A Colonie taxi driver survived a terrifying, brutal knife attack at 4 AM outside a Motel 6 — stabbed multiple times, robbed, and forced to flee as his attacker stole the cab. The assailant, 32-year-old Jonathan Tejada of Scotia, was later caught after crashing the vehicle on I-890 and faces attempted murder charges. The driver, treated at Albany Medical Center, is now recovering and stunned by how fast and violent the assault was — but grateful to be alive and reunited with loved ones.
