- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Recently we found out that the Joe Exotic
- 0:07Speaker 1: of the Windsor family thought it would be a good
- 0:09Speaker 1: idea to take the police to court. And considering Andrew's
- 0:14Speaker 1: track record himself with all of the issues, that's a
- 0:17Speaker 1: pretty bold strategy. And according to the Queen's former press secretary,
- 0:22Speaker 1: it might be a move that backfires on the Prince
- 0:26Speaker 1: of Dumbasses. And I'm certainly in that camp as well.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Because Prince Andrew, every single time he makes a move,
- 0:34Speaker 1: ends up stepping directly on his own dick. And it's
- 0:38Speaker 1: been glorious to watch, honestly. I don't know if I've
- 0:41Speaker 1: ever seen somebody bumble around as much as Prince Andrew,
- 0:44Speaker 1: except maybe in like a Three Stooges episode. But generally speaking,
- 0:49Speaker 1: Andrew's the type of dude that if you have like
- 0:51Speaker 1: a crew put together to put in a concert, the
- 0:54Speaker 1: only thing you're having him do is push cases. You
- 0:57Speaker 1: certainly don't want him, you know, working on anything important.
- 1:01Speaker 1: He's not building the lighting rig. He's not helping put
- 1:03Speaker 1: up the PA. That motherfucker is pushing cases because that's
- 1:07Speaker 1: all he's capable of doing. And when we're talking about
- 1:11Speaker 1: the royal family, that's certainly the case, right? He's not
- 1:15Speaker 1: some gifted, intelligent guy. He's not somebody that brings a
- 1:19Speaker 1: whole bunch of skills to the table. The only thing
- 1:22Speaker 1: that he had going for him was that he was
- 1:24Speaker 1: the queen's favorite son. Well, now the queen's gone and
- 1:29Speaker 1: he's nobody's favorite son So he's on his own, basically.
- 1:34Speaker 1: And now he's getting advice from who knows where. And
- 1:37Speaker 1: he's decided that he's going to go on the offensive.
- 1:40Speaker 1: After all the bullshit, after all the nonsense, all the lies,
- 1:44Speaker 1: he's now going on the offensive. I mean, who's he
- 1:46Speaker 1: getting advice from? The Lady Victoria Harvey? Today's article is
- 1:52Speaker 1: from The Sun and the headline, Andy's Gamble. Andrew's legal
- 1:56Speaker 1: fight against cops is a risky strategy. It's mind-blowing he's
- 2:00Speaker 1: doing this. Queen's former press secretary warns. This article was
- 2:04Speaker 1: authored by Hannah Bentley. Rhiannon Jones, of the sons from
- 2:09Speaker 1: the newsroom, spoke to an expert to understand the implications
- 2:12Speaker 1: of the former Duke of York's judicial review. It was
- 2:16Speaker 1: revealed on Sunday that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has launched legal action
- 2:20Speaker 1: against the police after they raided his royal homes and
- 2:24Speaker 1: arrested him on his 66th birthday. Now he wants to
- 2:29Speaker 1: talk to the police? Why didn't you talk to the
- 2:31Speaker 1: police previously? You know, you could have avoided this whole
- 2:34Speaker 1: entire thing by just doing what you said you were
- 2:36Speaker 1: going to do from the very beginning. And that's speak
- 2:40Speaker 1: to whatever authorities are investigating the crimes. But instead, you
- 2:44Speaker 1: went and hid. First, you were hiding behind mummy's little skirts.
- 2:47Speaker 1: And then you were hiding behind the walls of your
- 2:51Speaker 1: little Sandringham Palace. And now all of a sudden you
- 2:54Speaker 1: emerge like a groundhog. Well, buddy, I got news for you.
- 2:57Speaker 1: You're still the same jerk off that you were. And
- 3:01Speaker 1: nothing's going to change this time around unless you have
- 3:03Speaker 1: some evidence. And my guess is he doesn't have any
- 3:07Speaker 1: of that because he's already crying about loopholes and technicalities.
- 3:11Speaker 1: He's trying to challenge the validity of the warrants, not
- 3:14Speaker 1: the facts of the case, but the validity of the warrants.
- 3:19Speaker 1: And whenever you're relying on loopholes and technicalities, well, chances
- 3:23Speaker 1: are you don't have much evidence to bring to the table.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office
- 3:31Speaker 1: in February. Following allegations, he shared sensitive information with Jeffrey
- 3:35Speaker 1: Epstein during his time as the UK's trade envoy. And
- 3:39Speaker 1: I don't think that's even in dispute. Like we've talked
- 3:42Speaker 1: about this ad nauseum at this point, but I don't
- 3:44Speaker 1: think there's any dispute that he was sharing emails and
- 3:47Speaker 1: information with Epstein. We saw those emails already. How many
- 3:51Speaker 1: more are there? And how many do the United States
- 3:54Speaker 1: have in their possession that they're not going to turn over?
