• 1:31
SPEAKER_02: I gotta say, the black coffee, like the drip coffee that you guys, everyone drinks here, it's like so strong.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_02: It makes my heart beat so fast.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: Well, like over there, do they do Americanos there?
• 1:40
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, like where it's we call them long blacks.
• 1:43
  SPEAKER_00: Long blacks, okay.
• 1:45

• 1:49
  SPEAKER_00: Like, no way.
• 1:50
  SPEAKER_00: Like it's gotta be.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_00: Like, even my mom, like, my mom will make gnarly coffee, like lots of coffee.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: And I'll pour it in, it's like syrup coming out.
• 1:59
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's like the thickest.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_02: When you get like the bottom of the barrel?
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, dude.
• 2:03
  SPEAKER_00: It's thick.
• 2:04
  SPEAKER_00: It's thick.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but you gotta, I'll I'll shake it up, you know.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: I mean, it all helps, you know.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_00: Is your mom musical?
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, not really, but she um, so she had a cousin um that was in a actually a Christian band in the 90s that was really, really successful called Phillips, Craig, and Dean.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: And uh Dan Dean is her cousin.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: Her her family, like, they have a lot of like uh cousins and stuff that were either musicians or artists, painters, stuff like that.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: And they were all the Deans.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: It's that side of the family.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: But um, anyways, yeah, but she herself doesn't really play any instruments, and and I think she messes with piano some, but that's it.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay, there we go.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: When did you start like singing and playing instruments and so she tried to get us to play piano, and I was way too ADD to like focus, you know, and and I don't I don't feel like uh you know a piano teacher could ever hold my attention at all.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: And um, and so I got out of that, stopped doing that for years, and then one of my older brothers, I have three brothers, there's four boys in my family.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: Uh one of my older brothers, Connor, went to college, and I was uh I guess a sophomore in high school.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: He came home for Christmas, his roommate in college played guitar, so he learned guitar a little bit.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: And when I saw him doing it, I was like, oh my god, I gotta do this.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: And so I I ended up like saving up money and went and bought one and and just figured out chords, and you know, I got online and you could like look up like where to put your fingers on for an A minor chord or a D major or whatever, and I just printed out this thing, and I just like started just trying to memorize it, you know, and and uh learn how to play like Blink 182 guitar chads or whatever it was at the time.
• 4:04
  SPEAKER_00: But anyways, yeah.
• 4:05
  SPEAKER_02: Oh good.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_02: So we want to do like a little um a little game.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_02: You're obviously here alone today, so we're gonna we're gonna go.
• 4:17
  SPEAKER_00: I am not a TikTok guy.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_02: You are now though, yeah.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you are like inspired me.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_02: So we do we like to do like with band members, we like to do like a who's more likely to, but because they're not here, who's more likely to?
• 4:29
SPEAKER_02: So like we'll say who's more likely in your bet in your band, who's the biggest diva?
• 4:34
  SPEAKER_00: The biggest diva.
• 4:36
  SPEAKER_00: Oh man.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_02: The best part about it is that you are.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: We'll say Dustin is the biggest diva.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and Dustin's not here to defend himself.
• 4:43
  SPEAKER_00: Our lead guitarist, Dustin.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_02: He can just Why do you the biggest diva?
• 4:49
SPEAKER_00: He's got a little bit longer hair, and he's just like he's like, you know, is he sassy?
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: He'll do the hair toss every now and then.
• 4:56
  SPEAKER_00: There's a little there's a little sass with that.
• 5:00

  SPEAKER_00: A hundred percent.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_01: Has he ever crowd surf before?
• 5:09
  SPEAKER_00: I think he has.
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure he has definitely jumped into an audience before.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_01: He's gonna do well in Australia.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_01: When you come back next time, I think crowd surfing should be on the top.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to go back to us.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: We gotta talk about that at some point because I we had a blast going over there.
• 5:25

• 5:27

  SPEAKER_02: And the rhyme.
• 5:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, okay.

• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: Last eight seconds on a bull?
• 5:37
SPEAKER_02: Um you can also say yourself for any of these if you if you choose to.
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_02: Oh man.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: That would make me feel so cool if I would say no.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: No, I think um maybe our lead guitarist, or I'm sorry, our bassist, Chase, he's a big old boy, you know.
• 5:59
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_01: He can take a bull.
• 6:00
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, I mean, I feel like I feel like he would, yeah, bear wrestle with it with a bull for eight seconds.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_00: Like I don't know how he would do it, but he would find a way, like grab it by the ears or something.
• 6:14
  SPEAKER_00: But anyways.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_01: Who's most likely to cry during a country song?
• 6:19

• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: Uh he I know for a fact he cried at a Jason Isbel concert recently.

• 12:56
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, how was it?
• 12:57

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, he's a fun guy, he's a great dude.
• 13:14
SPEAKER_00: Okay, and uh, anyways, yeah, we hit it off, and so you know, getting to have him at the rhyming, it's such a special show for us.
• 13:22
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, any band.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: When you play the rhyming, it's just special, you know.

• 13:50
  SPEAKER_01: He's scrappy.
• 13:51
  SPEAKER_00: I'll say this.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: He in his rugby days, I'm pretty sure, almost got killed in Russia after a game where they beat these guys, and there was like some security guards around or something.

