- 0:00SPEAKER_03: It's hard for a lot of people to comprehend if you're not already in alignment on it or understand where I'm coming from from it.
- 0:07SPEAKER_03: I really perceive and appreciate the space that you asked for me to talk more about my dream, about about talking on stage.
- 0:16SPEAKER_03: I don't get an opportunity to express that as much.
- 0:21SPEAKER_03: And also having all these successful tentacles out there.
- 0:25SPEAKER_03: I think that's wildly important for people to know that you can show up here barefoot with your toenails painted, um, you know, chilling, you know, and with cookies bacon with your wife and your daughter in the next room.
- 0:39SPEAKER_03: And just that, you know, anyone that's wanting to live that kind of life, you can live it.
- 0:45SPEAKER_03: He's living it right now.
- 0:47SPEAKER_03: And I think that's really important to draw attention to.
- 0:50SPEAKER_03: So that's like the real thing that people talk about.
- 0:53SPEAKER_03: But dude, we get to live that right now.
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: We do.
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: We're living it like in the flesh.
- 0:58SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 0:58SPEAKER_03: Like this isn't theory, this is reality.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Hope you're all ready.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Grab some popcorn, relax, kick back, and enjoy the show.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: So, so from the beginning, is this something for you that has been like it?
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Was it your family?
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: Did you grow up this way?
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Like, what was the catalyst to move you in this direction of this mindset and intentionality, reprogramming the brain before we get into all the AI business talk and all that stuff?
- 1:36SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
- 1:37SPEAKER_03: Let's bring it back.
- 1:38SPEAKER_03: So, um, you know, I I'm unemployable.
- 1:41SPEAKER_03: I'm sure you've heard that before, right?
- 1:42SPEAKER_03: Hey, me me too.
- 1:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I lovingly mean that.
- 1:46SPEAKER_03: Um, I I like to know why I like to do things my own way.
- 1:50SPEAKER_03: I come from a Sicilian family.
- 1:52SPEAKER_03: Um, we moved out from Boston in 1998.
- 1:55SPEAKER_03: I was still in the middle of high school.
- 1:56SPEAKER_03: Um I didn't realize it at the time, I was completely depressed.
- 1:59SPEAKER_03: Uh but we didn't talk about that that back then, you know?
- 2:02SPEAKER_03: And um feelings was that right?
- 2:05SPEAKER_03: And so I was um we're really passionate Italians.
- 2:09SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 2:09SPEAKER_03: I'm Italian Romanian as well.
- 2:11SPEAKER_03: Okay, there you go.
- 2:12SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 2:12SPEAKER_03: And um so passionate.
- 2:14SPEAKER_03: Um, but I didn't understand that as a child, and I didn't understand the heart behind the passion that I was receiving.
- 2:22SPEAKER_03: Uh as a parent, I do now, and there's been a lot of healing journey through it, right?
- 2:26SPEAKER_03: But when I started my very first business, Norman, I was doing it um, and I love talking about this evolution.
- 2:32SPEAKER_03: And I love that you have a long podcast because we can't, I you don't have to rush anything, right?
- 2:37SPEAKER_03: It's important for people to understand all that, right?
- 2:39SPEAKER_03: Like, where are you in business right now?
- 2:42SPEAKER_03: And so when I first started, um, I was starting as a means to an end.
- 2:47SPEAKER_03: I was going to ASU, I was living at my parents' house, okay, and um, they wanted to put a curfew on me.
- 2:52SPEAKER_03: And I wanted to go out karaokeing with my boyfriend.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: Boundaries, no, no, thank you.
- 2:56SPEAKER_03: And now as a parent, I understand that.
- 2:58SPEAKER_03: But you know, back then it was like as if, right?
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:01SPEAKER_03: And so this lady I babysat for had a um had had a friend with two dogs, and she was like, Hey, um, I'll pay you$25 a night.
- 3:09SPEAKER_03: Can you stay at my house like four nights a week?
- 3:10SPEAKER_03: I was like, I'll pay you.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: Like what?
- 3:13SPEAKER_03: Just like solved the problem.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: That's so cool.
- 3:16SPEAKER_03: And so I started doing that, and then um my parents were like, Oh, we put on the refrigerator, like, were you home or away?
- 3:22SPEAKER_03: Because they didn't know whether I was coming or going.
- 3:24SPEAKER_03: It had all this freedom.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: And so um, being a natural born entrepreneur, and like it's my my uh my grandfather owned a toy store, my dad had a painting business at one point, my cousins have their own businesses now.
- 3:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah, um, like it I didn't know this about me though, I had no idea.
- 3:40SPEAKER_03: I was I was doing it out of pride.
- 3:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I was like, they told me you couldn't do it.
- 3:44SPEAKER_03: Yep, and I was like, Oh, really?
- 3:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, watch, watch me.
- 3:48SPEAKER_03: Um I love that that became apparent when I found out that I was Enneagram eight, which is a challenger.
- 3:53SPEAKER_03: Okay, um, and I was like, oh, this makes so much sense.
- 3:56SPEAKER_03: Um, but I I started that business, and and as I graduated, my parents were like, you have to get a real job.
- 4:02SPEAKER_03: And I was like, okay.
- 4:04SPEAKER_03: But again, I understood like so.
- 4:06SPEAKER_03: That was the way I interpreted it.
- 4:07SPEAKER_03: A real job.
- 4:08SPEAKER_03: Like what I'm doing is real.
- 4:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, what do you mean?
- 4:10SPEAKER_03: And they were like, Well, you need health insurance.
- 4:12SPEAKER_03: And at the time, I thought that only someone at like um like a corporation could get it.
- 4:17SPEAKER_03: I didn't know I could get it on my own.
- 4:18SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 4:19SPEAKER_03: So I got up at like four in the morning, I went to Starbucks at five, I opened them, I rocked drive-through.
- 4:25SPEAKER_03: My pet peeve is very slow drive-thru.
- 4:27SPEAKER_03: Um, and then I um I would go and pet sit and I would do all these pet sits.
- 4:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and I grew it to a 10 employee six-figure company.
- 4:35SPEAKER_03: What?
- 4:37SPEAKER_03: And so, but and along the way, that was like when I was early 20s, by the time I was 25, I was national, nationally and locally award-winning.
- 4:45SPEAKER_03: What?
- 4:45SPEAKER_03: Okay, asking, like, how do I do what you do?
- 4:48SPEAKER_03: And so I started coaching them.
- 4:49SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 4:50SPEAKER_03: So to go back to the I say all that to say, when I started coaching people, I got this like, it was it was so feeding my ego.
- 4:57SPEAKER_03: I was like, I'm not a product of what I grew up in.
- 5:00SPEAKER_03: I felt like I it was, it was um like it was, it was um, and again, now as a healed like adult, right?
- 5:09SPEAKER_03: Like, because there's like the little girl in me who just felt like, you know, under the gun and like oppressed.
- 5:15SPEAKER_03: And it was all true during then, but um I didn't realize that I was trying to prove myself.
- 5:22SPEAKER_03: And that's where that kind of got ingrained.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: So I was performing, right?
- 5:25SPEAKER_03: To the point that I was in DC Ranch one day and I had my booth set up and I had my t-shirt on and I had my like, you know, my big banners up.
- 5:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 5:33SPEAKER_03: My dad came up and he goes, Hey kid, this is real business.
- 5:36SPEAKER_03: I'm proud of you.
- 5:37SPEAKER_03: Whoa! And I started crying in the middle of this entire thing.
- 5:41SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 5:42SPEAKER_03: Started crying, and I was like, I think it was my first realization that I was uh looking for outward validation, right?
- 5:50SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 5:51SPEAKER_03: That I couldn't give myself.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 5:52SPEAKER_03: But I still, I still I didn't cognitively know that.
- 5:55SPEAKER_03: I just knew that that was a turning point.
- 5:57SPEAKER_03: And so um, when I started coaching, it was like, hey, like I'd get on the phone with someone, it was dollar for time at first, and people were like, Oh, can I?
- 6:05SPEAKER_03: Um they were like, Hey, that worked.
- 6:07SPEAKER_03: I was like, no kidding, it worked.
- 6:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 6:09SPEAKER_03: I was like, I don't talk just to talk, you know?
- 6:12SPEAKER_03: And then they were like, This is amazing, it's changing my life, it's allowing me to go on vacation, it da-da-da-da like all these things.
- 6:18SPEAKER_03: And I had this great source of pride that I was like, look at what I did, right?
- 6:22SPEAKER_03: So it's still outside of me.
- 6:24SPEAKER_03: And it was still that I was only as good as my client, right?
- 6:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but it was a high for me.
- 6:30SPEAKER_03: I was really, really excited about it, and it was it's just part of the whole journey, you know, like why we do things.
- 6:36SPEAKER_03: And so I was coaching and it was it was in the specific niche.
- 6:39SPEAKER_03: It was in the pet sitting and dog walking industry.
- 6:41SPEAKER_03: I was a general coach in that industry, all from that one house and that one opportunity.
- 6:46SPEAKER_03: For sure, for sure.
- 6:46SPEAKER_03: It's because you like I always believe in you you can walk through any door.
- 6:51SPEAKER_03: Uh, you should walk through every door because you can turn around and walk out the same exact way.
- 6:55SPEAKER_03: But everyone's always paralyzed in fear just to walk through these doors because of the unknown, or like we don't have the information, or what if I make a mistake?
- 7:03SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 7:03SPEAKER_03: Like I'm constantly teaching my daughter that now.
- 7:05SPEAKER_03: Like, we've finally gotten in the stage where we're playing PS5.
- 7:09SPEAKER_03: Oh, there you go.
- 7:10SPEAKER_03: We're into Sack Boy and I love it.
- 7:13SPEAKER_03: So angry when she dies.
- 7:15SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, she's like, I can't do this.
- 7:17SPEAKER_03: I'm like, stop saying that.
- 7:18SPEAKER_03: Your brain does not know the difference, you know?
- 7:21SPEAKER_03: And so it I use like PS5 as a training ground just for her to try to reprogram those things, you know.
- 7:29SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 7:30SPEAKER_03: Um, and I'm like, no, this and I die, and it's like, I'm so excited, I just died.
- 7:34SPEAKER_03: I just learned how not to do it, and I learned some things that worked.
- 7:37SPEAKER_03: We got like the orbs, you know?
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 7:39SPEAKER_03: And so it's um, it's it's really crazy.
- 7:43SPEAKER_03: We'll get to that, but like the mirror that she's been in my life, as I'm sure Jordan has been for you, you know, like you get to reparent yourself, but that's way down the line.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: Definitely on the wife's side.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: So she she's feeling a little bit more than me.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: Because that's her mini me.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I see it.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: I see it.
- 7:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that happens.
- 7:59SPEAKER_03: That happens.
- 8:00SPEAKER_03: So I'm doing all this stuff and um um I'm coaching, I'm becoming uh Bella the B, or people are binging on Bella.
- 8:10SPEAKER_03: And it's because without knowing it, like at first I thought I was always like this uh bull in a china cabinet, right?
- 8:15SPEAKER_03: Okay, yeah.
- 8:16SPEAKER_03: And I was just very bold with stuff.
- 8:18SPEAKER_03: But the thing is, is I would say the quiet part out loud and um and I would do it from love, not to like degrade anyone, but I would ask the questions that like made people really uncomfortable.
- 8:29SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 8:30SPEAKER_03: What happens when we get uncomfortable?
- 8:31SPEAKER_03: We put our walls up and we get defensive, and it's your fault because I don't want to look at myself, right?
- 8:38SPEAKER_03: And so that was that was another like crazy struggle.
- 8:41SPEAKER_03: And we can go deeper on any of this, but like yeah, I because I was like, oh, wait, I am too much.
- 8:46SPEAKER_03: I'm too much, I'm too loud.
- 8:47SPEAKER_03: Um, a lot of things that I know your listeners have also felt.
- 8:50SPEAKER_03: I mean, this is a common theme with everyone.
- 8:52SPEAKER_03: We've just figured it out at different stages of life.
- 8:56SPEAKER_03: And I believe that my businesses have always been a direct mirror to me.
- 9:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because whatever I struggle with in business is essentially what I struggle with personally, right?
- 9:05SPEAKER_03: Because it's the same person.
- 9:07SPEAKER_03: Liftoff moment there.
- 9:08SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 9:09SPEAKER_03: Look in the mirror.
- 9:10SPEAKER_03: Um, we're we are the same person, and we want to blame the people we hire, or we want to blame the contractor or the website or the AI or the or or or.
- 9:19SPEAKER_03: But really, like we need to take responsibility for what part we had in it, right?
- 9:24SPEAKER_03: I learned that it's not that it doesn't work, it just doesn't work this way.
- 9:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 9:27SPEAKER_03: And so there's all these things that just kind of kept evolving.
- 9:30SPEAKER_03: So, anyways, uh, do you want me to keep going?
- 9:32SPEAKER_03: You're good.
- 9:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 9:33SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 9:34SPEAKER_03: Um, I could talk about this stuff forever.
- 9:36SPEAKER_03: So I'm coaching and I'm doing Time for Dollar, and I'm also dating everyone on match.com that's over six foot two in Scottsdale.
- 9:43SPEAKER_03: And I'm getting careful.
- 9:45SPEAKER_03: Keep it real.
- 9:45SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm five'eight.
- 9:46SPEAKER_03: I always wear heels, so I'm usually like six foot when I'm out.
- 9:49SPEAKER_03: Like I'm tall.
- 9:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 9:51SPEAKER_03: And um it was at that it was after years of market research.
- 9:56SPEAKER_03: Uh my ex-husband found me.
- 9:58SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 9:58SPEAKER_03: And uh, we were both eager to, you know, get married, start a family.
- 10:02SPEAKER_03: We're like, okay, you're good, I'm good, okay, let's go.
- 10:05SPEAKER_03: Let's go.
- 10:05SPEAKER_03: And um, it was beautiful.
- 10:07SPEAKER_03: We were very much in love, and um, we got engaged pretty quick.
- 10:11SPEAKER_03: We had a wedding pretty quick.
- 10:12SPEAKER_03: We had a successful honeymoon in Rome.
- 10:15SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 10:16SPEAKER_03: And uh came home pregnant.
- 10:18SPEAKER_03: Wow, there you go.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: Like I said, very successful, yeah.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: Congratulations on the top room.
- 10:22SPEAKER_03: But I said these infamous words.
- 10:24SPEAKER_03: As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I said, I stood in my living room, I'll never forget it.
- 10:29SPEAKER_03: And I said, God, why do I have to wait nine months to meet my child?
- 10:33SPEAKER_03: Like, I just wanted to be a mom.
- 10:35SPEAKER_03: I had this feel, this, this, this thought that, like, okay, I was building this pet sitting company and I started doing coaching on the side.
- 10:43SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 10:44SPEAKER_03: And um, but like my best job would be a wife and a mom.
- 10:48SPEAKER_03: Because that's what I was told my whole life.
- 10:51SPEAKER_03: Um, that's what my that's what my job is supposed to be, right?
- 10:54SPEAKER_03: I didn't understand my magic, my talents, my uh alignment.
- 10:59SPEAKER_03: I didn't understand any of that yet.
- 11:01SPEAKER_03: I just knew that it felt so good.
- 11:03SPEAKER_03: And um, so I have my husband, we have our first house, we're pregnant, and so we found out the end of January, and my due date was in October, October 10th.
- 11:14SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 11:14SPEAKER_03: And it's uh Memorial Day now, so it's May.
- 11:17SPEAKER_03: And I get on the phone with my OBGYN and she's like, You need to get to the hospital right now.
- 11:21SPEAKER_03: And I was like, why?
- 11:23SPEAKER_03: And she's like, You're about to stroke out.
- 11:25SPEAKER_03: I'd never been in the hospital ever before in my life, so I was terrified.
- 11:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 11:29SPEAKER_03: An hour later, I'm in, I'm all hooked up.
- 11:31SPEAKER_03: There's like hydrolysine in my veins.
- 11:33SPEAKER_03: I had no idea at the time.
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: They're not showing me the numbers.
- 11:36SPEAKER_03: I'm looking at the foot of my bed, and my mom, my dad, and my husband are all there.
- 11:40SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, oh shoot, this must be really like serious, right?
- 11:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 11:45SPEAKER_03: And it was from that moment on that I realized it wasn't gonna be a normal pregnancy.
- 11:50SPEAKER_03: I realized that my amniotic fluid every single week was getting lower and lower.
- 11:55SPEAKER_03: And amniotic fluid, for those who don't know, because why would you know unless you've had a kid?
- 11:59SPEAKER_03: It's like the liquid that they swim around in.
- 12:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 12:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 12:03SPEAKER_03: What helps keep them alive.
- 12:04SPEAKER_03: And the placenta is like the life pack.
- 12:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 12:08SPEAKER_03: And my placenta, we found out afterwards, was also like slowly dying.
- 12:12SPEAKER_03: Oh shit.
- 12:13SPEAKER_03: So you've got this like little tiny bean in you, and they're like, it's not really growing, or you're growing like an ounce every couple of weeks, maybe.
- 12:22SPEAKER_03: Whoa.
- 12:22SPEAKER_03: Your amniotic fluid's going down, they're like, nothing, this isn't gonna be a viable pregnancy.
- 12:28SPEAKER_03: And so they're kind of telling me that by 24 weeks you need to abort or not, but not with those words, but they're like, let's say you have this baby, he's this child's gonna be like, you're gonna have to get a van that you know holds a wheelchair.
- 12:40SPEAKER_03: If you have any other kids, that kid's only gonna have one parent because one of you is gonna be the permanent caretaker.
- 12:44SPEAKER_04: And you know what?
- 12:46SPEAKER_03: My ex is was amazing.
- 12:48SPEAKER_03: I really believe we were brought together to bring this child into the world.
- 12:51SPEAKER_03: Spoiler alert, she's 11 years old now.
- 12:54SPEAKER_03: Um from Memorial Day until July 4th.
- 12:59SPEAKER_03: I remember getting called into what I call the principal's office.
- 13:01SPEAKER_03: That was like the last go.
- 13:03SPEAKER_03: They're like, okay, we're we're gonna have this baby.
- 13:06SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Yeah, we are.
- 13:08SPEAKER_03: And they're like, okay, well, we need to set a date because we can't just have you crash out and go to the hospital.
- 13:14SPEAKER_03: And then like they literally had to bring in um, I call them utensils.
- 13:18SPEAKER_03: It's the totally wrong word, but like, you know, the the the things in the operating room to resuscitate her.
- 13:24SPEAKER_03: And you know, you couldn't just, it wasn't normal baby size.
- 13:27SPEAKER_03: So she came out at 12 ounces, the size of a soda can.
- 13:32SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 13:32SPEAKER_03: My ring fit like her leg fit through my ring.
- 13:36SPEAKER_03: That's how tiny her ring was.
- 13:37SPEAKER_03: She was an inch shorter than a Barbie doll.
- 13:39SPEAKER_03: She was 10 inches.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 13:40SPEAKER_03: I couldn't hold her for three weeks.
- 13:42SPEAKER_03: Um, her eyes didn't open for three weeks.
- 13:45SPEAKER_03: She was basically a fetus.
- 13:46SPEAKER_03: She was like translucent.
- 13:48SPEAKER_03: Um, and everyone's also like, Great, she's alive now, but don't get too attached because they have a honeymoon phase and then they crash and they die.
- 13:56SPEAKER_03: Well, we spent 182 days in NICU.
- 13:58SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 13:59SPEAKER_03: And I was lucky enough to have that pet sitting company that already had systems and processes in it.
- 14:06SPEAKER_03: I had an office manager, I had things flowing and someone that I could turn off to so that I could be at NICU every day for eight to 10 hours a day.
- 14:14SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 14:14SPEAKER_03: I always kind of joke around that, like, how would you love it to know that every day you came to work, I was sitting there?
- 14:20SPEAKER_03: Like, I would get in trouble because I'd be like turning down the machines with oxygen, because I'd be like, oh my God, we could start weaning her off oxygen, you know.
- 14:27SPEAKER_03: Like she stayed at this one stat.
- 14:29SPEAKER_03: Um, I couldn't run my business.
- 14:31SPEAKER_03: So when I was pumping milk in the pump room, that was about the only time I could be on the phone because you're in baby ICU.
- 14:37SPEAKER_03: I would walk in and you could just feel the feeling of death.
- 14:43SPEAKER_03: Babies would die and everyone's holding their breath, or something would be going on.
- 14:48SPEAKER_03: The nurses can't tell you, but you could feel it.
- 14:51SPEAKER_03: Um, it was absolutely crazy.
- 14:55SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 14:56SPEAKER_03: I was living minute to minute, hour by hour.
- 14:58SPEAKER_03: They say with medical trauma, it's one of the worst because it's not like a bomb goes off, or not to not to you know say one is worse than the other, but yeah, it's not a car accident where it happens and then it's just one accident.
- 15:12SPEAKER_03: It's medical trauma where you're asleep, where your defenses are down, and you get a call and they're like, Hey, we had to resuscitate your child.
- 15:20SPEAKER_03: Or they come in and they say, Um, well, we can't get a pick line in her, so we're gonna put a broviac in her neck and then right here.
- 15:27SPEAKER_03: And the surgeon has to do it while she's on a ventilator and has to move his his hand, shake it to shake with the ventilator as he's cutting into this tiny, tiny, not even one pound baby.
