- 0:05Drama, Darling Drama, Darling Drama, Darling. Hello Darling, So welcome
- 0:20back. It is Thursday. Today, we're gonna be talking a little bit
- 0:24about the Below Deck Sailing Yacht reunion, and then we're gonna pop on over
- 0:29into Orange County. Joining me today, Darlings is Emily Dere says Hi,
- 0:34Emily, Hello, you are hot? Suprise? I love. I will
- 0:43always do a Zaron intro. I just can't get over the fact that,
- 0:48like it's something about her. There's an Allie putting put in and James's girlfriend's
- 0:54name is Allie. So I just imagine, you know, Jill showing up
- 0:58to something about her being like sopran. Allie's here, Ali meet Ali in
- 1:02the alley. Emily hot off of not being picked for jury duty? Can
- 1:08I see that? Or am I breaking rules? No? You can absolutely
- 1:12say that I got a six pm notification that I had to go to report
- 1:19for jury duty yesterday and I did not get the call to be on any
- 1:23panel. And let me tell you, there was some long commitments being really
- 1:29put out there, like like weeks weeks. I was like please no,
- 1:33please no, please no, and I didn't get called that said. I
- 1:38was fully prepared to serve it most, to serve or to serve or to
- 1:45be like your honor. I can't I have a call like because I was
- 1:49like, oh, maybe I'll get put on the jury for like a Tom
- 1:53Girardi case and I'll know too much and then I can't do it and I'll
- 1:56have to be like your honor. I cannot serve on this jury because I
- 2:02have been biased against Time Girardi from when he interrupted Erica to tell hers stop
- 2:07talking or he was talking and season six, episode four, bailiff, please
- 2:13remove this juror potential jury is. I don't know who Time Girardi is.
- 2:17This is a case about medical malpractice, right, ma'am you are you know
- 2:23you're out of order. Out of order immediately. Oh that's just all your
- 2:29references about Girardi and Girardi, Keith and your honor everything. Oh my gosh,
- 2:40that's amazing. Yeah, why is she approaching the bench. This is
- 2:45a jury selection. I don't know why she's approaching. Get this lady out
- 2:49of here. She's watched too much Law and Order as it is. I
- 2:53am like, I'm so glad, and yes, of course that those things
- 2:55can be fascinating and certainly for people who are not in this industry of podcasting
- 3:02who need to serve it up on a daily basis. Uh, you know,
- 3:07we we can't serve our our city, our state, our county at
- 3:12this time, you know, when we've got to serve a dish. We
- 3:16can't serve justice at the same time. So we sometimes we need to try
- 3:22to get out of these things and at a later date, you know,
- 3:24when our schedule is different. I would be happy to serve you know,
- 3:29absolutely. Yeah. And I I've never I always get called and then never
- 3:37get always a call, always never never a panelist, always a bride'sture,
- 3:46never a yeah, I always. My My thing is actually always a reader,
- 3:52never a bridesmaid, always a reader. Like you know how it's like
- 3:55we went Emily in the wedding, but like reader read? Oh I see,
- 4:00can you be a reader? Read something? It's like they think they're
- 4:04doing you a favor by making you feel special, and you're like, ah,
- 4:09what is it? Like I'd rather not be involved at all so I
- 4:13don't have to show up at the church. Yeah, I guess I'm I'm
- 4:18really good at reading and not good at being like a best friend, but
- 4:24good at reading and good and good enough. Oh, you're good at reading.
- 4:28Honey, It's not Corinthians, it's Nany Leaks Season three, Honey,
- 4:34a reading from Lenethia Leeks from the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Good night Wig,
- 4:45good night Wig. Close your legs to married men, and that reading
- 4:50is over, and it makes me. I'd like to point out that it's
- 4:54important that when you make your vows that you both close your legs to other
- 5:00married men. Thank you. Yeah, I also do an editorial at the
- 5:04end. You gotta size it up, you gotta recap it. When I
- 5:11walk into a courtroom as a juror potential juror, they go illitche and then
- 5:17they're like, nope, nope, we're not dealing with that energy. I
- 5:24walk in with all the music launching. I'll not here any who I know
- 5:40Sandoval has been called for jury duty and he's all yeah, He's like,
- 5:45I can't. I can't do this because like im all like I have a
- 5:47band, and like it's like, no, it's not making money, but
- 5:50like I have to pay, like other people are making money my bid,
- 5:54so like it's financial I have to plead financial struggle. If I don't show
- 5:59up for this and then they're going to struggle for you sleep because I pay
- 6:01them. Do I have to give my name breadwinner for the band? I
- 6:06bring the bread, I win the bread for the band. Oh yeah,
- 6:12Yi, well, welcome back, welcome back, letting the welcome back,
- 6:17welcome back, welcome back. I used to love that show. Oh it
- 6:21was so good, and Darling's the ones who are young. What we're talking
- 6:27about is a television show from eighteen thirty four, Welcome Back Katta, Oh,
- 6:31mister Coada, I mean so good. I mean I will say I
- 6:36wasn't I was old enough to watch reruns. I mean I was alive winter
- 6:42on. I just didn't live. I was alive when I was on,
- 6:46but I was never more alive than want to welcome back live. You were
- 6:49living your best life, but you were leaving. Aren't you? Just so
- 6:54sick of the trendy words? Just like everything and like living your best life
- 7:00over some of the guess yeah, the second it becomes word art, I'm
- 7:04like, it's beyond over right. I love word out of the pailows I
- 7:12love I got Jakeson, I discut like from Home Goods and I got a
- 7:15lot of pillows. It's like everythug, and I got one that says,
- 7:19leave a bit flaff God, Brittany is word art that she is the best
- 7:28way to describe her. She's word word art, word art, word art.
- 7:33Anyway, there really is no serving condition because we're going to be talking
- 7:41about below Deck sailing Out reunion. But real quick, I'll just oh yeah
- 7:46and I O S. But I just want to say there is Vander because
- 7:49I don't want to take this time that I'm doing her now. I'm not
- 7:51going to take this time to say like, oh no. And then that
- 7:55cast trip of Vanda Pump Rules and Lake Tahoe fans took a picture with the
- 7:59whole and she was right next to Tom Sanderbal and she had her kind of
- 8:03her arm around him and they were posing and and everyone had a problem.
- 8:07They're like, oh, so you guys are cool, and she's like,
- 8:09ever're not cool. Oker. Just because I stand for a post for a
- 8:11picture with fans doesn't mean Domino card of stop. So it's the I'm not
- 8:18gonna waste my time saying that. So that's all good. And I will
- 8:22just say in Sheena's defense, I will stand with Satan himself if and take
- 8:26a picture I will. I wouldn't necessarily have I wouldn't want to do that,
- 8:31but if I was forced to, if I personally am gonna look better
- 8:33with my arm in a certain position, I'll put my arm around Satan in
- 8:37a picture if it's gonna make me look better. If I have to take
- 8:41a picture with him, yes, if he's gonna allow me the correct shadows
- 8:46on the larger parts of my arm, I'm gonna make it look more sculpted.
- 8:48If I have to take a picture, I'm going to be vain about
- 8:52it. Yeah, I'm gonna put my arms back so that I love a
- 8:56little bit, you know, just I'm popping them back. For those with
- 9:01a video popping the bike, they're just pulping it, lucked, darlings.
