
- 5:11Speaker 2: day after, second day after, you know, but the backs
- 5:15Speaker 2: holding that in a long time. Just moon. I've moved
- 5:18Speaker 2: a you know, seven eight feet buffet upstairs, you.
- 5:22Speaker 5: Know, made of one piece of wood, of one that handcard.
- 5:26Speaker 2: It's like, whenever y'all get rid of that, I'm gonna
- 5:28Speaker 2: burn it.
- 5:28Speaker 5: What do you think is mahockeany?
- 5:30Speaker 2: I don't know what it was? Redwood, marble?
- 5:35Speaker 5: Good God, I think when things are Yeah, I don't
- 5:40Speaker 5: think we're ever gonna move him down again. We're just
- 5:42Speaker 5: gonna chop them up and pass them off the balcony.
- 5:46Speaker 8: We're getting out, kid, How heavy was this thing?
- 5:49Speaker 6: Jake?
- 5:50Speaker 2: All the pounds, it says, black.
- 5:53Speaker 7: Iron wood is the out there. Yeah, it's the denist
- 5:59Speaker 7: it was.
- 5:59Speaker 5: We bought it in Seattle. We were taking a trip
- 6:01Speaker 5: up north at Seattle because there was a restoration hardware
- 6:05Speaker 5: outlet store. Yeah, so it's all the things. It was
- 6:07Speaker 5: like the we got a couple of things like that.
- 6:09Speaker 5: You know, it's an outstore. So I get some stuff
- 6:11Speaker 5: that didn't completely past quality control coming out of the factory.
- 6:16Speaker 5: Maybe maybe it's a little didn't scratch on it. This
- 6:19Speaker 5: one was just I think it's it didn't pass because
- 6:21Speaker 5: it was too heavy. Yeah, somebody bought and said I'm
- 6:24Speaker 5: not lifting that. I can't save that for some other fools.
- 6:27Speaker 5: Can't stop, won't stop.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Yeah, that fools right there to my left.
- 6:33Speaker 5: That is a good deal. You know me, I don't
- 6:38Speaker 5: care how heavy it is. If it's a good deal.
- 6:41Speaker 5: I got good friends.
- 6:44Speaker 8: It's like, I'll worry about the weight of it later.
- 6:46Speaker 5: Can't pass up on this, can't afford nothing at this.
- 6:52Speaker 2: We are I know yesterday we kind of we did
- 6:54Speaker 2: lose the threat a little bit, just because of all
- 6:58Speaker 2: the news that was coming out and us reacting to it.
- 7:01Speaker 2: We mentioned it. But it is officially college football game week,
- 7:07Speaker 2: Like we have actual meaningful football games this weekend. The
- 7:14Speaker 2: slate's not the Who's Who, but there's three games I'm
- 7:19Speaker 2: gonna watch.
- 7:19Speaker 8: TCU and Ireland will be fun.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Save if North Carolina's a good probably not state I
- 7:27Speaker 2: think is going to be good.
- 7:28Speaker 6: That TCU social media put a map of Ireland or whatever,
- 7:33Speaker 6: but the map excluded Northern Ireland and they're like, even
- 7:38Speaker 6: TCU doesn't recognize Northern Ireland. And then they did one
- 7:42Speaker 6: of them with like the I r A like they
- 7:45Speaker 6: posted a picture of it and they're like TCU social
- 7:47Speaker 6: media team.
- 7:51Speaker 2: You know, technically they are different, all right, man. Northern
- 7:55Speaker 2: Ireland's part of the United Kingdom. Ireland's not.
- 7:58Speaker 5: Yeah, and people in Ireland do not like people from
- 8:01Speaker 5: the United Kingdom. They do not like them with one bit.
- 8:04Speaker 5: They don't like the.
- 8:05Speaker 2: People sometimes put them in you know, you.
- 8:08Speaker 5: Know who that they you know who. They do love Americans.
- 8:13Speaker 5: Why is that? I don't know, no idea they love
- 8:16Speaker 5: them though, well we were there, I want to say,
- 8:19Speaker 5: ten years ago now, but they're in July with my
- 8:24Speaker 5: dad and my older brother and we were there during
- 8:28Speaker 5: the Fourth of July. They three one of the biggest
- 8:30Speaker 5: Fourth of July parties I've ever seen. We're in Killarney.
- 8:34Speaker 5: It was a fantastic trip, incredible. Would love to go back.
- 8:38Speaker 5: But yeah, they love they love Americans. And at the
- 8:40Speaker 5: time it was off season, I was I was with
- 8:41Speaker 5: the Patriots, and they love that because they're all Patriots fans,
- 8:44Speaker 5: because it's the most American thing you can I don't know,
- 8:49Speaker 5: you know, one of those deals. And I was like
- 8:52Speaker 5: confused that why And it is because they do not
- 8:55Speaker 5: like people from England. And you know, obviously USA beat
- 8:59Speaker 5: the brakes off England the war.
- 9:04Speaker 2: It did about two hundred and fifty years ago.
- 9:08Speaker 5: Yeah, I've been good friends since.
- 9:09Speaker 2: But funny that they liked the Patriots because everybody here
- 9:14Speaker 2: hated the Patriots.
- 9:15Speaker 5: That's fair. Just kicked my leg up again.
- 9:20Speaker 7: Still do you do they I do? No, I just
- 9:28Speaker 7: I was over Belichick guy for Craft guy. Like I
- 9:32Speaker 7: get that Belichick's not there anymore, but like, and I
- 9:35Speaker 7: just grew up not liking the Patriots. I guess I
- 9:37Speaker 7: still don't like them, but not top of mind anymore.
- 9:40Speaker 5: But it did make the Super Bowl.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Well, Landra, we are going to call you out for
- 9:46Speaker 2: that unk move that you just fooled.
- 9:48Speaker 6: I just tagged myself so stupid, I am monk, yeah
- 9:52Speaker 6: what you do? So I was replying to somebody that
- 9:56Speaker 6: asked me a question and I tagged myself instead of them.
