SPEAKER_00: Hulen off Memhei, we're gonna start by the two dots towards the bottom of the Ahmed because it's Sunday and we get to choose and might as well get ahead today.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: But we got a long duff anyway.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: Zuck, the two dots on Memheim Alif.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, we're we start in the middle of a suya and we're gonna end up being behind.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_00: Find me a better place.
• 0:17
  SPEAKER_00: It's Sunday.
• 0:17
  SPEAKER_00: Sunday we choose.
• 0:18
  SPEAKER_00: So that's the ignorant.
• 0:20
  SPEAKER_00: Nikav Krumsh.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_00: So we're still in the beginning of parakeet of the Trevas over here.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: Go continuing through the different Trevas that the Mishnah listed.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: We saw 18 different Trefas in the Mishnah, and the one we're gonna start with today is Nikkei Krumshala Mayh.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: If the membrane of the brain, this little thin uh membrane that we saw, by the way, by that very helpful presentation from Shimon Open.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_00: Honestly, I wouldn't understand what was going on over here if we didn't see that.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: But we very much saw, right?
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: So the membrane that was on the skull, that was Mammish attached to the skull, and then there was another like sac and another membrane covering the brain itself.
• 0:51
  SPEAKER_00: So there were two.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: The Gemar is gonna call it the Krum Illa and the Krum Tata.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: Those are the two membranes.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: One is lining the skull, and one is mamish tsamud to the brain, uh holding the brain in like a sack type of thing.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: So we saw it in real time, and that's what the trafe in the Mishnah is.
• 1:06
  SPEAKER_00: What was it?
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: That if it has a nekiv, nekev is a filobimashu, as Rashi told us, called nekev bimashu.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_00: Anytime you see nekev, it's a filobimashu, even the tiniest toe is gonna traf it up.
• 1:14
  SPEAKER_00: So nekev, kr nikah.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: So we have machelikas over here.
• 1:18
  SPEAKER_00: Rabish mode.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_00: Meaning which krum are we talking about?
• 1:21
  SPEAKER_00: This too, right?
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: This is the kroma alien, chromatophthlin.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: So it says going right, Rabish Modam Chabed.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_00: They both said kruma illa.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the upper membrane, the one that's attached to the skull.
• 1:31
  SPEAKER_00: Although gabeley inkiftatah.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be a trepah, even though the lower one didn't get a nekav, even if the one that's actually close and attached to the brain itself is still intact and didn't get a nekav, it's still gonna be a trepah if the one lining the brain got a nekev, it's going to be a trepah 100% Amila.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: And some say that actually, Adi Inkiftata, that it actually needs to be that not only the Krum Ilaw has a nekev, but also the Krum Tatah, Adi Inkiftatah, that also would need to have a nekiv in order to render this animal trefa, meaning the the the sack that's actually holding the brain itself, not the one that's just lining the skull, but the sack that's holding the brain itself, that is gonna need to get a nekiv in order for this to become a trefah.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: Umrbish al Marchmeini, the simdich.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: If you want to sim in, chhaisa demantach beymoikha.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: If you want to sim in which one, according to this Baamri law, is the sack, basically, that the chaisah is like a sack.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: So chaisa demandach beymoyha, the sack that the mayah, that the brain is in itself, meaning the one that's mamish holding the brain, not the outer one that's lining the skull.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_00: But the one that's mamish holding the brain, that is the one.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: Umr Am Rahana, Ram Rahana says, Umr Bishamal Nevi in the name of Rashim Levi, caned doi the baitsim nicker.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: If you want something that's a little more tangible, that you can understand a little more, is the same sac that you have by the baitsim by the testicles.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: So that's more nicker, Rashi says, because the krum in the brain, no, you can't see inside the brain to know what's going on.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: But you have the same concept by the bait sim, where you have the outer one, and then you also have a krum at tachtan inside samud to the baitz itself, and therefore you have the same idea of the alien and the tahtin, it's just something you could visualize a little bit more.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: If you want to sim in connect the baits and nikar, because it's much more niker.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: Umr Bishaman Namhazi, Amr Bishaman Devi, Mishum Barkapara and the name of Barkapara.
• 3:03
  SPEAKER_00: Mayach, call mashabigdeira.
