- 1:51SPEAKER_00: And um, when I had my jujitsu YouTube channel, it was all across the world, and that's just so cool to see, man.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: You know, the uh the fact that people are tuning in thousands of miles away is really cool.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I think we have some of your people too, man.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: Apex, North Carolina came in with 11 downloads, Charlotte, North Carolina, nine, Riley at one, and board we have one in Boardman, Oregon.

- 2:27SPEAKER_01: True, you guys.

- 2:31SPEAKER_01: So when I start hitting it big and I start getting all these promotions and all these sponsorships, you guys want free shit?
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Just remember, I'm gonna give all those free stuff.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna give it to Council Bluffs, Iowa first.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: All right, so that's where it's gonna go.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: I remember my loyalty, guys.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: But uh, anyways, getting back to the show over here.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: Uh, we appreciate the love and the support, guys.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for joining us here.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: We're gonna talk about some injuries here uh today.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: Obviously, a lot of injuries kicking in Joe, a lot of leaders with some injuries.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: What's going on here?
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: We do have a lot of injuries.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: Seems like it's uh par for the course every week.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: We've got more and more injuries piling up at quarterback.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: You got Trevor Lawrence and CJ Stroud with a concussion, and we know that the chances of coming back after concussion, you know, one week, you're usually not gonna do it.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: Two weeks, you know, this day and age, it's it's still up in the air.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: So keep an eye on those guys.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Hope for the best, but plan for the worst.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: You always gotta have a backup.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: If you do need a backup, if you don't have two quarterbacks rostered, um you can grab someone off the wire.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Your your options are limited, but I would say there's a chance Baker Mayfield's available, and there's a chance Jake Browning's available.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: Those chances are slim, but you know, that's that's really probably all you have left out there.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: Honorable mention, Nick Mullins.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: He's playing pretty decent.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's that's something that you could consider as well.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I mean you know, if you wanted to take a long shot on someone like um Flacco, you can go for it, but uh I would not do that.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: Uh and um wide receiver, a lot of injuries, a lot of studs.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: So you hopefully you've got some depth on your bench.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: Again, if you're in the playoffs, there's a good chance you do.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Tyreek, ankle limited, Keenan Allen's out.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Michael Pittman concussion, everyone saw that horrific concussion.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: Uh Nico Collins, limited with a calf injury.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: I think he'll be back.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Jamar Chase out with a shoulder injury, and Jaden Reed, uh, who has been very hot lately, uh, did not practice today.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: So keep an eye on him.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: He's he's banged up, he's got a toe injury and a chest injury.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: So uh you know the chances are that's gonna be a one-sided game, but Jaden Reed may not be involved.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Running back, Devon A.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Chain again, toe limited.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: Alexander Madison, he's probably not gonna play.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: He did not practice today, hurt with that ankle.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: Uh, if he does come back, he's gonna probably be behind Ty Chandler anyway.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: So uh Brian Robinson still nursing that hamstring.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: He, you know, he had the bye week and he still wasn't right after that.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: Antonio Gibson didn't do anything last week, but I guess I guess you could play him if you're really desperate.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: Uh, but I'd put someone like Ty Chandler in way ahead of him.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: Zach Moss, uh his forearm uh did not practice today, but Jonathan Taylor's probably gonna be back this week too.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: Other than that, you just got you know Hunter Henry, who's had a couple uh boom games, uh, did not practice today.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: He's got a knee injury.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Uh if he does play, you know, touchdown dependent anyway, so you probably have better options at tight end.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: Um there is a chance Isaiah likely's out there on the wire, but I doubt it.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: Um, if you want to take a long shot on someone like Chase Brown, I would do that over uh Antonio Gibson.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: But um, you know, if you're looking for a flex play instead, uh there's a chance Noah Brown's available, there's a chance Curtis Samuels available.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: I would play those guys um above Chase Brown and Antonio Gibson.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: So, you know, here's the thing with Tank Dell out and with um uh Nico Collins possibly limited or or just you know still a little banged up, Noah Brown might be a good play.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: But uh, you know, again, if you're in the playoffs, you're probably not gonna be worrying about this stuff too much.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and uh some other things too.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: Obviously, I know Tyreek Hill is limited.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: I I think he's gonna play this week.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: So don't know how effective he's gonna be against the Dallas Cowboys secondary because they've been lights out this year.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: Um against crappy teams.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: We'll see how they do against good teams.
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: They're not great, especially when not at home.
- 6:57SPEAKER_01: They're in Miami for this game.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: So um we'll see how they do there.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: Um, also big, big impact that not many people are really um aware of.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: Keaton Mitchell for the uh Baltimore Ravens towards ACL um this past game for the Ravens.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: And you know, they've been running a committee there, so they were running uh Keaton Mitchell, Justice Hill, and obviously Gus Edwards, and he was cutting into Gus Edwards' touches.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: So typically you would see a boost on Gus Edwards' stock, but going against the Niners, obviously nobody has a boost on that.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: But um, I have an opponent that's playing has Gus Edwards on his bench this week, and he decided to play uh someone else that was questionable.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: So hopefully he's not watching the podcast this week because I don't want him to catch up on that.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm glad you mentioned Keaton Mitchell, and I also forgot to mention uh Most also did not practice today.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: So um A Chain will probably play, but again, you got to keep your eye on that.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: But with Tyreek, Mostert, and A-Chain banged up, that's gonna be a weird game.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: It's still gonna obviously be a very high-scoring game, but um maybe not quite as high powered as it would have been in the middle of the season.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, definitely.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: All right, boys and girls.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: It's time for your hot matchup of the week.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: I got two for you.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Manny's got two for you.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: Why don't you kick things off for us, Manny?