- 10:00Speaker 6: Can't let asking me about that movie obsession else I
- 10:06Speaker 6: did not.
- 10:06Speaker 4: I did not really like.
- 10:08Speaker 8: For sure did it.
- 10:10Speaker 7: I mean we didn't get to go to the theater
- 10:11Speaker 7: and watch We watched it three days before baby got here,
- 10:16Speaker 7: and uh, I didn't know what to expect.
- 10:19Speaker 5: I mean, I don't.
- 10:21Speaker 4: It's like this guy wishes.
- 10:23Speaker 6: It's like a monkey's pause situation, Like the guy wishes
- 10:26Speaker 6: that this girl loved him more than anybody in the world.
- 10:29Speaker 4: So then she gets like obsessed with him.
- 10:32Speaker 6: But I felt like it wasn't explored enough that there
- 10:36Speaker 6: was the other normal her name's Nicky, and then like
- 10:39Speaker 6: after he wishes that she gets all crazy, but then
- 10:42Speaker 6: like normal Nicky was still in there somewhere and she
- 10:47Speaker 6: So I feel like that wasn't explored enough.
- 10:48Speaker 4: Like I just didn't really like the movie.
- 10:50Speaker 5: Tho.
- 10:51Speaker 6: The actress was good. I liked the girl that played Nikki.
- 10:54Speaker 6: She was good, but I just I didn't really like
- 10:57Speaker 6: the movie.
- 10:57Speaker 7: So she's she's blowing up right now, She's gonna be
- 10:59Speaker 7: a Marvel movie. She's gonna be in another horror movie
- 11:02Speaker 7: coming out.
- 11:02Speaker 5: Like she was.
- 11:03Speaker 8: She was actually really good indie something.
- 11:06Speaker 4: Yeah, I do agree, she was good, but I just
- 11:08Speaker 4: didn't like the movie.
- 11:10Speaker 5: All Right.
- 11:13Speaker 6: There's a lot of horror movies coming out, and Tita
- 11:16Speaker 6: is probably.
- 11:17Speaker 4: Tita is not the only person that watches horror movies.
- 11:20Speaker 2: I don't know he watches.
- 11:21Speaker 6: There's like one that's coming out called Other Mother with
- 11:25Speaker 6: Jessica Chastain, which I feel like she hasn't been in
- 11:28Speaker 6: stuff lately, or maybe I've just missed it, so I'm
- 11:30Speaker 6: excited for that one.
- 11:31Speaker 5: All right. Do you you enjoy the horror?
- 11:34Speaker 4: Oh yeah?
- 11:35Speaker 2: Is it yours as well?
- 11:36Speaker 6: I don't know if it's my favorite, but I definitely
- 11:38Speaker 6: dabble in it, Like I'll sit there and watch one
- 11:40Speaker 6: by myself in the dark, just to feel.
- 11:43Speaker 5: Something really okay.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Oh yeah, right, especially a psychological thriller. I think I'm
- 11:48Speaker 4: more like psych thriller than.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Yeah, me too, me too.
- 11:52Speaker 4: I like Yeah, but there's a ton coming out.
- 11:56Speaker 2: During like when we were teenagers, there was like the
- 12:00Speaker 2: Ring was like the one. Then there was another one
- 12:04Speaker 2: with Sarah Michelle Geller and I cannot for the life
- 12:08Speaker 2: of me, so remember.
- 12:09Speaker 7: Whatever movie or psychological thriller, it's like a horror movie.
- 12:13Speaker 8: Uh probably, I know what you did last summer?
- 12:15Speaker 6: No?
- 12:15Speaker 2: No, no, no no.
- 12:16Speaker 5: What was the one with har Harrison Ford and Michelle
- 12:18Speaker 5: Fifers Beneath.
- 12:21Speaker 4: That was a good one.
- 12:22Speaker 5: That was a good one.
- 12:23Speaker 6: I like the older ones, like we grew up watching
- 12:26Speaker 6: Halloween and stuff like that, because those were classic, like.
- 12:29Speaker 2: The Jay Friday thirteenth. Yeah, Freddy's in the.
- 12:34Speaker 5: Dark by yourself, watch myself?
- 12:37Speaker 4: Maybe not.
- 12:39Speaker 5: Do you ever get scared?
- 12:40Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I get I freaked myself out.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Scream was a good one too, the original.
- 12:45Speaker 4: It makes me like, oh that was exciting.
- 12:49Speaker 8: The grudge, the grudge that was thrilling.
- 12:52Speaker 5: Thunder, I feel like I might die to.
- 12:55Speaker 2: All Right, Well, watch this clock, integrity, stop it. You
- 12:59Speaker 2: gotta take a break, and we'll be back more OTV

- 14:06Speaker 1: Com from the locker room to the airwaves. Gets off
- 14:16Speaker 1: the bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 14:46Speaker 2: All right, welcome back in OTB here live from the
- 14:50Speaker 2: Raizy Kaine Studio. And as Matthew told you always on Tuesdays,
- 14:54Speaker 2: you can count on community Still Community steel co dot
- 14:57Speaker 2: Com is the website right here in zas Louisiana. It
- 15:01Speaker 2: is Louisiana Steell Community still co dot Com. All right,
- 15:06Speaker 2: Ta ta, gonna throw it to you. I see in
- 15:09Speaker 2: the dock here that as you mentioned in the open,
- 15:12Speaker 2: LSU has added some other former players that have been
- 15:15Speaker 2: inside of NFL camps.
- 15:17Speaker 7: Well committed Xavian Harris' former Old Miss and New Orleans
- 15:21Speaker 7: Saint defensive tackle. You love that one there, mister Matt
- 15:24Speaker 7: Flenn six foot eight three and thirty pounds, so big
- 15:28Speaker 7: body in the middle, big guy. But potentially, I mean,
- 15:31Speaker 7: obviously we've got to wait for everything to be final.
- 15:32Speaker 8: Potentially that's three guys with Junior Twoey.