- 3:57Speaker 1: And it's wild that I even have to say that.
- 4:00Speaker 1: I can't believe that the United States does not want
- 4:02Speaker 1: to play ball here after everything that's going on in America.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Who's giving this dude advice, meaning the president, and telling
- 4:10Speaker 1: him this is a good idea? Because if I was
- 4:12Speaker 1: Todd Blanche, I'd be trying to win back some of
- 4:15Speaker 1: the favor of the American public. And one of the
- 4:17Speaker 1: best ways to do that is provide transparency. And if
- 4:21Speaker 1: you want to wipe your hands clean of what's going
- 4:23Speaker 1: on with Epstein and pump the ball, at the very
- 4:26Speaker 1: least provide the documentation to the authorities in the UK
- 4:29Speaker 1: and let them do their investigation. But unfortunately, when you
- 4:32Speaker 1: have a cover-up underway, they're not going to cede power
- 4:35Speaker 1: to anybody because they're not in on the cover-up. So
- 4:39Speaker 1: the FBI, the DOJ, CIA, everybody involved, they have to
- 4:43Speaker 1: make sure that they're controlling the blast radius and that
- 4:47Speaker 1: they're in control of whatever narrative is being pitched. And
- 4:51Speaker 1: that's why we still don't have those three and a
- 4:52Speaker 1: half million documents, and God knows how many, that are
- 4:56Speaker 1: unaccounted for at Langley. Nobody even talks about that. But
- 5:01Speaker 1: like I always tell you, the crumbs were with the DOJ,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but the cake? You'll find that shit at Langley. The
- 5:09Speaker 1: ex-prince has now asked a judge to determine if Thames
- 5:12Speaker 1: Valley Police's action were lawful. Elisa Anderson, the Queen's former
- 5:17Speaker 1: press secretary for 12 years, said the move was absolutely extraordinary. Yeah,
- 5:22Speaker 1: I can't imagine that the King is happy about any
- 5:25Speaker 1: of this. The last thing he wants is more Epstein controversy.
- 5:29Speaker 1: But he has his dumbass brother causing it every step
- 5:32Speaker 1: of the way, every day. Like every time the king
- 5:35Speaker 1: turns around, there's a new Epstein situation he has to
- 5:38Speaker 1: deal with. And that's all on Andrew. All because Andrew
- 5:42Speaker 1: is too much of a coward to stand tall before
- 5:45Speaker 1: the man. And look, when you fuck up, you fuck up.
- 5:48Speaker 1: And if you didn't do anything wrong, say that. Provide evidence.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Tell us why you lied about going to Tramp nightclub.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Tell us why you lied about the picture with Virginia.
- 5:59Speaker 1: And look, again, I'm not somebody that's unreasonable. I'm not
- 6:01Speaker 1: somebody that wants to ruin people's lives, especially with these
- 6:05Speaker 1: kinds of allegations. So I'm pretty careful about who we
- 6:08Speaker 1: talk about. But when it comes to somebody like Andrew,
- 6:12Speaker 1: forget it. The evidence is there. And if we lived
- 6:15Speaker 1: in a real country, a real fucking world where justice mattered,
- 6:18Speaker 1: Prince Andrew would have long ago been held accountable. but
- 6:22Speaker 1: we all know that's not the world we live in.
- 6:24Speaker 1: So instead, we're stuck hearing about Andrew now painting himself
- 6:29Speaker 1: as a victim. Elisa added that Andrew was clearly taking
- 6:32Speaker 1: the action following legal advice, but said the move was
- 6:35Speaker 1: a risky strategy, especially if he doesn't win the appeal. Well, yeah,
- 6:40Speaker 1: but he knows he's up against it, right? Backed against
- 6:43Speaker 1: the wall, has nothing else he can do or say,
- 6:45Speaker 1: that's going to change anyone's mind. So now, why not
- 6:49Speaker 1: go on the offensive? and try and make myself out
- 6:52Speaker 1: to be the victim. Seems to work well for Donald Trump.
- 6:57Speaker 1: She said, Who will forget about the bombshell interview that
- 7:00Speaker 1: the Duke of York gave to Emily Maitlis working at Newsnight?
- 7:04Speaker 1: And you think, could it get any worse? Well, and
- 7:06Speaker 1: here we are today. It's absolutely mind-blowing. This is what happens, though,
- 7:11Speaker 1: when you find yourself in that hole, and you just
- 7:13Speaker 1: keep digging. Usually, if you find yourself in a hole...