- 15:40SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 15:41SPEAKER_03: And he comes back and he says it's a success.
- 15:43SPEAKER_03: I dropped to my knees and I just like start crying.
- 15:46SPEAKER_03: Like, wow, I cannot tell you for how long.
- 15:49SPEAKER_03: Now, the thing that I do um that I think really got me through it was I'd never been so close to my faith at the time.
- 15:55SPEAKER_03: I was a Christian.
- 15:56SPEAKER_03: Um, I was very, very strong in my faith.
- 15:59SPEAKER_03: Um around that time, I was doing business ministry, I was leaving leading the business ministry, I was helping with the youth.
- 16:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I was going all the time, like I was very involved with it.
- 16:07SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 16:07SPEAKER_03: And um, but I still had this coaching community, right?
- 16:10SPEAKER_03: And people were like, what's going on?
- 16:12SPEAKER_03: Because I made this decision.
- 16:13SPEAKER_03: I was just gonna tell the whole world.
- 16:14SPEAKER_03: And when I did, I was like, I can't be a sob story.
- 16:19SPEAKER_03: I have to be, I have to like, and if not for them, for me.
- 16:22SPEAKER_03: And so I would do things, I called it the stoplight confessional.
- 16:25SPEAKER_03: I did two things during this time.
- 16:27SPEAKER_03: One, um, we celebrated her birthday every Monday.
- 16:30SPEAKER_03: It was every, it was every week that she had um she was born on a Monday.
- 16:36SPEAKER_03: And so it was basically every single week.
- 16:38SPEAKER_03: And we would celebrate her birthday because we didn't know how long that we were gonna have her.
- 16:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it wasn't until the third month that the lady said, the nurse said, you know, you're gonna take your daughter home one day.
- 16:47SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Oh my God.
- 16:50SPEAKER_03: Because I'd just been living day to day, you know, and just hoping that nothing was gonna crash.
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: Even when it was good, I wouldn't believe it.
- 16:57SPEAKER_03: So um, we celebrated her birthday every day and we did cake pop Monday.
- 17:01SPEAKER_03: And I did have if you look up right now, hashtag cake pop monday, you will see all of the cake pops from the Vatican to South Africa.
- 17:09SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 17:10SPEAKER_03: Everyone around here um holding up a pink cake pop and doing uh miracle baby Olivia, cake pop Monday, 12 ounce miracle, always uh have hope, you know.
- 17:20SPEAKER_03: Like, and we just started this whole thing.
- 17:21SPEAKER_03: Look it up.
- 17:22SPEAKER_03: And so I would I would literally spend$50 every Monday and bring in all these cake pops for all the nurses.
- 17:28SPEAKER_03: Oh we would hang up this banner that said happy birthday because they were so this NICU staff was amazing.
- 17:34SPEAKER_03: Like they knew that we weren't there was a chance that we might not.
- 17:37SPEAKER_03: So we like lived every day to the fullest, right?
- 17:40SPEAKER_03: You have to, yeah.
- 17:41SPEAKER_03: And it really took me from never ever being present to so present, so, so, so present.
- 17:48SPEAKER_03: And something I used to do, I used to come home and I used to sing opera.
- 17:51SPEAKER_03: I'm not a singer, I had no idea why I would do this until years later.
- 17:55SPEAKER_03: And I would just be like, whoa, and I'll I'll save you.
- 17:59SPEAKER_03: But it was just as loud and deep and long as I possibly could.
- 18:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 18:04SPEAKER_03: I had no idea that was breath work, you know?
- 18:06SPEAKER_03: And um it was just it was just crazy.
- 18:09SPEAKER_03: So we finally ended up taking her home 182 days later.
- 18:12SPEAKER_03: She she was born in July.
- 18:14SPEAKER_03: We take her home in January of 2025.
- 18:17SPEAKER_03: But we take her home and she has an NG tube in her that goes down to her belly, and she had a uh um oxygen on her.
- 18:24SPEAKER_03: And so we had an oxygen concentrator in our house, and it was a 50-foot cord, and all I wanted was a cordless baby, a wireless baby.
- 18:31SPEAKER_03: Like she always had this stuff on her.
- 18:34SPEAKER_03: And then I had to stick the NG tube down her, like literally swaddle her, wait for her to choke, and then shove it down there and put on a stethoscope with a little vial and like push air and make sure that it was in the right part of her stomach and then tape it to her face.
- 18:51SPEAKER_03: I get queasy when I see blood.
- 18:53SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 18:54SPEAKER_03: So the fact that I had to do this was crazy.
- 18:56SPEAKER_03: We had 40 hours of nursing during the day, 40 hours of nursing at night.
- 19:00SPEAKER_03: I say all this to say that two things.
- 19:03SPEAKER_03: One, you don't have to have a 12-ounce baby to like go through this or to feel this.
- 19:07SPEAKER_03: But two, I also had two businesses while I was going through this.
- 19:11SPEAKER_03: I didn't care about your damn dog.
- 19:13SPEAKER_03: I didn't care about what you thought was your problem at home because I was fighting for my daughter's life.
- 19:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 19:21SPEAKER_03: And even at that point when she was home, we found this amazing uh specialist in Tucson.
- 19:27SPEAKER_03: And we used to drive down to Tucson two hours away, load up the car with all the things, and because anytime a bottle would come near her mouth, rightfully so, she would projectile vomit.
- 19:38SPEAKER_03: Couches, the dog, the coffee table, us, like anything.
- 19:42SPEAKER_03: You moved her, and she wouldn't, she wouldn't want anything in her mouth.
- 19:45SPEAKER_03: Of course not.
- 19:46SPEAKER_03: When you're jamming a ventilator and a feeding tube, your body knows that there's this book, The Body Keeps the Score, where our bodies remember, but our minds don't.
- 19:56SPEAKER_03: And um, and so we got this therapist to actually, we had um, we had a a a time where she was gonna get a G tube and they put a G tube in kids and they wait till they're three.
- 20:06SPEAKER_03: They say just a feeder and a grower, they call them.
- 20:08SPEAKER_03: Interesting.
- 20:08SPEAKER_03: And that hinders development even more, right?
- 20:12SPEAKER_03: So just just like how we are now, you know, my daughter never experienced a lot of crawling or or like playing.
- 20:19SPEAKER_03: So we have an OT right now, occupational therapy, which is fine motor.
- 20:22SPEAKER_03: It's you know, riding and her her finger, she can't go like this with her fingers, like interesting, wave them like a way.
- 20:28SPEAKER_03: It's it's flexed or or um clinched.
- 20:31SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 20:32SPEAKER_03: And so, you know, there's all this stuff that you're fighting through and you're still growing businesses.
- 20:37SPEAKER_03: And I'm doing the stoplight confessional, which is um, it's like there was always this stoplight that would take three minutes, like, oh, hey guys, I know life might look dark, but don't forget the sun is always behind the clouds.
- 20:48SPEAKER_03: And like, because it was a cloudy day in Arizona, right?
- 20:51SPEAKER_03: And it was more so for me.
- 20:52SPEAKER_03: And so when I'm getting my makeup on or I'm doing my hair in the morning, I would think, what can I put out to the world that's really for me, but for them.
- 21:00SPEAKER_03: And I believe, and again, now years later, 10, 11 years later, yeah, I know that that practice of choosing to be grateful or find some light in this darkness, in this death.
- 21:14SPEAKER_03: Like I would literally walk in and they're like, they were these twins, and this baby Bella died.
- 21:20SPEAKER_03: Or and then Bella, Bella's parents wanted Santa Claus, who came into the NICU for pictures.
- 21:27SPEAKER_03: Santa Claus took a picture with deceased baby Bella in our pod, and then came over to Olivia.
- 21:35SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't have words for that kind of mental format.
- 21:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 21:41SPEAKER_03: And then the survivor skill that you go home with.
- 21:45SPEAKER_03: And knowing that, like, the best friend, I mean a friend Michelle, her baby died three months into it, and she was one pound twelve ounces.
- 21:53SPEAKER_03: And it's like, there's so many things that you're dealing with.
- 21:57SPEAKER_03: I bring this up because we all have.
- 22:00SPEAKER_03: Our 12-ounce baby moment in life.
- 22:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:03SPEAKER_03: I don't care if you stubbed your toe or if you were a NICU.
- 22:07SPEAKER_03: Trauma is trauma and we all have it.
- 22:09SPEAKER_03: I don't care if you think you grew up in the perfect place ever.
- 22:12SPEAKER_03: Like we all have it.
- 22:13SPEAKER_03: And so what started a lot of healing for me is so I had postpartum.
- 22:17SPEAKER_03: I was going to a group for that.
- 22:19SPEAKER_03: I had uh EMDR, which I am the success rate of EMDR is amazing.
- 22:24SPEAKER_03: It's bilateral like stimulation.
- 22:25SPEAKER_03: It gets your left and right brain together and you go deep into things and it's uh 10 to 12 sessions with a trained therapist.
- 22:32SPEAKER_03: There's a protocol for it.
- 22:33SPEAKER_03: They use it a lot for PTSD.
- 22:35SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 22:36SPEAKER_03: I I highly recommend everybody does it.
- 22:38SPEAKER_03: And yeah, you know what?
- 22:39SPEAKER_03: Unfortunately, your insurance probably does not cover it.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: That's unfortunate.
- 22:42SPEAKER_03: But you know what?
- 22:43SPEAKER_03: What is your mental health worth?
- 22:45SPEAKER_03: You know, like what is underneath there that you don't even know about?
- 22:48SPEAKER_03: What are the patterns or the things that you keep doing?
- 22:51SPEAKER_03: And cognitively, you know, I shouldn't be doing this, but your heart hasn't understood it yet.
- 22:56SPEAKER_03: Because our particle, like there's so much more to healing than just the cognitive.
- 23:00SPEAKER_03: That's why we can know something but still do something else.
- 23:03SPEAKER_03: And so I that opened up my healing journey.
- 23:06SPEAKER_03: We also went through a year and a half of couples therapy and emotionally focused therapy, and I learned about so many different therapies.
- 23:14SPEAKER_03: And um, unfortunately, you know, the marriage didn't survive it.
- 23:18SPEAKER_03: And I found myself being a single mom.
- 23:20SPEAKER_03: And so now, during that whole time, I had actually sold in 2016.
- 23:25SPEAKER_03: So Olivia was born in 2014.
- 23:26SPEAKER_03: In 2016, I sold the pet sitting company.
- 23:30SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 23:31SPEAKER_03: And um I looked at the coaching and I said, okay, I can't do dollar for time, but I really want to make this happen.
- 23:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 23:37SPEAKER_03: Let's figure out a one-to-many model.
- 23:40SPEAKER_03: And that's when my mastermind started.
- 23:42SPEAKER_03: I already had Facebook groups with thousands of people in them.
- 23:45SPEAKER_03: And um I said, okay, join my mastermind.
- 23:47SPEAKER_03: And that's where I'll teach.
- 23:48SPEAKER_03: So pay me a monthly fee.
- 23:50SPEAKER_03: And then I also said, um, okay, I love marketing.
- 23:53SPEAKER_03: Marketing's so much fun.
- 23:54SPEAKER_03: I know you love marketing.
- 23:56SPEAKER_03: It's creative, right?
- 23:57SPEAKER_03: And so I started the first program.
- 23:59SPEAKER_03: I did a lot of firsts in the pet industry.
- 24:01SPEAKER_03: Um, it was create content once and then change the colors, the fonts, the logo, and give it to everybody.
- 24:07SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 24:08SPEAKER_03: And um, we had 30 or 40 people in the program.
- 24:11SPEAKER_03: I had a team that would like do all of that, but it was like me coming up with the idea.
- 24:15SPEAKER_03: We didn't have AI then.
- 24:16SPEAKER_03: It was the designer coming up with the design.
- 24:19SPEAKER_03: It was me approving.
- 24:20SPEAKER_03: It was a oh God, it was a mess.
- 24:22SPEAKER_03: Like, thank God we're not gonna be able to do that.
- 24:23SPEAKER_03: Way more labeling tests.
- 24:24SPEAKER_03: It was crazy.
- 24:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:26SPEAKER_03: Um, but that's what we did.
- 24:27SPEAKER_03: That's what I did.
- 24:28SPEAKER_03: And then I had started the podcast in 2014 that's now just published 600 and no 464th episode yesterday.
- 24:35SPEAKER_03: Um, Bella in your business.
- 24:37SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 24:38SPEAKER_03: Let's go.
- 24:39SPEAKER_03: So I'm doing all this stuff with with business owners.
- 24:42SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm kind of like holding their feet to the fire, asking them the tough questions.
- 24:46SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm I'm I'm in survival now.
- 24:49SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm now a single mom.
- 24:51SPEAKER_03: I'm like, oh my gosh.
- 24:53SPEAKER_03: Like, well, or part-time single, we sure are 50-50.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:56SPEAKER_03: And um, but I'm like, I have no one to fall back on anymore.
- 24:59SPEAKER_03: Right?
- 25:00SPEAKER_03: Like, that's scary.
- 25:02SPEAKER_03: And as a woman, yeah.
- 25:04SPEAKER_03: And you're like, okay, like I need safety nets that have safety nets.
- 25:10SPEAKER_03: I need to get real on diversified income, right?
- 25:14SPEAKER_03: Revenue and uh investments, right?
- 25:18SPEAKER_03: Because you can't put all your eggs in one basket, as I'm sure you know.
- 25:22SPEAKER_03: And um, and so I really, really got keen on that.
- 25:25SPEAKER_03: And I I really was like operating out of a place of scarcity, out of fear, yeah.
- 25:30SPEAKER_03: Out of, oh my God, I need all my nuts.
- 25:32SPEAKER_03: Like, I need all these nuts, I need to like kill it, hustle it, like destroy it, don't stop.
- 25:37SPEAKER_03: And if you do, you're terrible.
- 25:39SPEAKER_03: And what are you doing?
- 25:40SPEAKER_03: You're lazy.
- 25:41SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, I'm lazy.
- 25:42SPEAKER_03: I'm nobody tells me I'm lazy.
- 25:44SPEAKER_03: Where does I'm lazy come from?
- 25:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:48SPEAKER_03: Oh shoot, I need to go back to therapy again.
- 25:51SPEAKER_03: I need to start understanding this, but therapy's not working anymore.
- 25:56SPEAKER_03: Because I know I cognitively know this stuff.
- 25:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:59SPEAKER_03: I've read the books.
- 26:00SPEAKER_03: And you're checking yourself already.
- 26:02SPEAKER_03: I've read the books.
- 26:03SPEAKER_03: Why isn't this stuff healing?
- 26:05SPEAKER_03: And that's when I started getting into um the woo-woo stuff, as the world likes to call it, but it's science.
- 26:11SPEAKER_03: Yep, it's science into my particles and energy and frequencies and going into my heart and realizing that my heart was different than my head and understanding like all the different chakras and the areas of myself.
- 26:24SPEAKER_03: And I am no way, shape, or form an expert in this.
- 26:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 26:27SPEAKER_03: But I'll tell you, as I started doing that, it was so uncomfortable because I was still, I was tired.
- 26:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 26:34SPEAKER_03: After I was hustling, I was tired.
- 26:37SPEAKER_03: There was a couple years that I only worked Monday and Tuesday until noon because I self-proclaimed said that my brain doesn't work after noon.
- 26:44SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 26:45SPEAKER_03: And luckily, I had set myself up for reoccurring revenue.
- 26:48SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 26:49SPEAKER_03: So I gave myself that space.
- 26:51SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 26:51SPEAKER_03: But it was the most uncomfortable time of my personal life.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: It's hard.
- 26:56SPEAKER_03: Because you have to sit down and shut up.
- 26:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 26:59SPEAKER_03: You have to let the voices in your head come to the front.
- 27:02SPEAKER_03: I call it the tribal council.
- 27:03SPEAKER_03: Because then you're like, oh my God, I got all these different voices telling me all these different things.
- 27:07SPEAKER_03: What do I do?
- 27:08SPEAKER_03: Who do I listen to?
- 27:10SPEAKER_03: Who's the right one?
- 27:11SPEAKER_03: And then I realized I have to love all of them.
- 27:14SPEAKER_03: They're all parts of me.
- 27:16SPEAKER_03: And then I got into inner child work.
- 27:18SPEAKER_03: Oh my God.
- 27:18SPEAKER_03: I texted my therapist at the time with like snot rags on the thing, crayons and all kinds of F-bombs, and I'll keep it clean here, but it was not nice.
- 27:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:28SPEAKER_03: I was like, are you happy now?
- 27:29SPEAKER_03: Like this was the most uncomfortable, stupid thing ever.
- 27:32SPEAKER_03: And now I'm just angry.
- 27:33SPEAKER_03: And oh no, I unlocked it.
- 27:35SPEAKER_03: I unlocked it.
- 27:37SPEAKER_03: I had no idea.
- 27:38SPEAKER_03: I had no idea it went down that deep.
- 27:40SPEAKER_03: And I think a lot of times I was uncomfortable going there because when I went into inner child work, I was thinking, I'm a victim.
- 27:49SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, I'm not a victim.
- 27:50SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't want to go there.
- 27:51SPEAKER_03: Oh, my dad yelled at me.
- 27:53SPEAKER_03: Oh, my mom didn't stand up for me.
- 27:55SPEAKER_03: It's not about that.
- 27:56SPEAKER_03: It has nothing to do.
- 27:58SPEAKER_03: Like, I understood it's not about that.
- 27:59SPEAKER_03: It's about like the karmic lesson.
- 28:00SPEAKER_03: It's about, it's about um, like that's what pro subconsciously programmed me.
- 28:06SPEAKER_03: They were doing the best that they could.
- 28:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:07SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 28:08SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:08SPEAKER_03: And I've had conversations with them.
- 28:09SPEAKER_03: Like, my dad, God bless him.
- 28:11SPEAKER_03: He's, he's, he'll, he'll bark on the outside, he's Italian.
- 28:14SPEAKER_03: Loud on the outside, soft and mushy on the inside.
- 28:16SPEAKER_03: Don't tell anyone I said that, dad.
- 28:18SPEAKER_03: If you ever listen to this, sorry, I told everyone.
- 28:20SPEAKER_03: But I found love.
- 28:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:22SPEAKER_03: And um, and that's what I realized, you know, and I had to like go through this like true acceptance.
- 28:28SPEAKER_03: I'm not even gonna say forgiveness, it was acceptance.
- 28:32SPEAKER_03: And they were the first people I accepted.
- 28:34SPEAKER_03: You are who you are.
- 28:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you did the best thing that you could, and that allowed me to start accept accepting everyone else, including the tribal council in my head.
- 28:44SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 28:45SPEAKER_03: There's this really cool book called Extential Kink, and it talks about the fact that like when we are attracting these things that we're like, what the hell?
- 28:55SPEAKER_03: That there's a part of us that actually likes it.
- 28:58SPEAKER_03: And that's the premise of the book.
- 28:59SPEAKER_03: I suggest to check it out.
- 29:00SPEAKER_03: It's amazing.
- 29:01SPEAKER_03: You love it.
- 29:02SPEAKER_03: But um, you know, it's about loving all parts of ourselves.
- 29:05SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:06SPEAKER_03: And I think that a lot of us, one of the biggest things I I the first lesson I learned when I was quiet with myself was looking through guilt, shame, and fear.
- 29:15SPEAKER_03: And it was um an energy coach that I still have now who explained that to me.
- 29:21SPEAKER_03: And I was like, he's like, Well, why do you feel guilty?
- 29:24SPEAKER_03: I was like, huh?
- 29:25SPEAKER_03: Well, there's I I hear shame.
- 29:27SPEAKER_03: I was like, I'm not shameful, I'm prideful.
- 29:29SPEAKER_03: Look at me.
- 29:31SPEAKER_03: Like, no, no, no, no, no.
- 29:32SPEAKER_03: Here's the mirror.
- 29:33SPEAKER_03: Like, let's go deeper.
- 29:34SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Oh, and so the minute that I learned this stuff, it makes it easier for me.
- 29:40SPEAKER_03: My intuition goes up because then as people are talking, I now have so many more tools inside of myself as a coach that I can understand, I can pinpoint.
- 29:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:50SPEAKER_03: And sometimes it's knowledge, sometimes it's just intuition.
- 29:53SPEAKER_03: You haven't told me anything about you, but most of the time, if I tap in and tune in, my intuition's gone so far up because I feel like I've been able to open up those parts of myself through my own self-discovery.
- 30:06SPEAKER_03: So I don't even know where I am in the story, but um, I, you know, I get out of like the survival mode, then I get into like just exhaustion mode.
- 30:15SPEAKER_03: And I think that none of us are allowed to be in exhaustion mode.
- 30:19SPEAKER_03: Like, let's put it on autopilot and let's just like chill our nervous system so that we can come back into alignment.
- 30:26SPEAKER_03: And that's where I'm now.
- 30:27SPEAKER_03: Oh, and it feels so amazing.
- 30:29SPEAKER_03: And it's like, I only want to build now if it's in alignment.
- 30:33SPEAKER_03: And I figured out when it's in alignment, it's when I get excited.
- 30:37SPEAKER_03: It's like sitting here talking to you, doing this makes me feel in alignment because I get to be a mirror to whoever's listening to this, or push some people's beliefs.
- 30:49SPEAKER_03: Because I think that a lot of times when people talk about things, they talk about the end of it or they talk about what you should do and that like the destination.