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: All right, so uh this week's hot matchup, I have the Lions versus the Vikings.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: It is a match uh a divisional game, so obviously those could go either way.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: Lions are trying to fight for uh uh you know a first seed, right?
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: Right now they're uh one game back from the Niners.
- 8:52SPEAKER_01: Uh, I think Niners are 11-3, Lions are 10-4.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: Um, Niners have a tough matchup.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: They play, obviously, they play the the Ravens this week.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: Um, so that's gonna be you know do or die for them.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: So they have to put a game up, and then Vikings have been pretty good under Nick Mullins recently.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: They have Justin Jefferson back.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: Ty Chandler was uh really great last week, and Jordan Addison, of course, is a great uh back, you know, second option there.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: And we can't forget about the Hawk, you know, receiving over there.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna definitely be high scoring, I think, on both sides, you know.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: And obviously, I can't, you know, anybody that's listening to the podcast this year knows how much I love the Lions offense, you know.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: You can't you can't get enough of Jameer Gibbs.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: Man, that guy's really come on.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: Like, like the the way they've been using him last last week, he had two touchdowns, and then obviously uh Sam Laporta had three touchdowns, I think, right?
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, that like that was amazing.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: Like those rookies have really turned that team around.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: Obviously, they David Montgomery is a nice little one-two punch.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: So you're gonna see that Amon Bra, like it's just gonna be a fun game.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: I'm excited to see it, and I can't wait to uh see them go at it here this Sunday.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, and like you said, you know, the both sides of the ball, you've got four or five incredible players.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, the the issues at quarterback don't seem to really affect their numbers, so that's awesome.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: And uh, you know, with having everybody healthy, um, we're gonna we're gonna see some fireworks most definitely.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: That that could be just based on the fact that everyone is healthy, um, that could be the highest scoring game of the week.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Could be fun.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: My first hot matchup, which we touched on, is the Cowboys versus the Dolphins.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: Now, although the Dolphins are banged up, we expect those guys to play.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: Mostard seems to have this same pattern every week where he doesn't practice at the beginning of the week and then puts in a limited practice at the end of the week and then kicks ass.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: So I'm expecting him to do that again.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Um Hane should be okay, and Tyreek should play too.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: Uh Tua and um Dak have both been monsters all year.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Expect that to continue.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: And then CeeDee Lamb and Pollard obviously are are gonna do great.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: I like that Pollard did turn things up like everyone expected him to do.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: And um, you know, like you were just saying about Jameer Gibbs, the way Pollard is playing now and the way Gibbs is playing now, that's exactly the kind of usage you expected to see at the beginning of the season.
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: But it's better late than never.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: It's good to see now.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: So you know the Cowboys' offense is cooking and the Dolphins are cooking, but I think the Cowboys are probably gonna take this one just because um they have just been so dominant and their defense is is so good.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: So expect a lot of back and forth.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: Um, I think the Cowboys will come out on top, but a very high-scoring game.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: And even though those guys are a little bit banged up, once it's game time, you probably won't notice.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: You know, when when those kind of players, when those studs go in limited, it seems like they can just shut that off and play like they're healthy.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: So as long as they're not on a snap count, they are going to perform.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I um I might be a little bit biased, but I hate the cowboys.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: So you are expecting to see them lose.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: Sorry, sorry, viewers.
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: I probably just like cackled right in your ear here.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: But yes, I don't like the cowboys.
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: I'm an Eagles fan, yes.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: I think you know this already.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: So I don't, but here, let's be honest, guys.
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: Like against good teams, the Cowboys fold, right?
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: And I'm not saying the Eagles are a good team because I have come like I've been talking great about my team all year long, and I, you know, if you have we didn't do a show last week, I didn't, and now we're finally getting back on here.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna be completely honest with you, and I'm a very unbiased fan when it comes to my own team.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: I can tell you that my team has turned into an absolute dumpster fire, and I do not expect them to be very good in the playoffs with that horrible, horrific defense and that terrible offensive play calling because they're more predictable than you know Matt Canada's play calling.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: That's how the Eagles look now.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: That is no, no, it's my friend, my friend, they had they had McCaffrey on uh the Manning cast on Monday, and they're like, hey, you know how they do, hey, predict this touchdown.
- 13:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah and what they did is they ran a five wide, and and then and then he's like, Oh, right now Jalen Hurts is gonna do a quarterback draw.
- 13:37SPEAKER_01: And then sure enough, Jalen Hurts ran right up the middle.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: And guess what?
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: We have a third and long.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: They try to run, they try to run run back-to-back wide receiver draws or wide receiver screens.
- 13:49SPEAKER_01: And then when we had the lead, we were up 10 points in the uh in the fourth quarter against the Seahawks or whatever, seven points.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: And we it was first, you know, and we had four minutes left.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: We had to burn out the clock at a first down, and it was first down.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: We we got four yards.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: Second down, they knew uh they called a timeout after the first down, and then second down, we got the ball.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: And sorry we're talking about the Eagles, guys.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: I just have to get this out of my system uh because we're not gonna talk about the Eagles for anything else for the rest of the show, I promise.
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: So, second down, we they knew we were gonna run the ball, so they stacked up the box.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: And guess what?