- 7:17Speaker 1: The idea is to stop digging. But when you're Andrew,
- 7:20Speaker 1: fuck it, let's keep going. Dig all the way to China.
- 7:22Speaker 1: And that's what this guy has done time and time again,
- 7:25Speaker 1: whenever he stepped in it. And he continues to do it.
- 7:29Speaker 1: You would think that this dumbass would just want to
- 7:31Speaker 1: fade into the background and be done with it, but
- 7:33Speaker 1: I guess not. Alyssa went on. I don't think a
- 7:38Speaker 1: member of the royal family, born into the royal family,
- 7:40Speaker 1: has done something like this since Charles I. And we
- 7:44Speaker 1: all know how well that went. Yeah, look, this isn't
- 7:47Speaker 1: something that happens often in the UK when it comes
- 7:50Speaker 1: to the royals. Very rare are charges brought against the
- 7:53Speaker 1: royal family. And when they are, they're usually pretty serious.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Graham Wedin, a former Met police officer, explained that by
- 8:02Speaker 1: challenging the validity of the warrants, Andrew was effectively trying
- 8:06Speaker 1: to challenge the evidence that police had collected when they
- 8:09Speaker 1: raided his homes. The former prince has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
- 8:15Speaker 1: If the judge was to rule the warrant, a lawful
- 8:18Speaker 1: Graham said it would exclude any evidence they found during
- 8:20Speaker 1: those searches and put the investigation back. Well, yeah, of course.
- 8:24Speaker 1: And look, again, I don't know all of the ins
- 8:27Speaker 1: and outs of police work in the UK. And I
- 8:30Speaker 1: know they don't have the Constitution like we have in
- 8:33Speaker 1: America here that safeguards everybody's rights or should safeguard rights.
- 8:39Speaker 1: So I'm not too sure how this is going to
- 8:41Speaker 1: go and which way it's going to blow back if
- 8:44Speaker 1: it blows back against the authorities. There are thousands of
- 8:47Speaker 1: documents they need to go through to see if there's
- 8:49Speaker 1: any potential evidence of the allegations made against them. It's
- 8:52Speaker 1: possible that Andrew informed the palace before requesting the judicial review,
- 8:57Speaker 1: but Alyssa reminded viewers that he's pretty cut off at
- 9:00Speaker 1: the moment. Alyssa said speculation is that he does not
- 9:03Speaker 1: speak to his older brother. And we are led to
- 9:06Speaker 1: believe that he doesn't have any meaningful relationship with the king.
- 9:10Speaker 1: This comes after Charles III has refused to fund the
- 9:14Speaker 1: legal costs of his brother's judicial review. Well, God forbid
- 9:18Speaker 1: Andrew has to pay for something on his own. Good
- 9:20Speaker 1: old Andrew, paying for something out of his own pocket.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Then again, I'm sure he'll find some oil baron or
- 9:26Speaker 1: something to help him out. He always finds a way,
- 9:29Speaker 1: doesn't he? We can say what we want about Andrew today.
- 9:34Speaker 1: and about how much of an idiot and scumbag he is.
- 9:36Speaker 1: But he's resourceful, isn't he? Always finds a way, this dude.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Since he was evicted from Royal Lodge and stripped of
- 9:46Speaker 1: his titles, Andrew receives private funds from Charles. But it's
- 9:50Speaker 1: been made clear to the shame former Duke of York
- 9:53Speaker 1: that none of his money should be spent on the
- 9:55Speaker 1: case brought against the police. How much money Andrew receives
- 9:58Speaker 1: from the king has not been... disclosed. Alyssa added that
- 10:02Speaker 1: the situation will also prove to be a real distraction
- 10:05Speaker 1: for the king as he gets ready to embark on
- 10:07Speaker 1: a visit to the Commonwealth heads of government meeting in Antigua.
- 10:12Speaker 1: She said the king said he wants the law to
- 10:15Speaker 1: take its course, so there's nothing really he can do
- 10:18Speaker 1: but just watch and wait. And I think that's the
- 10:21Speaker 1: position all of us are in, right? Is Andrew going
- 10:25Speaker 1: to be successful here and, you know, get this thrown out?
- 10:29Speaker 1: Or is he going to dig that hole deeper and
- 10:31Speaker 1: find himself in an unmanageable position? So we'll have to
- 10:35Speaker 1: see how everything breaks and what kind of evidence, if
- 10:37Speaker 1: any evidence, is provided. And when that happens, you already know.
- 10:42Speaker 1: We'll get it added to the catalog. Until then, that's
- 10:45Speaker 1: going to do it for this one. All the information
- 10:48Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 10:50Speaker 1: description box.