- 30:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:57SPEAKER_03: And I think every single one of us are in all these different things.
- 31:00SPEAKER_03: And I hate to say it and Lord and universe, I hope this isn't gonna happen.
- 31:05SPEAKER_03: I don't want to be in survival mode again.
- 31:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 31:08SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 31:08SPEAKER_01: Not fun.
- 31:09SPEAKER_03: Um, I don't want to go back there, but I I have different tools now.
- 31:16SPEAKER_03: I have a different way of looking at it.
- 31:17SPEAKER_03: I think I really do believe that I willed Olivia into this earth because I would look the doctors in the eye when they're telling me these horrible things, which they have to.
- 31:27SPEAKER_01: Of course.
- 31:28SPEAKER_03: And I would say, if you do not believe this child is going to survive, I need you to get the F off the team.
- 31:34SPEAKER_03: I literally said that to him with so much conviction.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 31:38SPEAKER_03: And I didn't, I didn't know what I know now.
- 31:41SPEAKER_03: I would have been terrified.
- 31:42SPEAKER_03: I was blissfully ignorant.
- 31:44SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 31:45SPEAKER_03: And all I had was was my faith.
- 31:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 31:49SPEAKER_03: Believing in the unknown that you can't see, and just literally being like, no, this is gonna happen.
- 31:55SPEAKER_04: This is gonna happen.
- 31:56SPEAKER_03: Tell me I can't do it.
- 31:57SPEAKER_03: You see, right from the beginning, like, tell me I can't do it.
- 32:00SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna do it.
- 32:02SPEAKER_03: Um, and that was when it was really put to the test.
- 32:05SPEAKER_03: And so now when I'm when I'm doing keynotes, I don't care what it is, I'll always I'll use it in my head the whole time.
- 32:12SPEAKER_03: I was like, God, why are you bringing me through this?
- 32:15SPEAKER_03: And I was like, You're not bringing me through this for me never to talk about it.
- 32:18SPEAKER_03: I don't care if she's 25, I'm still gonna talk about it.
- 32:21SPEAKER_01: Amen.
- 32:21SPEAKER_03: And it's like, so I'll be doing keynotes for uh some random industry, and I'll open it up with something that has to do with mindset and that time in my life.
- 32:32SPEAKER_03: I'll leave the story open, I'll teach what I need to teach, and I'll close it with the like closing that's part of the story, right?
- 32:39SPEAKER_01: Very smart, I love that.
- 32:40SPEAKER_03: And uh speaking for me, that's the biggest alignment I can ever get in.
- 32:46SPEAKER_03: I go to Sons Games and I'm like, oh my gosh, just give me the microphone for 60 seconds and tell me I have 60 seconds to motivate this entire stadium, like that little where the rest of the world is like it's like their biggest fear.
- 32:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah, right?
- 32:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah, not for me.
- 33:01SPEAKER_01: Um I'm right there with you.
- 33:02SPEAKER_03: I'm built different.
- 33:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I know.
- 33:03SPEAKER_03: I've I looked you up.
- 33:05SPEAKER_03: Um I knew I was getting myself into you before I got in there.
- 33:08SPEAKER_03: I know who I'm talking to.
- 33:09SPEAKER_03: I qualified the audience.
- 33:10SPEAKER_03: Um, not to mention, I also feel like, and this is part of me now, like, I feel like you have to surround yourself with incredible people.
- 33:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 33:20SPEAKER_03: Because you don't see like, let's say, CEOs of major companies dealing drugs on the corner with hobos and people who don't have a home, right?
- 33:30SPEAKER_03: Like you are your circle, and it's so cliche.
- 33:33SPEAKER_03: But I say every single one of my friends are magical.
- 33:36SPEAKER_03: And one of my magical friends was one of your guests back in January, okay, Olenka.
- 33:40SPEAKER_03: Oh and uh she told me about you.
- 33:43SPEAKER_03: And she was like, you need to go.
- 33:45SPEAKER_03: She is, she's absolutely she is a unicorn queen sparkle.
- 33:49SPEAKER_03: And I love her.
- 33:50SPEAKER_03: And what I love about her is that she will, when I was making this like addition, I'm not even gonna call it a pivot, it's an addition into um AI and hiring for the world instead of just in this niche of the pet industry.
- 34:06SPEAKER_03: She's like, Hella, you gotta niche, you gotta be AI for hiring.
- 34:11SPEAKER_03: Like one thing because people can't understand that you actually have all this like that's the door to get in.
- 34:17SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 34:18SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 34:18SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 34:19SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, but, but, but, but, okay.
- 34:21SPEAKER_03: I was such a generalist in a niche.
- 34:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 34:24SPEAKER_03: And it's so it was so hard for me to do that because I'm like, but but I could do all these other things too.
- 34:30SPEAKER_03: And um, and and so having her literally kick my butt at my kitchen table, but I've also done that for her as well.
- 34:38SPEAKER_03: And that's where I think it's so important for us to pay attention and be intentional about who you surround yourself with, who you listen to, what you listen to.
- 34:49SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 34:50SPEAKER_03: Are we listening to country where I'm sorry, I don't like country, but country where it's like, you know, my dog died and my girlfriend left me.
- 34:58SPEAKER_03: Or are we listening to music that we created on Sunno that has to do with your future self, which is what I teach.
- 35:08SPEAKER_03: I teach part of that.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 35:10SPEAKER_03: I teach like how to make your 5D self mantra with AI and record it.
- 35:18SPEAKER_03: A S M R.
- 35:21SPEAKER_03: You are safe.
- 35:26SPEAKER_03: You what I mine's eight and a half minutes.
- 35:28SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 35:29SPEAKER_03: It was the most uncomfortable thing I did last year on 4-4.
- 35:32SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 35:32SPEAKER_03: And uh within three months, everything came true.
- 35:35SPEAKER_03: It was insane.
- 35:36SPEAKER_03: But I I I made this whole mantra, I I recorded it, I listened to it when I took a nap, I went to sleep, uh, when I just felt like I needed to be grounded.
- 35:44SPEAKER_03: Then I took that and I asked it to make me song lyrics when Sunno came out, which was after 4-4.
- 35:52SPEAKER_03: And um, I made songs so I could listen to my own songs, but it had my lyrics, my words, like the things about my life.
- 36:00SPEAKER_03: So now I can listen to my songs.
- 36:01SPEAKER_03: It really is.
- 36:02SPEAKER_03: Like, go take a walk and listen to it.
- 36:04SPEAKER_03: I'm not done yet.
- 36:06SPEAKER_03: Then it also, your your 5D is usually, you know, like I'm walking on the beach in Maui with my kid, right?
- 36:13SPEAKER_03: And my wife, or something like that.
- 36:15SPEAKER_03: And so you take a picture of yourself, you say, put me on the beach of Maui, and you have this beautiful picture on Nano Banana.
- 36:24SPEAKER_03: Then you take it a step further and you have Vio make an eight-minute, uh, eight-second version of the picture.
- 36:31SPEAKER_03: So now you get a video.
- 36:32SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 36:33SPEAKER_03: Now you got a movie.
- 36:34SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 36:34SPEAKER_03: If you slice them together, so now you get a movie of you doing your future thing.
- 36:37SPEAKER_03: You can see it.
- 36:38SPEAKER_00: Mine movie.
- 36:39SPEAKER_03: You have pictures you can put around your house because that silly vision board you don't see after two weeks.
- 36:45SPEAKER_03: You have music that you can listen to in the background while you're working or while you're walking or taking a you know, mindful whatever.
- 36:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 36:52SPEAKER_03: Uh, and you have this thing that you can literally brainwash yourself at the most powerful time when you're about to go to sleep instead of listening to Law and Order or some crime or some news or horrible stuff.
- 37:05SPEAKER_03: So it is so important to brainwash yourself.
- 37:09SPEAKER_03: And it has never been a better time to do that than 2026.
- 37:12SPEAKER_03: We have all these tools for free.
- 37:15SPEAKER_03: All you gotta do is stack them and be intentional.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: That is exactly you took the word out of my freaking mind.
- 37:21SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 37:22SPEAKER_03: That is that is great.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: I mean it is.
- 37:24SPEAKER_03: Anyone can do it.
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 37:25SPEAKER_03: The only thing that's holding you back from doing it is yourself.
- 37:27SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 37:28SPEAKER_03: Because guess what?
- 37:29SPEAKER_03: I could sit here and teach you, or you could open up Claude or ChatGPT and you could take the transcript, or you could take this little sound bite and be like, teach me how to do this.
- 37:36SPEAKER_03: You need nano banana, Sono, AI, and a microphone.
- 37:40SPEAKER_03: And you could do it on your, you don't even need a real microphone.
- 37:43SPEAKER_03: You could do it on your cell phone, you know?
- 37:45SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 37:46SPEAKER_03: And so it's it literally changes mind.
- 37:48SPEAKER_03: So I do that in my mastermind.
- 37:49SPEAKER_03: Uh in December, we always do self uh self-care.
- 37:52SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 37:53SPEAKER_03: And so that's one of the things we do.
- 37:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 37:54SPEAKER_03: And I challenge my mastermind members to do it.
- 37:56SPEAKER_03: I don't teach anything I don't know.
- 37:58SPEAKER_03: I'm not, I hate hate is a strong word, and I hate.
- 38:02SPEAKER_03: It is.
- 38:02SPEAKER_03: I hate when people just regurgitate other people's stuff and they haven't done it themselves.
- 38:07SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 38:08SPEAKER_03: And this day and age, you're gonna have a lot of fakers out there.
- 38:10SPEAKER_03: Oh, I told you.
- 38:11SPEAKER_03: You're gonna have so many people that I have people I coached, and six months later they turn around and they're a coach and they're regurgitating my stuff.
- 38:18SPEAKER_03: You've got AI now that you can like pull up whatever you want, you know?
- 38:21SPEAKER_03: And so I think I think it's really important, along with intentionality, if you're gonna listen to someone, who are they?
- 38:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah, what fire have they walked through?
- 38:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 38:30SPEAKER_03: How are they qualified?
- 38:31SPEAKER_03: What kind of life are they living?
- 38:34SPEAKER_03: Are they being open about their life?
- 38:36SPEAKER_03: You know, um, is it is it someone you want to emulate?
- 38:39SPEAKER_03: There's so many people out there that are don't have a potipice in, and they're telling you about your PL.
- 38:45SPEAKER_03: Come on now.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: Yes, it happens all the time.
- 38:48SPEAKER_00: You see it, you see individuals out there that don't share anything personally, and everything's so polished, and you're like, who is this person?
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: And then people like, oh, I met him in person, and they're not exactly who they were portraying that they were, or they're a one-trick pony.
- 39:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know, like show me, show me the evolution of your business.
- 39:04SPEAKER_03: And so something I'll say to people or I'll identify when I first work with them is um if it's an entrepreneur, I'll be like, What part of your journey are you on?
- 39:13SPEAKER_03: Because nobody ever actually stops, because it's just like we gotta do this, we gotta crush it, we gotta do okay.
- 39:19SPEAKER_03: But is this really the right time for you, Norman?
- 39:22SPEAKER_03: Why right now?
- 39:23SPEAKER_03: Why now?
- 39:24SPEAKER_03: Well, because you know, I'm getting my groove back, I'm back in alignment, I'm so ready to build, I'm inspired.
- 39:29SPEAKER_03: Like I'm working 10 hour days right now and I'm excited.
- 39:32SPEAKER_03: I have to stop myself from working because I'm so on fire.
- 39:36SPEAKER_03: Or are you making up every single excuse in the book?
- 39:39SPEAKER_03: And are you trying to make yourself super busy so that you don't have to sit with yourself or your business and answer the hard questions?
- 39:45SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 39:46SPEAKER_03: You just make yourself busy.
- 39:47SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 39:48SPEAKER_03: I'm so busy.
- 39:49SPEAKER_03: What are you busy doing?
- 39:51SPEAKER_03: You're a huge being, not doing, you know?
- 39:55SPEAKER_03: And now we have AI.
- 39:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 39:57SPEAKER_03: And if you're doing more than being, we got a problem.
- 40:02SPEAKER_00: That's that couldn't be you hit the null.
- 40:05SPEAKER_00: Because I'll tell you what, like most recently, that's exactly my alignment is doing less.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: Like, I only worked a week and a half last month.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: Amen, bro.
- 40:17SPEAKER_04: That's so cool.
- 40:17SPEAKER_00: I was out there for two weeks.
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: I got super sick when I got back.
- 40:20SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the parting gift, uh, Japan.
- 40:23SPEAKER_00: And uh, I had the biggest month of the year so far.
- 40:26SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: Didn't need, I mean, didn't need to work any harder.
- 40:29SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 40:30SPEAKER_00: I totally just let it go.
- 40:31SPEAKER_03: And this podcast, tell our listeners, why did you start this podcast?
- 40:35SPEAKER_03: Is this like the passion project?
- 40:36SPEAKER_03: Is this like the let's just like have a really cool networking meeting, but record it and send it out to the world?
- 40:43SPEAKER_03: Like, what is the antithesis for this?
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: The next Joe Rogan, but bigger.
- 40:48SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 40:48SPEAKER_00: So basically, um I love this vision.
- 40:52SPEAKER_00: When you look at the different shows and podcasts and everything that's out there, um, there's a lot of like, and I'm I'm you get I'm feeling it here.
- 40:59SPEAKER_00: Um, there's a lot of fluff.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: Oh, you got goose fumps?
- 41:03SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, big time.
- 41:04SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of fluff.
- 41:05SPEAKER_03: Not a meeting with Bella unless those happen.
- 41:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
- 41:07SPEAKER_00: And there's a lot of individuals out there that are in the limelight right now.
- 41:10SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: And so you see it, you already see, you know who they are.
- 41:14SPEAKER_00: And I don't have to drop any of the names.
- 41:16SPEAKER_00: You know, the the two brothers and yada yada yada, and they're getting all the clout and they're getting all the stuff, and and it's it's almost kind of like agenda-ish.
- 41:24SPEAKER_00: So for this show, I got nothing to sell.
- 41:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's sponsored by liftoff agent.
- 41:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I had to fight my business partner to do it because he thought it was gonna cause maybe conflict of interest because of brand on the liftoff agent too close to the same.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: Um, and so for me, it's like, hey, let's just have fun.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: Let's just let's just put myself out there.
- 41:45SPEAKER_00: Let's only make it in person, like the other ones online and in person, uh-huh.
- 41:49SPEAKER_00: So we can go deeper with conversations.
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: Um, let's just make it two hours, and then uh the right people that need to see this will see this and be able to hopefully just take one thing from it to be able to apply their their their life personally, professionally, spiritually, and have more success.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: And I'm a little, you know, I gotta say, I'm also just gonna be a little selfish here and say that to have someone like you in the room who's as amazing as you are, to be able to listen and understand.
- 42:16SPEAKER_00: It's like it's like free coaching at the same time.
- 42:19SPEAKER_00: And and so it comes together full circle.
- 42:22SPEAKER_00: And I'm excited to see where it's gonna go because I know eventually with lift off agent, 15,000 agents, top 1%.
- 42:29SPEAKER_00: I want to serve is the goal.
- 42:31SPEAKER_00: Click your applause button.
- 42:32SPEAKER_00: Um, we're at almost five, so we have a little ways to go.
- 42:35SPEAKER_00: But uh 100 in the Philippines, I have 20 now, and then in the States, I want about 20, 25, and then 15,000 agents, top 1% at the middle tier.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: It'd be about 13 million a month, 166 million a year, and I'll sell the company for 300 million.
- 42:50SPEAKER_00: What's next?
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: And I'm already doing the what's next.
- 42:52SPEAKER_00: Bro, you know, I love it.
- 42:54SPEAKER_00: So so that's my thing.
- 42:55SPEAKER_00: It's like, well, hmm, how do I how do I and you know, the wife, she's into it, I'm into it, and then it's not as woo-woo as going directly into maybe some of the conversations so they can relate to what you just said.
- 43:07SPEAKER_00: Like, okay, I'm divorced.
- 43:09SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm a mother.
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: Oh, I've been to the industry.
- 43:12SPEAKER_03: And you have a lot of bros on the episode, so it's nice when you get the the women on here, too.
- 43:15SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 43:16SPEAKER_00: And I think we're actually starting to get more of the women on, which is which is great.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: And it's all organic, everything here is organic.
- 43:23SPEAKER_00: I actually have Gia who's helping finding guests, and she was who was talking the whole time.
- 43:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 43:28SPEAKER_00: And so like I saw that yeah.
- 43:29SPEAKER_00: And slide text you like literally when you're on your way.
- 43:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 43:32SPEAKER_00: Um, and so it's fun.
- 43:33SPEAKER_00: I'm just allowing it to go where it goes.
- 43:35SPEAKER_00: We had to provide health nut on and different people, and I'm just like, let's just see what the universe, you know, I love it.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: Throws into the mix, and you know, it's just it's fun.
- 43:45SPEAKER_03: It's amazing what happens when you surrender and you see what what a lot of people say, like, what's possible, or universe bring it to me or whatever, but like you're creating the space for that.
- 43:56SPEAKER_03: And I think that's an important point to that.
- 43:58SPEAKER_03: Amen.
- 43:59SPEAKER_03: Because You can say you are welcoming it in, but unless you're actually make intentionally making the space for it, it has no place to go.
- 44:08SPEAKER_03: Or it can come to you and there's up, there's no place to land, so it's gonna go right straight over you.
- 44:11SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 44:12SPEAKER_03: You ain't ready for it yet.
- 44:13SPEAKER_03: You know?
- 44:14SPEAKER_03: So you're you're it sounds like to me that you're like open and ready and willing.
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: I I couldn't, I couldn't be uh I got goosebumps too.
- 44:24SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 44:24SPEAKER_00: Like I couldn't be more ready and it's uh it's a situation where it's just like you know, 11 years in, you put in the time and uh and being at a place now where it's just like it's all just it's just is and it's just beautiful, and it's just and it's a situation where it's like you you don't know who you don't know who's watching.
- 44:43SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 44:43SPEAKER_00: And then you'll and you'll whatever, you know.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: Not everyone likes, not everyone comments, not everyone says things.
- 44:48SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 44:49SPEAKER_00: But then all suddenly someone will go into this philosophical thing.
- 44:52SPEAKER_00: You're like, where the hell did that come from?
- 44:54SPEAKER_00: And it's this thing, oh yeah, I watched the show and this and that.
- 44:57SPEAKER_00: I'm like, like, I know you're gonna just all suddenly open up or you watch the show or whatever else.
- 45:01SPEAKER_00: I mean, we went to um there, we had a guest, and we'll probably have to have him back on this show.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: And he has uh just grow podcasts, Nico.
- 45:08SPEAKER_00: He has the woo, the woo and the do.
- 45:10SPEAKER_00: So Nico.
- 45:11SPEAKER_02: Hello, Nico.
- 45:11SPEAKER_00: So Nico was at uh was on Real C vs.
- 45:14SPEAKER_00: Technology.
- 45:15SPEAKER_00: We haven't got on the list of experience.
- 45:16SPEAKER_00: And then long story short, I went to his uh, this is a woo-and-do podcast, and went to his woo, so the more woo-woo side.
- 45:22SPEAKER_00: And I got partnered with this guy who also is connected with um Michael with Optimize, and Michael is on the show too, and they and he does like Wim Hop breathing, and he knows certified health nut, and yada yada yada yada, right?
- 45:34SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 45:35SPEAKER_00: So I'm talking to this gentleman and I uh I can't think of his name off the top of my head.
- 45:38SPEAKER_00: And he and he's talking about this podcast, talking about this story and talking about this stuff.
- 45:42SPEAKER_00: And next thing you know, I'm like, hold on, is that the liftoff experience?
- 45:46SPEAKER_00: He's like, yeah.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: He's like, hold on.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: Are you are you yeah, it's me.
- 45:50SPEAKER_00: He's like, what the heck is it getting?
- 45:52SPEAKER_00: I was driving in the car and I was listening to your podcast, and I literally was like, I went like 30 minutes off my path because I wasn't paying attention to the DPS because I was in the trance listening to your show.
- 46:04SPEAKER_00: I know about your aunt and this and that and all this stuff.
- 46:06SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, what?
- 46:07SPEAKER_03: That's what I love about podcasting.
- 46:09SPEAKER_03: My own, it's like I get on the phone with people and they I've had people cry and they're like, I can't believe I'm talking to you.
- 46:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 46:15SPEAKER_03: And then like they instantly want to coach with me.
- 46:18SPEAKER_03: It's almost like they call to make sure that I'm real because the podcast has such a high persuasion of influence.
- 46:25SPEAKER_03: Yes, it is, you know, or influence of persuasion?
- 46:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: Um, it's it's it's wild.
- 46:31SPEAKER_00: Well, when someone spends that much time with you.
- 46:32SPEAKER_00: So on the lift off agent side, we talk about like passive prospecting, parasocial relationships where people will build no like and trust and they don't even see, they don't talk to you, nothing.
- 46:42SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 46:42SPEAKER_00: One side of relationship.
- 46:43SPEAKER_00: Well, it's the same thing with the podcast.
- 46:45SPEAKER_00: They're having this one side relationship, they feel like nay, no like and trust, and all this type of stuff.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: And then it's so interesting because I'll do whatever.
- 46:52SPEAKER_00: Like I was like, uh Friday, we go get a massage, and I was like, uh, let's go check out the smoke shop.