- 15:36Speaker 7: Helamaka Xavian Harris and Di Kwon Wright. So that's three
- 15:40Speaker 7: guys at LSU could potentially add two of which were
- 15:44Speaker 7: in NFL training camp. Look, I get it, college, foot, bulls, cross,
- 15:49Speaker 7: we all get ITFL Lane spoke on this yesterday and he.
- 15:54Speaker 8: Yeah, well, and Lane kind.
- 15:55Speaker 7: Of kind of said what what we've all been saying,
- 15:57Speaker 7: was like, look, if I'm able to bring in guys
- 16:00Speaker 7: it makes my team better, do I want them on
- 16:02Speaker 7: my team or do I want to play against them
- 16:03Speaker 7: when somebody else brings them in? So that was that
- 16:06Speaker 7: was his philosophy on the whole thing. But look, I mean, nonetheless,
- 16:09Speaker 7: whatever you think about it, big body in the middle
- 16:12Speaker 7: that can help you again is familiar with the coaching staff.
- 16:15Speaker 8: So uh, initially three guys.
- 16:18Speaker 2: This one is a little bit awkward because of his
- 16:22Speaker 2: comments about Lane Kiff and after Lane Kiff and left
- 16:26Speaker 2: Old Miss to go to l s U, he did
- 16:28Speaker 2: not hold his tongue.
- 16:30Speaker 4: But it's very indicative of just where we're at.
- 16:33Speaker 6: You keep saying integrity, like zero integrity, throw a little
- 16:37Speaker 6: money at someone right to dance, make good dance.
- 16:42Speaker 2: I heard that. I've heard that before. I used that
- 16:46Speaker 2: joke the other day when we were actually moving in
- 16:48Speaker 2: Flint's house. He was talking about he had these bands
- 16:52Speaker 2: on the treadmill that he had to take off. That
- 16:54Speaker 2: thought bands made her dance.
- 16:55Speaker 6: Nobody Dan bands but an ONNK Yeah, like rubber bands
- 17:01Speaker 6: around the Yeah.
- 17:03Speaker 4: J c J said it.
- 17:04Speaker 5: Yeah, so if you throw one that's like wadded up
- 17:07Speaker 5: with a band around it, that would hurt got undo
- 17:09Speaker 5: it Undo the bands the last time he shot a
- 17:14Speaker 5: rubber band like a.
- 17:17Speaker 6: Minute, I don't think I've handled a rubber band in
- 17:21Speaker 6: a second.
- 17:24Speaker 4: You know what, I'm gonna buy you some rubber bands
- 17:26Speaker 4: I got you.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Can you go ahead and read this tweet from Chris
- 17:30Speaker 2: low Of course our good friend Celo who now works
- 17:32Speaker 2: for Yeah.
- 17:33Speaker 7: Lowe's the one that kind of reminded everybody of the quote.
- 17:36Speaker 7: So it was about when when Golding took over. He said,
- 17:39Speaker 7: how a real head coach is supposed to be. Keifvin's
- 17:42Speaker 7: departure felt like a slap in the face. He said,
- 17:46Speaker 7: Kifvin tried to uh be an announcer and come into
- 17:49Speaker 7: the broadcast. He was trying to troll us. That's all
- 17:51Speaker 7: he's ever done. Uh, he was just trying to steal
- 17:54Speaker 7: our shine. So not the greatest comments.
- 17:59Speaker 5: Try to be a damn announcer. You didn't really try
- 18:02Speaker 5: to be anouncer paraphrase.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Yeah, what's seventy one?
- 18:06Speaker 5: I think it was just you know, he's frustrated over there.
- 18:09Speaker 5: He's frustrated.
- 18:12Speaker 2: So if you do add these three players and it
- 18:16Speaker 2: sounds like there's more coming down, is there a line? Well,
- 18:21Speaker 2: I'm saying if all things like this players committed, you know,
- 18:24Speaker 2: if all these things work out and and the courts
- 18:27Speaker 2: don't do anything, and I know the SEC put out
- 18:29Speaker 2: a statement yesterday as well, Commissioner Sankie is not a
- 18:32Speaker 2: big fan of this. Let's say that it does get
- 18:36Speaker 2: to the finish line, you have to look at your
- 18:39Speaker 2: roster and remove three players, do you if you're at
- 18:43Speaker 2: that number? Now, I don't know exactly where LSU is
- 18:47Speaker 2: as far as numbers after, because you know, there's gonna
- 18:49Speaker 2: be people that do leave when after even.
- 18:53Speaker 5: I don't know if I realized that there was a number.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Well that again, that was something that the n C
- 19:01Speaker 2: double A put into place like a year ago. But
- 19:06Speaker 2: does that I mean, I'm not trying to be funny,
- 19:08Speaker 2: but does that number matter anymore?
- 19:10Speaker 5: No? Mm hmm, I don't think so.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Hey, Hey, what ver you get the t move version
- 19:17Speaker 2: of X. I'm just on your computer there, Bud. You've
- 19:21Speaker 2: been trying to click on that X to continue.
- 19:26Speaker 8: Hang on, I'm sounding on.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Are we being so unk today? Everybody get it? Everybody locking?
- 19:35Speaker 5: You just kept clicking. You can only have one unk
- 19:37Speaker 5: in this room.
- 19:38Speaker 4: I don't need us all group facetiming someone.
- 19:42Speaker 5: I came into the show today saying, you know what,
- 19:46Speaker 5: I need to get off my porch. I need to
- 19:49Speaker 5: stop shaking my fist. I felt like we did it
- 19:53Speaker 5: a lot yesterday, but I felt like it was a
- 19:56Speaker 5: lot of common sense, Like just Aaron grievance is about
- 20:00Speaker 5: common sense. Well, like it's I just feel like it's
- 20:03Speaker 5: making it pretty hard.
- 20:05Speaker 6: I really don't disagree with the things that you're saying
- 20:08Speaker 6: at all.
- 20:09Speaker 5: I don't know if anybody else.
- 20:11Speaker 4: It's a little bit of cognitive dissonance on my part.