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: The Eagles, instead of saying, hey, let's run some play action or hey, let's run something other than a run, we ran a run, uh, we we did a run and we lost like a yard or two and we call a timeout.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: And sure enough, on third down, we went for a pass and it was incomplete.
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: So, guess what?
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: We ended up only making them burn one more timeout, and then the rest is history, the Seahawks ended up beating us to James Bradbury.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: But that tells you how predictable the offensive play calling is, which leads me back to the point of the Eagles being trash.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: But, anyways, the Cowboys uh playing on offense, uh, I think the Dolphins are a good team.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: I think they they've had flashes of good play against good and bad teams.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: I think the Cowboys have only played good against bad teams, so that's the difference between the two teams.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: I think the the Dolphins have been more consistent against uh against the good teams, like the Bills, against stuff like that, because the Cowboys only scored seven points last week.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: So I do expect it to be a higher scoring game.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: I do expect it to be one of the higher scoring games of the week, but I do expect the dolphins to come out on top because the cowboys, unfortunately, uh when it comes to away games and clutch moments, they are not a clutch team, right?
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: They uh they seem to fold under pressure, in my opinion.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: So that's why I think the dolphins will come out on top there.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: I I mean I agree with everything you're saying as far as the Cowboys do.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: I mean, pretty much the first half of this year, they played all bad teams.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: They that's how they got on their run.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: But they as far as just putting up points, they were doing really well until last week.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: Last week, I think, was a fluke, and you're right, they do perform much better against um bad teams.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: Like they kicked the shit out of bad teams, like most of the teams they played out of a losing record.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: Uh only three they only played three teams with winning records.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: It was a 49ers, which they got shellacked.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: They only scored 10 points against the Niners, they only scored 10 points against the Bills.
- 16:26SPEAKER_01: That's the second winning team.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: They uh they almost lost to the Seahawks, and the Seahawks are barely over 500, right, when they played them.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: And then and then the Eagles, and the Eagles have a horrible defense.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: So that you know, at to me, those are the only those are the only four teams that they played with winning records.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: I didn't realize there was only that many.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: I knew I knew it was the majority, but I didn't know it was that bad.
- 16:49SPEAKER_01: Bro, that's it, because we played the AFC West this year, so we had two teams, so we ended up playing the Chiefs, of course, this year, who we beat, and then they ended up playing the Chargers, who have been horrific this year.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: So that was their AFC West matchup.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: I think they're gonna bounce back just out of uh spite and principle, but we'll see.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Who's your second hot matchup this week?
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, don't worry.
- 17:13SPEAKER_01: We don't have any viewers from Dallas, they could kiss my ass.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: Uh, my second matchup this week.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: I have the Raiders versus the Chiefs.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: Uh, so that's the perfect segue.
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: We were just talking about the Chiefs.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: Uh, Raiders, Chiefs.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: So everybody saw the Raiders game just uh against the Chargers, man.
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: The Raiders really got Brandon Staley fired, and as they should, man.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: That guy, I don't know what the hell they were doing.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: That team gave up on him.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: They just let they did not want to play for that guy anymore.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: And I I mean it doesn't help that you didn't have Justin Herbert or Keenan Allen, but I mean the the Raiders looked great under um you know Antonio Pierce.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: You know, they were just uh they were playing great defense, they were great on offense, they didn't have you know Josh Jacobs, and they were still scoring with Jamir White.
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: They even had some Amir Adula Love in there, and then of course Aiden, what is it, Aiden White?
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: What's the quarterback's name?
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: Aiden Collins.
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so Aiden, yeah, something.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: Uh, whatever his name is, Aiden Connor or something something like that.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: He ended up coming in and and playing lights out.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: He had a great game, and uh, yeah, they they really did great.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: And of course, the Chiefs, you know, they have to they always do this, they have a couple bad games, they have to go on a run.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: It's the almost the end of the season, right?
- 18:27SPEAKER_01: So they have to you know try to secure that top seed or or get close to the top seed in order to make a good playoff run.
- 18:35SPEAKER_01: And so I'm we're gonna see a really focused game from Patrick Mahomes and a lot of Kelsey Love and um you know obviously a lot of Rasheed Rice.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: Um, besides that, I don't know who else is gonna be the guy because you never know with the Chiefs.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: You never know with the Chiefs.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: Um did you that that Chargers Raiders game, they they beat the over-under by 50 points.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: No one's gonna be.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: But but yeah, anyway, um I love Rasheed Rice.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: I've been high on him all season.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: You know, he he's been performing really well.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Um, Patrick Mahomes is in a little bit of a slump, but of course, never count him out.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: And when he when he plays with a chip on his shoulder, like many quarterbacks that have heart like he does, um, you know, he's got something to prove.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: It's kind of like Josh Allen last week.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: He's like, Did you guys forget who I am?
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: You know, and um I think that uh Patrick Mahomes is gonna come out, do really well, Kelsey's gonna do really well, and Rasheed Rice is gonna do really well.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Dude, did you see that play with um, and I'm just bringing this up to talk a little shit.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: Uh Kadarius Toney.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: We always talked about he'll he's the opposite of a guy with heart, you know, he doesn't put in the work.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: And he had this lazy ass play that resulted in an interception.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, he's just he's got talent, but he doesn't have heart.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: That's how I feel.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: And you know, you can't teach heart, so I don't know what's gonna happen with him.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: Um, he's shown flashes of greatness, but someone like Rashi Rice, you see that dedication, he might not be the guy that's gonna get those long balls down the field, but he's consistent and he has been all season, and that's amazing for a rookie.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: So watch out for him.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: I think he's gonna have another awesome game.