- 9:13Okay, here's the thing we're gonna talk about. Below deck sailing at and
- 9:18first and foremost, Chase has a dog in a backpack and there which is
- 9:22let that dog walk? What are you doing to that dog? It's like
- 9:26veal, like let it out, and then it like later he's cradling Like
- 9:33every time you cut to Chase, he's like, it's on my head,
- 9:35so I'm cradling it. Wait, so you you had a visit putting it
- 9:43up through his shirt. Yeah. Uh, you had a visceral reaction in
- 9:46a negative way, And I had a visceral reaction in a positive way because
- 9:52it was so weirdly performative and was performative. I give you that, but
- 10:00I mean they're sitting in these weird rooms. I get it. But also
- 10:05like that the dog did seem comfortable. I mean it was laying there,
- 10:09staring into his eyes and it's cradling it in his arms. Yes, the
- 10:13second half, I was like, the dog is in love with him.
- 10:16It's pretty funny. But I'm like, I don't understand how that dog doesn't
- 10:22want to just get down and be a dog, Like it's not a child,
- 10:26and even a newborn infant you would put it down. Those reunions are
- 10:31long, really long. I was surprised about that dog. How long it
- 10:35did stay there. Maybe I mean cannabis or something. Oh that could be
- 10:41because it did look like it was tripping. Yeah, dogs be tripping.
- 10:48Maybe it's tripping over all those stupid hardhands. Oh, I hate that.
- 10:54That was I gotta tell you. I hated that. I I can't.
- 11:00I mean, I'll do that with baby daughters sometimes you know, every once
- 11:03in a while, she's three. Well she's older than three. But I'm
- 11:07saying, yeah, yeah, yeah, but yeah, that's the time in
- 11:11the place. That's the time in the place. Nothing makes Alex less attractive
- 11:16than him putting up those hard hands Chaser, Alex, alexuse he was doing
- 11:20it. Alex was doing it. Oh yeah he was. Yes. Oh
- 11:26that's really I expect it from Chase. Sure, that's a wash. That's
- 11:30a wash. Alex. He took his like hot factor way down when he
- 11:35started doing that because he was not doing it ironically. He was like,
- 11:39legit, like hard hands. We're in this together. Yeah, hard hands.
- 11:46I got a new pillow. It's got heart hy a little bit.
- 11:48It's his heart hyas and hearts forever. Love it, love it. Yeah,
- 11:56we expected from Chase. But you're right, really dumb down things for
- 12:01Alex. And it's too bad. It's too bad. Yeah. And while
- 12:05I'm not saying hard hands were always bad, it's just in twenty twenty three,
- 12:09I just don't need to see it. It's been a it's it's kind
- 12:13of like a thing that's past its prime. Oh it needs to be retired.
- 12:18Okay, thank you, Okay, now, let's talk about garyan Mads.
- 12:24So just the couple of things. Mads would go back and choose Alex
- 12:28if she could, but she still doesn't have any regrets about Gary, which
- 12:33is a whole thing. That's like, well, you kind of are saying
- 12:35that. It is in so many words, if you go go back in
- 12:39time and change something, it means you kind of have a regret. I
- 12:43mean, I think it's one and the same, is it not? Yeah,
- 12:46it is, it is. I love Mads because she's just like Mad,
- 12:50I fucked that up. Oh my god, that's cool, but you
- 12:52just go with it. I like her. I like her too, and
- 12:56I like that she was like, I don't think I could get with you
- 13:00because I can be a pistol sometimes and I wouldn't want to do that to
- 13:03him. He's a nice guy. I mean, heart hands. You're right,
- 13:07he can't handle the Mads. He's doing heart hands. And then Gary
- 13:13was trying to clarify that when he called her when he said pathetic on the
- 13:18boat, when she was on the phone with her family. He was trying
- 13:20to explain that he was calling himself pathetic. I don't know if I believe
- 13:26that or not, because part of me almost does believe him, because it
- 13:28does seem a little out of character for him to just straight up call someone
- 13:33pathetic like that seemed real low, But I don't at Also, do you
- 13:37think it was weird too, because in the first reunion episode he says he
- 13:43doesn't watch the show, he doesn't watch it back, and they were all
- 13:48like, how can you not? You have this amazing opportunity to reflect and
- 13:52see other points of view of how your actions are, and what a great
- 13:56opportunity. So I didn't understand how he then like, if he hasn't legit
- 14:03watched it back, then I do believe him that he meant something else and
- 14:09didn't have a chance to Like, if he watched it back then he would
- 14:13say, oh, okay, this is what I really meant and try to
- 14:18self correct after the fact because he saw at yes, But if he didn't
- 14:22see it, then I believe that he had a different idea of what he
- 14:28was trying to convey there. If that makes sense, It does make sense.
- 14:33It's all about the motivation, and by watching it back you kind of
- 14:37in a way you have a leg up on trying to correct something with that
- 14:41knowledge, going in with a preconceived agenda, and it sounds to me like,
- 14:46you know, I think we can give him the benefit of the doubt
- 14:48that he was calling himself pathetic, that he was, you know, being
- 14:52toyed around, and he was falling for this, and he, I mean,
- 14:54he was being used in the sense that he wasn't I was not used.
- 14:58I don't want to put that because Mads is not the bad guy.
- 15:01He's the bad guy. But what I mean is, I think, you
- 15:03know what I mean that he's calling himself pathetic for still hanging on to the
- 15:09situation. And I love that he, for that moment, had that perspective
- 15:15because he got dragged pretty hard by Mads, which I love he he should.
- 15:20I mean, that's karma, you know. I'm glad that he got
- 15:22served up something that he would typically serve. Now, I'm not going to
- 15:28defend Gary many times, so I'll just that's it. Yeah, that's that's
- 15:31all we're going to give him. And then the period comment which yeah,
- 15:35he should crouch down and go underneath the computer because you should be humiliated.
- 15:41And I'm glad he apologized and said that no one deserves that. Then later
- 15:46he does say Hakuna Matata, which oh, that's equally conscious it is.
- 15:52I don't know which is worse. The hard hands are that, but I
- 15:56did like a handy, pointing out that that was the first time that's ever
- 15:58been used in a union. And Mad's when Andy's like, do you accept
- 16:04his apology about the period comment, and She's like, yeah, it is
- 16:08what it is. It's just like, she's so cool. And then I
- 16:12was surprised to hear that Gary's longest relationship was three and a half years.
- 16:18That took me by surprise, and I was like, well, the follow
- 16:21up question is how many times did you cheat on the person? Yes,
- 16:25So we didn't get to that point. Alex and Mad's they apparently kind of
- 16:30quote unquote explored maybe getting together after the season wrapped, and it sounds like
- 16:34they did hook up, but Alex doesn't want to say it on camera because
- 16:37he currently is with a girl. But and when Andy's like, do you
- 16:42have a girlfriend, He's like, well yeah, and I love it.
- 16:47Lucy was like, oh my god, if you talked about me like that
- 16:49and I was your girlfriend, I would be so passed. He was like,
- 16:52also, Lucy's faces were just so funny. But he was like,
- 17:00well, I don't right now, but I'm hopeful, so I'm thinking something.
- 17:03You know, he filmed Winterhouse, and I wonder if something happened with
- 17:07someone there, Right, that's a good point. He had a girlfriend outside
- 17:11of Winterhouse. Maybe when he went to Winterhouse something happened with someone at Winterhouse
- 17:18and leaving a girl. Yep, of course. Wait at the Summerhouse.
- 17:23Oh wait, what did I say? Did I say Summerhouse? Yeah?
- 17:26Wait, I mean yeah, no, I'm saying I'm saying Sandival's summer right,
- 17:33went to Winterhouse that one time? What's he? What? What's he
- 17:37filming this time? Though? Anyway? They cut back, go back,
- 17:41cut back and just kidding. We just entered another dimension. Now we're back.