- 20:15Speaker 5: I just I don't know. And everybody everybody's getting used
- 20:18Speaker 5: to a new age and new world. But I think
- 20:21Speaker 5: I feel like it's a new age and new world
- 20:22Speaker 5: that nobody asks for. Were we're being told, like, just
- 20:27Speaker 5: get over it. It's the it's the way things are now. Yeah,
- 20:32Speaker 5: it's like these are special situations. These are special circumstances,
- 20:36Speaker 5: like it'll normalize. No, I don't. I don't. I think
- 20:40Speaker 5: every year there's going to be a special circumstance or
- 20:42Speaker 5: a special situation like what we talked about yesterday. It's okay,
- 20:46Speaker 5: I understand the problem. I can sympathize with what Lane
- 20:50Speaker 5: said yesterday, and I completely I can understand, Like, this
- 20:55Speaker 5: is what he was trying to say, was this is
- 20:58Speaker 5: a one time deal because of the rule that was
- 21:01Speaker 5: passed for the fifth year. These players were not told earlier,
- 21:04Speaker 5: so they and they did something they didn't think they
- 21:07Speaker 5: had any options on, and a judge made a ruling.
- 21:11Speaker 5: I get that. I sympathize with that. But two, it
- 21:15Speaker 5: is very ignorant to think that this is a one
- 21:18Speaker 5: time deal. This is very ignorant to think that once
- 21:21Speaker 5: this happens, everything goes back to normal. There is no line, No,
- 21:27Speaker 5: there is no stopping point on where college football, college
- 21:32Speaker 5: athletics can go to because attorneys making are making the rules,
- 21:37Speaker 5: Judges are making the rules as we go on the fly.
- 21:42Speaker 5: So where is the where's the stopping point? There is
- 21:45Speaker 5: not one?
- 21:46Speaker 2: Yeah, that's really as I said, that's my biggest issue.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Is.
- 21:48Speaker 2: I just don't think that there ever is going to
- 21:51Speaker 2: be that if we continue to do what we're doing,
- 21:54Speaker 2: because there's rules in place for this not to be allowed. Hey,
- 21:57Speaker 2: there is, But it is mad because you just go
- 22:01Speaker 2: to court get injunction and the rules don't matter anymore.
- 22:05Speaker 5: Right, maybe that's why I'm mad anymore.
- 22:08Speaker 8: Like I hate this. I think it's all stupid, but like.
- 22:11Speaker 7: I just I'm so numb to like dumb things happening
- 22:14Speaker 7: in college athletics. Now it's where I'm just like, what's
- 22:17Speaker 7: the point of getting mad?
- 22:18Speaker 5: So it's like it's it's the slow burn, right, It's
- 22:21Speaker 5: the over the last couple of years, everybody's been like,
- 22:25Speaker 5: our our compass for what college athletics is, or the
- 22:29Speaker 5: you call it moral compass, you can call it into
- 22:32Speaker 5: whatever it is, what we've always thought about college football
- 22:35Speaker 5: has slowly deteriorated to this point where we're just kind
- 22:39Speaker 5: of okay with it. I mean, it's just a little
- 22:40Speaker 5: bit here, a little bit there, but like every couple
- 22:43Speaker 5: of months, it's a little bit further, a little bit further,
- 22:45Speaker 5: a little bit further. Now, all of a sudden, we
- 22:48Speaker 5: if you listen, if you looked at it from where
- 22:50Speaker 5: we are now to where we were. It's not a
- 22:51Speaker 5: recognizable situation. Like the sports the same because it's tackle football.
- 22:56Speaker 5: The sports are the same, the rules are the same,
- 22:58Speaker 5: but like everything else around it is pretty unrecognizable. But again,
- 23:02Speaker 5: I sympathize with what Lane said yesterday and I get it,
- 23:07Speaker 5: like you want the competitive advantage. He's here to win games.
- 23:10Speaker 5: It doesn't mean we have to like the way everything
- 23:13Speaker 5: is around it. We can still cheer for our team
- 23:16Speaker 5: and hope we win every single game, and cheer for
- 23:18Speaker 5: these guys that they're signing, but it doesn't mean we
- 23:21Speaker 5: have to like it the way that happened. At least
- 23:26Speaker 5: it doesn't mean we have to like the way that
- 23:27Speaker 5: happened or the trajectory a direction. College athletics the thing
- 23:32Speaker 5: that we all love. Everybody loves it. I mean we
- 23:36Speaker 5: love it for a lot of different reason. There isn't
- 23:38Speaker 5: just one. It isn't just because of the play on
- 23:41Speaker 5: the fields. Why we love it. It's everything that comes
- 23:43Speaker 5: with it. It's the amateurism that we've all grown up with.
- 23:46Speaker 5: It's the heart that people play with it. It's the pageantry,
- 23:50Speaker 5: it's the we hate your team, you hate ours, and
- 23:52Speaker 5: that's awesome type situation. It's all those things that make
- 23:56Speaker 5: college football great. It's not just a sport on the field.
- 23:58Speaker 5: If it was just a sport on the field with
- 23:59Speaker 5: great athletes playing, we'd all watch the XFL and cheer
- 24:03Speaker 5: for it. Right, if we just about football and watching
- 24:07Speaker 5: great athletes play, we'd watch these off brand spring perfect.