• 3:05
  SPEAKER_00: What's considered the mayach?
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: Because again, a nekiv, what's the nafkamina?
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: The nafkamina is if you have a neqev bimashu, even the tiniest bit, as we saw in the Kram of the Mayak, it's gonna be a problem.
• 3:15
SPEAKER_00: Even the tiniest bit is going to be considered a trefa by the mayach.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: Whereas if it's a little lower down, you're gonna be on the spinal corner already.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: And the spine by the shadra, what we what do we see?
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: That has to be adruba, has to be the has to be riv of it.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: So we know the brain continues down and morphs into the spine as you go down.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: So up until where is gonna be considered the brain that Afilo Bashu, and up until where is gonna be considered the spine that you're gonna need riv to pastel it up.
• 3:39
  SPEAKER_00: So mayach kolmashabigdeira.
• 3:41
  SPEAKER_00: What's considered the brain?
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: Kol Mashabigdeira, anything in the pot.
• 3:44
  SPEAKER_00: What's the pot?
• 3:45
  SPEAKER_00: The skull.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: We're using uh words you can understand.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: So anything that's in the kedeira, meaning the skull, so anything inside the skull is gonna have the din of the mayach that again, what's the nafkamina?
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be trafe even with a tiny bit of a naked.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: But outside that, need the kimach.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: Anything in the kidra is gonna be nid and kemaiah, once it starts uh pulling out already of the skull, then needam kehotashadra.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: Then it's gonna be considered like the spinal cord, that again the nachkamira is you're gonna need rivalredi to passle it up.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: Umehecha nathilimashek, by the way, where does it start pulling out of the brain?
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: Where is it considered that it turns into the spinal cord?
• 4:21
  SPEAKER_00: I heard shot.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_00: It's the place where you have like two beans.
• 4:27
  SPEAKER_00: That's what a pool is.
• 4:28
  SPEAKER_00: It's a pull is a bean.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: So you have the two beans in the place where the brain ends and the spinal cord start.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_00: That is the cutoff point where those two bean-looking things are.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: Because you have two beans, Yeshmuchna Pia Kdera, on the entrance to the khadeira, on the entrance to the skull, there are those two pulin.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_00: So minapulinim from the inside of those beans, kill.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: It's considered like the brain.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: It's considered like the inside of the kedeira, the the maya, the the the uh the skull.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: Minapulin ilchutz, but from the outside of those two beans, kelachuts.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: It's considered like the outside, it's considered like the chutashedra.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: Uh pulinat'n'a dead, but as it relates to the pulinat's, those actual two beans, I'm not sure.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: I don't know what their din is.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: It's kilifnim or kilachutz, I'm not sure.
• 5:05
  SPEAKER_00: But mistabra kilifnim.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: But it makes more sense to uh dan them like kilifnim, like they're actually part of the brain.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: Rivirmiya badaqvi for reviewer miya checked an oif uh bird, the ashkach kminshne pulimunukhan alpaig there, and he found the same thing that you have these two bean-looking things that are right by the entranceway of the skull.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_00: Next trefa we saw in the Mishnah.
• 5:26
  SPEAKER_00: Nikkev halav leb's khalalalur.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: If you get a nekiv, someone get uh an animal had a nekiv in the lave in the heart, one the chamber of the heart, the base khalalor.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: But the base khalal in mamesh to into the chamber, not somewhere on the outside, into the chamber of the heart.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: So by Ribzero, the base khalokatan, the base khalokal.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: So these words is machik is what's going on here, bikal, hard to understand.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: All we need to know for now is that there's a khal katan and khal gadl.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: There's uh a bigger chamber, a smaller chamber to the heart.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: So which chamber do we mean that a nekavimashu is going to pass the?
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: So the base khalkhatan, the smaller one, the base khalgadl, or the bigger chamber of the heart?
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: Which one do we mean?
• 6:00
  SPEAKER_00: What's your question?
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: Meaning what why is it meaning what's aba'is question?
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: Abba'i'a's question is it should be obvious which one we're talking about.
• 6:05
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: Because Mila It's not, didn't we learn in the Mishnah?