- 17:48No, Sandoval was scheduled to do Winterhouse. Yes, no, you
- 17:52get right. No, I don't think that he did that. Okay,
- 17:56got it. He went and did Special Forces or some shit. Okay,
- 17:59okay, okay, your weird a. I'm like, I'm like, mad's
- 18:03I don't know what I was talking about. I have ADHD, so I
- 18:06don't know what to tell you. That was so funny. I was like
- 18:07relatable. Anyway, he we don't know what's gonna happen with this girlfriend.
- 18:15But it was interesting that Mads is like, oops, sorry, was I
- 18:18not supposed to say that? Because she's like, yeah, we kinda I
- 18:22mean oops, So she put she put it out there because something clearly happened
- 18:25with them. Yeah, and she is into him and she's trying to force
- 18:29that. Yeah, it's just funny. I don't blame her for being like,
- 18:33oops, I may have just I'm ruined the opportunity for you and this
- 18:37girl to get back together. Oops. And I liked hearing the Chase and
- 18:41I, Leisha, Lucy, Madds, and Alex have all gone on They've
- 18:45gone on a trip together, they hang out, they talk. It's really
- 18:48cute. It's great. I will say I'm not a fan of Chase.
- 18:52I wasn't a fan of Chase this season, but I really liked him.
- 18:57Besides the stupid dog and hard hands, there was something more genuine coming through
- 19:02in the reunion that I wanted to see more of. So I was like,
- 19:07well, he's not you know what I mean, Like he is Lika
- 19:10Bull. I just didn't see that side of it on the show. Maybe
- 19:14he had his guard up or and he was like trying to be something he
- 19:18wasn't, which came off as a weird like stick in the mud like and
- 19:22also trying to be funny. And I don't know, I just wasn't into
- 19:25him at all. But in the reunion he's kind of fun slow burn.
- 19:32Well, it was a little bit of a slow burn for me, but
- 19:33I definitely got on board with Chase a lot faster than you did. You
- 19:37waited till the end, and you know, that's that's on you. That's
- 19:41on you. But I do like Chase, and I especially did like you.
- 19:48Was repulsed by the hard hands, but when it came to the end
- 19:52when he was really comforting to Daisy, when he spoke on behalf of everyone
- 19:57saying like, know it's you know, it's not we know, it's not
- 20:03anything malicious. You're just we love you, Daisy, and it's just an
- 20:07unfortunate situation. Just yeah, because she was upset by the trolls, yes,
- 20:12and about people calling her you know, and and I like that he
- 20:18was a kind voice and he just kind of simplified everything and he was like,
- 20:21we're empathetic about all three of you in this situation. It's an unfortunate
- 20:23situation. We had another timeline incident in the reunion. Oh Colin, Okay,
- 20:30so let's get to it. So this is wild. Did your jaw
- 20:33drop off of your face? This? Fine, totally did. And I
- 20:37was not expecting this. I am so impressed that they were able to keep
- 20:41us under wraps. Good for them, I was. I can't believe that,
- 20:45like that boat, I mean we heard about a possible period. I
- 20:48mean the fact that we didn't know this, like the news travels fast on
- 20:52that boat and they kept like what else are they? Okay, so so
- 20:59the timeline, All right, here's the thing. So Colin explains that he
- 21:04they spent time together before getting on the season. He flew her over to
- 21:10the UK to see her. They went to the Newport boat show, they
- 21:14went to Mexico, he flew her, he flew to New York to see
- 21:17her, and then he says, it kind of turned toxic and I ended
- 21:21this this was after the season. Oh, I'm sorry, I apologize.
- 21:26So this is after the season. Thank you? Yeah, Oh, I
- 21:29had that wrong in my notes. You're right, Okay, prior to the
- 21:32season, they hooked up I think maybe in a hotel in maybe New York,
- 21:37and then they got on the boat and then they got on the boat.
- 21:41Okay, but they This sounds like that apparently, right, but I
- 21:45think that it was more of a Colin made it seem like maybe they really
- 21:52disclosed deep feelings for each other and then they had a hookup and then and
- 21:56and maybe he was I don't know. That was what was a little confusing
- 22:00to me that he was. I mean, he was single, but I
- 22:04but then they get on the boat and Daisy, Yeah, so there was
- 22:08a time frame, right, Okay, that's right. So he they had
- 22:12this hook up before filming season four, and that's where he was like,
- 22:18and nobody knows that. And when you say hookup, I assume that you
- 22:21had sex. So why don't you just say you made out? I'm sorry,
- 22:22because that's just yeah, it's a little confusing. And then then Daisy
- 22:26interrupts him and says, why don't you go box A season two? And
- 22:32then he's like, hold on, He's like, we hooked up before the
- 22:33season. I rang Gary and told him and he was stoked about it.
- 22:38I told Glenn, Daisy was in my hotel room days before shooting. We
- 22:44had already started something. And then and at this point Colin did not know
- 22:48about Gary and Daisy hooking up. So then when they finally get on the
- 22:55boat, apparently this is where we had a little bit of a problem figuring
- 23:00out when Daisy found out about how he had been hooking up with the woman
- 23:07that he was working with on the boat, and so she was like,
- 23:11once she found that out, once she got on the boat, she put
- 23:15her walls up. She started to be like, so that's why we didn't
- 23:18It was such a slow burn on the boat because once they got on the
- 23:22boat, she must have found out. Once they arrived on that boat,
- 23:27I think she found out from somebody else or something like that. She found
- 23:30out from a shipmate that they had been hooking up because he was working with
- 23:33someone on another boat. So she was like, okay, so I don't
- 23:37know if this is really something, I'm going to put my guard up.
- 23:40Then they started to get hot and heavy on the boat. Then Colin finds
- 23:44out about Gary, and then he's giving her a hard time, and so
- 23:48this is when she's like, this is a double standard. You were hooking
- 23:52up with this person. Why is it okay for you to hook up with
- 23:55this person and me to not have hooked up with Gary? And then to
- 24:00find out that, like he was telling her the whole time, there's nothing
- 24:07that I didn't have feelings for that person. Even if things were to end
- 24:11with us, nothing would start with this person. But then after they finally
- 24:15broke up, finally, finally, finally, after this season ended, he
- 24:18is now back with this girl that he hooked up with on the boat a
- 24:22long time ago, which is pissing off Daisy because she's like, I thought
- 24:26that this was nothing, and now you're actually with this person, which means
- 24:30you really did have feelings, and that's confusing, and Colin being like,
- 24:33now I'm with this girl and she treats me really well, and Daisy blocked
- 24:37me on Instagram, and the whole New World knew there was a problem,
- 24:41which the US trolls were onto that because people were like, Daisy's not falling,
- 24:45Daisy's not falling Colin, and you know, da da da da da.
- 24:49But the problem here is that he really Colin was pissing me off because
- 24:56he kept being like it got toxic, and then when Daisy would go off
- 25:00and he would be like, it was a drunken truth to downcast. I
- 25:04didn't even know about his girlfriend that he was hawk on hop lap and then
- 25:08she's getting mad and then he's pointing at the camera like see see how crazy
- 25:12she is, like see how toxic she is? And I'm like, this
- 25:17woman, right, And so this was really this was really upsetting to me.