- 24:10Speaker 5: We watched these spring leagues. Nobody does because you don't
- 24:13Speaker 5: care about it. If you care about college athletics, because
- 24:16Speaker 5: you care about your school, and you care about like
- 24:19Speaker 5: what the sport is. And it's a little bit different now,
- 24:22Speaker 5: not a little bit different. It's a little bit different
- 24:24Speaker 5: now at different. It's a little bit different now than
- 24:26Speaker 5: it was last week, and last week is a little
- 24:28Speaker 5: bit different than it was the week before, and slowly, slowly,
- 24:31Speaker 5: slowly progress as to where it is now. Doesn't mean
- 24:34Speaker 5: you gotta like the sport anyon less. You just don't
- 24:36Speaker 5: have to. You just don't have to. Everybody doesn't have
- 24:38Speaker 5: to fall in the same cant and be like blindly
- 24:40Speaker 5: say hey, this is awesome, I don't care, improve the team,
- 24:43Speaker 5: get better, blah blah blah. You don't have to be
- 24:45Speaker 5: like that.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I do agree. You can still cheer for your team,
- 24:47Speaker 2: love your team, want your team to do well. I
- 24:49Speaker 2: said it yesterday, the things I love most in this world. Right,
- 24:53Speaker 2: it's gonna be like family. M an l sho of course,
- 25:00Speaker 2: legous to the Lord as well. Shout it's the Lord
- 25:02Speaker 2: and get a amen, thank you for another day. Right,
- 25:08Speaker 2: I love it and I wanted to do well. And man,
- 25:09Speaker 2: when I'm calling those games, I want LSU to win
- 25:11Speaker 2: so so bad so that like that doesn't change. But
- 25:14Speaker 2: like to Matt's point, and it actually is a very
- 25:17Speaker 2: good for you. It's a great way to put it.
- 25:19Speaker 2: You can still not like it and not like the
- 25:21Speaker 2: direction that it's going and loved your school. Those two
- 25:23Speaker 2: things don't have to be completely separate. But again, biggest
- 25:27Speaker 2: issue is when is it ever going to stop or
- 25:31Speaker 2: just even stop long enough to come up for a breath,
- 25:34Speaker 2: Like when's that going to happen? And that's what I'm
- 25:37Speaker 2: nervous about, Like how far can we go? Because if
- 25:40Speaker 2: I would have told anybody in this room three years
- 25:42Speaker 2: ago where we're at now, y'all would have laughed and
- 25:43Speaker 2: said you're an idiot, and I would have said, you're
- 25:45Speaker 2: right I am. So it just continues to get wild
- 25:50Speaker 2: and wild and wilder and just don't know where the
- 25:54Speaker 2: stopping point?
- 25:54Speaker 5: Now, would you How crazy would I sound if I
- 25:57Speaker 5: was like, hey, what if in college football we traded
- 26:03Speaker 5: You're like right now, I'd be like, right now, what
- 26:05Speaker 5: if Lane Kiff traded with Pete Golden? They traded a player.
- 26:12Speaker 8: As mid season mid season trades are? Next mid season trades,
- 26:19Speaker 8: you need a safety. Hey, let's make the probably that's.
- 26:22Speaker 5: The dumbest thing of ever.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Transfer a right trades College football Tennessee and u c
- 26:28Speaker 2: l A traded quarterbacks line?
- 26:30Speaker 7: Yeah, just wait, I mean that's off season sure, but
- 26:32Speaker 7: mid season trade.
- 26:33Speaker 6: Like they have trading deadlines basically with transfer portals.
- 26:37Speaker 8: Yeah, just do it in the season. It's a difference.
- 26:41Speaker 2: All right. We will read that sec statement from the
- 26:45Speaker 2: league office when we come back, and we'll do it
- 26:47Speaker 2: right here on O TV off the bench.

- 28:48Speaker 2: co dot com is the website for those wondering when
- 28:53Speaker 2: the cut day is for the National Football League that
- 28:58Speaker 2: has coming.
- 28:58Speaker 5: I would be wonder why would we wonder? It's not
- 29:07Speaker 5: to get active.
- 29:09Speaker 2: It's like another its waver wire bud Sunday, August the thirtieth.
- 29:15Speaker 2: That's when all thirty two teams must trim their active
- 29:18Speaker 2: rosters to fifty three players by six pm Eastern Time
- 29:22Speaker 2: on that Sunday night. So, for those keeping score at home,
- 29:27Speaker 2: those players that are going to be released that are
- 29:29Speaker 2: going to be playing college football again, Yes, that's a
- 29:31Speaker 2: real sentence. That means that they would at the earliest
- 29:39Speaker 2: get to campus the Monday of game week of the
- 29:44Speaker 2: opening week. And maybe I don't know how this works,
- 29:47Speaker 2: because who knows anything. I don't know if like TCU
- 29:52Speaker 2: or North Carolina or Virginia or NC State or Jacksonville
- 29:55Speaker 2: State or North DC coost State, if they wanted to
- 29:57Speaker 2: add one of these players and they've already played a
- 29:59Speaker 2: game in week zero, I'm not even sure how that works.
- 30:02Speaker 2: And so that's that portion of it. But that means
- 30:05Speaker 2: these players would be getting to your team on game
- 30:08Speaker 2: day or game week, I should say for actual game
- 30:13Speaker 2: classes start that started.
- 30:15Speaker 5: Yes, that didn't matter.
- 30:17Speaker 2: I don't know, and I'm not trying.
- 30:20Speaker 4: I don't think class question yesterday.
- 30:22Speaker 6: Yeah, like whenever the everything started coming out, are these
- 30:26Speaker 6: people even going to take at least one online class?
- 30:29Speaker 6: Like is dag Jue Wright gonna come in and take
- 30:31Speaker 6: like history or something?
- 30:33Speaker 7: They could they could do the the golfship, the internship,
- 30:37Speaker 7: the driving range.
- 30:40Speaker 5: Well, the same thing happened in the transfer portal. Remember
- 30:43Speaker 5: the classes started, Yeah, for the second semester and they
- 30:49Speaker 5: but they had like two or three weeks to get
- 30:51Speaker 5: enrolled in classes after the classes had started. So I'm
- 30:55Speaker 5: assuming that's the same.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's true. I mean that's just like
- 31:00Speaker 2: if we were in school and we were just students,
- 31:02Speaker 2: and you know, we decided to drop a class out
- 31:04Speaker 2: of class. I guess, although I would think you'd have
- 31:09Speaker 2: to be enrolled by something soon.
- 31:11Speaker 8: Different schools will have different rules, like.
- 31:14Speaker 2: You're on a semester or if you're on a quarter system.
- 31:16Speaker 8: Yeah, somebody else.