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: That Rib Shimon Imer Ad Shatinakh of the Basha Sympointus.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: Rib Shimon says, as it relates to the trefa you told me that it have is have if it has a nekiv in the reya, in the lung, it's a villa bamashu, ribshiman said, no, Ad Shatinak if the base has sympoinus.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: If that nekiv goes all the way to the base has sympointus, manage the end chambers of the lung, that's where you're gonna have a problem.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: But what do we see what what do we need from here?
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: Just from what base ha sympoinas means.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: Because the umar rabbabar tahif om revermiab, what did Rib Shimin mean?
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: Le basha simpainus until you get mamish to the big one.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: To the simpanagado to the big one.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see from here?
• 6:41
SPEAKER_00: The Gamar is bringing a little bit uh from a little bit lachma, but we're saying that just like Rib Shimon, when he said basimpainus meant what?
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: Base, and he used the word base, and the base impinas, he meant the bigger one, the simpanagado.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: So to over here, when we say the base halaloi, or the base halal katan, right, sorry, we said base halalai, we use the same bass, so base probably means the big one.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: So you have a question: bass halal kotton, base halal godal, probably the goddamn, just like ribshimin meant godal when he says baissa simpainus.
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: So to over here, when we say base halalai, we mean the big one.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to the heart, says the Gemara.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: So that was a bay.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: Why do you have a question?
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: It should be obvious from the Vishnu.
• 7:16
  SPEAKER_00: It says Gemara Alchyash.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_00: You can't compare the two things.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: But hasam le basimpoin nois, tani.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: Over there by the rey uh it says base has impai nois, which is plural, and which teaches me lehecha de shafis and painus kulu.
• 7:28
SPEAKER_00: If it's plural, that's much more mashma where all this impaies wind up.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: So you want to know whether it's the big one?
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: Because it it's till you get all the way down there, it says sympain nois, which is plural, where all of them lead down to, and that's why we ended up there.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: It's nothing to do with the base.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: Whereas over here, uh, yeah, the hacha, but over here, le bass halaloi katani.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: It says it's bass halaloi.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: It didn't say the base halalois or something like that.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: It says base halaloi, and therefore it could be referring to any malihal godal malehal kata.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: How do you know if it's the godal over the kut and you don't, and therefore you can't bring a riot from there.
• 8:00
  SPEAKER_00: Kaneha lave.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to the kneha lave, which is a certain kone, a certain uh tube that led into the heart.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: So maybe it's some type of valve, whatever this was, it was essential for the heart.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: And this kone, again, there's different types of kanas, right?
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: The kana is one of the two seman, and that's the the the trachea and the esophagus, the kana and the vesha.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: But this is a kana that's going into the heart.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: So this kineha lave, what happens to it that would render this animal a trefo?
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: Rav Amr, so we're hugging Rav and Shmo.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: Rav Ammer Mashu Rav says if you have a neck of even bimashu on this uh on this tube that's going into the heart, it's gonna be uh trefo.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: No, it has to be actual rival it that's uh that's going to be severed.
• 8:38
  SPEAKER_00: Hi, new cane lave.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: What is this kineha lave, this kane going to the heart?
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: It's talking about the fats that's on the walls of the animal.
• 8:50
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: The walls of the animal?
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: The walls of the animal usually mean the like the ribcage, the outside of the animal.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: And you're talking about the fats that's mamish on the outside of the rib cage, as Rashi says, like, what chios is tallet boy?
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: There's no chios in the fats, it's just a fatty animal.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: There's no chios, there's no uh vital organ that's in the fats on the outside of the animal.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: So what are we talking about?
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean that the kineha leaf is on the outside of the difanes?
• 9:11
  SPEAKER_00: I was like, Mar, you're right.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: That's not what we meant by defanes.
• 9:13
  SPEAKER_00: Ella Shah Gabe Doifnereo.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the Doifnerea, the the fats that are on the walls of the of the lung.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: The Daifan, the Difanis of the Rea.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: And that already in the fats of the Rhea, you're already dealing in the lung, and the lung we saw a feeling neck of a filabmash is gonna be a problem.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: And those fats that are on the walls of the lung, that's imperative to the heart that there's some type of channel that goes down to the heart, and that's when Rav said a filibulmash is gonna be a problem.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: Ashmall said you're gonna need Royv.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: Um Ramei Mem Rishmeh the Ramnachwa.