- 25:22And then when Andy was like, well, Daisy, are you gaslighting
- 25:26him? And then she gets up and starts crying and has to leave,
- 25:29and it just is a really messy situation. It's a messy situation. I
- 25:33think Colin has some like old fashion ways of categorizing women, especially that like
- 25:42he kind of gets right up to the ledge for me. But yeah,
- 25:48I still really like Colin. And that said, Daisy, I think could
- 25:55have been more right in the moment, but she does that thing. I
- 26:00don't know what that we should ask bish therapists what this psychological defense move is
- 26:03where you broadstroke it so hard that the other person is left to be like,
- 26:10no, I'm not saying that all women are hysterical and crazy. I'm
- 26:14not saying like that you end up forcing them to fight a different fight instead
- 26:18of just taking accountability for what exactly you did. And I get that the
- 26:23trolls must be merciless on her, but that's not what Colin and Colin is
- 26:30saying so rather than him rather than her being like, you're saying that,
- 26:38Oh, I'm the crazy woman. I guess I'm just crazy because I'm a
- 26:42woman. Nothing I can say. It's like, Daisy, take a step
- 26:45back and let just talk about this subject and you'll be right. I agree.
- 26:52I think that she fell into that trap of generalizing herself and what people
- 27:00are generalizing her as, almost as like I'm tired, I'm hurt. There's
- 27:07like I can't even fight this battle anymore, and just going with that blanket
- 27:11statement was an easier way to handle it and maybe to protect herself because it
- 27:15didn't like everything. She was doing it the whole and by the end,
- 27:19I'm like, you can't. This can't be your defense every single time.
- 27:23But it was also really sad. I was like, this is so sad
- 27:26if like that is her perspective, because this is terrible, Like nobody wants
- 27:32to have that perspective of themselves. And it looked to me like she actually
- 27:34believed it, like she struggles with those demons of yeah, I'm I'm people
- 27:41are painting me out as the crazy person, like am I the crazy woman?
- 27:42Like am I this? And am I that, and and then when
- 27:45Colin's pointing out her saying like, c see got toxic. That's gonna make
- 27:49her feel like, yeah, she is crazy and that's what piss me off
- 27:55about Colin. Yeah, and I didn't like that because she's just because she
- 27:59yells and is like no, you're wrong, like what about this and this
- 28:02and this does not mean that like, Okay, some people yell in the
- 28:07relationship more than others. Okay, Daisy's like she's fucking irish, Like what
- 28:11do you want from her? Like this is who she is. Well,
- 28:15she's also in charge, and so she's used to being right and not questioned,
- 28:21and some people do well with that and some people need some therapy.
- 28:26That's all because like here she is now being challenged on everything she did.
- 28:30So you're I think she's probably just in a loop of second guessing herself.
- 28:34She's in a loop. You're right, because she was like, I'm fucked
- 28:37either way. I'm always going to be this bitter, crazy woman. I'm
- 28:40never going to win, you know. And so here's the thing. The
- 28:44only point that I wanted to hear more about in order to understand Colin Moore
- 28:48was when he said she was pushing me away. And this was after this
- 28:53current season RAPS season four, and they were trying. They were like going
- 28:57to different places and seeing each other, like I had mentioned the beginning,
- 29:00Yeah, and he said she was pushing me away, trying to figure out
- 29:04if this was real, and that's like why it was being a toxic situation.
- 29:10And when she finally figured it out that it was real, it was
- 29:14kind of like too little, too late for him in the sense that he
- 29:18had probably been tired of her, you know. And this is the details
- 29:21that I wanted to hear, because that, to me makes sense why Colin
- 29:25would want to end it. Because if she's second guessing their relationship the entire
- 29:29time and it is being like it's troublesome, I can understand him not wanting
- 29:34to be with her, but not because she's crazy, just because she was
- 29:38second guessing that the trust, Like it sounded like there was more trust issues
- 29:42on her end than there was on his end, I think, And maybe
- 29:45that's why he ended up breaking up with her. But she dodged a bullet.
- 29:49Yeah, absolutely, they're not meant to be and him being like,
- 29:55you know, six weeks later, he says he's with this other person,
- 29:59and it sounds to me like Colin. You know, he does sort of
- 30:03lay the foundation of having feelings for someone else when he's in another relationship,
- 30:07and I think that goes hand in hand with being with ship life, because
- 30:11you start to have feelings. And I thought it was interesting because I did
- 30:15notice some chemistry between Ailisha and Colin on the boat, though we didn't see
- 30:19Ailisha and Colin flirting like we saw Ailisha and Chase together. But when Colin
- 30:26was in the kitchen and he was started to become really impressed with her food,
- 30:30I noticed him looking at her differently and I was like, oh my
- 30:33gosh, yeah, yo oh. Colin is someone who respects work ethic and
- 30:38respects he is, Like you can tell that's his thing, Like that turns
- 30:42him on. I mean, like a lot of people when you're really good
- 30:45at your job and you know, and I think that's his thing for Daisy.
- 30:48He said he had a crush for Daisy like all these years, and
- 30:52when Daisy talked about how he said things to her like if you know after
- 30:56season two or after season three, that he would want to kiss her or
- 31:00he would want to be with her if he was single. I mean,
- 31:03what did you think about. I have a feeling that that is Colin's go
- 31:06to line. I've had a crush on you for so long, like I
- 31:08think he has had a crush on so many people for so long. But
- 31:12that's his move. Yeah, yeah, And so it's not like you're I've
- 31:17been pining for only you for years. It's like I could go with Gally,
- 31:22I could go with deck, I could go with interior, like it's
- 31:26spread in a wide net here, you know, like I could go any
- 31:29which way he does. He's a he's a he's a sail a sailor.
- 31:36You know, he can go with the wind. He's the first person I
- 31:38would want to work on my yacht as in his job. And by yacht,
- 31:45I mean my sailing boat, my sailboat, my sailing boat, my
- 31:49sailing yacht. Yeah right, right right. It took me a minute,
- 31:59but now I get it. I wanted to work on my yeah, catamaran.
- 32:07By catamaran, I mean so yeah. And I love that he was
- 32:15on his boat the whole time, and we got that backdrop because thank god,
- 32:17you know, even though it was bouncing, and you know, it
- 32:20was bobbing up and down. I much appreciated that backdrop then to any of
- 32:25the cabins and Daisy being in the worst place for acoustics, I mean,
- 32:29in a bathroom all with marble. How did the sound understand? How does
- 32:35Bravo not give them better microphones? And like, yes, ship them,
- 32:39that's what I mean. Like at the beginning of the season, here's your
- 32:43kit. You're going to be doing the reunion and you're gonna need this.
- 32:45Yeah, that's a really good point and lighting like uh, just just them,
- 32:52I like and Halo and uh yeah, like a pop up you know,
- 32:57podcast a couple of lines about oh sorry, because like it was really
- 33:07distracting for me watching distracting what a mess, Like I can't I can't believe
- 33:14that they don't even make budget for that at the end of the day,
- 33:15Like that's this is what we're doing, like really, and I'm like that
- 33:21Gary's just eating the whole thing. I mean, in fairness, though,
- 33:25in the first episode, somebody starts drilling in the watch what happens studio and
- 33:30it sounds like a ship horn and Andy's like, what the hell? Like
- 33:36so the wheels were it just felt like a like a basic it felt like
- 33:39a public access show. I don't linked it. And then Andy's so professional
- 33:46in the in the clubhouse and he's like, and I'm back, I'm Andy
- 33:51Cohen, and I'm like, who are these ragtab group of fucking oh my
- 33:57god? So well that was great. There's really not much else to we
- 34:00can say. Right, We're good. Now I'm glad to go. Okay,
- 34:06Yeah, I'm ready to dock on the shores of the o C.