- 31:17Speaker 7: Marcus Freeman if he would add these players, and he's like,
- 31:20Speaker 7: it's not really up to me. I doubt we could
- 31:21Speaker 7: actually get any of these guys enrolled.
- 31:23Speaker 5: Yeah, right, so I gotta say, I gotta tell you
- 31:26Speaker 5: coaches fifty through seventy eight are licking their chops right
- 31:30Speaker 5: now and watching that waiver wire and there like, oh yeah,
- 31:32Speaker 5: I don't really have much to do with practice. I'll
- 31:35Speaker 5: watch these cuts them serious.
- 31:44Speaker 6: So they're so many, I'm pretty sure there's eighty now
- 31:51Speaker 6: fifty three eighty.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Then you were asking a little bit earlier, matt about
- 31:55Speaker 2: the number of the hard cap on players is one
- 31:57Speaker 2: oh five on a roster. Teams are also permitted to
- 32:01Speaker 2: award up to one hundred and five scholarships, so removing
- 32:03Speaker 2: that old limit of eighty five including so there's a lot. Yeah,
- 32:10Speaker 2: I mean, so there's a lot. There's a lot of
- 32:14Speaker 2: schools now. I don't know that ls is gonna be one,
- 32:17Speaker 2: but there's gonna be a lot of schools that don't
- 32:18Speaker 2: have one hundred and five just not like last day,
- 32:22Speaker 2: Loisa text, not gonna have one hundred and five.
- 32:24Speaker 6: Scholarshis I got a text Matthew says, last day to
- 32:28Speaker 6: add classes for LSU September second.
- 32:31Speaker 8: M okay, so that would be Wednesday, that's just before
- 32:36Speaker 8: the game.
- 32:36Speaker 2: There's gonna be a lot happening.
- 32:38Speaker 5: That's just the first. That's rules, just to suggestion.
- 32:41Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, the second, The fourth doesn't matter.
- 32:47Speaker 4: October Tomato, Tomato, you're.
- 32:50Speaker 8: Gonna come in after fall break.
- 32:51Speaker 5: Come on, My judge is tougher than your judge.
- 32:58Speaker 4: Box Guys, my dad's a lawyer to another.
- 33:02Speaker 5: Level, thinking my dad's a liar? What dad could be
- 33:04Speaker 5: your dead? Good clean fund, guys, Good clean fund.
- 33:12Speaker 4: You got to have a little fun with it. You
- 33:13Speaker 4: got that's ridiculous.
- 33:16Speaker 2: I did mention that the SEC did put out a statement,
- 33:19Speaker 2: and I know Taylor heading on the vaxscan there for
- 33:21Speaker 2: a little bit. I am going to read it and
- 33:22Speaker 2: you'll tell me if y'all think it actually means anything. So,
- 33:26Speaker 2: after a Monday evening video conference of the Presidents and
- 33:29Speaker 2: chancellors of the Southeastern Conference, the conference is issuing the
- 33:32Speaker 2: following statement. College athletes, not former professional athletes, have been
- 33:37Speaker 2: at the heart of the Southeastern Conference. Individuals who choose
- 33:40Speaker 2: to leave college athletics, sign professional playing contracts and compete
- 33:44Speaker 2: professionally should not then be permitted to return to college competition.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Allowing that to occur will blur the line between college
- 33:53Speaker 2: and professional sports. Feels like we passed that up a
- 33:56Speaker 2: long time ago, create significant competitive.
- 34:01Speaker 5: It's a year ago.
- 34:04Speaker 4: So this does this mean anything?
- 34:06Speaker 2: Because all right, yeah, yeah, I mean they reduce opportunities
- 34:09Speaker 2: for now do words reduce opportunities for high school and
- 34:12Speaker 2: current college athletes? Uh? Just to finish real quick as
- 34:15Speaker 2: college sports are for college athletes. The current confusion around
- 34:19Speaker 2: national eligibility standards emphasizes the need to advance the Protect
- 34:23Speaker 2: College Sports Act.
- 34:25Speaker 6: Yes, your point, Yeah, words mean nothing without Actually, all
- 34:28Speaker 6: they said was we are releasing a statement. They didn't
- 34:31Speaker 6: say this is what we are going to do to
- 34:33Speaker 6: fix it, which I mean, again, they have the rules
- 34:36Speaker 6: in place.
- 34:37Speaker 4: What really can you do say you're not allowed to sue? Yeah,
- 34:40Speaker 4: this kid just society.
- 34:43Speaker 6: Thank you McDonald's for spilling hot coffee on that lady.
- 34:48Speaker 8: It does hot, it was hot.
- 34:49Speaker 7: But to her point, the most important thing here honestly
- 34:52Speaker 7: they should not be permitted. It does not say they
- 34:55Speaker 7: will not be permitted. This is just like hey suggests
- 34:58Speaker 7: is to do this.
- 35:00Speaker 2: No, there was nothing. There was nothing like, hey, you have.
- 35:03Speaker 5: To do this is like, we do not like this,
- 35:05Speaker 5: but there is nothing that we can do. We are
- 35:08Speaker 5: not mad, we are just disappointed.
- 35:10Speaker 4: Ask yourself. What would Brett or Mark do? True?
- 35:16Speaker 2: This does feel like the parent telling you I don't
- 35:19Speaker 2: want you to go out and party and drink. I'm
- 35:22Speaker 2: not telling you can't go to the party, but I
- 35:23Speaker 2: don't want you to have fun. You're gonna do, You're
- 35:26Speaker 2: gonna go have fun.
- 35:28Speaker 5: Great comment of the Chad, I declare bankruptcy.
- 35:36Speaker 7: It's a great declaration by the SEC right there. I
- 35:39Speaker 7: mean literally all it says is they shouldn't be allowed
- 35:41Speaker 7: to play.
- 35:41Speaker 5: Okay, but are they?
- 35:44Speaker 2: And this is like SEC President Taylor. The problem is
- 35:48Speaker 2: there's SEC schools and presidents that said, yeah, sure you
- 35:52Speaker 2: can put out the statement that have already recruited the
- 35:56Speaker 2: players that were in NFL training camps or in an
- 36:00Speaker 2: NFL mini camp.
