Olympian David Hearn charged with destruction of property at D.C. Reflecting Pool
A federal grand jury has returned a felony indictment against three-time US Olympic canoeist David Hearn for destruction of property at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Announced by DCUS Attorney Jeanine Pirro, the charge carries a maximum potential sentence of 10 years in prison if the 67-year-old Bethesda resident is convicted.