- 46:57SPEAKER_00: And I was like wanting, I got all the time, but sometimes like Kava Kratom, you know, that type of stuff.
- 47:01SPEAKER_00: And so I was like, oh, maybe they'll have like a white rabbit.
- 47:03SPEAKER_00: And next thing you know, I'm talking to the business owners, he's giving us free drinks, and then he's like, Oh, you do what?
- 47:08SPEAKER_00: Can you build me a website?
- 47:09SPEAKER_00: I'm like, what?
- 47:10SPEAKER_00: I'm not even hold on.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: I maybe I do real estate and and stuff like that always just happens.
- 47:16SPEAKER_00: It's just like people open up and then they just want to like, they want to like almost just hand you money, and you're like, whoa, yeah, slow down here.
- 47:23SPEAKER_00: Like, it's make sure that's an alignment for you too, and this is gonna make sense.
- 47:26SPEAKER_00: And like, what are you trying to do here?
- 47:28SPEAKER_00: But um, it's just such a blessing.
- 47:30SPEAKER_03: That's the no like and trust, like in the flesh.
- 47:32SPEAKER_03: And it reminds me of um right now I have I have a piece of paper, I just wrote it.
- 47:36SPEAKER_03: I just said, show me how good it can get.
- 47:38SPEAKER_03: And so we were talking about this at the very beginning.
- 47:40SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna circle back to it.
- 47:41SPEAKER_03: And it's still online with being intentional and stuff.
- 47:44SPEAKER_03: So uh, in between my two mirrors in my bathroom, I have uh, well, first of all, when you walk into my bedroom, I just have this wall.
- 47:50SPEAKER_03: Okay, and so I'm terrible at like like I used to use my stiletto to like hammer in like uh nails.
- 47:56SPEAKER_03: It's good.
- 47:57SPEAKER_03: And so it's just all these like when I find fun sayings, I put it up there.
- 48:00SPEAKER_03: But like I said, like your brain forgets or doesn't see it anymore.
- 48:04SPEAKER_03: So I swap them out.
- 48:05SPEAKER_03: And the minute I stop seeing it, I swap it out.
- 48:08SPEAKER_03: And so I had swapped out probably like a couple rounds over the past few years.
- 48:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 48:12SPEAKER_03: And so someone had said to me, they said, Show me how good this can get.
- 48:16SPEAKER_03: I was like, I love that.
- 48:16SPEAKER_03: And I wrote it and I just put it, there's just a piece of paper in between my two mirrors right now.
- 48:21SPEAKER_03: It's show me how good it can get.
- 48:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 48:23SPEAKER_03: And so it's it's it's exactly, it's exactly that.
- 48:26SPEAKER_03: So you walk into a store and you're already pre-programming your brain with like, show me how good it can get.
- 48:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and then to like connect, like, yeah, I I just attracted that.
- 48:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 48:35SPEAKER_03: Because I was like open and just like a human talking to a human imagine that and just like being real instead of like looking down at my phone, like, yeah, can I get a white rabbit?
- 48:47SPEAKER_03: What was a white rabbit?
- 48:48SPEAKER_03: White rabbit, yeah.
- 48:49SPEAKER_03: White rabbit, you know?
- 48:50SPEAKER_03: It's it's amazing what you can do when you really open yourself up.
- 48:56SPEAKER_03: I wanted to go back to something if this is okay.
- 48:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 48:59SPEAKER_03: Um, I saw you getting a little emotional, and then we got off topic about the about the podcast.
- 49:05SPEAKER_03: And I wanted to know what that was and where that came from.
- 49:08SPEAKER_03: Like it I feel like it means something bigger to you, and I want to hear more about that, like, bigger than Joe Grogan.
- 49:15SPEAKER_03: Like, where does that come from and what does that look like?
- 49:18SPEAKER_03: Is that okay for me to flip this on you?
- 49:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I feel that it's like there's so much going on in the world right now.
- 49:27SPEAKER_00: And the number one thing people have to remember that if you just keep it simple and you just pay attention to what's around you, and going back to like what you just said, how good can it get?
- 49:38SPEAKER_00: And if you can be intentional, like that is just an intentional action.
- 49:42SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 49:43SPEAKER_00: Just like an intentional action of saying, like, okay, the intention is I'm gonna lay my dad my head down on the pillow, I'm gonna sleep amazing, I'm gonna wake up, and I'm gonna feel refreshed and ready for the day.
- 49:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm gonna have ease and flow when I drive to the gym.
- 49:54SPEAKER_00: The gym's gonna be amazing.
- 49:56SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna do this, this, this, and this, whatever.
- 49:57SPEAKER_00: And so I feel that like it doesn't need to be so much in people's faces.
- 50:04SPEAKER_00: It could just be more of an organic conversation which we're having.
- 50:08SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 50:09SPEAKER_00: For people to start to then look at things a little bit different, just like just a quarter turn and be like, huh.
- 50:16SPEAKER_00: At what point, like I did a post today, at what point did you forget to play?
- 50:21SPEAKER_00: When did the playing stop?
- 50:23SPEAKER_00: Knocking on your neighbor's door and playing, or or or you know, you hear it from parents.
- 50:28SPEAKER_00: They're like, oh, well, you know, I have a kid now.
- 50:31SPEAKER_00: So that was a dream at one point because one of my dreams was to buy a Nissan GTR, and then I hear other fathers like to say, Oh, well, that was a dream, but it's not practical, it's not this.
- 50:40SPEAKER_00: It's four, it's four seats.
- 50:42SPEAKER_00: I got my daughter in the back.
- 50:44SPEAKER_00: What's not practical about it?
- 50:45SPEAKER_00: Like living your dream and then being excited and then driving it, and then seeing other people live your dream that inspires them to live their dream, you're not in alignment.
- 50:53SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 50:54SPEAKER_00: So that's where it's just like if, if, not if, when I can show the viewers and audience the opportunity of what alignment looks like, just from the perspective of no big names, no celebrities, right, no fucking nothing besides two individuals in a room co-creating, having an alignment opportunity to show what it looks like.
- 51:15SPEAKER_00: So then y'all out there can have your alignment moment as well, whether you know it is or not, like the gentleman who totally went the wrong way.
- 51:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 51:22SPEAKER_00: And it's just that little thing that I feel like makes the biggest difference because it's fucking overwhelming.
- 51:27SPEAKER_00: You can look at all of the news and the media and the war and the gas prices and all the bullshit.
- 51:31SPEAKER_00: Like my business partner and I were having a conversation.
- 51:34SPEAKER_00: I was like, ah, I don't know.
- 51:35SPEAKER_00: I really want to maybe get a fourplex.
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: What do you think?
- 51:37SPEAKER_00: Do you want to go in with me?
- 51:38SPEAKER_00: Or maybe I'll just do it personally.
- 51:39SPEAKER_00: It's like, ah, the rental market's not that great, yada, yada, yada.
- 51:42SPEAKER_00: But after a podcast, I'm gonna have pizza with the neighbors and Joe's a loan officer, and Ashley's the agent.
- 51:47SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna go a little deeper into doing some research and we'll see.
- 51:51SPEAKER_00: Um, and so it's just like all we can do is like just the little things, right?
- 51:55SPEAKER_00: And this is my little thing that can potentially turn into something bigger.
- 51:59SPEAKER_00: And I I there was a time where it was it was too forceful where I I I was like just pushing it down people's throat.
- 52:08SPEAKER_00: It wasn't an alignment.
- 52:09SPEAKER_00: Yes, and uh, we lost everything.
- 52:11SPEAKER_00: I lost my Instagram, my Facebook, my wife lost her Instagram, my daughter had an Instagram we started when she was like, you know, whatever, just born.
- 52:18SPEAKER_00: Um, we were starting to get some like 10,000 followers, good views, the whole nine, and like, oh, you avoided this, that, and the other thing, terms of service, so we had to shut everything down.
- 52:26SPEAKER_00: They didn't give us any reasoning, but I think it was because it was sounds too loud, yeah, and and and and maybe crossing the line a little bit.
- 52:34SPEAKER_00: So I'm learning that there's nothing that technically, even in a podcast, a lot being said here, but there's nothing that needs to be said right in order for you to really just like know, yeah, and to be in that alignment.
- 52:47SPEAKER_00: And so that's where it's like this week.
- 52:49SPEAKER_00: I've just been like, you know, a little now a little off topic, but still on topic, like just showing people like, dude, like I'm not gonna be working as hard.
- 52:57SPEAKER_00: I'm not even gonna worry about it.
- 52:58SPEAKER_00: Like, I literally back-to-back closings, barely even tried before my meeting.
- 53:02SPEAKER_00: I'm like going to the pool, I'm going in the hot tub, I'm gonna get the sun, come in.
- 53:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, met with met with this gentleman because like I was working on sell the sales division and trying too hard and pushing too hard and had an individual didn't work out.
- 53:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 53:14SPEAKER_00: I said, fuck it.
- 53:15SPEAKER_00: And the next thing you know now three people are lined up and ready to go and they want to get started, and they're starting next week, and another person started in a week and a half, and it's just like, okay, cool.
- 53:24SPEAKER_03: I I love that concept, and I'm so glad that you brought it up because I think more more people it needs to come to people's conscience, right?
- 53:32SPEAKER_03: Like, so if it's not working, it's just not working that way.
- 53:35SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 53:36SPEAKER_03: And it's make the space like we were talking about, right?
- 53:39SPEAKER_03: Like, how much do you trust the universe?
- 53:40SPEAKER_03: Like, why are you forcing and trying to control so much?
- 53:44SPEAKER_03: What I one of the lessons I learned about control, interestingly, it was again through my daughter.
- 53:49SPEAKER_03: Um, my her her dad um took her to Macedonia, that's where he's from, for two weeks last year.
- 53:55SPEAKER_03: And it was the longest I'd ever been without her.
- 53:57SPEAKER_03: Oh my God.
- 53:58SPEAKER_03: And I was freaking out.
- 54:00SPEAKER_03: Like I was freaking out like I was at Nick U.
- 54:02SPEAKER_03: And I was like, whoa, what is this?
- 54:04SPEAKER_03: What's going on here?
- 54:05SPEAKER_03: And I had the tools to go deeper.
- 54:07SPEAKER_03: And it was, I wanted to control the situation.
- 54:10SPEAKER_03: Because if I didn't control it, who was I?
- 54:14SPEAKER_03: Could I just be?
- 54:16SPEAKER_03: And then that snowballed into a whole lesson of I'm lovable just by being and I don't have to perform.
- 54:21SPEAKER_03: Uh ergo back to the first conversation I was telling you about, my dad, right?
- 54:25SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 54:25SPEAKER_03: And so I started understanding and coming to realization, going back to your point, that you know, when you're trying to force things, that's another word for control.
- 54:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 54:35SPEAKER_03: And so, like, why are we trying to control it?
- 54:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 54:37SPEAKER_03: And so it's like a duality with like, do we believe in the universe is gonna provide, or are we trying to control it and figure it all out on our own?
- 54:45SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 54:46SPEAKER_03: And if you really do believe that it's gonna happen, like this alignment, like I am going to be on a really big stage.
- 54:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 54:53SPEAKER_03: I have and I've had this in my heart.
- 54:56SPEAKER_03: Let's put it together.
- 54:56SPEAKER_03: Okay, let's go.
- 54:58SPEAKER_00: I'm down.
- 54:58SPEAKER_03: If you co-create, it happens faster.
- 55:00SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
- 55:02SPEAKER_03: Um, like I just got full body chills.
- 55:04SPEAKER_03: Um, like I've had this in my belly for 10 years, and I I do say it and then I turn off because then people go, well, how are you?
- 55:14SPEAKER_03: Because people's natural reaction is, well, how are you gonna do it?
- 55:16SPEAKER_03: We need to do this and we need to do that.
- 55:17SPEAKER_03: We need to get you on it.
- 55:19SPEAKER_03: I'm like, no, like it's gonna happen.
- 55:24SPEAKER_03: I know that you're not gonna cognitively understand this, correct?
- 55:28SPEAKER_03: But energetically, every single thing I've done in my life, it's not for that pinnacle.
- 55:34SPEAKER_03: Everything I've done in my life has helped me.
- 55:36SPEAKER_03: Uh, okay, let me say here we go.
- 55:39SPEAKER_03: Um, you can't take it's like I have this vision in my head, like, okay, at the top of this ceiling, there is a hole and we're going to our next identity shift, like becoming our next self, right?
- 55:49SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 55:50SPEAKER_03: But what we're trying to do, we're on this ladder and we're trying to yank this huge ass suitcase with us because we want to take it with us.
- 55:56SPEAKER_03: Of course.
- 55:57SPEAKER_03: But you have to have the trust to like let it go and go through that proverbally naked, right?
- 56:03SPEAKER_03: Without anything.
- 56:04SPEAKER_03: Because what you have, what what's in the next um iteration of your life, your identity, whatever you want to call it, whatever you subscribe to, it's all there for you.
- 56:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 56:14SPEAKER_03: You know, and what you've learned and who you've become as a person, it's all there for you.
- 56:20SPEAKER_03: And so that's that letting it go and and going through it.
- 56:23SPEAKER_03: I can smell those snickerdoodles your wife and daughter are making.
- 56:27SPEAKER_00: Well, I also turn, I shut the window because I turned the AC on.
- 56:30SPEAKER_00: We're getting we're getting kind of spicy in here.
- 56:32SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, all right, turn the AC up a little bit.
- 56:34SPEAKER_00: Plus, it's getting a little hotter outside.
- 56:36SPEAKER_00: So with the studio lights, it gets a little warmer.
- 56:38SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 56:38SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, it's so true because I was just on um the trip and I'm just, you know, I'm saying what I'm saying from the perspective of contrast and just giving a perspective, okay?
- 56:50SPEAKER_00: And and and and to I'm just gonna be honest to my mother-in-law, I love you.
- 56:54SPEAKER_00: Uh I'm I'm not gonna say what mother-in-law, I'm just gonna say I love you.
- 56:58SPEAKER_00: And I'm saying this out of love because I'm I'm right there with you when it comes to I'm no bullshit.
- 57:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 57:04SPEAKER_00: I say what needs to be said, and sometimes it could be perceived as um, and I a little bit, it's um passive aggressive.
- 57:12SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 57:13SPEAKER_00: And it's not something that I want to do, so I'm working on how to navigate what I'm saying, how I'm saying it, because so many people aren't intentional.
- 57:20SPEAKER_00: They don't think about it.
- 57:21SPEAKER_00: More from your heart.
- 57:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 57:22SPEAKER_00: Oh, yes.
- 57:24SPEAKER_03: You're you're you're trying to slow it down.
- 57:26SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 57:26SPEAKER_03: To see how you can express it through your heart and not through the logical mind.
- 57:30SPEAKER_03: Like you, why don't you understand this?
- 57:32SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 57:32SPEAKER_03: And that's the the uh who is it, Rumi?
- 57:35SPEAKER_03: There's the power in the um slowing down between the response and the oh, I'm messing it up.
- 57:40SPEAKER_03: Sorry, go on.
- 57:41SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 57:41SPEAKER_00: Well, you think about it for a second when it comes back.
- 57:43SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
- 57:44SPEAKER_00: So we're in Japan, and so we're going out there with my uh my father-in-law, his new wife, my wife, uh Jordan, my business partner, his wife, and then we flew out uh some team leads from the Philippines.
- 57:56SPEAKER_00: So we do two trips a year, and so we had Cha come out and her partner, Jamie, and then we had Vitz, and then we had Mark and Bernadette, and then out there in Japan, we already have um Jane, she lives out there, and then she has her husband.
- 58:13SPEAKER_00: So there's about 15 of us uh at the at the highest point.
- 58:16SPEAKER_00: And so we're out in Japan and we're doing the thing, and it's interesting to see how people navigate.
- 58:22SPEAKER_00: And and for me, like I am pretty much just an observer.
- 58:26SPEAKER_00: I like to observe, I just like to keep the peace.
- 58:29SPEAKER_00: I don't need to be in control.
- 58:31SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm I'm fucking paying for the whole thing.
- 58:34SPEAKER_00: So it's like, you know what I'm saying?
- 58:37SPEAKER_00: Enough control.
- 58:38SPEAKER_00: That's why my partner did.
- 58:38SPEAKER_00: He did the whole itinerary, which that's another story, probably should have had a little bit more control there, but it is what it is.
- 58:43SPEAKER_00: Uh, went down Smith Lane.
- 58:45SPEAKER_00: That's my business partner stand.
- 58:46SPEAKER_00: So, so I love him, my mother-in-law, but there's just certain times where there was this controlling factor, and you could tell, and maybe you're a viewer and listener out there that you have this sense of wanting to be in control.
- 58:58SPEAKER_00: And when you're not in control, you feel like you're out of control because you're not in control from the perspective of what are we doing, where are we going, why are we going there?
- 59:06SPEAKER_00: How are we going there?
- 59:07SPEAKER_00: And at the end of the day, it doesn't always need to be a thing.
- 59:12SPEAKER_00: It doesn't even, who cares?
- 59:13SPEAKER_00: It's just we are, it just is, and here we are.
- 59:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, and so so I even felt the resistance in my own self from the perspective of like, why are you making this more than it needs to be?
- 59:25SPEAKER_00: Let's just relax and just enjoy, and it's totally fine.
- 59:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, just like you know, you you hear someone like, um, I don't know, like someone knows that you do something and then then this other person wants to challenge you.
- 59:41SPEAKER_00: How are you doing it?
- 59:42SPEAKER_00: Why are you doing it?
- 59:42SPEAKER_00: Just like you said earlier.
- 59:44SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 59:44SPEAKER_00: And and it's just because of their own self-programming, programming, self-limiting beliefs, maybe something's coming up for them.
- 59:50SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 59:51SPEAKER_00: So it's interesting.
- 59:52SPEAKER_00: It's it's interesting just to give you all something to think about out there and maybe, you know, do a little self-evaluation.
- 59:57SPEAKER_00: Hope that helps.
- 59:59SPEAKER_03: I think the part I love the most is and to draw to the forefront and for people to consider is when you can start thinking about your own thoughts, that's like the highest level of frequency you can go to.
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_03: And so it's really difficult though, because it's kind of a conundrum, or it's been a conundrum for me, because I go back to, like I said, the tribal council.
- 1:00:22SPEAKER_03: So you're thinking about how you're gonna respond, or you're thinking about how you're feeling, and you're trying to figure out how you feel, but I could pick 12 different lanes of how to explain it, right?
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_03: And so it's frustrating and it's really hard to stay conscious of it and patient with it to really then okay, I have all these cognitive thoughts, let's qu let's acknowledge them and love them, and let's go quiet and let's go into our heart and let's really like go there.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_03: And it takes so much practice years of practice, of intentional practice to get there to understand where your heart's leading you.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_03: And I feel like ultimately your my heart leads, I try to have my heart lead me and my brain be like the GPS or the guide, right?
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_03: And I think when when you can do that, and anyone can do that, and this is where like AI literacy comes in.
- 1:01:16SPEAKER_03: Like, I think AI is so freaking exciting because it can level the playing field for the economically depressed, you know, uh families or people.
- 1:01:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they can do two things.
- 1:01:29SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm working on trying to get grants right now so that I can speak to either um low-income uh or to children about AI literacy and um because it lay levels the playing field.
- 1:01:42SPEAKER_03: One, they can either understand AI so they can be really valuable at a company, or two, they can learn AI and create their own company, right?
- 1:01:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and all you need is like 20 bucks a month and the cell phone.
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's it.
- 1:01:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like I mean, yeah, you need other stuff, you can do other stuff, but you can start right there.
- 1:02:01SPEAKER_03: There's there's no barrier of entry anymore.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_03: There's no, you have to go to college to do this.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_03: There's YouTube university, you know.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_03: Like, what are you gonna be intentional about?
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_03: You don't even have to be economically depressed or child.
- 1:02:14SPEAKER_03: My my child is on her 23rd episode of this Zoe and the Guardians creation that she's doing with Gemini and Chat GPT.
- 1:02:21SPEAKER_03: Let's go.
- 1:02:22SPEAKER_03: She created pictures and videos and all this stuff.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_03: And I think it's so exciting, you know?
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_03: Um, and so I I just feel like what's guiding you and what's leading you, and what kind of what kind of things are you telling yourself that you can't do?
- 1:02:37SPEAKER_03: And is it really true?
- 1:02:39SPEAKER_03: Or is it like some voice in your past, some pillar in your past that said, you're too lazy, you can't sit down.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_03: If you sit down, you're gonna die.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_03: That's our ego, trying to keep us on the go, right?
- 1:02:50SPEAKER_03: Or like in your instance, if you're on a vacation and you know, normally you're I was I was ingrained that every single vacation had to be stressful going into it.
- 1:03:00SPEAKER_03: And so when I started traveling for work, I would be like, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god.
- 1:03:03SPEAKER_03: And someone was like, What's the worst that could happen?
- 1:03:05SPEAKER_03: You have a Walmart where you're going.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_03: It's not like you're going to Mars.
- 1:03:08SPEAKER_03: If you forget something, whatever you need, you're good.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_03: I was like, Oh my god, you're right.
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_03: And so I think it's like it's really important in parts of your life to just take a step back, take a deep breath, and be like, what am I thinking right now?
- 1:03:19SPEAKER_03: And why am I thinking that way?