• 9:43
  SPEAKER_00: There are three conim.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: There are three of these tubes.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: Khat parti, but one goes into the heart.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: The chad partial, one goes off into the lung.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: What's gonna be the allahabah each one?
• 9:55
  SPEAKER_00: The reyo kereya.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_00: The tube that's going into the lung is gonna have the din of the lung that what?
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: Neck of a fila bamashu.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: Even the tiniest neck of is gonna be causing a problem, so to the tube going into the lung, even the tiniest neck if it's gonna be a problem, it's gonna be considered a trefel.
• 10:07
  SPEAKER_00: The kavdah ki kavdah.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: The tube going into the liver is gonna have the same din as the liver.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: What was the din of the liver?
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: That only if it was fully taken, Achinito Kula, and the entire thing has to be gone from the animal in order to render it a trefel.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: So to this tube, the entire thing has to be gone from the animal for it to be a trefel.
• 10:22
  SPEAKER_00: The Libba Plegi.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to the tube going into the heart, that's where you have the machalikus between Rab and Shmuel.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: Rab says, Bimashu, Shmuel says, Ruboy.
• 10:31
  SPEAKER_00: Mar Barchia Masni Ipho.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: Mar Barchia learnt this exactly the opposite though.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: That the reyo kikavda, the tube going into the the lung has the din of the liver itself that actually need to kulai.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: If only if the entire tube was taken out, then it's gonna be a problem.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_00: Whereas the kavda, the tube going into the liver, it's a little counterintuitive.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: But the tube going into the liver, kereo, is gonna have the din of the reyah, that the rea nekaf a filubimasho.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: So to the tube going into the liver, even bimashu, even the tiniest hole in it.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: Even though the liver itself, you need the entire thing to be gone for it to be a treva.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: No, but the tube going into it is gonna have the din of the rea that a neckaf a filubimashua.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: The liba as it relates to the one going into the live, please.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: That's where you have the machegis Rahman Shmuel.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_00: And also Ruhibar Yausuf, Amr Schmaid the Rav commit to Shmuel.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_00: Rhibar Yaisaf went and he said over Sheetas Rab before Shmuel.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: He told Shmuel what Rav said.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: Rav said that as it relates to the Khana going into the lame, Afilubamashu.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_00: And he said that to Shmuel in Amrelay, he told him, back Iochiam R Abba.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: If that's what Abba said, right?
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: We already had previously, recently, that Shmuel calls Rav Abba.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: We had the Muhlahis Ram Rashi in Tysis.
• 11:30
  SPEAKER_00: Is it his name?
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: Or is it uh Dharak Khabah?
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: Rashi said it's Dark Khabah.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: Tyson says it's not Bakhlah what's going on, it's really his name.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: As we see, it comes up many times.
• 11:38
  SPEAKER_00: Mentioned the Zaya.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: When it refers to Raf Abba, it's usually Rav that's uh I forgot who says it.
• 11:42
  SPEAKER_00: But definitely is off.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: But either way it says the Gemara, Yahya'ab.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_00: If that's what, if it's whenever it says Riv Abba, very mentioned uh Amir over there.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: But I am if this is really what Rav said, well Yada but Trefas are like Khalum.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't know anything about Trefus.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: So that's what Shmo Lansenback says the Gemara.
• 11:59
  SPEAKER_00: Nishbar Hashedra.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: If the spinal cord broke and riv of the chut was uh severed, as we saw, it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: That was uh one of the trefas in the mission.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_00: A spinal cord that uh Raiv of it was nifsak.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: It got severed, and riv of it was severed.