- 34:09Yeah me too, me too. Well, why don't we take a second
- 34:14and move right into that? And now we've moved right into that, So
- 34:23all I have to say is at Taylor. Okay, Taylor is cracking me
- 34:30up. When they were at that dinner, when they were no boos,
- 34:32like, oh my god, the black cot is the best thing ever.
- 34:35I was just like, this is She's just looking like a tennis match is
- 34:40walking by. That's all I mean. There's really nothing else to say about
- 34:45Taylor except I can't. I will be into like a billy bass fish with
- 34:50your head, the singing dumbfish. What was the song that I don't tell
- 34:59me song? We'll all be singing it all day, the singing fish?
- 35:02You know, Oh god, darling sound off in the gun, Oh God,
- 35:07don't tell me. I don't think none of us need to know about
- 35:09because we'll be singing it all the time. I know, all right,
- 35:13so I know, no, it's bothering me. So the fridge at John's,
- 35:20Shannon's over at John. She's like, I, I mean, Shannon,
- 35:23and that fridge is a metaphor or an analogy, if you will,
- 35:28Teresa, I'm about to use an analogy. No, if if John were
- 35:32a fridge, or if the fridge were John, or if the fridge were
- 35:37their relationship, that's what it would be. I mean, it's like so
- 35:40clumsy and we're not sure and is this shelf in right? And and and
- 35:44Shannon, the answer is no, it's not shit shit, just too many
- 35:47conniments and you know what, overflowing with shit. Also, yeah, that
- 35:52shelf wasn't a weird place. A weird place it was, But who better
- 35:59to discover than Shannon ba Door. I love that whole John is this is
- 36:05this shelf? And oh God am I doing this? Am I doing?
- 36:07What am I doing? How am I doing this wrong? Opening refrigerator?
- 36:12I mean that's the type of stuff that I'm so glad that the editors know
- 36:15that we need in Thank you for leaving that in and him being like,
- 36:19oh, Shannon, it's for refrigerator, Like what is down? Like what
- 36:29was she doing? I know? She is like she is like all three
- 36:34stooges rolled into one person. And when she opened that door and was like
- 36:38having to manage the situation. I was like, yes, because I knew
- 36:43you were watching me, like doing a Shannon impression. I was like,
- 36:49yes, Amy's gonna double down on double apple. I just I just don't
- 36:54understand this refrigerator in John, Why don't we have what's going on with that
- 36:59relationship? Gonna check the stakes? He is like it is interesting to see
- 37:05her over there and his apartment or his whatever it is. We know he
- 37:08lives under the bridge she set on that boat, John John, John lives
- 37:14under that bridge. I'm like, is he a control? Like what I'm
- 37:17trying to say. I was also confused that the boat, like where they
- 37:22were having dinner on the boat and they I was like, is that like
- 37:25a concrete garden on his boat? Like the boat is I need to say
- 37:31more of that boat? It was really confusing. Wait, which in this
- 37:35episode in John's on John's boat, there's like weird patches of grass and stuff,
- 37:40And I was like, what is wait, did we see his boat
- 37:44in this episode? Wasn't that where we were? Oh? The paper boat?
- 37:49No? No, no, where with the refrigerator. Oh I'm sorry
- 37:52in that scene, what's that? That was his apartment? That was his
- 37:58apartment. Okay, that makes so much more sense. For some reason,
- 38:00when I was watching it, you thought they were on a boat. No
- 38:04you did not. You thought you thought that refrigerator the houseboat. I thought
- 38:13it was so packful of food because like he had to shove it all in
- 38:16there to like loss it in He doesn't know. Oh my god. You
- 38:22know if look, if John Jansen had a houseboat and it was an actual
- 38:29houseboat, you don't think that I'd be talking about John on a houseboat.
- 38:32That his nickname wouldn't be a houseboat John. At this point, you've got
- 38:36to disappointed. Oh my god. I mean, well, now the concrete
- 38:39doc makes a lot of sense. Now, now Kyle and Mauricio they live
- 38:44on a houseboat, right, yes, of court, weill due rightly,
- 38:50what do you think a houseboat? To say that you made the jump that
- 38:55he lives on the houseboat, isn't that far of a leap, though,
- 38:59I give you that we a very on water. Okay, I now I'm
- 39:10actually starting to think, like does he live on a houseboat, Because now
- 39:15I'm like, oh my god, it's a house boat. No, it
- 39:20can't be. It can't be. Guys, No, Darling's look, he
- 39:23lives over there. He's so drunk right now. It's eleven. He gave
- 39:28away some some liquor at jury duty as a parting gift, and so Emily
- 39:34decided to hit it, hit it hard. I don't know why I just
- 39:37went into watching that scene like here we are, but you know how you're
- 39:42putting two and two together, and it makes sense if you were to look
- 39:46at this from from where you stand. I'm gonna get on board on this
- 39:51houseboat with you in the sense that John always he is, always wants to
- 39:55be on water. He always is on water. He's she never goes over
- 40:00there. He never cooks for her. That was a very small area,
- 40:07like it was the kitchen that went out to the Patioka. I think he
- 40:12lives on like a townhouse on the water, like a conda right on the
- 40:15water. I wouldn't be surprised if, like, if you go down the
- 40:20steps outside of that patio that you literally get into his boat, like you
- 40:23know what I'm saying, Like it's hanging over the water. You know,
- 40:27that's kind of how I picture it, because especially when she was like,
- 40:30he lives under that bridge. I mean maybe that's maybe the patio is the
- 40:37bridge, Like, I don't anyway, darlings, you can pop in,
- 40:40but that's the first time we've ever seen his place. Okay, So I
- 40:44don't feel that, don't feel everybody's making me feel like a crazy woman.
- 40:49Right now, you are a crazy woman. You're an angry, toxic hearthands.
- 40:58But like, could you have a grip on a boat? I mean,
- 41:00I don't know if that would be allowed. Isn't that a fire hazard?
- 41:04I don't know. I don't know boat protocol in oc I feel like
- 41:08I feel like, no, if it's a gas because you'd have a gas
- 41:12stove on a boat like you, that's how you would have your stove right
- 41:16in the cast stove right, yeah, in the cabin. So I would
- 41:21assume you could have some kind of grill situation. Yeah, I'm gonna say,
- 41:23yes, boat, Okay, you're gonna say though, I can think
- 41:29it would you can theoretically use a grill on just about any houseboat. Of
- 41:34course, space and safety are consideration. I mean's saying that she's not reading
- 41:37this, she's just coming up with this idea right now. You can theoretically
- 41:42have a girl on any house, so generally small boats aren't practical, says
- 41:49I. Propane fueled grills can pose a safety concern if they're located too close
- 41:54to a portable or exposed gas tank. Yeah, okay, well I look,
- 42:01I mean it's legal. It's legal to have a grill on a boat
- 42:06as long as you respect all local regulations. And like you said, Emily,
- 42:09you don't know the regulations in Orange County. Yeah, under the kid,
- 42:14go hard on it. Yeah, I'm not gonna like, but I'm
- 42:16gonna say I would think you could. Yeah, because you know you're gonna
- 42:21want to catch fish and grill it, you know. I mean, that's
- 42:22just boom bam, right right, that's my Shannon impression. It's like it's
- 42:35Shannon doing who's the chef, Emerald Lagasi. It's your impression. It's only
- 42:39Shannon doing Emerald Lagasy and it works, and I tore all over with it.