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_03: And how do I want to choose to think?
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_03: And it's it happens all day long if you're just aware of your thoughts.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 100%.
- 1:03:29SPEAKER_00: Let's take this.
- 1:03:30SPEAKER_00: I want to go deeper.
- 1:03:31SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 1:03:32SPEAKER_00: So when you think about like, so a couple things.
- 1:03:36SPEAKER_00: I'll tie it in.
- 1:03:36SPEAKER_00: So there's a book, and I'll I'll put this back up here in a second.
- 1:03:40SPEAKER_00: Uh, the book is called, and you're more than welcome to I can actually probably pop it up there too.
- 1:03:46SPEAKER_00: So the book that I'm reading right now was called, let's go into okay.
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_00: So One Truth, One Law, I am, I create.
- 1:03:55SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_03: Oh, it sounds like my energy coach.
- 1:03:58SPEAKER_00: It's a short book.
- 1:03:59SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
- 1:03:59SPEAKER_00: It's an hour and 35 minutes.
- 1:04:01SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 1:04:01SPEAKER_00: And and basically, now we're gonna go low-woo woo here, but basically, okay, it starts off like this.
- 1:04:08SPEAKER_00: Okay, it's um the wife, she's in the shower, husband's playing video games, she comes out naked, right?
- 1:04:14SPEAKER_00: And he looks over, he drops a controller, and she was like, Honey, I just spoke to God.
- 1:04:22SPEAKER_00: And he's like, trying to get his sauce for a second, she's sitting there naked, whatever, and he's like, Okay, what?
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_00: He's like, She's like, Yeah, I just was speaking to God.
- 1:04:31SPEAKER_00: And it was her listening to herself at the highest frequency, at the highest level, right?
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_00: And so basically, then I think she he says, Can I talk to God too?
- 1:04:40SPEAKER_00: And she's like, I don't know.
- 1:04:42SPEAKER_00: And then she heard a voice and it said, just just lay down for a second and just relax.
- 1:04:47SPEAKER_00: And the next thing you goes into how she's talking to God and he's asking questions, and then she's it's like a channel text.
- 1:04:55SPEAKER_00: Like, uh there's Paul Selleck, I am word, I have it tattooed on me.
- 1:04:59SPEAKER_00: Um, and so basically, in my opinion, AI is nothing more than a physical third-dimension tool that gives you the ability to tap in like you would tap in from the perspective of God consciousness creation, listening to your brain, because like the flow state for athletes, they don't think they just do, or if you are writing, and if anyone's a writer out there and you're writing and it's just like I don't I can't explain it, these words just come and I'm just writing, like that's you channeling source, God, your higher self, call it what you will.
- 1:05:33SPEAKER_00: And so I almost feel like AI is gonna be the catalyst to be able to help uh humans get to the next level of awakening and development to be able to listen to themselves and to be able to be enlightened beings.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:05:51SPEAKER_00: I think it's I think it's a part of the the the bigger picture in the process.
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_03: I a thousand percent agree.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_03: And what I say is when it relates to businesses.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_03: As you know, AI output is only as good as AI input.
- 1:06:04SPEAKER_03: So if you're a business owner and you don't know what you stand for, what your values, your beliefs are, and you haven't in order to have good AI, you have to train it and you have to have those, the foundational stuff, whether it's avatars or missions or like, you know, all this stuff.
- 1:06:19SPEAKER_03: But if you don't know who you are, and it's so off putting for you to sit down and do it, this is what I do with people, right?
- 1:06:26SPEAKER_03: It's so uncomfortable for them because it makes them be like, well, who what kind of culture are you building?
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_03: You have a pulse and you show up on time.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_03: Okay, well, then this is why we have problems.
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_03: What is this?
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_03: What are you talking about?
- 1:06:39SPEAKER_03: For real.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_03: So it makes them have to question.
- 1:06:41SPEAKER_03: If you want good AI, you have to question yourself.
- 1:06:45SPEAKER_03: And so on your point, I think that AI, if done right in the small business area, it makes people really have to figure themselves out if they want to have a good.
- 1:06:54SPEAKER_03: Otherwise, it's just gonna sound like AI DIY AI and AI slop and all that other stuff, you know.
- 1:07:00SPEAKER_03: Like, oh, I read that and it's not you.
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_03: It's well AI.
- 1:07:03SPEAKER_00: Going deeper in what you said, you know, majority of individuals, they think that like because of social media and movies and all of the things, that like it's just about money.
- 1:07:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:07:13SPEAKER_00: And when you understand that it's not about the money, it's the money is just the it's like a tool in the toolbox to go do the things that you want to go do.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_00: And if you don't know what you don't want to do, exactly.
- 1:07:23SPEAKER_00: Tool, tool, tool, tool, not your brain tool.
- 1:07:27SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 1:07:28SPEAKER_00: So let's go deeper then in this segment about now when you're meeting with a new business owner and you're working, let's talk identity.
- 1:07:36SPEAKER_00: Let's talk how do you I how do you go deeper for like this segment for someone right now?
- 1:07:42SPEAKER_00: We're gonna we're gonna make this actionable for you.
- 1:07:44SPEAKER_00: What are some action steps that you take to then help someone self-realize what even culture means to them or or or you know what they uh I don't know, what's what makes them in alignment, what what gets them to that next level so you can be of service.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_03: I think it varies with everyone, right?
- 1:08:03SPEAKER_03: And so we'll we'll take like hiring, for example, right?
- 1:08:05SPEAKER_03: You're building a a team of 20 people, right?
- 1:08:08SPEAKER_03: And you're hire you're hiring right now off hope of prayer and gut feeling, and then wondering why you can't hand it off to someone else to hire, or you have to be involved in it all the time, or your churn rate or go straight is so high, right?
- 1:08:20SPEAKER_03: Okay, and we're like, well, let's look at this whole process, and we're doing nothing to attract them, except we are, because a lack of plan is still a plan.
- 1:08:30SPEAKER_03: And so we're attracting the own chaos that's inside of us.
- 1:08:33SPEAKER_03: And so it's really hard to get people to understand that they're chaotic or they're all over the place, or they're just attracting generic people.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_03: So we we go in and we figure out like what kind of person, if you could build your perfect employee, who would they be?
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_03: And it's really hard for people to think about that because I get them to narrow it down to three things.
- 1:08:52SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, just because we're testing or examining three things, it doesn't mean that we're not also observing everything else.
- 1:08:58SPEAKER_03: But we have to have some sort of a focus.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_03: And when we do that too, we look at, you know, if they've already hired or something, past really great hires and really bad hires.
- 1:09:07SPEAKER_03: So that helps jog their memory.
- 1:09:09SPEAKER_03: But um, it also goes into like, why do you have this business?
- 1:09:14SPEAKER_03: What is your role in this?
- 1:09:15SPEAKER_03: And they're like, oh, well, I just want to drive the bus to doggy daycare or something like that.
- 1:09:20SPEAKER_03: Okay, so you want you want a job?
- 1:09:22SPEAKER_03: You want a job?
- 1:09:23SPEAKER_03: You want to make yourself a job?
- 1:09:24SPEAKER_03: You don't want to be the visionary?
- 1:09:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like, okay.
- 1:09:27SPEAKER_03: Um, and so like I said, it varies for everyone, but it's really getting down and just forcing them and not like giving, because usually the first couple answers are always the performed answer and the they don't even know, you know?
- 1:09:41SPEAKER_03: And so it's just it varies, it varies.
- 1:09:43SPEAKER_03: I'd be like, but why?
- 1:09:44SPEAKER_03: But why?
- 1:09:45SPEAKER_03: Like, where do you want to be?
- 1:09:46SPEAKER_03: Like if you could do anything, like most people have businesses, they start their businesses for financial freedom and time freedom.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_03: And most, well, not most, but a lot of people that come to me because they're in dire straits, they're they're running a million-dollar business, like a nonprofit.
- 1:09:59SPEAKER_03: They literally have no profit.
- 1:10:01SPEAKER_03: Um, and they don't understand that they're the antithesis of it.
- 1:10:05SPEAKER_03: So I it's it's really hard for me to give actionable as outs.
- 1:10:08SPEAKER_03: But what I would say is like, why do you have your business?
- 1:10:11SPEAKER_03: And um, and and what what do you want to see it?
- 1:10:15SPEAKER_03: And then we can reverse engineer it.
- 1:10:16SPEAKER_03: I I'm a big reverse engineer.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_03: But I think sometimes people they really truly they don't know because their nervous system is going off and they're in survival mode and they're like, oh my god, I can't even, I can't even think of that.
- 1:10:27SPEAKER_03: I don't even think that can ever be true.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 1:10:29SPEAKER_03: And so, like, first you just gotta settle the down, like settle out.
- 1:10:33SPEAKER_03: Like, go on vacation and talk to me when you come back.
- 1:10:35SPEAKER_03: Or like, I know that sounds like easier said than done, but yeah, yeah, it just varies depending on who you're talking to.
- 1:10:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:10:41SPEAKER_00: What I see is is that people automatically like I'm in the real estate marketing industry, so primarily that's our our our number one focus.
- 1:10:50SPEAKER_00: Um, and I feel like it's pretty transparent, uh transferable through different industries, is where individuals will transfer the fact that they were working some nine to five and they they they think that they're doing this nine to five thing again, but they're doing it for their own company, and so they're looking for okay, what is the standard procedure, SOPs and KPIs, what I need to be doing in my business?
- 1:11:14SPEAKER_00: And so, like, my wife quit her job teaching, and so then it doesn't check anymore.
- 1:11:18SPEAKER_00: So she's like figuring out like what do I need to be doing every single day to move the needle forward to make it happen, and she's still you know figuring it out, and then every every so often I try to help her out and slow down and like hey, let's talk about this.
- 1:11:29SPEAKER_00: What do you got going on?
- 1:11:30SPEAKER_00: What's happening?
- 1:11:31SPEAKER_00: How are the ads?
- 1:11:31SPEAKER_00: Why are they not working?
- 1:11:32SPEAKER_00: And we gotta hire a coach, all this type of stuff.
- 1:11:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and so that's where I feel like a lot of individuals out there, first and foremost, like don't even think to themselves about what it would look like if in a perfect world you were to make what income?
- 1:11:47SPEAKER_00: Right, what would you be doing?
- 1:11:49SPEAKER_00: How would you be waking up?
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what would you be traveling?
- 1:11:52SPEAKER_00: Would you have a family?
- 1:11:53SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, what does that look like?
- 1:11:55SPEAKER_00: And then it's like, then the next step is it's like delegation.
- 1:12:00SPEAKER_00: How do you delegate something that no one can do anything better than you?
- 1:12:03SPEAKER_00: Now delegating to a robot.
- 1:12:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and now delegating to a robot, which might be a little easier than a person.
- 1:12:09SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 1:12:10SPEAKER_03: I did an episode on uh the six levels of delegation to humans and bots because I think people don't know the difference between like a button pusher and like a decision maker, right?
- 1:12:18SPEAKER_03: And everything in between.
- 1:12:20SPEAKER_03: But yeah, going back to what you're saying, it sounds like a lot like the identity stuff I was talking about, you know, and how I I put them through their their um their 5D identity and like let's let's let's cast that vision and then let's brainwash ourselves with it.
- 1:12:32SPEAKER_03: And so, and that's like a way to kind of like okay, I can finally see that light at the end of the tunnel now, you know.
- 1:12:38SPEAKER_03: Like, I want to make$500,000.
- 1:12:40SPEAKER_03: Why?
- 1:12:40SPEAKER_03: Why not$450,000?
- 1:12:42SPEAKER_03: Like, what is that gonna do?
- 1:12:44SPEAKER_03: Like, how much time do you have?
- 1:12:46SPEAKER_03: Like, what are you volunteering more at school or are you homeschooling your kid, or are you like, what does that look like?
- 1:12:52SPEAKER_01: You know, I love that.
- 1:12:53SPEAKER_03: It's just it's so different for everyone and everyone, and that's also and I'm so grateful for it, but and it happens on Zoom all the time, but like I feel like that's where my intuition comes through a lot too, because I can really hear like what someone's saying as they're saying it and they're pouring their heart out.
- 1:13:10SPEAKER_03: Cause I mean, I just open up one question and they'll go for 20 minutes.
- 1:13:13SPEAKER_03: And I just like list because they're so overwhelmed, right?
- 1:13:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and the way that they describe their problem and the way that they victimize it or triumph or explain it away, or you know, and I I'm easily able to be like, oh, okay, that's self-worth.
- 1:13:29SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay, that's uh you're too busy.
- 1:13:33SPEAKER_03: Like, what are you afraid of?
- 1:13:34SPEAKER_03: Or, you know, like all of these things because I've been through so much of it, yeah, I can identify it.
- 1:13:40SPEAKER_03: So it just, yeah.
- 1:13:41SPEAKER_00: And you're in your alignment because you've you've gone through the things that you've gone through, and it built the character of who you are today to then navigate that specific person and that conversation to help them and then break down barriers and get them to the next level.
- 1:13:55SPEAKER_00: And uh I'm I'm very similar but different.
- 1:13:58SPEAKER_00: Like I do a lot of consulting.
- 1:13:59SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 1:14:00SPEAKER_00: That's what I do for a living.
- 1:14:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:14:01SPEAKER_00: Soft agent and coaching.
- 1:14:03SPEAKER_00: And uh I probably could, and I'm I'm gonna push into the arena of a little bit more of like kind of because we're not a coach, uh-huh, we're a marketing agency.
- 1:14:13SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 1:14:13SPEAKER_00: But then I do like to make sure that the goals are in alignment of why you're hiring us.
- 1:14:17SPEAKER_03: You can't market without having this.
- 1:14:20SPEAKER_03: I told someone the other day, like, they have this big business and they're like, we want to get to two million.
- 1:14:25SPEAKER_03: And I was like, I'm not doing that for you.
- 1:14:28SPEAKER_03: We need to fix your systems and processes and get you profitable.
- 1:14:32SPEAKER_03: Then we can bring in two million.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_03: You're bringing in a million now and you're not making anything.
- 1:14:37SPEAKER_03: So I get it.
- 1:14:38SPEAKER_03: And it's it must be hard for a lot of marketing agencies if they don't see that side of it.
- 1:14:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:14:43SPEAKER_03: Because you can market all you want, but if you're bringing water or if you're bringing things into a boat that's link, leaking and sinking, it doesn't matter how much you bring in at all.
- 1:14:52SPEAKER_03: No, marketing is not the first thing, it's not more customers, it's not more money, it's not more visibility unless you got it flowing inside.
- 1:15:01SPEAKER_00: That's exactly what we do, systems and process.
- 1:15:03SPEAKER_00: It's like let's let's have the SOPs, KPIs, and let's go through that process so you can save the time with the SOPs.
- 1:15:10SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:15:11SPEAKER_00: Because I think that even before AI, I think you gotta think about what it looks like as far as we said earlier, like your alignment and vision, goals, where you want to go, and then building the foundation, and that could be typeforms to mini chat to videos that you're filming, to traffic you're driving to a website, to those typeforms, to retargeting and planting Facebook pixels and doing that, and then you get into the AI stuff, which then can write your scripts and can go through an automation with follow-up, sending emails and text messages and all this type of stuff.
- 1:15:43SPEAKER_00: So let's go a little bit deeper into AI.
- 1:15:45SPEAKER_00: So after someone's like they know their goals, they know where they're going, now they want to scale their business, and you're gonna put some parameters around them as far as SOPs, KPIs with like AI.
- 1:15:57SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 1:15:58SPEAKER_00: What are some things that you see in a business with AI that works like really well to help with save time or SOI, SOP, KPIs?
- 1:16:06SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah.
- 1:16:08SPEAKER_03: Uh one one gal, she had a two-mil um pet business in uh PA.
- 1:16:14SPEAKER_03: And we basically shut down her phone.
- 1:16:16SPEAKER_03: We looked at, you know, where she was spending the time and like their call log, they didn't have a call log before I started.
- 1:16:21SPEAKER_03: So I made them do a call log for two weeks, like when I first got in there.
- 1:16:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:16:25SPEAKER_03: And we just saw that they were spending so much labor on the phone and doing things.
- 1:16:30SPEAKER_03: I'm like, no, no, no, no, no.
- 1:16:31SPEAKER_03: People need to go online, they need to book their grooming, they need to book their pet sitting, they need to do all this stuff.
- 1:16:36SPEAKER_03: And you your phone tree needs to go to like voice boxes, like you needed to stop this because everything that people were asking was things that could already be automated, right?
- 1:16:46SPEAKER_03: And so we cut a ton of time.
- 1:16:48SPEAKER_00: I'm loving this, I'm loving this.
- 1:16:49SPEAKER_00: Keep give it to me.
- 1:16:50SPEAKER_03: Um, but the problem with that is we were able to solve it in internally, but then she stopped and fell off the wagon because we were getting too deep, maybe.
- 1:17:01SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 1:17:02SPEAKER_03: But like her website is still a mess.
- 1:17:04SPEAKER_03: Like you would you would probably cry if you saw it.
- 1:17:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:17:06SPEAKER_03: And I hope she's not listening to this, but um, it's just it's it's it's not functional.
- 1:17:12SPEAKER_03: Interesting.
- 1:17:13SPEAKER_03: And um, and so yeah, you can kind of go online and do it if you go to this one page on her site, but it's just it's and it's definitely not AI'd.
- 1:17:22SPEAKER_03: There's no schema on it, there's no FAQs on it, there's no TLDRs, so to speak.
- 1:17:27SPEAKER_03: There's no like um constant content on there, there's no uh keywords on like social media, like in every single posting.
- 1:17:36SPEAKER_03: Um, it's all AI slop um down to like AI generated pictures that I I love using AI with pictures, by the way, but I like taking um your original pictures and then enhancing them with AI.
- 1:17:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:17:50SPEAKER_03: Not I don't believe that the AI pictures are for the general public, um, something that everyone can be using, general public.
- 1:17:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:17:59SPEAKER_03: Um, so what was the question again?
- 1:18:01SPEAKER_00: No, the the who like example-wise AI to help systems process.
- 1:18:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and then okay, so then um uh another huge thing that we do is we take um like the employee handbook and manual or SOPs or whatever kind of thing that they have a struggle with, like, oh my gosh, they're asking me stupid questions all the time.
- 1:18:20SPEAKER_03: Okay, let's make a bot from it that they can talk to.
- 1:18:23SPEAKER_03: Like say, hey, what do I do with this?
- 1:18:25SPEAKER_03: Or things like um uh again, depending on the businesses, like if you have to have commute regular communication, this could be doctors' offices, this could be notes, this could be whatever.
- 1:18:35SPEAKER_03: Again, putting in your um making the GPT for it so that your your your workers can just be like, yo, X, Y, Z, A, B, C, and then it's like all in your branding voice.
- 1:18:49SPEAKER_03: And now you don't have to also have writers on your team, you know, and it's it's it's more accurate that way.
- 1:18:55SPEAKER_03: Uh smoothing up the onboarding process and having things like for either clients or for um new uh employees, you know, and building out an employee hundred-day cycle before you used to have to like think of things to do, and now based off of who you are, what you are, what your budget is, you can build this stuff out and automate it.
- 1:19:15SPEAKER_03: I mean, like I said, it's so different in every single scenario.
- 1:19:18SPEAKER_03: I love it.
- 1:19:19SPEAKER_03: But like I had a gal a couple weeks ago, we had an hour and a half session, and she kept saying wow.
- 1:19:26SPEAKER_03: And I I pulled because usually I'm I'm working on AI as I'm working with them, yeah, because I'm like, oh, we could do this right here.
- 1:19:32SPEAKER_03: And so we're talking, and uh, I pulled the transcript and she said wow every five minutes.
- 1:19:36SPEAKER_03: It was 18 times.
- 1:19:38SPEAKER_03: And she's just like, wow, I didn't know you could do that.
- 1:19:41SPEAKER_03: I didn't know you could do that.
- 1:19:42SPEAKER_03: And that's why I also say, like, I don't think you should have any kind of consult consultant or business coach or anything in your business.
- 1:19:49SPEAKER_03: If they're not using the AI tool, then you are now paying someone like 10 times the amount because they're that much slower.
- 1:19:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know, so SOPs, like, so what are your major problems in your company?
- 1:20:00SPEAKER_03: Once you do problems and once you figure out what you're doing as an entrepreneur every single day in your business, and we take that audit, then we can figure out how to implement AI and how to do it.
- 1:20:09SPEAKER_03: And like I said, it's it's so different for everybody.
- 1:20:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, I absolutely love that.
- 1:20:13SPEAKER_00: And thank you.
- 1:20:15SPEAKER_00: You're speaking my language because, and this is where I feel like this show is super powerful because you know, we're talking a little about the woo and the do.
- 1:20:22SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna use Nico's term there.
- 1:20:24SPEAKER_03: They're all it's real though.
- 1:20:26SPEAKER_00: The woo is science.
- 1:20:27SPEAKER_00: It is science.
- 1:20:28SPEAKER_03: It's science that literally our government has tried to suppress because the pharma wouldn't get their money.
- 1:20:34SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's fact.
- 1:20:35SPEAKER_03: Like, go look it up.
- 1:20:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:20:37SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, not not to go too far in go left because I was going right there, but but you know, it, you know, there is a lot of things that suppress the fact that we aren't a proactive, um, proactive intentional species.