SPEAKER_00: He was telling me this story, and it's a gnarly story.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: You can ask him in person, but I would say maybe that.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: Like there's like a little bit of inside, like okay.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: I know he played in Russia, so he he has a big uh a big rugby uh life to talk about, you know, if you ever want to get deep in an interview with him.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_02: We've had like three podcasts with him so far.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_02: And we always know more to talk about.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_02: How could you come up?
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: You guys are all over there, you know?
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: Like in y'all are Sydney though?
• 14:34
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so you're not out in the middle of nowhere that he is, like, always going to like all the festivals that.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: Their ranch is like, you gotta like helicopter into their ranch.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_01: We asked him one time, we were like, can we go to your ranch?
• 14:46
  SPEAKER_01: He's like, I don't think it's for you girls.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_01: I don't know if you'd be able to handle it.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_01: No, he was like, You wouldn't be able to handle the heat.
• 14:53
  SPEAKER_01: He literally said that.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_01: Oh, he doesn't know me.
• 14:55
  SPEAKER_01: He doesn't know me.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: You gotta just follow up with him on it.
• 14:59
SPEAKER_02: Oh, no doubt we will.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_02: Okay, we're gonna do a little bit of rapid fire change.
• 15:03
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, great.
• 15:04
  SPEAKER_02: It's quick questions.
• 15:06
  SPEAKER_02: It's quick questions.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_02: Okay, what was the first concert you ever went to?
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: My mom's cousin, the Christian Christian band, Phillips, Craig, and Dean.
• 15:15
SPEAKER_00: I was probably two or something.
• 15:18
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 15:18
  SPEAKER_00: Three.
• 15:19
  SPEAKER_02: Starting young.
• 15:20
  unknown: Yeah.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_01: What would be a dream collab, like in the future?
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: One artist or multiple artists?
• 15:26
  SPEAKER_01: Either.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_01: Um whatever comes to mind.
• 15:30
  SPEAKER_00: I want to play.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: I talked to Turnpike's management, um, Whiskey Myers management, and um I would love to get like us, Whiskey, Turnpike, and Ryan Bingham to do a show at the gorge.
• 15:48
  SPEAKER_01: Where is that?
• 15:49
SPEAKER_01: Have you seen the gorge?
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: Isn't it what is it outside of Seattle or is it like I thought it was Washington State.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's like have you seen Red Rocks?
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: Have you heard of Red Rocks?
• 15:59
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it's like it's it's like a massive natural amphitheater that just falls off into a gorge canyon behind it.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: And so it's this like epic view of essentially what looks like the Grand Canyon there behind the stage.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: Wait, is this where Google images are?
• 16:19
  SPEAKER_00: Cool.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: But it holds like, I don't know, like 30,000 people or something, like 40,000.
• 16:24
  SPEAKER_00: That's so cool.
• 16:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: How many people does that hold?
• 16:27
  SPEAKER_00: 40?
• 16:28
  unknown: Yeah.
• 16:29
  SPEAKER_00: It's gotta be like 40k.
• 16:30
  SPEAKER_00: So cool.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: But I want to do that.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that would be a show.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_00: That would be like my I that would be very cool.
• 16:39
  SPEAKER_02: Worty shed.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's water shedy shed.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_02: No way, I didn't know it was there.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_02: We looked at um another one called Um, it's in Montana, uh, Under the Big Sky.
• 16:48
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_02: That one was so cool.
• 16:50
  SPEAKER_00: That's Johnny Shockey's deal.
• 16:52
  SPEAKER_00: Johnny Shockey's ranch.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he's a he has that ranch.
• 16:56
  SPEAKER_02: And it's in Texas.
• 16:58
  SPEAKER_02: No, it's in Montana.
• 16:59
  SPEAKER_02: No, no, Montana.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_02: There's another person with a ranch in Texas.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: It's outside of Whitefish, Montana.
• 17:03
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_01: We haven't been to Montana and we really want to go.
• 17:06
  SPEAKER_00: That festival.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: You need to just do that.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: Do like a press thing out there.
• 17:10
  SPEAKER_02: How's your survival skills?
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_02: Right-off.
• 17:12
  SPEAKER_02: A tax write-off.
• 17:14
  SPEAKER_00: Girls' trip.
• 17:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 17:16
  SPEAKER_02: The ladies' trip.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_02: Okay, are you um how's your survival skills?
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: I feel like pretty good.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: I don't need a lot, I don't think, to my wife always says that.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: She's like, you could just be like in a cabin with squirrels and you'd be happy as can be.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: I was like, yeah, probably, probably dead ass accurate.
• 17:37
  SPEAKER_02: Dead ass.
• 17:38
  SPEAKER_02: No one's yeah.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_02: Um, who, if you had to pick one artist anyone in the world, to take with you, if we dropped you in the Australian Outback to help you survive.
• 17:49
  SPEAKER_00: 100%, wait.
• 17:50
  SPEAKER_00: Wait, yeah.
• 17:52
  SPEAKER_00: Come on.
• 17:52
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, okay.
• 17:53
  SPEAKER_02: That's a yeah, that was a good choice.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: I feel like we would have a blast in the nowhere.
• 17:57