- 42:45Everybody loves my Shannon bamdor here it comes. Everybody she's about to do
- 42:52it bam. Oh my god, that was amazing. I'm actually as weird
- 42:58as Emily's doing her hot tight five. I am googling John Jansen house bot
- 43:06just to see if anything comes up, you know, and really what comes
- 43:09up is like Shannon Storm's but door and John Jansen planned to live and then
- 43:13it cuts off, but she lived. She planned to live with him before
- 43:17they broke up. In twenty twenty two, did you see the trailer for
- 43:22like either next week or coming up? Oh my god, with Shannon going
- 43:30if this airs, it's over for me and my relationship. Did you see
- 43:34that? I didn't see that. Yeah, oh god, if this if
- 43:37they break the fourth wall and she says if this airs, Jan Jansen and
- 43:44I in the house boat is going to sink. Well, I will say
- 43:46watching them together and watching like and especially this season, I was kind of
- 43:52sad for Shannon when they broke up, but realizing like maybe she was one
- 43:57foot out the door anyway is making me feel better her for Shannon watching some
- 44:00of these scenes okay this year, okay, well, and she wanted and
- 44:07she's like this was a cut scene there, but she wants another dog,
- 44:10and John is like, no, thank you. Oh it's a cut scene
- 44:15really yeah? Oh interesting, there are oh my gosh. Okay, no,
- 44:22I don't have any pictures of John Jansen's house. So I'm just gonna
- 44:27have to move on from this. You guys, I'm getting stuck in the
- 44:30weeds and I just want to know. But but I think that we can
- 44:32definitely come to the conclusion, darlings, that it's not a houseboat. I'm
- 44:37sorry, Emily. I would love for it to be. Yeah, she's
- 44:39upset, Let's give her a minute. Let's give her a minute. Walk
- 44:43it off. I just for for what it's worth. I wish it were.
- 44:49That would be so epic and legendary for a housewife dating someone with a
- 44:54house I'm alone, Yes, so cool, like bring it back like Tom
- 45:04Hanks and Sleepless and oh my god, romantic. That's right, it was
- 45:09Tom Hanks and Sleepless and Seattle romantic and disgusting plumbing. Yeah true, you
- 45:17know. Okay, well we so speaking of boats, like, I'm just
- 45:22gonna skip right over to the boat to Nobu because this little pink boat,
- 45:28Emily, I want to do this just in time for the Barbie premiere.
- 45:32Oh my god, they were all wearing their Barbie pink in the Barbie boat,
- 45:36and I was like, this was a happy accident, but oh that's
- 45:39crazy. Yes, that's weird because it is everywhere. Yeah, but I
- 45:45loved that that little boat, but a tough landing over at the other side.
- 45:51I also was curious, like what is that little jaunt cost? Because
- 45:55is not cheap? And then write that and it brought me to a place
- 46:00with Heather that I'm like, she's definitely treating these goals. Maybe you can
- 46:06shed some light on this, but like she treats them so well in terms
- 46:12of treating them. Yeah, and I think everybody that can treat like that
- 46:16and actually does it, it's so nice, like when Oprah does it.
- 46:20It's like for her friends and it's like, well don't you girls, I
- 46:24mean want to be treated. Isn't that nice? But then there's a I
- 46:30get a vibe and I don't know if this is just me and my shit,
- 46:35my insecurities, but I'm like, well, she is Heather competing because
- 46:37she knows that they can't match the treats or like that's where I'm getting like
- 46:43a weird vibe. Well that's real, you know, I hear you.
- 46:46I think what it is is like we want to see that from Heather though,
- 46:51you know, like as a viewer, I want to see if she
- 46:53has money, I want to see her spend it, and I want to
- 46:55see her spend it on the ladies. So for that, you know,
- 47:00perhaps she you know, needs to do that as it's part of her character,
- 47:05so I think she should. But there's something like when with Erika Jane,
- 47:08when she had shit tons of money and would treat the girls, it
- 47:14never had an edge to it, whereas with other they're feels like an undercurrent.
- 47:20And I don't know if that is because we have so many moments where
- 47:22she's maybe kind of undercutting, like the Nikky is going to be a real
- 47:28lit or too stuff, Like, I don't know what that is. There's
- 47:30like a maybe that lack of awareness from Heather, right, yeah, which
- 47:35I think that you know, she Emily called her out on relentlessly in this
- 47:40episode. I could not believe it. Emily is one fearless housewife and just
- 47:46a girl's trip. Did You're so right? She has to level up like
- 47:55this nail salon is not when they're all getting their petticares, and like Emily's
- 48:00gonna rip a head off. She really, I mean talk about somebody who's
- 48:07just showing up, you know what I mean, like her calling out.
- 48:10But I just want to answer your question about the boat's Oh my god,
- 48:16it is the pink the pink boat, the Nobuo boat. It's like it's
- 48:22like electric boat rental and you can at you can rent different kinds of boats
- 48:27and this one you can rent I put in. Okay, So we're going
- 48:30to go Monday, five people on the pink boat eleven am, two hours
- 48:35for five people. And it looks like it is going. Angela Vicky at
- 48:42the beat Mike. You can do add ons like balloons and shit. But
- 48:47I want to say we're looking at Oh wait a second, is this a
- 48:55thousand dollars or is it three hundred and eighty dollars? Okay, it's a
- 48:59thousand dollars. Okay, Well that's your range between three hundred and between two
- 49:04ninety five and one thousand, because there's add ons and stuff. Okay,
- 49:07but it's really cool, so you know, you never know if you get
- 49:10like and it holds like ten people, so we can you know, we
- 49:14can get his money. We'll bring more folks. We'll rh more and more.
- 49:16Okay, darling, sound off, who wants to go on the boat?
- 49:20My god, we gotta do this. So yeah, the personalized chopsticks
- 49:24and the candles and stuff like that, you know, things like that,
- 49:27I want that from here. I thought that was so clever and cute.
- 49:30And yeah, Emily showing up and being like, so, what were the
- 49:32main things I missed from Montana? You know? And then and Tamra just
- 49:38I mean they didn't even get like a seaweed salad. And the next thing,
- 49:42you know, Tamra's like John was the tugger for Jenna, and then
- 49:45Jen's like, but we're good now, and then Tamra just getting up in
- 49:49Gina's face, I mean Jenna, I mean, oh Jesus, in Jesus's
- 49:52face, sorry, in Jen's face and being like I told you a million
- 49:58tons to honest. And then it's like, whoa we are? We are
- 50:01going to get nuts. Tamara had had tequila shots. She and Emily we
- 50:08were like, it's time to play. Heather set the scene, now let's
- 50:14go. They were animals and Tamra being like Ryan messed up, and Jen's
- 50:21like no, She's like I worry about you because he left your entire world
- 50:23for a player, and it's like, wait, didn't you just go through
- 50:27this in Montana and you kind of got to the other side of this.
- 50:30I thought that you guys made up. And then Jen says, and I
- 50:34think this was a very key thing for me to hear out of Jen's mouth.
- 50:38I didn't leave my world for Ryan for nineteen years. Nobody even noticed
- 50:45me. Right. It goes back to what I was saying, like,
- 50:50I think this was Jen's way out, and I just I don't think she's
- 50:54the same as Ryan in any way. I think Brian it was just her
- 50:59way out and that it's gonna be sad when that crumbles, because she's gonna
- 51:05have a lot of terrible feelings about it. But it is also like I
- 51:10kind of I get why Tamra's leaning in so hard on it, but I
- 51:15also am like, I I hope that well. I like the drama of
- 51:22it with Tamara because Tamara needs to stay on the show. But I'm also
- 51:25like, Tamra, you gotta see that, like, you know, you
- 51:30gotta give her a little bit of a break here. I mean, Gina's
- 51:32giving her a break, She's giving her. Yeah, that was nice.