- 1:20:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:20:51SPEAKER_00: I think when you take the proactive intentionality out of a species as a human species, we're talking specifically, that is uh, you know, a being that can think for itself, you know, and you give it medication and you give it fucking, you know, whatever, like here's your Monday through Friday pills, yeah, you know, it really, it really dumbs you down to a point where you're just kind of living, yeah.
- 1:21:12SPEAKER_00: Um, you're not really thriving.
- 1:21:14SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:21:14SPEAKER_00: And so that's where I feel like with businesses, there, you know, there's so much that can happen, which what you're talking about, where you and I tell agents all the time, it's just like, and this is this is a prime example, and this is this is gonna make perfect sense to to why hire you, and this is gonna be a shameless plug.
- 1:21:30SPEAKER_03: Oh, thanks.
- 1:21:30SPEAKER_00: How many times have you talked to someone on the phone?
- 1:21:33SPEAKER_00: Okay, and answered the same question over and over again, or bent over backwards for someone because because you know, whatever it was a big client, the money, you have bills coming up, whatever else, and and literally felt like, oh my god, the money wasn't worth it.
- 1:21:50SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:21:51SPEAKER_00: That's where AI, hire and bella, have the SOPs, having the KPIs, and having a website where then if you if and it's this simple, and I tell agents all the time, I said, if your future customer can't follow, and this isn't about like not having a human-human connection and conversation.
- 1:22:08SPEAKER_03: Agent and agent soon.
- 1:22:10SPEAKER_03: I know, right?
- 1:22:10SPEAKER_00: It's like if they can't follow a process and go to a website and fill out a form and and get the get the answers to the questions answered themselves, right?
- 1:22:18SPEAKER_00: Then is it gonna be an ideal client for you?
- 1:22:20SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:22:21SPEAKER_00: Because that's where I'm at in my life.
- 1:22:22SPEAKER_00: It's like I don't care to work with, and that's why I'm extremely qualified transparent online.
- 1:22:29SPEAKER_00: Because that's me and being transparent online is my qualification.
- 1:22:32SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:22:33SPEAKER_00: Because you did your research, which qualified me, and you did it on your own.
- 1:22:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:22:37SPEAKER_00: You could even use ChatGBT.
- 1:22:38SPEAKER_03: Hey, I knew this was gonna come up.
- 1:22:40SPEAKER_03: I knew this was gonna come up.
- 1:22:42SPEAKER_03: And I'm gonna show you that I'm totally cutting you off right now.
- 1:22:44SPEAKER_03: You're good.
- 1:22:45SPEAKER_03: 1000% cutting you off.
- 1:22:47SPEAKER_03: What you got?
- 1:22:47SPEAKER_03: I want you to, you can just read this.
- 1:22:49SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 1:22:49SPEAKER_03: Um, this is me and Chatty.
- 1:22:52SPEAKER_03: Um uh tell me more about his biography, uh, how long he's been married, where he's from, where he came from, how did he start his company, what is he known for?
- 1:23:01SPEAKER_03: Oh, tell me uh I want to go in there feeling like I know I did my homework.
- 1:23:06SPEAKER_03: Um, what is it all about?
- 1:23:08SPEAKER_03: And so it tells me everything it could scrape from the internet from you.
- 1:23:11SPEAKER_03: And I'm just talking to it as I'm trying to beat my GPS time on the way to the shit.
- 1:23:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because why not?
- 1:23:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:23:18SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's out there.
- 1:23:19SPEAKER_03: I know you're a digital marketer, I know you're like me, where you can Google Bella Vasta and I'll come up on 20 pages of Google.
- 1:23:24SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 1:23:25SPEAKER_03: You know, like there's so much out there.
- 1:23:27SPEAKER_03: Yes, and why not?
- 1:23:29SPEAKER_00: Why not?
- 1:23:29SPEAKER_00: And that's where I want to have a real conversation.
- 1:23:31SPEAKER_00: I want to know who I'm talking to.
- 1:23:32SPEAKER_00: Well, that's why I had the intake.
- 1:23:35SPEAKER_00: So all I had to do is go to the intake form.
- 1:23:37SPEAKER_00: So that that was easier for me.
- 1:23:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:23:39SPEAKER_00: And also for I also like I do my research, but I don't go too deep just because I want to have an organic conversation.
- 1:23:44SPEAKER_03: You don't want to have preconceived notions, yeah.
- 1:23:46SPEAKER_00: Correct.
- 1:23:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and that's where I've been having more conversations where uh for business owners out there, and this is a prime example, yeah, where it's no longer, it still is, where like a person will say, Hey, you need to go on this podcast, or you'll get a referral from a friend, an uncle, a sister, a mother.
- 1:24:04SPEAKER_00: But now AI is doing the recommendations, right?
- 1:24:06SPEAKER_00: AI is lit, and I tell agents I say, Hey, I want you to go through a couple questions, prompts on fucking chat GPT, yeah, and ask it.
- 1:24:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, who do you recommend in North Phoenix?
- 1:24:17SPEAKER_03: I just posted an episode about this yesterday.
- 1:24:20SPEAKER_03: See?
- 1:24:20SPEAKER_03: How to because how search is evolving.
- 1:24:23SPEAKER_03: I think last year everyone was freaking out that SEO is gonna be dead.
- 1:24:26SPEAKER_03: I hate those words, by the way.
- 1:24:28SPEAKER_03: Um, and it's just it's it's evolving.
- 1:24:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:24:32SPEAKER_03: And so, like, like I am getting on my intake forms now.
- 1:24:34SPEAKER_03: How did you hear about me?
- 1:24:35SPEAKER_03: Chat GPT.
- 1:24:37SPEAKER_03: I'm like, yeah.
- 1:24:38SPEAKER_03: And and the people that are getting it on AI and business owners need to know this.
- 1:24:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:24:44SPEAKER_03: When I get a ref a reference from chat or Claude, yeah, I'm already trusting it.
- 1:24:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'm already in a conversation that I trust.
- 1:24:53SPEAKER_03: It's not me clicking on 10 blue links on Google, getting information paralysis and not knowing where to go and wondering if it applies to my situation.
- 1:25:01SPEAKER_03: If chat suggests that I should work with you, I'm already more bought into it than I was with Google.
- 1:25:07SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 1:25:08SPEAKER_00: And you can even ask the question, why?
- 1:25:09SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:25:10SPEAKER_00: Why do you recommend this company?
- 1:25:12SPEAKER_03: And can you compare and contrast him with others and give me a chart so I can see, you know, what he's known for and stuff?
- 1:25:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:25:18SPEAKER_03: Business owners need to know that.
- 1:25:19SPEAKER_03: Like you cannot get your head out of the sand.
- 1:25:22SPEAKER_03: You didn't blog because you thought it was too much.
- 1:25:25SPEAKER_03: Now you don't have the content.
- 1:25:26SPEAKER_03: Now you're behind.
- 1:25:27SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:25:28SPEAKER_03: You didn't do the SOPs because you were too afraid to put what you wanted on paper and then hold boundaries to it.
- 1:25:36SPEAKER_03: Now you gotta catch up.
- 1:25:37SPEAKER_03: So let's go because we can do it quicker than ever now.
- 1:25:40SPEAKER_03: And then once we get that, we can build off of it with your team.
- 1:25:43SPEAKER_03: Ergo, don't call me for a stupid question.
- 1:25:45SPEAKER_03: I want you to go ask Chatty Chat that I gave you that has all my policies and procedures in it.
- 1:25:51SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 1:25:51SPEAKER_03: And your policy and procedure is did you ask Chatty Chat first before you came to me?
- 1:25:56SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 1:25:57SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 1:25:58SPEAKER_00: One of those.
- 1:26:00SPEAKER_00: Um it is it is so true and it's so interesting how, like in today's day and age, like when it comes to any business owner out there, you can literally, like you talked about a couple things just now, and I'll add to it, do a video talking about not just what you do, but showing people what you do so they could do it themselves.
- 1:26:22SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:26:23SPEAKER_00: Turning that video into a blog, yeah, having it on your website, driving no like trust and subscribers to your it's like the new age email newsletter, YouTube, yeah, whatever.
- 1:26:37SPEAKER_00: Substack, all that stuff.
- 1:26:39SPEAKER_00: Name it.
- 1:26:39SPEAKER_00: You get Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.
- 1:26:41SPEAKER_00: It's like no longer do you need to have an email campaign, which you should have as well, as much as you can have social media where people will then subscribe to you if you add enough value.
- 1:26:50SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:26:51SPEAKER_00: And then from there, you literally will be recommended because of Chat GPT.
- 1:26:55SPEAKER_00: And then when they go to the website, not only should they already know, like, and trust and be sold, yeah, but they should also be able to get their answers, question the answers to their answers question, or opposite their answers answered through the questions that are on the website.
- 1:27:08SPEAKER_00: So they have all their answers, all their answers already.
- 1:27:10SPEAKER_00: They already felt the intake form, they already have a meeting with you, and potentially they already paid.
- 1:27:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:27:15SPEAKER_03: I have an example.
- 1:27:17SPEAKER_03: So I just did this fun thing.
- 1:27:19SPEAKER_03: Uh, it's called AI for the busy human.
- 1:27:21SPEAKER_03: And um, I kept getting asked by my friends because my friends are all like, You know so much.
- 1:27:26SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, I really don't, because I like hang around people that know so much more than me, but for them I do.
- 1:27:31SPEAKER_03: And they're like, You need to teach classes.
- 1:27:32SPEAKER_03: And I was like, I don't want to sell butts in a seat.
- 1:27:34SPEAKER_03: Like, if you can get people together and you know, whatever.
- 1:27:37SPEAKER_03: But so what I did is I created 12 episodes, they're 15 minutes-ish each, and they're solving everyday problems because we have a whole collective society that is scared about AI and is starting to come online about it, right?
- 1:27:49SPEAKER_03: Which is so further away from like what we actually can do.
- 1:27:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but the behavior is coming up.
- 1:27:54SPEAKER_03: It's like, I'm not going to Blockbuster to get a DVD anymore.
- 1:27:57SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna stream it from my bed, right?
- 1:27:59SPEAKER_03: And so It's like um how to how to use AI to um uh solve what's for dinner, how to use AI for an IEP, how to use AI next time you go to the doctor or to take all of your wearables and like help your life, right?
- 1:28:12SPEAKER_03: So there's all these different how to plan a vacation, right?
- 1:28:15SPEAKER_03: And I give people prompts.
- 1:28:17SPEAKER_03: And does it really have to do with business?
- 1:28:20SPEAKER_03: No.
- 1:28:20SPEAKER_03: No.
- 1:28:21SPEAKER_03: It's like this like little digital calling card, but again, because of the power of influence.
- 1:28:26SPEAKER_03: And like, so everyone's already listening to it and it's it's fun.
- 1:28:29SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna put it out on the local news stations because I think that'll be fun too, just to kind of get it out there, try to help my exposure.
- 1:28:36SPEAKER_03: It's in alignment with my excitement for AI right now.
- 1:28:39SPEAKER_03: But what we did and what made me think about this is when you're saying, you know, keyword keyword search.
- 1:28:44SPEAKER_03: I'm not going after like the big, big words that are already in it.
- 1:28:46SPEAKER_03: I'm working with Claude.
- 1:28:47SPEAKER_03: I'm like, okay, what are the medium words that people are posting in that have to do with AI and planning a trip that we can put in here on YouTube and on the post to kind of get that traction and get that traffic?
- 1:28:58SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 1:28:58SPEAKER_03: Because the more I can get, the better, right?
- 1:29:01SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 1:29:01SPEAKER_03: I'm not gonna go after like the big, big, big ones.
- 1:29:04SPEAKER_03: It's not just that AI search, but now I don't have to go to Google Search Console and like use my brain and that I can just give it the prompt of like, we're looking for like the medium, the medium keywords, the ones that we could actually can achieve as like a small fish, right?
- 1:29:18SPEAKER_03: Not a big corporation.
- 1:29:20SPEAKER_03: And then how can we make the script so that is that and the transcripts that are on there, like everything, right?
- 1:29:26SPEAKER_03: And so it's like it's AI forces you to have a strategy.
- 1:29:30SPEAKER_03: And if you don't have a strategy with AI, that's where you don't like AI.
- 1:29:34SPEAKER_03: And I love when you ask people like, oh yeah, do you use AI?
- 1:29:37SPEAKER_03: They're like, Yeah.
- 1:29:37SPEAKER_03: I'm like, tell me the last three things you did with it.
- 1:29:40SPEAKER_03: Because it's a spectrum.
- 1:29:42SPEAKER_03: Yes, everyone uses it differently.
- 1:29:43SPEAKER_03: And the other new, I don't know if you've done this yet, but it's like, can you show me what your clod looks like?
- 1:29:49SPEAKER_03: I want to see how you set have it set up because you learn so much about how people are doing it.
- 1:29:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, so funny.
- 1:29:57SPEAKER_00: It's like, how do you have it set up?
- 1:29:59SPEAKER_00: Interesting.
- 1:30:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I feel like from the perspective of what you're saying, as far as people like starting to share like their emotional feelings and whatever the case may be and and whatever, it's almost like them just being afraid to evolve with it.
- 1:30:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's like, oh, let's put up all these walls and barriers.
- 1:30:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's back to the original, right?
- 1:30:16SPEAKER_03: AI is making you figure out what kind of human you are.
- 1:30:19SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 1:30:19SPEAKER_03: If you want to be successful with it, yes, 100%.
- 1:30:22SPEAKER_03: That's all it is, and that's why it's uncomfortable for people.
- 1:30:24SPEAKER_00: It's so interesting because as soon as you use it to a point where like um God mode, I'm writing a book.
- 1:30:29SPEAKER_00: Um, I didn't do god mode, I did Dan mode.
- 1:30:31SPEAKER_00: Oh.
- 1:30:32SPEAKER_00: Dan mode, uh, apparently, Dan mode gives you the unfiltered, uh raw, like I heard that.
- 1:30:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's called this is the fun stuff.
- 1:30:39SPEAKER_00: It's called Dan mode.
- 1:30:39SPEAKER_00: So I am writing a book and I wanted to proofread some shit.
- 1:30:44SPEAKER_00: So I was diagnosed with a learning disability, twos in my ears, held back in third grade, yada yada yada.
- 1:30:48SPEAKER_00: So, long story short, I've been using it for all types of stuff.
- 1:30:51SPEAKER_00: I did um there's a book called uh Becoming Your Future Self Now, and you're supposed to write a letter from your from your from your future self to to your current self.
- 1:30:59SPEAKER_00: So I did that, helped with all this stuff, and so now I can go to Chat GPT and literally ask it, and it'll tell me who I am back to what you just said.
- 1:31:07SPEAKER_00: I love it, which is so amazing.
- 1:31:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then what I also want to say is the fact that you're doing that that series of just helping people in their everyday life that are busy humans.
- 1:31:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:31:18SPEAKER_00: It's like this it's like doing the things that you like to do.
- 1:31:21SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 1:31:22SPEAKER_00: Like, I like cars.
- 1:31:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:31:23SPEAKER_00: And for some reason, like people are in alignment with that, which makes sense.
- 1:31:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:31:28SPEAKER_00: There's a huge car culture out here.
- 1:31:30SPEAKER_00: So I only have a lot of.
- 1:31:31SPEAKER_03: A lot of cars and coffee tomorrow.
- 1:31:32SPEAKER_00: Which one is it?
- 1:31:33SPEAKER_03: Uh up in Scottsdale Airport.
- 1:31:35SPEAKER_00: Airport.
- 1:31:35SPEAKER_00: Okay, there's a cars and coffee.
- 1:31:37SPEAKER_00: Is that the uh pavilions too?
- 1:31:38SPEAKER_00: There's a couple of them.
- 1:31:39SPEAKER_00: Is that the pavilions?
- 1:31:40SPEAKER_00: Uh, the highline?
- 1:31:40SPEAKER_03: I'm not going to that one.
- 1:31:41SPEAKER_00: That one's Sunday, I think it is.
- 1:31:43SPEAKER_00: Interesting.
- 1:31:44SPEAKER_00: You have to send me the information.
- 1:31:45SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:31:45SPEAKER_00: So, long story short, I'm like, I don't know, 3,000 followers.
- 1:31:48SPEAKER_00: I don't even know how many I have right now, but I'm reaching 350,000 people.
- 1:31:52SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:31:52SPEAKER_00: And I have one video that's almost 500,000 views, and it does not stop.
- 1:31:57SPEAKER_03: That's amazing.
- 1:31:58SPEAKER_03: It's been too much.
- 1:31:59SPEAKER_00: It hasn't stopped.
- 1:32:00SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 1:32:00SPEAKER_00: Evergreen.
- 1:32:01SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 1:32:01SPEAKER_00: And so now people, like you said, I'm doing something to help people.
- 1:32:05SPEAKER_00: It's in my alignment, but guess what?
- 1:32:08SPEAKER_00: They build a no, like, and trust.
- 1:32:09SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:32:10SPEAKER_00: Then they're curious.
- 1:32:11SPEAKER_00: And curiosity kills the cat.
- 1:32:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:32:13SPEAKER_00: Who is this person?
- 1:32:14SPEAKER_00: Why are they doing this?
- 1:32:15SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:32:16SPEAKER_00: I want more information.
- 1:32:17SPEAKER_03: I want more about him.
- 1:32:18SPEAKER_00: Or her.
- 1:32:19SPEAKER_00: And then it's almost like uh, who do I know that potentially I can refer that can then use her or his services because I feel it's back to a book called The Seven Triggers to Yes on a psychology forefront, you do something for someone else on expecting something in return, automatically.
- 1:32:36SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 1:32:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:32:37SPEAKER_00: And so that's where I feel like more people out there could figure out as a business owner what it is that you like to do.
- 1:32:44SPEAKER_00: And it could be golf, it could be food, it could be traveling, it could be cars, you name it, pickleball, go do that thing, have fun filming yourself, do some skits if you want, whatever is in your, you know, your alignment makes sense to you.
- 1:32:56unknown: Yeah.
- 1:32:56SPEAKER_00: And then you get people that start coming in, and then your Instagram's your fucking resume.
- 1:33:01SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 1:33:02SPEAKER_03: It's all the links and everything right there.
- 1:33:04SPEAKER_03: Isn't that great?
- 1:33:05SPEAKER_03: It's so great.
- 1:33:06SPEAKER_03: And I love the point that you made, and I think it's true is that when once you push past that like self-reflection thing, AI, I I don't know about you, but I haven't ever been so wildly creative because it's taken away the mundane, like like stuff that trips up my brain or stops it and takes away that creative energy.
- 1:33:27SPEAKER_03: It takes care of that stuff for me.
- 1:33:29SPEAKER_03: So I'm able to be like, oh, I can do this now too.
- 1:33:33SPEAKER_03: Because it's so like I would never think about publishing another podcast of 12 episodes where I'd have to write all the descriptions, I'd have to come up with all the pictures, I'd have to there was a lot of work, and I learned a lot about HTML code and Elementor when I was doing all of that.
- 1:33:50SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, I learned a lot.
- 1:33:51SPEAKER_03: But I was proud, like much like my daughter with PS5.
- 1:33:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:33:54SPEAKER_03: I didn't fail.
- 1:33:56SPEAKER_03: I just learned a lot of different ways it doesn't work and the right way to do it.
- 1:34:00SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 1:34:01SPEAKER_03: You know, and so it was it was a little passion project for that.
- 1:34:03SPEAKER_00: I love that, you know?
- 1:34:04SPEAKER_00: And I feel like anyone who's using it listening, find out what gets gets you going.
- 1:34:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:34:08SPEAKER_00: It's an extra, like, say as an example, um, so we we before we got on air, I talked about there's an Insta360, and we'll probably get some short form content now.
- 1:34:16SPEAKER_00: It only was at 54%, so it didn't it didn't last the whole time.
- 1:34:19SPEAKER_00: I got about 40-50 minutes on it.
- 1:34:20SPEAKER_00: That's okay.
- 1:34:21SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna send that content to the team and they're gonna have some fun editing.
- 1:34:24SPEAKER_00: Now, the reason why I even have that, and here's gonna be a case uh use case scenario for any business owner.
- 1:34:29SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 1:34:29SPEAKER_00: So I'm flying out to to Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday.
- 1:34:32SPEAKER_00: Okay, and I'm going to a real estate conference.
- 1:34:34SPEAKER_00: Lovely.
- 1:34:34SPEAKER_00: And so basically, I was like, hmm, I want to bring in a media company because I've been doing, I've been going to Fashion Square and I've been doing street interviews.
- 1:34:41SPEAKER_00: And I've been asking the general public, do you own or do you rent?
- 1:34:44SPEAKER_00: And wanting to see if I potentially there's a school of hard knocks guy that's reaching millions of people doing street interviews.
- 1:34:51SPEAKER_03: Amazing.
- 1:34:51SPEAKER_03: I'm so obsessed with those because it's it's curious.
- 1:34:54SPEAKER_00: You never know what's gonna come out of someone's mouth.
- 1:34:56SPEAKER_00: Curiosity kills a cat, it's organic, you never're gonna come out.
- 1:34:58SPEAKER_00: And now there's actually a company that does that.
- 1:35:00SPEAKER_00: There's actually a company that hires models to go out to interview people on the street.
- 1:35:04SPEAKER_00: That's in alignment with whatever company it is.
- 1:35:06SPEAKER_00: It's crazy.