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: And um, yeah, man, like you said last week, you know, the Raiders uh they came to play, not just on defense, you know, the defense I think had two touchdowns.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: Uh, I don't know how many turnovers, three turnovers, two touchdowns, something like that.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: But um, you know, uh their offense looked good without Josh Jacobs.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: So, and and without um uh their starting quarterback, you know, I forget we're forgetting his name.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: Aiden O'Connell.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: Aiden O'Connell.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: Sorry, but Aiden O'Connell looked good.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: Was is it O'Connell?
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: O'Connor.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: Aiden O'Connell.
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: Anyway, it's O'Connell.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: Uh Aiden O'Connell looked really good.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: So, you know, he's he's making the plays.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: Um he's feeding the ball uh to Devontae, and it's working.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: And when the defense gets those turnovers, they score.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: So that's what you want to see, rather than getting turnovers and then punting or getting a field goal, they get touchdowns, at least they have been lately.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: So I expect uh that to be a high scoring game as well.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: And my second hot matchup of the week is the Ravens and the 49ers.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: And I think it goes without saying why you're gonna play the 49ers um or why you're gonna play every guy on the 49ers.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: Obviously, McCaffrey has.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Was that the best game of the season for him?
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: He put up like 45 points or something.
- 22:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: Um, and then you know, Lamar has been looking good, he's been up and down all year, but he's been pretty solid.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: You know, the he's had a handful of bad games, but he's been playing really well lately.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: Um, their their running backs have always been on a committee, so I'm not too worried about that.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: Um and then Zay Flowers has been looking great, and Odell's been looking great.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: So I expect um that to be a lot of back and forth.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: And even though both teams have a pretty solid defense, you know, the Ravens defense is really good, Niners defense is really good, but their offenses.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: Um, when you just have two two teams that are that good and have that many weapons on offense, and they're all playing well, both those guys, both those teams are playing well.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: Um, Brock Purdy's been consistent.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: Kittle's actually been more consistent than he usually is.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: Um, Iuk, he's always up and down, but this year has been a monster.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: And Debo yeah, the Debo's looked great the last few weeks.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: Um, so I just I can't see anything that would prevent that game from being high scoring.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: Great defense is sure, but look at their offense.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I agree because last week Ravens, I can't recall who they were playing against.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: Uh Ravens were playing, uh I think it was the Jaguars.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, perfect.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: Jaguars.
- 23:27SPEAKER_01: And Jaguars are scoring, man.
- 23:29SPEAKER_01: Like Ravens top ranked defense, but Jaguars were putting moving the ball on them.
- 23:32SPEAKER_01: So you're gonna see a lot of that scoring for sure.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: Um, and and you know, actually, and I was I was just looking at it, so actually, so that was McCaffrey's second best game.
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: His first was week four against the Cardinals.
- 23:45SPEAKER_01: He actually had four touchdowns that game.
- 23:47SPEAKER_01: So last week he had three.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: He had one, uh, but week four he had one receiving and three rushing, which is amazing.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: So I'm hoping he replicates that.
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: But but yeah, that that's gonna be an amazing game.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: I can't wait.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: My father-in-law's uh Niners fan, my best friend from California with you know, brain cancer, he's uh he's a Niners fan.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I got I got a lot of love for McCaffrey.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: And I and I think uh you know, I made a promise too, right?
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: I was telling you about that in the offseason, right?
- 24:14SPEAKER_01: Like if it if it came down to it, and if he fell to me, you know, and I had the choice, it was either Tyree Kill or CMC, and I was like, I'll take CMC.
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: You know, and uh I even came to the point where I almost um didn't grab CMC in one league.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: I was like, let me change it up so that I don't have injuries, you know, just in case.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: And then my gut was like, nah, let me stick with CMC, and it worked out, you know.
- 24:38SPEAKER_01: So far, it's worked out because I think he's worked once more.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: Because I think it works every space a couple games, but uh but yeah, at the end of the day, it's gonna be a fun game.
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: I can't wait to watch it.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: I hope it isn't it the Sunday night game.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: It yeah, I think it's eight o'clock.
- 24:53SPEAKER_01: Uh, it's gonna be a really fun game.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: Um Monday night.
- 24:57SPEAKER_01: And remember, the winner of this is probably gonna end up being a number one overall seed for the conference, right?
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: Ravens are fighting for number one in the AFC.
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Niners are fighting for number one in the NFC, and you know, I need the Ravens to win, man.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: Uh, because if they do that, I mean, not that I have a lot of hope in the Eagles, um, but you know, it still gives me a little glimmer.
- 25:20SPEAKER_00: So yeah, a glimmer goes a long way when you're uh you know banking on your team and going as far as Cowboys loss, Niners loss, Eagles win.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: I might I might have some kind of faith, but to be honest, it's it's very slim.
- 25:36SPEAKER_01: We shall see.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: All right, it's it's that time.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: It's the cold call of the week, Joe.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: What's your cold call?
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: Oh man, it has been cold as hell uh in North Carolina lately.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: I'm freezing my balls off.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: I know it's a little different for you down in Florida.
- 25:59SPEAKER_00: My first cold call.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: This is about as cold as it's gonna get.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: I used to walk out of the door at 7:30 in the morning.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: It was like 90.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: Um, but I do I do miss things about Florida.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: But anyway, my first cold call is the Bengals versus the Steelers.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: Now, this is always a tough game because it's a conference matchup.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: And um, you know, traditionally or historically, both these teams just go hard, just like the the Steelers and the Ravens always go hard, or or even the Steelers and the Browns.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: No matter what their record is, um those conference games, they they always play real, real hard.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: And here's the thing the Bengals have have been performing better than expected um without Joe Burrow.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: You know, Jake Browning has looked awesome.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: I doubted him.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: I I said the Colts were gonna like just eat him alive.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: I thought the the game prior to that was a fluke.