  SPEAKER_00: Definitely Australia together.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_02: If you had to go on a reality TV show, what are you gonna go on?
• 18:03
  SPEAKER_00: Like Survivor.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_02: Okay, I was gonna say alone, survivor.
• 18:06
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 18:06
  SPEAKER_02: Honestly, the amazing race.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: It would be uh no, it would be, isn't it alone?
• 18:12
  SPEAKER_00: The new one.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: It's like Survivor, but it's like not as cheesy as Survivor.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_02: And you get to take ten items with you.
• 18:19
  SPEAKER_00: It's all it's ten?
• 18:20
  SPEAKER_02: It's ten items.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so you can bring it.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_02: I swear it was ten.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: Okay, well, if it's ten, like you want me to pick ten or two.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_02: Like a little swizzle stick.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_02: If you do you have some?
• 18:28
  SPEAKER_02: Like have you?
• 18:29
  SPEAKER_00: 100%.
• 18:30
  SPEAKER_02: I would do that.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: I would do uh a hundred yards of like, I don't know, like 200 pound Tess lined fishing wire.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: Okay, um, I would do You're gonna go fishing?
• 18:44
  SPEAKER_00: Uh 100%.
• 18:45
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay.
• 18:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: No, but that would be for tying up everything.
• 18:49
  SPEAKER_00: Just survival.
• 18:50
  SPEAKER_00: All kinds of things.
• 18:50
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, done.
• 18:51
  SPEAKER_00: Um tarp.
• 18:53
  SPEAKER_00: Like a big tarp.
• 18:54
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: Uh flint uh for fire.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: Um I would probably have uh a hatchet.
• 19:03
  SPEAKER_00: Um what's a hatchet?
• 19:05
  SPEAKER_00: Like a small axe.
• 19:07
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay, yep, gotcha.
• 19:08
  SPEAKER_00: Um tomahawk looking thing.
• 19:10
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, yeah.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: Um and then what am I at?
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: I'm only like four down, and I am surviving obviously.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: So, dude, I don't even fishing hooks, I guess.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_02: Um you're really into your outdoors.
• 19:27
  SPEAKER_00: Huh?
• 19:27
SPEAKER_02: Are you into your like outdoors yesterday?
• 19:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I love that.
• 19:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: I love getting to do anything, anything outside.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's just a matter of like finding time off of the road to, you know, like go on a hunt or whatever.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: I normally only get to go on a hunt like once a year, twice a year or something like that.
• 19:44
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: You know, a lot of our buddies, that's like all they do all during deer season, every weekend.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: You know, they're at a ranch somewhere.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_02: So where do you normally write your songs?
• 19:54
SPEAKER_00: Um, we have a space downstairs uh below our house.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: I have like a little office down there.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: Uh I would say there, but honestly, more than anywhere is on planes.
• 20:05
  SPEAKER_03: Really?
• 20:06
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, totally.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: Because think about it, you just like throw on your AirPods, do like the mute button.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was gonna say.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_00: And it's just like dead quiet, and you're like in your zone with your little desk folded out, like I got my window open looking at the world.
• 20:22
  SPEAKER_01: Like inspired.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: Unstoppable writing potential on a plane.
• 20:27
  SPEAKER_00: Wow.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: With a window seat, only with a window seat.
• 20:30
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_01: You've been on a lot of tours.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_01: Do you have a dream country that you have or like city that you haven't been to yet that you'd love to play?
• 20:38
SPEAKER_01: Um, because you said like Malaysia, you've been to Australia, you've already tipped off a lot of places.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: I would love to play Hawaii.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_01: Oh, on the beach too?
• 20:49
  SPEAKER_01: That would be cool.
• 20:50
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, sounds great.
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah, maybe like Maui or like North Shore Hawaii, uh, Oahu.
• 20:56
  SPEAKER_00: Big vibes.
• 20:57
  SPEAKER_00: That'd be cool.
• 20:58
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, I have another, it's a dating question.
• 21:00
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_02: Polly and I are both single.
• 21:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_02: What's your best piece of dating advice?
• 21:06
  SPEAKER_02: You're in a happy relationship, Shane.
• 21:09
  SPEAKER_00: I will s I don't know.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: It depends on what your intentions are.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: Like if you're trying to date somebody, if you're trying to date somebody and like you're really trying to find like somebody, you're not trying to waste your time.
• 21:19
  SPEAKER_00: It's like, no, dude.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to find like my person.
• 21:22
  SPEAKER_00: I would say um, I don't know.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: Like, you would have to, you gotta visualize it, you know.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: Like, is that do I see this person like as the mother of my kids?
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: Or do I see this person as the father of my kids?
• 21:39
SPEAKER_00: Do I see this person fixing a busted pipe 20 years from now under the house?
• 21:45
  SPEAKER_00: I'm serious, visualize it.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_00: I think it, you know, I'm the wrong person to ask though, because me and my wife have been together since we were children.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: Literally, we were kids, yeah.
• 21:53
  SPEAKER_00: 15 and 14 years old.
• 21:54