- 1:35:07SPEAKER_00: So, long story short, I'm like, all right, cool.
- 1:35:09SPEAKER_00: Maddie moves, check him out.
- 1:35:10SPEAKER_00: He was on the podcast, he's amazing.
- 1:35:12SPEAKER_00: And he was gonna come with me to the to the event.
- 1:35:14SPEAKER_00: So he's gonna be coming.
- 1:35:16SPEAKER_00: Long story short, he's at about 3,500.
- 1:35:18SPEAKER_00: And so that's not hotel, that's not the the the airfare, and then I need to find out if he could just go.
- 1:35:25SPEAKER_00: And and typically it's better as asking for uh permission, just ask for forgiveness, right?
- 1:35:31SPEAKER_00: We are so in alignment.
- 1:35:32SPEAKER_00: So our last event, he came and it was a follow-up Zillow event, and we just had him come in and it was fine.
- 1:35:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we probably could have done that, but because we're flying and all the other things, right?
- 1:35:42SPEAKER_00: So they're like, oh no, you're gonna have to pay full prices$850.
- 1:35:44SPEAKER_00: So we're like, all right,$850 for the ticket,$450 for the airfare, uh, hotel stay, his his$3,500 bucks.
- 1:35:51SPEAKER_00: So we're almost at$5,000 now.
- 1:35:53SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, hmm, okay,$5,000.
- 1:35:54SPEAKER_00: Now I am going because there's a coach that I that I work with, and he already has a couple clients for us in in the space.
- 1:36:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:36:01SPEAKER_00: And so I'm going in with the mindset of like, it's in alignment, it's gonna be fun.
- 1:36:05SPEAKER_00: I already have some people to meet when be doing business.
- 1:36:07SPEAKER_00: But I'm like, hmm.
- 1:36:09SPEAKER_00: So I talked to Maddie and I'm like, hey Maddie, I don't know if this is gonna work out.
- 1:36:12SPEAKER_00: And he went all the way down to like 1,500 bucks.
- 1:36:13SPEAKER_00: Oh, wow.
- 1:36:14SPEAKER_00: And then with the ticket and everything else, like 2,700 bucks.
- 1:36:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:36:16SPEAKER_00: But I was like, I don't know if this is gonna work out.
- 1:36:18SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, I'm gonna go into the forum and just ask if someone knows a media person there and we'll see what's up.
- 1:36:25SPEAKER_00: And so then I was like looking proactively for other opportunities.
- 1:36:28SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 1:36:29SPEAKER_00: I've been wanting an Insta360 for a long time.
- 1:36:31SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:36:31SPEAKER_00: And it was like 710 bucks for the Insta365 and a bunch of different pieces that come with it.
- 1:36:37SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, fuck it, I'll interview myself.
- 1:36:40SPEAKER_00: I'll put the fucking camera up.
- 1:36:42SPEAKER_00: You won't see the stick or anything.
- 1:36:43SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 1:36:44SPEAKER_00: And then my editor has full range to be able to move around on the video.
- 1:36:48SPEAKER_00: You can move around and it's like uh on the touch screen, and then you can do any angle you want.
- 1:36:52SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love it.
- 1:36:52SPEAKER_00: And so then, and it and it can even do uh framing, so it'll frame on the person perfectly.
- 1:36:57SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 1:36:57SPEAKER_00: I have a microphone, so I'm gonna hold it out, I'm gonna plug in my microphone, fuck you, event, and I'm gonna go because like because it's like we're bringing a media company to give them exposure.
- 1:37:07SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 1:37:07SPEAKER_02: No kidding.
- 1:37:08SPEAKER_00: So I'm not gonna say their name once.
- 1:37:09SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna say the company's name, I'm not gonna say who who nothing.
- 1:37:13SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go, I'm gonna take over the fucking event with my bow tie and suspenders, I'm gonna interview fucking a shit ton of people and get my next interview series out.
- 1:37:21SPEAKER_03: I love that way to go and how to be creative and be in alignment and have fun with what you're doing.
- 1:37:27SPEAKER_03: And and and what does that make possible?
- 1:37:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, right?
- 1:37:30SPEAKER_03: Like that's that's well now.
- 1:37:32SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna get the mount for the car, I'm gonna be shooting shooting some flames on the freeway of the GTR.
- 1:37:37SPEAKER_00: I have all these other things that now I want to do too.
- 1:37:39SPEAKER_00: And so, and then I made sure to get the limited edition white one so it has, you know, hopefully more value.
- 1:37:44SPEAKER_00: So if you're ever gonna want to sell it in the future, I love it.
- 1:37:46SPEAKER_00: And then I was like, let's use it right now.
- 1:37:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah, set that shit up.
- 1:37:50SPEAKER_03: I love it.
- 1:37:50SPEAKER_00: Use it this second.
- 1:37:51SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 1:37:52SPEAKER_00: Third camera angle.
- 1:37:53SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
- 1:37:53SPEAKER_00: Let's so yeah, so that's where I feel like people out there, yeah, it's like be more like proactive and resourceful and think creative.
- 1:38:03SPEAKER_03: Like, what's the worst that could happen?
- 1:38:05SPEAKER_03: Nothing.
- 1:38:06SPEAKER_03: Why not?
- 1:38:06SPEAKER_00: You're gonna kick me out?
- 1:38:07SPEAKER_00: I already paid for tickets.
- 1:38:08SPEAKER_03: What can this get?
- 1:38:09SPEAKER_00: Is that let's go.
- 1:38:11SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 1:38:13SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what I want to do because that's the thing that they don't think any when you all go to conferences and you go out there and you do what you do, right?
- 1:38:19SPEAKER_00: I think that people forget that the actual opportunity is the actual conference.
- 1:38:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:38:24SPEAKER_00: And it's not in the hallways.
- 1:38:26SPEAKER_00: It's in the hallways, it's the networking, it's not always the people who are speaking when you're sitting there trying to take notes and you're listening to their story and all that type of shit.
- 1:38:33SPEAKER_03: No, it's the that's like the cherry on top.
- 1:38:35SPEAKER_03: Like the actual Sunday is the events.
- 1:38:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:38:37SPEAKER_03: And it's in the hallways.
- 1:38:38SPEAKER_03: The hallways, the hotels, the freaking the, you know, there's the lunches, the coffees, the walking to the event conference, the finding someone in the middle of the hallway, getting out of your phone, talking to someone, saying hi, yep.
- 1:38:51SPEAKER_03: All of it, make making meetings beforehand, getting invited to like the the after hours or the you know, the little side meetings and stuff.
- 1:38:59SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 1:38:59SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna do the AI glasses with the freaking uh Insta360.
- 1:39:03SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 1:39:03SPEAKER_00: Plus, I have the two phones and bray bands.
- 1:39:05SPEAKER_03: Is that what you're talking about?
- 1:39:06SPEAKER_03: The AI glass?
- 1:39:07SPEAKER_00: I actually have different ones.
- 1:39:08SPEAKER_00: Um there's Huron or some shit.
- 1:39:11SPEAKER_00: But yeah, the bray bands are cool too, but I'm kind of a little bit more of a rebel.
- 1:39:15SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:39:15SPEAKER_00: So I'm more of an Android over an iPhone.
- 1:39:20SPEAKER_00: I was thinking I liked you up until you said like But I have both.
- 1:39:23SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
- 1:39:24SPEAKER_00: But I have both.
- 1:39:25SPEAKER_00: And and so I had so I got the other glasses because they're they're more Android-based, and then they're like a fraction of the cost.
- 1:39:32SPEAKER_00: I'm like, all right, this is cheap, you just try them out.
- 1:39:34SPEAKER_00: And they also they film so 16 by 9 instead of 9x16.
- 1:39:38SPEAKER_00: Oh.
- 1:39:39SPEAKER_00: So more YouTube short form.
- 1:39:42SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 1:39:42SPEAKER_00: So I probably gonna get a new, another pair or something like that.
- 1:39:46SPEAKER_00: All right, so you're smart.
- 1:39:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:39:47SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'll give it to you.
- 1:39:49SPEAKER_00: But this is the thing.
- 1:39:50SPEAKER_00: I feel like also having contrast, right?
- 1:39:52SPEAKER_00: Like, you don't know what you don't know, where like Android's good for me.
- 1:39:56SPEAKER_00: I like this phone for some reason for shopping, um, crypto investments, like that type of stuff.
- 1:40:02SPEAKER_00: I'm on this phone, and then I use this for media.
- 1:40:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, all media video is gonna be here.
- 1:40:07SPEAKER_00: The Apple phone he's holding up.
- 1:40:09SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 1:40:10SPEAKER_00: So, so that's where I feel like I have kind of the best of both worlds.
- 1:40:14SPEAKER_00: So that's incredible.
- 1:40:14SPEAKER_00: So we'll so we'll see.
- 1:40:15SPEAKER_00: We'll see how the event goes.
- 1:40:16SPEAKER_00: I like that.
- 1:40:17SPEAKER_00: I'm excited to make that happen.
- 1:40:18SPEAKER_00: And and I want to go back to you said something earlier about getting on massive stages.
- 1:40:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, where are you in alignment with getting on massive stages?
- 1:40:28SPEAKER_00: And I mean, I'm sure there's gonna be a mix of conversation, but when you think about being on that stage, speaking to those individuals, like what comes up for you?
- 1:40:37SPEAKER_00: Like, what type of conversation do you imagine you talking to them about?
- 1:40:41SPEAKER_03: Thank you for asking that and creating the space to even ask that.
- 1:40:44SPEAKER_03: Um I'm gonna start off with when I speak, I don't need anyone to remember my name.
- 1:40:51SPEAKER_03: I want it to be like I took them to church.
- 1:40:54SPEAKER_03: Like their heart was opened up and they left different than what they were, and they heard something that I said.
- 1:41:01SPEAKER_03: There's no new like things, right?
- 1:41:03SPEAKER_03: There's no new ideas out there.
- 1:41:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but there was something about me being in my alignment and speaking, channeling and speaking from my heart that changed the trajectory of their life.
- 1:41:13SPEAKER_03: I want them to walk out feeling like they thought that they couldn't do something when they came in and they can when they go out.
- 1:41:20SPEAKER_03: And it just so happens that, you know, I mean, right before COVID, I was on stages all the way to like London talking about monetizing Facebook groups because those were the people that those that was where the opportunity was, right?
- 1:41:31SPEAKER_03: And I got keynotes and all kinds of things from that.
- 1:41:33SPEAKER_03: Um, and then I I didn't, you know, I was in my phase.
- 1:41:37SPEAKER_03: And so now, like, I don't know what it looks like.
- 1:41:40SPEAKER_03: I think it's gonna be like a speaker series.
- 1:41:42SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:41:42SPEAKER_03: That's what I kind of see.
- 1:41:44SPEAKER_03: And but it's gonna be me holding my own and it's gonna be like a motivational kind of thing.
- 1:41:49SPEAKER_03: Um I like I said, give me the microphone and tell me who the audience is or what you want me to speak on, and I will go.
- 1:41:56SPEAKER_03: And I feel like my whole entire life's been prepared for that.
- 1:41:59SPEAKER_03: So, does that answer your question?
- 1:42:01SPEAKER_03: Like, I absolutely love that.
- 1:42:02SPEAKER_03: And I want to go a little bit.
- 1:42:03SPEAKER_03: That the content of it isn't so important.
- 1:42:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's the album.
- 1:42:07SPEAKER_03: I hope that makes sense.
- 1:42:08SPEAKER_03: Like it's it's I literally want the change of heart to happen.
- 1:42:12SPEAKER_03: And I believe I've been given the gift and the capacity to hold that like tons of people, yeah, and to hold it.
- 1:42:20SPEAKER_03: Um, I don't, I I it's way bigger than me.
- 1:42:25SPEAKER_03: Way bigger than me.
- 1:42:26SPEAKER_03: And uh I used to think it was a curse or I was too much or anything like that.
- 1:42:31SPEAKER_03: And I realized no, I just had it was like, you know, you have this powerful gun and you have to learn how to like, you know, hone it in and like, you know, not shoot all your bullets at once or or go full force, you know.
- 1:42:42SPEAKER_03: You have to learn how to temper it.
- 1:42:44SPEAKER_03: And I think that's a lot of what I've learned in the past decade.
- 1:42:47SPEAKER_03: Um, and that's why I love doing podcasts because I get to talk to people.
- 1:42:50SPEAKER_00: Amen.
- 1:42:51SPEAKER_03: Um but uh yeah, that's how I see it.
- 1:42:54SPEAKER_00: I want to go deeper on something you said.
- 1:42:56SPEAKER_00: Please I don't know if you all caught this.
- 1:42:57SPEAKER_00: She said, I don't even care if people remember my name.
- 1:43:02SPEAKER_03: I don't.
- 1:43:03SPEAKER_03: It's not about me.
- 1:43:04SPEAKER_03: It's about it's about serving.
- 1:43:06SPEAKER_00: That is the highest level of alignment that you can possibly be in because this is the thing above popular belief, everyone thinks legacy, the name, le family legacy, carry it on, and all this type of stuff, right?
- 1:43:19SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:43:20SPEAKER_00: And if you really go down and and go all the way down to the nitty-gritty and the deep, deeper that you can go, it's like, you know, how many generations does there have to be before you'll be forgotten, I'll be forgotten, it'll do what's going on.
- 1:43:32SPEAKER_03: I'll be written about on AI, so I don't need a legacy.
- 1:43:34SPEAKER_03: I like that.
- 1:43:35SPEAKER_03: I like that.
- 1:43:35SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:43:36SPEAKER_03: You ask the AI who Bella Vasta is, my legacy is already on there.
- 1:43:39SPEAKER_03: There you go.
- 1:43:40SPEAKER_00: Up until this point.
- 1:43:41SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 1:43:41SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 1:43:42SPEAKER_00: But I love the fact that, like, when you can be in such alignment where it doesn't so much matter about you specifically getting another follow or getting another like or them knowing your name.
- 1:43:52SPEAKER_00: It's just knowing that you're here to serve, you're supporting, you're doing exactly what you're supposed to do, and it's helping them get to that next level of alignment, wakefulness, whatever you want to call it.
- 1:44:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:44:05SPEAKER_00: And it's that's beautiful.
- 1:44:06SPEAKER_03: I had a keynote that I did in uh Kansas and it was to a whole bunch of foster care recruiters, like people who were trying to get kids in foster care.
- 1:44:16SPEAKER_03: And I was like, what do I possibly have to say to these people?
- 1:44:20SPEAKER_03: Like, how what do I know about this system?
- 1:44:22SPEAKER_03: Nothing.
- 1:44:23SPEAKER_03: But I pulled it off and not pulled it off, I nailed it and like had people crying and people inspired.
- 1:44:29SPEAKER_03: I mean, these these people have kids who have no home sleeping in their office at night because they don't have a place to go.
- 1:44:36SPEAKER_03: And it was my job to come in and motivate them to do the best that they can at their job.
- 1:44:42SPEAKER_03: I didn't have to know how to do their job.
- 1:44:44SPEAKER_03: I needed to know how to motivate them as a person and be like, you can do this.
- 1:44:48SPEAKER_03: And this is like how you can do this, and this is why you are doing this, and this is you know, like it was it was such an out-of-body experience.
- 1:44:59SPEAKER_03: Probably one of the most meaningful groups of people I've spoken to because of what they do.
- 1:45:03SPEAKER_03: And so to be put in the juxtapose of that, and to be given like the ability, now obviously it doesn't last forever, right?
- 1:45:11SPEAKER_03: But but just to have that moment in time, like that's the stuff that matters to me.
- 1:45:16SPEAKER_03: So that's why I'm like, I don't care who it is or what it is, or I'm not like, hey, I only talk about this, only to these people.
- 1:45:23SPEAKER_03: Like, this is so much bigger than me, Norman.
- 1:45:26SPEAKER_03: And I've known it and I felt it.
- 1:45:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and that's why I don't feel the need to control it because it's it's it's there.
- 1:45:33SPEAKER_03: It just is.
- 1:45:34SPEAKER_03: It's just everything's preparing me for that.
- 1:45:36SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 1:45:37SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 1:45:37SPEAKER_00: Congratulations, and it's interesting.
- 1:45:39SPEAKER_00: I was talking to this, it's a joke, but I call her my work wife.
- 1:45:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:45:44SPEAKER_00: She's in the Philippines, and she's like the number one uh first hire in the Philippines, and she's amazing.
- 1:45:48SPEAKER_00: So she helps out billing and HR and hiring, all that type of stuff.
- 1:45:52SPEAKER_00: And we were talking about you know what's next, and I'm like, stages and keynote speaking and like more podcasts, and and and what's next is like build the sales division to a point where like I'm like six months out where I don't have to do anything for the business, the business will run itself.
- 1:46:07SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I'm gonna be the the spokesperson, you know, and do the other things.
- 1:46:11SPEAKER_00: And it's interesting because like now I'm talking to you and you've done so much keynote speaking already.
- 1:46:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then you have even bigger aspirations for bigger stages to do even more.
- 1:46:20SPEAKER_00: Yes, and it just it it's like anyone who's out there, you have a big dream and you want to get a new car and you start seeing it everywhere.
- 1:46:28SPEAKER_00: That's that's you gotta brainwash yourself, yes, and that's you like in alignment and on the right path, yeah.
- 1:46:35SPEAKER_00: Right path, just like what I was talking about now.
- 1:46:37SPEAKER_00: I feel like, oh my god, like I'm on the right path.
- 1:46:39SPEAKER_00: Yes, and it's just absolutely amazing.
- 1:46:41SPEAKER_00: And so that's where too I'm excited on my side to break the mold a little bit because we are a marketing agency and typically we're just sponsors, uh-huh.
- 1:46:49SPEAKER_00: We're not within oh, yeah, no, get on stage for free.
- 1:46:52SPEAKER_00: No, we pay, it's bullshit.
- 1:46:55SPEAKER_00: So I want to break that mold so people could be like, oh wow, like we need this person on the stage because he's doing something that's completely.
- 1:47:02SPEAKER_03: You have something valuable to offer the world, especially when you're in alignment.
- 1:47:06SPEAKER_03: Amen.
- 1:47:07SPEAKER_03: You know, it's like we all can be in alignment and we all have gifts, and that sounds so simple, yeah, but it's so complex for us to understand.
- 1:47:16SPEAKER_03: And I think as you go through your journey, because we're all on our journey, we're all in different hills and valleys, and and it just keeps going.
- 1:47:23SPEAKER_03: It doesn't stop, but you don't ever actually arrive anywhere.
- 1:47:27SPEAKER_03: No, we don't.
- 1:47:28SPEAKER_02: Um, it I forget what I was saying, honestly.
- 1:47:32SPEAKER_03: Peaks, valleys, don't arrive anywhere.
- 1:47:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah, being in alignment.
- 1:47:35SPEAKER_03: Oh, it's it's simple.
- 1:47:36SPEAKER_03: It's simple.
- 1:47:37SPEAKER_03: What is what is your your dream?
- 1:47:40SPEAKER_03: And it's not hard.
- 1:47:41SPEAKER_03: People always say, like, what's something you've always wanted to do that you haven't done?
- 1:47:44SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I've done it.
- 1:47:45SPEAKER_03: Like, I usually do it.
- 1:47:47SPEAKER_03: Like, I have a thing in my head and I do it.
- 1:47:50SPEAKER_03: And um, yeah, I'm I'm lucky every single day.
- 1:47:54SPEAKER_03: Like every single day, my daughter, you know, maybe she wakes me up because she she likes to sing.
- 1:47:59SPEAKER_03: She can hear music and play it on the piano.
- 1:48:02SPEAKER_03: Um she might be singing at the top of her lungs at 5 58 in the morning.
- 1:48:07SPEAKER_01: Wake up golf.
- 1:48:07SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 1:48:08SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 1:48:09SPEAKER_03: And I always go back to it's the programming.
- 1:48:11SPEAKER_03: It's like, oh my god, I'm so happy that I can hear you sing.
- 1:48:16SPEAKER_03: Like that's such a blessing.
- 1:48:18SPEAKER_03: And it's it's those little practices, and it's often the people closest to us that we're attracted in or sent into that teach us the biggest lessons, the biggest karmic lessons, or the what whoever PO's you the most.
- 1:48:31SPEAKER_03: You have something to learn there.
- 1:48:32SPEAKER_03: You have a a way to respond, you have a a reflection to say, why does this actually bother me this much?
- 1:48:38SPEAKER_03: Like, where does that come from?
- 1:48:41SPEAKER_03: And do I agree with it or do I want to change it?
- 1:48:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:48:45SPEAKER_03: And that's the journaling, that's the meditation, that's the projection of the 5D, that's the just getting quiet with yourself, but it's uncomfortable.
- 1:48:53SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 1:48:54SPEAKER_03: And you're constantly learning.
- 1:48:56SPEAKER_03: Yes, it doesn't ever stop.
- 1:48:58SPEAKER_03: Never.
- 1:48:58SPEAKER_03: So you have to just embrace it.
- 1:49:00SPEAKER_03: You have to be like, okay, dang it.
- 1:49:02SPEAKER_03: Like, heartache.
- 1:49:05SPEAKER_03: Love life is the way that God likes to get my attention.
- 1:49:09SPEAKER_03: And um, you know, but I've learned so much about myself.
- 1:49:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:49:13SPEAKER_03: And I'm grateful for it because I would never, I don't regret anything.