- 51:37That she's like, we're okay, I get it. Ala the Thames,
- 51:39I don't wake it like it was, oh my god, Amy when she
- 51:44walked into that yoga studio and said the word cute. Did you hear that?
- 51:49No? What did she say to it? Gina was like she walked
- 51:51into the yoga studio to Jen's studio, and she's like, it's so called.
- 51:54WHA I mean, you'll do it. Tend is better, But I'm
- 52:02like, whoa, that is so good. She doesn't know how to say
- 52:08adjective, like it's not explotives but exciting words. It's like collote and like
- 52:15oh mezy, oh gee, there's so many added like letters and sounds.
- 52:22I love it. But then Tamra being Tamara being like you didn't tell anybody,
- 52:30and then and it's I mean I get that. But then Shannon being
- 52:34like Tamra, See here's the thing. A lot of times when things are
- 52:37bad, you don't want anyone to know, so you put on a happy
- 52:40face. And I was like, oh, Shannon, this whole Shannon taking
- 52:45up for Jen is just something I never saw coming. And it's so empathetic
- 52:51of Shannon is especially because she's usually rough on those first years, the first
- 52:55the gals first years on the show. She's artist on the new people,
- 53:00she is and she has come to a place there is so much growth with
- 53:02Shannon and this display of affection and empathy towards Jen says it all and and
- 53:10it's a really nice balance considering that Shannon wants to be good with Tamra,
- 53:15so she's not, you know, taking Tamra's side, but she's also really
- 53:20just speaking truth in a very gentle way of saying, like, Tamra,
- 53:23you might not understand this. And then for Tamra to to well, actually
- 53:30for Gen to say, she's like, it hurts me that you air out
- 53:31all my shit to my new friends. You mean the show you're on to
- 53:36my new friends. And then Tamra being like, I didn't air I didn't
- 53:40didn't over me this. You know, we come from a small town and
- 53:45everybody knows he's a fucking horror. And I was like, dang, Tamra.
- 53:50And then Emily in the background, I did I did hear that?
- 53:52I did? I heard it? That checks out And then then we get
- 53:58again to that he shut up and I jump and he put it in and
- 54:00said unfucker, and at a at that party, watch your wife. Brien
- 54:06goes out to Marik woman and then Jen coming in with some interesting background by
- 54:10saying, do you want to talk about that party and how we were on
- 54:14the phone that day and then she says, I don't want to do it
- 54:16with you, And I love that. Tam was like, dealt with me,
- 54:20god Da Dari, I have nothing to hide. And then how about
- 54:24you? How about the expression I knew you had the hots for him?
- 54:29And then the whole cast being like did you have the hots for him?
- 54:32I'm like, did you have the hots for him? He had the hot
- 54:35storm? Did you have the hat? And did you have hots? This
- 54:38is like it dates us as you know, it dates us as a generation.
- 54:45But I'm here for and I absolutely love that they're like, do you
- 54:47have the hot? You have the hots for him? I just want to
- 54:50watch the new Rony cast have one conversation with the current OC cast and just
- 54:54watch generate, like just the confusion of hot, Niffy, are you going?
- 55:00Are you metapausal? What is the hot? Hot? The hit hot?
- 55:07But I also got what Jen was saying there too, because she was
- 55:13saying like, well, Tamar, we were all like jokingly going in on
- 55:17this guy as a fun thing, so don't act like this is I was
- 55:22sidebarring on my own, like we were all making this a thing. And
- 55:25I also don't think Tamara was making it a thing. Literally, they were
- 55:30just like making an inside joke about this dude at the gym, right,
- 55:36that was like flirty and everything. But I don't think she was going to
- 55:39ever act on anything Tamra. Oh no, never. So but it was
- 55:44interesting that now I think Jen feeling a little bit like what do I do
- 55:49weaponize that conversation against Tamra, which is why Yeah, but I think she
- 55:54was. But to your point, I agree with you, like, why
- 55:58are you trying to weaponize it again? It's me when you and I were
- 56:00both on the same page. And this goes back to maybe Jen's naive.
- 56:05She's just naive. She's just been for nineteen years under a rock where she
- 56:08thought like this is uh Like she read that as we're all excited about me
- 56:15and Ryan, we're all into this guy and now like I got the prize,
- 56:20whereas Tamara was just like totally like huh oh, that was just a
- 56:23fuck off comment I was making. Yeah, oh wow, okay, right,
- 56:29right, yeah, that's a great point, and then Tamra just she
- 56:34just gets so damn nasty, like, not me, sweetie, not me,
- 56:38that's Jens Sanya Hedding. And then she fucking throws the napkin in her
- 56:43face after she says I'd watch it, Tamra, and she's like, you're
- 56:45telling me to watch it, and then she has her whole big moment leave
- 56:49your boyfriend, you bitch, fuck off? What? And then she walks
- 56:52through an empty NOBU thank god because you know they're shooting at ten am on
- 56:54a Monday, because Heather would have never stood for that. No, but
- 57:00I think that moment, what did you think you kept it together? I
- 57:05don't. I was like, Jen is a stone, she's got to be
- 57:07on xanax. I'm sorry, but like, how can you keep yourself together?
- 57:10Or that yoga is really working? Because that was some impressive control,
- 57:17unbelievable. I've never seen a housewife that has that kind of control. And
- 57:21I think that she understands Tamar got her on this show. She wants to
- 57:24be financially independent, which she said when she and Will opened up this yoga
- 57:30studio, right, and now she wants to make it on her own.
- 57:34She's counting on this paycheck, which is why Tamara has it over her to
- 57:38be able to be like I'm gonna throw your going to drag you under you
- 57:42know, drag you, throw you under the bus for this season so that
- 57:45you can make that money, honey. I mean, I think in many
- 57:46ways Tamar can write this off as like a business expense, like a friendship
- 57:51business expense, Like I'm doing you a favor because now you have a storyline,
- 57:55you know what I mean. And that's why I play hard with you
- 57:58because I know you can take it. I bet you with the end of
- 58:00the day. But like, wow, she gave it to her man and
- 58:04Tamra wants to stay just as bad like and she's playing hard. I mean,
- 58:07there was I didn't like the napkin in the face. I think that's
- 58:09true. That was weird. Yeah, that was like that. I think
- 58:13that that was rude. Anybody else that would have become if she had thrown
- 58:17that napkin in anyone else's face, it would have become like to be continued
- 58:22episode and it would have been like the thing that like changed the entire season.
- 58:29But Jen was just like, Okay, I caught that on my face.
- 58:32Okay, next I got that on my face. It was it was
- 58:37nuts. It was nuts. And Tamra is so tiny and like she just
- 58:45says, like this ball and she's a just spitfires, this ball of fire
- 58:47and just this pink hot, pink outfit just running through the restaurant. She
- 58:52always Oh my god, it was very great television. But wow, she's
- 58:59she ain't gonna let that orange go anytime soon. You know, it's going
- 59:01to be interesting to see Jen lose it, Like what makes that fully like
- 59:07lose her mind, but not in it, not in a that sounds terrible.
- 59:13What makes her tick is what what makes her tick? I agree,
- 59:16what breaks her down and ruins her what will be It'll be great to see.
- 59:21It'll be great to see her breaking point. And that's all what we
- 59:25really want out of these housewives. What is it going to take until you
- 59:30are pulling someone's ponytail, you know, at a club see an off Gas
- 59:34housewife. Oh my eye one, Oh my god. That was such a
- 59:39beautiful, a beautiful scene. That makes me this was a great episode.