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: It wasn't.
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: He's had three weeks in a grow in a row where he looks great.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: But with that said, Jamar Chase isn't playing and um the Steelers have just been hammered shit all year.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: And I I wish that wasn't the case because I'm a diehard Steelers fan, but that game was brutal last week.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: You know, we get up a couple scores, it looks promising, our defense plays playing really well.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: It seems like our offense can just fall into sync, and then nothing happens.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: Nothing happens.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: So the fact of the matter is the Steelers they might play hard defense, and the Bengals um, you know, might might play a good game.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: I just don't feel like it's it's going to be enough on either side of the football to be worthwhile fantasy starts.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: You know, who are you gonna start on the Bengals and who are you gonna start on the Steelers?
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: Jalen Warren and Najee, that's neither one of them are appealing.
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: Uh George Pickens, no.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: Deontay Johnson, maybe.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: Uh let's see.
- 28:04SPEAKER_00: Now on the Bengals side of the field.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: Joe Mixon, yeah.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: I'll play him.
- 28:08SPEAKER_00: Um that's it.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: You know, I guess Jake Browning, if you're in a pinch, but again, if you're in the playoffs, that's probably not the case.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: I just can't see that being a um it might be a decent football game.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: I doubt it.
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: It might be, but it's not going to be um there's no there's no players that are gonna be worthwhile fantasy starts.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: So I would stay far away from the Bengals Steelers.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, I agree.
- 28:35SPEAKER_01: Um, and honestly, I'm actually going up against Joe Mixon in both my fantasy playoffs, you know.
- 28:41SPEAKER_01: And I uh we usually uh talk about fantasy playoffs here.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: We'll we'll talk about that here in a minute.
- 28:47SPEAKER_01: I think we'll close off with that, give a little recap on our seasons here.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: But um, yeah, I'm going against Joe Mixon both both playoffs, and so I'm rooting against him all day.
- 28:56SPEAKER_01: I'm hoping the Steelers can finally stop the run this year, because that's all Cincinnati's gonna have, right?
- 29:02SPEAKER_01: Like Joe Mixon's gonna be number one weapon, so I'm hoping they they pretty much shut him down, right?
- 29:07SPEAKER_01: So um, yeah, but I agree it's gonna be low scoring.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: Steelers have been disappointing.
- 29:12SPEAKER_01: So was it really Mack Canada?
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: Uh I mean, I I do think he was a problem, but I I still think they have to go out and find an O offensive coordinator.
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: So that's why I think Byron left, which would be a good pickup for him.
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: You know, good history, good.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: So we were talking about earlier in the season.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we were both talking about Byron, yeah.
- 29:30SPEAKER_01: But they didn't bring him in as a you know, as a as an off if they had him as a quality coach or uh advisor, then he would have transitioned in you know nicely, but obviously they went with someone else completely.
- 29:42SPEAKER_01: So but uh but yeah, it's definitely gonna be hard to watch, man.
- 29:45SPEAKER_01: Sorry.
- 29:46SPEAKER_00: And I do want to just go back on on one thing I said, uh, I wouldn't just start Joe Mixon.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: Also, T.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: Higgins, being that Jamar Chase is out, and last week he had a he had a great week.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: I was just checking his points.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: Um he had eight targets, yeah, he had eight targets and over 20 points.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: So I would play T.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: Higgins and Joe Mixon on that side of the ball.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: Other than that, I wouldn't play anyone in this game.
- 30:09SPEAKER_00: I don't even know if like Deontay Johnson, if you have to, like if you have you need a flex play, but I wouldn't be confidently starting anybody on the Steelers.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: And um, on the other side of the ball, Mixon and T.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: Higgins, I'd still uh you know have some low expectations because the Steelers are gonna be playing hard.
- 30:28SPEAKER_01: I hope so.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: But uh, what's your code call of the week?
- 30:33SPEAKER_01: Well, that's uh I mean that's uh this one's so obvious.
- 30:36SPEAKER_01: I've been seeing it all over.
- 30:37SPEAKER_01: It's the commanders versus the Jets.
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: I think it's like the the the worst ranked offense against like the the worst defense or something like that, or you know, so it's basically like you know, the commander's defense and uh is like the worst, and the the Jets offense is the worst.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: So it's pretty much gonna be like really hard to watch, you know.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: So um it might be kind of entertaining, but yeah, yeah, it's gonna be like basically like you know, like in a globe track.
- 31:10SPEAKER_01: I'm glad I just processed that before I actually let us defend him, but I'm not gonna say what I was gonna say, but um, yeah, it's definitely just gonna be a dumpster fire of garbage and not fun to watch.
- 31:21SPEAKER_01: But if you have Brees Hall, he he could be a solid star for you.
- 31:25SPEAKER_01: I mean, uh I was playing a lot of Brees Hall, Garrett Wilson, and like DraftKings recent most weeks, and then last week was the first week where they busted for me.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: They didn't do shit, but um, they've been pretty good for the most part as far as price points.
- 31:40SPEAKER_01: Um, on the commander's side, obviously that was a you know, I I guess they benched Sam Howe last week and they started Jacoby Brissett.