- 1:49:16SPEAKER_03: I really don't.
- 1:49:17SPEAKER_03: And again, it sounds cliche, but if I didn't have that, I wouldn't know this.
- 1:49:21SPEAKER_03: And I think that's what it what it is.
- 1:49:23SPEAKER_03: And yeah, when I speak, I get into this like preacher moment where I don't even remember what I said or how I do it.
- 1:49:29SPEAKER_03: And I get into this, you can see it on camera sometimes.
- 1:49:33SPEAKER_03: Cause I'll I'll change my like tempo, and you know that like the spirit's taken over me.
- 1:49:38SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 1:49:39SPEAKER_03: And it's so glorious.
- 1:49:40SPEAKER_00: Like it's like channeling, it's just you're channeling your higher self, God, you're the divine, what have you.
- 1:49:47SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:49:47SPEAKER_00: And back to what you just said, I just want to say that like if anything was any different in your life, I wouldn't be who I am today.
- 1:49:55SPEAKER_00: And you wouldn't be sitting there right now.
- 1:49:57SPEAKER_03: No, I wouldn't.
- 1:49:57SPEAKER_00: And we wouldn't be having this conversation.
- 1:49:59SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't.
- 1:50:00SPEAKER_00: Happened differently in your life, you wouldn't be here right now, listening and or viewing this podcast.
- 1:50:07SPEAKER_03: My divorce is connected to me being here.
- 1:50:09SPEAKER_03: If I didn't have my divorce, I wouldn't have actually gone as close to Olenka.
- 1:50:13SPEAKER_03: Her and I knew of each other.
- 1:50:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:50:14SPEAKER_03: But we grew together over that topic.
- 1:50:17SPEAKER_03: And then we grew business.
- 1:50:18SPEAKER_03: And so when Olenka said to me two months ago, hey, you need to be on this guy's podcast.
- 1:50:22SPEAKER_03: Here's the link.
- 1:50:23SPEAKER_03: I was like, okay, I really don't know who he is.
- 1:50:25SPEAKER_03: That's a long podcast.
- 1:50:26SPEAKER_03: I can talk forever.
- 1:50:27SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 1:50:28SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 1:50:29SPEAKER_03: Oh God, he's way beyond my bubble in Gilbert.
- 1:50:31SPEAKER_03: Okay, whatever.
- 1:50:32SPEAKER_03: And then I was like, oh shoot, like, because I went to Baja and I was like, I had to reschedule.
- 1:50:36SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 1:50:36SPEAKER_03: And now I'm here.
- 1:50:37SPEAKER_03: And it makes so much sense why I'm here.
- 1:50:40SPEAKER_03: Like this just flows.
- 1:50:42SPEAKER_03: And so my being, if I wasn't divorced, I wouldn't have known Olenka and Olinka wouldn't have shown me to come to here and have this and share this space and share this moment and this excitement for life.
- 1:50:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:50:52SPEAKER_03: That's what it's about.
- 1:50:53SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 1:50:54SPEAKER_03: Thank you for offering the space and co-creating all this.
- 1:50:58SPEAKER_03: Of course.
- 1:50:59SPEAKER_00: No, I'm grateful for you too.
- 1:51:00SPEAKER_00: And life is beautiful.
- 1:51:02SPEAKER_00: And I feel like we do need to remember that.
- 1:51:04SPEAKER_00: Remember that.
- 1:51:05SPEAKER_00: And I just got back and was sick as hell.
- 1:51:10SPEAKER_00: And it was it was like almost like an infection to the point of like you're like almost like done.
- 1:51:16SPEAKER_00: Like I'm done.
- 1:51:17SPEAKER_00: I'm done.
- 1:51:18SPEAKER_00: Like that type of feeling.
- 1:51:19SPEAKER_00: You know, the body aches and the fever and then all the stuff.
- 1:51:22SPEAKER_00: You still feel that way?
- 1:51:23SPEAKER_00: Uh it's disgusting.
- 1:51:24SPEAKER_00: Oh no.
- 1:51:25SPEAKER_00: I'm good now.
- 1:51:26SPEAKER_00: I'm good now.
- 1:51:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:51:26SPEAKER_00: No, no.
- 1:51:27SPEAKER_00: I'm finally, I'm finally better.
- 1:51:28SPEAKER_00: A little bit of ruddy nose, but I'm good now.
- 1:51:30SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:51:30SPEAKER_00: Um, but no, so I was going through it and it was just like, what the fuck?
- 1:51:34SPEAKER_00: And so being on the other side of it now, it's like, got it.
- 1:51:39SPEAKER_00: It was character, it was to build the character.
- 1:51:42SPEAKER_00: That's why I went through it just like my daughter, non-stop complaining.
- 1:51:46SPEAKER_00: I know that, and all the things, and then she got back and she felt like shit.
- 1:51:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, she was she was throwing up and she was shitting herself, and she was favor, and she was all the things, and she's in the middle of the night, like a little puppy dog, and all the things.
- 1:51:58SPEAKER_00: And I'll tell you what, she hasn't hardly complained at all.
- 1:52:02SPEAKER_00: This whole week, she's been an angel.
- 1:52:04SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you're different.
- 1:52:05SPEAKER_00: She's like, No, I'm not.
- 1:52:06SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you're different, like you, like I because I was almost like, because with her, you have to kind of escalate a little bit, like as far as either being stern or the way that you deliver the message, because she knows.
- 1:52:18SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:52:18SPEAKER_00: You know nothing, she knows everything.
- 1:52:19SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, oh my god, kids, you're killing me.
- 1:52:22SPEAKER_00: Um, and so she's been way more timid and not timid, more relaxed and chill, which has been super cool.
- 1:52:28SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:52:28SPEAKER_00: Um, but I want to ask you about your podcast.
- 1:52:31SPEAKER_00: So you asked about the lift off experience.
- 1:52:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:52:34SPEAKER_00: What was the catalyst?
- 1:52:35SPEAKER_00: Why did you get the podcast started?
- 1:52:37SPEAKER_00: And and where did that come about?
- 1:52:38SPEAKER_03: Um, the the long one.
- 1:52:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:52:40SPEAKER_03: Uh okay, Bella and Your Business.
- 1:52:43SPEAKER_03: I started that when I was a NICU.
- 1:52:45SPEAKER_03: I had a house that was, yeah, it was my other way to like kind of get out there without having to be out there.
- 1:52:51SPEAKER_03: And so I started it on my MacBook Pro, my laptop, and I did it in my closet because it was the only place in my first house that we had a carpet.
- 1:53:00SPEAKER_03: And I didn't even have a microphone.
- 1:53:01SPEAKER_03: I just, I just literally did it on uh on the floor surrounded by clothes.
- 1:53:06SPEAKER_03: And the first couple episodes are terrible.
- 1:53:09SPEAKER_03: Like, I mean, they're it's really hard for me to hear them.
- 1:53:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:53:13SPEAKER_03: But I have people that have started on the first episode, and then the first hundred episodes, I interviewed people, and then I took it from 200 to 465 now, and it's all uh my talking.
- 1:53:24SPEAKER_03: Oh about three months ago, I was doing it every week, and about three months ago, I felt it in my spirit.
- 1:53:30SPEAKER_03: I was like, this is this isn't an alignment again, right?
- 1:53:34SPEAKER_03: Like I just felt like I was trying to come up with stuff to say, and it wasn't joyful for me anymore.
- 1:53:39SPEAKER_03: And so I said, you know what, we're gonna do it every other week now.
- 1:53:42SPEAKER_03: And that's what we do.
- 1:53:43SPEAKER_03: So we do it every other week, and on the off weeks, because I have 465 episodes, I pick a topic.
- 1:53:49SPEAKER_03: So I say like AI basics, and I'm like, hey, this is the off-week episode, but here's three episodes you can listen to if you want still bell it in your business.
- 1:53:57SPEAKER_03: And the spike keeps going up, like it keeps going up in the off weeks because we're like, oh, want more about hiring employees?
- 1:54:03SPEAKER_03: Here's three episodes you can do.
- 1:54:05SPEAKER_03: Or you want uh something about systems and processes, here's three episodes you can do.
- 1:54:09SPEAKER_03: And so what I did is I had Claude go through all my episodes and say, Hey, like group these all together for me.
- 1:54:14SPEAKER_03: You know, and so now we're on like a three-month rotation because I'm not coming up with more and more and more.
- 1:54:19SPEAKER_03: We we already did them, so now we're just rotating them again based off of what one spoke to people, right?
- 1:54:24SPEAKER_03: What topics?
- 1:54:25SPEAKER_03: And so that's been like really great because now I'm not in this like constant engine of like I have to produce, I have to, I'm like, God dang it.
- 1:54:32SPEAKER_03: I'm like 450 episodes, like when do I get to stop?
- 1:54:37SPEAKER_03: But I did but I didn't want to stop, but like I just again like I had to check in with myself.
- 1:54:43SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 1:54:43SPEAKER_03: Am I doing this because I'm supposed to do it or because I want to do it?
- 1:54:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so now it gives me good two weeks, and I'm like, hmm, what should I talk about?
- 1:54:50SPEAKER_03: What have I learned?
- 1:54:51SPEAKER_03: Oh, you know what?
- 1:54:52SPEAKER_03: AI search, let's talk about that.
- 1:54:54SPEAKER_03: And so I'll talk to Claudie Claude for a little bit and I'll tell him what I want to do.
- 1:54:57SPEAKER_03: And it has a skill set for like how my podcast goes.
- 1:55:00SPEAKER_03: It's got my timestamps perfectly because it knows how fast I talk, it's always on point, and then I do my script and we're good.
- 1:55:07SPEAKER_00: Interesting.
- 1:55:08SPEAKER_00: So, what was the catalyst behind doing a solo podcast instead of interviewing individuals?
- 1:55:15SPEAKER_03: So, what I realized is after I was interviewing people all the time, first of all, it got really tiring to find someone new to interview every single week.
- 1:55:24SPEAKER_03: And I would get some people that were just like, and other people, it was a way to get in front of people that I normally wouldn't get time with.
- 1:55:32SPEAKER_04: Yep.
- 1:55:33SPEAKER_03: But then someone told me something that really resonated with me, and I was my was my focus was building my brand and who I was.
- 1:55:40SPEAKER_03: But I wasn't doing any of the thought leadership.
- 1:55:42SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:55:43SPEAKER_03: I was just sitting there showing up.
- 1:55:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:55:44SPEAKER_03: Just to show up.
- 1:55:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:55:46SPEAKER_03: I didn't have to do much, it was just interviewing people.
- 1:55:48SPEAKER_03: I would just ask them questions, it would be over in 20, 25 minutes, we're done.
- 1:55:52SPEAKER_03: And um, so then I I wanted to start talking, and so that's that's why that's yeah.
- 1:55:57SPEAKER_03: I wanted to start being the thought process or the thought leader.
- 1:56:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
- 1:56:01SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 1:56:01SPEAKER_00: I think that's great.
- 1:56:02SPEAKER_00: Cause at the end of the day, is it's like if it's in alignment, you know what you want to do and how you want to do it and where you want to go with it.
- 1:56:07SPEAKER_00: Like that's that's amazing.
- 1:56:08SPEAKER_03: And I'm um I'm a manifest generator.
- 1:56:11SPEAKER_03: No, I'm a generator, sorry.
- 1:56:12SPEAKER_03: Um, and it's human design.
- 1:56:14SPEAKER_03: And when I when someone's Hermit, when someone showed me that, I was like, whoa.
- 1:56:19SPEAKER_03: And like I have to have satisfaction when I do things.
- 1:56:22SPEAKER_03: And uh it made a lot of sense why like whenever I now that I feel like I'm more online than ever, when I do feel friction, I'm like, is it trying to teach me something or am I not in alignment?
- 1:56:33SPEAKER_03: And so then it's like, okay, I can go deeper on that.
- 1:56:36SPEAKER_03: I'm like, you know, we're gonna just release that, we're gonna make space for it, or whatever it might be, you know?
- 1:56:41SPEAKER_00: So wow, that's super cool.
- 1:56:43SPEAKER_00: No, that's that's awesome.
- 1:56:45SPEAKER_00: You know, it it's a process.
- 1:56:46SPEAKER_00: Finding guests and doing all that is a process.
- 1:56:48SPEAKER_00: Um, we haven't been as consistent as far as like the goal is to have one week.
- 1:56:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and so there's some times there where they are one week, and there's some times there where it's just like there is nothing for like a couple weeks.
- 1:56:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so we just continue just as as organic as we we we are going to.
- 1:57:03SPEAKER_00: And then honestly, um, the guests I if there's someone that I want to talk to, like the certified health nut, I was like, I don't know if he'll be on.
- 1:57:10SPEAKER_00: Like, this guy's pretty well known, and I didn't even know he was like in Scottsville or whatever.
- 1:57:14SPEAKER_00: So then I it's why I said just send him a DM.
- 1:57:17SPEAKER_00: Send him a DM.
- 1:57:17SPEAKER_00: Next thing you know, he's like totally cool.
- 1:57:18SPEAKER_00: Send me an email and was like, boom, all right, here he was.
- 1:57:20SPEAKER_00: Cool.
- 1:57:21SPEAKER_00: Um, definitely an interesting episode.
- 1:57:23SPEAKER_00: Check it out.
- 1:57:23SPEAKER_00: He's a he's a nut, but he has a lot of good stuff to say.
- 1:57:26SPEAKER_00: The certified health nut.
- 1:57:27SPEAKER_00: Now I get why he's called that.
- 1:57:29SPEAKER_00: Um, and then other people like seen the show and like you know, want to be on themselves or like you know, referrals, like you know, like Olanka referred you over, so here we are, which is great.
- 1:57:40SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:57:40SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think we're pretty booked out now for the weeks to come.
- 1:57:43SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 1:57:44SPEAKER_00: So um, and I also want to make sure it's in person because there's something to be oh, there's magic when you yeah, when you literally share space when you're when you're within five feet of someone, you're sharing energy.
- 1:57:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like scientifically proven, not woo.
- 1:57:57SPEAKER_03: And on your point, that's also a really good uh time to remind anyone listening that you need to hit that follow and subscribe button because it's not well, it sounds like it's getting a little bit more uh habitual or on schedule.
- 1:58:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but for the times that it might not be, you want to make sure that this podcast shows up.
- 1:58:15SPEAKER_03: So go ahead and hit that subscribe and follow button.
- 1:58:17SPEAKER_00: I appreciate you.
- 1:58:18SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
- 1:58:19SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 1:58:20SPEAKER_00: Wait, hello it's for you.
- 1:58:22SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, sometimes you get definitely gonna do a better job.
- 1:58:25SPEAKER_00: Like because I have nothing to sell.
- 1:58:26SPEAKER_00: So like I have like what I don't like, you know, like I know, you know, but it is what it is.
- 1:58:31SPEAKER_00: The team puts up a little like subscribe like notification bell type thing.
- 1:58:34SPEAKER_00: That's good.
- 1:58:34SPEAKER_00: But you know, and even for me, like not until most recently, because we were only video and then we got the audio, yeah, and then we started getting the email campaigns going, and so being more deliberate with it, and then um changing time frames, like Tuesdays are really good days to like launch the podcast.
- 1:58:49SPEAKER_00: So now it's like Tuesdays, yeah.
- 1:58:51SPEAKER_00: Um, but the team, like I just record this and they'll do everything.
- 1:58:54SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 1:58:55SPEAKER_00: I don't do anything.
- 1:58:56SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 1:58:57SPEAKER_03: I think I only want to be on like long podcasts from now on.
- 1:59:00SPEAKER_00: I love these, you know, it's just it's just a conversation.
- 1:59:02SPEAKER_00: It's a conversation.
- 1:59:03SPEAKER_03: I don't feel rushed or like I have to like say things succinctly, like you can like have a like a thought flow.
- 1:59:09SPEAKER_03: Like, yeah, and I'm so grateful for everyone who's still watching and listening.
- 1:59:12SPEAKER_00: Like, I mean, can you believe it?
- 1:59:13SPEAKER_00: It's already an hour and 54 minutes in.
- 1:59:15SPEAKER_00: Dude, that's so cool.
- 1:59:17SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 1:59:18SPEAKER_00: Let's guide.
- 1:59:19SPEAKER_00: Shout out to y'all for freaking staying this long and actually going through this journey with us because anyone who's gonna actually slow down for two hours, yeah, are individuals they and you're in alignment.
- 1:59:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, in alignment, and you are for sure very few in in between.
- 1:59:37SPEAKER_00: Like fear, few what is it?
- 1:59:39SPEAKER_00: Fear few far in between, uh-huh, not very many people because everyone, everything's like three seconds, three seconds, three seconds.
- 1:59:44SPEAKER_00: It's the reels, it's the short highlight.
- 1:59:46SPEAKER_00: And like people don't take time to actually sit down and actually listen to something.
- 1:59:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, and that's where I feel like um you know, that definitely is a big part of development.
- 1:59:56SPEAKER_03: It sounds so cliche, but if you still are here and we're talking directly to you, yeah, I want to know what your biggest takeaway was.
- 2:00:02SPEAKER_03: And that sounds so salesy, but no, like for real, because we covered so much.
- 2:00:07SPEAKER_03: And so if you're still listening, when you're still listening, I want to know.
- 2:00:10SPEAKER_03: Like, post a comment, like tag us, like let us know.
- 2:00:13SPEAKER_03: Because I'm always curious, like this whole thing was amazing for me.
- 2:00:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but I'm just you you're always surprised sometimes by something.
- 2:00:20SPEAKER_03: You're like, oh, I don't even remember saying that, or like, did something bless you and just like fill you up?
- 2:00:26SPEAKER_03: I would it would make my day to get a notification and know.
- 2:00:29SPEAKER_00: Me too.
- 2:00:30SPEAKER_00: You could send direct message, DM, we're both findable everywhere, everywhere.
- 2:00:34SPEAKER_00: So then let's let's let's make it actual right now.
- 2:00:37SPEAKER_00: What was your biggest takeaway today?
- 2:00:39SPEAKER_03: Uh alignment.
- 2:00:40SPEAKER_03: I think alignment, and I think um a I really receive and appreciate the space that you asked for me to talk more about my dream, about about talking on stage.
- 2:00:53SPEAKER_03: I don't get an opportunity to express that as much.
- 2:00:57SPEAKER_03: And I don't think I hide it, but I it's hard for a lot of people to comprehend if you're not already in alignment on it or understand where I'm coming from from it.
- 2:01:07SPEAKER_03: So thank you for that.
- 2:01:08SPEAKER_03: I think I I like that.
- 2:01:09SPEAKER_03: And I like knowing about um just how grounded you are, um and also having all these successful tentacles out there.
- 2:01:21SPEAKER_03: I think that's wildly important for people to know that you can show up here barefoot with your toenails painted, um, you know, chilling, you know, and with cookies bacon, with your your wife and your daughter in the next room.
- 2:01:35SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 2:01:35SPEAKER_03: And just that, you know, anyone that's wanting to live that kind of life, you can live it.
- 2:01:42SPEAKER_03: He's living it right now.
- 2:01:43SPEAKER_03: And I think that's really important to draw attention to.
- 2:01:46SPEAKER_03: So I think those two things because that's like the real thing that people talk about.
- 2:01:51SPEAKER_03: But dude, we get to live that right now.
- 2:01:54SPEAKER_03: We do, we're living it like in the flesh.
- 2:01:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like this is amazing.
- 2:01:56SPEAKER_03: This is a theory.
- 2:01:57SPEAKER_03: This is reality.
- 2:01:58SPEAKER_00: This is this is our reality.
- 2:02:00SPEAKER_00: Yes, like on a Friday, just chilling.
- 2:02:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let's go.
- 2:02:03SPEAKER_00: On a Friday chilling, like yeah, on Good Friday, no less.
- 2:02:07SPEAKER_00: Ooh, let's go.
- 2:02:08SPEAKER_00: Easter Sunday.
- 2:02:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it it is it is so true.
- 2:02:12SPEAKER_00: And uh, and I want to thank you because when you asked the deeper question about the podcast, it was just like, and it I I wasn't even trying to get emotional, it just hit.
- 2:02:22SPEAKER_00: I was like, what?
- 2:02:23SPEAKER_00: I was like, wow, like you know, and then there was the chills moment too.
- 2:02:27SPEAKER_00: And so, you know, I just you were going for like 20, 30 minutes at the beginning of the episode, and I was just like, let her go because I felt like you just needed to like let it out.
- 2:02:39SPEAKER_00: It was all good forward for the rest of the conversation.
- 2:02:41SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, it was amazing, and the fact that you felt compelled and comfortable to share the story with your daughter and all the things that you went through, but it gave the context to the rest of the show, absolutely, and to show people like you've been through some shit.
- 2:02:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and this isn't just fluff and this isn't just some made up bullshit, like been there, done it, moms, you know, dads, uh, you know, divorced, special needs, special needs, like business builders, yeah.
- 2:03:07SPEAKER_00: Yes, business builders, uh AI, the whole nine.
- 2:03:10SPEAKER_00: And so, so it's cool just to be able to hold space for you, take that time, listen, learn, and then for you to hold space for me, and then for you to be able to ask me questions, and and that's what I love about the uh podcast is that it it could be a conversation on both sides.
- 2:03:24SPEAKER_00: We're both hosts, yeah.
- 2:03:25SPEAKER_00: You know, I mean we both have podcasts here.
