PADRES POSTCAST: San Diego PADRES SEASON ENDS with 3-1 Loss to Chicago Cubs in Wild Card Game 3
The Padres and Cubs play the 3rd and final game of their National League Wild Card Series.
The Cubs knocked San Diego starter Yu Darvish out of the game in the 2nd inning, scoring 2x on an RBI single off the bat of Pete Crow-Armstrong and a bases-loaded walk by reliever Jeremiah Estrada, who escaped that jam and gave the Pads 2 scoreless innings after coming on with the bases loaded and nobody out.
The Padres have just not been able to get anything going on offense.