• 12:17
  SPEAKER_00: Divri Rabbi.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi says that's what's gonna render a trefa if most of it or rive of it is severed.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Rabbiakov and Rafilun Nikave, even if it got the tiniest neck of it's gonna be a trefa.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: Hairi rebi karviakov and rebi, that paskin you need rif for it to be a trefa, paskin like a ribyakov to go l'humra, that even a tiny neck of is gonna be a problem.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: Because he didn't rely on himself.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: For aloh la naisa, he went the humr like a rivyakov.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: Amr Ravun Rhuna said, In aloh karbiakov.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: The aloch is not like Rbyyakov, it's actually like Rebbe, that you need rif.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: The Kamaruba, and what's considered the Raif, Rav Amar Raiv Oyroi, the Amila Raiv Maykoi.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_00: So the Shedra, the spinal cord, it's made of what's considered oyroy, the skin, it's not the skin of an animal, but this is the skin of the spinal cord itself, meaning the outer part of the spinal cord.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_00: That's what we're considering the uir, the skin of the spinal cord.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: So the outer hard part of the spinal cord, and then you have the moihoi, which mayoch means brain, but we don't mean brain, we mean like the matter that's inside the spinal cord.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_00: You could call it spinal fluids, humans have the same thing, and therefore, you have like the you have the spinal cord itself, the uir, the outside part, and then you have the mayak, which is the matter, the spinal fluid that's inside the spinal cord.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: So when Rav says that you need, or rather, when Rebbe says that you need um most of it to be severed, so Rav amariv, right?
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: Rav says as long as most of the outside of the shed was severed, that's gonna be a problem.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_00: And the Amar Rai Mayh.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: And some say actually Riv of the Mayak, Riv of the Matter inside, that has to be severed.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: The one that says Riv Maichoi Kolshikane, if Riv of the outside is gonna be severed, that's gonna be a problem.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: That if the outside of it, the the the the skin of the shedra itself, that part of the shedra, the hard part of the shedra, that that rev that is severed, then Riv Maychay Mai.
• 14:00
  SPEAKER_00: What about Riv Maichai?
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: Will that be as well?
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: Tashma, we have a Rayadamr Nivli.
• 14:04
  SPEAKER_00: Rashi says Shame Khachum.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: This is a shame of a Khacham, his name was Nivli.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_00: Amr Huna, you send the name of Shai square in Chasi.
• 14:09
  SPEAKER_00: Huh?
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_00: Nice.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: Never seen it before, that's for sure.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: So Nivli sent the name of Huna, Rubai Shah Amru Raiv Oirai, Maya Zen Lai Mailev.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the Riv of the Aura the Shadrah and the Mayah, the spinal fluid inside, like my leveled, I don't care about it at all.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: Whereas R Nasan Bar Abin said the same thing.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: Habi Yasukame the Rah, the Rav, he was sitting before Rah, and Bodak Beroiv Oirevika Brav Mayhai.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: So he was checking with the Trifas and he checked the Raiv Oirai and the Mu Riv Mayhai.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_00: And Amalai told him, Im Raiv Oire Kaya, Mayakze in a Mailev.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: I don't know why you're checking the inside, because if the outside is good and most of it is good, then the the the Mayak inside doesn't make a difference.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: We don't care about it.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to the spinal fluid that's inside the shadra, so it's uh it has a little bit of a substance to it.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: Now if it's nismarech means it completely melted, a turn liquid.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: So nismareach, we're gonna define it more definitively in a second.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: So nismareach, if it kind of uh just mammish melted and became liquid, nismasmes, which is me saying and it really means the same type of thing, pasel.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: That's also gonna be pasel.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: What's considered hamrocha that we said nismareh pasel, and what's considered hammasmasa, that we said nismasmes pasel.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: So hamrochal call shpah kikitan.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: Hamrocha is anything that spills out mammish like a water jug.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: So it becomes so liquid, this spinal fluid, that if you turn over the hotashhedra, mamesh just spills out.
• 15:41
  SPEAKER_00: That's nismareh, it's gonna be pasel.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: Mismasmes is call sha'ina yachulamid.
• 15:46
  SPEAKER_00: Anything that can't stand.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: If you take the shedra, you take it in your hand, you take the spine in your hand and you try holding it up, it doesn't stand up, but it just falls over, that would be nismas mes.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_00: But rebir meah, rebir me asks the following.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: What if it can't stand when you're holding this shedra?
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: Not necessarily because it uh melted or something like that, but rather because it's mom is just too heavy.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: It has too much weight, it's from a big animal, and therefore it just folds over because it's mamis too heavy.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: So what about that case?
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, take him Beiraf Amri Beirav said the following Nismasme's puzzle.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: If it spills out mamesh kakitan as we saw before, it's gonna be puzzle.