- 36:01Speaker 5: Or so.
- 36:04Speaker 2: Your school's already doing it. Are you really on board?
- 36:09Speaker 2: You have one foot in the one foot out. Doesn't
- 36:12Speaker 2: feel like it's unified here, yep.
- 36:16Speaker 5: I feel like there's a lot of people out there
- 36:18Speaker 5: probably trying to find the where the moral compass falls.
- 36:23Speaker 5: Where it lies like either first to do anything always
- 36:28Speaker 5: is the one taking the risk right, whether it's.
- 36:31Speaker 2: And obviously like right now, as LSU fans, we're sitting
- 36:34Speaker 2: there and just taking shots because on the gridiron and
- 36:40Speaker 2: the hardwood for LSU. Right, so LSU is kind of
- 36:45Speaker 2: the first, not going to be the only. And actually
- 36:47Speaker 2: I want to do this. We'll step away and when
- 36:50Speaker 2: we come back, I do want to play the comments
- 36:53Speaker 2: from Ryan Day, Ohio State's head coach, because you're competing
- 36:58Speaker 2: with the Big Ten if you're the SEC. So the
- 37:01Speaker 2: SEC puts out this statement, what about the Big Ten?
- 37:04Speaker 2: That is your challenger, that is who's won the last
- 37:07Speaker 2: three national championships, Ohio State the most recognizable program in
- 37:12Speaker 2: the Big Ten. And we'll play that audio for you
- 37:14Speaker 2: when we come back here on OTB.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Off the bench.
- 37:17Speaker 2: All right, go to pelicanroof dot com, the website for

- 38:25Speaker 1: Off till Bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn, presented
- 38:29Speaker 1: by Community Steel.
- 38:48Speaker 2: All right, welcome back in oh TV here live from
- 38:51Speaker 2: the Rizzi Kine Studio two. Because I pulled up that
- 38:55Speaker 2: statement on my computer from the SEC, like in today's
- 38:59Speaker 2: news over to the side on access as SEC declares,
- 39:02Speaker 2: college sports is for student athletes, not professional players.
- 39:07Speaker 5: All right, that's the definition of a professional I can't
- 39:10Speaker 5: remember doing making making money out Yeah, from doing something. Hmmm,
- 39:16Speaker 5: it's weird.
- 39:17Speaker 4: You can't put the genie back in the bottle, guys,
- 39:20Speaker 4: that's right.
- 39:20Speaker 2: Yeah, only Christina you can do that.
- 39:22Speaker 5: You can after after your wishes are done.
- 39:26Speaker 2: Well hopefully hopefully we got to.
- 39:29Speaker 4: You can't put the tooth paste back in the tube.
- 39:31Speaker 7: Guys, you can't do that.
- 39:34Speaker 5: I told you that YouTube video. Now they've had an
- 39:38Speaker 5: invention that did it.
- 39:39Speaker 2: It's a I all right. Here is Ohio State head
- 39:42Speaker 2: coach Ryan Day on what's currently going on in college football.
- 39:47Speaker 3: If there are teams that have some players out there
- 39:49Speaker 3: who are cut from NFL rosters that are going to
- 39:51Speaker 3: be on other teams, we have to at least consider
- 39:53Speaker 3: it and look at it. Do I like anything about it?
- 39:55Speaker 3: Absolutely not. But we got to do a tried for
- 39:57Speaker 3: Ahouse State. So it's sort of a day to day
- 40:00Speaker 3: thing right now, and like anything, we're just going to
- 40:03Speaker 3: try to adapt. But I think we would all agree,
- 40:06Speaker 3: maybe not everybody, but that you know, there has to
- 40:09Speaker 3: be a certain point where your roster gets locked in.
- 40:12Speaker 3: But whenever I heard that, we were in a meeting
- 40:16Speaker 3: and someone says, yeah, LSU just got to commitment from
- 40:19Speaker 3: the Browns tight end, I said, we are certainly in
- 40:22Speaker 3: a different world right now.
- 40:27Speaker 2: And I agree with him, and I think everybody would
- 40:29Speaker 2: agree with him, like we're in a different world. And
- 40:31Speaker 2: he kinda laugh because he's like, wait, what now the
- 40:34Speaker 2: college team got a commitment from the professional tight end.
- 40:37Speaker 2: But you also heard Ryan Day say exactly what link
- 40:41Speaker 2: Kiffin Kap was talking about yesterday. I don't like it,
- 40:44Speaker 2: I don't love it. But what do we always talk
- 40:46Speaker 2: about with coach Saban? He didn't like the transfer portal then,
- 40:49Speaker 2: like nil, really.
- 40:50Speaker 8: But he still did it better than anybody did it.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Why did he do it because he didn't want to
- 40:54Speaker 2: be Dabbo. He didn't want to be at the train
- 40:57Speaker 2: station with bag in hand, watching the train go the
- 41:00Speaker 2: other way because that's where Dabbo's at right now. So
- 41:05Speaker 2: these big major schools are they're going to do it
- 41:08Speaker 2: because like Lane said yesterday, I don't want to play
- 41:11Speaker 2: you know, Georgia or Texas and they have three of
- 41:15Speaker 2: these players and we didn't add these guys to our roster.
- 41:19Speaker 2: So it's going to happen until something else, you know.
- 41:23Speaker 2: And again the SEC trying to put that out there
- 41:25Speaker 2: if the big ten's going to do it, well, the SEC.