  SPEAKER_00: Whoa.
• 21:55
  SPEAKER_00: It's so like that's a crazy thing.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: I'm the last one to say this, but I will say, like, I do think.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: think if you're trying to like just cut the fat like get straight to it you know don't waste time like I think like you gotta visualize it you gotta see it you know and if you can't see it like probably can't see it you know it's like probably not gonna be it great now in Australia did you uh practice any Australian slang how's your Australian slang oh I feel like you have a couple words what did Wade teach you dude how I'm I immediately went to the Shang Gillis y'all know Shang Gillis the uh comedi comedian no should I he was talking about he was in Australia on tour and he wore like a bucket hat like a yeah kind of stepping out like you know he never really wore hats like that and he was like you know I was feeling myself up I wanted to wear it he was like I thought I looked good and I'm walking around the street and this gothic guy outside of Brisbane turns around and looks at me and says noise hat fatso I was like that's the funniest like Aussie accent like ever like saying I've ever heard noise hat fetzo jump at it and I and he then he goes on that like I didn't know I didn't know that Australians had gothic people you know like with the dark makeup and black hair full emotion I didn't even know he was like all day I think about death I was like that is the funniest thing I've ever heard in my life so anyways that would be my that's like the only I feel like Aussie thing just because I've watched that bit and we just die laughing on the bus when we watch it but that's so funny.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_01: Anyways now you're talking about you being in the studio writing a new album what can people expect for this new album?
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: Um it's I think it's gonna be amazing honestly like um it's such a cool that we recorded 15 songs and I don't know if all 15 will be on there.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: It'll probably be like 10 and then maybe more of them will come out on a bigger version or something.
• 24:09
SPEAKER_01: But how do you pick sorry to interrupt but how do you pick how many songs to go on an album?
• 24:14
SPEAKER_00: Dude it's changed a lot because it's like everyone's attention span is like way shorter than it was 10 years ago.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah because of TikTok you guys can't with TikTok we're trying with the long form content here.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_00: I can't with TikTok but you're a TikTok I appreciate this because this is long form you're a TikTok guy now.
• 24:35
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah that's you're doing it.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_00: I have a CMA backdrop and everything.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: No I think um we're about to go viral I think that nowadays it's almost like I think you're better off doing like 10 songs on an album and maybe release them a couple songs at a time just so that everyone has a chance we're all being thrown stuff yeah at us like 247 you can't like my favorite band might release a record and I have no clue because I've been bombarded with like 500 other things that week.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: Like whereas if you drop a couple songs at a time and it's all leading up to this album at least you're giving them a better chance at even knowing about it.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_01: Because I do think it can be overwhelming as well when you see like a whole album I'm like that's a lot of time to just like listen to it.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_00: But then there's long form podcasts so how does that make sense?
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: Because I love long form podcasts but I'm also like this is a con this is a total conundrum because I don't even take the time to listen through a whole record I catch myself doing this where I'm like listening to a couple songs and then switch it out forget about it.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah yeah that's a problem like it used to be like you listen to the whole record you know but um I don't know I think nowadays it's almost like do something like 10 songs release a couple of them at a time and um and just hope that you know everybody finds their songs that they like or takes the time to even listen through it to find their their songs you know I mean even some of our biggest fans will play a song and it's like that I had no idea y'all had that song out there.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_00: Like I've never seen that I've never heard that song.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: So anyways it happens to the biggest fans you know so going back what can people expect for the new album?
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: I think it is very much um we are a hodgepodge of sound.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_00: Like our our music is very we might have a very country song and then we'll have a song like Hail Mary that is like rock with strings and fiddle and like very heavy dark minor song and um so there's a lot of sounds going on there.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_00: And I think this album will be like the most well rounded of covering all those checking all those boxes in terms of like what makes up our live show.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_00: You know and so um it's cool.
• 27:02
SPEAKER_00: I think it's gonna be really cool.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: I haven't even gotten to listen to any mixes or anything yet but just hearing what I heard while we were in there working on them we're all very excited.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_01: So because live performances is such a big thing when you are recording these are you already thinking of like what the live performance could be and how it's 100% that's how that's a lot of why I write certain songs.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_00: It's because I'm like in the show I want us to be able to do this.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_00: I think you'd be really good like it would be so epic if and then like okay let's write that song you know that's really cool.
• 27:37
SPEAKER_00: I think it's cool doing it that way but anyways that's awesome there's definitely some of those that are gonna get checked off on this album for the show.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_01: Well we can't wait to hear it Shane thank you so much for joining us on Ladies Love Country can't wait to see you back in Australia can't wait for you to go viral on TikTok I'm such a natural that's a wrap on this week's episode of Ladies Love Country if you laughed learned something or just love a bit of chaos give us a follow leave us a review you'll find us on Instagram and TikTok at Ladies Love Country with the extra gossip and behind the scenes cowboy graded nonsense.