• 16:19
  SPEAKER_00: Nismasme's kosher.
• 16:20
  SPEAKER_00: If it's nismasme's, that's gonna be kosher.
• 16:22
  SPEAKER_00: What's nismasmes?
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: Nismas means that some of it leaked out.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: That's already gonna be kosher.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: Ribbishman laza, said, Behemash and Nismasme's moi trefah, behema, that it's um moya, mach over here doesn't refer to brain, it refers to again the matter inside the spinal cord.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: So if that liquid was nismasmes, if it leaked out a little bit, like we just saw Nismasme's, it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_00: So what are you telling me ismasm is gonna be kosher?
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: If Ribbshum al Lazar literally said Behemash and Ismasmes, Maychha is a trefa.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: How can it be kosher?
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: So he nismasmes it's married.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_00: You read the wrong wrong word over there, meant to say nismasmes, where it all spills out like a keet, and that's where it's gonna be a problem.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: Whereas, sorry, that was Hamroch, mismasma is.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: But either way, nismas, that's what it's talking about.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: Whereas nismasmes, that's not gonna be a problem, even if Rashmulaza would tell you the same thing.
• 17:10
SPEAKER_00: So, Amy, is that true?
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: The Levi Aviase Bemasusa, Levi, who's a famous doctor in chas, by the way, Levi was sitting bemasusa in a uh he was sitting in a bathhouse.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_00: And Khazalo Gavrot did he saw a guy slip and smash his head.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: And I guess there was spinal fluid pouring out of it.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: So he saw this guy, well, regular day in the bathhouse, right?
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: So he saw this guy, and Umar he he said that Nismasme's Maya Dada Day, and he was all taken aback, and Levi said this guy's being nismasmes, his maya, the the the cr this this uh matter inside his spinal fluid is being nismasmes.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: So it sounds like Levy was all worried about saying Nismas Maya Hade and it sounds like Levy was saying this guy's done.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: So it says the government lobdly high.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: Wasn't Levy's point that this guy's being Nismasme's and therefore uh he's done, this guy's not gonna live at all, and it's a trefa.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: Because again, a person could also be a trefa as we know.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: So isn't it doesn't it mean that he is Ma'amish a Trefa?
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: And even Nismasme's, which we said is Kasher, is gonna be considered a Trefa time Rabba'i, Abai said Loy.
• 18:07
  SPEAKER_00: Really Loi Marshane Mailed.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: Levi was taken aback, yeah, but just because he was taken aback doesn't mean that he was saying this guy's for sure gonna die.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: He just meant this guy, Rahmar al-Sahan is not gonna be able to have kids, he's not gonna be able to be Mahlid because of this Nismasme situation, and that's what he meant, but not necessarily that it's a trefel.
• 18:22
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 18:23
  SPEAKER_00: Ah Deichan Chutashedra.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: Until where is considered and has the din of a chutashedra, legabe trefel.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: As we saw, this machlaikas by the chutashedra.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: So up until where, because we know it by an animal, the chutashedra goes all the way to the tail.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: So which part, up until where the animal, from the head downwards, is considered still the dun of the chutashedra, and where lower than that can you already say no?
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: That's already not uh not gonna be such a problem over there because it's not considered the chutashhedra anymore.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: So I'm Rabidah Mashmo, Rebe this and the name Ms.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: Ad Bain Hathrashis until the part where it branches out.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_00: So the chutashadra it goes straight down, and then when you get lower on the animal, it kind of branches out uh to different places until the part where it starts branches out, but branching out, that's still considered the chutashadr.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_00: But if Dimen Rayitzuk have a kaboil and mezala behusay, Zim Rayitzuk wanted to go to Baychuzai, and also game there's a he came before Rabugah and Amrelay told him, Lichwili Mar Bena Frashis Hecha.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: Show me where the Bena Freshis is, show me where uh it starts branching out on an animal.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: I don't really know what that means.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: So Amalai told him, Zil Isilakadi, go bring me a ghdi asked the khan, I'll show you.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: So isilikidi Shme he brought him a very fat ghedi.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: So Amalai told him Beliatfe, Vilayadiya.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: I this is uh this one's too fat.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_00: It's too much fats and buster.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: I'm not able to tell where the spine branches off.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: So go get a different one.