- 31:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, what happened there?
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: I don't know why.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, first of all, here's the thing.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: I like Jacoby Brissett, he's he's a good football player, but Sam Howe's been good all year.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: You can't you can't just you know, you can't just half yeah, yeah.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: I I feel I don't here's the thing.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: I actually was uh I was on a commander's thread just seeing what people were saying because I have Sam Howe on a couple football teams or a couple fantasy teams.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: He started off slow all year long, yeah.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: It it didn't seem strong.
- 32:19SPEAKER_00: It didn't seem abnormal the way he was playing to me.
- 32:21SPEAKER_00: Um a lot of commanders uh fans disagreed with that take.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: They're saying, you know, you should have put Jacoby in earlier.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: I don't think so.
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: I think you should have kept how in the whole game.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: Um, I really don't understand that.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: Part of me thinks there, you know, maybe someone had uh you know Sam Howell only getting one touchdown, pull him out, like we were talking about Vegas.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: But uh it just makes me wonder why why they do things like that, especially because it was a close game.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: You know, the final was I think 28 to 20.
- 32:52SPEAKER_00: Um that bothered me.
- 32:54SPEAKER_00: Uh, it bothered me also because the two teams I had Sam Howe on, I was in the playoffs, I lost those games.
- 33:00SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna touch on it now.
- 33:02SPEAKER_00: I was in six leagues, I made the playoffs in three, I'm still in one, but I lost two.
- 33:08SPEAKER_00: Those two I lost are with Sam Howe, and one of them I would have won if if that last touchdown Jacoby Brissett got to uh Curtis Samuel.
- 33:15SPEAKER_00: If that was Sam Howe throwing the ball, I would have won that.
- 33:17SPEAKER_00: So whatever.
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: Uh yeah, double points.
- 33:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and uh just to touch up on mine because obviously we missed last week's um episode.
- 33:25SPEAKER_01: Sorry guys, you know, like I said, we apologize ahead of time.
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: So um three leagues for me, I didn't make the playoffs for one.
- 33:32SPEAKER_01: I just completely horrible draft, you know, just shit to bed, didn't make the playoffs, you know.
- 33:37SPEAKER_01: I think Joe gave me my last loss of the season, and it kind of like, you know, you know, punched me in the nose, you know, when I was already broken.
- 33:44SPEAKER_01: You know, I was already bleeding out of the nose.
- 33:46SPEAKER_01: Joe just kicked me in the nose on my way out.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: But um the other two, I was uh number one seed, so I had a first round buy, so that was kind of nice.
- 33:54SPEAKER_01: So now right now I'm sitting there, I'm I'm playing matchups, and right now matched up against um I have some pretty tough matchups, so we'll see how they go.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: But you know, I feel pretty good about my odds.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: You know, I have McCaffrey on both leagues, I have a star running back in both leagues um to back it up.
- 34:13SPEAKER_01: I have DJ Moore in both leagues, and I have Josh Allen one league, Jalen Hurts in the other.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: You know, so I I feel pretty good.
- 34:20SPEAKER_01: You know, we'll see how it goes.
- 34:21SPEAKER_01: I have a star tight end in both leagues.
- 34:23SPEAKER_01: So I drafted very similarly, and I had a similar strategy, and I had a similar pick, fifth and sixth pick overall.
- 34:30SPEAKER_01: So the draft ended up falling pretty much the same way for me, and you know, and I'm surprised all these jackasses let me pick McCaffrey fifth and sixth, Joe included.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: Joe ended up picking uh Justin Jefferson for first overall pick.
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: I did, and I told you I was really strongly considering McCaffrey, and that was in two leagues, and guess what?
- 34:52SPEAKER_00: I'm out of both of those leagues.
- 34:54SPEAKER_01: And then he even tried to offer me the trade, and he's like, you know, I'm thinking about giving you Justin Jefferson for CMC.
- 35:00SPEAKER_01: I was like, fuck off, Joe, you ain't getting them.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm good.
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: Thanks, though.
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: I was like, Yeah, I didn't even think consider that for a minute, Joe.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: But you can have James Cook, though.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: And that was when he was hot, man.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: I mean, that was when Justin Jefferson was hot.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: I tried to do that trade.
- 35:17SPEAKER_01: He was, that's true.
- 35:18SPEAKER_00: But that was before he was injured, long before he was injured.
- 35:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's what's gonna make next year even more fun, man.
- 35:25SPEAKER_01: That's why I'm so excited, man.
- 35:27SPEAKER_01: And uh, I think overall, and that's why we're we're talking about this right now, guys.
- 35:30SPEAKER_01: We're talking about like the end of the year here, you know, fantasy football season's almost over.
- 35:35SPEAKER_01: We do appreciate everything.
- 35:37SPEAKER_01: The show's not even close to being done.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: I don't know why I'm getting into this.
- 35:39SPEAKER_01: So let me uh not get ahead of myself here, finish off the shit call here.
- 35:44SPEAKER_01: Or excuse me, we we finished off the cold call.
- 35:46SPEAKER_01: Let's go ahead and get into this shit call here.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: Oh boy.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: It's time for the shit call of the week.
- 36:04SPEAKER_00: It stinks.
- 36:05SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna start here, Manny.
- 36:08SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry, I just gotta step in it first.
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: Last week, last week I said to stay far away from the Chargers Raiders game.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: And as I touched on earlier, they exceeded the over-under by 50 points.
- 36:22SPEAKER_00: Final score was 63-21 for a total of 84 points.