- 59:46I mean, when you buy new clothes, it has chemicals in it,
- 59:50and I love that. We got a whole you know, confessional Shannon talking
- 59:52about I'm passionate about that. There's a term I've never heard of that before,
- 59:58never heard that sounds like a thing, like some weird internet thing that's
- 1:00:01like spread through the OZ. You have to off gas your clothes. I
- 1:00:06mean, I get that there's stuff on your clothes when you buy it.
- 1:00:08I get that, but yeah, the off gas thing was it was is
- 1:00:14that? And then when the producer's like, is that jacket off gas?
- 1:00:17I don't think it's off gass yet, because you know, just so yeah,
- 1:00:27and then okay, so what do you think about the whole? G
- 1:00:30Emily and Gina just tear into Heather, and Emily started at the nail salon
- 1:00:37just being like, you're condescending. You don't even know, You're not self
- 1:00:40aware enough to even know that you're condescending. I mean, it was unbelievable
- 1:00:45the things that she was saying to Heather, which I think was great.
- 1:00:50Like I do think that sometimes maybe Heather doesn't know how she's coming off,
- 1:00:54but like, I think it's fine. I like the communications season. Heather
- 1:01:00has probably said the thing she says the most this season is I hear what
- 1:01:04you're saying. Yeah, I'm sorry, I hear and I understand what you
- 1:01:08just are telling me, and I'm sorry, and it's like, this is
- 1:01:15maybe one of the first times that I'm like, no, like I guess
- 1:01:19what fight not just Heather, but yeah, I'm like, you're right,
- 1:01:22Heather, you don't need to take it. You can. I do think
- 1:01:25she can say Gina did not feel I got Gina's point. We knew that
- 1:01:30Heather kind of threw her under the bus in Montana. Then she had the
- 1:01:34thing about Travis about like you don't know how much longer he's gonna take it,
- 1:01:37and then the thing about Nikki being in real estate. Yeah, that
- 1:01:43was just Tina's point. I have it, but to Taylor's point, I
- 1:01:45don't. And Emily's kind of ye, Taylor, Taylor and Heather can't always
- 1:01:51be wrong, and Emily, you were not there, and and like for
- 1:01:54when they're at the nail salon and she's like going in for Taylor Emily's Heather's
- 1:02:00like, no, why you don't even know the other part of the story.
- 1:02:04And also once you watch this back, you're gonna feel I hope like
- 1:02:07oop oops is right and she and they need to come correct at the reunion
- 1:02:13for sure, because we we already agree on that too, Heather. It
- 1:02:15was one hundred percent right. I mean I did like that Heather apologize for
- 1:02:19hurting Taylor's feelings, but and they apologize to each other. It seemed genuine.
- 1:02:23But more importantly, why was the acting coach invited? I that was
- 1:02:28out of left field? Come on, yeah, I did not get that.
- 1:02:32That was weird. That was weird, Like what do you do?
- 1:02:35I felt that that felt weird, and also that she had to like run
- 1:02:42commentary for the table because she was like trying to figure out everything that was
- 1:02:45happening in real time. And God blessed that she was like take your moment,
- 1:02:49like have your moment, you know. I mean like she was trying
- 1:02:51to get in there. What what the hell she's supposed to do? Stranger,
- 1:02:55Like she kind of knows Taylor kind of and doesn't know Heather. So
- 1:03:01the fact that all of a sudden, it's not like a friend of the
- 1:03:05show even it was like who is this like acting lady? That was so
- 1:03:10strange. I just don't understand, you know, And I feel like bad
- 1:03:14for her, like she probably wanted to come on for some exposure. I
- 1:03:17mean, as you know, she's an actress. Or whatever, and then
- 1:03:22she's just kind of just forced to be in that gear where you know no
- 1:03:27one, but you have to be very engaged. How one comes like I
- 1:03:30hate feeling like that. How God, I know I felt awkward for her,
- 1:03:34and now and then you're on a reality show and you're shooting. Thank
- 1:03:36god she's an actress, because and I did. I do appreciate the connection
- 1:03:40where it's like, Okay, so now there's another actress on the show.
- 1:03:44I get it, but that's not enough. Like just just because you had
- 1:03:47one scene with an acting coach and it wasn't even your it was Taylor's.
- 1:03:52And then for Heather to tell Taylor and the boat, oh, and I
- 1:03:55invited the acting coach and she's like, oh, that's crst. It's like,
- 1:04:00what, who's weird? It was? I just can't. It would
- 1:04:05be like somebody inviting like oh like that, you know, like that Glam
- 1:04:11Team person that was at your house the other day. It would be like
- 1:04:14somebody would be like, yeah, you know, inviting them out of nowhere.
- 1:04:18The archery the archery instructor. Oh, I invited the archery instructor from
- 1:04:23our last group date. Oh sorry, I'm getting the bachelorette confused with this
- 1:04:28show anyway, you get the idea, I get it. Lastly, it's
- 1:04:32Heather gets a text from from Terry that David's getting a divorce and that then
- 1:04:39and this is the first time that, like, so Shannon sitting on this,
- 1:04:43she hadn't even said anything, and now it's public. Yeah, Amy,
- 1:04:45I would argue that she oh ready knows, you know, Yeah,
- 1:04:53did you get it? I totally got that. That was really good.
- 1:04:55You're right able to you drew the I dropped it. I drew it.
- 1:05:02Did you do you think that Tamar already knew? Because she was like,
- 1:05:06what's happening? Well, I was definitely confused because then Shannon takes a call
- 1:05:14like it's so it went public. It went public, right, That's what
- 1:05:19it was. That's what it was. She knew, but it just hadn't
- 1:05:21gone public yet. Yeah, And the daughter was like, I forget which
- 1:05:26daughter she was talking to, but Shannon was kind of a bombshell that David
- 1:05:30filed. The daughter was like, yeah, dad filed the divorce and she
- 1:05:34was like what. And then the daughters hadn't called him, they hadn't remember
- 1:05:42on the phone, they were like, yeah, we're not. We didn't
- 1:05:44call because, like it, it would be too hard, and she was
- 1:05:46like, you need to call your dad. This is very painful. Oh
- 1:05:50was that a cut scene? Yeah? I didn't see that. I don
- 1:05:54my gosh, that is I did note that, Shannon. Yeah, so
- 1:05:58your dad is the one that filed. And then the kids are like,
- 1:06:00yeah, he filed. Well what did did you call him? Now?
- 1:06:02Like it's two people, we don't want to call him. Oh, I
- 1:06:05see, okay, that how about when she was like he filed on her
- 1:06:10anniversary day? Like she was so psyched. I loved that. That was
- 1:06:15so good. That was so good. I was like, that is such
- 1:06:21sweet justice for her, Like I felt it through my bones and I loved
- 1:06:26every second of it. But like she's one percent right, like it's just
- 1:06:31going to hurt their kids, Like the financial part of that is like the
- 1:06:35worst for Shannon. Yes, that's such a great point. Oh yeah,
- 1:06:42well, Emily, my gosh, listen, we have to wrap that's that's
- 1:06:45our show. I mean, what a great episode. Me yes, yes,
- 1:06:51oh oh my, and oh my gosh, I'm losing you at the
- 1:06:54very end. How funny is that? Well, darlings, I'll just wrap
- 1:06:58it up on my own. She literally like went into the into the abyss.
- 1:07:02If you are not oh, she's calling me back again, Emily,
- 1:07:11can you hear me? Okay, hold on, Emily, just wait one