• 19:32
  SPEAKER_00: So isilek.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: So now he brought him a very skinny one, and Amalai told him, Belit dan tfei.
• 19:36
  SPEAKER_00: Everything's too much bilat.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_00: This one's too skinny, then everything's being bilit.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_00: The other bones, the hip bones, maybe are like hovering over, and therefore I'm not really able to see on this one either.
• 19:44
  SPEAKER_00: I can't see.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_00: Amal told him, Listen, you're not having muchla bringing me a normal animal, and therefore ta' admirahkamar.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna teach you the misariah of what it is.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: That Akh and Masmod is watchmose and ad achas trefa.
• 19:54
SPEAKER_00: We know the spine comes down and branches, and there are a few parts where it branches off.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: So ad achas until the first part, the first place where it branches branches off, up until there has the dinna the chutashedra, that it's gonna be a trefa if it has an issue there, if it gets severed over there.
• 20:07
  SPEAKER_00: Adachas trefa.
• 20:08
SPEAKER_00: Shleishis, as it relates to the third part where it branches out lower, that's gonna be k shera.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: That's not considered the chutashedra anymore, it's gonna be totally kosher.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: Shneo, what about the second place it branches off?
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if that still has the din of the chutashedra or not.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_00: So, maybe the ask the following.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: Adve adbichlao, oy doma adve ad vilayad bichlao when he said uh the ad achas until the first place that it branches out, did he mean adve adbichlao?
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: That also including uh that part itself, Rashi says, And that whole place between the uh where it starts branching off, that's considered include that's including in the that's included in what's considered the spine, that's gonna render it a traf adva advachal or advil and only until that point, but not including it.
• 20:54
  SPEAKER_00: But Rapha, Rapaba Frothershadow.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: In Tim Slaymer, Advaandukhal, if you're gonna tell me Advaandhal that it's not including that, then P parsha mouth.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: What about the entrance, the opening, the mouth of where it starts breaking off?
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: Does Mamish the entrance way?
• 21:07
  SPEAKER_00: Is that included?
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: Or is that even not included?
• 21:09
  SPEAKER_00: Parsha Atma Mao.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: So it says the gim or ratash ma'll try to bring you right to that at least have fresh or t then kibosa.
• 21:16
  SPEAKER_00: Did I skip a line?
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: Review me, imam adva admichla, parsha atmau.
• 21:20
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, skipped the line.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Byr Papa, imtim telemar ad viloy adbichal, pee parsha mao.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: But review me, or review me at another shell, so the opposite way.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_00: Imtim flemer advi adbichlao.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: If you want to tell me ad includes ad, meaning including that place itself, then parsha atma mao.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: What about the parsha itself, meaning the branch itself where it goes branches off?
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: So now where it continues down to the second branching off.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: That where it actually branches, that partial, that branch that goes off on its own to its own uh corner or whatever it is, that branch itself.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_00: No, what's the din of that?
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: Since I'm gonna tash mah, try to bring you a ray out.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: Hafrosha, the branch itself where it goes on to a different direction, Thinka Basar has the same din as the basar, which teaches me basar is not spinal cord.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Basar is not a trefa, but gets severed.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, my love partial rishaina vishniya.
• 21:59
SPEAKER_00: Aren't we talking about even the first one and the second one, which would answer your question, that uh that it even if you say adva ad bakhlal, it's not including the partiha, and it's not including the partial rishana, because again, the shlishis, what we say, the shlishis, we said the khlaal is gonna be kasher.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: So the question is only about the Rishina Vishnu, because the Rishina is considered a trevas, the Shnea in the idea.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: So Rishina, so aren't we talking about even the partiha of the Rishana and Shneya?
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, that would at least answer your question, Ariamia, that if you tell say Adva Ad Bakhlal, the branch itself, what's gonna be the din?
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: Ki basar, it's gonna be like basar, it's not gonna be included in the shadow.
• 22:31
  SPEAKER_00: Not necessarily.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: I can tell you that we're talking about Shleish's, and therefore it's not gonna answer your question because Shlish's Mimonoshaq is gonna be kosher, and we'll hold it over here for time.