- 36:28SPEAKER_00: And that 63 points is a franchise record for the Raiders.
- 36:32SPEAKER_00: So I couldn't have been more wrong about that, but I think everybody uh had that same mindset going into it.
- 36:39SPEAKER_00: And and we uh we knew Keenan was out, uh, we knew Herbert was banged up, um, but but we did not expect anything like that.
- 36:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, that's definitely uh that was a surprise to everyone in the world, man, including Brandon Staley.
- 36:59SPEAKER_00: What's your shit call of the week?
- 37:02SPEAKER_01: Oh man, so I was in a similar position, man.
- 37:05SPEAKER_01: Uh, I picked uh last week I picked the Jags and the Browns to be a cold call.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: And because Trevor Lawrence actually wasn't supposed to play, yeah.
- 37:15SPEAKER_01: High ankle sprain, you know, and high ankle sprains, man, can take a while to come back from.
- 37:19SPEAKER_01: So I think they just I think they surgically like um amputate somebody else's foot and put it on Trevor Lawrence and they give him a whole new leg.
- 37:29SPEAKER_00: I must not have been paying attention because I was watching the game.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: I'm like, wait a second, Trevor Lawrence is playing?
- 37:34SPEAKER_00: He's not even hobbling, other than what's wrong with this.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: I didn't know he was in, I didn't even like get the update that he was playing.
- 37:41SPEAKER_00: I just assumed he was out.
- 37:42SPEAKER_01: Brother, now I've had a high ankle sprain, and I could not walk like even support it.
- 37:48SPEAKER_01: I couldn't walk for a whole week or two.
- 37:51SPEAKER_01: And I was like, this guy came in the next week, he's running around like unbothered.
- 37:55SPEAKER_01: I was like, it made me feel like he probably, you know, they probably uh what they do is exaggerate injuries a little bit to try to throw people off for the scouting report.
- 38:04SPEAKER_01: Maybe it wasn't a severe high ankle sprain, maybe it was a you know, like more of a low ankle sprain, you know.
- 38:09SPEAKER_01: So that that kind of threw it off.
- 38:11SPEAKER_01: But the Browns and Joe Flacco, man, that was they really play lights out, man.
- 38:16SPEAKER_01: They like he he he is sharp, he's better than he thought.
- 38:20SPEAKER_01: We all thought he was done when he played his last couple snaps with the Jets, but man, he is really having a resurgent year, and you could see him getting another contract going.
- 38:29SPEAKER_00: Dude, I like Flacco just as a person.
- 38:31SPEAKER_00: I like all the interviews he does, so I was so happy to see him do well.
- 38:34SPEAKER_00: It's like when he came in and uh, you know, there's he's been one of those guys that gets moved around from different teams, but when he needs to play, he steps up and he plays, and you know, he's a Super Bowl champion.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: The dude, um, people doubt him and he proves him wrong.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: That's why I was saying, if you really need a flyer, uh, or you know, maybe for your DraftKings lineup, Flacco's not a bad.
- 38:57SPEAKER_00: He put up over 30 points last week, I think.
- 39:00SPEAKER_00: And um, and the thing is, man, uh, you know, I just I was not expecting um Flacco to to play that well, but I was expecting him to at least, you know, keep the team in a close game.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: So that but that was great, man.
- 39:16SPEAKER_00: That was so cool to see.
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and he made Nojoku like tight end one again.
- 39:21SPEAKER_01: I know every week in a row.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Nojoku's been, I mean, I knew he was great, um, just as as far as a football player, but I didn't expect him to do this.
- 39:32SPEAKER_00: I even did a player profile on him saying like keep your eye on him.
- 39:35SPEAKER_00: Um, because and I said it, I said it all depends on Deshaun Watson.
- 39:40SPEAKER_00: It's like if Sean the if if Deshaun Watson can get it together, Nojoku's gonna have a good year.
- 39:46SPEAKER_00: But I was wrong about that.
- 39:47SPEAKER_00: They needed another quarterback to start, you know, getting Najoku to play well.
- 39:52SPEAKER_01: You think they regret that 200 million yet for Deshaun?
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: I think they do.
- 39:58SPEAKER_01: And they're stuck because it's fully guaranteed.
- 40:00SPEAKER_01: Freaking dumb asses.
- 40:03SPEAKER_01: The Browns shit themselves.
- 40:04SPEAKER_01: That's the Browns shit call of the week right there.
- 40:07SPEAKER_01: Their shit call of the year, shit call the next five years, 200 million.
- 40:13SPEAKER_01: My goodness.
- 40:14SPEAKER_01: Sorry, Browns fans.
- 40:16SPEAKER_01: I'm not.
- 40:19SPEAKER_01: He's a Steelers fan.
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: Sorry, guys.
- 40:34SPEAKER_01: All right, essay.
- 40:35SPEAKER_01: Get them cojones out.
- 40:37SPEAKER_01: It's time for the big balls call the week.
- 40:40SPEAKER_01: Joe, let them hang.
- 40:42SPEAKER_01: Tell us what's your big balls call.
- 40:44SPEAKER_01: I don't want to hear no little balls calls, Joe.
- 40:46SPEAKER_01: No, no, these are big.
- 40:47SPEAKER_01: You're talking about some wins, you're talking about this.
- 40:49SPEAKER_01: I want to hear some big balls, big cojones calls this time.
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: Well, piggybacking on your hot matchup of the week, I think the Ravens Niners game is going to be very high scoring.