- 41:28Speaker 2: They might not want to do it, but their coaches
- 41:30Speaker 2: gonna be like, no, we gotta do it. If Indiana
- 41:32Speaker 2: and Oregon and Ohana State are doing it, so it's
- 41:35Speaker 2: going to like that's going to be the way that
- 41:36Speaker 2: they continue on doing it. Is like, Hey, the Big
- 41:40Speaker 2: ten's doing it or the SEC's doing it, we got
- 41:43Speaker 2: to make sure that we're still doing it. So these coaches,
- 41:46Speaker 2: I think in their mind they're like, we're going to
- 41:48Speaker 2: do it. We're going to add and if they tell
- 41:49Speaker 2: us later on down the road that they can't play,
- 41:51Speaker 2: they can't play, but we're going to continue to add
- 41:56Speaker 2: former NFL players. And somebody in chat said, you can't
- 41:59Speaker 2: really call them that, can They signed a contract that
- 42:02Speaker 2: had a letterhead on it and said from the office
- 42:05Speaker 2: of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or the office of the
- 42:08Speaker 2: Philadelphia Eagles or whoever.
- 42:09Speaker 8: They participated in training camp.
- 42:11Speaker 4: Yes, they got they had to get waved from.
- 42:14Speaker 2: The number with your name on the back.
- 42:16Speaker 8: Yeah, in order to get waved from, they had to
- 42:17Speaker 8: get waved.
- 42:18Speaker 2: You gotta be one this so you can call them
- 42:20Speaker 2: NFL players. They signed, they got paid. It might not
- 42:23Speaker 2: be ten million dollars, they got something nobody goes to
- 42:28Speaker 2: the NFL, even if it's one day of practice and
- 42:30Speaker 2: gets nothing, You're gonna get a check and it's gonna
- 42:33Speaker 2: have that team's logo on the top right corner of it.
- 42:37Speaker 5: You're gonna understand that there are special circumstances to everything
- 42:42Speaker 5: and you want to be sensitive to those. And I
- 42:44Speaker 5: get it, but it's just to me, it's just still
- 42:46Speaker 5: the question goes back to where where where do you
- 42:49Speaker 5: draw the line? Like, yeah, I got it. The timing
- 42:52Speaker 5: of the rule change was not great for these guys.
- 42:55Speaker 5: I get it. Like we talked about last week, like, man,
- 43:00Speaker 5: if if I got a speeding take you going fifty
- 43:02Speaker 5: five and a forty five last week and this week
- 43:04Speaker 5: it changes, the speed limit changes the fifty five doesn't
- 43:07Speaker 5: mean I can like take that take it away. I
- 43:10Speaker 5: was the rules were the rules at that time. Yeah, anyway,
- 43:18Speaker 5: we're being a dead horse on saying how much we
- 43:20Speaker 5: don't like it. I will say this, and from a
- 43:22Speaker 5: positive note is I don't think this can happen. I
- 43:27Speaker 5: think there are special circumstances to this happened. Clearly, when
- 43:30Speaker 5: a player gets added this late before the season stars
- 43:34Speaker 5: this then like you gotta have familiarity with the program,
- 43:39Speaker 5: and yes, the coach, right, you can't just like these
- 43:42Speaker 5: are still college athletes, and I get it. They they're
- 43:46Speaker 5: young athletes and they've been in the NFL for a
- 43:50Speaker 5: short amount of time and they're coming back. But like
- 43:53Speaker 5: NFL guys get cut and they go to a different
- 43:56Speaker 5: team the next week and they're they're playing, but they're like,
- 43:58Speaker 5: they're very they got way more experience. They they can
- 44:01Speaker 5: they can get assimilated to a new system a lot faster.
- 44:05Speaker 5: So this is a pretty you know, I feel like
- 44:07Speaker 5: it's pretty unique that a that you can get added
- 44:10Speaker 5: this late because obviously Lane's going after his old guys
- 44:14Speaker 5: that are familiar with.
- 44:15Speaker 2: The program, certainly for so you're gonna add a tight
- 44:17Speaker 2: end on offense. He knows the offense, same offense, probably
- 44:20Speaker 2: the same defensive tackle. You can get defensive tackle. He
- 44:23Speaker 2: didn't play for Blake Baker last year, but it's.
- 44:26Speaker 5: One of the easier positions to get it, to get a.
- 44:29Speaker 2: Defensive tackle and running back I think of the too easiest,
- 44:32Speaker 2: of course, And then like Jack Piper and if he
- 44:35Speaker 2: does in fact comeback, which we all believe he will,
- 44:37Speaker 2: at this point, he does know Blake Baker's defense.
- 44:40Speaker 5: So that to that, to your point, he's not gonna
- 44:42Speaker 5: make the team, his NFL team, I hope he does.
- 44:45Speaker 5: For him, he's got a decision to make at that point.
- 44:47Speaker 2: It makes a team. He's making eight hundred thousand dollars
- 44:50Speaker 2: league minimum, and that it's pretty fun.
- 44:53Speaker 6: To quell your worries that I think this is the
- 44:55Speaker 6: only time it happens just because of the five or
- 44:57Speaker 6: five thing.
- 44:58Speaker 2: I hope, I hope, And I know that's what a
- 45:01Speaker 2: lot of people are like leaning on and they're trying
- 45:03Speaker 2: to justify a lot of things by saying that, Yeah,
- 45:07Speaker 2: a lot of people here sit right here. I know that.
- 45:11Speaker 2: But again, like my worry is, did we ever think
- 45:15Speaker 2: we'd get to this point? Yeah, everything, we get to
- 45:17Speaker 2: that point, and just like where is a finish line
- 45:20Speaker 2: or at least somewhere where we can just say, hey, guys,
- 45:22Speaker 2: all right, let's take a look at everything. He give
- 45:24Speaker 2: me eighteen months to take a look at everything before
- 45:26Speaker 2: we do anything new. I just don't think we'll ever
- 45:28Speaker 2: get there, at least it doesn't feel like it at
- 45:31Speaker 2: this point. So all right, we will. We will step away.
- 45:35Speaker 2: We are going to have our guy Nick Underhill join
- 45:37Speaker 2: us at nine am to talk New Orleans Saints, speaking
- 45:40Speaker 2: of NFL rosters and getting down to fifty three Saints.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Thank you. It's not that big of a deal. We'll
- 45:46Speaker 2: see if he can do it for two straight hours,
- 45:47Speaker 2: and we'll do it here on OTV.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Off the bench.
- 45:52Speaker 5: Way all right.