- 41:01SPEAKER_00: So I think Lamar is gonna have one of the best games of the year, and I'd see him having three touchdowns against the Niners this week.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: Damn it, I think I'm playing against him.
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: I have him in the only team.
- 41:14SPEAKER_00: Uh the the only uh league I'm still in, he's my quarterback.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: So there's a little bit of heart in that pick as well.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: I hear that.
- 41:22SPEAKER_01: I hear that.
- 41:22SPEAKER_01: That's okay.
- 41:23SPEAKER_01: I got heart in my pick, too.
- 41:25SPEAKER_01: So uh my big balls call.
- 41:29SPEAKER_01: My boy has been struggling because you've had his quarterback and his quarterback's been struggling.
- 41:35SPEAKER_01: I think you know who I'm talking about right now.
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: You've had his quarterback in multiple leagues, Mr.
- 41:39SPEAKER_01: Justin Fields.
- 41:40SPEAKER_01: So I think it's gonna be uh uh another DJ Moore week this week because he had a bad week last week.
- 41:48SPEAKER_01: So I think that this uh going up against this matchup here, uh the Chicago Bears are playing Arizona in Chicago.
- 41:56SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna be, and Arizona is just trash against the pass.
- 42:00SPEAKER_01: And if you looked at uh DJ Moore last week, he had uh nine points.
- 42:05SPEAKER_01: So to and before that he had 27.
- 42:08SPEAKER_01: So typically when he has a bad week, they love to feed him the next week.
- 42:12SPEAKER_01: Uh, because before that he had 27, 23, 22.
- 42:15SPEAKER_01: That's in my league, of course.
- 42:17SPEAKER_01: So you could at least expect 20 points a game, the last three games before that.
- 42:22SPEAKER_01: So um I expect it to be a really huge week.
- 42:25SPEAKER_01: So I have him getting 125 receiving yards and two touchdowns this week for DJ Moore.
- 42:32SPEAKER_01: So if you have him in your lineups, ladies and gentlemen, he's gonna be scoring at least 30 points this week for DJ Moore.
- 42:39SPEAKER_00: I would definitely, definitely plug both those guys in.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: I love that call.
- 42:43SPEAKER_00: And you know, field shows I don't I don't even want to say flashes of greatness.
- 42:49SPEAKER_00: I think I think if he could get it together, he'd be an awesome quarterback, like a consistently awesome quarterback.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: But we've seen those games when him and DJ Moore get it together and they're in sync, and those games are just boom for both of them.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: And against Arizona, you gotta expect another boom.
- 43:12SPEAKER_01: Bro, like I'm excited.
- 43:14SPEAKER_01: That's gonna win my league this week, both of them.
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: All right, big ballers.
- 43:23SPEAKER_01: We appreciate you, love you guys again.
- 43:26SPEAKER_01: We appreciate all the support, all my people out there, you know, representing in uh never, you know, what was it, Netherlands, United States, Council Bluffs, Iowa.
- 43:36SPEAKER_01: That's right, all your people, North Carolina, you know, my people that never watch, you know, we appreciate you guys.
- 43:43SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for the support.
- 43:46SPEAKER_01: Keep supporting us.
- 43:47SPEAKER_01: Really do, man.
- 43:48SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be bigger, better, you know, because we we already we haven't even hit, we should be hitting 100 downloads before the end of this season.
- 43:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, so what are we doing next year?
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: We're gonna hit 500 downloads and so on and so forth.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I think the way we're doing it, guys.
- 44:03SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, we appreciate the support, we love what we're doing.
- 44:06SPEAKER_01: Obviously, you put a lot of time into it.
- 44:08SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, it's only a matter of time before uh we hit it the big time, right?
- 44:13SPEAKER_01: Because at the end of the day, when you care about something, you put your passion into it, and you know, you're actually right more than you're wrong, and you hold yourself accountable, that's when good things happen.
- 44:23SPEAKER_01: Um, you got anything to leave us off with, Joe?
- 44:26SPEAKER_00: Uh, just gonna piggyback on that.
- 44:28SPEAKER_00: We've been hustling, and this is our first year doing it, and we're gonna keep going.
- 44:34SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, we got a couple more episodes for you, but uh next year we're gonna be just going into it.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: We're gonna hit the ground running, we're gonna have all the equipment we need, we're gonna be just more prepared, not like we weren't prepared this year, but this is our first time.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: If you look at the first few episodes, we might have been stumbling a little bit, but we got comfortable, we got in the flow and expect that flow to just keep going.
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: You know, please share this with whoever is into fantasy football because we give good advice.
- 45:05SPEAKER_00: That's the most important thing.
- 45:07SPEAKER_00: Share it with people because they're getting good advice, uh, but we're trying to entertain you at the same time.
- 45:12SPEAKER_00: We're trying to make this as professional as we can, and it's just gonna get better and better.
- 45:16SPEAKER_00: So please tune in next year.
- 45:18SPEAKER_00: If you're out of the playoffs this year, I understand.
- 45:20SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't be watching either, but next year, you better be back.
- 45:24SPEAKER_01: Yes, sir.
- 45:25SPEAKER_01: Well, we appreciate you guys.
- 45:26SPEAKER_01: Be blessed, take care of yourselves, and uh Merry Christmas to you all.
- 45:30SPEAKER_01: Be safe, and uh, we'll see you here next week.
- 45:33SPEAKER_01: Same time, same place, guys.
- 45:34SPEAKER_01: Take care, all right?
- 45:36SPEAKER_01: Love you guys.
- 45:36SPEAKER_01: Take care.
